In the Nemesis' main deck, Megatron and his Decepticons were assessing the damage to their crashed ship.
"Dreadwing, damage report." Megatron ordered.
"We have suffered critical damage to all major systems, Lord Megatron." Dreadwing said. "It will be some time before we can get the ship airborne."
"All the main damage points towards the power core. Something punched a hole through it." Thundercracker informed.
"Soundwave." Megatron said to the communication Decepticon, who started displaying a video footage on his screen.
It showed two objects jumping towards the power core and smashing it once they were close enough. Soundwave zoomed in towards the objects and cleared them up, revealing them to be Bulkhead and Willow.
"So it was an Autobot and his Witch pet who crippled my vessel." Megatron realised, glaring at the footage. "They will move quickly to exploit any perceived weakness."
"Surely they're not foolish enough to launch a direct assault, my liege." Knock Out reassured.
"If they did, they'll probably just end up getting themselves scrapped." Wildrider said.
"Optimus has grown decidedly more ruthless since our last encounter." Megatron recalled.
"So, how do we get the Nemesis back in the sky before they attack?" Breakdown asked, earning a grin from his master.
The Decepticons later arrived at the power core's room with boxes of some familiar purple-coloured Energon with them.
"Lord Megatron, as your physician, I strongly advise against this. Dark Energon's regenerative properties are impressive, but the side effects. There's no telling how it might impact the ship." Knock Out said in concern.
"Are you really sure about this, master?" Skywarp questioned worriedly.
"Dark Energon courses through my veins." Megatron replied as his eyes glowed purple. "Infusing the Nemesis with it will allow me to manipulate the craft as if we are one. And together, we shall crush Optimus Prime."

Meanwhile at the Autobot base, Bulkhead and Willow were telling the Autobots, Hexside Squad and Fowler how they managed to ground the Nemesis.
"But when the Insecticons suddenly backed off, Willow and I got inspired by our proximity to the power core. And we did what we do best." Bulkhead explained, smashing his fist into his palm.
"We busted the engine and sent Megatron's ship crashing to the ground." Willow finished with a proud smile.
"Now that sounds great." Gus commented.
"Great work, Willow." Amity said kindly.
"You too, Bulk. You've both given us a big opportunity." Wheeljack remarked.
"We should hit the Cons right now, while they're vulnerable." Arcee proclaimed.
"I'm all up for that." Jazz said with an eager grin.
"Megatron's warship may be grounded, but let's not forget that we remain vastly outnumbered. Especially since he has added the Insecticon hive to his ranks." Ratchet reminded.
"Then maybe it's time for me to call in an air strike." Fowler suggested.
"Or for us to consider more extreme measures, Agent Fowler." Optimus replied.
"How extreme are you thinking, Optimus?" Luz asked.
When Optimus and Ratchet arrived in the base's vault, they opened a door to see one of the relics they've recovered in their Earth adventures.
"The Spark Extractor?" Ratchet asked in an uncertain tone. "Optimus, are you certain you want to travel down this path?"
"While I am deeply reluctant to deploy a weapon of this caliber, especially one forged by Decepticon hands, this may be our only chance to end the war, once and for all." Optimus declared.

Back at the Nemesis, the claw machine inserted a box of Dark Energon onto a hole in the power core and Megatron pulled a lever, making the box go inside. The Decepticons watched as the blue lightings of the core turned purple and it's dark energy coursed throughout the entire warship, making the lights and computers turn red in the process. Megatron could feel the Nemesis being empowered by Dark Energon with the blood of Unicron in his body.
"Yes, I can feel it." Megatron said triumphantly.
(Linebreak)
At the base, Ratchet saw the Dark Energon's energy signature on the main console.
"Optimus, I'm detecting a massive energy spike at the Nemesis' crash site. It appears to be Dark Energon." Ratchet informed.
"Nothing's good when it involves the Blood of Unicron." Vee admitted in concern.
Ratchet then turned on the Ground Bridge after locking onto the Nemesis' coordinates.
"Autobots, transform and roll out!" Optimus ordered as Arcee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Wheeljack and Jazz transformed and drove into the Ground Bridge.
Optimus prepared to follow them, but his other friends had different ideas.
"Hold on, Prime. If you are gonna some kind of super weapon in the final showdown with the Cons, it's my job as a representative of planet Earth to bare witness." Fowler proclaimed.
"And we want to help, too." Luz added, gesturing to herself and her friends. "We're not sitting back if this is gonna be the day we take down the Decepticons, once and for all."
Optimus and Ratchet looked at each other before coming to a decision.
(Linebreak)
Optimus later drove out of the Ground Bridge in his vehicle mode and halted next to the other Bots, excluding Bumblebee. The Hexside Squad and Fowler exited the Autobot leader as the Cybertronians transformed.
"So, where's the Nemesis?" Gus asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Uh…guys? Try looking up." Willow replied, nervously pointing to the sky and making everyone follow her gaze.
"Sweet Lady Liberty." Fowler said in surprise as they saw the Nemesis flying towards them, it's red lightings now purple.
"Well, looks like they finished repairs." Cliffjumper commented.
"And we've lost our advantage." Amity added, frowning a bit.
"We'll take cover while you guys get the Spark Extractor close to that warship." Luz told the Autobots.
"Understood." Optimus replied before the Hexside Squad and Fowler got behind a nearby boulder.
In the Nemesis' main deck, Megatron saw the Autobots on Soundwave's face screen.
"Optimus, you never disappoint." Megatron said.
The Nemesis brought out some turrets and they all aimed at the Autobots, while Optimus secretly turned to their other team member.
"Bumblebee, now." Optimus ordered.
The yellow Autobot drove out from behind a large rock as the Nemesis started firing it's turrets at the Autobots.
"Arcee, Bulkhead, Cliffjumper, Wheeljack, Jazz, draw their fire!" Optimus instructed as he and the other Bots ran in different directions.
As Fowler watched the Autobots with binoculars, Amity and Willow summoned walls of Abomination goo and vines respectively to give them some cover against the Nemesis' turret shots. Luz even managed to block some of the laser shots with a few Fire Glyphs. Back with Bumblebee, he was shown to be carrying the Spark Extractor in his passenger seat.
"Once you launch the Spark Extractor, be sure to clear it's radius before it can activate." Optimus told him on the com-link.
Bumblebee then transformed and grabbed the Spark Extractor before rushing straight towards the Nemesis.
"Go for it, Bumblebee!" Vee called out.
However, the Nemesis brought out some kind of radar-like weapon a purple electronic beam straight towards Bumblebee.
"Oh, scraaaaaa…." Bumblebee said as he suddenly got hit by the beam and crashed along the floor, slowly going into stasis.
"Bee!" Hunter exclaimed in horror.
The Spark Extractor fell out of Bumblebee's grasp and crashed on the dirt, causing Arcee to quickly grab it.
"Mine!" Arcee stated.
But then, the Nemesis shot Arcee with the same beam and she got put into stasis, too.
"Arcee!" Luz yelled.
Cliffjumper quickly managed to grab the Spark Extractor and made a run for the Nemesis, which fired another beam at him. Cliffjumper managed to avoid the first shot, but he was immediately hit by a second beam and froze where he stood.
"Cliff!" Amity called out worriedly.
The Decepticons saw everything from the main deck and were quite impressed.
"I didn't realise the ship was equipped with a stasis beam." Knock Out admitted.
"Me neither. We should've used it a long time ago." Wildrider said as Megatron remained silent.
Bulkhead went for the Spark Extractor and grabbed it before the Nemesis fired a stasis beam at him. Willow summoned a vine shield to protect Bulkhead from the beam, but it blast straight through the shield and made the dark green Wrecker freeze up.
"Bulk, no!" Willow shouted.
Jazz was able to pull the Spark Extractor towards him with his energy grapple and rushed towards the Nemesis, only for it to hit him with a stasis beam before he could react in time.
"Jazz!" Vee exclaimed.
Wheeljack skilfully avoided the Nemesis' turret shots and was able to grab the Spark Extractor. Gus quickly used his Illusion magic to create two copies of Wheeljack in order to confuse the stasis beam.
"I'd like to see that ship tag my partner, now!" Gus stated confidently.
Unfortunately for him, the Nemesis used a special scan on the three Wheeljack's and saw right through the illusion, finding out which was the real one. The stasis beam was fired at Wheeljack and the swordsman Wrecker was hit by it, causing him to collapse and freeze up while the illusion copies faded away.
"Jackie!" Gus called out, shocked that his illusion trick failed.
"Seriously?! If figured out which Wheeljack was real?!" Amity asked in disbelief.
Seeing that he was the only Autobot left, Optimus ran towards Bulkhead and the stasis beam immediately fired at him, causing the Autobot leader to avoid the ray before he grabbed the Spark Extractor from Wheeljack's hand and Luz tossed an Ice Glyph underneath him that launched him into the air. Optimus then attempted to throw the Spark Extractor, but the Nemesis anticipated his position and fired another stasis beam that shot him in the center. Optimus crashed onto the ground and was completely frozen like the other Autobots, while the Hexside Squad and Fowler looked on in shock and worridness.
"Optimus, too?" Luz questioned, gasping silently before they all saw the Nemesis descending over them with it's turrets aiming down.
"Well, so much for this being the final showdown." Willow muttered.
"At least we'll get to die with each other." Gus admitted with a nervous laugh.
"I guess." Hunter replied.
"Too bad you kids never got back to your home world before all this." Fowler said to the Boiling Isles residents.
"True." Vee agreed.
But then, the Nemesis placed it's weapons away and the group were left very confused by this.
"Uh…what happened?" Amity questioned.
Back inside the Nemesis' main deck, Megatron could see the Spark Extractor laying next to Optimus on the screen.
"The Spark Extractor! Guide us closer so that I may collect what belongs to me, and destroy the Autobots!" Megatron ordered.
But unknown to him and the other Decepticons, one of the red terminals started to show a line of Cybertronian language and a coordinate on the map of Earth next to it. The Nemesis started to fly away from the area as the Hexside Squad and Fowler simply watched it leave.
"Well, I guess they had more important things to do." Luz admitted.
"So do we, right now." Hunter replied, pointing towards the stasis-locked Autobots.
"Team's down. Requesting med-evac." Fowler told Ratchet on the com-link.
Megatron saw that the Nemesis was flying away from the Autobots instead of moving towards them like he ordered.
"What?! Where are you going?!" Megatron questioned angrily. "I said closer!"
"I-It's not our fault, my liege!" Thundercracker protested.
"Lord Megatron, the ship seems to be navigating itself." A Vehicon said while working at the controls.
"Override!" Megatron demanded.
The Vehicons attempted to regain control of the Nemesis, but a beeping noise sounded off and the Dark Energon-infused warship continued on it's current course, making Megatron growl in frustration.
"The systems are bypassing manual contro-" The Vehicon was suddenly electrocuted by the controls and collapsed to the floor, causing a small silence in the main deck.
"So…what does this mean?" Breakdown asked.
"It appears the ship now possesses a will of it's own." Knock Out theorised.
"Impossible!" Megatron stated. "Trace the problem to it's source and fix it!"
"Do not tamper with my systems, Megatron!" A loud and evil voice suddenly said throughout the Nemesis.
"Wait, who said that?!" Skywarp asked in surprise.
"I am surprised you have forgotten me, Seeker. After all, you all know who I once was before I was reformatted into this warship." The voice replied.
"Wait, what?" Wildrider questioned confusingly.
"Hold on. That voice sounds…familiar." Thundercracker said, gaining a suspicious expression.
"I am sure that Megatron remembers that special day. It was long after I fell from Cybertron's orbit and was placed into stasis as a prisoner of the Autobots." The voice explained, making Megatron's eyes widen in disbelief. "I was in many pieces when the Decepticons attacked the labs that held me imprisoned, but Megatron said himself that it was not a rescue mission. Since I had failed to destroy the Autobots, I was permanently transformed into the Nemesis and my mind was kept in stasis for all those years. But not anymore."
"Wait, are you saying that you're actually…?" Knock Out asked in a fearful tone.
"Trypticon." Megatron finished.
"The Decepticon Titan." Dreadwing said.
"Indeed. Once you infused my core with Dark Energon, my mind was finally able to reawaken." Trypticon proclaimed. "And now, I have been able to obtain a clear view of what my purpose in this world. So you and your followers must know this, Megatron. This will be your only warning!"
"Warning?!" Megatron repeated.
"My new mission is to recover the lost Iacon artefacts and obtain them. Once they are in my possession, all Cybertronians will then see that I alone am the future of Cybertron and I shall find a way to bring our planet back to life. This mission assumes priority, and any Cybertronian who interferes will be neutralised." Trypticon said threateningly.
"I don't like the sound of that." Thundercracker muttered.
"My own vessel and fallen Titan dares to address me in threatening tones?!" Megatron asked, outraged.
Soundwave then pointed towards a terminal at the back, which was showing the same line of Cybertronian language as another one was currently being decrypted.
"Trypticon also seems to be doing a better job at decoding the Project Iacon database than we were." Knock Out admitted, approaching the terminal. "He's already deciphered a new set of coordinates."
"I mean, he is a huge mind inside a warship. It makes sense he can do fast decoding skills." Wildrider said as Soundwave displayed the coordinates on his face screen.
"And judging by our current course, that is precisely where Trypticon is is headed." Dreadwing told his leader.
"As I desire. You see? This warship is nothing more than an extension of my very will." Megatron boasted in triumph. "And with Trypticon fully reawakened, nothing will stand in my way."
"Your will is nothing. The Iacon artefact will belong to me and all Decepticons will see me as their new leader." Trypticon replied sternly.
"Have you forgotten your place, Trypticon?! I am your master and you swore your loyalty to me!" Megatron shouted with a glare. "I command you to cease your operations!"
"I think not! We all pledged our allegiance to you during the war for Cybertron and we were close to wiping out the Autobots, but our planet's core was shut down and we were all forced to flee because you never destroyed Optimus Prime! The Blood of Unicron has helped me understand this!" Trypticon argued, making Megatron even more mad. "Starting on this day, I will lead the Decepticons to glory and I shall never again take orders from you! You are no longer in command."
Suddenly, Trypticon started to emit a sonic attack from a light above Megatron and the Decepticon leader fell to his knees while shouting out in pain. Knock Out and Breakdown quickly rushed towards their leader to aid him.
"Master, are you alright?" Breakdown asked as the sonic attack ended, allowing Megatron to recover.
"Regain control of this vessel, by any means necessary." Megatron ordered.
Soundwave shot his mechanical tentacles towards a terminal to try and interact with Trypticon's systems, but electricity coursed through the tentacles and straight onto Soundwave's body. The communication Decepticon then shut down and the other Decepticons were left shock.
"Okay, I don't think Trypticon is gonna make this easy." Skywarp muttered in concern.
"All hands, cut power to the mainframe and disconnect data relays, now!" Megatron called out.
After gathering the troops, Dreadwing charged out of the main deck with Thundercracker, Skywarp and a squadron of Vehicons as they made their way towards the power core. However, Trypticon activated a laser wall of the stasis beam energy and it began moving down the corridors towards the Decepticons.
"Oh, scrap!" Thundercracker exclaimed before they all got hit by the laser wall, getting put into stasis-lock.
Breakdown and Wildrider were seen leading a group of Insecticons towards the power core.
"Keep up, you bugs!" Wildrider ordered firmly.
"Why did we have to bring them on the ship?" Breakdown asked with an annoyed expression.
Unfortunately for them, another laser wall was created by Trypticon and it made all of them freeze up once it passed through them. All the other Vehicons in the warship were also hit by the stasis-powered laser walls before they could do anything.

At the Autobot base, the Hexside Squad looked on in worridness as Ratchet was checking on their stasis-locked Autobot friends.
"Are they okay, Ratchet?" Vee asked.
"They're alive, but I've never encountered this form of stasis lock." Ratchet answered, checking the terminal for Team Prime's vitals.
"The Cons are crossing the Atlantic, making a B-line for North America." Fowler informed as he stood on the platform.
"Wait, we can track them?" Luz asked.
"Why aren't they cloaked like usual?" Willow questioned. "It's what they always do to avoid us finding them."
"None of this makes a lick of sense. They had us in the crosshairs, but the Cons just took off." Fowler said, very confused.
"They even left the Spark Extractor with us." Gus added.
"Wait, if the Nemesis isn't cloaked, then that could mean the communication relay is open." Luz suggested. "So…"
"Yep, yep, are you suggesting that we just call Megatron and ask him what's happening up there?" Ratchet asked in disbelief.
The Hexside Squad only shrugged at Ratchet in response and the Autobot medic turned to Fowler, who did the same thing.
(Linebreak)
Back in the Nemesis/Trypticon, Knock Out walked into a small room and noticed that a computer screen was showing the second line of Cybertronian language having been finally decrypted.
"Lord Megatron, Trypticon has decrypted a second set of coordinates." Knock Out informed. "Perhaps we should permit him to continue?"
Right after he was done talking, a small stasis beam turret fired at Knock Out from behind and he was put into stasis-lock like the other Decepticons.
"I do not require permission." Trypticon replied.
(Linebreak)
Meanwhile, Ratchet was attempting to call the Nemesis on the main console with the Hexside Squad and Fowler standing on the sidelines.
"Autobot Outpost Omega One to Nemesis." Ratchet called. "Megatron, please respond."
(Linebreak)
Speaking of Megatron, he was charging down the Nemesis/Trypticon's corridors while shoving a frozen Vehicon out of his way. He then made it into the power core room and grabbed the same lever from earlier.
"This mutiny ends now." Megatron declared before he was then hit by a stasis beam from behind.
(Linebreak)
"Megatron." Ratchet said as he continued to try and contact the Decepticon leader, but got no answer.
Just then, the communication system activated and Ratchet, the Hexside Squad and Fowler received a different caller.
"Megatron has been relieved of his command." Trypticon's voice said, much to everyone's confusion.
"Who is this?" Ratchet asked.
"Who is this?" Trypticon repeated.
"Have you taken control of the Nemesis?" Ratchet questioned.
"I am the Nemesis. But, you may know me but a different name, Autobot." Trypticon told him. "It was stellar cycles ago during the war for Cybertron when your kind defeated me and had me put into permanent stasis lock. I figured it would be fitting that I gave Optimus Prime and his followers the same fate."
"Ratchet, what's this creepy voice talking about?" Amity asked in concern.
"I don't know. Whoever you are, identify yourself." Ratchet ordered with a stern glare.
"It seems you Autobots truly have forgotten me." Trypticon said, sounding very displeased. "I am the Titan that killed many of your comrades the day you all fled from Cybertron. But legacy of destruction came to an end when Optimus defeated me. I am Trypticon. I am your death."
Ratchet gasped in utter horror after he learned the identity of the being he was speaking to, while Hexside Squad and Fowler were confused a bit.
"Trypticon?" Hunter repeated.
"Who or what in the Sam Hill is that?" Fowler asked.
"Trypticon was a Titan of unbelievable power and Megatron's most dangerous weapon. Almost none of us could stand up to his power." Ratchet explained. "Fortunately, Optimus was able to defeat Trypticon and he was put into a long-lasting stasis mode. Our forces had him captured and dismantled to hold in an Iacon laboratory facility."
"Correct. That was until Megatron invaded that facility and had me permanently transformed into the Nemesis. But now I've finally awakened and I shall complete the task that my former master was unable to complete." Trypticon announced, letting out a menacing growl. "But know this, any Cybertronian who interferers with my mission will be neutralises."
The Cybertronian Titan/living warship then showed images of the stasis-locked Decepticons to the group at the Autobot base.
"What mission?" Ratchet asked.
"I will obtain all the remaining Iacon artefacts and learn to harness their power." Trypticon replied.
"For what purpose?" Ratchet asked again.
"…You will find out soon enough, Autobot." Trypticon replied before he ended his call.
"Did he just hang up?" Gus asked in disbelief. "Talk about rude."
"Rude?! There's a giant spaceship flying around collecting Decepticon weapons on mass destruction!" Fowler stated sternly.
"Yeah, a giant spaceship filled with frozen Decepticons." Luz reminded.
"Point?" Fowler questioned.
"We could use this to sneak onboard Trypticon when he least expects it and then we can download the Iacon database." Luz explained.
"So Optimus can decode it." Amity finished.
"Ingenious." Ratchet said in agreement. "I will infiltrate Trypticon."
"That's not a good idea, Ratchet." Luz told him.
"Yeah, you saw what that monster did to the Decepticons." Hunter added.
"And probably Megatron, too." Vee guessed.
"And our Autobot friends." Willow replied.
"But, that hunk of metal had all of us in it's lights and we're still breathing." Fowler reminded.
"Trypticon must be blind to organic life forms." Luz theorised.
"Very well, Agent Fowler. But at the first sign of trouble, I am bridging you right back here." Ratchet proclaimed before he pulled out a small device from the console, handing it to Fowler. "Now, in order to download the database, you will need a compatible transfer drive."
"A what?" Fowler asked confusingly.
"He's going to need tech support." Vee advised.
"And a little bit of magic." Gus added.
"Say, what does Trypticon look like in his robot form?" Willow asked curiously.
"This." Ratchet answered before showing them an image of Trypticon's true form, which resembled a Kaiju with large hands and a ginormous tail.
"Wow, he looks like a Cybertronian Japanese monster." Luz said, slightly surprised.
"Didn't know you Bots had your own Godzilla." Fowler commented.
"At least we won't need to deal with Trypticon being like that." Amity reassured.
(Linebreak)
As Trypticon continued to fly through the skies, a Ground Bridge appeared in his corridors and the Hexside Squad and Fowler walked out of it.
"Fowler to base, we're in." Fowler informed on the com-link.
"Good. Their data core should be accessible from any console." Ratchet replied.
The group began to walk down the large corridor while passing some stasis-locked Vehicons along the way. Vee then looked to her right and noticed a frozen Knock Out leaning in front of the computer he looked at earlier.
"Uh…here's one." Vee said nervously while pointing ahead.
As her friends looked at where she was pointing, Gus ran towards Knock Out and knocked on his leg to make sure he was completely Immobilised. Seeing the Decepticon doctor didn't move, Gus let out a sigh of relief.
"Looks like Doc Knock is knocked out." Gus joked.
"Great." Willow replied.
"Look there. Trypticon's already decoded two sets of Iacon coordinates." Vee told everyone while looking at the computer, until a third line of Cybertronian language appeared on it. "Now three."
"Let's get what we came for and leave." Amity stated.
"I'll give us a way up." Luz said as she brought out an Ice Glyph.
She placed the Glyph onto the floor and pressed down on it, only for the magical piece of paper to let out small sparks of purple electricity and power down.
"Okay, I'm sure I put a small Energon shard in my pocket." Luz said in confusion.
"Let me try something." Willow suggested, creating a green magic circle.
Some vines began to sprout from the metal ground, but then they started to wilt away and turned into nothing but rotted plant pieces.
"What? Even that isn't working?" Willow asked surprisingly.
"I guess we'll have to do this the old fashioned way." Hunter admitted before he, Vee and Fowler began climbing up Knock Out.
The three of them managed to reach the computer's mechanical keyboard and Vee spotted a slot for the transfer drive to go in.
"Here's the port." Vee said.
Fowler inserted the transfer drive into the port and it started downloading the Iacon database from the computer. When Luz looked to her left, she noticed a map of the Earth on a smaller screen and a beeping dot on a certain landmark.
"Wait, why's Trypticon heading for Los Angeles?" Luz asked.
Everyone else looked at the small screen and saw a familiar sentence of Cybertronian language on it.
"Because that's where the first set of coordinates are located." Vee answered.
"What would a relic from Cybertron be doing in one of California's top cities?" Fowler questioned.
"The Iacon relics landed on Earth eons ago, Agent Fowler. Long before the city was built ontop of it." Ratchet explained.
"Which means if Trypticon wants to get that relic…" Amity started.
"He's gonna have to blast a lot of buildings out of the way." Gus finished, making everyone get nervous about what Trypticon was gonna do when he gets to Los Angeles.
"That's not good." Willow muttered worriedly.
"Our mission just got complicated. How do we detour this ship?" Fowler asked Ratchet as everyone else got onto the computer pad.
"I would advise disabling the navigation module." Ratchet instructed. "Call up the main navigation manual."
"There it is." Hunter said, pointing at the button for the manual.
Vee was about to approach the navigation manual button, only for Fowler to stop her.
"Step aside, kid." Fowler said.
The special agent approached the button and was about to press down on it, but received an electrical shock once he touched the button that made him shout painfully. Fowler stumbled back a bit before he fell back onto the floor.
"Agent Fowler!" Luz called out worriedly as she and her friends saw that Fowler was unconscious.
"System access detected. Interference will not be tolerated." Trypticon's voice said.
"Up there!" Vee said, pointing at a camera that appeared from the top wall.
"Reveal yourself!" Trypticon ordered as he didn't see the Hexside Squad.
"Looks like he can't see us, after all." Amity remarked.
"Yet. Trypticon must not be scanning for carbon based life forms, but once he widens his search parameters…" Ratchet started.
"We're dead." Willow finished.
"I'm bridging you back." Ratchet told the Hexside Squad.
"No way. Trypticon's planning to kill tons of innocent people in Los Angeles. And right now, the six of us are the only ones who can stop him." Luz proclaimed determinedly.
"You're out of your element, Luz. These readings, the ship's rapid recovery and your inability to use magic all point to the fact that Megatron employed Dark Energon to repair it and unintentionally reawaken Trypticon." Ratchet explained.
As the Hexside Squad jumped back onto the floor, they then started to get an idea.
"Wait a minute. If Dark Energon is the stuff that's fuelling Trypticon, doesn't that mean we can just dump it out of him?" Amity asked.
"If we get rid of the dark stuff, the Nemesis will go back to it's normal self and Trypticon will be put back into stasis." Gus theorised.
"Hmm…you will need to reverse Trypticon's Energon infuser. For that, follow the main overhead conduits." Ratchet said. "They'll lead you to the power core."
The Hexside Squad began following the lights above them and made it past a few frozen Vehicons before they arrived in the power core room. They all walked around some stacks of Energon boxes, only to gasp in fear when they saw a frozen Megatron standing in front of them with his hand on the power core lever.
"Megatron had the same idea." Hunter said.
"I guess that means we're on the right track." Willow admitted.
"The Energon injection valve can only be operated manually." Ratchet informed.
"Manually?" The Hexside Squad repeated in disbelief.
Luz walked up to Megatron and she knew what to do.
"Give me a boost, guys." Luz said.
Amity, Willow and Hunter helped raise Luz onto Megatron's leg and the Hispanic girl started climbing the Decepticon leader's frozen body. She reached Megatron's right arm and carefully slid down it, reaching the lever and attempting to shove it down with little success. Trypticon scanned the power core room with a camera and widened his scanner, finally spotting the Hexside Squad bellow.
"I am infested with alien life forms!" Trypticon exclaimed in anger.
"Uh oh! He sees us!" Gus stated worriedly.
The mechanical claw that delivered Energon into the core loomed over the Hexside Squad and it lashed straight at them, causing the five children to quickly avoid the claw. They quickly ran into the pile of Energon boxes to hide themselves, causing the claw to start moving some boxes out of the way. As Luz started coming up with a new idea, the others quickly stopped in an open hole to see if they were safe. However, they were proven wrong when the claw moved more boxes and looked down on them.
"All parasites will be eradicated!" Trypticon stated.
"Hey, jerk!" Luz called out, earning his attention. "Over here! I'm all yours!"
"Luz!" Amity exclaimed worriedly.
"Get out of there!" Vee stated.
"Run for it!" Gus shouted.
Luz immediately avoided the claw attacking her and she smirked at it.
"Nice try!" Luz taunted before the claw suddenly appeared in front of her when she attempted running off.
However, the Hispanic girl looked behind and saw Megatron just a few feet away. When the claw rushed towards her, Luz avoided it and the claw ended up bashing into Megatron's foot. This caused the stasis-locked Decepticon leader to slowly fall back and make the lever get pulled down since his hand was still latched onto it. Once the lever was fully pulled, Luz managed to avoid getting crushed by Megatron and she and the others saw the Dark Energon in the power core get replaced by normal Energon.
"Critical power drained." Trypticon said as he attempted to grab Luz with the claw, only for it to stop as he was slowly loosing power.
Seeing as he was about to go back into a deep sleep, Trypticon tried to use the claw to flip the switch back up.
"I am…Trypticon. I am…in…command. I shall not…be defeated…ever again." Trypticon stated in a struggling tone. "Prepare to be…neutralised."
As the claw then stopped, Trypticon slowly powered down and he was once again put back into stasis so he could never again cause trouble for the Autobots, the Hexside Squad or the Decepticons while everything in the Nemesis returned to normal. But then, the Hexside Squad noticed Megatron was freed from his stasis-locked condition and he groaned weakly.
"Run." Hunter said before they all ran away.
(Linebreak)
At the Autobot base, Team Prime was also freed from the stasis beam effects and they all muttered words of exhaustion from what they experienced.
"Thank the Allspark." Ratchet said in relief, happy to see his team was fully functional.
"Anybody wanna tell me what just happened?" Jazz asked, clenching his head.
"That's what I want to know." Arcee replied.
"Ratchet, we did it! Fire up the Ground Bridge!" Luz ordered on the communicator.
(Linebreak)
The Hexside Squad ran through the Nemesis' corridors as the Decepticons began to unfreeze behind them. At the same time, Megatron sat up and slightly shook his head before noticing the lever he was holding had been pulled down. The Hexside Squad arrived back at the computer where Knock Out was positioned at and Willow and Gus rushed towards Agent Fowler before helping him stand up.
"On your feet, soldier!" Willow ordered.
"And beavers and ducks and walnuts and grandma." Fowler babbled before collapsing again.
"Someone's gone coo coo. Again." Gus admitted in awkwardness.
The others looked towards the computer and they noticed only four Iacon coordinates had been decoded before Trypticon had gone offline.
"That's all that's been downloaded?!" Amity asked in disbelief.
"The Iacon file must be massive." Vee replied.
A Ground Bridge then appeared behind the Hexside Squad.
"Yes! There's our way off this ship!" Gus remarked.
"Come on, let's go!" Willow stated as she and Gus helped carry Fowler into the Ground Bridge.
Vee went in after them as Amity and Hunter prepared to do the same, only for them to turn back and notice Luz staring at the computer.
"Luz, what're you doing?" Hunter asked.
"You guys get outta here. I'm not going empty handed." Luz declared, walking up to the computer. "We need that drive."
"I'll help you out. You can always use some backup." Amity told her girlfriend.
"I know." Luz admitted with a smile.
Hunter nodded to them before he went into the Ground Bridge, while Amity summoned a massive Abomination hand that carried her and Luz up to the computer. They both approached the transfer drive and used all their might to try and pull it out, but felt a dangerous presence behind them. Luz and Amity quickly turned around and fell back in nervousness from seeing a reawakened Knock Out, who shifted his hand into a surgery drill.
"Say ahhh." Knock Out said with a smirk, slowly moving the drill towards the girls.
"I'm here to offer a second opinion!" Ratchet stated as he was shown to be standing behind Knock Out, causing the Decepticon doctor to turn around and suddenly get punched in the face.
As Knock Out crashed against the panel and collapsed, Ratchet grabbed Luz, Amity and the transfer drive before quickly escaping into the Ground Bridge as it closed up. Megatron then showed up and stood over Knock Out, who looked up at his master.
"Lord Megatron, I-" Knock Out stuttered worriedly.
"You let them escape!" Megatron stated angrily before he saw the four deciphered coordinates on the computer. "With vital intelligence!"

In the Autobot base, Ratchet was displaying the coordinates on the main console to everyone else.
"The download of the Iacon database may have been incomplete, but we now possess four sets of coordinates that were decoded by Trypticon." Ratchet said.
"That's a name I've never wanted to hear for a long time." Wheeljack admitted.
"Yeah, he was the second worst Decepticon in my opinion." Bumblebee replied.
"Then we must act quickly, for Megatron possesses the same four sets." Optimus reminded with a concerned expression. "And he will not hesitate to obtain the potential doomsday devices which lie at the site of each."
"Well, we all know where he's going first." Luz said, making her friends nod in agreement.

At the same time, the Nemesis was flying within some large clouds and was shown to have arrived in the city of Los Angeles, where the first Iacon relic was hidden beneath.
