Far… Far… SO F**KING FAR AWAY from Wartwood was Toad Tower… Home of the toughest, most ruthless and of course... Not so smart warriors, They live to protect different areas of the Amphibia, being the first line of defense... But over time, things changed completely

Much of the toad troops are corrupt, abusive and savage against species that cannot defend themselves during the tax control days and due to social status... Since they are on down of the newts and at the end the frogs. Who would guess?

But a year ago, things changed when a menace attacked Toad Valley. A threat that they only called it: the Ashen Demon

But for someone…

As toads rode in, we were treated to what the interior was like. Guards stood at the entrance to the main hall while two others were tending to their spiders with one spider getting spooked and webbing up its handler. On the inside, we got to see what the toads were really like. They were indeed a rough and rowdy bunch as one table had tongue wrestling, another toad was playing darts with mosquitoes while others were just goofing off and roughhousing.

However, the fun soon ended when-

The doors opened to reveal the captain, who was not happy. The toads immediately stopped what they were doing, saluted and got into formation when the captain, whose name was revealed to be Grime, appeared before them

The herons started attacking every inch of toad tower, gobbling up many toads and destroying everything within. The toads could do nothing but run and flee as Grime came back down the stairs seeing the chaos.

-Ah! This place is falling apart!-Grime said as he picked up one toad who was keening and put him on his feet-Come on, you cowards! Fight back! Do something!-

-Bring it on bird brain!-This caught Grime's attention as he saw her prisoner fighting one of the herons… with her bare hands

She dodged to the sides and she flipped over its beak while grabbing a chain as she's spinning around and hit him causing the heron get dizzy as he left

-Should I trust this human who has given me many victories in the dark?-she asked for himself as he went to their cell and tore open the bars just as the heron attacked again, Byleth stood in front as he clenching her fist as veins popping out of her arm, until Grime came in and grabbed the heron by its beak

-Ashen demon, fight with me! And together we'll… and… she's gone!-Grime said as Byleth ran away, then the heron overpowered him as it snapped its beak close, forcing him to the ground

-Oh well, I do wash with a steel wool brush. It really hurts-Braddock said as the mercenary woman grabbed the toad commander by his shoulders, surprising him by how strong she is

-And what were those nice things you said about Gary?-Sasha asked while gesturing to a blue toad in multiple bandages and a crutch-Last time as he told me when he was the guard, he was cleaning the pain room still in the full body cast-

-Oh, really?! Now that I think about it… Gary never missed a day, even when he was sick-Grime complimented again, making the toad smile-What can I say? I'm dedicated-

The toads ran out of the safe room to go fight the herons leaving Byleth and Grime who all smiled that the plan worked, and the toads were finally an army.

It was then that Sothis looked at her to tell the truth to Grime and her failed escape plan, which she breathes and says in pain-I'm sorry…-

-What did you say?-Grime asked as he saw one of the rough, ruthless and bloodthirsty warriors with a look of shame and guilt with her right arm squeezing her left wrist-This is my fault. As the herons prepared to finish the toads off, they were interrupted by Grime's voice-Up here pheasants!-

The heron's looked up and saw Grime and Byleth on some remains wielding the weapons that the mercenary woman had: She's holding her sword and Grime is using the battle axe, as she said-Time to finish with this!-

As both shouted and jumped on the herons to attack. Byleth did a flip on one's head while slashed its eye and Grime hit the other on its neck, killing one of the gigants herons

The other heron seeing it's partner dead, goes after the two in blind fury as the new litenaunt of Grime's army now hold her bow and a bag of arrows, as the heron slam his beak on the ground, she noticed that it's holding a box of boomshrooms, then she got an idea-Grimes! If you want to trust me, I need to follow my plan-

-Then what is it, litenaunt!-Said the toad commander as he jumps to evade the already angry heron, which Byleth says-We need to blew up the South tower-

All toads: SAY WHAT?!

-See that on the ground-She points to where the blue mushrooms are and gives her plan-We only have one shot, once he's dead. We'll blow the place up, we can't let the kingdom of Newtopia know. I will take full responsibility for the attack here and then you will be out of their sight!-

-And what is you going to do!?-Grime said, as Byleth takes off her damaged jacket, her chest armor and her skirt, throwing them to the ground. The mercenary woman only had her black lace bra covering her large breast and her black underwear and those striking tights with that engraving on it and her high heel boots as she licks her lips while keeping that enigmatic smile on her face-Gain time! AND TAME THIS BIRD! now…-

-Oh my frog. here it comes…-Sothis exasperated said knowing what's is going to do. And by meaning that… she's going ALL out

-Are you kidding?! She's going to stop that heron on her own?!-Sasha was shocked knowing that it's impossible to capture those things, But what the goddesses didn't know was that Byleth had found a way to gain more strength… Even further beyond

While smiling like a madwoman, her biceps began to get pumped with muscle. Slowly becoming softball sizes, while her triceps gain size, while her shoulders are getting bigger and rounder. While her veins are glowing in a certain glowing pinkbefore fading away

Her thighs keep gaining definition with every pump of muscle without tearing her stockings. Her ass soon started to gain volumen, feeling her arms tingling. Her biceps gaining more layers of muscle fibers, tearing down the old muscle fibers, building up new ones and gaining a volleyball size biceps.

Soon her torso and thorax expanded even more as her ribs crack and rearrange, ripping apart her bra to shreds, exposing her DD cup, with each breath Byleth takes causes her breasts to grow as her pectorals push her inner organs to her limits.

The ashen demon grinning like a maniac as her muscles doubled as churn sounds within her body squished around to make more room. Her spine and limbs lengthen as her skeleton structure cracks and rearranges as her muscular structure continues building up. Her thighs pumped more muscle mass as new muscle fibers tore down the old fibers, her legs spasm and pumped more muscle as the veins were glowing pink hue.

Byleth felt her waist caving in as the body fat went straight into her ass as it got bigger, rounder, firmer, and softer. Making the mercenary woman purr with delight as she smiles as her underwear finally snaps and leaves her completely naked… With the exception of her stockings, her left knee pad, and her high heel boots. The waist soon gets filled with pure muscle to replace the fat it lost.

-Gods, it feels so f*cking good. I've been waiting to use THIS!-thought Byleth as she looked at her arms as they're getting even bigger, she feels more power building up as her skin is drenched in her own sweat. Her hands grew larger as she gained another growth spurt. She gets bigger and stronger much for her excitement. With her biceps gaining basketball sizes.

The pink radiant glow brightly as she gains one last growth spurt as her thorax, torso expands with her ribs cracking as it widens. Her back muscles got border as her traps and lats bulged and grew even stronger. Her thighs and calves bulges. Her core and abdomen get tighter and more defined. Her skin hardens. And her ass gets even softer as she let's out a loud groan through her teeth, like a war cry-LET'S FUCKING GO!-

Anne, Sasha and Marcy saw what the former professor did, somehow she managed to channel the power of the pink gem to increase her muscle mass to the point of becoming a complete berserker unit.

Nearly seven feet tall and with superhuman strength and overdeveloped muscles, Byleth ran toward the heron to buy time to escape the South Tower, to which with each step she took left cracks from her footprints until she jumped with all her strength to give him an aerial hook in the heron's beak.

The giant creature was so stunned by the blow that it was losing its balance until it fell to the ground, and then the mercenary woman take the bone-made axe and decapitate the heron as blood bath her whole body as a wicked smile cover her face, until she's just forgot one small detail…

-Shit… I Forget the boomshrooms the guys put in the tower!-As Byleth said scared and put her muscular arms around her head to protect herself as a huge explosion covered the area where the South Tower is supposed to be and in which a blue mushroom cloud could be seen throughout Amphibia.

Meanwhile on Wartwood….

The Plantars and Corrin were locked in a cage hanging from a tree which had a sign that said "Shame Cage" since they were in the annual village potluck, and like every year, the Plantars finished last and inside the cage, although in reality, it was Corrin's fault this year

Thanks to her dragon abilities, she was able to obtain some fresher ingredients which improved certain recipes, unfortunately her stomach betrayed her and she ate everything, even the food of the competition which earned them disqualification for the next ten years

But then she started to smell something (Which was the explosion that Byleth caused on the other side of the valley) and noticed Hop Pop, which she said with disgust-Are you serious, Hop Pop?! Did you just f**king fart next to me?!-

Then Sprig smelled that too and complained-Cory is right, it comes from you Hop Pop! Smells like cricket legs without removing their wings!-

Hop Pop: Nonsense! The wings give it a better flavor

-NO, IT IS NOT!-Polly screamed as the smell started to cover her face, then a frog girl with light blue skin in the corner. Her hair was light pink with dark pink spots and was bulbous in appearance with a small knot on her head, making it look like a mushroom cap. Her hair covered one of her eyes, but the one that was visible was big and yellow with black, slit pupils similar to that of a snake. She wore very little for clothing, just a black sack dress with a brown rope tied around it and brown gloves was passing by and smell for a second

-In my opinion, it smells more like a burnt heron carcass with testosterone-soaked boomshrooms… and quite a bit of leather. I don't know, but I'm just guessing-She said while carrying various ingredients in a bag

-Hi Maddie!-Corrin greeted the blue frog which she responded covering her nose-How are you doing with your potions?-

-I was going to warn you that all the ingredients were to make a magic potion of gluttony. Now we know it works-Maddie Flour said until she gave the dragon princess an idea-What do you think about working together? If we're lucky, we can find a potion to regenerate memories-

Back to the South tower with that muscular and dumb female protagonist…

Then Grime stood triumphantly before the toads stood in awe after seeing the feat that his new lieutenant did-Toads of Toad Tower… Well, what's left of here. Today was a great victory! If it weren't for your bravery, the fortress would be lost. You're all heroes! Especially: your new litenaunt!-

The toads were shocked then started to cheer after hearing that, but for Byleth and Sothis, both were more surprised

Both: A hero?!

-Alright troops, listen up-Grime said as all his troops said at once-SIR YES SIR!-

Then she took what is be the top of a music box with a frame of a frog holding some types of stones that are now holes and asked for herself-If my intuition is correct, one part is in Wartwood with that manakete, and the other is in the hands of that muscle head woman. I need to know more about what these pieces are hiding and give the report to His Majesty. And I hope it's not actually the Calamity Box-

While looking at a book where it says "danger" over the box which may be something dangerous for all of Amphibia, but she also had doubts about its existence that she did not fully understand, and even trusted the king completely

But she's betting that there's someone… or something, pulling the strings on the darkness, and it takes three persons to solve that mystery forever…

And especially… of the prophecy she had already discovered

Author's words:

This episode is a little short but has a lot of action and several details that changed in Amphibia, an example is the death of the herons, the destruction of the South tower where the episode "Reunion" happens… but it will happen sooner or later on ANOTHER location.

One detail that you will see in this female version of Byleth is that I based it on Rhea Ripley's personality after being inspired by her entrance theme (and I admit, I love her theme song) so expect some Ashen Demon's brutality in few episodes

And of course, the next episode will reveal more about how Robin came to Newtopia
