Ron leaves during the hunt for the Horcruxes, they abandon their search and try for a second go around but due to them both falling for each other Hermione sacrifices her life so that instead of Harry return to his life before. He is returned to Hermione's Body and with Hermione sacrifices herself on behalf of her beloved Harry.

3. Chapter Two

Harry Potter in The Girl Who Lived – Chapter Two.

Chapter Two.

(From now onwards Harry Potter will described as a she, her or herself and as he Harry Potter will use the name Hermione/Lily except when discussing her situation to other authorities or when the situation requires it).

After she awakened all of her muscles ached in pain and with her body and bedding was covered in sweat. She gently raised herself up against the bed post with pillows behind her back. Looking around she saw that Emma Granger was asleep upon the mattress on the other side of the bed, when they talked yesterday together with them both they had discussed that Harry will legally change her name to Lily Granger but she would now call them both mum and dad and after Harry had decided on a course of action to convince them that they would have to go to London, to visit the goblins within Gringotts Bank which is situated in Diagon Alley.
