Chapter 9
Luffy smirks at the sight of Captain Morgan's entitled brat race out of the Inn's door.
"Miss…I'll be honest with you. You shouldn't have picked a fight with him." Said the woman that owns the Inn/restaurant.
"Its alright. He doesn't seem like he can do anything alone." Luffy waved off the owner with a large D grin.
"I hope you are right as he is the son of Captain Morgan." She warns.
"I am the daughter of a warlord and a Marine Hero. So I do not worry as I have my pull than that little crybaby." Luffy said between bites of her steak.
The restaurant goes silent at the silver hair beauties words.
Shell Town Marine Base
With a bottle of beer held in his single hand. Axe-hand Morgan watch his men…the poor souls that he is willing to kill in a blink of an eye. "PULL HARDER YOU WEAKLINGS!" He screams at them as they pulled on ropes on a statue along the side of the building.
Helmeppo comes running up the stairs to the rooftop where his drunken father stood ordering his men to their doom. Kicking the door open as he runs to the drunken man.
Morgan looks out of the corner of his right eye towards his girlish son crying before him. "What…..what do you want?" He questions between hiccups.
"Father I was attacked within the village inn. I had gone respectfully to the Inn to have dinner as I hadn't wish to bother our cooks here as they are busy up here." Helmeppo tells his lie to his father that has a tiny bit of truth within his little story.
"Worthless brat. You should have died along side your mother during birth." Morgan barks out with spit coming out of his mouth.
Unseen from the shadows, Luffy stands with her arms crossed over her chest. 'Worthless man. Useless, Garp should have killed him during that training accident.' She thought to herself with a frown marrying her face.
"But father!" Helmeppo whines.
"Don't father me you useless boy! Go away now before I kill you!" Morgan screams at him.
Without another word Helmeppo scrambles to his feet and swiftly turns upon his heel before his father thinks about using his axe upon him once more. There was never any speaking to him while he was in on of his drunken states.
Black flames lick around Luffy's body as she wanted to kill the man standing before her. 'He isn't worthy of the Title of Marine Captain nor the title of father. He is a bad man who should be in the deepest depts of hell to never become exposed.' "Fucker." She whispers into the air.
"So, you're the Captain of this Marine base." Came a female voice from behind the giant of a man.
"Who the fuck?" Bellows Captain Morgan, as he turns around.
Luffy steps out of the shadows with her right hand resting upon her strawhat. Her crystal blue eyes hardening into ice as she glares upon the man standing before her.
America
Ami stands at the gates of Yale. Her dark blue eyes slowly misting up at the sight of one of her dream American schools. "I'm here and I have finally made it." She spoke to herself with a large smile. A smile she had learned to smile from her best friend.
"Ami?" Came the voice of the last person she would want to see on this green earth. Slowly turning she saw the man that abused her best friend…
"What do you want Mamoru?" Ami questions the man. Not bothering with greeting him.
He holds his hands up in surrender. "I just saw you. I was surprised to see you here of all places." He told her as he looked away from her as he felt a few eyes staring at them.
"If that's all. You saw me and now you can leave me be. As I do not have time for your foolish antics." Ami told him as she spun on her heel. Heading towards the massive building before her. She has a dream to follow and doesn't need him in her way.
Marine Base Roof
"Little girl, I do not know who you are and I really don't give a fuck how you got up here. But if you do not leave in the next couple of seconds I will show the people of this island what it means to go against me!" Morgan raged as he throw his bottle off of the side of the roof, hitting his statue in the prosses.
Luffy smirks are the all the ropes and the ugly statue falls back to the ground…sliced into pieces.
Hearing loud crashing from the side of the building Morgan looks towards where his men stood with sliced ropes in their hands. "What the fuck happen?" He screams.
One of the fearful men looks towards their asshole Captain. "Some…someone cut the ropes." He said fearfully.
Morgan begins to grit his teeth as he turns back to the giggling going on behind him. To now find a man with green hair standing next to the girl with three swords at his waist.
"I will murder you for this." Morgan barks out with spittle shotting out of his mouth.
"Wow. A Marine Captain threatening our deaths? For what? We haven't done anything wrong." Luffy said mocking him.
"What do you expect. This trash wasn't one of your Grandfather's men. He was of the other losers men." Zoro said as his silver eyes turn towards Morgan as his eyes harden to steel looking the man over.
"You will pay for this." Spits out Morgan as he is too drunk to even think straight.
"You already said that." Luffy points out. Finding this every annoying.
"Love stop playing around with him and take care of him. As Garp is on his way here." Zoro said.
Hearing this Morgan stiffens up at hearing the name of the Marine Hero Garp. "WHAT THE FUCK!? WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!" He screams as his drunken stoper slowly fades.
Next time we will have a battle and Garp is paying a visit to a little axe
