This story is set in the Harry Potter Universe. All the characters are from my head and no one you will recognize from any of JKR's writings…but, it is still set in the world she created. Miss Rowling has generously allowed millions of people to visit and add their own bits to her creation. It is a world that has become a household name in our world and a favorite place for generations of Muggles to journey to. It is a wonderful gift she has given the world. I do not own any part of it, but here is my small corner in her universe.
It is my first fanfiction story I've ever shown anyone and I hope that anyone who reads it will like it. Any reviews would be appreciated, it's very scary to actually gather up the courage to post a story online. I have gained a whole new appreciation for people that contribute to the world the stories they have written. It's a rather vulnerable feeling to post something the first time … and nerve-wracking wondering if anyone will read it or have anything to say about it!
