Notes:

I want to thank everyone who supports this story and puts up with how long it takes when it comes to updating. I am truly sorry. I appreciate each and every single one of you and your support means the world to me.

I'm still not sure about this chapter but I figured it won't get any better so might as well just post it.

You blew your chance and there's no turning back, I'm sorry that you obviously don't understand, you're only the past

Felicity

Sara had not at all reacted the way she had expected her to. Quite frankly, she hadn't really reacted at all. She had been all poise and straight back and business. Playing host, getting them drinks after Oliver had steered them into the dining room and showed her where to set up and told her to let him know what she needed in order to get to work as efficient as possible.

She had set up her laptop and started searching for any signs or clues as to what had happened to Joanna while verbally giving Oliver a list of everything she needed, wondering if maybe she'd better write it down for him, just to be sure nothing was missing and it would be the exact version she wanted. She looked up, expecting to see Oliver write everything down, since she wasn't, but he didn't. He just looked at her in concentration. Yes, she should've written it all down for him, for sure.

"You know what? Why don't I just text you what I need?" It would be more efficient and the chances of anything getting forgotten or mixed up were slimmer.

"In that case, send it to John and Cisco. They can get you everything, while I go look for Joanna after I brought you all up to speed. Let me know how much it costs and I'll put it on my card." Oliver's words took her by surprise for several different reasons, one was that he told her to contact Cisco too, it made sense he had helped her with her personal setup and the setup for the Bunker but also the fact that he would pay for everything. She hadn't expected that, not that it didn't make sense, he had been the one who had destroyed her workspace despite that, it was very expensive to replace everything, and it wasn't like he was working.

This made her wonder how he was affording the very spacious, and therefore probably very expensive apartment, she'd been the one who had paid for most of their stuff while they had been together, which had made sense, she'd been the one making the big bucks as CEO of Palmer Tech… a little voice in the back of her mind reminded her it used to be Queen Consolidated and Oliver's family's company. So technically, it would've been money that would've rightfully been his, anyway. She pushed that line of thought, and her involvement in him losing the company, away to focus on writing the list for Dig and getting all of her programs working, so they'd hopefully find Joanna as soon as possible.

They all knew the odds, given how long she had been missing already. She hoped the odds were wrong this time. She didn't know Joanna personally, but she knew how much she meant to Laurel, and she sounded like a really nice person. Not that her not being a nice person would change anything, they'd still look for her. It was just a conclusion she had reached, given the information she had gathered through conversations with Laurel.

It was in that moment that Sara returned with their drinks and, surprisingly, Thea, who was carrying said drinks. Where had Thea come from? She hadn't heard the doorbell, or the door, for that matter. Had she been here already before they'd shown up? She hadn't been aware Sara and Thea were hanging out, as far as she knew Sara struggled to be around Thea because of the bloodlust. Was it smart to leave those two alone with each other?

Felicity turned her eyes towards Oliver, wondering if he knew what he was doing or if this was another one of those situations where he was blinded by his feelings towards both of the women. She really hoped he knew what he was doing. Felicity could vividly remember the effect a soulless Sara going after Thea had had on him. She didn't want to think about what it would do to him if something were to happen to Thea at Sara's hand now. Not that she thought Sara would ever intentionally hurt Thea, of course not, but they still didn't know a lot about the bloodlust, the effects it had, and how it was influencing the people suffering from it. The blonde looked back to the small brunette at Oliver's lack of reaction towards his sister's sudden presence, so he must have known she was here with Sara.

Oliver's sister put the tray on the table before making herself comfortable in one of the dining chairs. She noticed Sara walking up to Oliver, who was standing across from them and interlacing her fingers with his. The action was about as unexpected as the pregnant woman's choice of sticking around. Sara hadn't been involved in anything Green Arrow related since she had left town the last time. So she was really unsure as to what had changed now. Why was she sticking around? Had it to do with Joanna being Laurel's best friend or because of what had happened between her and Oliver earlier? She obviously knew about the recordings. Was this why she was sticking around?

Felicity wasn't sure, but she also wasn't comfortable asking. She really didn't feel like making Oliver angry again. Or taking her chances with Sara. The blonde could be just as scary, if not scarier, than Oliver if she wanted to be. And she still had no idea how Sara might react. This made her realize just how little she still knew the woman, it also made her feel a bit guilty for stopping their coffee dates and effort to get to know her better, next to her uneasiness because of her lack of ability to gauge her reaction to the entire situation. Thankfully, Oliver chose this moment to start his explanation.

"During my last year away I was in Russia… it's a long story and most of it isn't important right now, but while in Russia I met a woman, Talia, she helped me… she trained me for a while, and taught me a lot, I went to meet her a few days ago because one thing she taught me was a very specific move, a move Prometheus had used on me a while back. This led me to believe that he might have been trained by her, too. A suspicion that proved to be true." Felicity perked up at that unexpected new information concerning their newest enemy and Oliver's five years away, there was still so much they didn't know, so much he hadn't shared with them, and the way it sounded one of those things was another mystery woman… why was this revelation still surprising to her? It seemed there had been at least one woman per year while he'd been away.

Talia just seemed to have been the latest one. How many made that now? Shado, Sara, Tatsu, not that Maseo's wife really fit in with the others, but still, then there was Taiana as they had found out about a year ago, and now there was also Talia. She had to bite her lip to not once again mention phantasy island, pretty sure Oliver wouldn't just ignore it like he had last time. Given his current dissent with her and she really didn't want to remind him of it and have his anger focused on her again.

But it still felt like a pretty fitting description to her, at least where the women were concerned. It was just so like Oliver. Where ever he went, a flock of very attractive women followed. She was still musing about Oliver and his involvement with women when Sara spoke up and perked her interest with a very strange and apparently unrelated insert in the conversation.

Felicity wasn't sure what Ra's al Ghul had to do with anything right now. As far as she was concerned, he was dead and could never bother them again, which was a good thing, and there was no need to bring him up again. She'd rather not be reminded of that awful year and some of Oliver's terrible choices. So why exactly was Sara dragging up that body?

"Okaay,... what does that have to do with anything?" She felt it was a valid question, but the icy look she received from Sara made her reconsider that opinion and made her uneasiness rise from a five to like a hundred. It also made her automatically shut up and kept her from asking or saying anything else, even after the revelation that Nyssa and Talia were sisters. What the hell? How many al Ghuls were out there? And why was Oliver so nonchalant at that revelation? Had he known already?

The next bombshell revelation came soon after when Oliver shared Prometheus apparent identity, according to Nyssa's sister. How trustworthy was that piece of information coming from that source? But again, she kept her mouth shut, worried what might happen if she did say something, she really didn't want to find out what the verbal manifestation of Sara's glare would look like, least of all with an audience, on second thought an audience might be helpful in that situation… she felt a shudder go through her at the thought of what the former assassin was capable of. Not that she thought Sara would do anything besides chew her out, at least she was pretty sure she wouldn't.

Felicity didn't find it hard to understand Laurel's disbelieve, and she was a bit miffed that Laurel didn't receive a similar look from her younger sister as she had when asking a question, but that wasn't what really mattered right now. At least now she had a name to investigate, which was a lot more than they've had until now. She still wasn't sure it was the right one, but she'd figure it out soon enough. If Talia had lied to Oliver, she'd find it while digging into Star City's star D.A. no pun intended.

Once Oliver had shared everything he knew, or at least everything he was willing to share about what he knew. He delegated tasks to everyone besides Sara before letting them know he was going to leave to talk to some of his contacts. She was pretty sure she knew what he meant by talk, and that meant he'd probably be using his fists.

Oliver

He hated leaving Sara alone with Felicity, but he could accomplish more while being in the streets hitting up his contacts than staying back here at the apartment. He wished there was another way, but he really couldn't see one, not without risking Joanna. They were already way behind; she'd been missing for too long already. The only hope they and therefore Joanna had was that Chase was simply using her as a way to get to him, and believing she'd be more useful to him alive than dead.

So far, Chase had just killed people to get his message across, so he hoped that this change in MO would end up being in their favor. He hoped Chase was using Joanna as bait for him, to lure him in a trap and therefore kept her alive. It was their only chance. If Chase would've killed her, they'd found her body by now. He had never tried to hide his kills before. Quite the contrary, actually, he'd wanted them to find them. So Oliver was pretty sure that Joanna was still alive. If he had killed her, he'd want them to know.

He glanced at Sara and subtly nodded towards the entrance to the dining room. He received a gentle nod as confirmation from his wife before he turned around and left the room. Oliver walked into his bedroom to get changed. If he planned on hitting the streets, he'd get farther if he blended in and he planned on checking in with his Bratva contacts before putting on his suit.

He was buttoning his pants when the bedroom door opened and Sara stepped inside, closing the door behind her. A shiver ran through his body when he noticed her eyes trail over his half naked body, it never ceased to surprise him how that look on her face still had this effect on him even after all those years together, he hoped it would never change. Their eyes met after hers had trailed back up and held for long moments. She slowly walked towards him until she was close enough to run her fingers up his neck and grip his hair, pulling his head down towards her while she raised up on her toes until their lips met in a passionate kiss. Her other hand was brushing over his shoulder blades while his hands took hold of her hips, one of them moving until he grasped her ass. They were both very aware that this was not the time for this, but they indulged in their need for a physical connection for just a moment before they parted, both of them breathing harshly, their foreheads still touching.

"Sorry!" Sara was softly brushing her hand through his hair. He pressed his lips against hers for another, shorter kiss before replying.

"This is nothing you'll ever have to apologize for." He smirked at her and winked. Sara returned his grin and rolled her eyes at him.

"I meant for starting something we won't be able to finish in the near future. But I just… after everything… I just needed you, in whatever way I can get." He got it, figuring having everyone invading her space, especially Felicity, was getting to her. And he wished there was more he could do than send Dig to get everything Felicity would need so they could move their operation back into the bunker and out of their home. And wasn't that the truth? They wouldn't get a chance to finish what she sort of had started until Joanna was back home, however long that might take.

"It's alright, I'm the one who should apologize. I'm sorry I put you in this position. I'm going to head out, meet up with the Bratva and then hit the streets. Someone is bound to know something, hopefully. Are you going to be alright alone with Felicity?" Oliver brushed his hand over her soft cheek, searching her eyes for the truth.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll be fine, and there's nothing you have to apologize for, Ollie. Besides Laur, is still upstairs writing everything she remembers about Chase down." Yes, he did. If he hadn't destroyed Felicity's workspace, Sara wouldn't be forced to spend time with her now before she's had the chance to deal with what they had only just learnt. That was true, not that this made him feel that much better, there was still some serious tension between the sisters or once again, well this time it was more from Sara's side but still… Jesus, were they ever going to get a break? It was almost as soon as they tried to solve one of their issues, they were faced with new ones. He hoped one day there would be no more serious issues between Sara, Laurel and him.

Sara and he hoped Laurel might remember something useful about Adrian, that she knew more about him than she was aware of. They had worked together for months. There was the possibility that he had revealed things he hadn't been aware of. This was why they had sent Laurel upstairs with a notepad and a pen, to write anything and everything she could recall about Chase down. They planned on going over it piece by piece with her afterwards, trying to jog her memory even more. They were almost certain Laurel knew more than she was aware of. He might suggest Tatsu's meditation technique to Laurel at some point. That would mean he or Sara would have to stay with her to walk her through, and that wasn't currently an option. They'd get even deeper into Laurel's mind if they couldn't find any clues as to Joanna's whereabouts with what they were doing now.

"Alright, but promise me you'll call if you change your mind. Or it gets too much for you. I just…" He just needed to make sure that she would contact him, even in the current rather urgent situation. Her and Mila's wellbeing came first. He felt a twinge of guilt at the thought, but there was nothing he could do about it. It was the truth. He was going to do whatever he could to bring Joanna back home, but…

"I will, I promise. And you'll be careful, alright?" her hand brushed over his cheek, forcing his eyes to meet hers, forcing him to look straight at her while answering her question. She always did that when she wanted to make sure he wouldn't even try to lie to her and to let him know how important it was to her.

"I won't take any unnecessary risks, I promise. I love you." He kissed her forehead and then her lips tenderly before reluctantly separating from her to get a shirt and finish dressing. Otherwise, he'd never get out of here. And Joanna depended on him.

"Thank you. I love you too." Sara watched him while he was getting dressed and it was only when he was done that she turned around and walked towards the door, knowing that he would be right behind her. He took hold of her hand and spun her towards him so he could capture her lips in another kiss, this one as a goodbye. Sara headed into the kitchen while he went back to the dining room to get Dig and Thea.

After he had met up with all of his available contacts and made sure they told him what they knew and would contact him if they found out anything else, he headed back home, hoping that maybe Felicity had been more successful than he. Or that Laurel's time documenting everything she knew about Chase and everything she could remember from their interactions over the past several months would lead to some helpful information. Oliver wasn't sure whether John would be done getting everything cleaned up and ready for Felicity in the bunker so that Cisco could come to help her set the system back up. It wasn't ideal, but the best he could do on short notice. He'd have to go over the plans of the bunker again and look at Felicity's system after Joanna was safely at home. It was the next step, a very important one. The bunker was a death trap right now, and the wrong person figuring that out could lead to disastrous results, but Joanna had priority.

Well, Joanna and giving Sara her safe space back, and that meant getting the bunker fixed enough that Felicity could work there again and Sara was no longer forced to push her feelings down while being courteous and pleasant with her latest violator.

Could his wife just get a break for once? As if she hadn't already suffered enough trauma for several lifetimes, but more just kept on piling up on her and he wasn't sure how much more she'd be able to take before she was going to break. Or lose it, or both. She was doing good, she'd been doing so well lately and now this… the last thing he wanted was another scare like they'd had several months ago. He was scared to death that something might happen to Sara or Mila or both and he didn't know what he would do… if something would happen to Mila because of Sara having a breakdown she'd never forgive herself, she'd never get over it. She would blame herself, even though it wouldn't be her fault.

Oliver hated the turn his thoughts had taken and pushed the negative ones aside. Nothing was going to happen to Sara or Mila, they were both going to be fine. Everything was going to be fine. He took a moment to gather his thoughts before entering his home, not wanting to worry Sara. She could read him like an open book and would know something was wrong and bothering him. He shifted his thoughts back to Joanna and away from his greatest fear.

Oliver was determined to find his wife to find out how she was doing and to let her know he was fine.

Felicity

She couldn't leave the apartment, not without anyone noticing, and she wasn't sure what explanation she could give. Joanna had been missing for days. She had thought that maybe when Oliver left to talk to some of his contacts and Dig and Thea left to get everything she needed for her set up and Laurel was upstairs going through and writing down everything she's learnt about Chase in the months they've worked together and that could be helpful, as Oliver and Sara had instructed her to, she might get a chance to leave for maybe an hour or so to meet up with Alena and get them help from Helix again because she'd been looking for anything useful for hours and so far there wasn't much she had found that could be helpful in finding Joanna, which was priority number one.

She'd found some stuff on Adrian Chase but there was still no hint as to where Joanna might be held hostage, but Sara hadn't left the room for longer than it took her to go to the bathroom, watching her like a hawk while going over documents and scribbling things down or highlighting them with a marker. She had no idea what it was Sara was studying across from her; she had tried to get a better look at it last time Sara had gone to the bathroom, but most of the documents weren't in English, neither was the information Sara wrote down herself. And this, in addition to the other woman's behavior, which almost made her feel like a prisoner, made one thing perfectly clear to her. Sara didn't trust her. At all. And that knowledge hurt. A lot. She'd never meant to hurt Sara or anyone. She'd just tried to make sure they were safe and protected. That no one could walk into the Arrowcave without them noticing.

The silence between them was very uncomfortable and the tension would have to be cut with a chainsaw. It was so thick.

So she had texted Alena the information she had on Chase and asked her to look into it for her during one of Sara's frequent bathroom breaks. She'd noticed the changes in the Canary's behavior, and it drove the fact that she was going to have a child very soon home to her and yes, she knew how stupid she sounded but the last time they had been alone in a room had been before Thanksgiving and it had been different, since they had hung out socially and not Green Arrow related.

And one of the things about Sara that had really impressed her when they had first met more than three years ago was the fact that she had been able to sit still like a statue for hours while researching, barely moving at all. Felicity, to this day, had no clue how she'd been able to do that. But it was such a contrast to her now, while yes, she was sitting quietly and seemed extremely concentrated she was shifting around a lot. She'd stretch her back, brush her hand over her pregnant stomach, bend her legs… and get up to go to the bathroom in regular intervals, or get something to eat or drink from the kitchen. One time she had also brought a thermos bottle back with her and had silently handed it to her. It had been filled with hot coffee, just the way she liked it. That had surprised her, just like that time she'd come back with a plate of cookies and fruits that she had put in between them.

Sara had yet to speak a single word to her. So Felicity really wasn't sure what to make of those two gestures. But she was grateful for the coffee and the snack. It had been at least an hour since Sara had brought the food and she was wondering if Sara was getting something else to eat when she got up yet again and this time it led to the Canary leaving her alone for longer than a couple of minutes and she wondered what was going on.

She tried to put her focus back on what she was doing, but eventually curiosity and a bit of worry for the pregnant woman got the best of her. So she got up, while one of her programs was still working and looking for anything they could use, to go look for the other woman and make sure she was alright. She did enjoy her sudden freedom but was worried about the reason why she was alone for such a long time. Sara was seven months pregnant, and she just needed to make sure she was alright, not that she was having some health issues or pregnancy related problems and she wouldn't notice. That would be horrible, and she wouldn't be able to live with herself if something had happened to Sara, and she didn't go check up on her.

Felicity walked through the living room and into the corridor that led to the kitchen and bedrooms. It was then that she noticed muffled voices that became clearer the closer to the kitchen she got. At first she had thought that maybe Laurel had come down, and that was the reason Sara hadn't come back for this long. She rationally knew that it hadn't been more than fifteen, maybe twenty minutes, but since Sara had never left her alone for longer than five to ten minutes, it felt like ages.

"Aren't you just the prettiest girl in the whole wide world? I am so lucky." She hadn't realized Oliver had come back from talking to his contacts. It was when she reached the entrance to the kitchen that she saw Oliver bend down and kiss Sara.

And for a moment the world stopped and then slammed her back three years and she was once again in the Foundry watching Oliver bend down and kiss the Canary as if it was the most normal and natural thing in the world. Them sparring with Dig and then kissing.

"It's a Queen family tradition." She had wondered about that choice of words, mulled it over and over again. Fixated on it more than she would ever admit to anyone. The way he had said it, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world, just like for some reason he had thrown Sara in there with his family, and Sara just replying with her family's traditions, again, as if it was common knowledge, but hadn't really rebutted him anymore after his statement about it being a Queen family tradition.

She could also easily recall the rest of their conversation and interactions, the way they had talked about them, as in a couple, and not making it public out of respect to Laurel, she hadn't expected that, least of all the kiss that had followed again with such a naturalness as if them being involved was a known fact. As if them kissing was the most normal thing in the world. As if they hadn't been apart for years, and she'd just come back to town a couple of days ago, after being gone for months. As if they were a well-established couple that had been involved for years. It had thrown her. She hadn't expected it. She hadn't seen it coming. She had been completely blindsided by Sara Lance in general, and Sara and Oliver in particular.

Nothing anyone had told her, nothing she had learnt in the time she had known Oliver would've prepared her for this. She had been under the clear impression that Oliver loved Laurel, that Laurel was who he wanted to be with and Sara had just been him being a frat boy with commitment issues who chased after pretty much any skirt he could get his hands on. And Sara was gorgeous. Of course Oliver would've chased after her. She would've never ever expected it to have been anything more than an illicit affair, least of all a serious relationship. Was it a relationship if you were in a relationship with someone else? What did you call an affair that got as serious as your primary relationship? Was there a word for that?

One of the things that had hit her the hardest had been the realization that Oliver had lied to her after the whole Isabel disaster. He had told her that given the life he led, he couldn't be with anyone he could truly care about, but that hadn't been true. Or he wouldn't have been with Sara, someone he obviously cared for deeply. That had been made very clear from the moment Sara had stepped back into his life.

"You're so stupid and annoying." Sara's teasing voice brought her back to the presence, and she noticed they had slightly moved away from each other and the intimate embrace they'd been engaged in.

"Geez, you make a woman a compliment, and that's what you get for it." Felicity saw the huge grin on Oliver's face while he was pretending to be hurt and incredulous, which led to Sara laughing at him.

"You know me, not a huge fan of mushy shit." Sara's actions were in contrast to her words, since she took hold of Oliver's shirt and pulled him towards her again, so she could meet him in another passionate kiss.

"Not… being… mushy,.. just… stating… facts." His words were muffled and difficult to understand, given the fact that he was punctuating them with kisses. The entire scene was very sweet, almost sickeningly so, and she felt a stab in her heart. Felicity knew that her choices had led to this, but it still hurt. Watching the former, or apparently no longer former, couple together was painful. She was happy for them, of course, they were good people and they deserved to be happy but still… seeing them together like this drove the point that she had truly lost Oliver for good home. She'd already realized that in Central City, but it had been different then… because Sara hadn't planned on staying, on getting back together with Oliver. But given the scene she was witnessing right now, she seemed to have changed her mind.

Which was a good thing, of course it was. Sara staying, not leaving home, was a good thing. Especially Sara, staying and not abandoning her child was a very good thing. She'd been so glad when she had heard that from Sara's mom, she'd just never thought… she hadn't expected this and she was floored.

"Wait, your kid's complaining and I gotta go pee… again..." Felicity watched Sara gently push Oliver back and him place his hand on the blonde's stomach, rubbing it lightly while looking at Sara with the biggest smile on his face. Oliver and Sara were having a child together. She'd known that already, but this was different now. Before it had been Oliver and Sara having a child together, but Sara leaving eventually and Oliver raising their child alone. Now Oliver and Sara were going to be a family with their child. She knew she'd need some time to get used to this new development.

Maybe wallow in her pain for a little bit, maybe with her mom. Once Joanna was found. Which was what she should try to focus on. Joanna, not Oliver or Oliver and Sara. Together again.

Felicity turned around and walked quietly back to the dining room, now that she knew Sara was alright. Hopefully, her program had found something useful, or maybe Oliver had gotten some results while he was out. She sat back down in front of her laptop and got back to work. It wasn't long after that Oliver, Sara, and Laurel joined her in the dining room. She looked up real quick, only to focus back on the screen in front of her.

"Have you found anything yet? No one knows much about Prometheus, or Chase, at least nothing that would help to figure out where Joanna's being held." Oliver's direct mission based approach, without any formalities, took her aback. She wasn't sure why. It was usually how he operated in situations like this. He seemed to forget any and all etiquette while they were dealing with a crisis. But still, she was a bit hurt by the lack of "hello" or anything. Maybe it was also because of what had transpired earlier today or because she had seen him entirely Sara and not mission focused just a few minutes ago but she bit her tongue and didn't say the first thing that sprung to mind which would've been pointing out how rude he currently was.

"Not sure how useful it is, but his mother lives in Opal City. That's about the most useful thing I've found so far." It was the truth. There was other stuff, but nothing that was pointing to any place or building or anything where Joanna could be held, not that she expected her to be at Chase's mother's house.

"Well, that's at least something. Keep digging. We need to learn as much about him as we can. Everything could be important, no matter how small or insignificant it might seem." That was a better reaction than she had expected from Oliver, given how insignificant it seemed, she hoped Alena was more successful than her. She focused back on her screen, hoping the deeper she dug the more she'd find, but Adrian Chase seemed so clean cut and there was just nothing there. Something wasn't right here.

Oliver and Sara were going over everything Laurel had written down and remembered with her when they heard the front door open and close. Felicity looked up and saw all three fighters in the room tense. Oliver moved his chair slightly so that he was placed between the door and Sara. Laurel turned towards the door, leaning towards Oliver and with that also blocking Sara from the doorway. It was only in that moment that she realized Oliver and Laurel had sat on either side of Sara for a purpose; she had wondered about it. It would've made more sense if Laurel had been in the middle with her notes… except having Sara in the middle made more sense should they be attacked, which was the approach they'd taken. Of course, Sara's safety was more important. She just still struggled with the thought that Sara needed protection.

"It's just us!" The moment they heard Thea's familiar voice, the tension left their bodies, and they moved their chairs back, and once again went over the notes.

It wasn't long after that Thea and Dig walked into the room and Oliver brought them up to speed before sending Thea and Laurel to Opal City to look for Adrian's mother, not expecting much but wanting to check out all the leads, while he and Dig went to Adrian's house. There had been a slight argument between Oliver and John before Oliver gave in, after he and Sara shared a look.

Felicity was grateful when Dig told her that the Bunker was ready for her, at least as ready as it could be without Cisco's help. She had felt even more uneasy ever since she went looking for Sara and in the progress witnessed a tender moment between Oliver and Sara that left no doubt that they had rekindled their romance. That, on top of the feeling Sara's constant watchful eye evoked in her, made her very uncomfortable and she was glad to leave and get back to the familiarity and solitude of the Arrowcave.

Notes:

I know Oliver's part is mostly filler but he's my default POV whenever I get stuck, writing Oliver usually helps me get my muse and flow back, so that is the main reason why he's in here, lol.

As always I'd love to hear your thoughts and I hope I got Felicity right.

I swear one of the best parts of Arrow Season five was when Mayor Queen held a press conference telling the Green Arrow that he had 24 hours to turn himself in or otherwise he was giving the SCP the order to shoot on sight. It was just too damn funny and just so Oliver!

The chapter title is loosely translated from the song "du bist Vergangenheit" by Kitty Kat feat. Cassandra Steen. It seemed sort of fitting.
