House Unity is Good, Right? (Harry Potter - FGO Reincarnation Chapter 1)

Fred and George Weasley didn't have much of an option on The Six Hexes as they came to be known, when they first arrived at Hogwarts.

They first saw them all in one of the Hogwarts Train's compartments, when they really thought on where they first saw them. Second time was the Sorting, and Fred thought that it was a shame they all ended up in different houses, and thus won't be friends for long, but that's just how things go. You go to a different house and you drift, that's just the way it is.

First there was the Fujimaru Twins, not like the Weasley Twins, they weren't fraternal? Was that the word? No, they basically weren't identical like George and Fred.

Gudako Fujimaru ended up in Gryffindor, House of the Lions! Yeah!

Her brother, Ritsuka Fujimaru ended up Hufflepuff. Not bad, but shame they were separated. Fred couldn't have imagined surviving Hogwarts without George with him. Nah, they probably would have still hung out and did their awesome pranks all the same. The only difference would have been having info on the ins and outs of two houses.

Woah, maybe it would have been better if they were in separate houses.

Fred looked at George who had the same thought as his twin.

""Nah."" They shook their heads. Yeah, them being in the same house was better.

Where were they? Right, the Six Hexes.

Second, was Mash Kyrielight. She was supposedly the lost daughter of a Noble House, but no one was sure. Only thing people know is that she wasn't a Muggleborn, probably, as she's been living with Professor Sprout from when she was a kid. Naturally, she's Hufflepuff, and she and Ritsuka seem tight together. They looked cute. When they become teenagers, it will be fun, making fun of them.

Then there was Hakuno Moon (Lilith Moon's cousin from Japan apparently) and Altais Lucretia Olga Marie Malfoy, both in Ravenclaw. A Malfoy and a Moon being friends... that was bizarre.

Actually a Malfoy not in Slytherin was odd, but Altais Lucretia seemed to not be a typical Malfoy. Oh sure, she definitely acted like one of those stuck ups from those Most Noble and Ancient Houses, blah, blah, blah. But! ...She wasn't a complete dick.

Heck, she even would help others from time to time. Above all, she didn't seem to look down on Ron for being a Weasley out of hand.

Altais Lucretia looked down on Ron for being a prat, which is... fair, but he was still their brother, so if she every stepped outta line, they'll step in.

The last one, was someone the Weasley Twins at first thought they would feel pity for.

Michael Chaser, a Muggleborn sorted into Slytherin.

That boy was gonna have it rough living in Hogwarts. Except, he didn't. He seemed... fine? In fact, he seems like he doesn't have a care in the world.

Actually once Fred and George looked into it, while the older Slytherins ignored him as is usual, the firsties like him though either ignored him or... were very on guard around him. Odd. Almost worth curiosity.

Michael tends to hang out with Altais Lucretia for the most part, although it seem less, like they are friends, and more like Michael enjoys egging Altais Lucretia on, and she tolerates having him around for some reason. At least, that's how it looks like in public, but Weasley Twins were sure Altais Lucretia was having Michael carry messages and tasks for her in Slytherin.

Was... was Altais Lucretia actually suppose to be in Slytherin? Did she trick the Hat!?

The first time Fred and George first took notice of the Six, or rather saw them was when the Harry catching Longbottom's remember ball thing happened. As that was happening, Michael and Gudako decided to race each other and fly around all of Hogwarts, going between towers, through windows.

Unlike Harry, they didn't get into Quidditch teams of course, but detention. Some bull about how they were just endangering themselves for no reason.

Yeah, Fred and George were glad Chaser didn't end up in Slytherin team this year, but they wanted to cry at not getting Gudako. She was literally standing on the broom and surfing it like one of those muggle skaters, or snowboarders. Not only that, but she at one point jump from the broom to avoid a bridge and landed back on the broom after somersaulting over. That firstie was meant to fly.

Dammit, McGonagall, why clip her wings for a year!?

Michael was able to somehow fly with the broom without needing to point it at where he wanted to go. Or go around corner very swiftly by flying around at an angle. It was called... drifting?

Still, that was the first time the Six came to Fred and George's attention.

They really wondered if there was more to those icke firsties.

After all, for one thing, they stayed friends even after getting into different houses.

Hermione Granger would like to think of her self as above prejudices. That she wasn't the type of person to stereotype, or label people before getting to know them. That she was better than that.

Except she kinda fell into that trap without realizing.

Yes, her first interaction with anyone from Slytherin really soured her to the whole house. Thanks, Draco.

And Ronald's comments and stories about them, when he was talking to Harry, might have also pushed her into being... wary of anyone wearing green and silver.

So when Michael Chaser would on occasion would come join the Gryffindor table, and just chat with Gudako Fujimaru like it was nothing, she couldn't help but be on edge at how... bizarre the whole thing seemed.

Michael seemed to either not notice or outright ignore the stares of her other housemates. Heck, when some tried to none-so-subtly tell him off, or try to scare him into leaving, he just shook them off like they were telling a joke.

Michael, Gudako and two others from Hufflepuff, that Moon girl from Ravenclaw and Malfoy's sister (also Ravenclaw, which was apparently a big deal that she's not in Slytherin) seemed to be their own clique. So eventually people would talk about them, but no one actively did anything about people from different houses just sitting down together at different house tables. The six would gather at her house's table, or Hufflepuff, or Ravenclaw. They never sat down at Slytherin's table for obvious reasons-

Dammit, there she goes doing it again.

The point was, Hermione on that day with the troll ended up running into Michael, after she heard Ronald saying mean things about her. Michael tried to ask what happened, or if she was okay, and Hermione... may have told him to bugger off, or she'll hex his privates off. That she'll do so if he told anyone. She was in a bad mood, and didn't want to be seen crying by a Slytherin.

Michael just looked confused at her, and she didn't stick around, as she ran to the girl's bathroom to cry.

Then night came and the troll arrived.

Surprisingly Harry and Ronald came to find her. They warned her and tried to get her to safety. All three of them seemed like they were going to be in danger, only for the six to arrive.

Michael was shouting commands.

"Pull the three away! Hakuno, Gudako feet!" He shouted.

Altais Lucretia, Mash and Ritsuka used some spell she didn't know. What kind of spell was "Accio"? Hermione had read their Charms and DADA books front and back, and there was no spell like that in them?

The spell pulled Hermione, Harry and Ron, practically making them fly out of the bathroom, and into the hall, where they landed safely.

Hakuno then pulled the water on the floor from the broken toilets, rushing it to the troll's feet. And Gudako froze the water. The troll easily broke it's legs free from the frost, but them began slipping on the icy floor.

"Accio club!" Michael cried out with a dashing grin. The club was wrenched from the troll's hand toward the Slytherin. "Wingardium Leviosa!" The club stopped in mid air, just floating slowly toward Chaser.

Michael then ran toward the floating club, just as the troll began to fall onto the floor, and... Hermione wasn't sure what spell he used, or if it was just timing. Michael jumped into the air, took the club with both hands, and right as the troll fell, slamming into the ground, he had swung the club like it weighed nothing, and slammed into into the troll's face caving it in. ...Then did it two more times, leaving the troll's head be nothing but paste.

Hermione, Harry and Ron all threw up at the sight.

The professors had arrived then to punish and reward the students for their actions. The Six didn't seem bothers for losing point, nor care when they gained them.

The only consolation was that Snape couldn't take points from Harry and Ron for coming to face off the troll, since that's what the Six did. He still took points from the two boys for taking off to look after her, without notifying the teachers.

So now Hermione was in the library heading to a table the Six were at, discussing something quietly and seriously. She wanted to thank them, and to apologize to Michael.

"...So we're sure it's him." Said Altais Lucretia Olga Marie.

"...lost going to Hogsmeade, and then sssss-nick." Gudako motioned slicing someone's throat.

""Agreed."" Michael and Hakuno said together.

"What?" Hermione said reflexively catching the end of the conversation.

The Six noticed her, with various degrees of attention. Altais Lucretia barely paid her a look, which was typical like Darco. Hakuno only nodded at her, while Mash gave her a smile, and Michael a lazy wave.

"Oh, hey, Hermione." Ritsuka greeted her.

"S'up!" Gudako said out loud, but keeping her voice level so Ms. Pince won't call them out.

"What're talking about?" Hermione asked, trying to sound casual. Were they talking about killing someone? Of course not, right?

"School year is pretty boring so far, so we're talking about what to do to spice things up." Michael explained.

"...There was a troll here three days ago."

"Meh," Hakuno spoke up, shrugging her shoulder.

"So we were talking about a betting, and were discussing terms." Gudako said.

"Bet?" Hermione raised an eyebrow.

"Classes are extremely easy for us." Ritsuka continued. "So we're thinking that whoever manages to get the most of their housemates in their year to have Os in all their classes, get to win-"

"100 Galleons, one favor from everyone else, and most importantly, bragging right for a whole year." Michael grinned.

"A h-hundred Galleons! Isn't that a lot? You shouldn't gamble with money!" Hermione immediately voiced her disapproval.

A loud shush from the librarian made everyone flinch, and give a quick apology. They waited for Ms. Pince to leave before continuing.

"A hundred Galleons isn't exactly a big deal for most of us." Altais Lucretia explained. "Mash has a bit of money saved away by her family. Gudako and Ritsuka are from well off families. Hakuno and Michael know how to make their own money. And I," Altais Lucretia a slight superior smile. "I don't think I need to explain it."

Hermione frowned at the attitude. Wanting to say something about Altais Lucretia rubbing her wealth in people's faces.

"I'm taking Hermione for my team!" Suddenly Gudako came to Hermione's side, and one-arm hugged her. Hermione blinked at the sudden action.

"That's cheating!" Michael called out with a pouty frown. "You can't just get other people to actively help you."

"Why not? Mash and Ritsu are in Hufflepuff, so they're working together. Olga and Hakuno are together for Ravenclaw. Every house has a team of two except me." Gudako pointed at Michael. "You have Draco."

Michael blinked at that, then leaned forward resting his chin on his fingers.

"Keep a straight face."

Gudako keep looking at Michael.

Michael looked back at Gudako.

Gudako gulped at kept straight back at Michael. Gudako's shoulder shook.

Michael raised an eyebrow and said one sentence.

"I'll tell my father~."

Gudako lost it, letting go of Hermione as she laughed herself silly, having to bend down hands on her knees, trying to stay standing.

"He's my brother you know, let up on him." Altais Lucretia-Olga Marie said with a sigh.

"I am literally doing nothing to him." Michael said back. "More importantly if all of you are in teams, then I want 200 Galleons when I win, two favors from everyone, and bragging right till fifth year."

""Denied!"" The rest of the group said back.

"A hundred and fifty, still one favor and bragging right till third year." Olga Marie said back.

"Two hundred, one favor and still bragging rights till fifth year." Michael counteroffered.

The group broke down into negotiating, till Ms. Pince came around and kick them out.

Hermione forgot what she came for, and what she overheard the group was talking about, from all the chaos.

One week later, Professor Quirrell suddenly vanished, leaving a letter saying that, a group of hag witches were trying to seduce him through howlers into being their communal husband, and were trying to find his location via owls to summon him via a lock of his hair that they had, so he had to go hide in a swamp somewhere.

It was an odd note for the professor to leave on.
