I'M BACK, I'M BACK FOR THE FIRST TIME.
Okey. Lots of stuff, but i'll just say… schoolworks.
Thankfully it's done for now, And i have time to write again. But before continuing with ROTL and Pahkitew Reacts. I wanted to make a very short one-shot based on a fic i readed.
And that's Total Drama Ultimate from the user TheDrama100. It focuses only on the relevant parts for the plot.
This one-shot it's focused on the result of episode 8, a sort of "What If?" So I recommend reading the OG fic first.
Also, I asked the author for permission. So this isn't a "This is what should have happened" or a spiteful fic. I had the idea And asked to make it.
Without further ado. Enjoy
"Guys, stop!" Jasmine firmly says as the customers in the shop walk out. As the customers walk out, Izzy walks in with a bunch of scantily clad individuals.
"Um…" Sammy stares.
"I found them at the club, how exciting!" Izzy laughs.
"Good work Izzy!" Mary praises. "What kind of ice cream do you-"
"YOU WERE THE ONE AT FAULT FOR NOT MENTIONING KEITH!" Dave screams.
"Shut up Dave, I have an order to take!" Mary scolds.
"YOU CUT ME OFF BEFORE I COULD!" Sky screams back.
"Sky, you shut up too! So, what kind of ice cream would you like-"
"I have an explosive." one of the customers says out of the blue.
"Wait what-"
BOOM!

The Pink Team are seen coughing and laying around as their shop has been turned to ashes.
"What… what just happened?" Zoey coughs, ash covering her body.
"Daniel, how could you do that? We were saving that for the police station!" Izzy scolds the customer.
"Sorry Izzy, I just couldn't resist!" he replies.
"You know that guy?" Gwen questions.
"Yeah, he's an old friend from the mental hospital!"
"That doesn't matter!" Mary panics. "Our money just blew up!"
"Oh crap…" Jasmine mutters.
Sky grunted trying to recover her senses, she felt something… no. Someone on top of her.
"Dave? Get off" she said angrily, but the boy didn't answer "It's your skull so dense that you can't hear me?
Dave grunted, Sky was confused. But then she saw it.
Dave's left shoulder was burn, along part of his clothes. He also had his left arm going around her waist, And even his face was basically placed over her body.
"D-dave?" Sky asked, now worried as he slowly recovered his senses "Did You…"
"I think i hurted my… everything" he moaned in pain, getting off Sky slowly and sitting on the ground.
"We need medical attention NOW" Sammy screamed worried.
A bit latter
"What happened to you guys? Zoey, are you okay?" Mike questions the Pink Team with concern.
"Izzy's friend blew up our shop…" Zoey replies. Some teammates look annoyed at Izzy which she notices.
"Hey, that wasn't my fault, I didn't know that would happen!" she responds.
"Fair." Mary mutters to herself.
"Some friends you have" Sammy said with a venomous tone as she held Dave on his sane side.
"Alright, time for the moment of truth. Results time!"

"Yeah, figures" EmmaRR said knowing that was gonna happend.
"Anyways, Green Team, you will be getting a reward. You will be taken to a spa tomorrow, and trust me, you'll be way happier than those at camp." Chris laughs with a wink towards the camera. "Pink and Gray… you won't be happy tonight, as we're heading to the campfire ceremony right now."
"Right now?" Jasmine repeats in disbelief.
"Yes, are you too tall to hear me? Let's go."
"Couldn't we at least give Dave some medical care?" Sammy asked "I think he took most of the explosión"
"Fine. Chef, go with them and take care of him" Chris said annoyed.
Confessional: Jasmine
"There are so many options tonight! Dave and Sky fight nonstop, Izzy accidentally brought in a guy who blew up our shop, and Scarlett is… well, she's Scarlett!"
Conf end
Confessional: Dave
"WHY DID I DO THAT?" He asked, now having his shoulder and most of his arm bandaged up with some gauzes. Then he sighed "Doesn't matter, I need to focus on tonight's vote. And as much as i would love to get rid of Sky, there's clearly a bigger issue here"

The athlete was frozen in place "Dave… Why did he save me? After all that happend, he was mad enough to basically act as a human shield for a bomb? Thats…. No. I can't loose focus, he needs to go" but soon her focused face became doubtful again.

Cut to Pink Team at the campfire ceremony
"Welcome Pink Team, nice to see you here! After living together and relying on each other for two weeks, time for one of you to be sent home!" Chris laughs. "Go vote and we'll see who that is."
Voting
"Like i said. Much as i would like to vote Sky, there's a bigger issue here." Dave said before voting for Izzy "Her friend almost blew us up. We have enough whit one redhead whit explosive tendencies"
"I don't have anything against Izzy… but I have to side with Dave, I started to bond with him yesterday." Sammy says.
"You did bring in a guy who cost us the challenge, sorry girl." Zoey votes for Izzy.
"I don't care how much you're trying to blend in." Jasmine says. "You revealed your true colors late into Pahkitew, and I know you are capable of doing it again Scarlett."
"I'm not going to piss anyone off here by risking voting incorrectly to someone who is actually at risk, there are so many people's names on the table. I know Sammy won't be upset by this one." Gwen votes.
We get cut of Mary, Izzy, EmmaRR, and Scarlett voting before we cut to the last one.
"I need to close this Forever" Sky said confident. But just as she was ready to do her vote, she started to consider it.
Voting over
"If anyone has found a hidden immunity idol and wants to play it, now would be the time to do so…" Chris said
…
"Alright. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will have to leave the campfire ceremony immediately. I'll read the votes."
…
"1st vote… Izzy."
The redhead rolled her eye.
"2nd vote… Izzy."
Now she was a but more surprised
"3rd vote… Izzy."
Izzy frowns.
"4th vote… Scarlett."
Scarlett rolls her eyes.
"5th vote… Sammy. 3 votes Izzy, 1 vote Scarlett, 1 vote 1 vote Sammy."
Sammy bites her lip worried. While both Dave and Jasmine raised an eyebrow. Why would anyone vote Sammy?.
"6th vote… Dave."
Dave glared at Sky, who simply flinched a bit
"7th vote… Dave. 3 votes Izzy, 2 votes Dave, 1 vote Scarlett, 1 vote Sammy."
Dave now opened his eyes worried.
"8th vote… Dave. 3 votes Izzy, 3 votes Dave, 1 vote Scarlett, 1 vote Sammy."
Both the wild chick And the germaphobe we're getting more nervous.
"9th vote… Scarlett. 3 votes Izzy, 3 Votes Dave, 2 votes Scarlett, 1 Vote Sammy"
The redhead genious scoffed. While the rest tensed up. The last vote may determine the result.
"13th person voted out of Total Drama Ultimate… Dave. That's 4 over 3, you're eliminated."
…
"Huh not the reaction i expected" Chris said noticing the lack of emotion from Sky. While Dave simply sighed in defeat
"Well… I guess it's over already." Dave sighs as he stands up to leave. "Good luck Sammy."
"Damn it. Sorry it's this way" The cheerlearder said sad.
"You might have caused problems, but i can think of two people who deserved to leave over" Jasmine said sending a cold glare to both Izzy and Scarlett. Dave turned to see Sky, no expresión on his face.
"Congrats… You won" he said dryly.
"Did I? It sure doesn't feel like it" Sky said standing "i wanted you go all these first couple of days… And then you go and make the one action that made me change opinión"
"Wait, You mean… You didn't vote for me?" Dave asked a bit surprised
"I didn't" Sky sighed "You saved me from that explosión… it just wouldn't be right"
Dave didn't know what to Say. He expected Sky to be happy, boasting of getting him out, taunting him like when she rejected him on Pahkitew Island.
"Look. I know we've been at each other's throats all the time… but after all of this is done. I would like to have a talk with you… it's the least i own you" Sky said sincerely.
Now he was shocked… Did she truly mean that?
"Well… i guess i own you one too" he sighed, which actually surprised Sky. "Maybe I could throw a coffee in… S-since we probably be staying on the resort after the finale for post production anyways"
Sky couldn't help but… laugh. But not in mockery. For the first time in a while she didn't see Dave the annoyance, Dave the desperate, Dave the one who doesn't listen, not even Dave the one who lost his mind.
For the first time in a while. She saw Dave… the awkward boy who catches her heart on Pahkitew island.
"Well see… but i like Vanilla latte in that case" she said with a more relaxed tone, and lightly punching his sane shoulder. Dave wanted to say something but-
"Okey that was cute and all, but we kinda have another ceremony to do" Chris interrupted. Huh, deja vu?
Dave simply walked to the dock of shame and stood there waiting a bit. Lost in his thoughts until a voice took him out of them.
"Hey, you better let me on the boat first or I'll mess you up!" Ripper tells Dave as the boat is pulling up. Dave ignored him and stepped on the boat. "Hey!"
The boat started to pull away with the duo after Ripper pouts while getting on second. Dave gave one last look to the island and saw Sammy, Jasmine and Sky waving. He let a smile cross his face and waved as well, before saying-
"Maybe… this wasn't so bad after all"
Back on the Island, the boat disappeared among the fog. Sky sighed, looked for that so much, and now she would rather have him here.
"Curse you" she sighed, but with a smile "Curse you and your weird adorkable attitude"
Sammy saw her for a moment, And placed a hand on her shoulder.
"You know… I have a feeling he will be happy if you make it far now"
Sky laughed "Funny how a day can change everything"
The three girls turned around and started to walk back to their camp after a rollercoaster of a day.
"Just wait there/i'll wait here" Sky/Dave said looking at the moon from their respective locations "And i promise i'll fix stuff"

Would I have liked this to happen on the fic? Yeah, or a variant of this. Maybe you can cut the sappy moments, And leave Sky in doubt on how she feels now that everything happens.
