Sarah was assisting the island cleanup crews when she noticed a little girl crying. Glancing around, it seemed no one was paying attention or offering comfort. She decided to intervene.

"Hey, what's the matter?" Sarah asked softly as she approached the girl. She recognized her as the daughter of one of her father's friends. The girl looked at her, eyes wide.

"It's okay. I'm Sarah. What's your name?"

"Em-Emily," the little girl stuttered out.

"Can you tell me why you're crying, Emily?" Sarah asked gently.

"My daddy said I can't get Princess Bunny back," she said, new tears gathering in her eyes. "She wanted to protect the boat during the hurricane, but he says it's too dangerous." Emily sniffled, looking at a small boat nearby that was practically driftwood now, entangled with a destroyed pier and some wires. She assumed the wires were the reason her father deemed it too dangerous.

"Oh, so you left her in the boat?" Sarah double-checked.

"Mhmm," the girl sniffled.

"Okay, can you tell me what she looks like?" Sarah asked gently, wanting to help.

"She has a trunk and blue ears," Emily told her.

An elephant named Princess Bunny, Sarah thought with a smile.

"Okay, I'm gonna get her for you," Sarah assured Emily, who looked up at her with hopeful eyes.

"Be careful of electricity," Emily said, stumbling over the word.

"Don't worry. I'll be okay," Sarah reassured her, noticing that the wires were unplugged. She stepped out onto the wood, cautiously testing its stability with her foot. Emily started to follow behind her.

"It's really dangerous. Stay," Sarah instructed firmly.

There was no worry of getting electrocuted, but plenty of wood that could potentially impale her. Sarah tried not to dwell on that as she carefully balanced herself and continued towards the boat.

"Hey, there's 14,000 volts in those wires!" an older woman, whom she assumed was Emily's mom, yelled from the porch when she saw what Sarah was doing.

Her voice startled Sarah, who shrieked as she nearly lost her balance.

"Hey Sarah, be careful!" Topper's voice called out. When did he get here?

"Sarah, get down!" she heard her stepmother yell when she saw the commotion. Rose's disapproval only fueled Sarah's determination.

"Rose, calm down! I'm an athlete! I got this!" Sarah called back, knowing it would aggravate her.

"You're gonna get electrocuted! Get down!" Rose screamed in response.

Sarah decided to tease them a bit and danced as she balanced on a fallen beam, grinning back at them.

"Are you kidding me?!" Rose yelled in frustration.

"Sarah, that's not funny," her boyfriend called out, sounding irritated.

"When I tell your dad about this, Sarah…" Rose threatened, but Sarah tuned her out as she continued towards the boat. Once she reached it, she climbed in and quickly spotted the stuffed elephant.

"I see her!" she called out to Emily, who watched with wide eyes, giggling in excitement.

Bending down to grab the elephant, Sarah hesitated for a moment, then decided to have a bit of fun.

Sarah grabs a wire and lets out a scream, throwing herself down. Her hair falls in her face as she plays dead.

"Sarah!" Emily cries out, and Sarah feels a pang of guilt for scaring the little girl. But then she hears Topper's voice, and the prank seems too good to regret.

"Sarah! Sarah!" Topper yells, panic evident in his voice.

After a moment, Sarah turns her head toward Topper and smiles, waving the unplugged wire in the air.

The look on Topper's face is priceless, and Sarah laughs. "It's disconnected!"

Kelce joins in, laughing at his friend who stands there in shock. "Holy shit! She got you!"

Rafe continues munching on chips, having already suspected it was some kind of ploy.

She could see Rose storming away.

"Absolute sucker," Sarah teased Topper as she grabbed the elephant and stood up to make her way back to the shore. "Topper, you should see your face!"

He was not amused. "Yeah, okay. I'm sorry that I care. Alright, guilty."

"Congrats, man. You're officially her bitch," Rafe patted him on the back.

Once Sarah got back to shore, she held the elephant up in victory and handed it to a cheering Emily. Finally, a win, she thought.

Turning to greet her boyfriend, she noticed he had already walked away. She almost felt guilty—almost. But she had too much fun to let it bother her completely. Topper would get over it.

Deciding to look for him, she found him talking with her sister, Wheezie. "What's up, Top?" she greeted as she approached, ruffling her sister's hair.

"That's not my name," Wheezie mumbled. Sarah's finger accidentally got tangled in Wheezie's hair and pulled on it when she tried to retract her hand. "Ow!"

"No way," Sarah shot back teasingly, then turned to kiss her boyfriend. "Hey, I've been looking all over for you."

Topper didn't reply, so she pulled him along after her, knowing she'd have to make it up to him. In her opinion, he was being a bit overly dramatic. It was just a silly joke.

She sighed, already feeling the high of her win wearing off.
