Hi there everyone, I am back after a long period of time. Masters finished, moving fished and now I am just looking for a job. In the meantime, I will use my free time to write, I am giving what you all want, some saying that I don't even watch one piece, I am not even going to poke that thing because nowadays people accuse of not being a fan if you don't know every frame of the work. Besides, none of this is real is a fan work, none outside of Oda knows how Luffy thinks and act, this is my Luffy and lets see what he does.

A few hours later

Luffy was brought to the ORC club where he saw the entire group there.

''Woah, you guys all came?'' Asked Luffy confused.

''Yes bucho called all of us so owe must come.''' Said Koneko.

''This must be serious.'' Said Asia.

''Kiba how is Rias?'' Asked Akeno.

''Well, I've seen her, I thought you have talked to her already.'' Said Kiba.

Then Rias appeared, alongside the white-haired maid Grayfia.

''Hi everyone.'' Said Rias looking a little sad.

''Rias you're here and you brough Gray here.'' Said Luffy all happy

'Its grayfia.'' Said Grayfia a bit annoyed.

''Oh sorry.'' Said Luffy with a laugh.

"You're forgiven.'' Said her.

''Everyone I am happy that you all are here. Issei, Raynare, Lucy, Asia this is Grayfia, she is the queen of my big brother Szierches.'' Said her.

''A pleasure meeting the new members of Lady Rias peerage. Also, allies.'' Said her.

''Uh sure.'' Said Raynare not sure why Grayfia was looking at her.

The older devil woman looked at Rias with a serious look, wanting to make sure she talked to them.

''Milady, you need to explain to them the upcoming news.'' Said Grayfia.

''I don't need it; I know he is about to appear.'' Said Rias annoyed.

''Who is about to appear?'' Asked Issei confused.

Luffy´s haki soon activated as he prepares his fist.

''What is it Luffy?'' Asked Issei worried.

''Someone is coming here.'' Said Luffy.

Grayfia was impressed that Luffy sensed devil magic from kilometers away.

''He could sense it from here? Only high-class devil can sense it.'' Said Grayfia in a whisper.

''He is a special case; I will explain more later.'' Said Rias.

''Is he a devil?'' Asked Grayfia.

''No, he didn't wanted so I didn't turned him into one.'' Said Rias.

''Uh I see.'' Sadi Grayfia with a nod.

Soon a magic circle appeared in the room, similar to the ones that Rias and the other devils use to teleport, however this one had a bird symbol on the middle.

"Uh, it's been so long I've been in the human realm, but I came for you Rias my love.;

Then it came out of the circle a man around mid-20 with a red suit and blonde hair.

''Riser.'' Said Rias in disgust.

''What the hell? Who is this guy? Is he a devil too?'' Asked Issei.

The mysterious around that was soon dropped when Luffy started to speak.

''Who is that chicken?'' Asked Luffy.

The room had awkward sielcne with Issei laughing, and even Kiba, Akeno and Lucy laughing together at this. Who wasn't liking that at all was the blonde man himself.

''What did you say peasant?!'' Asked the man pissed but Rias stopped that before something else happened.

''Stop, everyone this is Riser Pheenix. A devil from a high class family just like mine.'' Said Rias.

''And what else my darling?'' Asked Riser with a smirk.

''He is also…my fiancé.'' Said Rias hating to say that word.

''Fiancé!" Scream most of the club in shock.

''Yes, me and darling Rias have been engaged for years. An arrangement between our families long ago.'' Said Rise.

Luffy and Issei were beyond confused, Luffy just knew that fiancé was someone that a person liked and he could tell that Rias didn't liked this guy.

"This bastard is the president fiancé. There is no way, she is too good for that.''' Thought Issei.

''You're lying.'' Said Luffy all calm.

''Why is that?'' Asked Riser.

''There´s no way Rias would marry a chicken man like you.'' Said Luffy again acting all simple.

The other devil was now getting impatient, he wanted to squash Luffy like a bug, but Rias was there to make sure nothing bad happen.

''You dare vermin! Do you know who you are speaking to!'' Scream Riser but Rias stopped that scene before it got worse.

''Please, let's not get things out of hand. I am sorry for my friend's rudeness.'' Said Rias.

The other devil just had a cocky smile in his face, just so smug that anyone wanted to take it out.

''If it's for your dear I let it pass, now how about some accommodations?'' Asked Riser.

''Akeno prepares some tea.'' Said Rias.

''Yes president.'' Said Akeno going to make some tea for the unwanted guest.

A little later

Riser was sitting in Rias spot while drinking some tea made by Akeno, it was clear that the guy presence wasn't welcome, but he was still around like he owned the place.

''As usual my dear Rias queen makes such good tea.'' Said Riser with a smirk.

The club didn't wanted him around but he was Rias fiancé, he had to be with them whether they liked or not.

''This Rias fiancé?! This?!'' Asked Lucy in other confusion.

''He is the next head of the Phoenix family, a pretty powerful family in the Underworld.'' Said Kiba in a whisper.

''Just looking at him makes me disgusted.'' Said Raynare.

Luffy could tell from a mile away this guy was a jerk, but there was still something was bothering him.

''Why he looks like a chicken?!'' Thought Luffy.

Rias wanted to know why Riser was already here, the wedding wasn't due for another few weeks, so she still had some freedom before marrying this garbage of a devil.

''Riser, what brings you here?! I thought you disliked the human realm.'' Said Rias.

''Yes, but I can't stop thinking about you my dear. With our wedding coming so soon I had to come and see you.'' Said Riser.

"Despite our families intentions I have no desire of marrying you. Never had and never will.'' Said her.

''Oh but Rias darling, you have too. Our families made that deal years ago when you were younger, we can't go against the old ways.'' Said Riser with a smirk.

''The old ways?'' Asked Issei.

''My parents and older brother are too stuck in the past. This arrangement was against my will and I will never intended to follow it.'' Said Rias.

''Please darling, the number of pure blood devils in the underworld are pretty much non existential. Our families have some of the last ones remaining, I mean with your destructive power and the Phoenix tears of my family think of the offspring. We can have 10 to 15 if you want.'' Said Riser all smug.

'President, I had it! Let me get this jackass out of here.'' Said Issei now pissed.

''Oh please, a pawn that was transformed on what less than a month? Do you think you can beat me?!'' Asked Riser with a smirk.

"Hey leave Issei alone.'' Said Luffy all cold.

Luffy was holding his anger because of Rias, but he couldn't hold it, this guy was a total jerk that deserve a beating.

''Ok, who the hell are you worthless trash?'' Asked Riser.

''I am the Monkey D. Luffy and I am going to be king of the pirates.'' Said Luffy.

It was the first time Grayfia and Riser heard those words, and while the queen looked at that phrase in confusion, Riser had pretty much a laugh out riot.

''Ha Ha ha! King of the pirates! This is so good! Where did you get this idiot Rias dear?'' Asked Riser laughing.

Luffy raised his fists and was ready to hit Riser in the face, the high-class devil saw how close the pirate was to hitting him so he created a magic circle to protect him, despite being one of the strongest defensive spells in the underworld still shocked and Riser was propelled a little bit to the back.

Bam

Grayfia was impressed with Luffy strength and speed, that was almost queen level power and she couldn't sense a little bit of devil magic or either a sacred gear coming from him, what she felt was more powerful and yet mysterious.

''Oh no!'' Thoguht Rias scared.

Riser upon getting his balance back decided to teach Luffy a lesson from messing with him.

''You little shit! Do you know who I am!?'' Asked Riser pissed.

''Bring it own chicken head.'' Said Luffy preparing his hat.

''I will assist you Luffy, this bastard doesn't deserve to be with the president.'' Said Issei also preparing his arm.

''that's enough!'' Scream Grayfia with a booming and scary voice which was enough to shake the room.

BAM

The room was shocked by the power of the woman dressed in maid outfit, it surpassed even the likes of Rias and Akeno. Luffy even had to admit that the woman was strong.

''We are in the presence of a high-ranking member of a prestigious Devil family. Rias control your members.'' Said Grayfia.

Rias not at that and wanted to make sure that nothing bad happened to her peerage, she didn't wanted Grayfia to be on Riser side, this would ended up bad.

''Luffy, Issei please stop it.'' Said Rias.

''But…'' Said Luffy but Rias stopped him.

''No buts. Do it for me, please.'' Said her.

Luffy hated this but it was for his friend, so he looked down to the floor and say it as if he didn't wanted to be there.

''I´m sorry.'' Said Luffy.

''Me to.'' Said Issei.

"You two are forgiven.'' Said Grayfia.

"Riser tell me what brings you here? The wedding isn't happening for another few weeks, I want to spend these days with my friends during this time.'' Said Rias.

The other devil just had a little laugh at this moment.

''I´m here to take you my dear Rias, I decided to advance things. Instead of the marriage happening in a few weeks, we will be married by tomorrow night.'' Said Riser with a smirk.

The news shocked Rias and the rest of the club, if they had time, they could find a way to get her out of this mess, but now things would get complicated.

So yes, this is a short chapter, but I wanted to be like this. I cut two chapters into one so this is how it goes.

I don't wanna hear people saying ``This isn't how Luffy act``, hey none of us doesn't know how Luffy acts, only Oda does. I am not writing the ``dumb dumb Luffy``, I am writing a luffy that knows when to act stupid and when to act serious.

I know a lot of you are pissed because Riser protected himself from Luffy punch, but don't worry things bad will happen to him. That chicken will be pounded for good and then fried.

The fact we are up to almost 60 chapters is really impressive, I plan to have this fic surpass the One Piece DxD story, because that one is almost abandoned, and it does things that are wrong for the characters and anyone to read it.

Also, I think Rias and Luffy make a cute couple. I bash Rias and Issei or her with Izuku, but I think her and Luffy would form a cute and strong couple. I see fan art of Rias children with Naruto or with Goku, because fandoms, but I never seen of her and Luffy. I hope someone does that.
