BAE: Beautiful and Evil – Golden BAE
As BAE continues to rise to the top of the WWE, Sasha Banks suspects that the God Girls are trying to break up her marriage to Seth Rollins. Will Sasha have it all or will she lose what matters to her the most?
Chapter Twenty-One – Sasha On the Rocks
BayRock, Malibu, Los Angeles, CA
Sasha Banks curled a lock of her honey coloured hair behind her ear as she checked messages on her phone. She was over at BayRock to have a meeting with the Rock to talk about BAE and where her faction stood now that they were split. The Rock and Undertaker were the evil part of BAE but thanks to Seth and the God Girls, the DX family and Linda McMahon, four members of BAE were no longer evil. Sasha, Trinity Fatu, Gigi Dolan and Carmelo Hayes were good now and only Rhea Ripley and Golden 'Tez were still under the Undertaker's evil control. Sasha wanted to make sure that evil BAE understood that she was still the Legit Boss and was BAE overall and she would not be taking any crap from any of BAE's evil members, including the People's Evil Champ.
"Rocky listen, I promised Melo and Gigi that they would have great success on the main roster. Please don't get in the way of that, help me to support them in making sure they reach the top of the wrestling mountain. I don't care where we stand, I brought them up to give them both the ball and I need you to promise me you won't go after them now that they're no longer fighting the evil fight," Sasha said.
Rocky looked down at his sleeping daughter who was resting in his arms. "Boy, that husband of yours really did a number on you didn't he?" he said derisively and Sasha furrowed her brow.
"What do you mean?" she asked.
"You used to be such a bad-a** Boss, now your husband has turned you into a goodie two shoes, just like the rest of his God Girls. I thought you were better than that Sasha, I thought you were more ambitious, I thought you wanted more out of this business than just to make your husband and his God happy," Rocky said shaking his head in disappointment.
"That's my point Rocky, I am still the Legit Boss, whether I agree with my husband's life choices or not. BAE is still my baby and I plan on looking after it for a long-time, just like how you plan on looking after your baby," Sasha said referring to Pfifer Rock.
"Yes but unlike Pfifer, BAE is just as much mine as it is yours. We're partners Sasha and I don't want your husband's influence rubbing off on the rest of us. Just like I don't want Bayley's God Girl influence rubbing off on Pfifer. 'Tez feels exactly the same way about his daughter and he will get her away from Bianca soon. You had the winning hand Sasha, now you're playing chess with a bunch of checkers," the Rock said.
"I don't agree with you using your daughter as a bargaining chip but I'm not going to interfere in your relationship with Bayley. Seth and I are finally on the same page and he will support my decision to take over BAE, which means that you and the Deadman are fresh out of luck if you come up against us," Sasha said and the Rock grinned confidently.
"Oh, and why's that?" he asked smugly.
"Because my husband and the God Girls have won every battle they've ever been in, plus we've got the DX family and the McMahon family backing us, so if you go up against us, you're finished and so is evil BAE. 'Tez's title reign will end, Rhea Ripley will go back to Judgement Day and the Undertaker will be banished back to Texas and live in obscurity for the rest of his career," Sasha said and she leaned forward and looked the Rock straight in the eyes, "Maybe you need to switch sides to mine and when you do let me know asap because I am shaking things up Rocky and together, we could accomplish great things, truly great things in the business that we both love more than anything,"
Rocky stared at Sasha in silence and then he looked down at her wedding ring finger, "You sure you're on the winning side Sasha? I mean your husband's cheating on you, your daughter hates you and the God Girls want nothing to do with you. Where is your husband right now? Oh that's right, he's in New York with his side chick," Rocky said and Sasha scowled at him. "Damn it Banks, Seth and the God Girls are the only winners in this game and if you don't wise up, they are going to make sure you end up with nothing; no husband, no daughter and no power or influence. I guarantee you Bayley will wise up faster than you, even she isn't dumb enough to know what the ultimate end game is here. I'm counting on Bayley coming to her senses and seeing the number Seth and the God Girls have been pulling on you since ATM created them. I have my doubts about you and I will not allow BAE to fall into your naive little hands," the Rock said and he got up with Pfifer Rock in his arms, "I think we're done talking for the night now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to put my baby girl down to sleep before her mother comes home to her bae. Why don't you go home and wait for yours? I know how good Seth is at keeping you waiting,"
Sasha swallowed hard as the Rock's words hit her right where it hurt. Seth was in New York City with the God Girls, he hadn't come home to her even though they were supposed to be on the same page now. Sasha got up and walked out of BayRock, she decided to take the scenic route because she was in no rush to go home to an empty house. Havana was over at Roman's in Pensacola so she would literally be home alone. She walked along the Malibu sand and looked out over the horizon. The sun was about to set and the orange pink colours poured into the crystal blue water from the sky and a gentle breeze lifted Sasha's hair off of shoulders but it didn't lift her countenance.
She missed Seth but she didn't miss having to defend him. People were constantly talking about Seth and Bianca and whether or not they were in love. She believed Seth loved her and that he really wanted their marriage to work, but he wasn't home with her and that made it harder to believe that. The Rock had a point and she didn't think it was good for them to be apart while all this speculation about their marriage was going on. It didn't help that their daughter Havana was mad at her and she seemed to be spending more and more time with her half-brother Abiyah in Pensacola. If the Rock was going to take her pledge to run BAE seriously, Sasha had to pull her family back together and put an end to all speculation about whether or not her marriage was ending.
A golden swirl of air rose up over the water and it formed into the shape of a woman. Sasha Banks stood back as the golden apparition formed and she felt around in her Gucci clutch and pulled out her cellphone.
"Seth, please come home. I need you now," she said as the phone went to voicemail. Sasha was no God Girl but she was sure the Golden Goddess was about to attack. "Fine, if you won't come to me Seth, I'll come to you," she said and she pulled off her coat, her wedge boots, her denim skirt and silk shirt. She tucked her cellphone into her underwear and jumped into the water and swam for it. Blue Thunder kept the dangerous animals away from her, and she swam all the way from California, passed Texas and down to Florida, where she collected her daughter after explaining what she saw in Malibu. Roman wasn't about to let Sasha go to New York with Havana alone, so together they left for New York City with Abiyah and Galina Reigns. Havana was impressed with her mother's ability to swim but she still didn't want to be around her until she was sure she could be safe around her. When Sasha showed up in Pensacola with electric blue hair and eyes like topaz, Havana hesitated to go anywhere with her unless Roman and Abiyah came along. That did not leave Sasha with a good feeling and it made the Rock's words before she left Malibu even more hurtful. While she had been working overtime for Bianca to lose her daughter, it looked like she was on the verge of losing hers and she couldn't let that happen.
"You look like a monster," Havana said to her mother and she clung to Roman while Abiyah noticed the dejected look on his mother's face. It was clear to Abiyah that she was really trying to fix everything that she had done wrong but Havana just wasn't having it.
"It's the Blue Thunder, it's my gift and apparently it's not my only gift. I can swim like a dolphin and I'm just as smart," Sasha said but Havana wasn't impressed by either of her mother's gifts. "Havana, I'm so sorry I threatened to use Blue Thunder on you. I would never hurt you,"
"You're a liar and I don't believe you," Havana said. "You lied about Aunty B, you lied about Perfection, you liked about Uncle Big E. You've been lying since the day I was born," Havana said.
"Havana please give me a second chance, I was in a very bad place after you were born. Let me be the mother I should have been, give me a chance to make it right please," Sasha begged but Havana was resolute in her stance and she tightened her face and shot her mother down.
"Let's go we can talk about this later, if the Golden Goddess is about to attack, we have no time to waste. We have to get to New York now," Roman said and he put his hand on Sasha's shoulder. "Focus, you know how children are. She'll come around," he comforted Sasha and the Boss nodded.
The Reigns and Rollins family stepped out in the garden and Havana released Connie the Condor and she grew to eight times her size and they boarded her and flew to New York City. Sasha was surprised she could even get on Connie's back given how cruel she'd been to her daughter's new pet but it was enough to convince her that getting her family back together was possible. Hopefully things would turn around for the Legit Boss by the time they left New York and the Golden Goddess was put in her place once and for all.
The God Girls apartment, Central Park, New York City, New York
Seth's eyes eventually opened and when they did, he saw that he was in the back of Becky's 4x4 with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss was in the passenger seat. He sat up and wiped the sleep out of his eyes.
"How long have I been asleep?" he asked the God Girls looking out of the window wondering where they were going.
"Not now Seth, we gotta get home," Becky replied. "Something's happened in Suffolk County. Check your phone,"
Seth pulled out his cellphone but the battery was dead, "I can't my phone's dead," Seth replied and his heart suddenly started to race. "Is Bianca in trouble?"
"We all are," Charlotte Flair replied. "Melo called last night while you were asleep and said that evil BAE ran him off the road and he crashed out onto the shoulder,"
"What?!" Seth cried horrified.
"He's not hurt, he had Bayley's white cardigan on and it healed him but now he's trying to get to Bianca and Finn before BAE does," Alexa said.
"Golden 'Tez might be heading this way, we have to get to Becky and Finn's before he does," Charlotte said and Seth pulled his hand over his face, waiting for the anointing to kick in but it was taking awhile. He was hungover and had been out drinking all night with Hunter. The God Girls didn't touch a drop, they were far less partial to Hunter's suggestions than Seth was, especially since his last suggestion had almost cost Bianca her daughter. As Seth started to formulate a plan, he remembered that he was supposed to go home last night, but he couldn't call Sasha because his phone was dead.
"I gotta call my wife," he said.
"I think you're the last person Sasha wants to hear from right now Seth," Charlotte said. "You need to focus on the task at hand. You can kiss and make up with Sasha when this is all over,"
"I told her I was coming home, she must be so mad right now," Seth said and Alexa shot him an annoyed look.
"Seth, focus. We need you to focus on this right now, not your wife. She's in LA, she's fine, we're the ones in trouble, we need you to focus on us," Alexa said firmly and Seth nodded.
"You're right, I'm your leader and I should be here for you," Seth said as Becky turned off the Long Island Expressway onto the road leading to her home in Suffolk County. As she pulled into driveway, Seth called for Shawl, who arrived shortly after and Seth ran up to the door and called Bianca's name.
"B, it's me Seth. Open the door!" he called but there was no answer.
"No-one's home," Becky said seeing that the house was empty. There was no sign of Bianca, Perfection, Finn Balor or Carmelo Hayes.
"Where are they?" Alexa asked looking around and Shawl flew from around Seth's neck and floated over towards the horizon. Seth tried to figure out what was going on but he didn't want to waste too much time thinking and he jumped on Shawl and told the God Girls to follow him in Becky's car.
Shawl led Seth to the Hamptons to a beach that was packed with weekenders spending time with friends and family. Seth got off of Shawl who rested on his shoulders while the God Girls parked up and followed their leader as Shawl led him to where Bianca, Perfection, Finn and Melo were. As they walked they moved further and further away from the people on the beach, to a far more secluded spot.
"This beach is beautiful," Charlotte observed, "it's so romantic,"
"So why do I have such an eerie feeling then?" Becky said as Seth kept walking forward, Finally he stopped in front of what looked like a cave.
Seth reached out and touched the stone enclave, it was warm to the touch and he pressed his ear against it.
"It looks like a fortress," Alexa Bliss said and Seth listened closely as if someone were inside.
"Bianca?" he said and the sound of people fighting suddenly got the God Girls attention and they turned and saw Finn Balor and the Undertaker fighting Carmelo Hayes.
"Finn what are you doing?!" Becky cried out running towards her husband and the God Girls followed her towards the fighting men.
"Bianca and Perfection are inside that fortress! The Undertaker trapped them in there!" Melo cried out to Seth Rollins and the Undertaker laughed after punching Melo in the stomach.
"Golden 'Tez is on his way here Seth and when he shows up, it'll be the last time you see your precious Treasurer of Secrets, or her daughter!" Undertaker warned Seth Rollins but the leader of the God Girls wasn't about to wait for anyone else to show up. He wanted Bianca and Perfection out of that cave right now.
Then like a miracle in the sky, Sasha arrived with Havana and the Reigns family on the back of the super-sized red Connie the Condor and made a beeline for the Prayer Warrior.
"You're right on time Legit Boss!" Seth called out to his wife who approached him on Connie. "Fireball now!" he commanded Connie and the red Condor blasted the cave with fire until it melted down into liquid. Inside the cave, Bianca was holding her frightened daughter wrapped in Bayley's white cardigan for protection. Seth went to pick them both up but Bianca resisted him.
"Go to your wife Seth, we'll be just fine without you," Bianca said and Seth gasped.
"Nothing could be further from the truth B, 'Tez is on his way I need to get you out of here right now!" Seth said firmly and Sasha ran over to her husband.
"She's fine Seth, we got her out of the cave, now she can fight on her own," Sasha said but Seth didn't agree. "She has to stand up to her husband on her own Seth, this is one fight you cannot hold her hand through,"
The sky broke into a golden cloud and the Reigns, Rollins and God Girls looked up and saw a figure emerging out of the sky. It was Golden 'Tez and he was wearing a crown and carrying a sceptre. He had a gold ring on his finger and his eyes were burning like fire. When he touched down, the sand rippled and rose in a wave that covered ninety percent of the beach, covering the people so they couldn't move.
The Undertaker pulled Connie down so she couldn't attack them and Havana reduced her back down to her normal size to keep her safe. The God Girls flanked Golden 'Tez who was emitting some kind of golden ray that made it almost impossible to look at him.
Bianca held her daughter's hand and stepped out of the former cave and the Rollins, Reigns and God Girls stood by as she stepped out of the darkness towards her husband's dangerous light.
"They can't protect you anymore Bianca," 'Tez said and he pointed his sceptre at Finn Balor and Finn turned to gold.
"Finn!" Becky cried and she unsheathed her golden arm and shot a fireball at Golden 'Tez but he deflected it.
Sasha created a Blue Thunder ball with her hands but Golden 'Tez sent it back to her like an electric volleyball.
"Traitor," 'Tez snarled at Sasha. "Speaking of traitors, where is that fiancé of mine?"
"I haven't seen her since we ran Melo off the road last night," the Undertaker replied.
"Well where is she?!" 'Tez yelled and Bianca Belair smiled at him. "What the Hell are you smiling at you pathetic loser?"
The now melted cave that held Bianca and Perfection captive started to glow and the God Girls looked as Rhea Ripley's alter ego, Gloria, appeared, with her 10ft long blond hair and all power for days.
"When the Undertaker locked Bianca and Perfection in the cave, he was locking her in there with me. I was in the corner hiding, waiting for you to forget about me and when you did, Gloria appeared. She was in there while Bianca and Perfection the whole time, I was with her 'Tez, because she's on the right side and you're not. This was never the plan, BAE was designed to establish new talent on the main roster and start a new era, the likes of which has never been seen before and you were supposed to lead us all into that new era as the new Universal Champion. The Golden Goddess wants to ruin what we spent years creating. I sacrificed my friendship and I almost sacrificed my soul to get you to the promised land with the rest of BAE. And now that we've accomplished our goal in having you as Champion, we need to split from the Undertaker. If we don't depart this evil, the Golden Goddess will destroy you and everything that's good and every relationship we've ever had. The 'Tez I know, the 'Tez that married Bianca Belair and fathered Perfection, would never sign up for something so evil. This has gone too far and it ends now. Tell that demon goddess to go, repent and give Becky back her husband Finn Balor!" Rhea demanded but 'Tez wouldn't hear of it.
"So you're Gloria," he said. "You're the one that all those crazy Californians were worshipping in LA. I thought we got rid of you before WrestleMania? Do you really think you can stand in the gap for my whore of an ex-wife and my b**** of a daughter?!"
Bianca's heart hardened at her ex-husband's evil words but Rhea Ripley was counting on that.
"Oh 'Tez, I'm here to take out the Golden Goddess. I'll let Bianca deal with you once and for all," she said and she stepped to the side and Bianca marched towards her demonised husband while Perfection looked on.
The DX jewels locked in Bianca's braid came out of her head and hung like a bejeweled tiara over her head. Each jewel represented a member of the DX family and had been held by Bianca for safekeeping for years.
Then a light from Heaven touched each jewel and a giant kaleidoscope of light beamed over her head.
"There's a reason Seth calls me his Treasurer of Secrets. I've been holding these DX jewels in place since my first assignment as a God Girl. Now, I am going to unleash the power of the DX jewels on you Montez Ford and you will never verbally abuse me or your daughter ever again!" Bianca declared and the light of Heaven shone through each light as Seth prayed for the Heavens to stay open long enough to complete the work that was about to take place. The strength of each jewel overpowered 'Tez and within moments, Bianca snatched his sceptre and his crown and gave them to her daughter, stripping her ex-husband of all his demonic power.
"No!" 'Tez cried out, "What's happening?!"
"Payback that's what's happening!" Havana Rollins cried out excitedly and she looked at Perfection. "Put on the crown," she said to her friend and Perfection looked at her mother who nodded that it was okay to put the crown on.
"No don't put on that crown!" 'Tez cried out and his daughter put the golden crown on her head and he fell to his knees in front of her. Each DX jewel found its place on the crown Perfection was now wearing and as Montez looked up at his daughter's face, the fear of God came over him and he began to weep.
"Daddy, do you have something to say to me?" Perfection said bravely and Tez nodded through watery eyes.
"I'm so sorry Perfection, please forgive me," he said bowing at his daughter's feet and she lifted the golden sceptre and pressed it to his head.
"Father, you have humbled yourself, now you may rise," she said and she gave the crown and sceptre to Bianca who handed them to Seth Rollins.
"You're a free man Montez Ford, now go enjoy your new life as WWE Universal Champion without a trace of this evil in your life," Bianca said and 'Tez embraced her.
"You truly are a woman of God," he told her passionately, "I hope in time you will forgive me for all that I've done. Please don't take my daughter away from me,"
"I won't do that 'Tez, as long as you continue to walk in the fear of the Lord, you can see her anytime," Bianca replied and Montez Ford bowed before her only to be Chokeslammed by the Undertaker.
"You fool you ruined everything!" the Undertaker shouted and he turned to Seth Rollins. "Give me the crown and sceptre!"
"No, these belong to the DX family," Seth replied and the God Girls huddled around Bianca and Perfection along with the Reigns and Rollins family. Seth handed the golden articles back to Bianca, "I dare you to take them from her," he said to the Undertaker and the Deadman stared Bianca Belair down trying to intimidate her but he couldn't do it. He had no power over her and she responded to his physical prowess with a smile, a very beautiful smile.
"I'm not finished with you God Girls," the Undertaker said coldly and the God Girls stared him down.
"Well we're finished with you," Becky replied and she shot the Undertaker with a fireball that Sasha combined with her Blue Thunder Ball.
"Pass it over here!" Rhea Ripley called to them and the Blue Thunder Fireball went to her and she watched as the Golden Goddess appeared and spread herself wide across the Hamptons beach. The demon goddess manifested in a terrible way but Rhea aka Gloria, was waiting for her.
"Get up Shawl!" Seth called to his prayer shawl who was chilling on the cool side of the beach and Shawl floated over to Seth obediently, "Make yourself large!"
Shawl made himself into a giant canopy and covered Seth and the God Girls, Havana, Abiyah, Roman, Tez and Melo. Under the covering of the prayer shawl, everyone was protected from the destruction that was about to take place. They watched from under Shawl's protection as a giant electric fireball flew across the sky and attacked the human embodiment of the Golden Goddess. There was a terrible sound as the goddess reacted and turned everyone on the beach to gold.
"I will not let you destroy what God has created!" Gloria cried out and she illuminated God's glory so brightly that the Golden Goddess screamed and suddenly disintegrated, leaving golden flakes all across the sky. Gloria moved into the water and her healing power filled it and it rose in a tsunami over the sand and healed all the people of the curse of the goddess, returning them all back to their human form, including Finn Balor.
The people celebrated their restored life and health and pointed at the blond woman standing in the water who was Gloria.
"That must be Gloria, the one everyone was talking about in California! She's a healer!" a man yelled out.
"Thank you Gloria!" the people cried out and she walked out of the water and turned back into Rhea Ripley.
Montez Ford hugged her, "Welcome back Rhea," he said warmly.
"Welcome back 'Tez," Rhea said to him and the Undertaker stared at them both in shock.
"You destroyed the Golden Goddess, the most evil entity I've ever conjured. You destroyed her!" the Undertaker said in dread. "That makes you more powerful than me!"
Rhea turned to the Undertaker with a stern look on her face, "If you do one more evil thing, I will banish you the same way I banished the Golden Goddess," she warned the Deadman who seemed to cower under Rhea's anointing.
"You owe my grandmother an apology, I want you to come with me to see Linda McMahon, you need to make things right with her," Sasha said but The Undertaker said nothing until he saw Roman staring at him.
"Fine, I'll go with you to see Linda," the Undertaker said and Roman Reigns nodded in approval.
"Let's go with you," Seth said to Sasha, "I'm sure Linda will be happy to know that we defeated the Golden Goddess today,"
"No," Sasha said taking Seth by surprise, "you stay here and celebrate with the God Girls. This is McMahon family business and I want to take care of it myself,"
"But I want to come with you. We're all family now, right?" Seth said hopefully and Sasha looked over at Bianca Belair who was holding the DX crown and sceptre for safekeeping.
"I'm not so sure about that Seth," Sasha said and she left with a defeated Undertaker.
"Mom wait!" Havana called out and Sasha turned around and Havana jumped into her arms. "I want to come with you, someone has to keep an eye on you, it might as-well be me," she said and Sasha hugged her daughter lovingly.
"I'd love that," she said and they left together and Seth watched them go, having more questions about what just happened than answers.
"I think we should go with her too, I still don't trust the Deadman," Rhea said to Melo and Tez and they agreed to leave with her to accompany Sasha to Fort Lauderdale. "Well done Seth and the God Girls, you did it, now go celebrate!"
"Our assignment is over!" Becky cried and she jumped up and down with Alexa and Charlotte while Seth watched his wife leave with the new form of BAE, which was ten times better than the first version of BAE.
He put his arm around Bianca Belair as the warm Long Island breeze blew across the water and made their hair fly in all different directions.
"You were awesome Bianca, I've never been more proud of you," Seth said and he turned to Perfection. "And you too, you were amazing!"
Perfection gestured for Seth to pick her up which he did and she kissed him and hugged him but Bianca didn't like that.
"Perfection, why don't you go to Aunt Becky for a minute?" she said and Seth put her down so she could run over to the other God Girls and the Reigns family. Bianca gave Seth an uncomfortable look, "I'm sorry I just don't want her getting too attached to you. After all, we don't know what's going to happen next," she looked down with an emotional look on her face, "I just don't want her to get her hopes up,"
Seth turned to Bianca with a smile, he took her by the arms and hugged her lovingly for what to Bianca felt like a lifetime and as the God Girls turned and saw them both embracing, their hopes for Bianca and Seth had never been higher. For the God Girls, the real celebration depended on God's decision on who Seth's true love was and they would have to wait just a little bit longer to find that out.
