"I can't believe villains would attack a hero school," said Youta from my phone.

"Yeah, I can't believe it either. Besides from Izuku and I. Luckily, no one else was hurt too badly," I'm laying on the couch staring at the T.V.

"But shouldn't you get that checked up now. I mean it's not good to keep waiting. If Akari was here she would have already thrown you into a hospital."

"But school is canceled today. I don't want to inconvenience Recovery Girl… Wait. I just realized this now but. Why are you not in school?"

"Huh, w-well... It seems like that attack over there seems to have my classes canceled for today. Seems like they are taking precaution or something like that."

"Really?! Then if you have time. Want to go to the cafe and hang out? It's been a while."

"Why bring up that now... You should just stay put until your quirk is back to normal."

"But I have nothing else to do. And Izuku wasn't up for it when I asked him," I look up at Izuku who was sitting at the kitchen table staring at me then he looks away. "Also he's been staring at me a lot today," I whisper to Youta.

"He's probably just worried for you. After all, don't you remember the last time your quirk acted up?"

"Yeah, yeah. It seems everyone is saying that. But it's fine! So let's go to the cafe. My treat."

Youta sighs "No. You better stay home. You need to wait for your quirk to fix yourself before doing anything."

"Thanks! See you there," I got up.

"Wait-" I hunged up on him.

I paused for a second, my finger on the phone screen, "Hmmm. Probably wasn't important." I get up and put my shoes on at the door.

"Umm. Where are you going Akumi? I-if you don't mind me asking," Izuku had now suddenly appeared behind me as I was about to open the door.

"I'm going out with Youta to the cafe that we didn't get to go to yesterday. You can come if you want."

"Oh if that's it then no thanks... If Youta is with you, you should be fine. Stay safe…"

I can tell that something was bothering Izuku so put a hand on his shoulder, "Hey if something is bothering you. You can always talk to me. Or better yet mom."

"N-no. Nothing is bothering me. It's just the after-shock of the villain attack, ha-ha. I'm just worried for everyone."

I let go of his shoulder, "H-hey. We might be going back tomorrow so don't worry so much. Lighten up a little. But I guess being in a life threatening situation does do this," I open the front door, "I'm going now. I don't want to keep Youta waiting." Izuku smiled and waved me goodbye.

Walking a few doors down to Akari's old apartment I stare at it for a moment. I miss Akari but I know we would see each other again one day. I continued and walked out of the building and down the street.

After getting off the train I eventually arrived at the cafe. Youta was nowhere to be seen, as expected. I waited outside of the cafe sitting at one of the tables to see if Youta would show up. I was scrolling the internet on my phone until I heard someone, "Excuse me," I looked up and it was the detective from the other day, "You are, Akumi. Am I correct? My name is Naomasa Tsukauchi."

I was surprised. I didn't expect this at all, "Uh, yes I am. How can I help you, detective."

The detective smiles, "No need to be alarmed. I was just passing by. I was actually on my way to ask you about the villain attack."

I'm a little worried since I didn't know what could happen here, "A-alright... Did you want to go somewhere more private?"

"No, it's alright. Here is fine," he sits on the chair across from me. I look around and there aren't many people out. I get the feeling that this might not go so well, "So, have you heard of the League of Villains, before?"

"No. Never. Not until the villain with the hands-on him mentioned it," that was, of course, a lie. I don't want to change future events too drastically yet if I told them what happens next.

"Then do you know anyone or anything at all that might be connected to them?"

"If that's the case then… It seems to me that there were really only two member of the league of villains there. Not saying that the other villains were not part of the League of Villains but the mist villain seems to have only left with the villain with the hands."

"Do you know something about the two villains you mentioned?"

"Aside from what I saw and heard. I don't-" I felt a similar shock in my head the same as when I first entered class one-A. Not again, I thought. This time I saw Shigaraki, I saw what happened to him that made him a villain. But I couldn't remember who that other person was that helped him.

Focusing myself back to reality. Not much time had passed as I heard Tsukauchi calling my name in concern, "Huh, where was I. Sorry, I spaced out for a moment."

Tsukauchi sighed, "Good to hear that. If something is wrong we can postpone this for later. I remember some of your classmates saying that something was wrong with your quirk."

"No. I should be fine as long as I don't overdo it. We can keep going. It'd be better for both of us if we got this out of our way right."

"Right. Then you were going over what you saw and heard about the League of Villains."

"Oh, yes. What I saw," I notice Youta running from a distance towards us. "Wait. My friend is coming over here," I point over to Youta. Youta noticed me since he called out my name.

Youta got to our table and said, "Akumi. I told you not to come out while your quirk is not," he pauses for a second and looks at Tsukauchi, "Who is this?"

"He is detective Tsukauchi. We were having a talk about the villain attack until you came," I say.

Youta bowed down towards Tsukauchi, "I'm so, sorry for interrupting. I was concerned with her wellbeing, that I forgot my manners since she can't use her quirk."

"It's alright. Akumi I think it's best if we continue this another time. We don't want you to exhaust yourself any more than you already are," Tsukauchi said.

"But didn't we just agree to get this out now so we don't have to do this again later?"

"I was notified of your condition. Continuing, now that your mind is distracted, will only lead to misinformation." I nodded my head in agreement. "Then it would be better if your mental focus was stable before going any farther."

"Alright. Then what date are we going to meet up again."

"You have school, so going during school hours is a no go. At the earliest this weekend if your body stabilizes. If that's alright with you."

"This weekend is fine. I should be fine after I get healed by Recovery Girl."

"That's it then." Tsukauchi got up and stuck out his hand, "It may not be much but any information you have will help us."

I stuck out my hand for the handshake, "Sorry I didn't get to say everything today because of my quirk. I'll try my best to recall anything next time."

After he leaves Youta said, "Now we need to get you back home."

"But you just got here. Let's order something first. It's been a while since we had time to hang out."

"Will ordering something make you go back home?"

"Add the, you pay for my drink, part and we have a deal."

"Didn't you say this was your treat," Youta deadpan.

"Ah, right. Then I guess I will… You know what, forget it. I think the detective was right. My head hurts trying to think right now. Here take this and go order my usual, please. I was waiting for you and haven't ordered anything yet." I hand Youta 2500 yen.

"You better not go anywhere," Youta takes the 2500 yen and enters the cafe.

"Yeah like I would go somewhere." I lay my head on the table with my arms as a pillow. "I'm getting kind of tired. It wouldn't... hurt to... just close... my eyes... just for a bit…"

I jolt back awake and I'm back in the dark void place. I look to myself and I'm back in my original body again. I looked around to see if the real Akumi was around. Slowly I saw a figure that looked exactly like how I was when I was in Akumi's body. She looks like she was sleeping but then she opens her eyes and we stare at each other for a moment.

"Hello," I waved at her.

She blinked a bit then hesitantly said "H-hello."

"Ummm. You are Akumi right?"

"Ah… T-that's what they called m-me."

"So do you know how I got here?"

"I-I don't know."

She looked a bit tense and something tells me she knows just as much as I do about this place. "Hmmm. I guess we're stuck together. I'm…"

"Your name is Yua."

My body froze as I heard what my name was. "S-so that's my name." I felt a feeling I couldn't really describe but it wasn't bad. "Thanks. I can't seem to recall all my memories."

"T-that's because of me. I-it's my fault."

This confused me. Why did she do this to me of all people? But what's more important is what did she do to me?

"N-no. More like i-it was because of m-me, that y-you don't remember everything."

"Can't you tell me the things I don't remember," I tried to approach Akumi, reaching out to her.

"I can't. If I say too much, it'll—"

Suddenly a dark mist appeared between Akumi and me. The next thing I knew I was back in yet another hospital bed. Youta was next to me praying.

My head was hurting so I moved to rub it. Youta notices that I'm awake and breathes a sigh of relief, "This is why I told you to stay home."

"How was I supposed to know I would faint like that."

"If you just stayed home and rested this might-of not happen."

I continue rubbing my head, "Ok, maybe you're right. But that doesn't stop this headache, does it."

"No, it doesn't. But I'm glad that you didn't sleep too long. You always worry us so much when you pass out like that."

The headache subsided "Yeah same here," I stopped rubbing my head, "At least it indicates that I can use my quirk again." I test it by absorbing air and shooting it out with no difficulty.

"I know you are aiming to be a pro hero but don't overdo it training."

"I will try, but no guarantee. Also, this wasn't because of training."

Youta sighs, "Well it's kind of late. I need to be heading out."

I take a look outside and it is dark, "Hey take me with you. I don't want to be here alone."

"How about I come pick you up tomorrow instead. We both have school tomorrow but you need to not move around too much after you recover. Your mind and quirk might be ok but your body comes next remember."

"But how would you even make it in time? Don't you go to school somewhere else?"

Youta acted a bit strange then he said, "Uh. Yes, I do go to school somewhere else but helping a friend comes first so…"

"Alright fine. Remember to bring my uniform when you come here. I left it at the bottom left corner of my drawer. And don't even think about looking elsewhere!"

I see Youta blush a bit and walk to the door. "I'll tell Izuku that you're fine like always. And I'm not the pervert who would even think about that," he says then walked out.

I smile, "Never can be too sure." Now with time alone I have time to think but about what I wonder. I feel like I'm forgetting something again. I should just take Youta's advice and rest some more, I sigh. I close my eyes and go to sleep.

That night I had a dream. A dream from my original world. I see myself in bed. It looked like I was about the fourteen or fifteen sleeping. I hear the door to the room open and hear a familiar yet unfamiliar boy's voice. I couldn't quite make out what he was saying nor see what he looked like but it didn't really matter since this dream didn't last very long.

I slowly awoke again in the hospital with Youta shaking me and telling me to wake up. I yawn and rub my eyes, "Alright, I'm awake."

Youta breathes out, "Good. I was almost thinking you might have gone into hibernation again." I sat up, "You should probably go wash yourself before anything else. I put your uniform on the chair. I'll be outside the room. I've got the ok for us to go so just come out whenever you're ready."

"Right. Will do," I yawn. Youta left the room. There wasn't much I could do, no makeup, no hairbrush, no nothing. There was a sink and soap so I washed my face and lucky my hair wasn't much of a mess. I changed into my uniform and left the clothes I took off folded on the chair with a note saying I would be coming back to pick it up after school.

I opened the door to leave and see Youta outside, "Oh. You're finished already. Wait right I forgot about the other things. Want to head to your place to put clothes back."

"It's fine I left a note about my clothes. We still need to make sure both of us get to school on time. But why aren't you in your school uniform?"

"Right, about that. Actually, I left my uniform at school so I'll change at school. That's why I don't have it on."

"I see. Well, we should get going." We left the hospital and I occasionally catch Youta staring at me like I would fall at any moment. It didn't bother me too much and I thought it was funny. We eventually arrive at U.A., "Welp. We made it here. I guess I'll be seeing you later."

"Y-yeah, see you later," Youta smiled.

"Hey, Youta! What's Up Man!" We hear someone yell. I turned to look at who said and it was a boy with tan-colored substance around his eyes walking towards us, "Huh, why aren't you in-Hmrmg"

"You idiot can't you see he's doing something," an orange hair girl covered the boy's face with her enlarged hand. She cleared her throat and said, "Sorry about that. Anyways we'll talk later." The two leave and I'm left confused about who they were.

I look to Youta but he just smiles. "We just know each other through video games," he says.

"Right. Well, see you later," I smile back and waved goodbye, and walked through the school gates.

"Yeah…"

I entered the school building and realized that I still had to check up with Recovery Girl. I touched my forehead to check my temperature and it was normal. I took a breath and walked to the nurse's office. I didn't see anyone I recognized while on the way there. Opening the door of the nurse's office I see Recovery Girl sitting on the chair by her desk writing something down.

"Excuse me," I say.

Recovery Girl twitches then look my way, "Ah, Akumi. Right, you didn't show up yesterday."

"Yeah sorry. We didn't have class so I thought I would come when we did. Sorry I might have inconvenienced you."

"Oh no, not at all. I knew someone who had a feeling you wouldn't show up so they let me know ahead of time. Now come over here and sit," she points at the bed so I go over and sit on the bed. Recovery Girl proceeds with the normal check-up that I have a slight idea of but don't really question it. "Hmmm. Looks like you are back to normal. You can use your quirk now right?"

"Yes I can," I show her that my quirk is working normally.

"Well to be safe," she kissed me on the hand and I felt a bit tired but it went away, "And done. You should be good to go to class now."

"Thank you for everything, Recovery Girl. I'll be going now." We waved goodbye. I eventually arrived at class one-A. Izuku immediately got to questioning me if I was alright which led to some of the others in the class to worry. I told them that I was fine and Uraraka laughed since that was what Izuku said I would say.

School finally begins with Ida at the front telling everyone to be seated but him being the only one not seated. Aizawa walks in greeting us after Ida was seated then Ida yelled, "Your Back Already Aizawa sensei?!" Aizawa wobbles to the front of the class, "Glad To See You Doing Well, Sensei."

"If you can call that, doing well," I hear Uraraka.

"My welfare isn't important. Because your fight is far from over."

"Our fight," Katsuki questioned.

"Don't tell me…" Izuku tensed up.

"More Villains?!" Mineta shriveled in fear with his hand on his head.

"U.A.'s sports festival is fast approaching!"

"THAT'S SO ORDINARY," many of us yell.

"Come on! We just had that villain attack. You sure about this?!" said Mineta.

"It's necessary. To demonstrate that U.A.'s crisis management protocols are sound… That's the thinking apparently. Compared to past years, there'll be five times the police presence. Anyhow, our sports festival is… The greatest opportunity you'll get. It's not an event that can be canceled over a few villains."

"You sure about that?" Mineta sheepishly asks.

"Our Sports festival is one of Japan's biggest events! The Olympics were once the world's sports festival. The whole country would be whipped into a frenzy over them. But as you know, that tradition has shrunk in scale to a shell of its former self… And as far as Japan's concerned, what's taken the place of the Olympics is the U.A. Sports Festival."

"The nation's top heroes will all be watching us right," Mineta asks.

"They'll be there as scouts," Yaoyorozu answered.

"They'll be looking to hire us as sidekicks after we graduate. That's how it's done," said Kaminari.

"And a lot of those sidekicks never manage to go solo. They're sidekicks forever. That'll be you Kaminari," said Jiro.

"Naturally, you'll gain valuable experience and popularity if you're picked up by a big-name hero. But your time is limited. Show the pros what you're made of here and you'll make futures for yourselves. This happens once a year… so you've got three chances. If you're hoping to become a hero, this is an event you can't miss." Continue Aizawa.

In the back of my mind I'm wondering, do I even want to be a hero. I knew from the start what I might get myself into but I'm really second-guessing myself. What makes a hero a hero. All Might is a great example but I don't share his ideals like how Izuku does, and Aizawa is dedicated but I'm not even sure why I'm trying to be a hero. Was it because I want to see in person myself how the story plays out.

These thoughts get swept away every time I see Izuku. For some reason, I feel like he is the reason I am a hero. Not because he saved me or I saved him but something else I don't know how to describe. Maybe it was the aura he exudes. But with everything said class resumed as normal.

(Lunch Time)

"This has got me so freaking pumped," cheered Kirishima.

"Even after what we went through…" commented Sato.

"If we show our stuff here, that's one big step towards going pro," said Sero.

Kirishima, Sato, Sero, Tokoyami, Kaminari, and Mineta were in a group at the back of the class.

"Everyone's so excited…" said Izuku.

"And you aren't," Ida asks. "This is our chance to add our names to the ranks of heroes. Of course, we're in high spirits!"

"Yeah I get that but…"

"Deku. Ida… At this sports festival… Let's do our best!" said Uraraka.

"What happened to your face, Uraraka?!" shouted Izuku.

"I could use a little bit of that motion myself," I say as I absorb some of the emotion from Uraraka. I felt this mixed emotion of hyped and a bit of worry as I clench my fist, "Yeah... Let's Give It Our All!"

"What the…? Not you too Akumi. You both don't look like yourself" said Ashido.

"Maybe it's that ti-," Mineta says, then gets tongue whipped by Asui.

"Every-one! I'm Gonna Crush This!" Shouts Uraraka as she continuously pumps her hand up in the air in a fist towards the group at the back.

I copied what she was doing, "Same Here! I'm Going To Destroy The Competition!"

"Yeahhhh, but talk about inconsistent characterization," said Kirishima.

The group of boys along with Izuku and Ida joined in our air pumping. Eventually, both Uraraka and I come back to our senses as we head to the lunchroom with Izuku and Ida. While on the way there Izuku asked why Uraraka wanted to be a hero and she said it was money.

"You want to be a hero for the money?!" Izuku blabbered out.

Uraraka starts to scratch behind her head, "Ultimately, Yeah." She puts her hands on her cheeks blushing, "AHHH. Sorry. I know it seems base… And really embarrassing, considering Ida's noble motivations and all."

"But why?! There's really nothing wrong with seeking a more comfortable lifestyle," Ida says while moving his arms around.

"Yeah… Just a little unexpected…" added Izuku.

"Nothing is embarrassing about it, in fact, if you make too much money you could donate it to help other people," I say.

Uraraka stares at me and stops blushing, "You know I never thought about it like that."

"Really now…" I looked at Izuku and Ida and they gave me the same look, "Have you guys not been paying attention in history class? Having money is an incredible ability. I wouldn't blame anyone aiming for money from a job like this."

"That is true. In the past, the wealthiest people were in control. Even when they were overthrown by the common. At points everything comes full circle because of money," said Ida as he looks like he was in deep thoughts.

"Wait if what I said wasn't your reason for wanting money then what is," I ask Uraraka.

I see Uraraka start to blush a bit then she turns around and scratches the back of her head, "Well… My family runs a construction company, But… Business is bad. We're poorer than poor. Don't mention that to anyone okay…?"

"Construction…" Ida put his hand to his chin.

"If you get permission to use it, wouldn't your quirk help cut the cost, Uraraka?" Said Izuku also with a hand on his chin.

Uraraka whips back around finger gunning Izuku, "Right?! That's what I said to dad way back! But..." Uraraka looks a bit dejected, "They had other plans for me. So I'm gonna be a hero. I'll make that money so that my mom and dad can have easier lives."

Just then All Might appears, "OHH! MIDORIYA. FOUND YOU! WANNA EAT LUNCH WITH ME," All Might held out a lunch box poking out behind a wall.

"Like a school-girl," Uraraka chokes.

"Sure…" Izuku says as he walks away with All Might.

"Welp enough of that. Come on let's get our lunch," I say as Ida and Uraraka agree and we go to the cafeteria.

Waiting in line Uraraka mentions, "I wonder what he wants with Deku."

"I heard Midoriya dashed in to help when All Might was attacked. Maybe it's about that," said Ida.

"And Like Asui mentioned they have similar super-strength."

"Perhaps All Might has taken a liking to him."

"You know Ida I like that intuition of yours," I say.

"Why do you say that now."

"Well… Because you hit right on the mark."

"Oh. Do tell if you have something to share."

"Well… I can't say for sure but I notice Izuku and All Might, even before the incident with the villains, they've been talking about something. I could never get close enough to hear though."

"Now that is something. What could they be talking about."

"Have you tried asking him," asked Uraraka?

"No, not yet. I never really have the right circumstance to bring it up."

"I think it's best to let it go. There must be a reason why they are keeping it a secret. Prying into their private affairs isn't something we should do as future heroes. Though I am curious," said Ida.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Well at least we're next in line to get our lunch," I say.
