Sarah (getting out of bed): I must see John. Where is my son?
Nurse (helping Sarah back into the bed): Your son is somewhere safe and warm
Sarah (begging the nurse): Please take me to him
Nurse: You and your son were involved in a deadly car crash. It is a miracle that you survived. You must rest now. Please let him rest.
Sarah: I will not rest until I see my son
The Doctor (walking into the room): Ms. Connor, I am glad to see you up. You almost died in that horrible car crash.
Sarah: How is my son doing?
The Doctor: He's gone
Sarah (appalled): What do you mean by he's gone?
Doctor: Your son died in the car crash. I am sorry for your loss.
Sarah (hysterical): I don't believe you. You are a liar and a fake.
Doctor (taken aback): Excuse me, Ms. Connor
A nurse (helping Sarah out of the bed): I will take you to him
Sarah: Thanks
(The nurse takes Sarah to John's recovery room. Sarah blames and hates herself for John's death. Inconsolable, Sarah expected to die right there on the spot. She tried to bury this painful chapter of her life. The flashback ends. In a different world, Wendy (Sarah-Lena) juggles divorce, a child custody battle, and a work client (refugee) who claims to be her deceased son (John- Thomas Dekker).
