An important surgery is about to take place at one of the Catherine Fox hospitals. April and Jackson enlist the help of an old friend.

Jackson and April were in Jackson's office. Jackson sat at his desk and watched April pacing through the office.

"April can you stop that please," Jackson told her.

"I can't, I'm too nervous," April said.

"Don't be, you can calm down," Jackson said.

"Telling me to calm down is not going to make me calm down," April said.

"I know that," Jackson said.

"Jackson, this is important, I don't want this to fail," April said.

"We're gonna do our best," Jackson said. "And that's why I made the best team for this surgery."

There was a knock at the door, Jackson walked up to the door and opened it and there stood Arizona.

"Arizona?"

"Surprise!"

"Perfect timing."

Arizona walked into the office, she dropped her handbag, she and April hugged each other and April was happy to see her friend again.

"I'm really happy to see you again in real life, April said.

"Glad to see you, too, April," Arizona said.

"But what are you doing here?" April asked her.

"Jackson called me, he asked me to help you with an surgery," Arizona told her.

"We need the best for this," Jackson said.

Tom walked into Jackson's office. "And that's why you asked me for help," he said. "Good to see you again Dr. Robbins."

"Dr. Koracick," Arizona greeted.

"Let's get started," Jackson said.

"Yes, let's," April said, she, Arizona and Tom sat around Jackson's desk.

"Okay, what do you guys need my help with?"

April handed an ipad to Arizona and showed her the file. Josie Fuller 29 years old and 25 weeks pregnant, she and her baby face danger.

"Josie has a dangerous tumor in her brain," Jackson said.

"That's what I'm here for," Koracik said.

"And the baby?" Arizona asked.

"Baby Jane Doe suffers from Spina Bifida," April explained.

Arizona looked at the pictures. I see that, she said. "And what about the father?"

"He's not in the picture," April said.

"You're the best we know in this business, can you do this?" Jackson asked Arizona.

"Yes," Arizona said.

"This is gonna be tricky. You and Dr. Koracick have to work together at the same time," Jackson said.

"Is that really necessary?" Arizona asked.

"Yes, we really need to get that tumor out now and with the baby it's better do it now," Jackson explained.

"Don't worry Dr. Robbins, I won't get in your way," Koracick said.

So we asked you again, can you help us do this?"

"I can do this."

"Good."

"Tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. the surgery will take place," Jackson said.

"I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go prepare things for tomorrow, Tom said.

Tom got up and left the office. Jackson got up and closed door.

"I'm going to see if I could arrange a hotel," Arizona said.

"Sorry, this was so last minute I forgot to do that for you," Jackson siad.

"Hopefully I can still find something on short notice," Arizona said.

"Why don't you come stay with me, you can sleep in the guest room," April said.

"Are you sure?" Arizona asked.

"Very sure, you're welcome to stay with me, Arizona," April told her.

Arizona gave April a hug. "Thank you."

"No problem," April said. "Plus I think Harriet will enjoy seeing you again too."

"I can't wait to see my goddaughter again," Arizona said.

"How about I buy you ladies lunch," Jackson offered.

"Sounds good to me," Arizona said.

The three doctors left the office and headed to the diner to get lunch.

"Dr. Avery, Dr. Kepner."

"Hello Macy."

Macy this is Dr. Robbins she will lucneh with us today," April said as she introduced Arizona to their usual waitress

Nice to meet you," Macy said.

Nice to meet you too," Arizona said.

Shall I take you to your usual booth?" Macy asked.

Jackson nodded his head. Macy walked the three doctors to the dinner booth and handed them a menu.

"You guys are familiar faces here," Arizona noticed.

"We eat here quite often,' April said.

"Yeah, you guys don't go for deluxe lunches?" Arizona joked.

"No, that's not our style,' Jackson said.

"That's much more nicer," April said.

"And we come here after church to eat waffles," Jackson said.

Arizona looked at Jackson in surprise. "You go to church?"

"Every Sunday with my girls," Jackson said.

"I have to go to the bathroom, April said. "If Macy comes here, order for me..."

"A panini with mozzarella, tomato and pesto, a salad with the honey dressing and a water with mint and lemon," Jackson filled in.

"That's exactly what I want," April said.

"Don't worry, I got this," Jackson said.

April stood up and walked towards the tollites. When she returned she saw that Jackson had finished ordering. April walked over to the booth and sat back down.

"Our lunch will be here soon," Jackson said.

"Great," April said.

Something's bothering you April? Arizona asked, she noticed a bit of a worried look on April's face.

"I'm just nervous about tomorrow, April said.

"Hey, everything's gonna be fine. I'm on top of this case, Arizona said.

Jackson took April's hand. "The best team I know is on this," he said. "I have full confidence in this, so you should too."

"Okay."

"Okay?"

"Okay."

"All right," Jackson said. "And let's not think about tomorrow yet, let's think about today."

"Have you looked at my quotes calander again?" April asked.

"Yes, I admit that honestly," Jackson said with a smile on his face.

"I'll give you one next Christmas," April joked.

Macy arrived with lunch and the three doctors enjoyed a nice lunch.

After lunch, April and Arizona went to April's house. Once they were there, April paid Harriet's babysitter and she left the house.

"Harriet come see who is there," April said.

Harriet came out of her room, a smile appeared as soon as she saw Arizona. "Aunt Ari!"

"Come here sweetie," Arizona said.

Harriet ran into Arizona's arms and Arizona lifted her up.

"You are getting big."

"Hi Aunt Ari."

"Hi Harriet."

"Good news Ladybug, Aunt Arizona is staying with us tonight," April said.

"Really?" Harriet asked.

"Yes," Arizona said.

"Can she sleep in my room?" Harriet asked.

"Oh no, she's just sleeping in the guest room," April said.

"Ah," Harriet said.

"Hey, but you know what, I'll read you a story tonight, okay, Arizona said and she held up her hand.

Harriet gave Arizona a high five. "Okay."

"I have something for you, Arizona said as she put Harrriet down.

Arizona opened her bag and handed a small gift to Harriet. Harriet unwrapped it and it was a snow globe of New York.

"You can make it snow in New York," Arizona said.

"Pretty," Harriet said.

"What do you say to Aunt Arizona."

"Thank you Aunt Ari."

"You're welcome, sweetie."

"Hey, ladybug, how about you give Arizona a tour of the house?" April suggested.

"Come Aunt Ari, I'll show you my room," Harriet said.

"Coming," Arizona said.

Harriet pulled Arizona along with her and walked towards her room.

A few hours later. Arizona walked out of Harriet's room and joined April on the couch.

"She was asleep," Arizona said.

"Thank you for reading her a bedtime story," April said.

"Oh, it's no problem," Arizona said.

"And sweet of you to buy her a present," April said.

"Can I confess something?" Arizona asked.

"Go ahead," April said.

"I bought that snow globe at the airport," Arizona admitted.

"What?"

"Yes, all this was very last minute, If I had known earlier I would have bought something nicer for Harriet.

"She likes it anyway," April said. "Would you like something to drink?"

"Yeah," Arizona said.

"Some wine?" April asked.

"Doesn't seem very like a good idea, because of tomorrow," Arizona said.

"Coffee?" April asked.

"Caffine doesn't seem like a good idea," Arizona said.

"Hot chocolate with whipped cream," April suggested.

"And mini marshmallows, Arizona said.

April got up and walked towards her kitchen. When she finished, she walked back with two mugs of hot chocolate milk.

"Here you go," April said.

"Thank you," Arizona said. Cheers.

"Cheers," April said and she took a sip.

"So are things blossoming between you and Jackson again?" Arizona asked, this caused April to spit out her drink.

"What?"

"Is something going between you two?"

"What? No, April said. Why would you ask something like that?"

"To the fact that everything hints at it," Arizona said.

"What kind of hints? What are you talking about?" April asked.

"He knew exactly what you wanted for lunch," Arizona pointed out.

"That doesn't say anything except I'm predictable," April said.

"He called you his girl," Arizona said.

"He didn't mean it like that," April said.

"He held your hand," Arizona said.

"That was so he could reassure me," April said.

"You wanna know why I think there's still something going on between you and Jackson?" Arizona asked.

"Tell me."

"The look."

"The look?"

"He looked at you with his look," Arizona told April.

"His look?" April asked.

"Yep, and you were looking at him with a look too," Arizona said. "A look I've never seen you look at Matthew."

"I..," April began, but she didn't know what to say.

"You told me you regret marrying Matthew," Arizona said.

"Yes, but what does this have to do with it?" April asked.

"You can't go on in life being afraid of not doing things," Arizona said.

"Arizona get to the point," April said.

"You might regret missing the opportunity to be together again," Arizona said. "Look at me and Callie."

"What do you mean you and Callie?" April asked.

"Sometimes love comes back around," Arizona said.

April no longer knew what to think or start saying. April and Arizona drank their chocolate milk and then went to bed.

The next day. Arizona and Tom were busy with the surgery. Jackson and April sat in the gallery and watched. Jackson looked at April, he grabbed her hand and she looked at him.

"See it's going well," Jackson said.

"Yeah," April said.

"And you know I'm not Koracick's biggest fan, but he's good and I know full on here," Jackson said.

"You're lucky he can't hear you saying this," April said.

"Yeah, otherwise he'll never let it go," Jackson said.

"Knowning him," April said.

"So you and Arizona had a good time yesterday?" Jackson asked.

Now that Jackson was talking about Arizona, April got nervous again, especially after what Arizona had said to her last night. April looked at Jackson, who had his sweet smile on his face, which made a smile appear on April's face as well. Hand in hand, Jackson and April watched the surgery.

A few hours later and the surgery was over and fortunately ended well. Jackson, April and Arizona were in Jackson's office celebrating the good outcome.

"The mother and baby are both fine," Jackson said.

"Thank god," April said.

"Where is Koracick, shouldn't he be here celebrating the good news?" Arizona asked.

"He's staying with the patient," Jackson said.

"I'll be off then," Arizona said.

"Thank you for all your help Arizona," April said.

"No problem," Arizona said. "And remember what I said."

"What did you say?" Jackson asked.

"Nothing in particular," April said.

"I get it, it's a secret between you two," Jackson said.

"Something like that," Arizona said.

"The jet is waiting for you," Jackson said.

"And is the champagne cold?" Arizona asked, she looked at Jackson face and then she smiled. Kidding.

Jackson gave Arizona a hug. "It was good to see you again."

"It was good to see you too," Arizona said. She gave April a hug. "And next time the three of you will come to New York."

"Deal," April said.

Arizona walked toward the door, Jackson had turned his back to her and so didn't see that Arizona had made a heart with her hands and was teasing April. Jackson turned around and Arizona put her hands behind her back, she opened door and walked out of the office.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah."

"Miss her already?" Jackson asked.

"It was nice having my best friend back with me," April said. she looked at Jackson. "How about dinner?"

"To celebrate, Arizona is just leaving now, I mean we could ask Koracick," Jackson said.

"No, I mean just you and me, my treat," April said.

"Sounds good," Jackson said.

"Tomorrow night at Nova's," April suggested.

"It's a date," Jackson said.
