"Can not believe that Ranma overslept" Ryoga said sighing

"It happened as both he and Aura were still out cold and we could not wait for them any longer as otherwise we would have been late for school as well" Akane added.

"Knowing him he would probably get awoke by Nodoka though it seems she also overslept" Toph said

"Maybe it's just a family thing that caused all three of them to oversleep today" Shampoo suggested

"Maybe so but they did not even have Kasumi to fall back on since she was still left on the trip with her college class just the other day" Nabiki said

"Wait there's something going on in the courtyard" Toph told everyone as she held out an arm to prevent them from moving forward.

"Hopefully, it's not my brother...again" Kodachi inquired sighing.

When would he learn his lesson is something that she was thinking as he was annoying her friends with this after all.

However, what was awaiting them was not Kuno but instead was a long brown hair teenager like themselves with hair secure with a hair tie. Wearing the attire of an okonomiyaki chef and form-fitting black pants. This outfit is equipped with a bandolier holding several small spatulas, while a larger spatula is worn across her back. As she stood there having defeated Kuno and those that he had managed to gather yet again somehow to challenge Toph.

"What is your problem I just wanted to know where Toph was that's all" she demanded kicking Kuno.

"Want about me?" Toph declared

Entering the schoolyard and addressing the person who seems to know her.

"Did you meet somewhere before as I do not recall ever doing so. If you knew before I came here then that would make sense however" the Earthbender says

"We never met before today but the two of us have a connection and I have a personal grudge against you myself" she said

"Are you Ukyo Kuonji" Ryoga asked

"Huh," both Toph and Ukyo said in shock.

"How would you know about her" Kodachi asked

"Apparently, Ranma has people that can be considered his two childhood friends. We all know Toph is one but the other is named Ukyo Kuonji" he said

Having been informed of this by Nodoka herself as she told when he asked if Toph was his only childhood friend.

"Yeah, thanks to his dad I was not taken along with him back when we were kids. That guy lied to me and almost ruined my life" Ukyo said clutching her fist.

"Join the club as he apparently ruined Ranma's life a few times over and you must not know that we lost our memories after we were kidnapped from him" Toph told her.

"I know that is why I said his deadbeat dad almost ruined my life as Ms. Nodoka found me and clear up the misunderstanding before I made a choice I would have regretted after all. Seriously though how did he think I was a guy back then though" she said

"It can happen given how Ranma is" Toph said sighing.

"Even if that is the case you stole my spot from me" Ukyo said glaring at Toph.

"That's right I am here now and you just have to deal with it" the blind girl replied

Something within her told her that Ukyo was a threat. She was not an enemy or someone she had to fight normally but would still be in conflict with her because of another reason that was important to her.

"Guys, come on as those two are going to go at for a while" Nabiki said sighing.

"Wait would they *noticing the gaze Nabiki was giving her* I see that would make perfect sense then" Kuno's sister replied

Akane and Shampoo were still confused a bit at why Toph and Ukyo would fight each other given they were both childhood friends of Ranma.

Mousse who had been silent up until now spoke

"Come on Shampoo, Toph will catch up with us later" he said gesturing for her to follow him.

"Shampoo come" she says suddenly.

It dawned on Akane as she followed after with Ryoga coming with her.

Leaving Toph and Ukyo staring the other down in the courtyard.
