It's been hours and nobody has seen Ellie and Gabrielle. The Professors have spoken to them in hushed tones, and Dumbledore assured them that every effort will be put forth to find them this instant.

But an instant is too long for Aline.

She's pacing around the halls like a caged animal, her head filled with every imaginable and unspeakable thing that could have happened to her sister. She remembers the look in Greyback's eyes the moment he saw them Apparating away with Lupin- he would take his revenge when the time came.

And so, he did.

Remus has called her too in the Floo.

"Stay where you are," he warned. "Don't go taking matters into your own hands as you usually do."

But of course, even Remus should have known Aline better. If Remus, Dumbledore and Madam Maxine were not going to help her, she was going to have to seek help from the one person she despised most.

Professor Snape.

"Miss Lupin, I highly advise against this plan," he said solomnly when he finally let her into the Potions classroom.

"Give me ONE good reason-"

"-It is nearly a full moon." The Professor went to the stores and retrieved a bottle of Wolfsbane, hot and fresh in a vail, and handed it to her. "Take it and for Merlin's sake, keep out of the way."

"Please Professor. I need your help. Ellie is all In have!"

"No. And twenty points from Gryffindor for wandering the halls after class hours," he snarls.

"But I was getting the Wolfsbane you promised!"

"Fourty points, for raising your tone. I will double the number yet again if you continue your meaningless inquisition."

Aline bit her tongue and marched out of the classroom. She hated Professor Snape. She didn't feel warm towards anyone at all in the school at the moment.

She needed to find Ellie and Gabrielle, even if that meant going out by herself

"Say no more of course, fellow Gryffindor, but we have the right to know why we're bending the rules for you."

"You promised no questions-"

"We are curious." Fred and George exchange glances.

Aline sighs. "Ellie is missing along with Gabrielle. No one will help me."

"Then we're obligated to go with you."

"No. You can't."
"Because?"

"Because I've already asked someone to go with me," Aline lies.

"One trickster knows anouther."

"I've asked Harry." Aline bites her lip. "I'll ask Harry."

"Harry? Well that does make sense, but isn't he still recovering?"

"Then I'll ask Viktor. Just tell me how to escape from the castle unnoticed." Aline says. "I'll owe you one."

"One each?"

"Yes."

The twins exchange a glance, then Fred pulls a blank paper out of his pocket. One swipe of the wand and the paper has inked words appear on it spelling out "Maurauders Map".

"Maurauders?"

"Yeah, the old bad boys of Hogwarts," George says. 'This map will tell you how to get to any place in the castle but will also show you any exits. Might I suggest this one?" He points to the side door closer to the Greenhouses.

"Thanks," Aline says, taking the map.

"Remember, say Mischeif Managed when you are done with using it so nobody sees the contents."

"Got it."

"Harry?"

"What?"

Aline steps back, surprised by how quickly he responds. "I- how are you feeling?"

"Much better. Only surface wounds."

"Right. Good."

"You needed something?"

Aline sighs. "I'm going to the Forbidden Forest. To find Ellie and Gabrielle."

"Right."

"Fred and George gave me a special map. I'll be fine, I think. But," she draws in a breath, "I wanted you to come with me. If you're well enough."

"Of course," she hears him grinning even in the darkness. "Of course I'll help."

"It's just that, I know that you know...what I am. I don't want the others to know I was..like..."

"The werewolves?"

"Shh! Yes..."

"Fine." Harry rustles the sheets aside. "You're going now."

"I am."

"Give me a minute." Harry puts on his regular clothes and Aline turns away. Even though its dark, she wants to give him some privacy. "Lets go?"

"Lets go."
