AU of Series: Dragon Ball Z / Super. Timeline: Future Trunks.
The Saiyan Fusions are all being cared for in their manor... as the Dragon brought them into this Time Period as new borns.
The Red Ribbon Army was known across the world. So powerful, that even Earth's Military couldn't stand against them. So the president of Earth Kai (The planet), employed the Saiyans to wage war against them. Whom proceeded to crush them in a matter of months.
Meanwhile, Trunks convinced "King Grampa" to hire Doctor Gero, away from the Red Ribbon Army. Keeping him on a short leash, while creating more benevolent Bio Androids and Cyborgs.
King Piccolo, sometimes referred to as the "Great Demon King", was a Demonic Namekian. Who once drove Earth Kai into utter mayhem and pandemonium, spawning an army of demonic offspring and converting the peaceful planet into a living hell.
Later, it is revealed that he was the evil counterpart of Kami. As King Piccolo and Kami were originally a single entity. Who had long forgotten his true name, and witnessed the evil deeds of humans, while growing up.
When the nameless Namekian, learned of the Guardian of Planet Earth Kai, he sought the title and position, but the, then current Guardian, rejected him. As the Namekian's heart was not completely pure, and like most people he had some level of malice, jealousy, vanity and impurity in his soul.
Knowing that he would only be accepted for the role if his heart was pure, the Namekian split himself into two beings: his good half, Kami, and his evil half that would later become the great demon king, Piccolo.
The Saiyans fight against this evil King. Whom proves a challenge, much to the Saiyans delight.
Only for King Piccolo to use his namekian ability to reproduce asexually, and reincarnate himself through his own child.
Trunks is able to claim the egg and raise the child with Saiyan values, with the Aid of "King Grampa".
When Goku turns 15, he is old enough to be mated off, by Saiyan standards.
A Human princess, named Chi-Chi, suddenly appears at Goku's house. Goku had saved her Kingdom from a magic fire, during one of his first adventures. And because of that Chi-Chi believes Goku would be a worthy husband, and request Gine's permission to prove she would be a worthy Wife.
Gine isn't opposed to the idea, as she's known Chi-Chi and her father for a few years now. Gine know's she can't judge the human by Saiyan standards, but also doesn't want to saddle Goku with a weak mate. So Gine tells Chi-Chi, for her trial to prove herself, she must show she is the strongest human woman on the planet. By winning the Next year's martial arts tournament.
To not be TOO harsh, Gine has Grampa Gohan train Chi-Chi. With her father, having studied martial arts beside him, Chi-Chi knows of Grampa Gohan's skill. And that he has only grown stronger, through his training from the afterlife. Being nearly King Vegeta's equal. She studies hard under him, for a year.
Thanks to this training, Chi-Chi easily wins the tournament, and Goku's hand. The two have a child, 5 months later. With Chi-Chi freaking out, even as the Saiyan healers assure her Saiyan fetuses develop faster. It normally takes 3 months. Only reason it's taking so long, is because of the baby's human blood.
When the child is born, Chi-Chi and Goku both want to name him after Grampa Gohan. With the old man feeling honored.
By the time Goku is 17, the Saiyans have built up their military forces, and go to war with the Frost Demons.
Trunks gets in touch with Cooler, and convinces him to lead a Rebellion. Not just of the Slaves, but Frost Demons that want to protect "lesser" lifeforms.
Goku dies in the war, but is resurrected by the Dragon, after a year of training with King Kai.
When Gohan turns 5, Piccolo takes Gohan off to train, for a Saiyan ritual. Chi-Chi doesn't like it, but Gine threatens to dissolve her marriage to Goku, if the human tries to interfere with such a sacred rite for Saiyans.
Near immediately, after the boy completes his harsh survival training, King Vegeta sends Gohan Junior to fight in the war. Piccolo, as Gohan junior's martial arts master, goes with the boy.
With Chi-Chi throwing a fit, until her father talks her down. Reminding her, she knew what Saiyans expect of their children, and Piccolo will keep the boy safe. Besides Chi-Chi herself fought plenty, when she was a child, and Gohan Junior is a good deal stronger then she was.
Frieza fights by Coolers side, against King Cold, and many Saiyans. With Cold being defeated and taken prisoner. The Saiyans say Cold doesn't have the right to die fighting, and Cooler wants to show mercy to his father.
Cooler is declared the new king of the Frost Demons, and begins a radical change in how they operate. Focusing on actively farming Lyrium, instead of destroying planets to trigger it's creation. It is a more difficult and costly undertaking, but more humane.
The Doctor goes to the asteroid belts, that Frost Demons call home, within the 42 hundred star clusters that make up their territory. Where he uses Time Lord technology, to make the asteroid fields, which the Frost Demons directly live inside, large enough to support them.
At least, within the pocket rift. Outside the fields, they take up the same amount of space, but within, they stretch to even greater lengths then the Citadel. Using the same "Interdimensional engineering" techniques, that Time Lord cities once used, to make them bigger on the inside.
A side effect, is Lyrium forms more easily within these dimensional rifts. As a byproduct of magical waste. Which actually helps the Frost Demons, which is why the Doctor didn't use further Gallifreyian technology, to prevent the build up.
The Doctor even sets up a private network, of Mass Relays. So Frost demon ships, can travel anywhere within a rift. Even to other Asteroid rifts.
The planets, the asteroid belts surround, are still used to house "lower" lifeforms. Cooler creates many laws regarding their treatment. Giving all Sapients greater protections, and releasing propaganda, through PSAs, for treating them better. With Sapients becoming more like pets, instead of slaves... although it's hard for Frost Demons to see them as equals.
With Cooler declaring all the planets near their asteroid belts, as "Animal Sanctuaries". With the injured, disabled, or orphaned children, sold to civilian Frost Demons, as pets.
Frost Demons become rare to see outside their Asteroid fields, living comfortably there. Though some continue to work on alien planets as "Rangers" or "Zoologist".
Prince Vegeta still fell in Love with Bulma, but his father refused to let him marry the girl, remembering how her future self mutilated Trunks.
Bulma slowly proves herself, with her frequent interaction, and aid, to the Saiyan Kingdom. Enough for King Vegeta to give her a trial. Demanding she find all the Dragon Balls, without aid, and wish herself into a Saiyan.
Bulma does so, but keeps her blue hair... and gains a blue tail. King Vegeta takes her tail as proof, and allows her to marry The Prince, on the condition she doesn't remove it, or her children's tails.
The Prince takes Bulma's family name, in a misunderstanding of Human culture. But also as a means of honoring his mate.
Chi-Chi becomes pregnant again, and Bulma has a child of her own.
This new Trunks is born with Bulma's blue bowl cut, but as quills, and he has the blue tail. He is legally named "Chibi Trunks Brief".
The Doctor talks Gero into introducing "Morality Subroutines", and even additional "Hero Subroutines", into his creations. So the Bio-Androids become far more benevolent, then Trunks own.
Unfortunately, mere months after Chibi Trunks is born. Gero creates the ultimate android, "Cell". Whom is able to rationalize passed his programming... becoming a "Super villain" instead.
A "perfect warrior", possessing numerous favorable genetic traits and special abilities. From all the most Powerful allies: Saiyans (including the Fusions), Frost Demons, And Namekians.
Cell ignores his programming, and goes on a murdering spree. Absorbing millions to become even stronger. Until he becomes a Universe Buster... with the intention of consuming the dimension.
Being born 2 decades, before he was supposed to be, doesn't slow him down. However Cell gets so powerful, he longs for a challenge. He learns of the "Hyperbolic Time Chamber" and gives the Saiyans a weak to get stronger.
Where a year inside, only last an hour outside. But only three people can survive inside at a time.
On the Outside, its only been 4 hours, which is as long as they can push the time limit (thanks to bringing in capsules of food).
First up is King Vegeta. Along with Future Trunks, and the "Matt Smith" Doctor.
Next Goku takes both his sons. With the boys spending 4 years separated from their mother. With Goten eager to meet her, but Gohan not being able to relate to her. This in addition to the years they spent apart in the Frost Demon war. When they get out Gohan feels smothered by the overbearing woman... and resentful of his father for doing nothing but train him.
Then Prince Vegeta goes into the Chamber, with Bulma insisting on going with him, and bringing Chibi Trunks.
Followed by Radditz, Nappa, and Bardock.
With the rest of the time devoted to training the Fusions. As they have the most potential. (Except the Fusions of future kids, who didn't get a turn, due to not being as powerful, and having to prioritize. So they stay at 9 years old.) They are trained by Roshi. Who grows stronger himself, due to having to keep Saiyans in line. Most Fusions train well into adulthood, pushing into their physical prime.
When they arrive to face Cell, they see he's created some kind of mock tournament ring.
The Saiyans respect Cells wishes to fight them one on one... and even give Cell Sensu Beans to heal between fights.
Cell kills Goku, but Gohan manages to defeat the Android. But Not before Cell Spawned an entire race of himself. However, they are children, and so are more inclined to obey their Subroutines, which Cell defied.
A random martial artist, called "Mister Satan", whom came to the "Cell Games" but was horribly out of his depth. takes credit for Cell's defeat.
Whees appears before Future Trunks, and warns him that everything he's doing is weakening the Universe as a whole. The gods of destruction are considering destroying the entire dimension, if something doesn't change soon.
So the Doctor goes out, in search of all 7 sets of Dragon Balls. As the Super Dragon balls, of the main universe, were long ago divided up by the Time Lords. Separating them into 7 eternal dragons, of 7 balls each. With these dragons each having their own unique limits, and directly connected to a Namekian Guardian.
The Doctors gathered them all. Then, at the moment of the Reaper's Defeat, summoned the Dragons, and began making wishes. Which the rest of the Galaxy would assume was a side effect of reprogramming the Reapers.
For the first set of Wishes, all Sapient lifeforms broke their limiter, passing that down to their children. Then making all planets and stars sturdy enough to handle such power... so effectively, nothing was different. If anything, it became even more difficult to do damage to the environment, much less destroy a planet. A planet buster, for this universe, is extremely rare... and actually have enough power to destroy a weaker universe. Where a Solar System Buster, of the main universe, can destroy a more traditional multiverse.
Another Eternal Dragon, gave all Sapient lifeforms longevity, although not immortality. Meaning they could still be killed, even get sick. They just couldn't die from old age. This, accidentally, trapped everyone in there current age. With kids staying kids, forever.
All current pregnancies are lost, due to fetuses not being able to survive in their partially developed state. Future children develop properly. Even continue aging until they reach their physical prime. Then they stop aging With the only people who look old being those whom already were, before the wish was made.
The Doctor then wished the Citadel had the means to build infinitely replicating nanobots. Converting energy into matter, to create as many nanites as were needed, without requiring resources. To build an endless number of Dyson Spheres. With all worlds having additional knowledge, of creating Time Lord style "Bigger on the Inside," Pocket dimensions. Along with alchemical plants replacing every planet's farms. That infinitely grow food that can meet all nutritional needs of whoever eats the produce. Plus all building resources, growing on vines, including Lyrium for infinite power.
One Doctor made a selfish wish, that all companions of the 42 Interdimensional Doctors, were resurrected next to them. Then wished All Time Omnians, could give anyone the ability to respawn, along with a healing factor, to make it harder to kill them. Passing these gifts down through their family. Although the healing factor left behind scars, and they couldn't regrow limbs. But Respawning cured that, however it kept them out of action for 100 years.
Where as the Namekian Dragon, was used to get a number of legendary level upgrades, for each of the Interdimensional Doctors TARDISes. Such as allowing each to physically talk, and even interact with the worlds, through solid holograms they could project within a lightyear of their box. Then each Console room, acted as a separate anchor, into the universe. Meaning each console was it's own gateway, between whatever dimension they are in, and their TARDIS's infinite universe. So the other Time Omnians could each pilot their own TARDIS. With these Consoles moving through dimensions, not time. While all the TARDISes, themselves, were made truly indestructible. With all Time Omnians, gaining the knowledge to pilot and repair, all these TARDISes. Then magically linking all TARDISes, to a Space Station, that could have more mundane ships linked to it as well. Giving each linked ship, a healing factor, in addition to a portal to the Station. Finally, the Doctors wished they had the coordinates of all their own universe's Time Omnians.
The final Dragon, the most powerful and reality breaking, from the original 1 Star Ball, was asked to give power to the other eternal dragons. Too make these wishes possible. Which normally they wouldn't be.
7 Years pass, and everyone has taken notice of the wishes, but think it is a side effect of the magical wave, that was sent through all Mass Relays. Which Reprogrammed all the Reaper Vessels.
The Citadel passes laws about immortal children's "privileges". So Gohan Junior uses the opportunity, to move out of his mom's house, and in with Piccolo.
Buu was awoken, and thanks to the power wish he's a Cosmos Buster. Although can only destroy a Galaxy of the main universe.
He flied around Earth, turning everyone to candy. Entire cities are consumed. Then he built himself a house made out of humans and animals he turned into clay.
This is where Buu met Mister Satan. Who attempted numerous times to kill Buu through poison, explosives and even physical assault, all of which fail so miserably that Buu does not even realize that they are assassination attempts.
Mister Satan eventually gives up and begins performing maid services for Buu such as cooking for him and giving him baths.
While he is living with Mister Satan, Buu finds a hurt dog by the side of the road and brings it to Mister Satan, perplexed at why it was not running away from him. Mister Satan tells him that the dog is hurt, so in response, Buu heals him with his magic. The dog, who he names Bee, becomes the first creature to show affection to Buu and the first creature Buu shows genuine love for, such as licking him.
This causes Mister Satan to stop trying to kill Buu and instead try to find out why he murders people. Buu tells him that he just does it because Bibidi and Babidi told him to destroy. Mister Satan tells him that killing people is actually wrong, which surprisingly shocks Buu, who then promises never to do any harm again.
After taming Buu, it seemed that the world is saved by Mister Satan. All is well until the two gunmen arrive, with the goal of taking on Buu and shoot Bee as he is playing with Buu. This causes Buu to become more enraged than he has ever been, but this anger is quelled by Mister Satan's disposing of the two gunmen, and taking Bee back to Buu to be healed.
The situation seems fixed as Buu rebuilds his house in the shape of Bee and Mister Satan resumes his maid tasks. Buu now seems fully changed, playing with Bee and even asking Mister Satan to sit and eat with him. Mister Satan even destroys the fake pictures, of Buu defeated that he had taken.
This lasts until the gunman who shot Bee returns and shoots Mister Satan in the chest. Buu is able to heal him but the pain of losing his best friend is so great that he struggles to control his anger. Buu weakly tells him to run far away with the puppy, or they'll die.
Mister Satan doesn't understand, and Buu yells at him to hurry. Mister Satan runs off with the Bee, as an angry Buu releases steam that forms into a giant cloud overhead. Finally, Buu loses control of his anger, and splits into Good Buu and Evil Buu.
Trunks appears and helps Good Buu defeat Evil Buu, vaporizing him into nothing.
Buu later spawns the first of his own race of Good Buus... starting with a benevolent Kid Buu.
1000 years later Piccolo arrives at Blue Heaven, with kid Gohan in toe.
