A/N: I'm sorry for the wait. I have no excuse except the fact that I'm extremely tired. Anyways, here's Mangle's POV of the encounter in the last chapter.

When Mangle crawled out of the vent, she wasn't surprised to see that the night guard was exhausted. The animatronics were more active now and Foxy was very aggressive. It took a moment for him to notice her but he quickly put his Freddy mask on. She wasn't fooled by it and instead she crawled closer to him. The guard started shaking as he panicked. She glanced at his name tag and saw that his name was Evan Morris. Eventually she got close enough to touch him and then she took his Freddy mask off. She put it down on the floor and stared into his eyes.

"P-please don't kill me! Please! I beg you, please!" Evan shouted. Mangle blinked and tried to reassure him that she wouldn't hurt him but her voice couldn't be heard over the static. She growled in frustration (which was drowned out by the static again, thankfully as it would probably have made him even more fearful) and nodded at him, turned around and climbed back into the vent and left him to his thoughts. As she crawled through the vents, Mangle wondered if perhaps she shouldn't have scared him like that. He looked terrified of her and for some reason it made her feel sad. Sometimes it was easy for her to forget that the night guard didn't know that she didn't want to kill him.

Mangle made her way back to Party Room 2 and then the hall, passing by Foxy. She waved at him and he waved back and smiled warmly at her. Foxy was her best friend and almost like an older brother to her. He had refused to call her Mangle until she asked him to and he always made sure she was okay whenever the kids got too rough with her. Foxy was also very protective of her. Although he was understandably bitter about being replaced but unlike the other withered animatronics, he refused to take it out on his toy counterpart. He had once punched Freddy in the face for insulting her and he nearly tore Bonnie's remaining arm off when the rabbit made her cry.

She passed by old Chica and made her way back to Kid's Cove. When Mangle finally returned to the Cove, she jumped down from the ceiling to the floor and gathered her thoughts. Why did she feel sad when she scared the night guard? That had never happened before and she didn't know what that meant.

Evan was simultaneously relieved and shocked. Mangle had just... left him alone after he begged for his life. His view of the animatronics (or at least Mangle) had been shattered. Not only could Mangle understand what he said, she could also express emotions like a human. Somehow, Afton Robotics, the company responsible for building the animatronics, had accidentally invented the first sentient artificial intelligence ever and it was used for entertaining kids at a pizzeria. The revelation stunned him both literally and figuratively. Evan sat in his chair in silence for a few minutes before snapping out of it and checking the cameras. He noticed that Mangle had returned to her place in Kid's Cove and seemed to be staring at the camera. But surprisingly, he didn't see any malice or anger in her expression. In fact, she looked like she was curious about something.

Evan put the tablet down and checked the hallway and noticed Foxy standing there. To his surprise, Foxy wasn't glaring at him and holding his hook in the air threateningly like he usually did. Instead the fox was just looking at him with a confused expression. Evan hoped that this meant that the withered fox wouldn't try to kill him for the rest of the night.

Tiny Foxy POV cuz why the hell not, amirite?

Foxy was dumbfounded. Mangle had just spared the night guard's life for no apparent reason and he had no clue as to what he should do. Should he kill the night guard now or let him be? He was scared to do either option because he didn't want to upset her so he decided to return to the Parts & Service room and pray that she wouldn't be mad at him for letting the night guard survive the night.

When the clock finally hit 6 AM, Evan got up and walked over to Kid's Cove. He noticed that Foxy left the hallway without even trying to kill him and he was bewildered. It seemed that both foxes were acting weird tonight. He thought back to the encounter they had a few hours ago and wondered what Mangle had tried to say to him. He entered the room and looked at Mangle. Now that he knew she was sentient, he wondered if she (and the other animatronics) could feel pain. He grimaced as he imagined how painful it must have been for her to have her limbs torn from her body. She was still emitting static and he wished that it could be fixed so that he could ask her why she spared him.

That was when he had an idea. Evan was skilled at electronics and had worked as an intern at a robotics company based in California and therefore had some basic knowledge of robots. His manager was arriving at 8 AM so he had a small window of time of about 1 and a half hours to attempt to fix the static problems. Judging by Mangle's current state, he guessed that the staff had given up on fixing and putting her back together.

He examined her for another moment and then went to Parts & Service. Evan avoided the withered animatronics and glanced at Foxy nervously before continuing. He searched around for a few minutes when he found a box labelled 'Toy Foxy'. He wiped a layer of dust off of it and opened the box. The box was filled with spare parts for her and even an extra mask. He searched around for a spare voicebox and finally found it after a mintute of searching. He also grabbed a toolbox and a spare eyeball since Mangle was still missing an eye.

Evan walked to Kid's Cove and set down his toolbox. He opened the lid and began working on her. He knew that he could get fired for tampering with the animatronics but he needed to know why she hadn't killed him. First, he put her eye back in its socket and then he disabled and removed her voicebox. The static noise abruptly stopped. He reached for the spare voicebox that he had set down on the floor next to him. Whilst he grabbed it, he could've sworn that he saw her eyes move a little but he dismissed it. Finally he put the new voicebox in to its place and enabled it. He took a deep breath and looked at his watch. It was 7:42 AM.

"Mangle, can you speak?" he asked her.

A/N: I know this is short but I am extremely tired so I have decided to leave it on a cliffhanger once again. Sorry. I PROMISE the next chapter will be longer. I will personally give you permission to break my kneecaps with a sledgehammer if it isn't. Just kidding, please don't permanently cripple me! Anyways I hope you enjoyed the tiny Foxy POV. He will become a more important character later. Please review and tell me what you liked and what I could have improved :)

Cya!
