This story once again takes place in the alternative universe where Lucas doesn't go missing, so him and Lyra both raise Lucky.
Lucas and Lyra have been wondering where Lucky is in the house as they haven't seen Lucky all day.
"Where is Lucky at cause we haven't seen him all day since he went to the park with you both?" Lucas wondered. "I'm not sure where he is, but I'm sure he's in his room," Lyra replied back.
Anna and Chip then heard Lucas and Lyra's conversation about Lucky and revealed where Lucky was in the house.
"We know where Lucky is," said Anna. Lucas and Lyra were surprised, and the two asked them both where Lucky is. "You both do? Where is he?" the two asked. "He's in his room," said Chip.
Lucas and Lyra then walked to Lucky's room to see him but saw him sitting on his bed crying. "Lucky?" said Lucas. They noticed that Lucky was sad about something, but they both knew they had to do something. "Lucky, what's wrong?" Lyra asked sympathetically. "I miss mom and dad so much," he said tearfully. Lucas then came to Lucky's rescue.
"Aw buddy, come here," Lucas said sympathetically. "Lyra and I miss mom and dad too," Lucas said sympathetically. "Today, when I was at the park with Anna and Chip, I saw a lot of other kids playing with their parents, and the sadness just hit me out of nowhere but to make matters worse some kid made fun of me and told me to kill myself by jumping on the school roof," explained Lucky.
"I'm sorry that happened to you today, Lucky, but I'm sure someday we'll find mom and dad," Lyra replied back. Lucas and Lyra then hugged him, and he started crying worse. After a few minutes, Lucky calmed down, and Lucas and Lyra thought of an idea to cheer up Lucky.
"Wanna go out and get ice cream?" asked Lucas. He then a little bit better and said yes to Lucas and Lyra. "Yes, I do, Lucas and Lyra," Lucky said, feeling better.
