"We are here." Alex says as they pull up to Olivia's house

Olivia looks out the window and sees her apartment building in front of them. She takes a moment to appreciate the thought of how convenient things will be from now on, knowing that both of them will be so close to each other. She turns to Alex and grins, "This is it!"

They start making their way upstairs, each step drawing them closer to Olivia's apartment. However, they are interrupted by the sound of Elliot's voice. He points out the lack of luggage in Olivia's hand.

"Hey Liv, your bags?" he asks, raising an eyebrow. Olivia just gives him a cheeky look, not bothering to explain further.

Both Olivia and Alex give Elliot a glance, their expressions almost identical.

Elliot chuckles, realizing his mistake. "Oh, right, my apologies, princess," he teases before making his way to the trunk to get Olivia's bags. He lifts the bags effortlessly and brings them into the house with a grin.

Alex looks around the apartment, taking in the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. "This place is so cute, Liv," she says, smiling warmly at her friend. She walks over to the window and looks out at the view, enjoying the sense of comfort and familiarity that the apartment exudes.

Olivia nods in agreement, a sense of pride and contentment evident in her expression. "I really do love it here," she says, her eyes wandering around the apartment, taking in all the familiar details. "It feels like home."

Olivia looks at Elliot and points towards her bedroom. "You can just set them down in my bedroom," she replies, gesturing towards the door in the corner.

Olivia and Alex enter the room, their voices still filled with the joy and excitement of the day's events. However, their conversation abruptly stops when they see Elliot lying in Olivia's bed, comfortably tucked under the covers.

Olivia couldn't help but let out a laugh as she saw Elliot in her bed, making himself right at home. "Seriously, El? You couldn't wait.

Elliot grins unashamed, lying in her bed like he owns the place. "What can I say? I was just getting comfortable," he replies, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. "Besides, it was a long day. I carried your bags, didn't I? I deserve a little reward, California princess."

Elliot laughs as Olivia playfully hits him with a pillow, but he retaliates quickly, grabbing her by the waist and pulling her onto the bed beside him. He smirks, holding her close as he pushes her head onto his chest, enjoying the feeling of her body against his.

Elliot silences her with a gentle shush, pulling her closer and placing his chin on the top of her head lovingly. He runs his fingers through her hair, trying to soothe her. "Shhh, go to sleep now princess," he whispers, his voice calm and soothing.

Olivia can't help but chuckle as Elliot uses the pet name again, finding it simultaneously irritating and endearing. "Seriously, stop calling me princess," she says, trying to maintain a disapproving tone but failing as a laugh escapes her lips.

Alex's voice interrupts their conversation, causing both Elliot and Olivia to look up at her as she enters the room. Olivia looks embarrassed by the compromising position they're in, while Elliot just grins sheepishly.

Alex grins mischievously, enjoying the sight of Olivia and Elliot in their position. "Am I interrupting something?" she teases, a playful glint in her eyes.

Olivia is flustered, her face turning a bright shade of red as she quickly extracts herself from Elliot's embrace. She stumbles out of bed and stands up, trying to regain her composure. "No, no, nothing is happening here," she says hastily, her voice a little too high-pitched. Meanwhile, Elliot stands next to her, his smirk growing wider as he watches her react.

Elliot breaks the tension with a cheerful tone, clapping his hands together. "Alright, let's roll out, people," he says, his voice cheerful and commanding. He turns to Olivia and Alex, a mischievous grin still on his face.

They head back into the car and head to Alex's apartment.

Olivia glances over at Elliot, curiously wondering about his living arrangements. "So, El, where do you actually live?" she asks, a hint of curiosity in her voice.

Elliot grins as Olivia expresses her surprise. " I'm sharing a place with Alex," he confirms, his tone matter-of-fact.

"You do?" Olivia says

"Sure do," Elliot confirms with a nod. "Alex was nice enough to let me stay with her. It's been pretty convenient, actually."

Olivia chuckles as she thinks about Elliot and Alex's frequent squabbles. "You guys bicker constantly," she says, clearly amused. "How do you two manage to live together without killing each other?"

Elliot grins, unbothered by her comment. "What can I say? It's never a dull moment living with this one," he says, gesturing towards Alex with a smirk.

Olivia chuckles, acknowledging the truth in Elliot's words. "You know what? You're right. I can imagine living with you two might be quite entertaining," she jokes.

Alex glances up at Olivia and Elliot and suggests, "How about ordering takeout? I'm feeling kinda lazy."

Olivia and Elliot immediately chime in with their approval of the idea. "Takeout sounds perfect," Olivia agrees, her stomach already growling in anticipation.

The trio settles into the cozy apartment, with Olivia, Elliot, and Alex ordering a pizza while watching TV as they wait for their food to arrive. The minutes pass by as they watch, their conversation occasionally interrupted by laughter and shared jokes.

As the doorbell rings, Alex jumps up from the couch and heads to the door. "That must be the pizza," she says, her mouth watering in anticipation.

Alex gets up to answer it, revealing Dani Beck standing there with a serious expression.

"Elliot, you're whores here." Says Alex, rolling her eyes.

Dani briskly steps into the room, locking eyes with Alex as she speaks. "Hello, Alex," she says, her voice firm and business-like

"Hey, babe." Dani Beck says

The others watch in surprise as Dani suddenly swoops over to Elliot and plants a kiss on his lips. Elliot is caught off guard for a moment but quickly regains his composure and grins, wrapping his arms around her in a warm embrace.

Elliot closes the door behind them and turns to face Dani, who is still holding her hand. He gazes into her eyes, his expression serious. "Listen, Dani. I need to be honest. We're not officially dating, right? We're just having casual fun, no strings attached," he says emphatically, wanting to ensure there are no misunderstandings between them.

Olivia comes out of the bathroom

"Hey, is pizza here?" Ask Olivia to come out of the bathroom

"Oh, okay. Well, let's watch some Jersey Shore then until the pizza arrives," she suggests, shrugging off the minor letdown. Says Alex

Olivia glances around the room, her eyes scanning the area for any sign of Elliot. Her gaze lands on his closed bedroom door, and she furrows her brow in confusion. "Hey, where did Elliot go?" she wonders aloud.

Alex, still seated on the couch, chimes in with a casual response. "Oh, he's just in his room," she says simply as if it's the most natural thing in the world.

Olivia's shoulders droop slightly as she responds disheartenedly, "Oh," she said, her voice barely a whisper.

knock knock

Alex gets up and tips the pizza guy before bringing the steaming hot pizza to the table. They all take a slice and delve into the cheesy goodness; their attention is now focused back on the addictive reality TV drama on the TV screen.

Alex watches the drama unfold on the screen and chimes in with a mocking remark directed at one of the characters; her voice laced with playful sarcasm. "Rahn, are you friends with her?" she mocks

Olivia jumps in on the banter and echoes a dramatic plea from the show. "Rahn, staphhh!" she calls out, joining Alex in her mock Sammi.

In between bites of pizza, Olivia exclaims, "This show is amazing," her eyes glued to the screen, thoroughly engrossed in the drama unfolding before them.

Alex glances at the pizza, noticing that Elliot hasn't emerged from his room yet. She shrugs her shoulders nonchalantly. "Yeah, I'm surprised he hasn't come out for pizza yet," she replies, her expression indifferent.

Alex looks at Olivia and suggests, "Hey, can you go into his room and let him know that the food's here? He's been in there long enough now."

Olivia's eyes widened in shock and surprise as she opened the door to find Dani riding Elliot. Her mind blanks momentarily as she takes in the sight before her, her thoughts consumed by the unexpected revelation. In her mind, Olivia can't help but marvel at the sight before her, her thoughts filled with both surprise and a hint of admiration for Elliot's impressive girth and length.

Olivia quickly pulls herself together and backs away, her mind still reeling from the shocking sight she had just witnessed. She stammers out a hasty apology, "Oh, I'm so sorry; bye," before practically sprinting out of the room, the image of Dani riding Elliot still burning into her mind.

Elliot quickly reacts and pushes Dani off of him as she loses her balance and falls to the floor. He swiftly grabs his pants and puts them back on; his mind focused on regaining his composure after being caught in that compromising situation.

Elliot hurriedly puts on his pants and calls out to Olivia as she quickly exits the room. He chases after her, his voice laced with a mix of embarrassment and desperation. "Olivia, wait!"

Olivia stops in her tracks and turns to face Elliot, her eyes filled with a mixture of apology and understanding. "Elliot, I shouldn't have barged in without asking," she says, her voice tinged with guilt. "It's my fault; I should have waited for your permission before opening the door. I didn't know you had company."

"I shouldn't have done that with Dani while you and Alex were here. It was disrespectful, and I'm sorry for putting you in that awkward situation."

They share a moment of lightheartedness as Olivia tries to ease the tension with a fake giggle. "Well, I guess I'm guilty of cock-blocking you, huh?" she quips a hint of humor in her voice.

Elliot responds with a quip of his own, chuckling as he jokingly says, "True, there's always the old reliable hand for those moments."

Dani silently slips out the back door, unnoticed by the others, as they continue their banter.

Continue their banter.

Alex makes a remark about their earlier encounter with Dani and suggests a proposal. "You know, I'm glad that's over. She moans like a seal! But anyway, I guess we can bunk together tonight," she says

Olivia interjects, offering to take the couch instead. "Nah, don't worry about me; I can sleep on the couch," she replies, her tone nonchalant and carefree.

The room falls silent for a moment as they process the previous events. Elliot is still feeling embarrassed and apologetic, Olivia tries to act nonchalantly, and Alex seems amused by the whole situation.

Olivia smiles and wishes the others goodnight, picking up some blankets and preparing to settle in for the night.

"Thanks, goodnight, Alex. Goodnight, El," she says, her tone casual and friendly, before heading off to the couch to get some rest.

The next morning, Elliot is up early and in the kitchen, working his magic. He's whipping up a batch of his signature French toast, the enticing aroma of sweet and fluffy goodness wafting through the house.

Olivia is now sleeping on the couch. In her dream, Olivia imagines herself in the exact position Dani was in previously

"Uhh Elliot." "Mmm El" "Elliot, Elliot, Elliot." Moans Olivia in her As Olivia continues to moan Elliot's name in her sleep, she suddenly jolts awake, realizing that she had been dreaming. She sits up on the couch and looks around, her cheeks tinged with a hint of embarrassment.

Elliot smirked at her as he noticed her waking up, his expression playful and amused. "Hey, sleepy head," he teases.

Olivia smiles back at him, her cheeks still slightly flushed from the dream she had just woken up from. "Good morning," she says, her voice soft and drowsy.

Elliot grins as he mentions the breakfast he's prepared, his smirk still present on his face. "I hope you're hungry," he repeats. "I made French toast."

Olivia takes a bite of the French toast, savoring the delicious flavors. She looks up at Elliot, gratitude in her eyes, and says, "Thanks, El."

Elliot, still wearing that amused smirk, queries, "Orange juice, apple juice, or milk?" He awaits her response, his eyes on her.

Olivia playfully responds, a hint of teasing in her voice, "Orange juice for now, but only if you wipe that stupid smirk off your face." She looks at him expectantly, waiting for him to comply.

Elliot moves on to a different topic, his smirk fading as he asks, "So, how was your sleep last night? Dream about anything in particular.?"

Olivia freezes, her heart skipping a beat as she recalls her dream. She struggles to respond casually, trying to hide the blush creeping onto her cheeks. "Y-yeah, I slept fine. No problems at all, uh-uh no."

Olivia's cheeks flush crimson as she realizes that Elliot has heard her muttering his name in her sleep. She covers her face with her hands, embarrassed by her own subconscious actions and his playful mocking.g

"Oh, yes, you were, Olivia," Elliot teases, his grin growing wider. "You were totally dreaming about me. Admit it, you were saying my name in your sleep!"

"You're so cocky. That's probably what you wish you heard." Olivia says, face now red as a tomato.

"Oh yes, you were in denial about it, Olivia," he teased again. "But I can't blame you. I mean, have you seen this face? I'm a total cutie patootie, and you can't deny it. I know what I heard; I'll be glad to hear it again." Elliot says, winking at her, and Alex comes. Thank god, Olivia says in her head.

Alex saunters into the room, greeting them with a light-hearted quip. "Hey, 'Sleeping Beauty' and 'the Beast,'" she says, referring to Olivia and Elliot, respectively. "Looking all groggy and well-rested there, huh?"

Olivia responds casually with a "Hey," while Alex quickly moves on to the next topic. "You ready for the BBQ later?" she asks, referring to their plans for the day.

"Yes," Olivia replies simply, expressing her readiness for the upcoming BBQ. Elliot chimes in as well, confirming his preparedness for the event, "Yeah, can't wait for that juicy BBQ later."

Alex brings up the topic of swimsuits and mentions that Crane has a hot tub and a sizable swimming pool. "Did you bring a swimsuit at least? Crane has a hot tub and a great pool," she suggests.

"Yeah, it's in my bag." Says Olivia

"Good, because it's going to be hot, but anyway, are you excited to start your new job Monday at SVU?" Ask

Olivia responds with a mixture of anticipation and nervousness. "Yeah, I am excited but also a bit nervous. SVU is a big deal, after all. I just hope I'll be up for the challenge."

Elliot grins, chiming in to reassure Olivia. "And hey, don't forget, we'll be working together there. I'll have your back, Liv."

Olivia smiles back at Elliot, comforted by his assurance that they'll be working together. The thought of having his support at her new job eases her nerves and gives her a sense of security.

*****"

Captain Cragen appears in the room, his voice full of warmth and greeting. "Welcome, welcome, welcome," he says, extending a heartfelt welcome to the group.

Alex steps forward and introduces Olivia to Cragen as the newest addition to the SVU team. "Cragen, this is Olivia, our new SVU detective.

Cragen extends his hand warmly in greeting, smiling at Olivia. "Hello there, Olivia! Pleasure to meet you. Call me Don," he introduces himself with a friendly demeanor.

Olivia reciprocates the pleasantries with politeness and respect. "It's a pleasure to meet you too, Captain," she replies, shaking his hand and returning his smile.

"Very well, Don," Olivia obliges, nodding graciously to the Captain. "And thank you, it was nice meeting you too," she adds. As Cragen turns toAlex, he requests, "Alex, would you mind taking Olivia to introduce her to the rest of the squad?"

Alex leads Olivia over to the Fin; Munch and Cassidy are sitting on bears. "I'll introduce you to everyone else later or on Monday," Alex explains before addressing the three men. "Hey guys, this is Olivia; she's our newest SVU detective."

Alex introduces Olivia to Munch, Fin, and Cassidy, each of whom gives her a warm greeting or nod. "Hey there," says Munch, flashing a friendly smile. "It's nice to meet you, Olivia," Fin adds, giving her a welcoming tilt of his head as he continues working. Cassidy looks up with a grin and says, "Hey, welcome to the team."

"Hey, Olivia! Nice to meet you." Says Munch

Fin chimes in and jokingly warns Olivia, "Stay clear of Munch's conspiracy theories. Trust me, your sanity will thank you for it!"

Munch quickly defends himself, asserting the accuracy of his conspiracy theories. "Hey, my conspiracies are usually always right, Fin!" he responds with a hint of playful mock offense.

Fin responds with lighthearted banter, rolling his eyes at Munch's assertion. "Oh, shut up, John!" he replies, good-naturedly dismissing Munch's argument.

Olivia can't help but giggle at the playful exchange between Fin and Munch. As she glances over at Cassidy, her thoughts shift to noticing his attractiveness.

"Hello beautiful, I'm Cassidy." Says Cassidy as he extends his hand to shake Olivia's hand

Olivia blushes slightly at the unexpected compliment, but she composes herself and shakes Cassidy's hand with a friendly smile. "Hi, nice to meet you, Cassidy," she replies, her voice a touch softer than before.

"I'm going leave you guys to chat I'll be back." Alex says she starts walking away Elliot pulls her to the side.

Elliot, who has been observing the interaction from afar, turns to Alex and asks about Cassidy. "What's Cassidy's deal?" Elliot queries, genuinely curious about Olivia's impression of the attractive officer.

Alex's response is tinged with genuine confusion as if she doesn't understand the implication behind Elliot's question. "What do you mean, El? He's just being friendly," she says, defending Cassidy's behavior.

Elliot's skepticism becomes apparent as he expresses his distrust towards Cassidy. "Yeah, too friendly. I don't trust Cassidy," he states, his tone laced with a hint of wariness.

Alex confidently asserts Olivia's independence, dismissing any concern Elliot might have. "Well, El, she's a big girl. She can handle herself," Alex replies, walking away from the conversation, leaving Elliot contemplating his skepticism.

An hour passes by, and Olivia is still taking it up with Fin, Munch, and Cassidy. Elliot is still watching from a distance.

Alex, who has been keeping an eye on Elliot, notices that he hasn't moved from his spot in a while. With a hint of annoyance in her voice, she questions him. "Seriously, Elliot, you haven't moved?"

Elliot justifies his behavior, claiming that he is simply looking out for Olivia's well-being as a newcomer. "I'm just keeping an eye out for her. She's new, and she needs someone to protect her," he explains.

As Olivia heads inside to change into a black silk bikini, the sight of her returning in the new outfit catches Elliot's eye. He can't help but take notice of her appearance, his gaze lingering on her for a moment before he quickly averts his eyes.

Elliot's reaction is a mixture of surprise and disbelief as he reacts to Olivia's new outfit. "What the hell is she wearing?" he mutters to himself, his eyes widening at the sight of her in the silk bikini.

Alex responds matter-of-factly to Elliot's question, stating the obvious. "Um, a bikini?" she replies with a slight shrug as if it were an expected choice for a pool party.

Elliot's tone holds a note of discontent as he vehemently expresses his opposition to Olivia's choice of swimsuit. "Why is she wearing a bikini? She should be wearing a one-piece!"

Alex responds to Elliot's overprotective behavior with a mixture of annoyance and disbelief, expressing frustration with his attitude. "Why are you acting like her father? It's a damn cookout, and it's 90 degrees. Go in the pool and cool the hell off!" she asserts before walking away, leaving Elliot to reflect on his reaction.

As Elliot gazes toward Cassidy, he notices the officer's eyes fixated on Olivia's body, causing a pang of jealousy and anger to surge through him. The sight of Cassidy admiring Olivia makes Elliot feel uneasy and possessive.

Munch chimes in with a playful suggestion, eagerly encouraging Olivia. "Do a backflip!" he encourages, his tone filled with playful excitement.

Munch chimes in with a playful suggestion, eagerly encouraging Olivia. "Do a backflip!" he encourages, his tone filled with playful excitement.

Cassidy's persuasion doesn't waver as he repeats himself, trying to convince Olivia to overcome her hesitation. "Come on, the water's really great!" he tries again, his voice warm and coaxing.

Elliot mutters under his breath, his words tinged with jealousy and frustration. "Yeah, I bet he wants her to come," he murmurs, the sight of Cassidy trying to coax Olivia further fueling his possessive feelings.

The atmosphere in the pool is joyous and carefree as Olivia jumps in to join Munch, Fin, and Cassidy. After a while, Alex decides to join in on the fun as well, adding her presence to the group in the water.

Cragen's voice catches Elliot's attention as he calls out for his assistance. "Hey Elliot, can you help me out with the grill?" he requests, gesturing toward the barbecue area.

Elliot responds to Cragen's request affirmatively and promptly peels off his shirt. "Sure, Don," he replies, revealing his muscular upper body before heading over to the grill to provide his assistance.

Olivia's eyes widen slightly as she catches a glimpse of Elliot's well-toned physique. She feels a flutter in her chest, and her mind races with an unexpected admiration. She thinks to herself, "Holy...those abs look like they could bake a batch of cookies. And those biceps..."

Alex chimes in with a light-hearted warning, her words playful yet carrying a hint of caution. "Hey, remember the rules – brothers are off limits!" she says, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

Alex's laughter fills the air as she delivers a playful jab to Olivia, teasing her about the situation. "Oh, so your mouth just fell open for Cragen because, you know, Liv, it's not a good idea to want to mess with your boss," she says, her amusement evident in her tone.

The pool games continue, and the atmosphere is light and fun, with Cassidy subtly flirting with Olivia with every opportunity he gets. He finds ways to stay close to her, making jokes and casually touching her, creating an almost comfortable and relaxed situation that almost lets Olivia forget about Elliot entirely.

Everyone steps out of the pool and gathers around the food that Cragen has prepared. The mouthwatering aroma of freshly cooked burgers, hot dogs, and chicken fills the air. As they make their plates, Olivia grabs food with Alex and heads over to a nearby beach towel, settling down to enjoy the meal.

Elliot, still feeling possessive and protective, doesn't like the fact that Cassidy is sitting so close to Olivia. He grabs his food and takes a seat right next to her, gently kissing her head as a subtle display of his claim.

Elliot's greeting encompasses both Olivia and Alex, his tone slightly formal, before focusing on Cassidy, whom he intentionally addresses. "Hey, sis and sis...Cassidy," he says, emphasizing Cassidy's name as he looks directly at him.

Cassidy responds to Elliot's greeting with a simple acknowledgment, saying just one word: "Stabler." The brief exchange holds a hint of tension, with Elliot's protective instincts still on display and Cassidy seemingly unfazed by his actions.

Elliot approaches the group, his curiosity piqued by the laughter he hears. "So, what were you all laughing about over here?" he asks, a hint of protectiveness still evident in his tone.

Cassidy replies casually, downplaying the conversation they were having. "Oh, it was nothing, really. I was just sharing some jokes with Liv," he says, an easy smile on his face.

Elliot, still bristling with protectiveness, shows interest in hearing the jokes that Cassidy shared with Liv. "Oh yeah? I like jokes, let's hear them," he responds, his tone still holding a hint of challenge.

Cassidy initiates the joke, setting up the punchline with a question. "Did you hear about the guy writing a construction book?" he asks, his voice laced with anticipation.

Elliot responds with a simple "What," showing his eagerness to get to the punchline of the joke Cassidy is about to share.

Cassidy delivers the punchline of the joke, a hint of amusement in his voice. "He's still working on it!" he laughs, the play on words creating a moment of humorous irony.

Olivia can't help but giggle, the joke Cassidy told sparking a lighthearted reaction from her. She finds the play on words amusing, and the moment adds a touch of levity to the atmosphere.

Elliot responds with sarcasm, his tone expressing a hint of skepticism. "Haha, so funny. Got anything else?" he says, the sarcastic comment conveying his lack of enthusiasm for Cassidy's jokes.

Cassidy doesn't seem bothered by Elliot's sarcastic remark and proceeds to share another joke, his tone light and playful. "Why are eggs bad at telling jokes?" he asks, setting up the punchline.

Olivia chimes in with genuine curiosity, asking, "Why?" as she awaits the punchline of the joke Cassidy is about to reveal.

Cassidy delivers the punchline, a smile on his face. "They always crack each other up," he says, the wordplay creating a moment of lighthearted humor.

Elliot, watching Olivia's reaction to Cassidy's joke, can't help but roll his eyes internally. In his mind, he finds it hard to believe that she's genuinely amused by such goofy humor. He can't help but think to himself, This goofy ass clown.

Alex chimes in with a sly comment, catching Elliott's attention. "Hey El, your third girlfriend's here," she teases, referring to Olivia. The remark adds a touch of humor to the situation while subtly acknowledging the ongoing dynamics between Elliot, Olivia, and Cassidy.

Elliot responds with a hint of confusion in his voice. "Girlfriend? What girlfriend?" he asks, genuinely puzzled by Alex's comment. The question hangs in the air, inviting further explanation from Alex.

As Alex points, Elliot follows her gaze and sees Kathleen nearby. A mixture of surprise and unease washes over him. He mutters under his breath, "Kathy's here?"

As Alex points, Elliot follows her gaze and sees Kathleen nearby. A mixture of surprise and unease washes over him. He mutters under his breath, "Kathleen's here?"

Alex chimes in, providing context about Kathleen. "She's Elliot's ex-girlfriend. They had a pregnancy scare, and he broke up with her after that," she explains, offering insight into Elliot's past relationship.

Elliot excuses himself from the group and approaches Kathleen. He greets her with a mixture of surprise and caution in his voice. "Hey Kathy, what are you doing here?" he asks, curious about her unexpected presence at the gathering.

Elliot excuses himself from the group and approaches Kathleen. He greets her with a mixture of surprise and caution in his voice. "Hey Kathy, what are you doing here?" he asks, curious about her unexpected presence at the gathering.

Elliot continues the conversation with Kathleen, confirming her unexpected presence. "Okay, that's fine. Who invited you?" he asks curiously.

Kathleen responds, explaining that it was Don who thought they were still together. "Don," she replies, revealing the source of her invitation.

Elliot responds with a hint of surprise and mild annoyance. "Ah, I wonder why."

As the evening advances, the sky darkens, and twilight begins to settle upon the area. Lighting fixtures around the pool area, including pool lights and hot tub lights, gradually activate, casting a warm, ambient glow over the surroundings. The lighting adds a pleasant atmosphere to the party, creating a cozy yet lively setting.

Cassidy turns his attention to Olivia, proposing a enjoyable activity. "Olivia, do you want to get in the hot tub?" he asks a hint of invitation in his voice.

Olivia agrees to Cassidy's suggestion with a smile. "Sure, let's go," she responds, proceeding to join him in the hot tub.

As Kathleen suggests an activity, she turns her attention towards Elliot. "Elliot, do you want to go in the pool?"

Elliot agrees to Kathleen's suggestion. "Sure," he responds, a hint of resignation in his voice. He's aware of the proximity between Olivia and Cassidy and knows he might hear fragments of their conversation from his position.

"So Olivia Benson, why SVU," Cassidy asks flirtatiously

Olivia responds briefly to Cassidy's question, indicating that her reason for joining would be a long story for another time. She then deflects the conversation towards Cassidy, asking, "Oh, that's a story for another day."

Elliot's thoughts race through his mind as he ponders Olivia's vague response and her desire to hear about Cassidy's story. He mutters to himself, "Why did Liv join SVU? Story for any day?" He internally questions her reasons for joining the unit, as well as her interest in learning more about Cassidy's background.

Elliot is preoccupied with listening in on Olivia and Cassidy's conversation, barely paying attention to Kathy as she engages him in conversation. However, he's abruptly pulled back to reality when Cassidy begins sharing another joke, capturing his attention once more.

In the midst of the conversation, Cassidy shares his joke about apples and oranges, "If you have 13 apples and oranges, what do you get." causing Olivia to ask, "What?" In response, he quips, "A big hand." As Olivia remains deep in thought about her recent dream involving Elliot, she inadvertently gazes toward him, only to discover Kathleen making out with him.

As Olivia's daydream about her dream with Elliot persists, she finds herself staring at him. However, her attention suddenly shifts as Kathleen starts making out with him.

Feeling a surge of jealousy and anger, Olivia excuses herself from her conversation with Cassidy in the hot tub. She apologizes to him and mentions that she was not feeling well before getting out. She then sets out to find Alex, who's engaged in conversation with a beautiful red-haired woman.

Olivia approaches Alex and introduces herself to Casey Novak, a lawyer from the law office in Brooklyn. "Hey," Olivia greets, "I'm Olivia Benson, nice to meet you."

Casey smiles warmly at Olivia, exchanging phone numbers. "You too Olivia! I've gotta get going, but here's my number. Alex, give me a call sometime." With that, Casey bids farewell.

Olivia turns to Alex and mentions feeling unwell, hoping for a ride home.

"Okay, Alex, I don't feel so hot. Can you give me a ride home?"

Olivia responds to Alex's question about Elliot's whereabouts. "He can get a ride home," she says. "Let's go. Screw Elliot; we're going to talk about you and that redhead."

Elliot separates himself from Kathleen and notices Olivia and Alex leaving. He sighs, feeling a twinge of frustration and resignation.
