Mrs. Midoriya and Izuku are sitting at a table in their apartment. Aizawa is sitting across from them with Principal Nezu. The situation was tense. Mrs. Midoriya had a menacing aura around her. Principal Nezu says, "It's time you know the truth Mrs. Midoriya."

"Know the full truth," Mrs. Midoriya said with anger behind every word. "What else have you been keeping a secret from me?"

"But before that, we would like to apologize for what happened to your daughter on our watch. We understand where your anger is coming from. But we beg you to comply with our unfair demands once you hear everything." Azawai said, bowing his head.

"Get to the point." Mrs. Midoriya said coldly, her eyes narrowed to Principal Nezu.

"Your son is All Might's chosen disciple. All Might has passed down his power to young Izuku. Whilst your daughter's true identity is a creature made by All Might's greatest nemesis All For One. This type of creature is called a nomu. It seems like All For One had placed this nomu here to push your son into becoming All Might's successor so that he can more easily take the power from him when it is revealed that she is his creation. Because All For One is now dead we presume that the League of Villains have removed control from the daughter you knew with the nomu that she is."

"My son's quirk is All Might's quirk? He was quirkless and you gave him this responsibility without consulting with me! You just told me, my daughter, that I've raised is a monster created by this villain who killed All Might!" Mrs. Midoriya is in tears and still furious. "How do you expect me to trust that you can protect my son!? Is Taking My Daughter Not Enough For You! You're just going to thrust a fifth-teen-year-old boy at villains who are after All Might!" She slams her hands on the table and shouts, "I refuse your request."

"Mom please understand. I need—"

"I don't want to hear it, Izuku! Back then that last dinner we had together when she attacked us. You knew what was happening to her, didn't you? You lied to me!" Mrs. Midoriya cuts off Izuku which shuts him up.

"We figured you refuse. That's why she left a video message for the both of you." Aizawa takes out a circular disc.

The disc projects a hologram of Akumi. She's in the room back at the Wild Wild Pussycats' private property in the mountains. Akumi smiles nervously as she speaks, "I guess I'm really doing this. It says recording so that means I'm good to go, hopefully." Akumi closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. She opened her eyes and then said, "Hello Mom, and Izuku. If you're seeing this, that means I'm either dead, not in control of myself anymore, and or you found this by accident." Akumi laughs for a moment, "If it's the third option then… When did you have time to find this? Please stop watching now, it's kind of embarrassing."

Akumi then got serious as she lowered her head with a hand on her arm and her voice started shaking. "If it's the first option then… I-I guess everyone did their job correctly and… … … killed me before I could lose control." Akumi lifts her head with a smile, "Don't be too sad. I chose this. It was the safest option to stop the villains from knowing what I know. I know you must be going through so much and it's all my fault. So please don't stop Izuku and trust that All Might can make sure Izuku stays safe." Tears start welling in Akumi's eyes as well as Mrs. Midoriya and Izuku's. "I'm so sorry for coming into your lives just to leave so unexpectedly. Izuku is going to be the strongest hero. I know it. I haven't seen it myself, but at the very least I heard it myself. If you oppose this then my final request, as your daughter, would be to not stop him from going back to UA. Of course, I wouldn't have to say this since All Might should already…"

Akumi wipes her tears and calms herself. "This is just like back at the sports festival. Damn emotions, clouding my mind. Giving me random bits of memories of myself. Anyway, I want to say I love you."

Akumi slaps herself with both her hands to focus. Looking straight at the camera, eyes all puffed and now with yellow eyes, "If it's the second outcome. I'm sorry it seems in a sense I did die. There is a way to get me back to my senses without having to kill me. Of course, it's a very difficult way but with Akari's help it should go by smoother. It's her gauntlets. If she could manage to touch me with it I could… No nevermind. It's probably too late by that point. If you're willing to ignore some human morals and create a new body for me that would be perfect."

Akumi shakes her head, closes her eyes and its color goes back to green. "In the case that I do lose control and I'm not dead, look at the bright side I'm still around just not the me you know. I still know everything we've been through but my personality will be completely different. More villainous some would even say. And in this case, my final request for you as your daughter is to let Izuku come find me. Like he did that very day, and save me. Of course, this could only happen if you don't stop him. As he is right now Izuku is nowhere near enough to be able to save me."

She takes a step back and her eyes turn red and points in front of her, "Of course if you're up for the challenge. After all, it's your turn."

Akumi then steps forward, eyes going back to yellow. "Take your time. Remember you're not alone anymore."

With a blink her eyes turn back to green, "And whether you're ready or not, I will be out there somewhere."

The message ends there. A moment of silence was given to Mrs. Midoriya and Izuku as they processed the news.

"Why do you have to make this decision more complicated than it already is?" Mrs. Midoriya cried. "I want to say no. Everything in my mind is telling me I do not want to lose another child. But, then why does my heart not listen?" Izuku goes over to comfort her. Mrs. Midoriya looks Izuku in the eye and says, "If I let you go Izuku! Promise me one thing, just one thing, Izuku!"

"Yes Mom, anything." Izuku also stares into his mother's eyes.

"You bring her back. And when you do. I'm going to scold her so badly she wishes she had never become a villain in the first place!" Mrs. Midoriya shouts into Izuku's chest. "But before that promise me you'll come back home in one piece."

"I won't be going back to UA," Youta said to Vlad King.

"Is this because of the recent action we took against you and Akumi?" Vlad King asked.

"We support whatever our son's decision is and if he does not want to return to UA. then we will withdraw him." Mrs. Okazaki said.

"I just want to know why. If not me, give your classmates a reason I can give to them. It'll be a huge devastation to see that you leave just like that."

"If you want a reason then here it is. This school has brought more trouble for my friends than they do good. Not just that, but living at the school will severely limit where I can be, not just when I can be. Before you say anything everyone in class 1B is also a friend, but I haven't known them for long. I trust that they understand my decision, but I don't trust most of them with the responsibility of doing things outside the system."

Vlad King sighs then asked, "Then may I ask what you did with Akari?"

"Mr. Kan, I believe that matter is to be dealt with on a better date." Youta's father said. "This meeting is to discuss whether we allow Youta to stay in the UA dorms or not. If Youta wants to then the simple answer is still we will support what he wants. Since he doesn't want to stay at the UA dorm then we will not allow him to stay at the UA dorms."

"Everyone knows he was with her last. I won't push the topic since someone better will come to do it for me. Of course, I can't guarantee they'll be as generous as most others." Vlad King fixes his tie. "I see I won't be changing your mind with my words alone, but that is why I've brought this." He takes out a disk and places it on the table. "This is Akumi's message to you, Youta."

The disc projects a hologram of Akumi. She's in the room back at the Wild Wild Pussycats' private property in the mountains. "Hey, Youta." Akumi laughs. "I don't know what to say. I just got done with Akari's message so I'm fresh out of ideas. Of course, you never seem to run out of ideas. Knowing you, you're planning on a way to come and get me right now. That's speaking if I'm still alive." Akumi shook her hands in front of herself and said, "I'm not saying I for sure died. I wouldn't know that since I'm still alive while recording this. In the case that I have died please take good care of Akari. She seems to have a lot of things going on with her that we don't know of. As our trio's team leader, my last investigation will have to go to you. Find out what's been happening with Akari if you don't already know. If it's bad then solve it. If it's fine then it's fine. Izuku should be fine even without us, but be sure to check in on him every so often. I know you didn't like him all too much, to begin with, but he's my brother so I got to show that I love him somehow." Akumi takes a deep breath before continuing. Then pacing back and forth she said, "And if I'm not dead then I've probably lost control if you're seeing this message. Knowing you, you'll forget all about being a hero and turn vigilante."

Akumi's eyes turned red as she said, "Just thinking that you might be around any corner waiting to ambush me and turn me back makes me have this warm sensation."

Akumi's eyes turn back to green as she stops pacing and says, "Just so you know, I don't think you should stop pursuing the path of heroism as a pro hero. I know you have connections, but I think those connections are questionable. If you're going to do something, do it the right way."

Akumi shakes her head, her eyes changing to yellow, "Izuku is one way to change me back, you yourself also have a method to change me back, you just forgot about it. Not the me now but the me you know. If you can remember and call upon the true power of your quirk, you'll truly be my stop sign."

Akumi smiled before her eyes changed to red. "Of course, you can also just forget about us. Akari will always be there for you, while my time with you has run its course. No need for you to get involved anymore."

Taking a step forward her eyes turn green, "Become a pro hero with Izuku, I know you can lift some weight off his shoulder if you're by his side. And if you somehow manage to bring me back, know that I love you too." A moment of silence goes by before Akumi starts to blush and says, "Take that however you would like to interpret it! Bye and or see you later!"

With that, the video ends. A moment of silence for Youta as his parents and Vlad King waits for his response. Although, they didn't have to wait long as Youta responded with, "I won't be staying at the UA dorm."

Vlad King nods his head, "I see, well, I guess I should be heading out now. You can keep the message since it is for you."

"Wait, Kan-Sensei. I've changed my mind if you didn't notice. I won't be staying at the UA dorms, but I'll still be attending UA. Don't expect perfect attendance though."

A bit surprised at the change of heart Vlad King says, "I'm sure we can make it work. Better than you quitting altogether." Vlad King takes out another disk and says, " Because I'm feeling generous, this one is for Akari. I know you know where she is. Give it to her when you can. Don't worry it's not a tracking device or anything like that. This is just a sentimental gift from us faculty members as pro heroes who couldn't prevent certain events from happening."

"Thank you," Youta says as he takes the disk.

It's raining outside. The city streets are quiet with little to nobody walking about. The traffic lights flicker from green to red. It has been a week since the news of All Might's death was spread throughout the world. It seems like the world is calm for now. As calm as it is now, evil is always hidden inside. At a hidden factory underground the League of Villains has set up a temporary base.

"I lose my master for this nomu who can be easily replaced." Shigaraki starts scratching his neck, getting more annoyed. "If it wasn't for the fact that the master had planned for something like this I would have already disintegrated her."

"Shigaraki if you haven't figured it out by now. This girl here will be a deciding factor as to who will win the final battle. If we manage to keep her on our side we will no doubt win," Kurogiri said.

Akumi is submerged in a glass tank filled with an unknown liquid. The tank glows green as she is floating upright inside. The percentage was at sixty percent complete.

"I don't get it. How can one little girl change the tide of battle?" Twice asked. "She must be a monster! No, she's just an innocent girl. Killing her makes things easier right so let me do it! But killing is scary."

"She has information about the future, more or less. She's also the perfect specimen to make more nomus like her. If we can replicate and make a better version of her we can infiltrate even the highest of security in due time," the doctor said. "In plain sight indistinguishable from a regular human. Without All For One, I can't transfer the copies of her quirk to other nomus, but with the nomus we already have I can replicate that fusion effect. The only downside is they don't have a consciousness of their own or the capability to learn and grow if they keep the human form."

"I'm sure we didn't all gather here to just talk about that nomu," Dabi said.

"Yes, about that, it looks like everyone has arrived." The doctor said as Toga walked out of Kurogiri's warp gate.

"It looks like I'm the last to arrive!" Toga saluted.

"You have something belonging to him don't you," Shigaraki said.

"I have what now?" Toga responded haphazardly.

"Her eyes are open," Magne said, pointing over to Akumi. "It's somewhat creepy."

"I heard she only reacts to certain people, whatever that means. But why is she reacting now?" Spinner questions.

"Isn't it obvious," Mr. Compress said. "Her eyes are glued on to Toga so Toga must be one of the people she reacts to."

"Ah, it looks like I'm caught already." Toga pulls out a vile of blood. "It was easy to get since he was so stunned when he saw his sister back."

"Hey, her eyes shut!" Twice shouted.

"Enough. Let's get down to business." The doctor demanded. "Without All For One most of the league's connection to the underground will second guess working with us. Our numbers are low and our manpower is weak as of right now. We're going to need more members. I suggest that you eight go out and recruit more members to the league."

"If that's it. I like to leave now." Dabi said.

"What? But I just got here and we're already leaving already?" Toga complained.

"Yes, that's all. I know you all must be busy," the doctor said. "Now, if you may leave, Ms. Toga. It seems like your presence or more like the present you brought has halted the development of our nomu here."

Kurogiri opens a warp gate for each league member. Toga frowns but agrees and leaves just as fast as she came. She was also the first to leave.

Everyone took their leave except Shigaraki who waited for everyone else to leave before asking his question to the doctor. "Are you sure she'll be on our side after the process is over?"

"Yes and even if she isn't I have built precautions on her in case she goes rogue again. After finding out how they hid a tracking device on her without her noticing I decided to do the same. Expect there's a little surprise waiting at the end."

"Nagai, you're not fighting to the best of your ability today," Shinso said. He holds on to one end of the cloth made of steel wire alloy woven with carbon nanofibers, Maeko at the other wrapped in it.

"There is just a lot on my mind," Maeko said, seemingly teleporting out of the bind. "Are you not bothered by all the news, Shinso?"

"This isn't like you. You don't normally talk about things like this." Shinso retracted the cloth wrapping it around his neck and letting it fall to his shoulder.

"That's true. You're acting very differently today Nagai. If this continues this session won't be of much use." Aizawa said from the sidelines. "If something is bothering you do not hesitate to tell me since whatever is getting you distracted is disrupting your progress."

It takes a lot of courage but Maeko manages to say, "I just have one question. What would you do if someone you thought was dead was still alive?"

"Hmmm." Shinso placed a finger on his chin. "That depends on the person who I thought was dead."

Aizawa kept his ears keen on the conversation to not miss anything since this is the first time Maeko has ever opened up.

"Let's say hypothetically it's someone you love or had a great friendship with," Maeko said.

"I'd be overjoyed. A little bit shocked, I would want to know how they are still alive. I would also question if they really are who they are to be," Shinso answers.

"Agreed, but now let's say they came back as an entirely different person. They look like they always do, but now they're a different person," Maeko responded to Shinso's answer.

"Is this about your brother?" Aizawa Inquired and Maeko went silent. "I see you've met him or more like he went to meet you. I've done a small bit of digging into him. An outstanding hero was killed before his time. I had an inkling of suspicion of how he would die in that situation, but waved it off since even one small mistake is life or death for a pro hero."

"Wait, Nagai, you have a brother?" Shinso said with surprise. "It's surprising to see this side of yourself. You're usually more elusive and reserved."

"I didn't ask that question because of him. Now, if you like to have your memories intact, you'll stop while you're ahead," Maeko said coldly to Shinso.

"Right, back to the question at hand." Aizawa changed the flow of the conversation. "I would do anything and everything in my power to get them back to who they were before. Even if it cost me my life."

Maeko seems satisfied with the answer as she hides her smile with her cloth made of steel wire alloy woven with carbon nanofibers around her neck. "Alright let's get back to training." Maeko narrows her eyes at Shinso as she prepares to fight.

"Hope seems to have been brought back into Nagai," Aizawa thought to himself. "I believe she stunted her growth when her brother died. Now that she knows he is for sure alive I wonder just how much more can she grow now that she is out of her mental block. We're going to need more heroes like this, especially after the death of All Might."

"I see you're ready to continue. But before that tell me, was your brother the reason you were distracted?" Shinso asked.

"I'm not that off-put to forget about the condition of your brainwashing quirk," Maeko thought to herself.

Maeko extends her cloth at blazing speed to wrap Shinso. Shinso, seeing as Maeko won't be responding anytime soon, also extends his cloth with the two cloth meeting and entangling each other. Now they are in a tug of war, but with Maeko's superior strength due to her vigilante activities, she starts winning the contest of strength. Shinso, knowing well that as of right now he's not as built as Maeko, stops resisting, and instead uses the momentum of Maeko's pull to close the distance.

Once he got close enough Shinso whispered one word that caught Maeko completely off guard, "Brocon."

Maeko blushes and shouts, "I'm not!" But before she could finish her sentence Shinso's quirk got her in a brainwashed state.

"And it looks like it's my win," Shinso said walking a few meters away. "You know it's nice to see that we're both normal people behind the pretext of our quirks."

Shinso undo his brainwashing and Maeko shouts pointing a finger at Shinso, "I Am Not A Brocon! Don't forget I can find out about you're insincerities too! If you don't want them getting out I believe it's in both of our best interests if you kept what we've talked about here a secret!"

"Couldn't you just erase my memories?"

"I…" Before Maeko could finish her sentence she was brainwashed again.

"You're more off your game than ever before."

Aizawa was in disbelief at how different Maeko was acting now. Just a moment ago her personality was as cold as ice and now she was acting like any normal girl. Did her heart melt so fast? If it wasn't for Akumi and her constant personality change he would be at a loss for words, but at this point, he's grown somewhat accustomed to personality changes. It is a bit jarring to see Maeko who was once so stoic and analytical suddenly blush and shout in embarrassment. So much so that Aizawa begins to laugh which is so impactful to Maeko that it causes the brainwashing to become undone.

Maeko and Shinso both stare at Aizawa with caution because from what they know he couldn't laugh not unless he was planning something. As Aizawa caught his breath he noticed the two staring at him so he said, "Is it such a surprise to see me laughing? I mean, I guess since you two have never seen me laugh before. I think it's good to end today's training a little bit earlier."

"Yes, Aizawa-Sensei!" Maeko and Shinso said at the same time.
