We now return to Drake and Ashley, both looking excited.

"We are back!" Drake grinned.

"Let's not hesitate getting in! Sure, the deadline for both tournaments may have gone, that doesn't mean we can't hype up the final ten fighters!" Ashley offered. "So let's go!"

MARVIN THE MARTIAN

NODE: LOONEY TUNES: WORLD OF MAYHEM

"Didn't Tinyhammer say something about dropping Bugs as his Looney Tunes main and now Marvin is his new main." Drake asked.

"Yes and no. Technically speaking, if Tinyhammer wanted to use all five classes during the beta, both Bugs AND Marvin would have been his main." Ashley shrugged.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

"Yes, in the beta, Tiny had three mains: Velma for Support, Bugs for Mage and Wonder Woman for Tank." Ashley explained. "Had he mained Bruiser and Assassin, it would be Garnet and Marvin respectively."

"Ah okay. So what happened?" Drake asked.

"The Support class has been discontinued." Ashley said.

Drake's eyes widened. "No lie?"

"No lie." Ashley sighed. "At first, I was surprised. But then I remembered that Multiversus wants the characters to be viable in both 2v2 AND 1v1."

"Yeah, I guess that makes sense. So where are the previous Support characters?" Drake asked.

"Well, Velma, Reindog and Gizmo are all Mages now while Steven is a tank." Ashley explained.

"Oh." Drake said before realising. "So to avoid overloading him, Tiny must choose between Velma and Bugs."

"AND Steven and Wonder Woman. In the end, Velma and Steven won out." Ashley explained.

"Oof… To think this happened because they decided to remove a class." Drake winced.

"Yes…" Ashley sighed. "Speaking of Multiversus, let's talk about Marvin's moves before covering his variants."

"Aight!" Drake nodded with a smile.. "So Marvin, like you said earlier, is an Assassin."

"That's right. His special moves before shooting a bubble gun that catches and deflect enemy projectiles, a button that inverts the direction of HIS and his ALLIES' projectile, summon his spaceship that shoots a rocket aiming at him." Ashley explained. "Also, there is his flag that could be planted and if enemies are standing in it, Marvin and his allies' projectiles will be directed back at them."

Drake's grin vanished. "Woah, woah, woah, woah, WOAH! That sounds more like a Mage than as an Assassin!"

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Why do you think that Tiny mains him?"

"Still, he is a MAGE?" Drake repeated.

"I mean he DOES have a ray gun which shoots a projectile that if it hits the opponent, it will send him TOWARDS him just like Helga's Golden Magic Slingshot in the first Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl." Ashley shrugged. "And seeing that SHE is a close-range fighter."

Drake blinked twice before shaking his head. He then picked up his tablet. "So Marvin has six variants: M4RVIN, a bio-cybertic suit, Marvin Fudd, which is Marvin dressed like Elmer Fudd, Marvin the Marvellous, which is Marvin in a Mediaeval suit of armour, Marvin the Space Emperor, which is Marvin in a VERY badass emperor's suit, Star-Pharoah Marvin which is him as a Egyptian Pharaoh and Toymaker Marvin which is him as a Christmas-themed toymaker."

Ashley raised an eyebrow. "Not as much as say… Bugs, but yeah, that is still a lot."

"Yep, Marvin has the skills and gadgets to conquer the arena in the name of Mars!" Drake smirked.

ROYAL HIGHNESS

NODE: TOKYO MEW MEW/KOI A LA MODE

BIG GUY ALERT!

Drake's grin immediately vanished as he looked bored. "...Really?"

"Hey, Xero at least has common decency for once and got rid of Duke." Ashley scolded.

Drake let out a sigh. "True. And at the very least, someone with telekinesis AND hypnosis IS an interesting fighter."

"Indeed. Also, I actually found out something interesting about Royal Highness." Ashley said.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

"Despite his gentlemanly demeanour, he is actually quite into fighting and enjoys the thought of blood." Ashley said.

Drake blinked twice before looking at Royal Highness. "Now that I think about it, he DOES like a classic movie vampire."

"Every day he is looking more like Walter." Ashley nodded.

Drake frowned. "I don't know, man. I don't think the Saint Blue Crusaders will be the Babylon Rogues of modern UVR."

"Probably. At least Xero invited the ones that could actually fight WITHOUT Xehanort's influence." Ashley shrugged.

Then, the Mystery Fighter alarm went off.

"Ooh, the Mystery Fighter alarm, we actually missed it in the first part so let's see what we will get for our first Mystery Fighter!" Drake grinned.

AUDREY RAMIREZ

NODE: ATLANTIS: THE LOST EMPIRE

Drake's eyes lit up at this. "Oh hell yeah, an Atlantis: the Lost Empire character!"

"Yes, I heard of the movie." Ashley said, adjusting the glasses. "It is quite good. I wonder why it isn't talked about more often."

"In that case, let's talk about Audrey later!" Drake grinned. "Barry, Rinky, you have a lot to talk about!"

The camera then went to a grinning Rinky. "We're on it! Atlantis: The Lost Empire is the forty-first entry in the Disney Animated Canon, made in 2001! It starts with a great cataclysm that occurred in the past which swallows up an entire, highly advanced civilization. Only through the heroic sacrifice of the queen is said civilization spared complete destruction, but to the rest of the world, it seems as if it was wiped from the face of the planet…"

"Until in 1914, a young, poor, orphaned linguist named Milo Thatch had uncovered evidence of the existence of a great civilization in the past, Atlantis, which was previously thought to be just a myth." Barry said before frowning. "However, despite his breakthroughs in deciphering clues hidden in the writings and legends of many disparate cultures, his ideas and his proposed expedition to find 'the Shepherd's Journal' and follow its instructions to the lost city itself is rejected outright by his peers."

"That was until a very mysterious AND very sexy woman steps in and offers him a chance to prove his theory, backed by the mysterious billionaire Mr. Whitmore, who knew Milo's grandfather and had agreed years earlier to help finance Milo's expedition." Rinky added. "Once Milo meets Whitmore and convinces him of his own personal determination and commitment, he is invited to join an expedition that is setting out to make the unprecedented trip to Atlantis itself.

"There, Milo meets a lot of quirky mercenaries like Vinny Santorini, the Italian demolition expert, Audrey Ramirez, the tough-as-nails teenage mechanic, Dr. Sweet, the cool doctor, Mole, the French geologist who takes his name too literally, Mrs. Packard, the radio operator who is done with everything and Cookie, the team chef!" Rinky grinned. It then faltered. "...Though I wouldn't recommend eating anything he has."

"They are led by Rourke, the no-nonsense military leader and the aforementioned mysterious woman, Helga." Barry explained. "After a bunch of trials and tribulations, they finally arrived at Atlantis. However, they find out that there is more than meets the eye."

"It was supposed to get a sequel called Shards of Chaos as well as an animated series called Team Atlantis." Rinky said before frowning. "However, poor box-office sales caused it to pull the plug on it. Fortunately, not completely as several snippets from said animated series were reworked in a Direct to Video sequel called Atlantis: Milo's Return."

"It spawned not one, not two, but THREE tie-in video games!" Barry pointed out. "Also, apparently the movie even showed up in Disney Heroes: Battle Mode."

Rinky rolled his eyes. "Of course the MOBILE game gets all of the fanservice!"

Barry chuckled nervously. "We will cover Audrey's abilities from the aforementioned games and give it back to you guys."

The camera then went to a nodding Ashley. "Wow… It is a shame how poor box-office numbers could ruin a good movie."

"Yeah…" Drake said before reading his tablet. "Anyway, Audrey, as mentioned before, is a mechanic, so naturally she has a wrench to either whack people with it or even throw it at enemies."

"She DOES look like a scrapper." Ashley nodded.

"Though if she doesn't WANT to throw her wrench, she has a flare gun." Drake offered. "Also, she could buff her attacks, Movement speed AND attack speed for a short period."

"Woah… She definitely sounds like someone with a lot of potential." Ashley said in awe

TINO TORTELLINI

NODE: DISNEY TELEVISION ANIMATION ALL-STARS/THE WEEKENDERS

Drake's eyes lit up at this. "Oh hell yeah! The Weekenders were the GOAT!"

Ashley raised an eyebrow. "Um, since when did Tino have Fourth-Wall Powers?"

"Well, technically all of the four of them. However, it is mostly used to talk to the viewers or in this case, readers." Drake offered.

"Ah, I remember now." Ashley said. He then frowned. "Looks like Pudding doesn't know the difference between her Fourth-Wall Powers and Tino's…"

"Cut her some slack, she lost her Fourth-Wall partner, Chowder, so she may be a little desperate." Drake scolded.

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Sing it, Rinky."

The camera then went to a grinning Rinky. "Everybody's running and the world it gets so crazy, when you work so hard there's no time to be lazy, the weekend comes I'm down with that, grab your ball, grab your bat, head to the beach, grab some rays, better hurry up just got two days, playing games, hanging out, rollercoaster, there's no doubt, go to the mall, lot of fun, PIZZA RUN!"

"The Weeknders is an animated series from Disney, aired from 2000 to 2004 as part of the One Saturday Morning block on ABC, the One Too block on UPN and Toon Disney and created by Doug Langdale, the man behind Universal's Earthworm Jim adaptation, Sony's Project G.e.e.K.e.R. and later Disney series Dave the Barbarian." Barry explained.

"True to the day, it is about four friends hanging out on the weekend. Neurotic snarker, Tino Tortellini, book dumb jock, Lor MacQuarrie, cool-seeker, Carver Descartes and nerd girl, Tish Katsufrakis." Rinky explained. He then paused. "...Man, for having short first names, they also have long names."

"The concept is simple yet the execution is brilliant, the writing is good, the character actually has different clothes they wear every day." Barry offered. "Also, Tino's mom is one of the best cartoon moms of all-time, being a huge source of advice."

"Yeah…" Rinky grinned before faltering. "But I would never want to keep her dinners."

Barry chuckled nervously. "Oh, come on. Not ALL of them look bad. Just best."

"Mm-hmm." Rinky said, not looking impressed. "But yeah, the four main characters, especially Tino, talks to the audience and the episode ends with Later Days, oh, and the Pizza Place that has to be the richest Pizza Place of all time!"

"He is not exaggerating, the place changes every episode with some kind of over-the-top gimmick." Barry explained. "Off the top of my head, I remembered a Pizza SPA."

"Now THAT'S a spa I would attend!" Rinky smirked. "The cartoon ran for four seasons and was released on DVD as a Disney Movie Club exclusive in February 2013! So yeah, a major part of Disney's history. So yeah, another Disney classic we get to see here: Back to you guys!"

The camera then went to a nodding Drake. "Thanks, guys…"

"Um, okay, what do we do here?" Ashley frowned. "Let's face it: It is not like he has any tools like Patti."

"I am not sure…" Drake said, looking unsure. "Sure, he has Fourth-Wall powers, but it is obviously not to the extent of Pudding."

"I guess it makes sense to have the quote-unquote main character of the Weekenders." Ashley frowned. "I hope that he will be alright."

"I mean if Penny could win…" Drake shrugged.

CHROM

NODE: SUPER SMASH BROS/FIRE EMBLEM AWAKENING

Drake winced at Chrom's face while Ashley rolled his eyes.

"Hoo boy… Do you think he is still mad?" Drake asked.

"What do YOU think?" Ashley snarked.

"Um, guys, context?" Barry asked from off-screen.

Drake took a deep gulp. "Well, do you remember when Chrom's daughter, Lucina, came out in the last Battle of the Luminaries?"

"Of course!" Barry said. "She entered the same section as… Sylvie Paula Paulaaaaaaaaa… Ohhhhhhhhh…"

"Yeah… Spoiler alert: Lucina and Sylvie are now friends despite Kim Wu and Yu's efforts to keep them apart." Ashley sighed.

Drake groaned as he slapped his forehead. "Ever since that night, Chrom has been cursing at me."

"To be fair, Chrom has the common decency to wait at least a week seeing what happened to Drake at said tournament." Ashley groaned. "But yeah…"

"Chrom has been sending complaint letters to Drake nearly every month after that tournament…" Cacey piped up from off-screen. "I guess that is when Sylvie tells Lucina about her 'brilliance'."

Then, Rinky piped up. "Umm, I don't get it."

Drake just let out a small sigh. "Just introduce Chrom's subnode, Rinky."

The camera then went to an exasperated Barry and a confused Rinky.

"Um, okay, sure… Fire Emblem Awakening is the thirteenth game in the series, released on the Nintendo 3DS in 2012. AND said series' saviour." Rinky said. "No, really. Despite Fire Emblem having Western ports and having its characters in Smash, it wasn't until Awakening where its sales alerted more people to its existence."

"The story is about said avatar doing the stereotypical amnesiac plot with him choosing in front of the crown prince of Ylisse, Chrom. There, Robin joins the Shepherds, a militia run by Chrom." Barry explained. "Now Robin is actually an Avatar character. They are not a Heroic Mime, but you can alter their appearance, even their gender."

"This game also introduced the Pair-Up system where two units could pair-up and gain stats boost. This is mostly to give an extra attack or protect them." Rinky said. "It is basically a semi-dating sim where you not only pair up your character with one of the many units and have said units pair up with others."

"And if you had two pairs marry, they will have a child from a bad future." Barry explained. "Then, THEY could have Support conversations with not only their parents, but also the other children and even the Avatar."

"Noire is the best waifu!" Rinky grinned.

"Really? I am more of a Cherche fan." Barry shrugged. "Regardless, I think we are done here. Back to you guys."

The camera then went to Drake and Ashley.

"Thanks, guys." Drake nodded his head with a sigh. "Well, let's get this over with."

"Chrom's Smash moveset is quite simple." Ashley shrugged. "He has a counter attack, a blade combo move, an armour-piercing attack, he even has a move where he throws up his sword into the air before throwing it down."

"And as Project X Zone 2 showed us, he could also wield spears, a throwing javelin and even a LEVIN Sword." Drake said in awe.

"Though the last weapon is more of a last resort seeing that his magic stat is actually quite low." Ashley shrugged.

"True…" Drake said before pausing. "Do you think we will see his Mirage form from Tokyo Mirage Sessions?"

Ashley's eyes widened at this. "Oof, that is a good question."

He then smirked.

"...Butttttt seeing that you put him through a lot of turmoil, we may see it." Ashley taunted.

"Oh, hardy-har-har." Drake said, rolling his eyes.

Then, the Mystery Fighter alarm went.

"Ooh, it is time for the second Mystery Fighter!" Drake grinned.

"Let's hope that only Xero ticks off this one instead of both main hosts!" Ashley smirked.

Drake's grin vanished as he glared at his friend.

QUEEN TYR'AHNEE

NODE: DUCK DODGERS

Drake and Ashley both blinked twice at this.

"...Huh. I thought for sure that Xero and Maurice invited all of the Looney Tunes, but I guess not." Ashley noted.

"To be fair, the Looney Tunes DID have a lot of spinoffs." Drake reminded. "Taz got one, Sylvester and Tweety got one, so of course, Daffy Duck would get his own spin-off."

"Yeah, that makes sense." Ashley said. He then rolled his eyes. "And of course, Xero invites the sexy alien queen."

"He is probably making sure to make up for not inviting Eris as the Billy and Mandy rep instead of Fred Fredburger." Drake shrugged. "Regardless, there is definitely a lot to talk about with this cartoon. Barry, Rinky, do your job."

The camera then went to a smirking Barry. "Oh, don't worry, leave it to us! Rinky, sing it!"

The ghost returned the smirk before clearing his voice. "Frozen... in a time and space divide… But how... would the universe... survive… Duck Dodgers of the 24th and 1/2 Century?! Protecting the powerless... and the weak Duck Dodgers, he's fighting... tyranny...

In the 24th... and 1/2... CENTURY!"

"Now before we talk about the Duck Dodgers cartoon, I think we should pay special tribute to the original short it was based on." Barry smiled, raising a finger. "Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century is a 1953 Chuck Jones-directed Merrie Melodies short, starring Daffy Duck as Duck Dodgers, a cocky and inept space hero, obviously based on the Buck Rogers comic."

"Porky Pig is there as the Eager Young Space Cadet, Dodgers' Hypercompetent sidekick. They must battle Marvin the Martian for the control of Planet X, the only known location of 'Illudium Phosdex,' the shaving cream atom." Rinky explained. "Yeah, it is a parody, alright."

"The short is actually one of the more popular ones, with it spawning several sequel shorts and even getting its own spin-off cartoon." Barry noted. "Which is basically the same premise, just with different outfits."

"Also, Marvin is known as Commander X-2. However, while they are the main stars with a cast of mostly original characters, the other Looney Tunes still make cameos, whether through themselves or their gags." Rinky said. "There is even a Green Lantern cameo episode where Duck Dodgers accidentally took his suit and now has his powers."

Barry shuddered. "That is scary just thinking about it… Also, speaking of said scary thoughts, the Green Loontern actually appeared in Lego Batman 3."

"The show didn't last long, but it wasn't because of lack of fan love because people liked it because it modernises the Looney Tunes without taking away from its core." Rinky said.

"The first two seasons were finally released on DVD compilations, and several years after that season 3 was made available on Boomerang's digital subscription service." Barry explained. "It also received a complete Blu-Ray release in 2023. Back to you guys!"

The camera then went to a nodding Ashley. "Thank you, guys!"

Drake then held his tablet and gave a descending whistle. "Damn, we got a hot one here!"

"R-Really? Her abilities are that dangerous." Ashley said.

"Um, yes and no. Despite always leaving things to her military, Tyr'ahnee is actually an Action Girl." Drake explained. "The problem is her personality."

"Um, why? She has a short temper." Ashley asked.

"Um, not usually. In fact, despite the fact that she is trying to conquer planets, she is actually pretty cool." Drake frowned. "The real issue is that she fell in love with Duck Dodgers when he gave her a compliment."

Ashley jumped. "Wait…. WHAT!?"

"Yeah… Apparently, compliments about beauty are rare on Mars." Drake shrugged. "Also, she does NOT take being rejected well."

"Oh… Ohhhh…" Ashley said before groaning.

"Yeah… It is only a matter of time before Bugs and Patrick screw up." Drake muttered.

"Dollars to donuts Patrick screws up first." Ashley snarked.

BRICK

NODE: THE POWERPUFF GIRLS

Drake and Ashley both blinked twice at Brick's picture. Drake then frowned before getting out his phone and he started to dial a number.

"Yes, Drake?" Xero asked.

"Xero, Xero, Xero, could you please tell me…" The vampire said before shouting. "WHY DID YOU GAVE SLOTS TO ALL THREE ROWDYRUFF BOYS!"

"Okay, WOW, I am literally going to be yelled at for every single thing you don't like, huh?" Xero muttered.

"I am actually with Xero on this one." Ashley frowned. "He definitely did worse things so it is kinda random to get on this case for this one."

"Thanks, Ashley…" The bunny snarked.

Drake took a deep breath. "Look, I get it. Evil doppelgangers are a thing in the multiverse. Hell, I had Shadow Jago get his own slot in the third Battle of the Luminaries. But ALL three of them?"

"Um, yeah, because there are THREE of them?" Xero reminded.

"Yeah, but there is little character variation in terms of fighting style AND personality besides negative boy stereotypes!" Drake scolded.

"...You DO know that each Rowdyruff Boy got his own character sub-page on TVTropes, right?" Xero asked.

Drake's pupils shrank at this. "WHAT!?"

"Basically, Brick is the Big Brother Bully, Butch is the overeager fighter and Boomer is the… Cutie?" Xero asked.

"See? You clearly hesitated on that last part!" Drake scolded.

"Look, I know that there is more to the Powerpuff Girls' Rogue Galleries, but they ARE fan-favourites." Xero pointed out.

"You excluded Akuma and Dan Hibiki from the Street Fighter roster, don't talk to ME about including fan-favourites!" Drake shot back.

Xero let out a sigh. "Look, the Rowdyruff Girls are polarising, I will admit that. If you like them, that is valid. If you DON'T like them, that is also valid. I don't know what to tell you, man. Look, I gotta go…"

"Fine…" Drake scoffed before looking at Ashley. "Ash, do you mind?"

"Not really, but like I said earlier, I don't think it is THAT big of a deal." The purple-haired wizard said before writing down something on a list. "Most of the iconic Powerpuff Girls are already in, save for the Gangreen Gang minus Ace and Big Billy."

"I guess…" Drake said before sighing. "Anyway, they have the powers of the Powerpuff Girls, super-breath, flight, super-toughness, and heat-beam eyes."

"Hey, if Brick is clearly supposed to be Blossom's evil doppelganger, do you think HE has his own breath attack?" Ashley asked.

"Knowing him, it would probably be a garlic breath attack like Wario." Drake snarked.

Ashley's face fell. "...Oh, right."

Drake let out a sigh. "Maybe Xero is right for once… Maybe I am bitching for the sake of bitching, but honestly, I think the Rowdyruff Boys were more interesting when they were teenagers and dating the Powerpuff Girls in the weird flashback episode."

Ashley did a double-take. "Wait, WHAT!?"

"Too late! It is time for the next fighter!" Drake grinned.

YANG

NODE: STREET FIGHTER

"Huh. Whenever I think of Yun and Yang, I think mostly about Yun." Drake said.

Ashley glared at Drake for changing the subject purposefully before sighing. "...Why? Because you resonate with Yun more?"

"That too, but Yun is the breakout star out of the two brothers." Drake explained. "Yun appeared in THREE more games than Yang: the PSP port of Street Fighter Alpha 3, Capcom VS SNK 2 and even Capcom Fighting Jam!"

Ashley was surprised by this. "Wait, really? What is with the love for Yun?"

"I guess they didn't want to have two characters that are similar to each other?" Drake shrugged.

Ashley rolled his eyes. "Oh, because the Shotoclones are NOT similar with each other!"

"Their PERSONALITIES make it for it!" Drake roared before slapping his forehead. "...Never mind. Yeah, at least Yang appeared alongside Yun with Street Fighter IV."

"Okay, so what is the fighting style of Yun and Yang? And what makes Yang so different?" Ashley asked.

"Well, Yun and Yang are both Kung-Fu Practitioners and share several normals, a palm strike special and of course, the dreaded divekick!" Drake smirked. "However, Yang uses more knife-hand attacks."

"You know when people use their own HAND like a knife like Leona Heidern?" Ashley asked.

Drake chuckled. "Well, obviously Yang's knife-hands are not THAT sharp, but still strong enough. He also has a Flash Step move to close the distance."

"So basically, he is a simple yet effective Speed Demon." Ashley said in awe.

"Yeah, also he is a skater." Drake said.

Ashley blinked twice. "Wait, yeah?"

"Yeah, random thing to point out, but after seeing Charlie Nash use skates from Cannon Spike, I am not leaving anything off of the table." Drake said, rolling his eyes.

"True…"

KING K. ROOL

NODE: DONKEY KONG COUNTRY

BIG GUY ALERT!

"King K. Rool seems to be in a good mood." Drake noted, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, it seems that the Smashers finally got off their back after what they did to Pichu and the other champions' loved ones." Ashley said, narrowing his eyes.

"Well, I can't say I feel sorry for them, but talk about getting served a bad hand." Drake winced. "Imagine going out of your way for a villain plot, even KILLING your own nodal companion, only to find out that not only the person you are doing the villain plot for doesn't give a crap about you AND said villain plot is used by a group that is in some ways WORSE!"

"If you ask ME, they should have known better." Ashley spat. "ESPECIALLY K. Rool, Ridley and Cortex! Even if Junko Enoshima didn't actually appear, they should know better!"

"...Yeah, just because Junko isn't involved directly, that doesn't mean the power they are working with is safe." Drake sighed. "I just hope that the villains learned their lessons, regardless of whether the future villain plots continue or not."

"They better!" Ashley spat before rubbing his temples behind his glasses. "Ugh, sorry, Barry, Rinky, do you mind?"

The camera then went to a frowning Rinky. "Um, sure, hold on… They're finally free and they're coming for you! If you know the words, you could join in too! Put your hands together if you want to clap, and we take you through this Monkey Rap!"

"Donkey Kong, the arcade game that was created in 1981, while not the first platformer game in history as that title goes to Space Panic, this one is the first to actually have jumping." Barry pointed out.

""It is about a giant ape called Donkey Kong who has kidnapped Lady, who is known nowadays as Pauline and now it is up to Mario or rather at the time, Jumpman." Rinky explained. "The gameplay was simple. As Jumpman, you have to… Well, jump over barrels and onto moving platforms while climbing up ladders to get to the top. Thus the tagline 'How High Can You Get?'"

"...I know what they are trying to say, but that sounds wrong out of context." Barry frowned.

Rinky rolled his eyes. "Anywayyyyyy, the game has two sequels and an educational game with the second game actually making Donkey Kong JR, the previous antagonist's son and he must travel from vines to vines to rescue his father from… Mario. Yeah, that good ol' boy Mario was actually the VILLAIN in that game!"

"Which is even weirder how they flipped back to Donkey Kong being the antagonist in 3, this time with Mario's supposed cousin, Stanley the Bugman." Barry said in disbelief. "Basically you have to make sure that Donkey Kong doesn't reach the bottom while making sure that bugs don't steal crops from a garden."

"The educational game is Donkey Kong Jr which takes the gameplay of Donkey Kong 2 and adds numbers to it." Rinky explained. "...Also Donkey Kong Jr is pink for some reason?"

"Maybe it is to make it more appealing to younger players?" Barry asked before shrugging. "Anyway, onto the Donkey Kong COUNTRY games where Donkey Kong got a major redesign, sporting his signature hairstyle and necktie."

"The gameplay also changed drastically, being able to be on top of opponents' heads and picking up barrels to throw them at opponents." Rinky grinned. "You even have a tag-team system between DK and his sidekick, Diddy!"

""The game spawned a couple of sequels, which starred Diddy and Dixie respectively. Apparently, the Kremlings kidnapped him not once, but TWICE." Barry said before pausing. "Hmm… Considering that Donkey Kong eventually came to punch the MOON in Donkey Kong Country Returns, it seems that the Kremlings are being more threatening than we thought."

"What did I tell you, man! Nothing could beat the Kremlings!" Rinky smirked. "Anyway, along with a 3D platformer, a racing game, a rhythm game and two modern games. Diddy even got HIS own racing game! Also, Donkey Kong Country Returns will… Return next year!"

"I am still stunned that it happened." Barry said in awe. "But at least the franchise will be more or less relevant in recent years. Back to you guys!"

The camera then went to a nodding Ashley. "Thank you, guys! Nice job adding on what Wally and Catherine already talked about for the recap in the fourth Megamix Tournament."

"Now King K. Rool is a heavyweight zoner." Drake said before frowning. "...Which is already a scary sentence."

"Indeed. He could shoot out cannonballs AND spiked balls out of his Blunderbuss, use said Blunderbuss as a vacuum, throw his crown like a boomerang AND use his golden belly as a counter AND projectile-deflector." Ashley explained.

"However, don't think that K. Rool can't get in up close and personal!" Drake smirked. "He is proud of his girth and puts it to good use!"

"And even with ALL of that, K. Rool could use a jetpack made by bamboo technology giving him a brillant recovery!" Ashley groaned. "While THAT is not cheap."

"Well, K. Rool never plays fair and he never gives up!" Drake pointed out. "There is a reason why people prefer him to the Tiki Tong and Lord Fredrick!"

Then, the Mystery Fighter Alarm went off for the final time in this episode. Drake and Ashley's eyes lit up.

"Ooh! We are here!" Drake grinned. "We are finally here!"

"We are reaching the Mystery Fighter Reserve for this section!" Ashley said. "It is not submitted by everyone, but to act as a template of what to expect!"

"And the last template was Haohmaru from Samurai Shodown aka the very first UVR WINNER!" Drake grinned. "So what will it be!? What will it be!? What will it be!?"

BUCKY KATT

NODE: GET FUZZY

Drake and Ashley both paused when they saw who it was. This went on for three full seconds.

Then, suddenly Drake started to laugh.

"Of course! Of course that someday Orange-Ratchet would invite his favourite characters of all time!" Drake said, between laughs.

"Seeing that CONNIE BENGE is the main roster AND the success of Penny Proud and Snoopy, it was inevitable." Ashley nodded. "MY concern is why didn't Orange invite Bucky before Penny."

"To be fair, Penny DOES have some resemblance for a potential fighting style." Drake shrugged. "Bucky is just a housecat. Then again, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl puts THAT argument out of the window."

"Also, why is Bucky being so buddy-buddy with Pudding?" Ashley asked.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I noticed that too. It is almost as if they have known each other forever."

Then, Drake's phone rang. Drake and Ashley looked at each other before getting out his phone and putting it on speaker.

"You're on the air, Xero!" Drake grinned.

"Okay… Oof, here is the thing: Technically speaking, Bucky AND Pudding already did meet each other." The bunny said with a sigh.

Drake's eyes bugged out. "No lie?"

"No lie… They had a reaction series called Bucky and Friends, starring those two and Curly Gammelthorpe from Hey Arnold." Xero explained.

Ashley jumped. "THAT future antagonist of Criminal Minds!?"

"Yeah…" Xero sighed.

"Well, that isn't so bad!" Drake offered. "WE had a reunion of Snoopy, Garfield and Scooby so why not Orange?"

"No, you don't understand, it is NOT just that… It…" Xero insisted.

Ashley raised an eyebrow. "Um, it is not just what?"

"Ugh, I am sorry, I don't even know where to begin…" Xero groaned. "Look, let's just end the conversation and hope Orange tells Tiny in the obligatory comment. Just one thing."

"Um, what?" Ashley asked.

"It is not my fault this time." Xero insisted.

"Nooo, it is not your fault for THIS part of the chaos." Maurice snarked.

"Hey, how was I supposed to know that it would leave THIS?" Xero retorted.

"Even still, you enabled the theft of the Mystery Fighter invite despite knowing that you should know those types of frowned upon after what happened to Terry Bogard!" Maurice scolded.

"Alright, alright! Ashley, you could just add it to the list or whatever…" Xero groaned. "Maybe nothing will happen, but you are free to write it down. Later…"

With that, he hung up. Drake and Ashley blinked twice before raising their heads with blank expressions on their faces.

"...Well, THAT'S not an omen." Drake said.

Ashley just groaned, rubbing his temples. "...Ugh, just… Just cut to Barry and Rinky."

The camera then went to Barry and Rinky, both looking concerned.

"Are… Are we going to be okay?" Rinky asked.

"...I want to say this, but if even Xero is worried and MONIKA is stumped, I am not here." Barry said before sighing. "But it is not our job to talk about such stuff."

"R-Right… Get Fuzzy is a newspaper comic written and drawn by Darby Conley that is about the slice of life misadventures of a Siamese cat named Bucky, a Labrador-Shar Pei cross named Satchel and their owner, Rob Wilco."

"They all lived together where Satchel gets his own room and Bucky gets a towel closet." Barry said before smirking. "Yeah, Bucky wasn't happy. Many of the jokes revolve around the mean-natured Bucky taking advantage of Satchel's naïveté, driving Rob crazy, and well, puns."

"However, in 2011, the strip slowly transitioned from a daily strip into a Sunday-only strip, although no official statement was ever made about this. As of 2013, the weekday strips consist only of reruns." Rinky said before frowning. "According to Stephan Pastis, Conley has been taking several breaks from the strip due to "personal reasons".

"It is very easy to make a comparison to Garfield because of the set-up, the cynical, mean-spirited cat, the lovable yet dim-witted dog and the down-on-his-luck yet well-meaning owner." Barry explained. "However, there are enough similarities for Bucky, Satchel and Rob to stand on their own."

"Like Bucky is a far-right political, despite having little to no idea what he's talking about half the time, just to irritate his left-leaning owner, Rob." Rinky explained.

"Gee, I wonder where I heard THAT before!" Drake snarked from off-screen.

"Shut up, Drake! This is not your time!" Ashley scolded from off-screen.

Barry rolled his eyes. "Anywayyyy, The unusual title of the strip comes from a concert poster that Conley once created for his brother's band, the Fuzzy Sprouts. It says 'Life's too short to be cool'."

"I really wish we could tell you more, but even the Wikipedia and TVTropes pages are bare on this." Rinky frowned. "Let's face it. We wouldn't even KNOW Get Fuzzy existed if it wasn't for Orange-Ratchet and to a certain extent, Survivor Fan Characters. And even then, I know that the latter is not a good representation of the series. And I doubt that we will see them again."

Everyone who was watching all nodded their heads along to Rinky's comment.

…Except for Stinky who shifted his eyes to the side.

"...So yeah, sorry, but that is all we could tell you." Rinky frowned.

The camera then frowned before looking at Drake. "It's cool. You both have done a great job for this section!"

Ashley then raised his tablet with a frown. "And to be fair, we actually have LESS to talk about with Bucky. Not only is he a housecat, the only fight that he 'won' was a very elderly cat who fell asleep while gumming him."

"Geez, even GARFIELD actually had a couple of wins in fights in the cartoons." Drake winced. He then brightened up. "B-But don't worry, because the Tournament of Kikai encourages Slice of Life characters."

"I don't know… I think it is going to be something MORE than that." Ashley frowned.

Drake chuckled nervously. "Well, we have to wait and see… Anyway, that is everyone. Marx, Royal Highness and K. Rool are Big Guys so eighteen people would be eliminated."

"And the Side Battle is Pit from Super Smash Bros versus Duckling or Quacker depending on your preference, from Tom and Jerry: War of the Whiskers versus Sinclair from Art of Fighter and Stripe from Multiversus." Ashley announced.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "Interesting pair-up on both sides."

"Yeah, now normally we would remind you to vote in the Safe Zone AND tell you the deadline, butttttt the latter is already past." Ashley said before sighing. "Having to do TWO recap shows at once really took a lot out of Tiny."

"Fortunately, most, if not all of the voters thus far seemed to be all accounted for." Drake reassured. "Besides, if there were voters who went there because of this show, they would have done so in the results recap aka the FIRST part of this update."

"True… Still, I hope that this won't happen for a while." Ashley frowned. "It doesn't feel good to send in a recap update so late."

"Yeah…" Drake said solemnly. He then smiled at the camera. "Well, OUR team is done, but there are still the last ten fighters of the MEGAMIX TOURNAMENT AND the eight lucky fighters chosen to be part of the Multiversal Matchup so just wait for Wally, Catherine and the others!"
