The next chapter is here! Enjoy :)
"So, wait, just how many villages have you guys been to?" Noelle inquired as they walked.
"Many within the last year we have been here. At least we believe it's been a year. Hard to tell time and the date when they don't keep calendars that we know of or have clocks." Pete told her.
"That's because we mainly rely on the position of the sun and the changing weather to tell us those things." Galen added.
"And you say, this Urko guy has captured you at least once before and he's trying to kill you?" Noelle questioned.
"Yeah, and he's very persistent when it comes to that. I wouldn't be surprised if we are number one on his to-do list." Pete stated.
"And... it's all because you're both from another time and place, like me?" She asks.
"Pretty much. They fear us because we are very intelligent and come from a time where humans were the dominant species at the time. They worry the kind of change we bring with us that we may show the other humans here." Alan told her.
"You mean the humans here possibly learning and realizing what they are truly capable of? What they have accomplished in the past? That they could do it again?" Noelle questioned.
"Yes, that pretty much sums it up. That we may teach them things from our time, things that could benefit them. But that is what the apes fear. Because many of them don't want that happening.
They fear if humans did figure it out, that it would put apes in danger and completely turn their way of living upside down. That humans could rise up and challenge them, that war could break out between men and apes.
As mentioned before, the old ones here are well aware of what humans did in the past that destroyed this world. They are afraid if humans could become that intelligent again, that history would repeat itself and they would end up destroying this world once more and the apes along with it.
This is why Urko and Zaius want us dead. It all stems from the fear and hate they feel for our kind. Because they know what humans are capable of." Alan explained.
"And when they have come across any remnants of working technology, they destroy it." Pete added.
Recalling the time in Oakland when Alan got captured and they found that hidden vault that gave them important info about hidden knowledge that could benefit the world in the future.
They found this vault under a train station. Unfortunately, so did the apes after they quickly left. The three of them heard the explosions as the gorilla troops burned it all down and the machines exploding from the intense heat of the flames.
"You would think they would use the technology for themselves rather than destroy it. Especially, if it could benefit them." Noelle pointed out.
"I think it's because they worry what could happen if the tech fell into the wrong hands. That it would ensue chaos among society." Galen surmised.
They spent the better part of the day, walking through the woods and talking. Only stopping briefly to eat lunch and relieve themselves.
The group had no set location in mind on where they were going. They hoped to stumble upon a village, if it meant temporary shelter and food.
But with those gorilla troops about, who knows which villages they have already hit while looking for them. The last thing they need, is to walk into a village where the gorilla troops happen to be present at the time.
Wrong place, wrong time, is not what they need right now.
They need to do what they always try to do, stay one step ahead of them. Alan, Pete, and Galen have no doubts either that those other troopers most likely gotten to Urko by now and informed them of Noelle and supposedly the astronauts, and the chimp's whereabouts within the area.
With Urko in his quarters...
The gorilla chief was currently at his desk going over some documents when he got a knock on his door.
"Come in." He said.
A couple gorilla guards came walking in and approached him where he sat.
"Chief Urko, Sir. I'm afraid we have some bad news." One of them said.
Urko stopped what he was doing and looked up from the documents to stare at the new arrivals.
"Well, out with it. What's the bad news?" He snapped impatiently.
"While we were out doing a routine patrol in the southern sector of the woods, we saw something very strange occur while we were going past Mirror Lake.
We saw this strange bright light within the water, as well as a disturbance over this light. Suddenly, there was thrashing and splashing. Next thing we know, this...woman came to the surface.
We were certain she wasn't there before. No, humans are usually out that way so far from the settlements on their own either. She eventually made her way to shore.
Not long after, we came out the woods and surrounded her, making sure she couldn't escape. She...was dressed rather oddly and spoke with an air of defiance.
She was not like any of the humans around here. And between the mysterious bright light in the lake, then her popping up out of nowhere moments later, plus, her appearance, we have reason to believe...that she is another alien humans. Like those astronauts you are looking for." One of them explained.
Urko sat there silently, hanging onto each word they said. He honestly hopes they were mistaken. The last thing he needs right now, is another alien human on the lose spreading 'infection' to the other humans.
He had enough to deal with when it came it Virdon, Burke, and Galen. He didn't need to add some mystery woman to the mix.
"Where is this woman now? You say you have her, correct?" Urko implied.
The two gorillas glanced at each other for a brief few moments, before nervously shifting their gaze back to the gorilla chief.
"She...she escaped, Sir. We had her tied up to a tree by her bound wrists. We all laid down to rest. Calvo was up on night watch. But he didn't see how she managed to escape.
When we went over to check afterwards, we noticed the rope around the tree trunk was cut. Someone must've saw our camp, snuck over and cut her loose, and now, she is most likely still with whoever freed her.
For we could not find any sign of her anywhere afterwards when we split off and went looking for her. We couldn't find any tracks either. Except for maybe a couple partial ones in the dirt near the tree. But they were hard to make out." One of the guards told him.
"It's shocking to say the least, because we don't know who would be crazy enough to wander into a camp with several armed gorillas and risked getting caught and shot just to save one human." The other guard added.
Urko just glared, "I can think of at least three someones who are gutsy enough to do just that. And if it is them, then you're all even bigger fools for letting them all get away.
And if that woman is in fact with them, that is not good at all. Especially, if she is half as intelligent and resourceful as they are. Now, we have not only Virdon, Burke, and Galen to worry about, but this woman too."
"The others are currently out now looking for the woman, Sir. There are a few nearby villages she and whoever she is traveling with could go to. The commander and a few others are out there checking each one." One of the guards assured Urko.
"You honestly think that will be enough? Don't underestimate how smart these astronauts are. They are excellent at remaining undetected. As soon as they spot any of our troops, they get out of there as quickly and quietly as they can." Urko snapped.
"What shall we do then, Sir?" One of the guards asked.
Urko sat there for a moment and thought about it.
"How many are in your troop that is currently out there checking the villages?" Urko inquires.
"Only seven of us. Three were set out to check the village of Toric. While our Commander and another went to scope out the village of Murca. Our Commander ordered us to come here and inform you of what had just occurred and about this mystery woman." One of them informed him.
"Seven!? That's not nearly enough to cover anything in a district this huge! We will need no less than forty of our men out there fanning out to check just about all of the neighboring villages. And even then, there is no guarantee that Virdon, Burke, and Galen haven't moved on by now and could have crossed over into another district by now for all we know." Urko spat.
"Shall we inform more of the troops to take part in the search then, Sir?" One of them asked.
Urko stood up and grabbed his helmet off his desk. Then he rounded his desk to join the guards before making a b-line for the door.
"I'll gather some of my best troops and give them strict instructions to thoroughly check each village on the west side of the Cairn River. That river stretches on for miles with no way across. Except maybe some very old and unstable bridges that haven't been used for a while.
I like to think the astronauts or renegade ape would think twice about crossing any of them. Those bridges are practically death traps and it wouldn't take much for someone to fall in and drown.
And while they are crazy, I don't believe they are crazy enough to risk the attempt at crossing any of these very few and far in between bridges if they happen to stumble upon any of them." Urko says, as he leads them out to the garrison to gather more of his troops.
Back with Galen & Co...
The daylight hours started to dwindle into the evening. But seeing as it was rather early into the summer there, they still had plenty of time before they would need to find a place to rest for the night.
"Man, it's just as hot here right now, just as it was at home before I came here." Noelle says, as they continue their walk, and she swipes sweat off of her forehead.
Then she turns to Galen and can only imagine he must be dying beneath those long layers and that fur.
"How are you not baking under those long layers, Galen? The fur on top of that cannot be very helpful either." She adds.
"I just drink water, and I'm usually fine." He says.
Though in truth, he was pretty warm and uncomfortable.
"Shit, wish I could just do that and be fine. If I were to wear long sleeves in this weather, I'd probably get heat stroke." She replied.
He just smirks, "I still don't understand how despite you're wearing a sleeveless outfit, that you manage to be sweating like no tomorrow. You look even sweatier than Alan and Pete. And even they are wearing long sleeves."
"What can I say, I tend to overheat easily. Hence why in this weather, I got to dress as light as possible." Noelle stated.
"I'll say. The stench isn't helping much either." He teased.
Noelle arched a dark brow and leveled him with a look.
"I doubt you smell any better, buddy." She retorted.
"Hah, I don't really sweat like you do. And I certainly don't smell." He stated.
Pete snorted at that remark.
"Say all you want, Galen. There were plenty of times you started to smell very musty. Like an old gym bag sitting out in the summer heat." Pete quipped.
Alan just grinned in amusement at Pete's retort. Though in a way, it was true. The chimp can smell a little ripe at times because he wasn't overly fond of the water so, he refused to bathe most times while they hit a lake, pond or river big enough to do so.
"Oh, is that what that smell is?" Noelle joked, while shifting her smirking face back to Galen.
"Don't listen to him. It's all lies. I know not what he speaks of. If anything, he was describing how badly he tends to smell while going for long periods of time without bathing." Galen countered.
"I'm sorry to say, Galen, Pete kind of has a point. You really should opt for taking some more baths when we stop to do so." Alan said, with an amused grin.
"Well, you heard them, furball. And majority rules. So, next lake or river we see, we're throwing you in. Hopefully, you won't kill off half the population in the water doing so." Noelle teased.
Alan and Pete chuckled a little at her joke.
While Galen rolled his eyes and scoffed.
"Try that, and I'll be sure to throw you in. And with how little you are, I'm sure you'll fly pretty far too." He quipped.
"You'd have to catch me first. And even then, there is no guarantee that I won't be taking you with me." She fired back.
"The attempt would be interesting, but I won't let you make it that far." Galen replied, refusing to back down.
"You seem to forget that Alan and I can easily grab you and toss you in, Galen." Pete teased.
"Which would be both funny and interesting to watch. Maybe I can record the whole thing too on my iPhone." Noelle said, with a wide smirk.
Galen sharply turned to her after hearing that statement.
Noelle showed him the camera and told him all about its functions and how it worked. Even took a couple of pics of him and the other two men, then showed him the screen afterwards.
She even did a little recording of them once all talking, showing him how recording works. It was all very fascinating to learn about and see. Just as interesting that it plays music.
But right now, the last thing he needed, was her capturing a potentially embarrassing and humiliating moment id his two friends would in fact attempt to toss him in a nearby lake or river.
"Don't you dare." He said to her.
Her smirk just widened, "And we can play it over and over as many times as we want afterwards. Just a shame we couldn't get popcorn to enjoy with the show."
He would've asked her what this 'popcorn' was. But he can ask later.
"You do, and not only will I hide your phone, but I'll also find something just as equally embarrassing to get you back with." Galen promised.
"Good luck with that." She said.
"Why do I feel like you two would do something to get back at each other too?" Pete said aloud.
The chimp's gaze shifted to the two men walking ahead.
"And not just her either. You two as well. Provided you make good on that little threat and throw me in." Galen told them.
"Oh boy, you hear that one, Al? Guess we better start sleeping with one eye open." Pete teased.
"Probably not wrong there." Alan replied.
"Yes, you better. Especially, if you go through with this little stunt. This ape is not getting wet and that's final." Galen stated with a hint of finality to his voice.
"Then please be sure to start sleeping as far away as possible from us at night so we all don't suffocate and die horrible deaths in our sleep." Noelle teased.
"I'll be sure to roll over on you then." Galen teased back.
"Unless you want a foot up your furry ass, I wouldn't attempt it." She replied.
His eyes widened a little, and he took a couple steps away from her so now there was a couple feet between them as they walked. Something Noelle saw and got a small chuckle out of.
"I doubt he'd roll over on you. But he just might talk in his sleep like he did that one time. It was very entertaining." Pete brought up, with an amused grin.
Galen's face went bright red when his friend mentioned that.
"Oh c'mon, Pete! That was one time! And I can't believe you brought that up!" The chimp blurted out.
"No way! What did he say?" Noelle inquired wanting to know more.
"Nothing that shall be repeated! Don't you dare to tell her, Pete!" Galen partially yelled.
"Ehh, there wasn't much he did say. Half of it was muttered." Pete replied.
"Thank you." Galen said.
"Just something about one of his mother's dresses and being late for a tea party." The man added, with a wide smirk.
Galen's eyes widened and he choked on air.
While Noelle just started cracking up next to him. Even Alan had to place a hand over his mouth, but even then anyone could see his shoulders shaking up and down.
"Hey, Galen? Did you happen to make it to this tea party or what? And which one of your mom's dresses did you wear? Was it a very pretty, frilly pink one? She asked, with laughter in her voice.
Before he could answer, Alan then spoke up.
"I don't know about tea parties. But Galen did wear a rather fetching pink dress when we had to sneak into Central City to find Pete when he was captured once." Alan stated.
Noelle started to laugh again. While Galen's face most likely rivaled that of a tomato.
"Seriously!? Shut up you two!" He yelled, clearly embarrassed.
"So, would you two say he was channeling Norman Bates? Or was this more of a Rocky Horror Picture Show deal?" Noelle joked.
"Norman Bates, definitely. Seeing as there were no fishnet stockings or high heeled stilettos involved." Alan replied.
"I really hate you both right now." Galen deadpanned.
"Ahh, but I'm sure they love you." Noelle said, while reaching over and patting his back.
"Depends on the day." Pete joked.
They chatted and bickered back and forth a little longer until they hit another clearing.
Though by clearing, it was another river. This one was rather huge, and the water seemed a bit turbulent. It seemed to stretch on for miles too, going both ways.
The group studied the free-flowing river, until one of them spotted what looked like an old, rickety bridge that went across.
"There's a bridge several meters down that way." Pete says, informing the others and pointing at it.
Alan, Galen, and Noelle followed his outstretched hand and spotted the structure he was talking about. Even from here, they could see the bridge looked like it had seen better days.
"I don't know, Pete. It really doesn't look all that stable or safe." Alan surmised, as he studied it.
"I think I know of this river. A large fast running water river with a rickety old bridge. I do believe this is Cairn River. It can be rather dangerous with strong currents. And while there are a few bridges that cross over, they haven't been maintained in a while.
Mainly due to the fact that it is easy to fall in while attempting to work on the bridges. Because of this, no apes want to risk the attempt. There are stories when these bridges were first built long ago, that many apes had fallen in and drown before their full completion of the bridges.
It's because of this, many apes after that refused to do maintenance or work on the bridges. Or so, we have been told when being told stories of this deadly river." Galen explained.
"Is there a way around it?" Alan asked.
"Perhaps, but this river stretches on for many miles. Hence why the bridges were installed in the first place. There is a whole other district on the other side." Galen replied.
They didn't have time to think more on it, when the sound of a rifle being fired split the air, making them jump and duck for cover.
The group frantically looked around for the source and saw many gorilla troops on a small nearby hill not far behind their position. What was worse, a whole mess of them started riding down the hill towards them.
In the lead of the troops, was Urko himself.
"We have no choice now, Alan! We may have to make the attempt! They are closing in fast and there is really nowhere else for us to go!" Pete hastily said.
Alan and the others were still a bit hesitant though. Until they heard the sound of multiple hoofbeats headed for them and closing in fast.
"Alright, let's go!" Alan told them.
They all darted out of the bushes and made a mad dash for the old wooden bridge.
The group made it there rather quickly and started to cross. The bridge was quite narrow, they had to go in a single line as they crossed. Pete was at the front, while Alan followed behind him.
Noelle was behind Alan and Galen was last in line trailing behind her.
The old and rotted wooden planks that made up the floor of the bridge creaked and groaned in protest from the weight of all four people crossing it at once. At some point, it sounded like it was about to give away completely.
Noelle stumbled a little bit on a loose board. This put her quite behind the two men in front of her. Galen reached out to steady her when he saw her lurch forward.
They were about halfway across the dilapidated bridge when the gorilla troops arrived there.
Urko and his men stopped their horses and looked around for the group of fugitives. They didn't see them at first, until one of them spotted movement on the bridge a few meters down the embankment.
Look! Over there on the bridge!" One of them called out, alerting the rest of the troops.
Urko and the others whipped their head in that direction. Many of the gorillas' eyes widened in disbelief when they saw the fugitive actually attempting to croo the bridge.
"Shoot them!" Urko yelled.
He pulled out his rifle along with a few of his men and they started to open fire.
Noelle let out a startled scream when she heard the shots being fired and some of them hitting the wood, splintering it. What made it even more scary, is that they were sitting ducks up there out in the open.
"Run!" Alan yelled.
Despite the poor condition of the bridge, the two men started to beat feet down it to the other side.
Noelle and Galen followed, though they stumbled behind their friends as the gap between them grew. Until Alan and Pete were a good couple yards ahead of them on the bridge that was starting to shake and sway as they ran.
The old and rotting wood being riddled with bullets wasn't helping either.
Alan and Pete had finally made it across. Then turned around and waited for Noelle and Galen to finish crossing. Though they became concerned and worried when they heard the bridge let out a particularly loud groan and heard wood splintering.
Then they watched as the posts holding the edge of the bridge into the ground started to sway and shake harder.
Noelle still ran though, not realizing that Galen was starting to lag behind. That is when the unthinkable happened. And it was something they all dreaded.
It all happened so quickly, there was a loud cracking sound as wood gave way and a couple of the planks Galen was attempting to cross as he ran gave way. He let out a loud yelp as he fell through them.
The chimp was shocked and barely had enough time to grab ahold of anything.
Next thing he knew, he was submersed in cold water.
Noelle heard the wood break behind her and heard Galen yell, even as the gorillas continued firing at them. She whipped around only to see Galen drop between the planks and into the turbulent water a few feet down.
"GALEN!" Alan and Pete shouted.
"Galen!" Noelle yelled.
Without thinking, she dove into the water after him, and started swimming at a rapid pace towards the flailing chimp, struggling to stay afloat as the current pulled him quickly downstream.
"NOELLE!" They yelled.
It wasn't long after with another groan from the bridge, the whole thing collapsed. It was like a domino effect as it went down section by section into the water with a loud splash.
Alan and Pete could still see their friends struggling through the rough current. They dashed down the bank after them.
The gorillas were surprised when they saw the whole bridge go down. That they didn't even realize that part of the group of fugitives made it across and were now dodging and weaving between the trees that lined the embankment trying to get to their friends in the water.
"Aaagghh! HELP!" Galen yelled.
"Hold on, Galen!" Noelle yelled ahead as she swam after him as fast as she could through the current.
Luckily, the current was pushing her along and she wasn't fighting against it. The challenge was, getting to Galen who was several feet ahead before he went under completely.
While he twisted and turned as he flailed about in the water, he did see Noelle several paces back trying to make her way over to him.
"NOELLE!" He yelled.
"I'm coming!" She shouted back.
The young woman used her legs to propel her forward through the current towards the drowning chimp.
At the same time, Galen was tiring and starting to have a hard time staying afloat in the turbulent water. He got pulled under the small, frothy waves a few times, inhaling a little water as he went.
Another frothy wave hit him and went over his head.
Not a few moments later, he felt an arm wrap around his upper torso and pulled him back up as hard as they could. He broke the surface once more and gulped in air when he did.
"It's ok, I got you!" Noelle told him over the roaring current.
Though now, she was struggling to stay afloat with his added weight as the current continued pushing them quickly through the water.
While Galen continued struggling to stay afloat, Noelle rapidly looked around. They were several feet from the shoreline. She was unsure she could pull them close enough to solid ground.
That was how strong the current was.
Then like a miracle, she spotted something up ahead, something that would've made her cry in relief if it weren't for the situation they were in.
A downed tree was laying halfway into the river. She could see part of the roots from the trunk jutting out above the turbulent waves. It gave her renewed hope and energy and she started kicking her way over to it while keeping a grip on the chimp with one arm firmly plastered around his front.
"Galen! There is a fallen tree over there! Swim for it!" She yelled.
His gaze swept ahead and a little up to the left and he saw it too.
While he really couldn't swim well at all, he did his best to kick his legs with her. It may be their only chance to get out of this alive. Their only saving grace was that the current was pushing them in that direction.
"We need to try our best to stay afloat as the current pushes us that way!" She told him.
"Ca...can't! Getting tired!" He got out.
"Try! Or we'll both drown!" She yelled at him.
While he was getting tired and so was, she, he drew out the last remaining strength he had, and he joined her in propelling themselves toward the fallen tree that was half in the water and the other half on shore.
They fought their way through the current towards their rapid ascent to the tree. They needed to grab onto it once they get there, unless they want to be sucked under it instead upon getting there.
It didn't take them very long, before they found themselves just upon it. Once they were within reach, Noelle alerted him.
"Grab onto it now!" She yelled to him.
Galen quickly turned and grabbed ahold of the rough bark of the tree. Though he hissed in pain as he was slammed into its rough surface. Even Noelle grit her teeth as she too hit it with some force from being roughly shoved into it by the current.
"We need to pull ourselves in! C'mon!" She instructed.
To them, this was the hardest part. They had to pull themselves in little by little, fighting the current beating down on them the entire time as they went.
It was hell to say the least, and they really were starting to quickly tire as they pulled themselves along. This brought Noelle back to the time she nearly drowned when she was a teen at the beach.
She recalls the similar circumstances of fighting against the rough current to stay afloat and fighting to pull herself into shore safely when she managed to grab onto the rope that lined the beach separating the safe swim zone from the jetty.
Just like now with the tree, she had to pull herself in on the rope. It was like pulling yourself in with two cars tied to your legs. One on each leg it felt like.
This was no different. Her fingers dug painfully into the bark. But the adrenaline was pumping, and she refused to relinquish her grip on the tree trunk, as she and Galen inched themselves in closer and closer to shore.
Relief hit them when they felt their feet touch the bottom, indicating they were getting into shallower water.
When this happened, they started to wade across the water while still hanging onto the tree.
Finally, after a few painstakingly long minutes, they had made it to shore. Relief hit them like a ton of bricks once they made it ashore. Both of them collapsed on their sides breathing hard.
Noelle lazily rolled onto her other side and faced Galen who was still on his back, panting hard and greedily sucking in air as he did.
"Galen you...Ok?" She asks between breaths.
He slowly opened his eyes and his gaze lazily went to her. Then he slowly nodded.
"Yes. Just...tired." He said.
Noelle shakily got up on her hands and knees and crawled over to the chimp and sat beside him.
She started brushing some of his soaked fur back over his head. He reached up and grasped her hand, then let out a series of coughs. He ended up coughing up some of the water he managed to swallow while out there.
After a few more moments, he started to slowly sit up. Noelle placed a hand on his back to steady him and help him up to sitting position.
"That was too close." He said.
"Yeah, you're not wrong there." She replied.
Then to her surprise, he let out a weak chuckle.
"Well, you got your wish. I went into the water. And I doubt I smell anymore after that bumpy ride down the river." He joked.
Noelle was silent at first, then a small chuckle left her. Though thinking of the gravity of the dire situation her laughter almost turned to sobs and she had to swallow hard to get rid of the lump building up in her throat.
Then she leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder.
Galen wrapped an arm around her and tilted his head down, pressing the side of his cheek against the top of her head. Both of them were exhausted and still somewhat catching their breath.
"I know that whole ordeal left us both drained and exhausted, but we cannot stay here out in the open. We need to find a safer place to rest for the night." He told her as they continued sitting on the ground, leaning against one another.
Noelle sighed, "I know, you're right."
They sat there like that for a couple more minutes until they felt strong enough to stand up and get going.
The pair helped each other to their feet. They stumbled only a little upon doing so but made it up. They started to walk away when, Noelle stopped for a moment.
Galen shifted his gaze to her and wondered why she stopped.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
She turned to him briefly.
"Nothing. Just thought of something." She told him.
Noelle then picked up her right wrist. She grabbed one of her bracelets and pulled it off. Then she went back over to the downed tree and hung it from one of the branches.
"I saw Alan and Pete following the river, chasing after us as we were swept away. If they continue to follow the river, hopefully, they will stop here and see my bracelet. It will let them know we are alive and made it out." She told him.
The bracelet she strung up on the branch was a stretchy one that her mother gave her as a gift when her mother and father came back from their month-long vacation from Italy just last month.
It had round, silver metallic beads with a turtle charm and tiny bell on it. She hopes the metallic beads will be easy to spot for the men in the thin, bare branch jutting out from the dead tree.
Galen thought it was a great idea. Especially, if their friends were following the river. Though with how fast they were moving, they were probably swept down quite a way from where the bridge was. But they had to hope, that Alan and Pete will find the bracelet that glints in the sun when the sunlight hits it.
"Good idea. With luck, they will find it. Then they'll know we made it out." He said.
Afterwards, they continued on, leaving the embankment behind as they entered the woods.
They counted themselves extremely lucky to survive that, when not many others did. They can only hope that was the most trouble they found themselves in for the time being.
Surprisingly, they still had their packs, and they weren't ripped off their backs as they struggled through the turbulent waters.
Now, they just wanted to find somewhere dry and safe to sleep for the night to replenish their energy and stay out of sight from any impending danger. With a little luck, Alan and Pete will eventually find them.
Uh oh, looks like the group had been separated and now Noelle and Galen are left on their own. Let's hope that they can eventually reunite with Alan and Pete.
Until Next Time ;)
