April is here for Jackson after his breakup with Lexie.
Jackson was on his way home, he hoped Lexie wouldn't be home yet, pretty tough now he thought living in a house with your ex. Jackson arrived at the house, he opened the door and heard the TV, he walked into the living room and saw April sitting on the couch.
"Thank God it's just you," Jackson said.
"Who should else should I be?" April asked.
"Thought you might be Lexie," Jackson said, he took off his jacket and put it away.
"Then why are you glad I'm not Lexie?"
Jackson sat down next to April on the couch. "It's over between me and Lexie."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Did she...?" April asked.
"No, I broke up with her, Jackson said. "She was obviously hung up on Sloan."
"But was kind of obvious, sorry to say it," April said to him.
"But I didn't see or I didn't want to be," Jackson said.
April put her hand on Jackson's shoulder. "Sorry."
"It's okay, it's for the best," Jackson said.
"Are you sure that's how you feel?" April asked.
"Yes," Jackson said. "And now I can continue to concentrate on the Plastic Posse."
"Plastic Posse?" April asked.
"Never mind," Jackson said. "I'm gonna focus on my career."
"Good for you," April said. "And if there's anything I can do for you right now."
"That's sweet of you, but that's not necessary," Jackson said.
"And yet I'm gonna do something for you," April said. "Did you already have dinner?"
"Yeah, I had something at the hospital," Jackson said. "Where you going to make me something to eat?"
"Maybe, but now I've another idea," April said as she got up.
"Where are you going?" Jackson asked.
"To the kitchen, I bought ice cream today and that's the best medicine for a broken heart," April said.
"Where did you get that idea from?" Jackson asked.
"I works in movies when there is a break," April replied.
"And you think it's going to work in real life?" Jackson asked.
"We're going to find out," April said and she headed to the kitchen.
A few seconds later, April returned with a bowl of ice cream and two spoons.
"Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream," April said. "And we're going to watch a movie of your choice."
"You're a little crazy, but that's what I would like about you," Jackson said.
April sat down next to Jackson on the couch and he went to put on a movie. April opened the tub of ice cream and she and Jackson started eating it, and both of them stopped paying attention to the movie.
"Are you feeling any better?" April asked.
"Yes, but that mainly because I have such a good friend like you who then does everything to cheer me up," Jackson said.
"That's what friends are for. You'd do the same for me, wouldn't you?" April asked.
"Maybe not like this, but I'll be there for you," Jackson said.
"What Charles do for you in such a situation?" April asked.
"He would take me to Joe's bar and treat me to drinks, but in the end I'm the one who will has to pay," Jackson said.
"That was typical Charles," April chuckled.
"But this is nice, too, Jackson said, he turned to April and smiled at her. "Me and you, right?"
"Me and you," April said and a smile also appeared on her face.
Jackson scooped up another bit of ice cream, but instead of eating it himself he gave it to April.
