Jackson and April head to Boston for Jackson's high school reunion.

Jackson and April had landed in Boston a couple minutes ago and now they were on their way to the hotel.

"And how does it feel to be here again? April asked.

"It feels good," Jackson told her.

"And are you looking forward to your reunion?" April asked.

"Yes, I'm looking forward to seeing my friends again, Jackson said, he put his arm around April and looked at her. And I can't wait to introduce everyone to my beautiful wife.

"They probably won't expect you to have married someone like me, I know that I'm not..." April said.

"April stop doing that!"

"What?"

"Selling yourself short, you are amazing and I am the luckiest guy in the world to have such a wonderful woman like you be my wife," Jackson said to her.

April put her hand on Jackson's cheek and looked at him. "You're sweet."

Jackson smiled and he gave April a kiss. Half an hour later Jackson and April arrived at the hotel, Jackson checked in and he and April went up to their room. Jackson and April put away their things and sat on the edge of the bed.

"So what do you want to do now?" April asked.

"Let's go downstairs for a coffee?" Jackson suggested.

"Good idea, I could use a cup of coffee," April said to him.

"I could use two," he said.

Jackson and April left their hotel room and went downstairs for coffee.

"What time is your reunion tomorrow?" April asked.

"At 6 p.m.," Jackson said. "So before that we can do something fun together."

"How about you giving me a tour of the city," April suggested.

"Okay, I'll do that," Jackson said. "And tonight I'm taking you to the best restaurant in Boston."

"Nothing too fancy, right?"

"No, it's not fancy, it's just my favorite restaurant."

"Ah, That's why it's the best restaurant?"

"Exactly."

The day was over. Jackson and April had eaten at Jackson's favorite restaurant. When they returned to the hotel they went to sleep almost immediately.

The next day. Jackson had given April a tour of almost all of Boston and afterward they had a quick lunch somewhere together. After their day out they were back in their hotel room getting ready for Jackson's school reunion. April was wearing a green dress and Jackson was dressed in a neat suit and had a purple tie with light blue stripes.

"Nice tie," April said to her husband.

Jackson looked at his tie. "Yes, the colors of the school, that's a school reunion tradition that you wear school colors."

"I don't really have anything of your school colors," April said. "Do I need to wear something else?"

"You don't have to wear the school colors," Jackson said, he walked over to April and looked at her. "And you look perfect."

"So do you," April said. "Shall we go?"

"Yes, let's go," Jackson said.

Jackson and April left their hotel and headed toward Jackson's old school. When they got to the school, Jackson gave Arpil a tour. Throughout the school hung pictures of Jackson's class.

"And this is when we won the basketball championship," Jackson told April.

"That must have been a fantastic moment," April guessed.

"It really was," Jackson said.

"And is this everyone from your school?" April asked as she looked at another picture with losts of students on it.

"No, that's the entire senior class," Jackson told her.

"Your entire senior class has more students than my entire school," April said.

"Yeah, if you compare our old schools, my school is a lot bigger," Jackson said.

"A whole lot bigger," April said.

"Let's go to the gym and I'll introduce you to the basketball team," Jackson said.

Jackson and April walked toward the gym and went inside. Jackson saw his teammates standing fairly quickly and walked over to them.

"Hey."

"Hey Jackson."

"Guys this is my wife April, Jackson said as he introduced April to his friends.

"Hi, April said, she gave the guys a shy way.

"And April this is Carter, Tyler, Ray and Francisco," Jackson said.

"But you can say Frankie, everybody does," Frankie said.

"I will," April said.

"Nice to meet you," Tyler said.

"You too, all of you," April said.

"So Avery, you sure know how to pick 'em," Ray said.

"Excuse me?"

"He always knows how to get the prettiest girlfriends."

"Oh."

"You wanna know what his nickname was in school?" Ray asked.

"What was it?" April asked.

"Don't tell her," Jackson warned Ray.

"She wants to know, Ray," he turned back to April." The Package."

"The Package? Why was that his nickname?"

"He is handsome, smart, athletic and rich, he is the total package," Ray said.

"Okay, enough, Ray," Jackson said.

"I'm not saying anything weird," Ray said.

"April's not my girlfriend, she's my wife," Jackson said.

"Sorry, you don't have to get angry," Ray said.

"And how did you two meet?" Carter asked.

"We work together at the same hospital," April told him

"Your mother must be so happy about that you married another doctor," Carter said.

"Yes, she really likes April," Jackson said.

"You have already met his mother?" Tyler asked.

"Yes, I have," April said.

"Then you know how she is," Frankie said.

"I do," April said.

Tyler saw the old basketball coach of the team. "Hey, look, there's Coach."

"Let's say hello," Frankie said.

"You guys go ahead, I'll be right there," Jackson said to his friends.

"Jackson's old friends walked away. Jackson turned toward April.

"Sorry about Ray," Jackson said to April.

"It's okay, I know you were popular in your high school, so I'm not surprised you had pretty girlfriends," April said.

Jackson took a step closer to April and kissed her forehead. "You are the best and most beautiful of all."

A small smile appeared on April's face. A man walked toward the couple and when Jackson saw him he didn't look too happy.

"Hello Avery."

"Oswald."

"Another old friend of yours?" April said.

"Not really," Jackson said. April this is Cornelius Oswald, he is an old classmate of mine."

"Dr. Cornelius Oswald," Cornelius said.

"Dr. April Kepner," April said.

"What do you want Cornelius?" Jackson asked.

"Just to say hello," Cornelius said with some snark in his voice.

"Sure," Jackson said, he didn't believe it at all.

"I understand you are also a doctor,' Cornelius said.

"That's right," Jackson said.

"Didn't expect you to be able to do it," Cornelius said.

"Well I did," Jackson said.

"And what is your specialty?" Cornelius asked.

"Plastics," Jackson answered.

"So you chose for the easiest thing there is, so typical of you Avery," Cornelius

"Hey plastics isn't easy, it hard work and Jackson put in the hard work to get where he is," April said, she put her hand on Jackson's shoulder. "Jackson changes lives, he really helps people who need it."

"As a plastic surgeon?" Cornelius asked.

"Yes, and I don't know what your problem is, but I won't let you talk to my husband like that," April said. she turned to Jackson and took his hand. "Come let's dance."

Before Jackson could say anything, April pulled him to the dance floor and they began to dance.

"Sorry I just lashed out like that," April said.

"It's okay, I'm glad that I've someone who is willing standing up for me like that," Jackson said.

"You protect me and I protect you that's how we do it," April said.

"Totally agree," Jackson said.

"And is your reunion going as expected?" April asked.

"No," Jackson said. "It's better than expected because you're here."

Jackson leaned forward and gave April a kiss. The two danced on and paid only attention to each other.
