Youta opens his eyes seeing that he was in a hospital bed and was hooked up to multiple tubes. "It looks like I'm still alive," he thought to himself. He clenches his hand into a fist as the pain from the stab he received from the Hero Killer suddenly kicks in. Rhythmically breathing through his oxygen mask the pain subsides. He continued to do so until he hears someone enter the room. He looked to see that it was a female nurse. "T-the… O-others… W-what… H-happened…?" Youta manages to speak.

"You're awake?" The nurse was a bit surprised. Then after replacing some of the bags that the tubes were connected to she says, "Don't worry. All your friends are safe. I was told to go inform the doctor if you regain consciousness. So someone should be coming soon." She leaves the room.

Alone again Youta closes his eyes, relieved to hear that everyone was safe. "Why do I remember that moment," he thought to himself. "Akari… Maybe I should have talked to you about Akumi much earlier."

Sometime later Jackal Lantern enters the room. Making eye contact with Youta he says, "Hey there Okazaki. A little far from home base now aren't we…?" He conjures a chair next to the bed and sits down, "Look. I'll cut to the chase. You got us into a whole lot of trouble. But since you got yourself hurt so much we have to postpone your punishment until you're all healed up." Jackal Lantern laughs, "If you couldn't tell I'm making light of the situation…"

Youta gives a disapproving glare at Jackal Lantern. "Ok, I get it… Not up for jokes," he sighs. "Just focus on recovering. You'll need to answer a few questions when you've recovered." He leans back on the chair, "Now you may have a lot of questions for me like why am I here, what happened to your friends, and how you survived being stabbed through the stomach."

(Some Time Later)

Youta is sitting in a wheelchair in an interrogation room. "Alright… So what do you want to know?"

"You should already know what I'm about to say… Did you know that the Hero Killer was going to appear in Hosu City," detective Tsukauchi asked.

Youta was silent for a moment, "N… No, I didn't."

"Hmmm. Okay, let me rephrase my question." Looking Youta in the eyes he asks, "Did you know something was going to happen when Izuku Midoriya sent out that location?"

"Yes… Yes, I did."

"What led you to that conclusion. In Shoto Todoroki's case, he was nearby and reasonably chose to investigate. In your case, you were four cities away from all the chaos yet you still decided to go."

Youta breaks off eye contact, lowering his head, "It was during the sports festival."

"Hey, Youta. Is it just me or did I see a change in your friend there," said Tetsutetsu.

Youta narrowed his eyes, "Something is definitely wrong but… It should be fine. Maybe she's angry at Todoroki for beating Izuku."

Akumi dived down towards Todoroki as Todoroki summoned an ice glacier at her. When she reached the ice it melted before making contact. The next thing to happen was Akumi slamming her body against Todoroki causing a small dust cloud blocking visual of them.

"Why would she go for a fall like that," Youta thought to himself.

Youta hears a voice, "Stop the fight."

"Testutetu. Did you say anything," said Youta looking around.

"Huh? No, Why?"

"Oh… It's nothing, thought I heard you say something." Youta goes back to watching the fight. "She isn't moving like she normally would. And that voice…"

The dust hasn't even cleared a little as Akumi jumps out of the dust cloud with fire following closely behind. She absorbed the fire and landed safely on the ground. Raising her right arm a strong gust blew away the dust revealing Todoroki bleeding from the left side of his face.

The crowd was surprised at Todoroki bleeding. "Akumi drawing first blood?!" Present Mic announced. "Isn't this a violation of the rules!?"

"No. It's not. I did this to myself," Todoroki says.

"I used my quirk to put him to sleep. He struck his own head to wake himself up," Akumi added.

Midnight was a bit conflicted with a decision but ultimately announced, "Due to unclear evidence and the testimony of both participants Akumi have not broken any rules! So the match will continue!"

"So who are you exactly?" Todoroki asked Akumi as he sent a stream of ice pillars towards Akumi.

"Who?" Akumi held up a finger gun and pointed at Todoroki, "Well I'm Akumi of course." Akumi motioned the firing of a gun and ejected an air bullet piercing Todoroki's ice through to his abdomen, stopping the ice dead in its tracks. She does it two more times but misses and then clenches her head in annoyance.

"You have to stop the fight," the voice returns to Youta. Youta takes note of this voice. It sounds familiar to someone he knows well. Looking around again he doesn't see anyone who would have that voice.

"Youta, are you ok," asked Monoma. "I've seen you've been a bit uneasy ever since your friend took to the sky."

"Yeah. I'm ok. Just a little surprised at how Akumi is using her quirk."

"I see that but it looks like you're preoccupied with something other than that."

"Don't worry about it. I'm just overthinking some things."

"Come on, your friend is down there fighting their hardest. You should be cheering them on instead of looking all worried," said Kendo.

Todoroki uses this opportunity to forward his ice again and Akumi raises a hand but was clearly annoyed when nothing happened. Todoroki's ice envelops Akumi and it looks like She was immobilized but then fire suddenly erupts from her. Her eyes wide open, a crazed smile from ear to ear, and the fire only added to the dramatics as everyone could see it burning her skin yet Akumi was not reacting to it in the slightest.

With a perplexed look on Youta's face, he did not take his eyes off Akumi. Youta crossed his arms together tightly, a sweat drop falling down his forehead, "I don't think I should be cheering for that."

Todoroki quickly put out the fire with his cold side then Akumi released a strong wind throughout her body lifting herself in the air a little, breaking free from the ice, and pushing Todoroki back near the edge of the arena.

"Use Your Quirk!" The voice screamed in Youta's mind. This time there was no mistaking it. This voice was Akumi. How was she doing this Youta doesn't know but Akumi had asked him to stop the fight so stopping the fight is what he will do.

Youta activates his quirk and everything goes black. Normally he would go unconscious whenever he activated his quirk but this time he was consciously conscious in his unconscious state when activating his quirk, "W-what happened?"

"H-hello, Youta…" a voice of nervousness was heard.

Standing up and looking around not seeing anyone he shouts, "Who's there?!"

"It's m-me… Akumi." Akumi suddenly appeared in front of Youta.

"Akumi?" Youta looks closely at Akumi and notices she doesn't have any wounds nor was she in a UA gym uniform. Strangely Youta feels this isn't the same Akumi he knows. "Where are we?"

"There's not a lot of time. So I need to make this quick," Akumi's face was at the brink of breaking into tears.

"What is it?"

"In a week or so from now, Izuku will be in danger because of Todoroki injuries from this fight."

"What!? How?"

A red light started to shine, "The connection is about to be cut. Please, you have to stop the fight before he kills—"

"Wait. Just what did you—" Youta opened his eyes to see Akumi landing down limping and still had that crazed smile on her face. Her body was bleeding profusely from the poorly cauterized flesh.

Akumi begins limping towards Todoroki and sends a threatening aura towards him, "Come on Todoroki! Use that move you did against Izuku Midoriya! You say that quirk isn't his right then use it!" As soon as Akumi said those words, the crying voice of Akumi echoed in Youta's mind, "Please."

Youta stood up and as fast as his light could be conjured up he encased Akumi in his red light. A blast of steam covered the area blocking visuals with everything. Youta made his way to the front and, after the steam cleared, yelled, "That's enough! Midnight stop the fight!"

Staring at Todoroki with cold lifeless eyes Akumi says, "What a shame… And I was so close to ending one future problem." She then collapsed against the red light barrier.

Midnight is left speechless for a moment but snaps back to reality and announces, "Akumi is unconscious Todoroki is the winner!"

"I haven't heard that voice again since then."

"So You're saying Akumi reached out to you telepathically and told you something was going to happen."

"It doesn't sound believable does it."

"Did Akumi, before this incident, mention anything about seeing a future to you? Something like knowing when the League of Villains were going to attack."

"No, she didn't mention anything to me about seeing the future. Why do you ask?"

"It really does look like she didn't mention that to anyone… Forget that I said that. At least it's clear that you are not working with the League of Villains. Sorry for taking your time away from recovery to involve you in this but I have one last question. The voice? This is the first time this has happened to you right?"

"The first time with this voice, yes."

Tsukauchi was surprised "There was another?"

"The first time I heard a voice was the first time I was put into stasis by my quirk. It wasn't Akumi, that's for sure. I don't remember it well since it was so long ago but it was a woman."

"That's fine any information you have even if it's little. Something like what that woman looked like, what she sounded like, or even their mannerism."

"She sounded like she had a fever. She was saying that it was hot and hard to breathe. I wanted to help. Then I suddenly had the urge to use my quirk. And before I knew it I woke up weeks later not remembering a thing. I assume that because this happened to me it triggered my memories of that moment to come back."

"I see… You're free to go. Nothing you said contradicts information we have already but next time if you hear a voice again be sure to tell us about it so we can prevent something from happening."

"You know I was scared when I heard you got stabbed by the Hero Killer, right," said Mrs. Okazaki pushing the wheelchair Youta was sitting on into their mansion.

"Yes mom, I knew. You said it when you came to visit me in the hospital."

"Thank god for giving you that quirk. If you were to have a quirk similar to mine or your father's… I'm glad you didn't forget about us." Tears were welling up in Mrs. Okazaki's eyes.

"I can never forget about you guys. Well maybe except that one time, but that was when I was seven so it doesn't count," Youta says arriving at his room.

Mrs. Okazaki steps in front of Youta and hugs him tightly, "I love to stay and watch over you until you've recovered but this came at the worst possible time. I have one little thing I need to do so I'll be gone for a bit."

"It's okay mom. I know dad needs your help right now. Is he…? You know?"

Wiping away her tears she says, "Yeah, he just needs to slow down a little."

A girl in a maid uniform appears by Mrs. Okazaki, "Pardon for the interruption madam. But one of young master's friends is here to visit."

"Ah, Fumi-chan, I was just about to ring the bell. If that's the case go ahead and call head butler Ryoto to take Youta to them."

"Very well madam." The maid disappeared with the ring of a bell then moments later reappeared with a man in a suit. "We have arrived."

Hugging Youta one more time before leaving, "Take care of yourself."

"I will," Youta replied. Waving goodbye Mrs. Okazaki and the maid disappeared. "Ok Ryoto, let's go."

"Yes, young master," the head butler said, pushing the wheelchair to the living quarters to where Youta's friend was waiting.

Entering the room of the living quarters Youta sees Izuku waiting there. Their eyes met and Izuku's face brightened up with a smile. "Izuku! You're really okay!"

"Youta!" Izuku says as the butler pushes the wheelchair up to Izuku.

"Where's Akumi and Akari been? I haven't seen you guys visit yet."

Izuku frowned for a moment, "First off I'm so glad you're alive. I would have blamed myself so much if…"

"I get what you mean. If you were to go down then and there I would have blamed myself too."

"S-sorry for coming off so negative after what we've been through."

Youta referring to the sludge villain incident, "Hey, better us than them."

Izuku laughs, "Yeah."

"So what brings you here alone?"

"Well in honesty I came to see if you are ok… You know…"

Youta notices Izuku staring at his wheelchair, "Oh this. Don't worry, the doctor said I will make a full recovery by the end of the week."

Izuku breathes a sigh of relief, "I see. That's good."

"What else did you come here for? I can tell somethings been eating at you."

"I don't know where to start."

"Start at the place that hurts the most." Youta reminiscing for a moment.

"Huh?"

"My father told me that. Start at the place it hurts the most. Therefore you can stop at the place where it hurts the least. Like peeling off a bandaid in one go." Youta laughs.

Izuku takes a deep breath, "There's just so much I'm not allowed to say. It's almost like the weight of the world is being put on me."

"Can you at least tell me where's Akumi and Akari? I've been dying to know."

Izuku freezes for a moment then says, "They're fine… That is what I want to say. I don't know? I haven't seen Akari since we went to our internship." Izuku's face darkens, he grips the palms of his hands tightly, "And then Akumi… She… She—"

"She knows the future?" Youta interrupts.

Izuku's eyes widened and his heart skipped a beat, "How did you know?"

"I didn't. An interrogator let it slip that Akumi might know the future. I didn't say anything at the time because I already knew he wasn't going to tell me anything." Youta sighs as he leans back on his wheelchair, "It'd be nice if Akari was here."

"I do know for sure that the school staff members know where Akumi are located. For the reason why they are keeping it confidential, I could only assume."

"You think Akumi told Akari about the future?"

"Huh? Well, probably not. It's very unlikely she told it to her if she didn't tell it to us. But they are close so maybe."

"Then what about Maeko? Have you seen her?"

"Maeko? No, I haven't. Why?"

"Her quirk. Memory manipulation. Sounds like something the police would want to investigate. Same with how Akari can see through people. If you look for Maeko and can't find her at school then she's probably at the same place Akari is at."

"Memory manipulation…" Hearing the word memory Izuku remembers that Akumi doesn't remember everything about herself and thought to himself did Maeko have something to do with Akumi's loss in memories. "How does that quirk work?"

"I have no clue. During the sports festival, she said she used it on Akumi once. Do you think this has any correlation towards Akumi's change in colors that Akari mentioned?"

"No. I can't tell you why exactly but that and Maeko's quirk shouldn't have anything to do with each other. Unless…"

"Unless what?"

"How much do you know about Akumi's situation?"

"I know nothing. So maybe you can shed some light on that for me. If you look at me. I can't really do anything right now."

Izuku stood up, "I'm sorry Youta but since all you've heard and put together right now is that Akumi knows the future I can't…" Then a sudden realization hits Izuku as he remembers Akumi telling him it was ok to tell anyone about what she and he talked about during the sports festival. He sat back down contemplating if he should tell Youta or not.

Thinking that maybe Akumi foresaw this and was in a way telling him that it was because she couldn't tell anyone since she's not there to tell anyone so it was his job to tell it to someone, "Actually now that I think about it. I was never told to keep secret about Akumi." Izuku smiles that in this way he's helping her even just a little, "She even gave me express permission to be able to tell it to anyone."

Youta smiles back, "Oh, really now? So what's happening with her."

"Believe it or not but she's not from this world."

Youta was dumbfounded, "Huh? What do you mean?"

"Hard to believe right. She had fourteen years to process this. I only had a moment right before my match with Todoroki. She also said it could be because that body isn't hers. She's apparently a lot older than she appears to be."

"You're not pulling my leg here, are you? Even with this world of quirks, you can't be telling me there's a whole other world like in stories."

Without a doubt in his mind, Izuku answers, "No, I'm not. Everything I'm about to tell you sounds very unbelievable but it's the situation she's in right now. She really can see the future."

"Wow, that is hard to believe. Can you tell me about the future? I really want to know about it. Especially mine if you guys talked about it."

"We didn't get to go into detail about the future she saw but she said I was going to be the next number one hero."

"Ok, that's a big drop. I guess early congratulations on becoming number one. I see why the weight of the world is suddenly placed on you. Did she mention why she changed so much in Akari's eyes?"

"Well that's where we go into the places I'm not allowed to speak."

"Ah well, that sucks. What can you do? You can't be number one if you get caught up in breaking rules now. I get the basic gist of it. Akumi from another world is fighting with Akumi from this world or maybe our Akumi is being kicked out of the body she's in."

"How did you figure all that out with the little information I gave you?"

"Well let me tell you something. I've met the other Akumi."

Izuku was stunned for a moment then stood up, "You have?! How and when?! What did they say?!"

"Calm down there Izuku. They didn't say much," Izuku sits back down. "During Akumi's match with Todoroki. The moment she took off to the sky I heard the other Akumi's voice. Then right before the end when I activated my quirk to protect Akumi's body I met the other Akumi in a weird dark mental space I assume. She told me, you and Todoroki were going to be in danger. Hmmm, wait. Where were Akari and Maeko during the sports festival? If I've met the other Akumi then maybe Akari and Maeko did too. They might have been told different things. And if that is the case."

Youta takes a moment to think then sighs, "Well. All we can do now is wait. We don't even know where to begin looking for them even if we wanted to."
