"We're here." Dean announced as he turned off the engine, shoving the key into his shirt pocket as he turned to face Cas with a smile. "You're going to love this place... I hope." he added placing his arm on the back of the seat, his hand coming to rest at the nape of Cas' neck. Castiel blushed faintly at the intimate touch, looking up at Dean to meet his gaze.

"I'm sure I will." Castiel responded leaning in close, pressing a chaste kiss to Dean's cheek before moving to climb out through the passenger door, closing it just as Dean scrambled out of the driver side. Dean came around to Cas' side, pressing him up against the door, intertwining his fingers with Cas', his other hand coming up to cup Cas' cheek.

Castiel's breath hitched when Dean brushed his lips over his own, his eyes fluttering closed as Dean deepend the kiss, stroking his thumb across Cas' cheek. A quiet moan slipped past Castiel's lips, his pulse quickening as the kiss grew feverish with Dean nibbling his bottom lip. "Dean..." Castiel panted when they broke apart for air.

Dean was grinning wide, watching Cas' chest rise and fall with his breathing, his eyes meeting Cas'. "Come on." Dean tugged Cas' hand, urging him to follow him around to the trunk of the car. Castiel shook himself, looking around for the first time as he allowed himself to be moved by Dean, noticing for the first time they were parked in the middle of a field.

Dean pulled out a folded up blanket from the trunk before turning back to face Cas, stepping back to the front of the car where he shook out the blanket and draped it over the hood. Climbing up onto the hood, he held his hand out to help Cas join him. Castiel settled onto the blanket beside Dean.

"I come here from time to time, it's just so quiet out here," Dean began, laying back against the windshield while Castiel sat beside him turning his body to look down at him. "I can sit here for hours and feel like I'm the only person to exist..." he trailed off, a far away look in his eyes. Castiel stayed quiet, simply listening to him, happy to learn something about him.

"Nobody knows about this place, 'cept for me and Sammy. I've brought him out here a handful of times to get away from our old man." Dean continued after a moment of silence passed between them. Castiel understood that, he often found ways to get away from his father when things got to be too much.

Castiel shifted, moving to lay down beside Dean, resting his head on his shoulder, his hand coming to rest over his heart. "It's very peaceful out here, I can understand why you chose such a place." Castiel murmured softly. Dean wrapped his arm around Cas' shoulders, holding him against his body.

"Thank you for sharing it with me..." he whispered, unsure if he could keep his voice steady with the realization of Dean bringing him out here. He'd wanted to share something special with him for their first date, and that beat just about anything else they could've chosen to have done today.

A companionable silence fell between them once again, only filled with the occasional birdsong or chirp of insects inhabiting the field around them. Dean holding Castiel against his side, their breathing synced in the most perfect way as they cuddled together, enjoying each other's company.

"I had a wonderful time today." Castiel smiled, leaning against Dean's side. Dean had one hand on the wheel, his other resting on Cas' thigh as they drove back into town. "We still have tonight to do something, and tomorrow. If you want?" Dean offered, smiling faintly. He wasn't quite ready for their date to end, he sensed Cas wasn't either.

"My family won't be home until tomorrow, come over and we can watch a movie?" Castiel responded catching Dean's eye, blushing at the look he was giving him. "We'll stop by my uncle's and grab some stuff." Dean answered squeezing Cas' thigh. Castiel nodded in response.

"Which movie should we watch?" Dean questioned as he turned down the street to Bobby's. "I haven't seen most movies, so anything will be good." Castiel smiled shyly. "I know the perfect one then, you'll love it." Dean smiled, moving his free arm to wrap around Cas' waist.

He pulled into the dirt driveway outside Bobby's, leaving Baby running as he got out, giving Cas a quick "Stay here." as he ran up to the front door, slipping inside to grab a few things for their movie date. After several minutes, he reappeared, marching down the porch steps towards the Impala.

Castiel ushered Dean inside his house, kicking the door shut behind him, making sure to lock it before turning his attention back onto Dean. "Make yourself at home, I'll be right back shortly." Castiel announced moving to dash up the ornate staircase leading to the second floor, leaving Dean in the small entryway.

Looking around the entryway, Dean noticed an open archway that led into a kitchen, stepping through it to see an island counter taking up the middle of the spacious kitchen. He crossed the floor and set his bag slung over his shoulder onto the countertop, taking up one of the four chairs lined up along the outside of the island.

This was his first time inside Cas' home, he wasn't entirely sure what to do with himself without Cas there to ease some of his nerves. Even though he'd mentioned his family wouldn't be there until tomorrow, Dean couldn't help feel like his every move was being watched.

The sound of footsteps coming up behind him made Dean swivel in his seat, letting out a breath he didn't realize he was holding when he spotted Cas walking towards him. "Hey Cas." he murmured nervously, his cheeks heating. Cas tiled his head at him, in the way Dean considered cute. "Hello Dean." he smiled.

"Ready?" Castiel inquired sticking his thumb out over his shoulder in the direction Dean assumed was the living room. Dean slid from his seat, grabbing his bag, and followed Cas back through the entryway into a large living room, the two of them coming to settle down into the couch taking up the middle of the room, facing a flatscreen TV.

"I got everything we'll need," Dean announced turning his bag upside down, emptying the contents out over the cushion between himself and Cas. A small pile of snacks fell out, along with a DVD case Castiel was unfamiliar with, the title of a movie he didn't know. "Here." Dean picked up the DVD and handed it to Cas.

Castiel stood from the couch, DVD in hand as he stepped up to the TV, popping the disc into the player sitting on the entertainment system's shelf below the TV. He returned, remote in hand, to the couch, sitting a bit closer to Dean this time. They gathered up the pile of snacks, tossing them onto the coffee table as Castiel hit the 'play' button on the remote.
