A/N : Alright, I won't say anything for this one, see you at the end !

Enjoy !

Makarov clapped his hands, commanding everyone's attention in the guild hall. "Listen up, everyone! I've got an important announcement." The room fell silent, all eyes fixed on the guild master. "As you all know, recently, Obsidian attacked us, trying to capture Natsu. I still don't know why, but we can't sit back and do nothing. I'll be meeting with the Magic Council in a few days to gather information. If I get any leads, we'll follow them. So, stay ready in case something happens." His voice echoed with authority.

Natsu's fist burst into flames. "Hell yeah, they wanted me, they're gonna get me," he growled.

Makarov sighed. "Haru, I'll be putting Levy to work on something. If she finds anything, she'll let you know."

I raised an eyebrow. "And what's that? Maybe I can help."

"Focus on your training. I'll handle it with her directly," Makarov commanded.

"Sure, Gramps, you decide," I said before nudging Gray. "Wanna train?"

He smirked. "Sure thing, let's go."

"Don't you even dare get hurt again," Sora scolded, landing on my head.

I laughed, picking her up. "I'll be fine. I've recovered, you know."

We all exited the guild hall, ready to get some training done.

"How are you feeling ?" asked Lucy, handing me a bottle of water.

"Just fine !" I beamed still catching my breath. "It's like nothing happened"

She smiled back "Perfect !"

"Yeah, let's get to most out of these few training days." I grinned

"HELP! THIS IS HORRIBLE!" A scream echoed from the guild hall. We rushed in, immediately met with Mira and Cana crying, holding a newspaper.

"What's going on?" yelled Natsu.

Gray and I approached, worry etched on our faces. "Natsu?" I asked, seeing him next to Cana, reading the paper she was holding. Suddenly, he erupted in flames.

"Oh, those bastards," he gritted, eyes filled with fury. "They blew up the council meeting building. Nobody knows if anyone survived yet."

"Jet!" I yelled, but he was already on it.

"I know, meet there!" he said before rushing out. I turned towards the others. "See you there, don't wait any longer, Sora, stay with them for now" I said before zapping out myself.

"Haru!" yelled Gray. "What an idiot... He doesn't even know who's there," he gritted, frustration clear in his voice.

Skidding to a stop next to Jet, we took in the horrible scene unfolding in front of us. The building was completely ruined, flames still flickering from some wooden parts, clouds of smoke still floating around.

"Mavis..." gasped Jet, "This is... horrible."

"Let's look for any survivors," I said calmly. "That has to be our priority."

Jet nodded, and we started sifting through the rubble, our hearts pounding with each piece we moved. As we dug deeper, a faint voice called out from beneath the debris.

"Over here!" I shouted, urgently waving Jet over. We moved faster, the urgency driving us. Together, we lifted a large piece of debris to reveal a battered council member, coughing and covered in dust.

"Hang in there, we've got you," Jet reassured, helping them out.

The survivor gasped for air, eyes wide with fear. "There are others... trapped further inside," he managed to say between coughs.

I nodded, my determination hardening. "Jet, stay with him. I'll check for the others."

I dashed deeper into the chaos, my senses on high alert. The air was thick with smoke, and the heat from lingering flames was intense as I navigated through the debris. "Gramps !" I yelled, trying to catch any sign of life from him or others. My face paled when I saw a piece of white jacket sticking out from th ground. I rushed other, removing the debris, only to be facing an inert corpse. "Gramps ! " I yelled, picking him slowly up. "Jett ! Get him back to Wendy !" I called him urgently.

He slowly took him in his arms, before rushing out. I was trembling, now being completely alone in the middle of this destruction scene. I paced around the broken walls, debris, and still burning wood pillars, looking out for any other survivors. But what I feared the most, appeared in front of my eyes.

1 hour later

"We're nearly there," announced Erza, her voice steady despite the urgency. "Keep the pace up, Haru is still over there," she added, leading nearly the entire guild. Wendy, Lucy, and Jet stayed back at the guild, keeping an eye on Makarov.

They rounded the final corner, and gasps filled the air as they finally took in the massive destruction before them.

"What... The hell happened here?" Gray gasped, his eyes wide with shock.

"Where's Haru?" Mira asked, worry lacing her voice. She spotted me next to a broken wall and rushed over. "Haru! How—" Her words caught in her throat as she saw the bodies surrounding me.

I was on my knees, arms hanging limply by my sides, eyes fixed on the ground.

They all rushed over, Erza dropping to her knees beside me. "Haru, are you okay?" she asked, her voice soft but filled with concern.

I gave a faint nod, unable to meet her eyes.

Erza's gaze shifted to the bodies around us. "Haru, are they...?" Her voice trailed off, the unspoken question hanging heavily in the air.

I nodded again, tears welling up in my eyes. "I... I'm sorry... I couldn't do anything..." I whispered, my voice barely audible, choked with guilt and sorrow.

Erza stood up, keeping her head low. "It's okay, it's not your fault Haru. You saved people, you and Jett can be proud of yourselves."

Mira leaned closer, taking my head in her arms. "Haru..." she whispered. "You saved human lives, you can't blame yourself dear"

Before I could answer, a massive explosion was heared behind us, echoing through the remains of the council meeting building, a figure emerged from the smoke, his presence exuding a menacing aura. Cloaked in darkness, his robe fluttered ominously in the gusts created by the recent devastation. His eyes glowed a fierce red, casting a sinister light over the rubble. The very air seemed to ripple with his power, a chilling contrast to the crackling fires around him.

I struggled to my feet, my breath catching in my throat. The dark mage stepped forward, his boots crunching on the debris.

"So this is what Fairy Tail has come to," the dark mage sneered, his voice dripping with contempt. "A bunch of weaklings and failures, clinging to the hope that their pathetic guild can stand against our true power."

Erza rose to her feet, her hand instinctively reaching for her sword. "Who are you? What do you want?" she demanded, her voice steady despite the tension.

The mage's lips curled into a malevolent smile. "Who I am is of no importance. What I want is to see your beloved guild crumble to ashes. You have been lurking around our plans for long enough. And trust me, that day is coming soon. You'll be facing your worst nightmare, and there's nothing you can do to stop it."

Anger boiled over inside Natsu. "Don't underestimate Fairy Tail," He spat.

The dark mage laughed, a cold, mirthless sound that sent shivers down my spine. "Oh, I don't underestimate you. I just know that your end is inevitable. Your guild, your friends, your precious bonds... they will all be shattered once we finally aquire true power. Don't worry, you'll be a great help for that"

Before anyone could react, the dark mage raised his hand, summoning a swirling vortex of dark energy. "Until we meet again, little fairies," he taunted, and with a wave of his hand, he vanished into the shadows, leaving behind a suffocating sense of dread.

Natsu punched what remained of a wall, destroying it completely. "Those bastards !" he roared. "We have to do something.. Let's head back." he growled, making everyone stand up. With no words, we all headed back to the guild.

Erza was the first to step in, followed closely by everyone. She was met with Lucy, who quickly filled her in on Makarov's condition. "He's still alive, but in very bad shape," Lucy explained, her voice trembling slightly. "We think they got attacked without even being aware of it. And that's very worrying. Those mages are powerful; they should be able to detect even a slight unknown presence around them."

"At least he's fine," Gray declared, though his mind remained on the mages we had lost during the attack. "I can't believe they did that, and we don't even know the reason."

Natsu's fists were still clenched, flames flickering around them. "We need to find out who that dark mage was and what he's planning. Fairy Tail won't stand for this."

Erza nodded, her expression resolute. "Agreed. But first, we need to regroup and ensure everyone is safe. We can't let our guard down again."

"Erebus.." I whispered, everyone turning to me. "I'm sure it was Erebus... I can't see who else would do that"

"That's actually a good lead" stated Erza. "We don't know any other dark guild, powerful enough to even think of doing something like that. And Erebus has been coming up a few times already."

On her words, Levy burst from a back door, rushing in urgently. "Haru! There you are, look at this!"

I glanced at the others, then back at Levy. "What is it?"

Levy handed me a piece of parchment, filled with an unknown language, her eyes wide with urgency. "I know you won't understand, but I've translated it:"

She paused for a moment, catching her breath, then continued. "It says, 'In the heart of the tempest lies the birthplace of all things. Where the sky meets the earth in a symphony of power, there, it will rise.'"

I took a moment, taking in her words. "What... does that mean? The heart of the tempest? And what will rise?"

Levy looked confused as well. "I don't know. Master asked me to look into different things he had gathered, wanting me to find anything that could guide you. I'm not sure about the meaning, but this is for you, Haru," she explained.

She turned the parchment, revealing an old and half-erased map. "We have this map as well, but to be fair, I'm not sure we can really use it. It's unreadable."

Erza leaned in to get a better look at the map. "It's definitely seen better days, but there might be something we can salvage."

Gray stepped closer, examining the faded lines and markings. "This area here," he pointed to a barely visible mark, his eyes slowly widening. "It looks familiar... It's not far from where I lived when I was a kid."

I turned to him, "Any name? Something?"

He thought for a moment. "I think it's... Loria or something like that. Mount Loria or whatever. Levy, could you check it out?"

"On it!" she beamed, rushing out once again.

I slumped down on a nearby couch. "Mavis, can't we have a break for once?" I growled. Gray, sitting next to me, set his arms behind his head.

"Yeah, welcome to Fairy Tail. And Haru, what happened at the council isn't your fault. Don't even try blaming yourself."

I remained silent, my mind racing.

"I'm serious, Haru," Gray leaned in, his voice firm. "This is not your fault! We'll find who did this and make them pay double, I swear. So heads up."

"Yeah, I wasn't going to slack off anyway. Count on me," I shot back, anger slowly filling me.

A few hours later, Levy came back, excitement evident on her face. "Gray was right," she announced. "It's Mount Loria!"

Silence fell upon the guild before Natsu burst out. "Then let's go, what are you even waiting for?" he roared, peeking over his shoulder with a grin.

"Let's go, Haru!" beamed Sora, landing on my shoulder.

I gently patted her head. "Yeah, let's go. Time to get some answers," I said with a soft smile.

Mount Loria was incredibly far from Magnolia, farther than we had expected. After three full days of travel, we were finally approaching our destination.

"We're finally off the train..." groaned Natsu, looking green.

"Aye!" beamed Happy next to him, Sora chuckling along.

Mira was walking next to me. "Haru, do you think this could be linked..." she began, her gaze wandering to the marks on my arms.

"I have no idea. But I really hope so. I'm getting tired of all this. I need answers," I said bluntly, frustration edging my voice. At my words, she remained silent, simply taking my hand in hers, sharing her needed presence with me.

We stopped in our tracks, gasping at the view unfolding before us. A gigantic mountain, surrounded by trees and thick vegetation, towered above us.

I groaned as my marks burned. "It has to be here..." I whispered. "Let's go."

With each step, my marks burned more intensely. The pain was getting out of control until we reached a certain point in our ascension. "This..." I muttered, eyes widening. "This place! It's..."

Everyone turned to me. "It's what?" asked Gray, raising an eyebrow as he was met with my blank stare. "Haru?"

My mind was racing, the world spinning around me. Could this be where I lived before? Could this be the exact place where my parents left me? Taking in my surroundings, I tried focusing on the faint memories I had. The trees, the mountain... it was a blur, but it could be it.

"It said where earth and sky meet... we need to go to the top. Sora—" I began, but she swiftly understood. Grabbing me from the back, she took off, wings spread, heading to the mountain peak.

"Haru!" yelled Mira, but it was too late.

"Gajeel, Natsu, Wendy! Follow him!" commanded Erza. "We'll continue our way and meet you there!"

Not waisting any time, Carla Happy and Lily grabbed their respective slayers, following Sora and I through the sky.

As we soared higher, the burning in my marks grew almost unbearable. But I knew we were close. This place held the answers I had been searching for. The wind rushed past us, a whisper of anticipation, as we neared the summit.

Sora landed gracefully at the peak, and I stumbled forward, my marks glowing brightly. The view was breathtaking—endless sky meeting rugged earth—but my focus was on the energy surging through me, the powerful resonance with this place.

"What am I even supposed to do now?" I muttered, hearing the dragon slayers land right behind me.

"Anything, Haru?" asked Wendy.

I nodded, feeling the intensity of my marks. "My marks are going crazy, but the pain has stopped. I have no clue what I'm supposed to do or look for," I replied

The wind blew against our skin, carrying with it murmurs of incomprehensible words. It felt as if the mountain itself was speaking to us, urging us to listen, to understand.

Natsu stepped forward, his gaze intense. "This is between you and yourself, Haru. We'll stick back until you find anything," he declared, confidence in his voice.

Nodding, I took a few steps forward. "Sora, hey, don't be scared. Come with me. We're partners; I need you with me," I softly smiled, peeking over my shoulder at the little Exceed staying a few steps back. "C'mon, hop on," I added, tapping on my shoulder.

She swiftly jumped onto me, snuggling closer to my head.

I breathed out, trying to remember anything—anything that could help me understand what this place was. I extended my arms, trying to release some magic. "Guys, if there's a single moment where you have to talk to me, it's now," I whispered, closing my eyes.

Erza and the others finally joined Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy, catching their breaths. "Anything?" panted Mira, receiving a nod from Gajeel.

"Not yet, sparky is still trying to figure it out."

At that moment, I was concentrating, using my marks as connectors, trying to get any information from this place. I stayed still for a while, nothing happening, until I finally caught something. "I felt it. Just tell me..." I whispered before the entire area darkened, creating a gigantic sphere around us all. We were trapped in some kind of weird spatial distortion, still seeing the world around us but feeling like they couldn't see us.

"What the hell..." I gasped, opening my eyes and scanning around me. I swiftly turned around, checking on the others. They were all gasping, but safe.

"Haru," I heard a voice whisper. "You finally made it back. You took your time," it mocked.

"W-what?" I stammered. "Where are you?"

The voice chuckled, echoing around us. "Always so impatient. Look around you, Haru. The answers have always been there."

I took some time to scan the area once more, my eyes widening in realization. The mountain was still the same, yet slightly different. Areas covered in trees, cliffs, and diverse environments had appeared within the dome encircling us.

"That... I remember that, from the flashback I had on the roof," I beamed. "This place, this is where my parents found me. It's where I lived for years."

The voice chuckled once more. "Indeed, Haru, and I'm glad you treat us like your parents."

My heart stopped. "Kirin?" I asked, my voice trembling.

"Yes, Haru, we're here," the voice added before a huge tornado, crackling with electricity, appeared in front of me. I took a few steps back, holding Sora with one hand and covering my face with my other arm.

The tornado gradually dissipated, revealing the majestic form of Kirin, the Thunder Phoenix. His feathers shimmered with electric energy, and his eyes bore into mine with a mix of pride and warmth. Next to him stood Aelion, the Wind Phoenix, her wings outstretched, creating a gentle breeze that swept around us. Her feathers glistened with a soft, ethereal glow, reflecting the light like a thousand tiny mirrors.

"It... It can't be," I breathed, my voice trembling with emotion. "You're really here," I added, collapsing to my knees, tears welling in my eyes. "How? Why now? Where were you?" I stammered, too many questions rushing through my mind.

Aelion nodded, her gaze steady. "We've always been with you, Haru. All this has been... complicated," she began explaining.

"Indeed. Someone was after you, wanting to exploit the magic you possess."

"Zeref," I added instantly.

The phoenixes shared a glance. "Yes, dear, Zeref. I'm guessing we managed our little flashback trick. I wasn't expecting it to succeed, though," stated Aelion.

"They are still after you, and after the Dragon Slayers. They need power, thinking they will be able to manipulate Zeref. Those idiots..." spat Kirin.

"Zeref wanted you to become one of his books. And those guilds, commanded by Erebus... they want you and your friends, so they can exploit your powers to control Zeref. It's a crossfire, but you, and Fairy Tail in some ways, are the keys to this battle," added Aelion.

"Erebus," repeated Erza, eyes widening. "They know about Erebus."

"Mavis, what am I even experiencing right now?" cried Gray, completely taken aback by the scene unfolding.

Kirin's gaze softened as he looked at my friends. "We understand this is overwhelming, but you must trust us. Haru is integral to this fight, and so are all of you."

"There's too much to explain right now, but we protected Haru from Zeref. He marked him with his magic. He was turning into..." Aelion stopped, sadness in her eyes. "He was turning into a demon, Zeref's demon."

Silence fell upon all of us as we took in her words. "A... demon?" added Natsu, disbelief evident in his voice.

"We decided to use our powers, living inside Haru, protecting him from any kind of expansion of that magic. However, we couldn't communicate with him," Aelion explained.

Wendy asked, her voice trembling. "But how can you communicate now, then?"

Kirin smiled. "This place is where we have lived and trained Haru. We made it so this mountain was protected from any kind of magic, being the only place where we could appear to him." His expression turned serious. "But this isn't only a good thing that you made it here, Haru. Zeref is the one who created this paper, with the map and all the information. I don't know how, but he knew everything. And he was just waiting for this exact moment when you would come here."

"But... why?" I cried, desperation creeping into my voice. "What now? You're not real, are you?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"No, dear, we are only visible, but we still live inside you. We're here so we can tell you what to do," explained Aelion.

Mira took a few steps closer, stopping next to me. "Please, tell us what we can do for him..." she asked, bowing respectfully.

"Oh, you shall be Mirajane. You've been taking very good care of our boy, and for that, we thank you," said Kirin, a smile on his face.

Aelion continued, "Haru needs to unlock his full potential. We couldn't help him with that until today." She turned towards me, her eyes filled with both sorrow and determination. "Haru, dear, there are a few things your friends and you must do. I didn't want you to have this yet, but it's too late to think otherwise. Kirin and I will be giving you the StormHeart. This will enhance your magic; you'll understand soon enough. When we disappear, just walk into the storm in front of you. Don't hesitate, don't ask any questions. Please, do it for us," she explained.

Kirin continued, "Next, you'll need to defeat Erebus. I know this isn't an easy task, but you must take them down. You can't let them continue with their plans. Controlling Zeref could mean disaster, not because they'll be able to control him—that's impossible. But because they'll have enough power in their hands to create a magical catastrophe across the continent."

"And finally, you'll have to find the book Zeref prepared for you and destroy it. It's the only way to finally free you from the mark he set on you years ago. If you don't do that, and he finds you before you find the book, you could be in real danger, along with your friends," added Aelion.

"But..." I stammered, my mind reeling from the weight of their words.

"No buts, dear. This is what you need to do if you want to survive," whispered Aelion, her voice filled with urgency. "Please, do it for us."

"Why can't you just live outside of me?" I cried, my voice cracking. "You're going to disappear again, aren't you?"

"Yes, Haru. But we're not leaving you. We'll forever be with you, and that you can be sure of," assured Kirin, his tone gentle yet resolute.

"Don't leave me... Not again," I sobbed, my hands trembling as I pressed them against the ground.

Kirin's electric feathers shimmered softly as he spoke, "We will always be a part of you, Haru. Our strength is your strength, our magic is your magic. Trust in yourself, and trust in your friends. You are never truly alone."

Aelion stepped closer, her wings creating a soothing breeze around me. "Remember, Haru, you have the heart of a phoenix. Rise from the ashes, stronger and more determined. We believe in you."

With those final words, the forms of Kirin and Aelion began to fade, their light merging with the swirling storm ahead.

Erza stepped forward, her eyes blazing with determination. "We'll protect Haru, no matter what. We won't let Zeref or Erebus take him, you can count on us."

Gray clenched his fists. "Yeah, we'll fight them off. Haru's one of us, and we protect our own."

Natsu's fists ignited with flames. "We'll show them what Fairy Tail is made of!"

Wendy's eyes were filled with resolve. "We'll support him!"

I looked at my friends, tears freely falling down my cheeks. Their unwavering support fueled my determination.

Aelion and Kirin exchanged a last look of approval. "You have great friends, Haru. And a great family. Remember that, and make the most of every moment you spend with them," they added, finally fading away.

As the phoenixes disappeared completely, leaving behind a powerful storm crackling with energy, I finally got up, wiping my tears. Ahead of me was a powerful tornado, crackling with electricity. "This will not be enjoyable, Haru, but it's for your own good," I heard a faint whisper between two gusts of wind.

I took Sora in my hands, pressing my forehead against hers. "I'll be right back," I whispered, before putting her down behind me. Taking a few more steps, I disappeared into the storm.

Energy rushed through me, completely paralyzing me. I couldn't move a muscle as pain started filling my body. I couldn't even scream, the pain unbearable, feeling every single cell in my body being overcharged with magic.

The storm enveloped me in its chaotic embrace, lightning crackling around me like chains of raw power. The wind roared in my ears, and the ground beneath me seemed to disappear. My vision blurred, and I felt as if I were being torn apart and rebuilt all at once.

Flashes of memories flooded my mind—training with Aelion and Kirin, the moments of joy and sorrow, the battles fought alongside my friends. Each memory fueled the fire within me, urging me to endure, to survive, to thrive.

Gradually, the storm's fury began to subside. The lightning still crackled, but it was no longer wild and uncontrollable. Instead, it seemed to flow with a purpose, aligning with my own heartbeat. The pain lessened, replaced by a surge of power that made me feel more alive than ever before.

When the storm finally dissipated, I stood there, breathing heavily, my marks pulsing with newfound energy. I turned to my friends, who had watched with anxious anticipation.

"Haru?..." sobbed Mira, her voice trembling with relief.

I took a few steps towards them. "I'm fine... It's over," I said, opening my eyes. A collective gasp filled the air as my friends took in my transformed appearance. My eyes were glowing, each with a fierce white and blue color respectively. On my collarbone, a new mark appeared, displaying a lightning symbol surrounded by a tornado.

"Let's go," I said, my voice steady and resolute. "We've got a book to find, and a guild to demolish"
