He didn't know what to do about last night. After Solo had left, Jimmy had stared at the ceiling, unable to process what had just occured. His body had relaxed, but his mind was a mess. In the end exhaustion took over and he'd fallen asleep still exposed to the world.
Now it was morning and his head was clear. The evidence of the incident was wiped up but the memory was still intact. His brother--his baby brother had pinned him down and humped him. And he'd actually cum from it. Jimmy still wasn't sure how to process.
So he didn't.
Instead he got up to take a shower. The bathroom was located closer to the back of the cabin which meant he had to pass Solo's door to get to it. Needless to say, he was not ready to face him just yet. Thankfully when he glanced out his room the youngest Fatu was nowhere in sight. The same couldn't be said about his twin though.
He quickly spotted Jey in the kitchenette area, fumbling with some dishes. Jimmy shook his head, already knowing his brother well. Leave it to Jey to try to make breakfast for everybody.
Swallowing his own inner conflict, he exited the room, making a beeline in the opposite direction.
"Morning," he threw out, before sealing himself behind the safety of the bathroom door.
Jey barely got out the salutation back before Jimmy was sealed away. He leaned his back against the wood, heaving a sigh of relief. He wasn't exactly in the mood to speak with anyone right now--especially not someone who knew him like the back of his hand. No doubt if he looked his twin in the eye, Jey would know something was up.
The last thing Jimmy needed was to try to explain to Jey what had happened between him and Solo. The truth was, he still didn't know himself. Why had Solo come into his room after seeing what he was doing? And why had he...?
Jimmy decided a nice shower would wash off the stink of the whole situation. He quickly found his way under the stream and after a good long while the incident was just a bad dream. He'd never been dominated by his own brother. He'd never been forced to bust a nut by his own flesh and blood.
When the water started to cool off, he was forced to step back into the real world. Wrapping his towel around his waist, Jimmy exited the bathroom. Hopefully Jey was too preoccupied with breakfast to try to make conversation. That would give him time to get to his room, get dressed and figure out what to do. His plans were dashed, however when he found all three of his family sitting at the kitchenette counter.
The smell of bacon was in the air. But Jimmy had no appetite. His eyes briefly landed on Solo. His brother barely glanced back before focusing on his plate.
"So you don't speak now?" Roman drew his attention.
Jimmy swallowed, not quite ready for Roman's bs after last night.
"Morning. "
His cousin nodded, as reply. Jimmy took it as a dismissal and reached for his doorknob.
"You too good to join us for breakfast?"
He froze. Damn.
"Just let me get dressed."
He had been hoping to avoid them.
"We've showered together all our lives Jimmy. You don't have anything any of us haven't seen already," his cousin gestured toward the empty seat.
"Sit."
The seat beside Solo. Again Jimmy swallowed. There was no negotiating here. Slowly he made his way to the chair, trying his best not to appear as rattled as he was feeling inside. Not only to face his brother but to do so in nothing but a towel? He couldn't help but to feel a little vulnerable.
"Jey, aren't you going to fix your brother a plate?"
Jey didn't have to be asked twice. Jimmy watched his twin shoot up at the Tribal Chief's command to fill a plate of breakfast food. While Jey was occupied, Roman looked Jimmy over.
"You been working out?"
The question was unexpected.
"Huh?"
"You're trimming down. It looks good on you. Solo, doesn't it look good on him?"
His baby brother glanced his way and immediately Jimmy's face burned. He could feel brown eyes rove over his nude chest, arms and exposed legs. The towel around his waist had slightly opened when he sat, revealing a hefty portion of his left thigh. He followed Solo's gaze to the expanse of bare skin and saw briefly that intense look from the night before. The look that had unsettled him.
But then it was gone and Solo's eyes were back on his food.
"Yea."
A man of a few words. Jimmy was still shaken when Jey set a plate of bacon, eggs and pancakes before him.
"We been putting in some work in the gym," busy with the food, his twin seemed to have missed the interaction. But his ears still worked.
"If we stay ready we ain't got to get ready, right?"
Jimmy blinked, his stomach now turning in apprehension. Even if he'd had an appetite before, the reminder from last night had eliminated it.
"Hey, Uce you good?" Jey rested a hand on his shoulder.
Just as he'd feared, Jey was picking up that something was off. After sharing a womb and thirty plus years together he and his twin were connected like that. But there were some things that not even Jey needed to know. In fact, nobody needed to know.
"Yea, I just slept wrong," he lied, pulling his plate closer and digging in for show.
He didn't look up to see if his twin had bought the story. Whether or not he did, Jimmy was sure it would be a wrap if he faced him. Jey would see the truth in his eyes.
They finished breakfast without any further incident thankfully. Roman talked about the flooding, apparently the roads were still a mess. They'd have to stay another day. Jey mentioned how the place was stocked for at least a weekend and how thoughtful the owners were to include the food. Of course Paul had arranged it that way.
Once granted permission Jimmy retreated to his room. There he quickly dressed in track pants and a matching hoodie. His hair was still damp from the shower so he brushed it back into a ponytail. Nothing else he could do with it.
He quickly found his phone, perhaps there would be a message from... But one look showed nothing but a dying battery. Apparently he'd forgotten to put it on the charger last night after the incident. Shit, the incident. Was that what he was going to call it? His baby brother pinning him down and molesting him was an "incident?" He plugged his phone into the charger and sighed.
This was too much. He needed air.
Jimmy pulled up his hood and left the room, making a beeline for the front door. Thankfully Roman was nowhere to be seen. The sound of the shower running signaled his whereabouts. He was sure it wasn't Jey because his twin was still in the kitchen finishing up the dishes. And Solo appeared to be helping him dry. Always connected, it was Jey who noticed him again.
"You stepping out?"
Jimmy shrugged.
"I need some air."
Jey nodded.
"It is a little cramped in here," he noted.
Solo continued wiping down a plate silently.
"Let me know how bad it is out there. I might join you in a bit."
Again Jimmy nodded. Though he didn't particularly want company, he also didn't want to alert Jey that something was wrong. The look at breakfast had already gotten him questioned. The LAST thing he wanted was for anyone to know what had happened. Especially Jey.
Jimmy made it outside and was instantly greeted with the scent of wet dirt and wood. A very rustic scent contrary to the warm breakfast scents still permeating the cabin. He closed his eyes and took in a deep breath.
What the fuck am I gonna do?
About Solo. About what happened. He had to address the situation. But how? Definitely in private. Jey could never know. And Roman? God he didn't want to imagine what Roman would say. Or how he would look at him.
The rain was still a drizzle but who was afraid of a little water? So Jimmy found himself wandering from the entrance to the side of the cabin. In daylight he could see things better. It wasn't as small as he'd previously thought. There was an extension off into what looked like a shed of some sort. Not big enough for a car but one of those seated lawn mowers perhaps.
Curious, or maybe just looking to occupy his mind, Jimmy tested the door. It opened easily. He took a step inside and surveyed his surroundings. Sure enough there was a hand made wooden bench at the center of the shed and a table to match. The wall had a built-in shelf stocked with tools and various other items like paint cans and WD 40. Whoever lived here knew their stuff.
Well at least he didn't have to worry about the place falling in on them.
Jimmy took his time distracting himself, fiddling with things he knew didn't belong go him. What could he say, curiosity was a valid emotion. It did the job and he could at least for the moment forget the strange happenings since they'd arrived.
"You shouldn't wander off."
He nearly tripped himself as he spun around at the sound of his brother's voice.
"Solo, man why you walking up on me like that?!"
He didn't like being startled. Or how hard his heart was hammering in his chest right now.
"What the hell is wrong with you, Uce?"
His baby brother shrugged.
"You shouldn't wander off," he repeated.
"We're family. We stick together."
Family. Right.
"Exactly, family. So why would you do what you did last night? I'm your brother!"
He hadn't meant to shout, not when Jey and Roman weren't too far inside the cabin. If either of them came out to investigate he wasn't ready to try to explain what the problem was.
"You're my brother," Solo agreed quietly.
His eyes then took on a strange expression not unlike last night. Only possessive.
"And you're mine."
He reached behind him to close the shed door. Those possessive eyes never left Jimmy as he turned something. The click told Jimmy that it must have been a lock. They were locked in here. Together.
