Hello Readers: And welcome to another one of my new stories which I hope to write for you guys, somewhat. The truth is, this isn't entirely a new story; rather, it's a re-write of my previous, successful series: The Caseys from the start. After all, this is the only story which I seem to be able to write at the moment. Hopefully, you guys enjoy this new version and let me know what you think.
Chapter 1: It's Time, Gabby
SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO – SEPTEMBER 1, 2018
She thought she was dreaming. Dreaming of what she was seeing right now: her husband, here in Puerto Rico in the flesh. That was something which Gabriela Marie Casey never expected to see, simply due to the fact that she didn't even think that her husband, Matthew James Casey, even knew where she was. Then again, he had a couple ways to find out: through her brother Antonio, or through the CFD. After all, when you have rank in the department, you can easily find things out. Though, that wasn't how her husband found out where she was, something which he was about to explain to her as they stood together outside the Emergency Disaster and Relief Global Aid Organization's office in San Juan. "Matt, I…what are you doing here?" Gabby asked, truly puzzled as to just why her husband was here in the first place. Though, Matt was just as confused, as he thought that she should've expected this.
For him to come sooner or later, so that they could talk; that way, he could convey the message he's been trying to tell her over the phone (and through countless e-mails and text messages): it's time. It's time for her to come home, so that they can figure out their future. So that they can get out of this state they're in and so that they can make decisions on what they're going to do going forward, as he can't stand this state of limbo they've been in ever since she left him in May. "Gabby, did you really expect me not to come here eventually? Gabby, it's been four months since you left to come here…and I haven't heard any news yet on what's going on with you. What your plans are, or whether you're coming back to me. Gabby, this is worse than things were in May, and you know it, because you're not just shutting me out entirely; but, you're also not talking to me. Hell, you think this is how I wanted our reunion to be?"
Matt asked, wondering whether his wife truly thought that this was how he wanted to reunite with her: in a tense situation, with everything up in the air as to what they were going to do. How they were going to proceed in their marriage, including whether they were even going to stay married; something Matt most certainly wants to do, as he loves his wife more than anything…and he wants to make it work. And because he needs her now, as he has so much on his mind; especially with this sudden windfall he just learned about. And just what might he be talking about? Well, his paternal grandparents just died, and they left him a bunch of money (millions of dollars) in their will; yet, he wasn't ready to talk about that. Right now, he was here for his wife and their marriage. A marriage he wants to save, as she's the love of his life and the only woman that matters to him. And that's why it was time.
Time for her to come home, so that they can figure out their future; he just hoped that Gabby felt the same way. "Gabby, I love you." Matt said, as he got close to his wife and wrapped his arms around her; doing so for the first time in months, he smiled because of how great it felt to finally hold his gorgeous wife in his arms. And when he says gorgeous, he truly means that due to the fact that she's the most beautiful woman he's ever met (something he'd never lie about). "That's why I came all the way here, because I wanted you to know that; to know that I love you more than anything, and that I want us to have a future with each other. One I hope you want as well." Gabby was surprised that Matt would even say that, as he should know that she wants to have a future with him. "Matt, of course I want to have a future with you. That goes without saying." Matt agreed with his wife, as he could tell that was the truth.
He knew that from the bottom of his heart, yet he didn't know that until now; at least, not based on Gabby's actions. Due to Gabby's ongoing actions, Matt was convinced that him coming down here was just him coming to figure out whether his hypothesis was true or not: that their marriage was over, and that Gabby was just too scared to come and tell him that to his face. But hearing Gabby say that their marriage wasn't over, that just made him feel so much better. "Gabby, you have no idea how nice it feels to know that you feel that way. I've been so worried that you wanted our marriage to end, which is precisely why you've been staying away. And honestly, I wouldn't blame you for wanting to stay away after the horrible things I said to you." Gabby sighed and looked down, as that was one of the reasons why she stayed away; especially after what she found out in the first few weeks of being here.
Something she's yet to tell her husband, as it was related to one of the reasons why she hasn't been communicating with him the best of late. "Yeah, that was one of the reasons I stayed away." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, prior to placing his hand on the side of her face as he stepped close to her. After which, he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves; a feeling which Gabby loved more than anything in the entire world, as she's missed the feeling of those soft lips on hers. "God, you have no idea how much I missed the feeling of your lips on mine." Smiling as Gabby told him that, Matt agreed as he felt the same way. He just loved the feeling of his gorgeous wife's lips on his, which is precisely why he leaned in and kissed her once more. "Good, because I want to keep kissing them for the rest of my life. I mean that Gabby. Yes, I know that I hurt you…and I truly regret that I hurt you the way I did."
Gabby agreed with Matt as she looked up into his eyes, as she could see that was the truth; she knew in her heart that Matt hated what he said to her, which is precisely why she wasn't scared to be standing so close to him at the moment. "Matt, I need to tell you something." Matt nodded. "Of course, what is it baby?" Gabby sighed. "Matt, as hurtful as those words were…and they were really hurtful, as that was something I hated hearing; I also knew that you didn't want to say those words, as I heard you try and take them back. You did that right away, even as I was trying to leave. And yes, I know that me leaving wasn't the right thing to do but…put yourself in my shoes Matt. My husband just told me that I can't have a baby, when that's his biggest dream in life: to be a father. So, how in the world do you expect me to just stay and not leave when you hurt me more than anything?" Matt nodded.
After all, he could understand that. "And it was especially hard, because you were the one that said it. Matt, you're my husband. You're the person I trusted my heart with, and the last man I ever thought I'd ever be hurt by…and mostly because of your background. Matt, I know you. I've known you since before we were even a couple, so I know about your childhood; I know everything about it, including how your father was." Taking a breath, Matt knew that was the truth. He knew that Gabby was fully aware of just what type of man his father was: a horrible man, who abused both he and his mother. "Yeah, that's actually one of the reasons I've been meaning to talk to you. Stuff has changed over the summer." Gabby looked at her husband when he said that, fearing the worst. "No, don't tell me that your mother did something that affected her probation situation." Shocked, Matt shook his head as that wasn't the case at all.
In fact, she was off probation. So, she was free to do anything she wants. "Oh, no. That's not at all what I'm talking about. Believe me, I would've called you a lot more if that was the case. No, my mom is fine; everything is fine, I promise. She's not at risk of losing her probation, as she's off probation." Gabby agreed with her husband as he told her that, well aware that was the case. "Ok. Then what is it?" Matt was about to answer Gabby's question, when he heard someone come out of the office. "Gabby?" Turning her head, Gabby looked at one of her co-workers. "We're about to start that meeting. Are you going to be joining us? Or are you leaving for the day?" Taking a breath, Gabby turned her head to look at Matt as she bit her lip. After all, she had no idea what to do right now. She and Matt were finally talking for the first time in a while, which made her want to stay and talk to him; yet, this was also her work.
Yet, at the same time, this was their marriage; something she wants to make last for the rest of her life. And this was probably what Matt was here to talk to her about: how she needed to chose between the work she was doing here in Puerto Rico, or their marriage. And while she hated that he was making her chose between those two things, she understood why he was doing so. He was doing so due to the fact that it was, in fact, time for her to do so; she needed to chose between the work she was doing with the charity, and the love of her life. And the answer was easy: she was choosing the man she loves more than anything in the entire world, the man she wants to be with for the rest of her life. "No, you came all this way Matt. You're my husband. I'm not going to make you wait to be with me when you came all this way." Matt smiled as Gabby told him that, as he loved the sound of that. It was the best answer.
It was exactly what he wanted to hear, as it meant that she was doing what he wanted to do for the rest of their lives: put their marriage first, so that they can ensure that they're married for the rest of their lives. "Matt, I'm sorry that I just realized that now. I truly am." Placing his hand on her cheek, Matt smiled as he leaned in and kissed the most beautiful woman in the entire world. "Gabby, I need to rest a bit and take it easy. You can stay if you want." Gabby shook her head. "No, I'm coming. Plus, you don't even know where I live." Matt smiled. "Ok. About that…I may have done something which I was going to surprise you with later." Gabby was confused, as she had no idea what Matt was talking about. "I booked a hotel suite at a resort here. I know, you have a place here that we could easily stay at…but, I never took you on a honeymoon; so, I wanted to at least give you a nice resort hotel stay here."
Gabby smiled as Matt said that, as she loved the sound of them staying at a resort hotel together. "I love that idea." Matt smiled as he agreed with his wife, only to rub her arms. "Listen. How about you give me the keys to your place? You can attend the meeting, while I go get you some things to wear as we stay at the hotel. I'll come back here in an hour, pick you up, then we can go to the hotel where my things already are. How does that sound?" Smiling, Gabby nodded as she loved the sound of that. "Wait, when did you get here?" Matt sighed. "I may have gotten here last night, as I wanted to get the hotel ready. I wanted to just take one last night to get everything ready and take it easy, which is precisely what we need to do. We need to relax for a few nights as we talk." Gabby agreed with her husband and smiled. "I love the sound of that." Gabby said, as she leaned in and kissed her loving husband.
After all, he was the best. And even better, they loved each other more than anything. "I love you, and I hope you know that." Matt agreed, as he most certainly did know that Gabby loves him. "And I love you too. Now, what do you say you enjoy your last meeting? I'll get our things, then we can go to the hotel in an hour?" Gabby agreed as she reached into her pocket to grab her keys, more than ready to do just that for her husband. "Can't wait." Grabbing the keys to Gabby's place, Matt smirked as he stepped close to her and leaned in to kiss her softly. "I love you." Gabby agreed with her husband. "I love you too and can't wait to hold you." Matt agreed as he placed his hand on the side of her face prior to whispering to her. "I promise, I want you. The aneurysm isn't going to stop me from wanting you. We can put that to the side for now." Nodding, Gabby agreed as she leaned up and kissed her husband once more.
After all, that was precisely what she needed: time with her loving husband in bed. "Can't wait." Smirking, Matt agreed as he couldn't wait either as he let Gabby go. After which, he grabbed her keys to walk away to her car. "Oh, the white jeep over there baby. It's on the same key chain." Turning his head to see where Gabby was pointing, Matt agreed and smiled. "See you soon." Gabby agreed and smirked, more than ready to have some alone time with her husband later. Meanwhile, Pearl looked at Gabby. "Someone's happy." Gabby smirked, nodding as she was extremely happy to be reunited with her husband; but not as happy as she's going to be when they're holding each other in bed, as she's missed him in bed. The way their bodies move against one another's is her favorite way to have fun. And based on what Matt just said, that's precisely what she can expect when they're at the hotel: a bunch of fun.
THE RITZ-CARLTON RESERVE, DORADO BEACH – It was as if they weren't even apart for a minute. The way they just fell back into each other's arms, getting right back into the groove that they had when they last made love to each other in Chicago, which was something Gabby was worried about the entire way here. She was worried that the two of them wouldn't have the same rhythm as they did when they were in bed, especially after the revelation that it was dangerous for her to get pregnant. Hell, just that made her believe that Matt wouldn't want her in bed, regardless of what he said to her at the office. But now, he was having her, and it felt incredible; just the way their bodies moved against one another's in the comfort of this hotel bed was beautiful, as it was precisely what Gabby needed to feel from her husband: love. Though, that wasn't the only reason why Matt was making love to her right now.
Rather, he was doing so as a way for him to apologize for everything they've been through lately. After all, he wasn't proud of the way he spoke to her before they left. And while this wasn't the proper way for him to do it, it was still a nice way for him to show Gabby that he loves her, and that the last thing he would ever want to do is hurt her. And now that he feels like he's sent her that message, Matt decided to roll over onto his back and took a breath. "Oh god." Laughing as she grabbed the covers, Gabby smiled as she felt the same way. Matt truly was incredible, just as he always has been in bed. "I can say the same thing about you, Matt. Then again, you've always been incredible in bed." Matt smiled as Gabby told him that, prior to grabbing her hand and intertwining their fingers. That way, he could show her some love as he kissed her hand. "I'm just glad that you let me take you in my arms, as I wasn't sure."
Gabby shook her head as she decided to roll over onto her side, as that was the last thing Matt had to worry about; after all, of course she was going to want him to make love to her. "Baby, that's the last thing you ever had to worry about. I love you, and I wanted you to take me in your arms, remember? I wanted you to show me your love, as I missed you. Yes, we're in a bad spot in our marriage, but that doesn't mean that I don't want you. If anything, I want you even more now that we're back together." Nodding, Matt moved his hand to Gabby's side to bring her against his chest, only to wrap his arm around her back and smirk as he held the woman he loves in his arms. Meanwhile, Gabby placed her hand on his face and stroked his cheek as she leaned in and kissed him softly. "Though, I hate to say this Matt but…I think we need to talk for a moment about what we just did." Matt was confused.
After all, what did they have to talk about when they just made love for the first time in months? She said that she was happy they did so, or was that a lie just to make him happy? Or, maybe it's made her realize that she really doesn't want to be married to him anymore. "Oh no. Please don't tell me that you didn't feel the spark anymore." Gabby was horrified when Matt asked her that question, as this wasn't at all where she hoped to take this conversation. Rather, she wanted to talk to him about something else: the possibilities that could arise out of what just happened. The passionate love-making session they just had with each other. "Matt, no. Please, don't even think that way. That's the last thing I want you to worry about. I mean that." Matt agreed with his wife. "Rather, I was just thinking about…" Gabby sighed as she looked into Matt's eyes, as this was the last thing she wanted to mention.
But, she knew how strongly he felt about it; how he didn't want to get her pregnant, which is why she was surprised that they just made love to each other without any protection. "Matt, I need to tell you something." Matt agreed. "What is it baby?" Gabby sighed. "I haven't been taking birth control while I've been here in Puerto Rico." Matt then realized why Gabby was bringing this up. "Oh." Gabby nodded as she moved close to Matt, prior to placing her hands on his muscular chest. "Matt, I love you; I really do, and the last thing I want is to go against you. And I know we just got back together, and you probably don't want to think about this yet. But, we need to talk about this." Matt agreed with his wife, as they did need to talk about it. "What happens if I get pregnant, not that we've had much luck?" Matt bit his lip, especially since he knew Gabby. "You wouldn't…" Gabby shook her head.
After all, that was out of the question. She may not be that religious (even though she's a catholic), but she still doesn't believe in abortion; especially when they're married, and when they already lost a child previously. In fact, they've lost two children. "Matt, I don't know if I can do it after having lost two babies already." Matt nodded as Gabby said that, prior to cuddling up to her and pressing his lips to her forehead. "Yeah, losing our first baby and Louie hit you hard." Gabby then looked down. "There's actually something you don't know Matt. It turns out, I was pregnant when I left Chicago." Hearing Gabby say that, Matt was shocked; after all, he had no idea. "Wait, was that one of the reasons why…" Gabby nodded. "I didn't want to tell you because of what you said. You didn't want me to get pregnant. And you told me that I can't have a baby. So, I thought that you'd force me to get an abortion."
Matt was horrified when Gabby said that, prior to wrapping his arm around her some more and just taking a breath. After all, this was the last thing he wanted to hear from his wife: that he hurt her so much, that she didn't feel like she could come home when she needed him the most. When she was dealing with the loss of their child. And now, that was exactly what he was learning. "Gabby, I'm so sorry. I…I'm at a loss for words." Gabby agreed as she moved closer to Matt and wrapped her arms around his muscular torso, while Matt rolled over onto his back and wrapped his arm around her back; only to wrap his legs around hers as a way to keep her close. "Are you okay? I mean, obviously you're alive. I know, that's a low bar for me to say that you're ok. But…" Gabby nodded as she laid her head down on Matt's chest, as she was feeling better. "I'm doing better, now. Sorry I didn't tell you. I should have."
Matt sighed, as he knew that was true. "You were scared about what I would say." Gabby nodded. "Was the baby viable?" Gabby nodded once more, which led Matt to believe that was why she didn't tell him. "And that was why you didn't tell me. Because the baby was viable, and you didn't want me to stop you from keeping it." Gabby agreed, as that was precisely what she was thinking at the time: that she didn't want him to stop her when this was their dream come true. "Gabby, I'm so sorry for how things have turned out. I truly mean that. I've been a bad husband of late, there's no denying that." Gabby was horrified when she heard Matt say that, as that wasn't the truth; he's been a great husband, as he's loved her and tried to protect her. "Baby, how can you say that when you've done nothing but love me?" Matt sighed. "Is that what I did when I yelled at you the way I did?" Gabby sighed.
After all, that wasn't what he did. "Is that what I did when I lied to you over whether I was pregnant when I left or not?" Shaking his head, Matt ran his hand up and down Gabby's back; only to press his lips to the top of her head as he breathed. "Gabby, we need to get our act together and figure things out. The last thing I want to do is lose you forever. I want you to be my wife for the rest of time, which means that we need to figure things out." Gabby nodded, well aware that was the case. "And that means that we need to be honest with each other." Gabby sighed. "Yeah, including about what happened that last day. I hate to tell you this, but I got a text from Stella recently telling me that you've been getting close to Sylvie." Looking down, Matt was horrified that they were even headed in this direction. "Don't you dare go there. I have been nothing but faithful to you, I can promise you that." Gabby agreed.
There was no doubt in her mind whatsoever that was the truth, which is why she wasn't even thinking that way. "I wasn't thinking about that. Rather, I was talking about as a friend. There's so much you don't know Matt, including the fact that you weren't the only reason why I left Chicago." Confused, Matt looked down at his wife. "What do you mean?" Gabby sighed as she turned her head and kissed Matt's toned chest. "On me and Sylvie's last shift with each other, we were out on a call right after that fight we had." Matt nodded. "I was a bit flustered after our fight over adoption, and we had a tiff. I asked her for a tool, and she misheard me, prior to snapping when I called her out for it." Matt nodded, as he could see that happening. "And then, she threw the ambo bag at me and abandoned the patient." Matt was shocked. "Excuse me?" Gabby nodded, prior to continuing.
After all, she wasn't done. "Then, when we were at the firehouse, she said that maybe I shouldn't ride with her on 61 if I can't work with her." Matt was horrified. "Baby, I'm so sorry." Gabby agreed. "So, I was already dealing with that when you came home. That was the real reason I left early. It didn't have anything to do with our fight, it was related to Sylvie." Matt nodded as he pressed his lips to the top of her head. "And that's why I can't have you close to her, as she'll just hurt me more than she already did." Matt agreed, well aware that was the case. "I get that. And I promise, I'll deal with it when we get home. That's something I'm going to do, as I can't let her work there anymore if that's the case. However, I'm thinking that me and you can not go back to work right away." Gabby was confused. "What would we do instead?" Matt smiled. "Maybe take a road trip as a honeymoon? Work things out."
Gabby smiled when Matt said that, as she thought that was a great idea. "I love that idea. It truly sounds perfect. Just some time alone with my man, which is precisely what we need." Matt agreed with his wife as he bent down and kissed her softly. "However, that means that we need to tell people why we're going." Gabby nodded. "Have you told anybody about how bad our problems are?" Matt shook his head, as he hasn't said a word about them. "Not a word. Nobody knows that we're having problems. I promise." Gabby agreed with her husband, glad that nobody else knows. "I'm glad. I'd rather we tell them together. But, how are we going to fund a trip?" Matt sighed. "Well, my grandparents just died." Gabby looked up at Matt, confused. "What grandparents?" Matt looked at his wife. "My dad's parents. Apparently, they never wanted my dad to marry my mom." Gabby agreed as she listened to her husband.
Meanwhile, Matt explained his new reality. "Yet, they left me and Christie in their will due to the fact that we're their only surviving descendants. My grandfather had a bunch of stock in the oil fields and a bunch of companies in different industries. They sold them right before they both died. All told. After taxes, it came out to $5 billion." Sitting up, Gabby looked at her husband when he said that; after all, that was surprising. "Excuse me?" Matt nodded. "We get $2.5 billion, same as Christie. So, I have no clue what to do with the money. I just know that I don't need to work, as I have more than enough money to survive. Maybe we can figure out a future." Gabby agreed. "Hell, we can donate money to the foundation." Matt agreed. "Maybe even start a business. I mean, I have the construction stuff…but, I've always thought that we could do more." Gabby agreed, as she liked that idea. "Wow, this is a bunch of news."
Matt agreed, well aware that was the case. "I just didn't want to hide it from you. And I wanted you to know that we're not broke just because I bought us a nice vacation. We have the money to do whatever we want. I can keep working too, and we can just use that to live off of. Or, whatever. I'm not sure yet, and it all depends on the results of my doctor's appointment in 2 weeks." Gabby was confused when she heard Matt say that. "What doctor's appointment?" She asked, as she laid back down on her side; meanwhile, Matt got close to her once more and wrapped his arm around her back. After which, he decided to tell Gabby what he's dealing with. "I've been having mental health issues while you were away." Looking at Matt when she heard him tell her that, Gabby felt horrible as it was the last thing she wanted to hear. "Oh, baby." Matt nodded, prior to adding on. "I looked up what it might be."
Gabby nodded, even though she was against self-diagnosis. "Not that I approve of self-diagnosis, but what are you thinking?" Matt sighed, prior to telling his wife what he was thinking he has. "I think I'm showing signs of PTSD."
They both agreed that this was a serious enough conversation (which they needed to have) that it'd be best if they got dressed once more, which is precisely what the two of them just did: they got dressed once more. And now that Matt was wearing his tight boxers and a tight t-shirt, Gabby couldn't help but smirk as she watched him tug his shirt down over his toned body; one which was much more muscular than it was when she left in May. "You've been working out." Turning around to look at Gabby, Matt nodded. "Yeah, I have. I decided to use some of my spare time to work out and get some fitness in, which I've needed. Keeps me healthy and busy and out of the house." Sighing as she heard Matt say that, Gabby felt horrible as it must've been lonely to have to come home to an empty house. "Was it hard coming home to an empty home after shift?" Matt nodded, as it was hard. "Yeah, it was."
He said, as he proceeded to bend down to grab Gabby's underwear from the floor of their hotel room. "Here, you want your underwear?" Gabby agreed with her husband as he walked up to the side of their bed with her underwear in his hands, only to smile as he gave them to her. "Thanks." Matt shook his head, as he was more than happy to give her underwear to her. "It's my pleasure, as I want us to relax and talk for a bit." Gabby agreed with her husband, prior to getting up to put her underwear on. Meanwhile, Matt proceeded to climb back into bed so that he could watch her get dressed. And Matt had to say, she was very sexy as she got dressed for him. "I have to say, that really turns me on as you get dressed." Snickering, Gabby agreed as she felt the same way while walking over to her shirt. After which, she went to grab it as she wanted to wear a shirt as well, which is precisely what she was wearing now.
After which, she turned around to make her way back to bed so that she could get comfortable with Matt once more; something they both wanted to do with each other, as they've missed each other. And the feeling of being in each other's arms is truly paradise. "God, I love the feeling of you being back in my arms." Gabby agreed as she moved close to Matt, prior to slipping her legs in between his and smiling as they each held each other close in bed. "Now, this is a nice feeling." Matt agreed, as he felt the same way. He felt like this is precisely where they both needed to be at the moment: in each other's arms as they held each other close. "Now, where were we when it came to what we were talking about?" Matt sighed as he placed his hand on Gabby's arm. "PTSD." Gabby agreed with her husband, as that was precisely what they were talking about. "So, you think you have PTSD?" Matt nodded.
After all, that was precisely what he thought he was dealing with at the moment. "Yeah. I know, it's a bold diagnosis. But, I think I need to look into it." Gabby agreed with her husband as she grabbed his hand, prior to stroking it with his thumb. "And that's one of the reasons why I feel like it's time for you to come back Gabby. I know this is a lot to ask, especially when I know that you clearly love it here." Gabby nodded. "But, I need your help if I'm going to figure this out. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I want your help to deal with it." Gabby agreed with her loving husband, as that was something she could do for him. And if that meant that her time in Puerto Rico was over, then she understood. "Matt, I would love to help you with that. And I promise, I'm going to be there for you at your appointment. I'm coming home to help you. I promise." Matt agreed with his wife and smiled, as he loved the sound of that.
So much so, that he moved his hand to the back of her head and leaned in to kiss her softly. "On the condition that we keep having sex and trying for a baby. I know you're scared, but we can do it together." Matt agreed with his wife, as they most certainly can. And they'll do it together as they work on their marriage. "I think that we can do that. We can work on everything together. But, you need to keep an open mind. After all, the last thing I want to do is risk your life. Gabby, I hate to bring Hallie into this but…" Gabby then realized something. "Oh god, that's part of it? Isn't it?" Matt nodded. "Gabby, she died in the fire we responded to. If you died while pregnant, I would feel like I was responsible for you dying." Gabby was horrified as she heard Matt say that, prior to placing her hand on the back of his head. After which, she leaned in and kissed him softly. "I'm sorry Matt. I should've listened to you."
Matt agreed with his wife, well aware that they need to work on their communication skills. "If you come home, then I promise that we're going to work on our communication skills. We'll work on it all, because I want you to be mine for life. And I think you want the same thing." Gabby agreed with her loving husband, as she most certainly does. She wants to be his for the rest of her life. "That I most certainly do. Now, kiss me you fool." Smirking, Matt agreed as he leaned in and kissed Gabby once more, extremely happy that the two of them are reunited and back together; something they'll be for the rest of their lives, as there's no way that Matt is ever letting Gabby go ever again.
