Chapter 16: The A-Block Finals! Part I:
Madoka was up all night making much needed final preparations and adjustments to Pegasus, Striker and Libra. As the mechanic continued to work her magic with the Bey's she noticed an empty spot in her case where Tsubasa's Earth Eagle would normally reside. "Tsubasa." She sounded almost saddened and in disbelief. "I wonder where you really are?"
Things were just heating up for better or worse. Tsubasa's gone missing, everyone is tensed before battle, Sophie made it evidently clear when they visited her home village that Excalibur would take them down no matter what.
Madoka thoughts came to a halt when her portable computer went off. "An email?" Upon clicking it, and seeing the information it contained she immediately rushed towards the relaxing Gingka, Masamune and Yu. "Hey guys look at this!"
The boys were confused by her overexcitement. "The WBBA sent us Excalibur's battle order." This got everyone's attention. The guys jumped out of their spots.
Masamune was practically burning with anticipation. "What's the order?!"
Madoka pulled up the continents of the email regarding the EU Team's battle order. The first person that would be battling on their behalf would Klaus using his Grand Captain, followed by Sophie and Wales tag teaming, which they expected and finally, Julian, if necessary would be the third person to battle.
Gingka gritted his teeth upon seeing the arrogant face of Julian Konzern. He also remembered the words Sophie had said to him regarding the upcoming final battle.
"Promise that you'll take the battle seriously and fight with all that you've got, if you don't, I'll never forgive you Gingka, and it'll be an insult to Excalibur's pride and all that we stand for."
This was something that Gingka was going to personally guarantee. If it was a fight Sophie and Excalibur wanted, then that was exactly what they were going to get. That girl was mysterious and even intriguing to Gingka In more ways than one. But something else was happening inside of the younger Hagane's mind.
And his comrade, Masamune took note of this fact very well. Whilst Madoka and Yu were busy discussing their team's plans regarding the upcoming fight against the EU Team, Masamune's mind was filled with tons of emotions and overall suspicion, combined with his own personal goals of winning and avenging Mei-Mei and Chao-Xin's loss to Sophie and Wales as well.
"Yo Gingka."
"Hmm?"
"Come with me." Said Masamune as he walked away from the chatting Yu and Madoka.
"Huh? What's up Masamune?" Gingka asked once again.
The Striker Blader just ignored his question and continued walking out of the room with a plain expression. Very uncharacteristic behavior for the loud, energetic and expressive Masamune.
Without much thinking, Gingka got up and followed Masamune out of the room and to parts unknown.
For the next five or so minutes of walking, the two teammates hadn't said anything to each other at all. Not even their characteristic petty bickering. For a moment, Gingka had thought Masamune had gotten hit upside his head by a rock or a tree log or something.
Eventually the two Japanese Bladers came to halt at a common area outside the Hotel filled with small Bey stadiums.
"What are we doing here Masamune?" Gingka said, finally breaking their awkward silence.
"Gingka, you'd better get focused on the next battle and fast."
The Pegasus Blader's eyes widened, and he was about to speak until Masamune put his hand up and continued with his words.
"Don't give me that crap dude, I know you're not focused right now and your head ain't in the game so don't you even try and deny it."
"What makes you say that? I'm always pumped up and ready for the next match, ALWAYS."
"Yeah sure." Masamune replied sarcastically, which was followed by a scoff. "I know you and that girl have something going on, I'm not an idiot."
"What girl?"
Masamune gritted his teeth in anger, but tried his best to calm himself down. "Don't play dumb, you know who I'm talking about, Sophie...on the EU Team, you know our next opponents? Anyways, the point is this; I know you two have something going on and whether or not you and her realize that, I don't really care whatsoever, but my point is this; you better not fall for that girl's charm especially before our big battle against them. We're already down a man thanks to Tsubasa going AWOL, so we need to keep our guard up no matter what. We may have to take on all four members on Excalibur and get the job done on our own. I'm just trying to ensure that all of my teammates are focused and taking this thing seriously."
Gingka was jaw dropped by what had just happened. But also, Masamune wasn't all the way wrong, in a way he was right. Ever since their visit to Sophie's village and him seeing her sick mother, his entire mind had been drifted towards the girl and her story since then. Whether Gingka liked it or not, he wasn't all the way focused and that could possibly cost them.
To prove his point, Masamune did something crazy. "Let it rip!" Masamune had launched his Striker at the vulnerable Gingka.
"What are you doing?! Let it rip!"
Masamune crossed his arms. "Do you see my point now? The Gingka I know would've easily saw that coming from a mile away. You aren't focused enough and I'm giving your head a good shake to fix it."
"You're right." Gingka took a deep breath. "Masamune you're right. I'm not focused...In fact, my heart and mind's been all over the place. Tsubasa apparently has been running rampant all over the place, and Sophie shed some light on herself, and to be honest, it's a lot to take in."
The Striker Blader formed a triumphant grin on his face. "Well then, shall we get started with some special training? If I win this, I get to battle Konzern."
"You read my mind perfectly, Go Pegasus!"
"Send it flying all the way through France and Italy Striker!" The two Japan Representatives proceeded to have a friendly battle and get some training knocked down by sunrise.
Inside of Gingka's mind, while he did appreciate the opportunity to train with Masamune, he still could not shake the feeling Sophie had left inside of him.
And ironically enough, inside the mind of Masamune, he was using Mei-Mei's defeat as a powerful and energizing motivator. He didn't care if he had to battle both Klaus and Konzern or even the Klaus and the Twin Jewels themselves, whomever was in his line of fire was going down and down under. Just you wait. I'll defeat them and get back at Excalibur for you...Mei-Mei. There's nothing that will stand in me and Striker's way. Let's take it to the top, Number One in the world baby, number one!
"Master Wales, Miss Karagane. Two freshly made cups of tea for my young and faithful World Champions. There is even a serving for Master Konzern as well."
"Thank you," Said both Sophie and Wales conjointly to Julian's faithful servant.
Team Excalibur, on a stormy night, were all rendezvousing inside of The Konzern Family Estate, prepping for their next battle against GanGan Galaxy. They had already gotten their battle order ready and packed up so now they were just mingling and waiting for the hours to turn into minutes. Sooner or later, they would stand up on top of the world.
Sophie for one was looking very forward to this series specifically. This was probably the first BeyBlade series in her entire career that had ever genuinely caught her interest in a very long time.
Wales noticed her serious expression. "So Sophie, you think they'll accept our beautifully crafted battle order?"
The girl with Pale Blue hair stood up, grinned and looked forward out of the window and into the stormy night. "Of course they will, I can personally guarantee it. Masamune is too impulsive and rash for his own good." Sophie's smile grew even stronger. "And Gingka is far too honorable of an individual to not battle. With his great skills and high level abilities, he'll be wanting to battle Julian, and that's a clear cut guarantee."
Wales took a small sip of his tea. "So I've been told. Will the Nobodies step up, or will they shut up?" Wales grinned. "My money's on the latter side of this."
"Of course." Sophie simply replied.
Wales pointed out another thing. "With Tsubasa practically out of the question, we'll have an easy and guaranteed victory."
Sophie slowly nodded in agreement, but deep down, she knew that these battles would be far from easy and definitely far from guaranteed. While her pride and confidence was enough for her to ensure herself that she and her team would win, Sophie knew that they were going to have to work hard for their victory as well.
"I wouldn't say easy now Wales. Guaranteed Victory, yes, but we will have to work harder if we want to put them down for good." Sophie suddenly found herself drifting away from battling Gingka and his team and towards another man she had to distinct 'privilege' of meeting only a little less than a day prior.
"Since this is Meteo L-Drago's very first battle, I'll need to have you entertain me to the very end."
Ryuga formed a devious smile on his face. "You look like you'd put up a fight." Sophie, although frozen in fear, turned over to Ryuga and looked him dead in the eye. "I can feel and sense a power that is buried beneath you, I want you to bring that power out RIGHT NOW!"
Those words still lingered and slightly haunted Sophie in a way. This Ryuga fellow was truly a menacing individual. She had never met anyone like this before and it only drew her curiosity and attention even more.
Wales knew exactly who she was thinking about to, and it wasn't Gingka. "You're not thinking about Gingka that's for sure, you're thinking about that Ryuga guy? Am I right?"
Right on cue, Julian entered the room, with a glare beaming up the entire room. Before Sophie had the chance to answer about Ryuga, Wales directed his attention toward their team leader.
"Hey Konzern? Are you worried about that Ryuga guy? I mean, he completely went on a rampage here yesterday with that other guy from Japan."
Julian closed his eyes and followed this with a huge sigh. "Of course he's on my mind, you see Sophie and Wales, In order for me to get the world to acknowledge that I'm the world's greatest and world's strongest Blader, I have to eliminate Gingka and Ryuga from the equation. In order for me to do that, we have to win the A-Block Finals. Our first order of business should be defeating Gingka and his pack of animals known as GanGan Galaxy. After we do that, then I will personally hunt down Ryuga and defeat him to show him and the world who the one true Emperor and Ace of BeyBlade is. That's me, Julian Konzern."
Wales and Sophie stood side by side their leader. If anyone could get them as motivated about anything, it was Julian. The three EU Bladers stared out into the rainy abyss with their eyes gazing upon the training facility that currently harbored the Axe Of Destruction, Klaus.
After hearing Julian's speech, Sophie's confidence was affirmed even more. She was sure of her current path and what her heart desired now. Team Excalibur would defeating GanGan Galaxy, win the world championships and all would be well. Sophie mentally prayed that everything would work out the way it was supposed to; for her sick mother's sake.
"Sophie..."
The Cetus Blader turned to her right at Julian. "Yes Konzern?"
"I hope Gingka is as good as you say he is. Surely he won't defeat me of course, but I'm amused at the idea of having a good time...if it's necessary."
Sophie knew her own personal feelings regarding Gingka as a Blader and as a person. She smiled confidently. "Only time will tell my friend."
Team Excalibur continued staring into the night.
The following early afternoon atmosphere felt very hostile towards Madoka. She had decided to kill time by walking around Italy for a bit whilst leaving Gingka, Yu and Masamune back at the hotel to either train for their upcoming battle or to simply mingle around. She had told them to meet her mid way so that they could all go to the arena together.
Everywhere she went, she found Team Excalibur memorabilia, merchandise and posters everywhere with Julian being the most popular and promoted Blader of the bunch naturally.
She had even seen children playing and wearing Konzern T-Shirts going on about how Japan had little to no chance against Excalibur. Despite all of this, Madoka still managed to feel calm and relaxed to an extent.
"Madoka!"
The Mechanic looked around as another feminine voice called her name. She looked in all directions for the source. Eventually she found it.
She found the source of her caller in Mei-Mei, whom looked as cheerful as always. Madoka smiled upon seeing her friend.
"Oh Mei-Mei, what're you doing in Italy still?"
The Chinese Blader and Ex-World Championships Competitor relented. "Well to be honest with you, I'm here to support GanGan Galaxy now that Wang-Hu-Zhong is eliminated from the BeyBlade World Championships."
Madoka then realized something else. "How's Dashan and the others doing? I know it can't feel good."
"Dashan's come to peace with our loss, Chi-Yun took it the hardest, ever since his defeat at the hands of Klaus, he's almost trained nonstop since then, hardly even eating or sleeping. Chao-Xin and Dashan usually have to get him to take it easy every now and then."
"I see." Madoka smiled. "Well there's a little bit of time to kill before the boys fight Team Excalibur, so why not have a little girl time with each other and then go meet up with Gingka, Masamune and Yu then go to the arena together."
"Okay! Sounds fun." Mei-Mei replied.
Together Mei-Mei and Madoka walked over to a nearby stand where an Italian man was serving cold and cool treats. Madoka had gotten the two of them some smoothies. After they paid the man, the two girls sat down on a nearby bench and began talking.
"So Madoka?" Mei-Mei started. "On a scale of one to ten, how ready are you guys to fight Team Excalibur?"
Madoka took a second to think about it. She knew that The EU Team wasn't going to be a cakewalk, and things weren't going the best right now with Tsubasa MIA, making them severely outnumbered in terms of strength.
"To be honest with you, I'm not sure how ready we are for Excalibur, especially with Tsubasa still missing right now."
Mei-Mei could see the uncertainty surrounding her friend's entire face. She wasn't going to allow her friends to lose alongside Wang-Hu-Zhong. "Don't worry Madoka. Gingka, Masamune and Yu are some the strongest Bladers I've ever had the privilege of watching and battling. You guys will win this, with or without Tsubasa."
A small, but noticeable smile grew on Madoka's face. Her spirits were lifted and she now had much higher hopes than they were a few minutes ago. "Aw, thank you Mei-Mei, that really means a lot to us."
The Chinese girl giggled. "Don't mention it."
"Mei-Mei?" Madoka asked, wanting to talk about something else. "There's something else I want to talk to you about if that's alright with you?"
"Of course. What is it?" She asked, albeit curiously.
"It's about something or rather, someone."
Mei-Mei, again was even more curious. What could Madoka mean? Or who?
"It's about Masamune..."
The Beylin Temple Blader's eyes widened beyond any eye rolling she had ever done before. Soon after this, embarrassment followed by a bright reddish and pinkish blush forming on her face.
Madoka smiled. There, that's the answer I needed.
"W-What about him?" Mei-Mei asked, not knowing what to say or what to do anymore.
Madoka chuckled lightly. "Okay, as fun as this is, I just really wanna know...do you like Masamune?"
For nearly a whole minute, Mei-Mei embarrassingly remained silent, turning away in a vein attempt to hide her blushing face. But she knew for a fact that she couldn't hide from Madoka anymore, so she turned around and took a deep breath. "Okay...yes, I like Masamune, A LOT."
Madoka smiled once more. "Oh I already knew, from the day you and Wang-Hu-Zhong assisted our team with our teamwork practicing."
"Madoka don't tell him just yet."
Madoka's face then grew more concerned. "You have my word that I won't, but why not yet?"
Mei-Mei took a deep breath. "I don't remember if I told you already, as the World Championships were really important and stressful for us. I know it's the same way for Masamune." Mei-Mei formed a look of sadness with a tint of nervousness. "I want to support him and make sure that he's focused all the way. He has an important series that's about to begin, and I don't want something as silly as a klutzy girl like me getting in his way and distracting him."
Madoka placed a hand on her shoulder. The mechanic began comforting and attempting to cheer her up. "Don't say that. While I'm sure Masamune will appreciate that, I think it's better to simply tell him how you feel when you're ready rather than bottling up your emotions."
"But...I'm nervous, I've never really liked a boy this much Madoka. Masamune's special to me, his will to go on, his confidence and his love for BeyBlade and his overall fiery personality. I get really nervous about him and I just don't know what to do."
Madoka grinned. "What to do? Ha, that's elementary my dear Mei-Mei!"
"Did you just quote Watson?" Mei-Mei asked, raising an eyebrow.
Madoka giggled. "Yes I did, I have an obsession with Watson. But anywho, the point is this Mei-Mei; don't overthink things."
"What do you mean?"
Madoka explained. "This; just go with the flow. You see, Having Feelings for someone is the same as a Blader being passionate about his Blader's spirit. They're naturally connected and they all follow their desires. Just follow your heart Mei-Mei." Madoka chuckled. "When you're ready, just tell him. After all you may be a little surprised by what Masamune has been saying as of late."
Now Mei-Mei was intrigued. She just had to know what this meant. Like one of Chao-Xin's obsessed Fangirls, Mei-Mei started rapidly shaking Madoka back and forth. "What does that mean Madoka? Tell me!"
Madoka put a stop to Mei-Mei shaking her and motioned for her to calm down. She laughed once again. "That you'll have to see for yourself, now come on, it's about time for GanGan Galaxy to head towards the Arena Coliseum."
Without another word, Madoka got up from her spot on the bench and began walking with Mei-Mei following suit. The latter after her chat with Madoka felt very different following their conversation. Mei-Mei knew she had feelings for Masamune, but the real question was:
Did Masamune feel the same way?
The boys were ready and prepped to head over to the Coliseum Arena to battle Excalibur. Their battle order was still a fifty fifty process, but for now they'd keep things simple. Masamune would kick things off and fight Klaus, whilst Gingka would tag with Yu to battle against Sophie and Wales.
Although he had previously stated that he would battle him, Gingka strategically had to halt his plans of battling Julian for now once they got a firm grasp on their current predicament. Along the way to the arena from the hotel Gingka, Masamune and Yu had picked up Mei-Mei and Madoka along the way.
Mei-Mei was noticeably more quiet than usual and spent most of her time standing in the back and making eyes towards Masamune.
"So in the end Tsubasa didn't show up?" Said Masamune. "What're we gonna do now?"
"We'll stick to the backup plan for now unless Tsubasa shows up." Gingka further elaborated. "You open up the battle by battling Klaus, Masamune. Then I'll tag with Yu against Sophie and Wales."
"What about Konzern though Gingky?" Yu questioned. "What will happen then?"
"For now, we'll stick to our plans, Masamune Vs Klaus and me and you vs Sophie and Wales. Once we get to the arena, we'll deal with Julian then." After answering Yu's questions, Gingka continued to walk in silence, sure of the fact that everything will work out the way it's supposed to.
Masamune upon hearing Gingka saying he'll tag with Yu pulled him to the side and whispered into his ear. "Gingka, remember what I said to you last night, don't let that blue haired bimbo throw you off your game. We don't need any more unnecessary problems and distractions."
Gingka merely closed his eyes and kept moving forward. "Don't worry, I got it under control. Sophie won't hinder me or my Blader's Spirit."
Whilst Gingka, Masamune and Yu continued to walk upwards, Madoka and Mei-Mei remained in the back of the boys.
Madoka noticed Mei-Mei staring intensely at Masamune. She held her friend's hand. "When the time is right, you'll tell him how you feel, and whatever happens, you'll be at peace with it." The two girls smiled at one another.
Before Mei-Mei could say anything else to Madoka, she and the entirety of GanGan Galaxy came to a screeching halt at the sight of a familiar wobbling figure.
"Is that...?"
Team GanGan Galaxy all stopped their conversations and movements at the sight of someone they knew all to well.
It was Tsubasa!
But this time he looked very much different. His clothes had noticeable holes in them and his hair was a mess. His entire body was covered with small scratches and cuts, and to cap it all off, he was barely walking. In fact, he was unconscious and it seemed as if he was being forcibly dragged and pushed around.
The unconscious Eagle Blader fell down hard to the ground, and another all to infamous Blader was revealed in the place of Tsubasa's previously standing body.
"Long time no see, Gingka!" The voice snarled in a sinister way.
While Mei-Mei, Madoka and the rest of the gang helped Tsubasa, Gingka gritted his teeth at the site of his arch nemesis.
"Ryuga! So it's you. What have you done to Tsubasa?!"
Ryuga, in the flesh only had a triumphant smile pierced onto his face with his right hand on his hip. He didn't care for Gingka's demands. "Never mind that now." His grin only grew wider. "I just stopped by to repay my debt to you." The Dragon Emperor pulled out and flashed his Meteo L-Drago to his rival. "Let's battle right now Gingka! Are you man enough to battle this Meteo L-Drago and the Dragon Emperor?"
Not long after issuing his challenge to Gingka. The Dragon Beast of L-Drago appeared over Ryuga and roared loudly and proudly.
Gingka didn't even need to think twice about his answer. "Take Tsubasa to the arena you guys, I'll be there soon." Gingka focused his attention towards Ryuga. "Ryuga I accept your challenge!"
The Dragon Emperor's smile only grew ever more.
"You've gotta be kidding me Gingky." Said Yu.
"There's no time for this Gingka!" Masamune added.
"Yu's right," Madoka started. "Now's not the time to mess around with Ryuga. Let's just take Tsubasa and get out of here!"
"Seriously Gingka. You cannot battle this guy before you battle Excalibur." Mei-Mei said.
Despite their protests, Gingka's mind was already made up. He was going to settle the score with Ryuga.
"Just take him and go!" Gingka yelled.
Ryuga chuckled. "Well okay then! Gingka, let's go!" By some mysterious and powerful means, Ryuga summoned the Spirit of L-Drago. The beast roared ferociously as its flames dispersed around Gingka and Ryuga. A massive wall of fire erupted and engulfed Gingka and Ryuga before it suddenly burst into the air.
Once the flames subsided, neither Ryuga nor Gingka were there any longer. All that remained were a baffled GanGan Galaxy and Mei-Mei. Without anything else to do, they grabbed Tsubasa's unconscious body.
Inside the Coliseum, the crowd gathered and were erupting loudly. There was mainly home crowd support for Konzern and Team Excalibur. There had to be at least thousands of BeyBlade fans in attendance.
Team GanGan Galaxy, minus Gingka, who had gone to battle Ryuga privately, arrived, barely on time before the introductions began. Mei-Mei had gone to the stands to support and cheer them on while Madoka remained in the locker room with Tsubasa to wake him up and prep him for battle.
"And here they are!" Blared the Italian DJ. "But it seems they're short two members! The only members of Team GanGan Galaxy to show up are representative Masamune and Super Sub-Member Yu!"
Team Excalibur took note of the severely shortened and underpowered Team GanGan Galaxy, especially Sophie.
"What happened to Gingka and Tsubasa?!" Wales demanded to know.
Sophie for one took this more personally than the other members of the EU Team. "Maybe they got scared and ran home to mommy." She could not believe that after opening up about her personal life and making a personal promise to her, he would not show up.
"Yeah you wish!" Masamune shouted back. "Gingka took a pit stop at the funeral parlor and is making the final preparations so we can bury you four clowns! GanGan Galaxy is gonna destroy Team Excalibur."
Feeling energized and pumped up, Yu spat out his own trash talk. "There was just a little problem with transportation that's all. Don't feel so eager to lose early."
Masamune smashed his fist into his other hand and made a very serious statement. "Team Excalibur, here me now, this will not end like it did last time. That I can personally promise you."
Despite the threats, Team Excalibur remained unmoved by the hostility. The EU representatives only grinned and glared.
Masamune turned to Yu. "What in the world was Gingka thinking? We're heavily outnumbered and underpowered, what was he thinking going off to battle Ryuga."
Yu, knowing full well, explained why. "You know Gingka and Ryuga are eternal rivals and go way back in the day. There's no use complaining. We just have to make due with what we got Masa-Mu-Mu."
Masamune only growled in response. Without saying another word, he leaped over the platform's barrier and started towards the Bey Stadium.
Klaus had met him there, with a mean look on his face. "Hm, so you're my opponent, how interesting."
Ignoring the heavily biased berating of the Italian-EU based crowd, Masamune directed his attention to Sophie, Wales and Konzern. "I'll deal with you in a moment." Said the Striker Blader as he focused his attention on Sophie. "Hear me loud and hear me good Sophie, you humiliated a special friend in my life a while back, and let's just say I call this good old fashioned revenge."
Sophie was at first confused, but remembered that Masamune was talking about Mei-Mei of Wang-Hu-Zhong and the Beylin Temple. She then scoffed. "Oh, the little girl, Mei-Mei is it?" She then came to another obvious conclusion. She grinned as did Wales and Konzern. "Ohh, I see what this is about, you clearly have feelings for the little girl, how cute."
Masamune merely snarled at the taunting. "No I don't! Anywho, the point is this, after I finish off Klaus, I'm coming for you! I'm doing this in Mei-Mei's honor."
Meanwhile up in the stands, the aforementioned Mei-Mei was absolutely delighted, and blushing but also shocked. Masamune was dedicating his battle to her? She couldn't believe it. "You got this Masamune!" She chanted. Although she was worried that her crush was being to hot headed, she still had faith.
Sophie on the other hand hitched out a plan with her comrades.
"I'm tired of hearing his whining." Said plainly by Julian.
"Agreed." Wales similarly said, nodding in agreement.
Sophie arrogantly smiled. "Relax I've got a plan you guys, Masamune's ego will be his biggest downfall." She awaited Masamune's final words.
Masamune made one final statement. "Listen up Sophie, you may have gotten Gingka to go all soft on you with your weird words, but I'm not Gingka, so after I deal with Klaus, I'm fighting you next!"
Bingo. This is just what Sophie and Excalibur were waiting for. Sophie crossed her arms and smiled. "Oh really? Well then it's that simple, if you can get past Klaus, you'll earn the right to battle me in the second match instead of the scheduled tag match. And if you defeat me, then Team GanGan Galaxy wins the entire A-Block finals, but only if you can defeat Klaus and then defeat me. what do you say, Masamune? Surely this sounds fairly honorable."
Without a moment's hesitation, Masamune gave his much expected answer. "I accept! Since Gingka's not here and Tsubasa's still recovering in the back, it's up to me to lead GanGan Galaxy to victory!"
After that bit of shocking news, the Italian DJ made another announcement. "I don't know what, how and why that just happened, but I ain't getting up in any of these Bladers faces! As per their recent statements, If Masamune can defeat Klaus, then he will go on to battle Sophie in the second match and the tag battle and third match won't happen. And if Masamune can beat Sophie should this happen, then GanGan Galaxy wins! I just can't believe the spunk that young Misted Kadoya has! No one has ever boldly confronted our previous EU Representatives like this! Let's get ready to FIGHT!"
After the arena exploded from the news, Masamune directed his attention back to his opponent, Klaus. "Let's do this now Klaus!"
The Axe of Destruction scoffed. "Stand by, I'll cut you down to size."
Masamune focused like he never had before. The stakes were at an all time high for him. If there wasn't a prime textual or physical piece of evidence for the meaning pressurized, Masamune in that particular moment was the prime example of this.
He made a promise to himself, and Mei-Mei that he'd win this battle. As of right now, he carried the weight of Team GanGan Galaxy, Mei-Mei and The Beylin Temple all on his back. And there was no going back now. Seeing Klaus smile mischievously only fueled the fire that was Masamune's pride and Blader's Spirit.
By now, Madoka had finished in the locker room with Tsubasa and had managed to get back out just in time.
The Italian DJ had one more bit to spout out before the beginning of the war. "In the first match, who will put their team and country in the driver's seat for the finals? Will it be our dear own EU Representative, the mighty, the power, and the fearsome Axe of Destruction known as Klaus?!"
Naturally the crowd roared with applause and cheers for Klaus.
"Or will it be the spunky, defiant, loud mouthed, proud and prideful Japan representative, Masamune Kadoya?!"
As he expected as a foreigner and marketed villain, Masamune was met with outright hostility and boos from the Italian-EU crowd. Masamune had even seen some of reigning politicians and government officials of Italy and Europe as a whole in the front rows and skyboxes scowling at him. But this didn't bother him one bit. It was time for Excalibur to get a BeyBlade Bruising and lesson in being humble as far as he was concerned.
Without wasting another second, everyone began the trademark countdown.
"Three..."
"Two..." Said Klaus and the crowd.
"One..." Said Masamune as he finished the countdown.
Without hesitation, Masamune and Klaus launched their Beys with full force into the stadium. It didn't take long for Striker to charge head on at Capricorn.
Striker began trying to forcefully manhandle Capricorn, but to no avail. The ongoing test of strength was so intense that both Ray Striker and Capricorn were emitting sparks.
The Italian DJ began the commentary. "Ha! Despite that impressive start from Striker, once Klaus launches Capricorn, it's like a wall of muscles that won't be moved by anything!"
Masamune was already frustrated and the battle had just begun. "Yeah? So what? If the first attack doesn't work, I'll go for two hits, if that doesn't work I'll go for three, let's go Striker! I'll keep attacking until I send it flying let's go Striker!"
Upon his master's command, Striker went charging in against Capricorn once again. This time surprisingly, Striker was actually beginning to push back Capricorn.
So far so good, was the view of Yu's side. "Looking good Masamune!" He shouted in support of his friend. "Keep it up!"
Whilst Masamune kept trying his luck, Julian scowled, grinned and decided to taunt his adversary. "Poor little Masamune. You're like a raindrop, falling down upon a rock, hoping to make something happen." Julian's grin only gotten wider. "Come on Masamune! What happened, I thought you wanted to avenge Wang-Hu-Zhong?" He chuckled lightly. "Or Mei-Mei, to be more specific?"
Masamune only glared eyes of pure disdain. "Go to hell, Konzern."
He directed his attention back to Klaus, who was growing bored of Striker's attacks. "As entertaining as this is, I have a flight to catch. It's my turn Masamune! It's my time to shine!"
Masamune glared. "Oh yeah! Bring it!"
The Axe Of Destruction did just that. "Claw of the Storm! First!"
Like it did with Lacerta, Capricorn's BeyBeast appeared and charged right after Striker. Upon making direct contact with the latter, Capricorn began pushing and overall rag-dolling Striker all across the stadium like a leaf being thrown around by the wind.
"Unbelievable," said the Italian DJ. "It's like Klaus's muscles have been transported into his Bey as Capricorn absolutely manhandles Masamune's poor defenseless Ray Striker."
Masamune scoffed and gritted his defense. Poor? Defenseless? Not in Striker's vocabulary, get out of there right now Striker!"
As Striker was being rag-dolled and nearly driven out of the stadium by pure force, at the very last second, Striker executed a beautiful countermove that moved it away from the edge of the stadium and back into the safety zone. Although not wanting to give in, Capricorn gave chase after the rival BeyBlade.
Italian DJ was mesmerized. "I can't believe it! Somehow Striker has managed to get away from Capricorn's awesome and powerful attacks!"
Madoka and Yu sighed in relief, but also were still very concerned about all of the pressure he was dealing with. As great as it would be for him to win against Klaus, there was still the fact that if he had won, he would still have to face Sophie. Despite them never actually seeing her in a one on one battle before, anyone would be foolish enough to believe that battling Sophie would be a cakewalk.
Mei-Mei was so worried about the weight that Masamune was carrying alone, she hadn't even bothered staying in her seat. All she could do was cheer him on and help him win that way.
Come on Masamune. She thought to herself. You can do this no matter what, show Excalibur just how cool you are. Do it for me.
Striker and Capricorn kept clashing with one another. Metal smashing against Metal, Steel crushing against Steel. This was a great battle for the ages and everyone knew it.
"This is what I call a real BeyBlade battle folks!" Italian DJ continued. "This is absolutely amazing. It looks like Masamune wants that battle against Sophie that badly!"
The aforementioned Sophie and Wales were carefully watching the battle. Despite not showing it, they were slightly impressed by Masamune's ability to counter attack against Klaus in an effective way.
"Unbelievable..." was all Wales said. "It looked as if his Striker was done for sure..."
Sophie on the other hand remained silent for about an entire minute. By the looks of things, it seems that he words were coming back to haunt her and that she might actually have to gear up for a fight against Masamune.
Gingka's absence combined with Masamune's sheer willpower were beginning to place small amounts of concern in her head. Could Gingka have left Masamune in charge because GanGan Galaxy thought Excalibur weren't worthy? Sophie thought. Nonsense...
"That Masamune Guy..." Sophie verbally spoke for the first time in a while. "He isn't one to be taken lightly..." After that, she remained silent and continued eyeing Masamune.
Masamune, whom was still dueling with Klaus, noticed the expressions on the faces of the Twin Jewels and smiled for the first time during the battle. "Oh yeah! Doesn't feel so good now does it, Wales? What about you Sophie?" The smile would only grow even more. "I told you I was coming for you. Klaus, you're victim number one!"
Klaus merely let out a small laugh. "CLAW OF THE STORM! Second!"
This time Capricorn raced to the edge and jumped up high in the air. The Capricorn Beast appeared once again, intending to smash down on Striker.
"Ah! Striker, JUMP!"
Striker quickly did the same thing and raced towards the edge of the stadium and leaped into the air. The King of all Unicorns, Striker appeared and clashed head on with the Capricorn beast.
This resulted in a massive explosion that sent both Beys crashing back down into the stadium. The crowd was blown away.
Especially the Italian DJ. "I don't believe it! Striker cut off Capricorn's special move with its own mid air technique. These two warriors keep playing tug of war with my emotions and I don't think they're done just yet!"
Yu and Madoka were watching on, completely nervous due to Masamune and Klaus being evenly matched against one another.
"This is so nerve wrenching, I can't even imagine what's going through Masamune's mind."
"No kidding." Said Yu, in full agreement with Madoka. "You can do this Masamune, for Gingka and Tsubasa, GO!"
"Go now Striker!"
Upon command, Striker began a series of barrage attacks against Capricorn.
These attacks hardly fazed Klaus, who had another surprise in store for his Japanese-American adversary. "CLAW OF THE STORM, THIRD!"
Immediately, the BeyBeast of Capricorn once again emerged and this time used its jaw dropping strength to hurl Striker into the air by force.
Masamune seeing this, was immediately concerned for his Bey's well-being. "Ah, be careful Striker, attack him from above!"
The Unicorn of Striker appeared in mid air, neighing loudly, albeit proudly as well. It charged downwards, immediately meaning with Capricorn before it could even reach the ground completely. The two mystical creatures once again began trying to overpower each other to see who was superior.
Like before, this only resulted in another massive explosion that took the entire arena by storm.
"One big move after another!" Said Italian DJ. "Grand Capricorn, Ray Striker! Neither of these BeyBlades are giving each other a moment to breathe, or a moment to recover. Both of them are seizing every opening the other gives them. This battle is just so evenly matched, I don't know who will come out on top!"
Klaus's face fell from one of superiority to one of annoyance and even laced with a hint of exhaustion.
Masamune was expressing similar feelings. He looked annoyed, tired and was completely out of breath as well. He was now even sweating bullets, which was something he normally would never do.
Even Excalibur, more specifically Sophie and Wales were absolutely appalled that Klaus was having so much trouble with Masamune and his Striker.
"I-I can't believe it," said Wales. "With any other opponent Klaus would've finished the battle by now, but something it keeping him going, that Masamune fellow...could he truly be more than a nobody?"
Sophie observed Masamune's current appearance. The sweat, the exhaustion mixed in with his determination. It was truly remarkable. "Unfortunately, I'm afraid to say that this will be a close one."
"When one gets to the final battle, there isn't much difference in said Bladers' skills."
"Huh?" Asked both Sophie and Wales jointly.
Julian Konzern began lecturing his baffled teammates. "The thing that decides the battle is the intense will of winning. The Blader who embraces that feeling that the most will be the victor of the match. Sure Masamune has the support of his teammates and the Chinese girl in the crowd, but it all comes down to who wants to win it that badly. It's BeyBlade 101 kids."
"I see." Said Sophie.
Julian stood up and saluted to Klaus and the fans in attendance. "Go do it now Klaus! The real fight begins right now!"
Klaus only nodded in response.
"Send it flying Striker!" On Masamune's command, Striker launched a barrage of assault on Capricorn. "STRIKE IT! STRIKE IT! STRIKE IT! LET'S GO STRIKER!"
As Striker kept attacking Capricorn, the crowd was now blown away in support of both Bladers. Striker was now effectively rag dolling and pushing back Capricorn.
Klaus seeing this had a few more words for his irritating adversary. "If your Striker is a lamb, then my Capricorn is an axe that cuts down everything in its path!"
Suddenly, Capricorn held its ground firmly and began pushing back against Striker. The clash was so fierce, it was creating a massive amount of wind that was making the Italian Coliseum rumble from its sheer force.
"Grand Capricorn hasn't given up just yet." Said Italian DJ. "But neither had Ray Striker, this battle is going great! It's an eye for an eye with both Beys taking something and giving something back in return! It's an Axe chopping up the lamb! It's the Lamb kicking back the axe! Who will win? That's yet to be seen folks!"
"Go Capricorn!"
"Go Striker!"
The battle was growing more intense and awesome by the minute. Masamune noticed his sweater was getting dirty and worn out, so he forcibly ripped it off and discarded it. The battle scars were being traded left and right by Klaus and Masamune.
Both Team Excalibur and Team GanGan Galaxy were appalled. The European and Italian Politicians and government officials in the stands were even expressing their amazement at the two man war that was going on.
This is what the BeyBlade World Championships were all about. Bladers clashing until they were completely worn out. Until one lost his spark, until one's Blader spirit burned out completely. The question is whose would burn out first?"
Even the Italian DJ, whom had shown bias"Neither Bey will back down. Grand Capricorn, Ray Striker. This is a battle for the ages. This is truly one of the greatest battles in the history of the sport. This is the BeyBlade World Championships' A-Block Finals!"
As the crowd cheered loudly and roared with sheer excitement and enthusiasm, Sophie and Wales were now far more intrigued than they were ever before.
"No running or hiding...that is the way of the warrior." Wales was not a fan of Masamune or his team for that matter, but to say that this wasn't an impressive performance from both sides would be foolish and all of Excalibur knew that right then and there. "They're clashing head on, to prove how's the better man."
Sophie for one was very impressed. While she was still angered and frustrated by Gingka's apparent no show, she was indeed marveled by their honor, pride and willpower. And those were things that Excalibur themselves possessed to the fullest.
"It's so perfectly simple." Sophie eyed both Masamune and Klaus. "They're fighting until one can wear out the other's spirit, I've never seen so much of this in my life. They're testing their spirits all the way to the core of the human body. Truly amazing."
What Sophie or Wales failed to realize was that Julian had stood up and was now behind them, somewhat disappointed that they didn't catch on long ago. "That's because it's not just the Beys that are clashing. Have you two forgotten about Masamune and Klaus, their prides are also at stake. While one's pride will rise up into the heavens, the other's pride will crash down into the painful depths of hell. The question remains whether or not Masamune or Klaus will allow the other man to surpass him."
Masamune on the other hand voiced his aspirations and desires. "Listen here Klaus, I've worked so hard to become number one in the world and it definitely wasn't easy. I've trained endlessly, perfecting every last flaw I've had as a Blader. Every last flaw inside of my Striker. Not only am I doing this for myself, but I'm doing this for my teammates, my friends back at home, Madoka, Mei-Mei and everyone who has ever supported me. I need to be the best that I can be, and in order to do that, I need to do one thing; and that's get past Excalibur! My efforts won't fail me now!"
Klaus chuckled. " 'My efforts won't fail me now?' And 'get past Excalibur?' Don't make me laugh. Now just show me how hard you work! SHOW ME THE RESULTS OF YOUR SO CALLED TRAINING!"
Masamune frowned. "I don't take orders from you, Go Striker! I'll show you because I want to show you, not because you asked me to show you, there's a difference!"
Striker pushed Capricorn back hard and hurled him into the air. Masamune knew it was time to really pack things up and knew just what he was doing.
Klaus taunted him. "Good, that's it, why don't you just come and get me!"
"I will, don't you worry! Go Striker, special move; LIGHTNING SWORD FLASH! DO IT DO IT DO IT RIGHT NOW!"
And with that, Striker's Unicorn beast appeared beforehand. A flash of bright and purple lighting appeared from its horn as it charged directly towards the seemingly vulnerable Capricorn.
But Klaus wasn't done just yet. "Special move, Steel Darkness!" The Capricorn creature emerged from its Bey and charged for the charging Unicorn, Turing into a tornado in the process.
"This is it! I'm betting everything on this one last attack, STRIKER! I won't let it end here, I AM THE WORLD's NUMBER ONE BLADER!"
"Capricorn!"
Masamune and Klaus both let out their battle cries as they screamed, trying to have their respective Beys overpower the other. It was truly amazing.
"Pierce that point Striker! Crush Capricorn!"
As the Capricorn and Unicorn beasts clashed, so did the prides and spirits of Masamune and Klaus. The clash was so fierce that almost all of the spectators had to hold onto something in order to not be blown away by the force of the elements.
Eventually, so much energy was being generated from Capricorn and Striker that it caused what would likely be the biggest and loudest explosion of the entire battle thus far.
The blast was so powerful, that it knocked off the hats of the spectators and had blown a few crowd signs all across the entire arena. The Italian DJ had cowered and hidden inside of his Chariot-Lever.
Once the intensity calmed down, the Italian DJ started speaking again. "I-I-I-I don't believe it, it appears that Striker has won that clash and pierced through the light barrier known as Capricorn!"
Mei-Mei, whom was watching the entire battle from the stands jumped up in excitement as she had thought Masamune had won. "He did it, finally!" She happily exclaimed.
"He won!" Said both Yu and Madoka from the Japan platform.
Once Masamune could clearly see and recovered, he had a huge smile on his face. "Oh yeah baby! That's what I'm talking about!"
He had did it. He had one against Klaus, he had avenged Chao-Xin and especially Mei-Mei. Masamune had actually begun looking for the former throughout the crowd. Found her. he mentally said. He locked eyes with the Beylin Temple Blader all the way in the stands.
Seeing that he was looking directly at her, Mei-Mei didn't know what to do.
Masamune didn't do much, but flash her a smile and wink at her to give her a small signal. This caused her to blush heavily and hide her face so no one would see her gushing like a child.
Masamune was about to begin celebrating. He couldn't believe it, after a hard fought battle against Klaus, he had actually won the fight.
Or so he thought...
"It's not over yet..." was heard.
This shocked every single fan in the arena. Klaus wasn't done just yet.
None were more baffled than Masamune. "Say what? Did-Did I just hear that right?"
When the dust cloud from the explosion settled, it revealed Klaus, whom was still standing, but he was slouching and clearly exhausted.
"Masamune Kadoya." The big guy started. "You truly are worthy of being a main representative of Japan's GanGan Galaxy. You are the first person to ever defeat my special move and push me to my limits like this. You are truly a worthy opponent and I am quite proud to have battled you."
Surprisingly, Masamune agreed. "Me too Klaus."
"However...MY BATTLE IS NOT OVER YET! My Capricorn is still here and out there fighting dude!"
To his horror, Masamune saw that Capricorn was still spinning, but barely. He could believe it. His special move that landed a direct hit did not finish off Klaus. Just what kind of freak of nature was he? It was so shocking to see, he remained jaw dropped and in silence.
Klaus had a few more words for his newfound rival. "Remember this Masamune, true effort, true training," Klaus strained "And true power is found at the edge of one's...LIMIT!" Suddenly a red like aura began emitting from Klaus's entire body. By some means, the sheer power Klaus was showing was enough to rip off his jacket and shirt, which were completely destroyed by the energy.
Masamune could only stand back and watch as Klaus seemingly generated a newfound level of power that most bladers could only dream of.
"I've gone past the levels of a normal HUMAN BEING!"
Suddenly Capricorn was spinning at full speed as if it had just been launched into the stadium. A giant gold and yellow dome appeared and covered the entire stadium and portions of the arena in a mysterious aura. The light was so bright, Masamune could barely see himself or his Bey for that matter.
"Masamune my friend, this is the power that can be found at the limit's edge."
The Capricorn beast rose once more. "Claw Of The Storm, Third!"
"Oh no, dodge it Striker!"
It was no use. Striker was far too tired and exhausted. It had used up all of its power in the final attack it had executed moments before and was now prone to a wide open attack at the hands of Capricorn. The look on the faces of Madoka and Yu said it all.
As Masamune hopelessly had Striker run away, Capricorn was in pursuit full of fury. The BeyBeast of Capricorn smashed into Striker with a ton of force and sent it flying sky high.
It eventually fell back down...
Behind Masamune...
"Pasta Frazool!" Said Indian DJ. "This was one hard fought battle from both sides, but the winner of the first match is Klaus! That means no Sophie Vs Masamune! And this puts Excalibur at a huge advantage over Team GanGan Galaxy."
As the crowd cheered on Klaus, Masamune clutched his hands in anger and disappointment. Exactly like he did when he was defeated by Nile, he fell down to his knees in self prescribed shame.
"I can't believe this...after-after all that I still lost in the end. My special move should've taken the match from him in the end, I was sure of it." He began pounding his fist on the ground in anger.
Madoka and Yu watched on in concern for their friend. They felt his pain, as they all wanted to achieve the same thing and that was being number one in the world. However, feeling said pain directly, they could only imagine.
Madoka and Yu were about to walk over towards him until they saw Mei-Mei, whom had exited the stands after the battle concluded, make her way towards the heartbroken Blader. Madoka motioned for Yu to stand down as this was something his young mind would not comprehend yet.
Upon instinct she placed her hand on his back. "It's okay, Masamune."
The Striker Blader looked up, making direct eye contact with Mei-Mei. "No it's not, don't you see?" He slowly stood up until he was on his feet. "I lost the battle, and an important battle at that I promised I would avenge you and Chao-Xin. I told you I'd fight in your honor."
The Chinese girl, although touched, didn't want to see Masamune berate himself like this. "As much as I love that you did that Masamune, what I admire the most about you is that you never back down nor give up until the very end." Mei-Mei started blushing. "In fact...that's what I like about you the most."
The owner of Striker took a deep breath. "But i disgraced myself, GanGan Galaxy and the Beylin Temple's great name, Why I-"
Suddenly Masamune was cut off by a backhanded slap across the face courtesy of a now angry looking Mei-Mei. She had her hands on her hips now.
"Ow, what was that for?!"
"Because, I won't stand for you degrading yourself like that, especially after everything you've been through to get here to the World Championships." Mei-Mei had a look of determination on her face. "You've fought hard, won hard, loss hard alongside Gingka and your team. Rest assured, none of us ignore your efforts and your determination to win. However, the true disgrace to me and The Beylin Temple is when you stop working hard. You're anything but a disgrace and you've done more to prove that."
Before Mei-Mei could continue cheering up Masamune the sound of another voice distracted them.
"Masamune..."
The mentioned Blader and Mei-Mei both look back at the Bey Stadium and in the direction of Klaus, whom was barely managing to stand up.
Mei-Mei and Masamune look at Klaus. "Masamune," He said again. "You are...the first person to make me use so much of my strength...so much of my power...If I hadn't used this much power I would not have won against you today my friend. The fact that I battled you and won means something and makes me truly proud!"
"Really Klaus? You really mean that."
Whilst Mei-Mei smiled as Klaus proved her point to Masamune, Sophie and Wales looked worried as they could see that their friend's knees were giving in.
With the last scratch of his energy, Klaus shot Masamune a thumbs up followed by a genuine smile, which was then followed by the massive Blader falling to the ground, exhausted and unconscious.
Sophie and Wales immediately rushed to the unconscious Blader's side in order to help him. Wales motioned for the officials to send out medical staff.
Whilst that was going on, Masamune realized that while he may have lost the battle, it was not the end of the world. He had earned Klaus's respect and the right to settle the score down the line again.
Masamune took another deep breath, this time one of peace and relaxation. "That felt good to hear."
Mei-Mei smiled and giggled. "See? Now do you see what I'm talking about Masamune?"
The Striker Blader turned and smiled. "Yeah, I feel much better now thanks to you."
"Good, now give me a hug you big doofus."
Upon getting his head shaped up by Mei-Mei, Masamune proceeded as she commanded and gave the Chinese Blader a genuine hug. This hug lasted for about two minutes straight.
What neither Masamune or Mei-Mei realized was that Madoka and Yu were watching them the entire time only a few meters away.
Madoka feeling that everything was fixed, humorously faked a cough. "You two done yet?"
Realizing how they looked, they quickly broke off from each other, both with small blushes.
"I'll see you after you guys win." Mei-Mei said as she walked away while GanGan Galaxy nodded. After the moment officially passed , GanGan Galaxy immediately got back into World Championships mode.
"Guys we're down zero to one, what are we gonna do?" Asked Yu.
"Simple," Masamune started. "As bummed out as I was, it won't affect us going forward, we just have to win the next two matches. Tsubasa and Yu will fight Sophie and Wales."
"But we don't know if Tsubasa is recovered well enough to fight yet." Madoka reminded the pair. "And Gingka's still not here, for the fight against Julian."
"We'll just have to buy him as much time as possible." Masamune then thought about their current predicament. "For now, we'll just play the cards we have on hand, Tsubasa and Yu will fight Sophie and Wales. We'll use that battle to buy as much time as we can for Gingka!"
Madoka tried to speak up, "But what about Tsubasa's In-"
Masamune cut her off. "He'll just have to mount up and fight through his injuries. It'll be Wales & Sophie Vs Tsubasa and Yu and then if Gingka gets here on time, it'll be Gingka Vs Konzern and that's final." With a plan in motion, GanGan Galaxy decided to wait and hope that Tsubasa showed up sooner rather than later.
A/N's: Hey YALL it's been a while since I've posted anything, but as always, life gets busy, with college and me job hunting it really cracks down on my free time and writing time, but hey it's apart of life, you win some, you lose some.
Anywho, the A-Block finals are officially here and Team Excalibur is officially up 1-0 against Team GanGan Galaxy. I saw the reviews and in fact I agree with you guys, gotta cool down on the anime centric dialogue. In fact, one of the reasons this chapter took longer was because I wanted as less anime-centric dialogue and content as possible. Also, I was originally going to include snippets of Gingka and Ryuga's battle on the mountain side as it did in the episode, but I cut it out as the chapter was far too crammed for my liking, but don't worry, the battle does happen and is canon to my story and obviously will play a role in the Team Excalibur/A-Block Finals arc.
This was mostly a Masamune centric chapter, and I'm overall happy with how it all came out. It's one of my favorite chapters I've written for this story. Anywho we got more Development between Masamune and Mei-Mei's growing relationship as well as the slight doubts Sophie is starting to feel about Gingka as he didn't show up to the fight (or does he Haha?). The A-Block Finals will be divided into three parts, with this chapter being Part I, Sophie & Wales Vs Yu & Tsubasa being Part II and obviously the finale being Part III. Then it's off to the B-Block and etc. We're getting closer and closer to the end of the World Championships and I'm absolutely looking forward to the later stages of the story as I have some solid plans that I think most of you guys will like, especially involving Selen Garcia. And guys, make sure you're paying attention, as I've been dropping small hints with another character who will later play a role in the story later on!
I have plans for two sequel stories following this, with BeyBlade: Metal Fury obviously, and another sequel to follow that story. Those two stories are currently on hold for the time being as I have to script them, make time for them etc.
Anyways, with all that being said, Which one of my Fanon Pairs in my story do you guys prefer?
Mei-Mei X Masamune? Or Sophie X Gingka? If you guys aren't biased to either then that's fine to, I just wanna provide everyone with a BeyBlade story they can read and enjoy and share with others for the years to come.
Alright FORREALS this time, with all that being said, Have Fun, Stay Safe and Be Good People :)
