A strong feeling of unease came over Dean when he opened the door with their take-out.
Sam's huge feet stuck out of the bathroom. Dean rushed over and looked at his pale brother on the floor. He tried to understand what had happened in the last fifteen minutes. Sam hadn't complained of feeling unwell. Sam hadn't said much on the ride out of town after their goodbye to Missouri. Shit!
Dean carefully slipped his hand behind Sam's head. Yup, there it is. "We're going to talk when you wake up little brother. You're supposed to tell me you're injured, dumbass."
