Pops (turning to Kyle): Sarah has been sick for the past four weeks. It is not normal for her to be sick this long. It is not normal for Sarah to reject her birthday cake.
Kyle: We have been struggling to conceive a baby, specifically John. I wonder if she is pregnant.
Pops: Sarah's body temperature and blood temperature have appeared elevated
Sarah (rejoining Kyle and Pops at the table): I apologize for the inconvenience. The cake's scent didn't agree with me. I am grateful for my birthday cake though.
Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): I suggest for you to take a test
Sarah: A pregnancy test?!
Kyle and Pops: Yes
Sarah (choked up): I am fear I may receive negative test results like before

Sarah (waiting for the test results): I haven't received the test results yet. We should slow down.
Kyle: According to my prior knowledge, John's birthday is February 28. Why should we slow down if we already know how events will turn out?
Sarah (crying as she shows the negative test results to Kyle and Pops): I am not pregnant. I am so sorry for bursting your bubble.
