At Starfall Island Amy, Knuckles and Tails were gathered around Sonic's Tornado when Sonic came in, with Amy waving back.

"So... that was fun." Sonic said worrying or annoying everybody, with Tails waving both his hands in disagreement, Knuckles sighing in disapproval, and Amy squinting her eyes with a big frown. "But I guess it's time we got moving. I know you all have big plans."

"You're gonna hardly recognize me when we see each other again!" Tails said.

"I wonder if Cream and Sticks are free? Make a road trip out of it!" Amy said.

"It'll be good to get back to my island. At least... for a while." Knuckles said and Sonic hopped on the plane.

"We're wasting daylight. Let's go!" Sonic said.

With all four heroes aboard, the Tornado booted up and took off performing a somersault while Sonic and Knuckles were on opposite wings looking at each other, and Amy having the time of her life in the passenger seat as the biplane flew into the sunset.

In a dark room Eggman was typing on the keyboard, pressed one more button hard and a strange symbol appeared on his screen.

"…Father?" Sage said.

"That's my girl." Eggman said.

The next day everyone was on their new adventure while Sonic was with Eggman.

"What do you want Buttnik?" Sonic asked with her arms crossed.

"I want you to end me." Eggman said.

"Come again?"

"I want you to end my life. With no Sonic Underground, Team Sonic, Resistance, and Sage gone there's rely no point in this." he said and she looked at him. "Take off the necklace I gave you all those years ago, unleash your full power and end me."

"You sure about this?"

"I'm sure. I'm getting old after all." he said and she nodded. "Go home, be with your real family and become the queen you're meant to be."

She nodded again, took off the necklace Eggman gave her and unleashed full power.

"It's been a stressful but adventurous time Robotnik." she said and took a deep breath. "Chaos Blast!" she said and got him in the chest.

She did that multiple times and finally, Ivo Robotnik was dead.

Then she took a deep breath, put her necklace back on and looked at Eggman.

"Thanks for the help over the years." she whispered and Chaos Controlled home to pack.

When she was done packing, she looked around to make sure she had everything and nodded.

"Looks like my time as a hero is done and my time as a princess is about to start." she said, shut the door and ran.

While she ran she thought about all the adventures she, Tails and Knuckles did together along with Team Rose, Team Dark and The Chaotix.

Before she knew it, she was at Mobotropolis.

She stopped and took a deep breath.

"Home." she said smiling and ran to the castle.

When she got to the castle she stopped and saw Aleena, Sonia and Manic sitting there staring at her.

"Sonic?" Aleena said and they stood up.

"Hi mom, Sonia, Manic." Sonic said. "He's gone and I'm home, for good." she said and they hugged her.

"Good." Sonia said.

"We missed you sis." Manic said smiling.

"I missed you to." Sonic said smiling. "Now, I'm gonna go unpack." she said and left to her room.

It had been a month and Sonic's coronation.

Tails, Knuckles and Amy were enjoying their adventure and had called each other every week.

Knuckles was happy Sonic had finally gone home and they were all surprised but happy she finally ended Eggman.

Only Knuckles knew where she was and they planned to keep it that way for as long as possible.

Aleena, Sonia and Manic were smiling watching Sonic take the crown.

"Do you, princess Sonic of Mobotropolis take your place as queen of Mobotropolis and promise to take care and protect Mobotropolis?" the priest asked.

"I will." Sonic said.

Then Aleena came with her crown removed and now in her hands.

"Do you my daughter Sonic Hedgehog promise to look after all of Mobotropolis' villagers? Give them food, water and homes?" Aleena asked.

"I will." Sonic said and Aleena put the crown on her and she held onto the Sovereign's orb and Scepter and looked at everyone still smiling. "The Church of God and all the people would hold true peace under his rule. He would forbid acts of robbery and iniquity. He would uphold justice and mercy in all judgments."

"Queen Sonic of Mobotropolis." the priest said.

"Queen Sonic of Mobotropolis." they all said.

Sonic took a deep breath and smiled happy to finally have a safe future. At least for now.
