Back at the University, Braedey ran into his dorm and sets his stuff down. He then felt the shudders and shivers again. He could see the Cybertronian symbols in his head yet again, and the markings are appearing on his arms and around his face like they did when he defeated Megatron.
'No, no, fight it! Come on!' Braedey thought to himself. 'Don't give in!'
But it was too much. Braedey grabbed a small glass of green paint and he began to paint more symbols and drawings from before, while speaking in Cybertronian at the same time as he does more markings and symbols across the walls.
Meanwhile, Alice was walking along the halls of the school, but she only has one thing on her mind, and she's going to get it.
Leo now walked up with a pizza box in hand. "Alicia, mi amor, can I interest you in an 18-inch Zookeeper's special? Extra-large, triple cheese, with every known animal as a topping. Basically, I've got, like, 18 inches of meat." He then saw she wasn't interested. "Unless you're vegetarian. All right. It's cool. I am, too."
"Braedey home?" Alice now asked.
"Braedey? I think he died, but why don't we check?" Leo shrugged as they walked back to his dorm.
The door then opened and Leo and Alice enter. Leo now stopped and his eyes widen, shocked at Braedey's artwork' all across the room, even across Leo's posters and TV.
Braedey now tried to play it cool. "Hey! You ever have a song stuck in your head that you hate, but for some reason, you just can't stop singing or whistling to it, having it constantly repeat itself, repeat itself, repeat itself?!" He then slapped himself across the face to stop.
"Dude, what the eff is-?" Leo asked in shock.
"Don't freak out. Okay? I know this is weird, but I have a perfectly logical explanation." Braedey now said defensively. "I've got some code in my head, and I understand it better when it's written out, though I got a little carried away with doing this."
"Alice, I'm horrified you had to see this." Leo breathed out. "Let's go."
"Get out." Alice abruptly pushed Leo out of the room, shutting the door and looks back at Braedey.
'Okay, there is something very off-putting about this girl.' Braedey thought to himself.
"Braedey, I knew there was something special about you." Alice said seductively. She then leaned in close, but Braedey backs away.
"For the zillionth time: I said no." Braedey stated firmly, not wanting anything to do with this woman.
Alice then shoved Braedey harshly up against the wall. "Well, I don't take no for an answer. You know what I've learned about two people who get together?"
"What?" Braedey asked bluntly, clearly not interested.
"They're genuinely amazing... in bed." Alice whispered.
"Right! That's it." Braedey suddenly shoved Alice right on the bed, and pointed at her. "I have had it with you. You get out of my dorm now, or I won't hesitate to throw you out myself, and report you to the dean. Now get out!"
Braedey goes to open the door for her, but Alice's tongue suddenly shot out like a frog's and coils around Braedey's neck like a snake. She now has a long metal appendage attached to the end of her tongue, like a metallic rope connected to the inner end of her tongue. Braedey began to choke as he tried to pry the giant snake-like tongue off his neck, just as Alice now began to swing him around the room, crashing him into the walls to weaken him.
Down the hallway, Jasmine was making her way along to see what's going on with her boyfriend and with what he said, but she could hear the yelps coming from Braedey, plus the sound of objects been tossed into walls, and glass shattering. With worry on the mind, she speed-walked towards Braedey's door, unaware that his dorm mate was following her, as well as two individuals. Jasmine pushed the door open, and looked inside, utterly horrified and disgusted by what was inside the dorm.
"Braedey, your bed buddy, Alice-" Leo ceased his commentary when he too, spotted what existed inside the dorm room. "Whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" Leo panicked, remarkably quietly, as he observed the scene before him.
Jasmine jumped into action. She held the large metal box, the one containing the little salvage scrap drone, above her head, and tossed it at Alice with all her might. Granted, Alice dodged it with ease, and it fell out the window. With the blonde distracted, Braedey now armed his Energon sword from his left wrist, and with the hot blade, he slices Alice's tongue in half, the blonde now screaming in pain as she holds the remains of her tongue, the rest now retreating back into her mouth.
"Come on! Let's go!" Braedey yelled as he grabbed Jasmine's hand, they and Leo, along with Scorcher and Sheeva, all running off. "We gotta move! Now!"
As the human teenagers ran off, Alice now began to break apart her human disguise, tearing it off of her transforming body, now revealing herself to be a Decepticon Pretender codenamed Widowmaker, with black hair made of cables, her feminine face a metallic grey, all the while with red and black armour plating across her form, claws on the end of her fingers, as well as a scorpion-like tail. Once stripped of her human disguise, Widowmaker armed her two energy cannons from her arms, and she blew the room apart, making several other students get blown back by the explosion as she stomped out to hunt down her target.
Braedey, Jasmine, Leo, Scorcher and Sheeva all ran towards the stone steps of the library. Leo ran towards the steps backwards, panic surging through him, because of what he's just seen, what he just discovered was entirely real, and not just a theory on his blog. Leo continues running backwards, his sights on Alice, the girl he fancied, only to find that she's an alien robot! He pointed at her, not knowing what else to do since he had no idea what to say, what to think, or how to react, he just pointed, Jasmine's next comment not helping his current panic attack.
"She's coming!" Jasmine screamed, and Braedey curled his hands around Leo's bicep, tugging him up the steps.
"Yes! She's an alien robot! You gotta move." Braedey explained quietly, but his voice held a lot of panic and anxiety.
"They're real!?" Leo screamed out, and Braedey pushed him up the steps. "Is this real?!"
"Go!" Scorcher yelled as if he's a soldier.
"Just run!" Braedey ordered, and the group made their way into the quiet space of the library.
Jasmine slammed open the doors to the library, and she ran as fast as she could towards the book section, Leo, Braedey and the other two following her. The group now ran towards the tall book stands and separated down the length of them, Jasmine with Braedey next to her, Leo on one side, Scorcher and Sheeva on the other.
"Oh, my God! Oh, my God! I can't believe I almost had sex with her in my dream!" Leo squealed, his face scrunched up in disgust, and slight nausea.
Jasmine now hugged Braedey fearfully. "Braedey, what in the world is going on?"
"The symbols that have been racking around in my head? They just won't stop! And now, the Decepticons must be after me again!" Braedey told her. "And that thing, that is a Pretender. A type of Cybertronian that can mimic humans with a disguise."
"Wait. The Decepticons, you mean those evil robots that appeared back in L.A two years ago?" Sheeva asked.
"Yes. Those ones." Braedey acknowledged. "And I was the one who took down their leader Megatron, which is classified information that I shouldn't be telling you about."
"Wow. That's impressive." Scorcher noted.
"And who are you two?" Jasmine asked.
"Scorcher Dragonfire, Sheeva Silverback." The former introduced themselves.
"Decepticons?" Leo gasped at Braedey. "Wait, wait, wait, are you saying that you actually knew those aliens?!"
Braedey rolled his eyes. "Yes, are you happy now?"
"Bro, why didn't you tell me anything any of this?!" Leo insisted. "We could've had something."
"Who in the heck are you?" Jasmine now asked in disbelief, finding the presence of Leo utterly disturbing and disgusting.
"Leonardo Ponce De Leon Spitz. Okay? I'm the key to this. The aliens, they want me 'cause of my site." Leo lied, simply trying to impress Jasmine, though she just found him completely ridiculous, seeing as she knew Leo was most certainly not the key to all this.
"Just ignore him." Braedey said bluntly.
Leo's attempt at impressing Jasmine was cut short when a loud explosion went off, and the group can see debris, and fire, exploding from the other side of the library.
"AND THAT'S FRAGGING WHY I NEVER TOLD YOU!" Braedey now yelled at Leo.
After dodging a series of explosions, falling debris, and terrified college students running towards the exits, Braedey found himself hanging on to a suspended ceiling light for dear life, Jasmine and Leo next to him, holding on to the sides of the staircase. Braedey tried to hold on to the suspended light, but in the end, his weight was too much, and the suspended light ripped from the ceiling, sending him falling to the ground. Jasmine and Leo, along with Scorcher and Sheeva, who had crawled over the stairs banister and onto the steps, made their way down the staircase and joined Braedey on the floor. Unfortunately, before they could make their way to Braedey, Widowmaker jumped from the higher level, joining them on the ground. Her arms now transform into her Decepticon guns, and the group had no choice but to separate, not being able to simply walk past the Decepticon Pretender to join up together again. Braedey picked himself up off the floor, and ran as fast as he could at Widowmaker. Before the Decepticon could shoot, Braedey formed a hammer out of his right arm and he swung it against her head. The Decepticon growled and shot at Braedey, making him slide under a table.
"JASMINE!!" Braedey screamed out, but at the same time, a loud explosion rang out from behind him. Widowmaker just shot at the bookshelves with some kind of cannon hidden inside her chest.
Braedey tilted his ear up, desperate to hear over the sound of the explosions, to hear Jasmime. Eventually, he heard her. Well, he heard her screaming. Braedey now then took out an Energon knife and crawled out, jumping up and expertly throwing the knife at the Decepticon. The knife embedded itself in the Decepticon's neck, making her scream in pain.
Sheeva sat, unmoving and unblinking, she half wished that she and Scorcher remained underneath the table, at least when they were under the table they couldn't see their death approaching them! Now she and her friends were forced to watch as their demise, Alice, approached them, still firing at every table in her path, simply so she didn't have to walk around them. Scorcher, seeing the Decepticon was about to fire directly at them, grabbed a hold of Sheeva's shoulders, and threw them to the side, momentarily missing the cannon fire shot at them. Luckily, they did dodge it in time, and the cannon fire blew a hole in the wall, large enough for them to flee through.
"Come on! We gotta move!" Scorcher yelled to his new friends, noticing the hole in the wall first.
"Come on!" Braedey added in. "Let's go!"
Braedey grabbed Jasmine's hand, and led his friends through the wall, and outside into the court yard. But being outside didn't make them anymore safer, it just gave them another chance to run. Braedey, Jasmine, Leo, Scorcher and Sheeva ran as fast as they could down the library steps, under the archways, and into the court yard. Widowmaker began to stalk after them. Students spilled into the court yard, all of them running, crying, screaming, and flailing, all except Braedey and Jasmine, since they were used to this kind of thing, sadly. Jasmine separated from the group, and jogged towards a car parked in the car park, seemingly forgotten by the owner, and as she made her way towards the car, she pointed to her alien containing box.
"You've got to get that box!" Jasmine insisted.
"I'm on it!" Scorcher now leaped over some cars, hurrying over to the dented old box. Scorcher collected the box, and ran towards the car that Jasmine entered, luckily it was left unlocked.
Braedey jumped into the passenger seat, Scorcher and Sheeva getting in the back. While they were readying themselves, Jasmine was down in the pedal area, flicking two wires against one another.
"Oh my god, you know how to hotwire a car?" Leo gasped, but Jasmine ignored him. "So hot."
"Jasmine, drive, drive! She's right there!" Braedey panicked, and Jasmine's eyes started watering. She would not allow herself to be the reason of their death!
"Come on, come on, come on." Jasmine chanted, trying to ignore the feeling of something jumping onto the hood. Jasmine smiled in relief when the car started, but just as she started to sit up, she heard the windshield break.
"Drive, drive! Back up the car!" Braedey yelled.
Obeying the frightened command, Jasmine slammed her foot on the acceleration, and put the gear stick into reverse. It was time to get the hell out of this college. Jasmine continuously crushed the accelerator pedal beneath the sole of her shoe, and drove recklessly down the street. The humanoid Decepticon on the hood, desperately attempte to cause destruction and injury. Widowmaker reached inside and tried to grab Braedey to pull him out but he managed to land a punch to its face, knocking it back. He even shocked it with an electric taser blast, making it stumble back further towards the front bumper. Spotting the street lamp pole a few meters ahead of them, Jasmine glared viciously at Decepticon, and pulled the steering wheel to the side, aiming the hood of the car right at the street lamp pole.
"Get away from him, you bitch!" Jasmine hissed, and she ploughed the car right into the street lamp pole, effectively crushing Widowmaker with the impact.
The pole, and the front of the car, was dented beyond repair, but so was the Decepticon, so it was a small price to pay. Jasmine backed up the car, dragging remnants of Decepticon metal with it, and drives over the remains and onto the road.
Braedey laughed slightly and looked at Jasmine. "That's my girl." Jasmine looked back at and smirked. She then drove out onto the freeway, zooming past other cars.
"Damn, that was brutal." Scorcher laughed.
"Okay, so what else don't I know, all right? Since you guys forgot to mention some minor details!" Leo yelled at the couple in the front seats, once the initial panic had worn off, though his feelings of anger and deception had not.
"Oh, will you quit your whining?" Sheeva pleaded.
Braedey sighed in exasperation. "Okay. I was there in L.A, alright? The Decepticons, the bad robots, they were after me because- WHOA!" Braedey was cut short once he caught sight of a large army helicopter flying towards them. It was an MH-53 USAF helicopter.
Sheeva, Braedey, Leo, and Scorcher scream in terror, though Braedey's yells were louder, because he knew what was flying towards them wasn't just a helicopter. Jasmine swerved the car in order to dodge the helicopter, but it didn't work. The tires just spun out, and they were sitting ducks, no! Ants! They were sitting ants! The unmistakable sound of a helicopter rang above them, and then in confirmation that the helicopter was indeed above them, a mechanical harpoon claw shot through the roof of the car.
"Oh my god!" Sheeva screamed out, since it was right in front of her face. The contraption released several barbs that slapped against the roof of the car, keeping the car from slipping away. Braedey and his friends screamed and shouted as the helicopter rose up at a slow rate, taking the car with it.
Everyone desperately tried to open the doors, but the contraption seemed to prevent the locks from opening. Jasmine, though, ceased her screaming, because she spotted their doom coming towards them. It was a car, a tall one, and it was driving towards them, without slowing down. It was going to hit them! Jasmine froze, and the car hit them, sending their car, and them inside it, swinging out to the side, while the helicopter continued to lift them. The hit provided enough force to bounce open Braedey's door, and he tumbled out, holding onto the door.
"Braedey!" Jasmine screamed out, and she reached out for him. The car kept spinning, and the only thing that was keeping Braedey from falling to his death was his now metal magnetic grip on the handle of his door.
Braedey screamed, and he looked down at his death, realising that the drop down was getting hugged. The helicopter was still flying higher up into the air, regardless of the impending doom presenting itself to Braedey.
Jasmine crawled closer to Braedey's side of the car, and reached out for him. "Braedey!" She screamed again, her voice coarse, and tears spilling from her eyes.
"Hold on!" Scorcher yelled, as he stretched out of his window, and reached for his friend. Though, he wasn't any closer than Jasmine.
The helicopter now changes its direction, and soared over a large artificial lake, but it was of no comfort. Regardless of the fact that they above water rather than cement, if Braedey fell, it would still mean his death. With no concern for her own safety, Jasmine crawled right into Braedey's chair, and leaned forward, grasping Braedey's flailing arm. She then pulled him up slightly, and just when she was about to drop his weight, Scorcher latched onto him as well, and they both pulled him back into the safety of the car. Well... it wasn't very safe, considering the circumstances, but it was better than flailing outside of a car, high enough up for a promise of certain death. The group continued to scream, even with Braedey back in the car, and their screams intensified when they stop moving, and were hovering above an abandoned warehouse. The relief that was surging through the trio, because they had stopped moving, was ripped from them when the contraption coiled shut, and they fell from the sky.
The car shook violently as it fell from the sky, towards the roof of the abandoned warehouse below. Sheeva's screams were the loudest of the five, but by no means were Braedey and Jasmine not screaming. It was understandable though; this was absolutely terrifying! Things like these, young adults were never supposed to be forced to experience, perhaps not even adults. It was simply inhuman! It was terrifying! The car crashed through the roof, the weak metal crumbling beneath the impact as if it was tissue paper. The car continued to drop down towards the thick ceiling floor, but at least they crashed into a cinder block first, temporarily breaking their fall, so that when they did eventually crash onto the floor, they would survive the impact. They crashed, hood first, onto the cement floor, and the airbags deployed, cushioning their fall enough, so there wasn't any serious damage done to their bodies. The car that had landed on its hood, started to tilt, and before they knew it, the car was falling backwards. The group didn't scream, but they shrieked, as they fell backwards, and landed upside down. Everything was silent, the only sound was that of the trio's breathing. It was like time itself had frozen, and all they could do was still unnaturally still, and wait for the next dangerous surprise to come.
"Is... is everyone okay?" Braedey now asked quietly to the others.
Suddenly, a Decepticon-sized circular saw stabbed into the car, and dragged forward, slicing through the metal of the car, easily cutting it in half, and missing Sheeva's head by an few inches. The group screamed when the saw split the car in half, but they were silenced when the two halves toppled onto their sides; Jasmine and Scorcher in one half, Braedey and Leo in the other, whilst Sheeva fell in between them.
Braedey climbed out of the car, shaking his head, then he was face-to-face with Starscream, the Decepticon's former second-in-command. "Scrap! Starscream!" He yelled.
"Hello, boy!" Starscream sneered at him, before he pounced onto his hands, and spat at the humans. Starscream reared back, and walked away slowly, causing the five to relax slightly at the distance, but any form of relaxation instantly vanished when doom itself stood up, and made itself visible to the humans.
Braedey froze at the sight of the being, whilst the others all looked on in fear and shock, as a familiar form rose up next to the balcony they were on. "M-Megatron..." He muttered out.
"Come here, boy." Megatron ordered Braedey, his voice lased his cruel amusement and satisfaction. Braedey now walked towards Megatron, as slow as he dares, his hands raised in surrender. "Mmm... Closer." He growled, actually growled! His voice was what Braedey imagined a black jaguar would sound like, if it could talk.
"Okay." Braedey muttered, as he walked closer to Megatron, and down two or three steps, taking him closer to the ground floor.
"You remember me, don't you?" Megatron asked, his voice laced with vicious amusement. He was finding the current situation greatly amusing, sickly sweet, disgustingly pleasurable, and he was basking in the boy's fear.
"Yes." Braedey stuttered quietly, keeping his hands up above his head. "Not hard to forget a face, even that of yours."
"Shut up!" Megatron growled, and lashed his metallic claw around Braedey's small, fragile human body, and he tossed him through the air, to the side.
Braedey screamed, as he went falling through the air, he couldn't even hear Jasmine or anyone else's cries, all he could register was the fact that he was falling. Then, the pain, as he landed onto a cement block, which was acting as a table. Braedey groans in pain, and he tried to move, but he ceased his attempts at the loud booming of Megatron's footsteps coming towards him. Next thing Braedey knew, he was being pinned down by Megatron's claw, which grasps one of his arms, and one of his legs. Braedey tried to force his arm out of Megatron's grin, but it was impossible, Megatron forcing his arm back onto the cold plate of cement as if he was swatting air.
"Yes... yes! It feels good to grab your flesh!" Megatron growled. He squeezed the soft flesh of Braedey's arm, painfully. Megatron's claw readjusted, and he held Braedey down by both of his arms, allowing the brunette the useless ability to flail his legs. "I am going to kill you! Slowly, painfully. But first, we have some delicate work to do." He now stated vaguely. Megatron would not give up a chance to cause pain to a human body. Especially Braedey's. "Oh, how I could snap all your little limbs off!" He taunted, and Braedey continued to squirm and writhe under his grasp. "But HE would like you see you... alive."
Braedey stopped trying to move, then he looked to Megatron. "'He'? What do you mean by 'he'?"
"Oh, you shall see." Was all Megatron replied.
Suddenly, there was a loud thump, then silence. Again, another thump, then silence. The group looked around to what were footprints in the ground, which had water in them, and as they do so, they were fine circled ripples in the water every time a thump was heard. It happened once, then a few seconds later, it happened again. Then, a huge intimidating stomped into the building, now standing taller than Megatron and clearly looking more dominating than him.
Braedey's eyes widened once he saw the Cybertronian standing alongside Megatron. 'It... cannot be.' He thought. "You... you're the one from my nightmares..."
"At last we meet, techno-organic." 'The Fallen' growled, his voice already sending chills to the humans inside the building. Then, his facial plate opens up, his horned helm pulling up a little, revealing a smooth grey face with red optics, plus with may be a black goatee on his chin.
Next thing Braedey knew, he was now pinned down by the claw of 'The Fallen'. The tips of the index and middle finger claws were stabbed right into his hands, whilst the ring and thumb claws were stabbed into his lower legs. Braedey bit his tongue, trying not to scream out in pain, as he felt his blood ooze from the wounds.
Braedey groaned in pain, looking to his hands. He could see how the claws had pierced into them, but he could see the Energon had stopped bleeding. 'Thanks to the healing factor of my Cybertronian side, it's seized the bleeding, and as soon as I get these claws out of my hands and legs, they'll heal up.' He said in his head. Braedey was so focused on his injuries, he didn't notice the rather expensive microscope sitting on the bench.
"Doctor, examine this alien specimen." 'The Fallen' ordered, but Braedey wasn't calm enough to notice the microscope that was now transform into the spider-like Decepticon with large, inquisitive eyes.
Braedey was soon aware of the Decepticon's field medic, Scalpel, as he excitedly scurried up his leg, bouncing at the opportunity to study the living alien species, known as a 'human'. The small, spider-like, Decepticon scurried up Braedey's chest, mumbling electronic sounding sentences that Braedey could barely make out.
"I'll scan you for 'Ze Fallen'." Scalpel squeaked, and regardless of his small size, his appearance was like something out of a nightmare, so Braedey was terrified by the Decepticon on his chest. "Take a look at your face, ah?" He continued, and crystallised glasses, larger than his eyes, popped up from his head, and sat in front of his red orbs. No doubt enhancing and enlarging Braedey's features. "I'm ze doctor. The odd job." Scalpel mumbled, as he studied Braedey's face, rather closely. Scalpel reared back one of his sharpened legs, and slashed at Braedey's neck, hard enough to draw blood, and leave a little cut, but not hard enough to do serious damage. One of Scalpel's crystallised glass lenses popped up, and he clicked his fingers.
Two flying drones now glide into the building, squirming in their talons. A small terrifying creature that maybe resembles an Earth squid. The squid flops on Braedey's chest, like a fish out of water, before Scalpel started to... communicate with it. A tiny conversation occurred between the doctor and the squid, before Scalpel forced open Braedey's jaw, and the squid stood up. Realising several waving, thin, yet long, appendages. Braedey figured that it would have prodded his mouth, like a human doctor's assistant would, but it didn't. No, it definitely did not. What it did do, however, was crawl into Braedey's mouth, like so many scenes in horror movies. He felt his gag reflexes kick in, but wasn't given the ability to puke, as the little squid travelled up his skull, and into the hollow of his brain. It was disgusting, feral, sickening, it made Braedey feel used and abused in so many ways. Though, at least he wasn't forced to observe the squid's appendages protrude from his nostrils, like Jasmine and Leo. Braedey's eyes watered, and his gag reflex started up again, as the squid forced his way out of his brain, and out of his mouth. He would have puked, but he knew that 'The Fallen' wouldn't have allowed him the decency to puke onto the floor, so he was forced to swallow his bile.
Braedey watched on, since that was all he could do, as Scalpel slaughtered then squeezed the body of the squid that had entered his body, and he gaped in awe as images were projected from the squid's body. Two groups of images were projected through the squid, one, were the symbols that Braedey had been seeing. Thousands of little symbols, each one different, like a snowflake. The second were pictures, or split second events of his life. He watched his memories play out. Times when he would hold Jasmine close, learning how to swim with Ken. One of his memories that stood out the most to him was when he was in the garage, telling Bee that he didn't belong with him, he was an Autobot and belonged with Optimus Prime, away from his human life.
"Oh, yes." 'The Fallen' growled, and Braedey decided to focus on the symbols that were there. "There they are."
"Those symbols... they're the same ones in my head." Braedey stated in disbelief,
"These symbols... they can lead us to the ultimate weapon." 'The Fallen' explained, Braedey narrowing his eyes in confusion. An ultimate weapon? "And a way to restore Cybertron." 'The Fallen' added to Megatron.
"We must have ze brain! On ze table! Chop chop!" Scalpel declared.
Braedey's face visibly paled. "Brain? What in the Pits Of Kaon is he talking about?!" He cried out, terrified that his assumptions were correct.
"Well, you have something on your mind, something that we need." Megatron taunted, taking immense joy in Braedey's panic.
"Look, look, Megatron. I know you're pissed. Trust me, I know." Braedey said fearfully. "If someone tried to kill me, I'd want their head on a plate too. But I think, that this is the perfect way for us to try and figure out what you need."
"What I NEED is for me to hear you blood-curdling cries of agony!" Megatron growled angrily. "And to see your entrails splattered all over the walls!"
Braedey grunted in pain, then decided he's had enough. "Not... gonna... happen!" Suddenly, his fingers gripped onto the claw tips pinned into the palm of his hands, but then, his eyes flash blue, just as he armed a missile launcher from his shoulders, to the surprise of Megatron and 'The Fallen', as the brunette shot two missiles at them, knocking the two Decepticons back, taking the claws out of Braedey's feet in the process.
A loud crash now distracted Megatron, Starscream, 'The Fallen' and Scalpel. Braedey slammed his foot down on Scalpel, crushing it. He then looked up, and to his relief, he saw Optimus Prime, who had crashed through the roof. Next, Bumblebee smashed through a nearby wall next to Starscream in the second floor, his primary Blaster ready, and opened fire on the cowardly seeker. Braedey knew this was it, and sprinted away with the others, as the 'Bots fight against the 'Cons.
Optimus jumped up into the air from his position, and whilst in midair, he pulled out his Blaster, whilst Megatron jumped up from the ground floor, performing a backflip to the second floor. 'The Fallen' now has his battle mask fold over his facial plate, sneaking away from the battle. Once the two combatants were on the floor, Optimus began to fire at Megatron, who used his fusion cannon on his right arm to fire back. Starscream tried to take down Optimus, but the Prime was much smarter than that; backhanding the 'Con, then firing at him, as Starscream flew away. Optimus then turned towards Megatron, and fired a single shot at the Decepticon warlord from his Path Blaster, which sent him flying through the wall, and crashed to the ground.
Outside, Braedey, Jasmine, Leo, Scorcher, and Sheeva all saw Bumblebee drive up to them in his vehicle mode, whilst Optimus climbed out of the hole Megatron had just been blown through, and approached the humans. As he hit the ground, Megatron shifted into his Cybertronian tank mode, and he raced away. At the same time, 'The Fallen' had gotten out and began to transform into his alternate mode; his legs and arms forming four sets of tank treads, whilst his shoulders and chest formed the main body and top section, his head gone from view, whilst he had a large cannon. He has the alternate form of some kind of Cybertronian tank, and he raced off after Megatron.
"Guys. Go with Bumblebee, he'll get you to safety!" Braedey told his girlfriend, and sprints off. "Bumblebee, keep them safe!"
"What about you?" Jasmine called out to him.
"I'm going with Optimus." Braedey sprinted over to the red/blue Peterbilt. With that, he climbed into the cab, and the long-nose truck began to drive away.
Bumblebee slid to a stop, and the other humans climb into him without any hesitation. With a rev of his engine, the Autobot Scout raced away with the humans onboard.
"Go, go, go!" Scorcher called out from the driver's seat.
Optimus kept his pedal to the metal, and didn't slow down, the speedometer reaching up to 100 miles an hour. Braedey was sitting in the cab, but he was now feeling guilty about what he said to the Prime earlier.
"Optimus, I'm sorry." Braedey apologised sadly. "I should've listened to you about all this and-"
"That doesn't matter now, Braedey. We must get you to safety." Optimus said calmly.
Soon enough, the two drove down a patch of grassy earth, but they had lost sight of Megatron, and they didn't know where he could've gone.
"Where did he go?" Braedey looked left and right of the field, with no sign of anything Cybertronian. "He couldn't have just vanished-"
Suddenly, a blast shot from behind, causing Optimus to swerve out of control. Optimus quickly transformed, and he managed to have Braedey held securely in his hand. Megatron transformed behind them, and tackled Optimus to the ground. Optimus accidentally lets go of Braedey, and he tumbled down a nearby hill, out of the way of the fighting. Braedey stood up once he had stopped falling, and rushed over to where the two Cybertronians were fighting.
"Hide, Braedey!" Optimus called out.
The red/blue Titan gave a right hook at Megatron's helm, then spun around, but as he jumped up to slam both hands down on his helm, the Decepticon tackled Optimus again, slamming the two down into the hillside.
"Weak!" Megatron growled, just as Optimus lifted up a tree, and slammed it down, only for it to split in half, then he was tackled to the ground again. "Puny! Waste of metal!"
Optimus managed to get up, and backhand Megatron to the ground. Optimus quickly activated an Energon sword, and he lunged toward the Decepticon warlord. "Junkyard crap!" He grunted.
Braedey ran a little closer to the two fighting beings. Seeing Optimus's raw fighting was beyond anything he's seen; Braedey knew he was a leader, he needed to be skilled in fighting, but centuries of fighting Decepticons made Optimus look beyond skilled. His movements were calculated in a split second, his blows effective, and causing damage instantly. Megatron, meanwhile, seemed to have a tough time keeping up with the speed of the Autobot because of his size, but his strength seems to be unparalleled and unrivalled, as he made the Earth shake and trees tumble down.
"Decepticons!" Megatron called out. "Capture the boy!"
A split second later, the MH-53 helicopter flew in, then transformed into robot mode in mid-air, landing to a skidding halt on the ground. Next, Starscream flew in, and crashed onto his feet, looking at Braedey in disgust.
"Come here, boy." Starscream hissed.
Braedey immediately broke off into a mad sprint, his flight-or-fight response taking over, as Starscream tried to swipe at him, but thanks to his robotic limbs, Braedey was a bit faster. Megatron tried abandoning his battle with Optimus to get to the brunette; but Optimus punched him down to the ground. Optimus almost tore bits of armour on one of Megatron's legs, but instead threw him away. 'The Fallen' now began to run forward to get to Braedey, only for Braedey to jump into the air, throwing a flash grenade right at the First Decepticon's helm, blinding him and sending 'The Fallen' crashing into Grindor and the two going for a tumble.
Optimus then grabbed Starscream, who tried to tackle him from behind, then held him in a strangle hold, whilst he fired his blasters and cannons. Braedey ducked behind one of the many upturned trees when the cowardly Decepticon began shooting wildly, but then, Optimus lifted him up, and kicked the Decepticon in the facial plate, sending him flying into the trees.
Meanwhile, Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe, the Twins, Elita, and Bumblebee were all racing their way towards the battle, Jasmine and the others still onboard Bumblebee.
"Come on, Autobots!" Ironhide yelled to the 'Bots, as they raced down the mountain road. "We've got to go and help Optimus and Braedey quickly!"
Thundercracker now flew in overhead. "We're about 5 miles away from the battlefield. I've picked up four signals, one of them being Megatron himself."
"Noted, flyboy." Elita acknowledged back.
"Move in!" Sideswipe called out.
"There is an ancient weapon of Cybertron hidden here somewhere on this planet." 'The Fallen' snarled at Optimus, striking back against the Autobot leader. "The boy can lead us to it."
'The ultimate weapon of retribution...' Braedey remembered from what 'The Fallen' said. Braedey hid behind some rocks and some nearby fallen trees, watching the fight ensue between the four Decepticons and one Autobot leader.
Megatron lifted Optimus by his shoulder and threw him down to the ground with a crunch. As Optimus got to his feet, 'The Fallen' swung his leg, and kicked Optimus in the face, smashing open his battle mask, and causing the Autobot leader to stumble back to his knees.
"Optimus!" Braedey yelled out.
As he stumbled to get up, the other Decepticons shot Optimus into 'The Fallen's' grasp, then the First Decepticon elbowed The Prime in the face. Optimus stumbled backward, with Grindor blasting and shooting Prime, Starscream with his missiles and machine gun, just as Megatron held out his fusion cannon, and shot Optimus, sending him flying through the air, and nearly crashing down on top of Braedey, who just managed to jump clear from the injured Optimus.
"Is saving the life of a pitiful human being worth risking your entire Spark over, Prime?" Megatron countered, arming his sword from his fusion cannon.
"Optimus, listen to me." Braedey called in a panicked voice to Optimus. "You have to get outta here now. You can't beat him!" He yelled. "Go!"
"You'll never stop at one." Optimus growled at the Decepticons. He looked horrible; his red/blue paint having scorch marks across it, as well as dents and bullet holes, the windshield of his alt-mode cracked and broken, as well as some bits and pieces breaking off him. He deployed another Energon sword on his other hand, then he stood up and charged at them. "I'll take you all on!" He exclaimed.
The Decepticons now fire upon Optimus, but the Autobot leader didn't give in. He sliced off the rotor motor off of the MH-53 copter Decepticon's right arm, and it sailed off into the trees with a whining sound until it crashed, knocking into 'The Fallen' in the process. Optimus now slammed into Megatron, and he began to beat him up ferociously, breaking bits of armour off at times, and giving him sucker punches and oncoming body checks, slamming him to the ground.
Optimus' fighting was getting sloppy due to his injuries, but he wasn't stopping or slowing down. He managed to cause serious damage to Megatron, before focusing all his attention to Starscream. He didn't notice Grindor sneaking up on him, a hidden blade ready to ambush. Optimus bashed Starscream left and right, then he ripped the seeker's left arm off from its socket, and Optimus proceeded to repeatedly slap Starscream back and forth with the severed limb before throwing it away. Optimus then whipped out two Energon hooks, jumped up onto the copter 'Con's back. Using the hooks, Optimus stabbed them into the 'Con's helm, and with all his might, he literally ripped the face of the helicopter Decepticon in half, killing it.
Braedey watched on, and couldn't believe how much strength and power the Autobot leader had. He was impressed as always by his mentor's prowess and how he fought on the battlefield. But then, he noticed something approaching from the shadows.
"Piece of tin." Optimus mumbled, jumping off the dead 'Con, and the body fell to the ground, as the Prime limped away. "Braedey, where are you?" Optimus called out, taking deep breaths and leaning up against a large tree.
"OPTIMUS, BEHIND YOU!" Braedey yelled at the top of his voice.
A clawed hand curled around Optimus's shoulder. Suddenly, a blade shoved itself into Optimus's chest and his spark chamber, making him yell out, his systems screaming in pain. Optimus' hands gripped the blade helplessly, with him yelling out in pain, as 'The Fallen' held him up.
"You're so weak." 'The Fallen' growled maliciously, then with the sound of a gun clicking, the First Decepticon shot Optimus right through the chest, causing a large explosion of flame and sparks flying out of the red/blue Titan's chest.
Braedey's body froze in shock, fear, and sadness. 'The Fallen' ripped out his cannon and sword out from the Prime's chest, and Optimus fell over to his side with a loud crunch of steel. The brunette stared at the fallen Prime, his blue eyes threatening to expel his tears, looking at the injured Optimus, who laid on his back, his body now shutting down, as the Prime looked at Braedey.
"The Last Prime is dead." 'The Fallen' grinned maliciously as he stood above Prime's body. "At long last... Megatronus stands TRIUMPHANT!" He declared.
"Braedey." Optimus groaned out to him. "Go. Run. Run..." Those were his last dying words, as the light from his optics faded into darkness, whilst his body went limp, his body losing colour and becoming gunmetal grey, and Optimus' helm rolled left.
Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots, has fallen.
Braedey couldn't believe what he had just seen. He wished that this was all just a very bad nightmare, but he knew this wasn't a dream. It was real: 'The Fallen' had just defeated Optimus, and had killed him before his very eyes. He continued to stare on at the deceased Prime with tear-filled eyes, his body refusing to respond, and he couldn't even hear anything else around him.
"Braedey!" Scorcher suddenly ran up to him, and he grabbed him by the shoulders. "Braedey, we gotta get outta here!" He tried to take him to where the 'Bots were arriving, but Braedey tried to fight back, tears falling from his eyes.
"I can't leave him!" Braedey screamed, trying to run back.
"There's nothing you can do!" Scorcher yelled, dragging Braedey away.
"Let go! I have to help him!" Braedey tried to push Scorcher off, but he pulled him back. "Scorcher, please!"
"There's nothing you can do!" Scorcher yelled at him, and with all his might, he pulled Braedey away from the deceased Prime's body. "Come on!!"
"Autobots, attack!" Ironhide ordered, as he, Ratchet, Hotrod, Thundercracker, and Sideswipe raced in, opening fire on Starscream, Megatron, and 'The Fallen', whilst Bumblebee, Elita, and the Twins raced up in vehicle mode.
"Bumblebee, Elita, get them out of here NOW!" Ratchet ordered, as Scorcher got himself and Braedey in 'Bee, and the Scout, femme, plus the Twins raced away. Once they got away, the 'Bots fell back as Starscream, Megatron, and 'The Fallen' flew away from view, then the 'Bots headed off to find Optimus.
Braedey, sitting in Bumblebee's passenger seat, looked back to the forest, tears falling from his eyes, knowing he had just lost a dear friend and father figure to him. He looks down at his chest to an Autobot logo hanging on a chain, and he saw it's shattered. It was a gift from Optimus two years ago.
Braedey wiped away his tears, and he looked away, as Bumblebee, Elita, and the Twins drove off and away as far as they can, trying not to be caught by 'The Fallen' or Megatron.
