Author Note: So, just to clear things up, everyone in my AU is real except for Olly and Olivia, who are paper. That's why it includes villains like Fawful and Grape in the "Paper" Mario world, because nothing is paper except for the twins. (And Olive too, I guess, but he's made of metal meant to look like Origami, so it doesn't really count?) I know in other stories I mentioned the world being paper, but that was before coming up with Centuries and Curtain Call, so things changed a bit since then. Also, sorry for the chapters being short, they'll get longer soon.

Olivia came out with Fawful, and saw Olly asleep on the steps. She pulled out the stick she found and poked Olly with it. He didn't move, so she poked him again. He stirred a bit, so she stabbed him with it.

"Ow-how-howie! Olivia! That hurt!"

"Sorry! I poked you a bit too hard!"

Fawful laughed. "I have chortles!"

Olly shot him a look, so his laughter died down.

"Fawful agreed to do the helping with the villain people!"

"Oh!" Olly blinked. "So that just means we have Dimentio and Olive left to get."

"Wait, why are we building up a whole team?" Olivia asked.

"Well, each of us have out own skill sets, so I think we can beat them easier if we have a variety of people that are all good at different things. Dimentio could be handy in sending them back to the Underwhere, for example."

"Like the fight with that guardian statue, where you held it back while you let me fight it?"

Olly nodded. "And if we have to deal with a Beanbean member, Fawful knows them better than us, so he'll be helpful then, or if we have to fight an inventor of sorts..."

"Fawful is adventuring!"

Olivia smiled. "And Queen Bean said Dimentio stopped by recently. He was heading to a little town not far from here!"

"Oh?" Olly said. "Why?"

"Apparently, he just had to clear his head. He's still there, I think."

"I wonder what's on his mind for him to vanish like that...Well, let's go see if he's okay."

Olivia was right, the town was nearby kingdom-wise, but even that journey would be pretty far. Olly decided to rent them a hotel room for the night. Fawful was fluffing up the pillows when Olly left their room to check on Olivia.

"Olivia? How are you holding up?"

"Good. The bed's cozy. I don't think I've ever spent the night in a hotel before."

"I don't want to leave you by yourself, since last time I did, you got captured by Shadow Queen..."

"You can sleep with me if you want, I don't mind."

"Olivia..."

"Olly, we're twins. Is that so weird for two siblings to sleep in the same room?"

"Olivia...It's weird when they're two different genders."

"Just grab a mattress, Olly."

He sighed. "Olivia..."

"Just admit you're embarrassed, Olly! But if you're worried about me, I'm just in the room next door. Good night, brother."

"Yeah, sleep well."

He went back into his and Fawful's room. "Olivia seemed to really want to comfort me right now. I wonder if something's wrong."

"Or she can see you are being stressed."

"Ha! Stressed! Good one, Fawful!"

Fawful gave him a look of disappointment.

"Okay, fine. I'm worried. What if things go wrong like with Shadow Queen? All of us almost died!"

"You have no needing of the stress."

"But why? Last time, everyone almost died because of me. ME! Can you blame me for being stressed? I have a Kingdom to run, a world to save, a sister to care for...Not to mention, I didn't even want Olivia on this stupid trip! I just invited her so she wouldn't cry if she found out we do everything without her."

"Why?"

"Because...I don't want her getting hurt again. I almost killed her once, and let's not forget that she did die because the Chaos Heart Entity."

"But then, you did a saving of her."

"But...if I had just gone a little faster, she wouldn't have died at all. If I lose her again, it's all over. I wouldn't have enough life to bring her back a second time. Plus, Queen Jaydes threatened to keep me in the Underwhere forever if I went down there again. What would I do if she died? I would lose all control again, like the first time. I would just become the Beast and that alone. There would be no more...me to keep things in order."

"You do too many worry and not enough of the sleeping. It's sleeping time." He flopped onto his bed, covered himself up, and passed out then and there.

Olly sighed. "I guess you're right. I think I'm tired, since I fell asleep waiting for Olivia for like, three minutes. Plus, I could be wrong, what if Olivia's just fine? Maybe I do worry too much, and it's starting to affect my mental health? What if-"

"Sleeping time!" Fawful yelled, getting a hit on the wall by the person next door. "Fawful is sleeping now."

Olly sighed, turned off the light, and went to bed.
