The boys finally get their much needed free time, all thanks to Matsuri. Now peace is graced upon them on the glorious day of the track meet. But even with peace and quiet, will the boys stay out of trouble or will trouble find them…..
-Prison Block-
7:30pm
All of the boys sat at the large table in the middle of the larger room. All five of them, wearing an anxious look on their faces. Beads of cold sweats slid against their cheeks, not a single word was being spoken within the quiet room. Each of them with similar and different poses as they sat in a row of the table in the room.
Andre squeezed his hand together, his eyes narrowed in on the table. Looking at nothing particular, but just thinking to himself. He couldn't help but to tremble a little, pondering in a panic in his thoughts.
Jo was on a similar boat, it was rather hard to know what was going or what he was wearing on his face. With the hood completely overshadowing his face, one could only tell from his body language. His hand was just settled on the table, his head was low, making it harder to see his partly hidden face.
Shingo torso was thrown to the back of the chair with his hands supporting the back of his head. His eyes closed with a furrowed brow. Both of his legs propped up on the table, one leg crossed over the other one. Close enough, one could hear him breathing with a frustrated grunt.
At the end of the table, Kiyoshi and Gakuto wore similar expressions. Kiyoshi had both his hands on the table. One hand over the other. His eyes furrowed with a tremble. Cold sweat slowly slid against his cheeks. His body was as stiff as a stick as he looked onward with a thought.
And finally, Gakuto who was pondering thoughts. His clasped hands closed in upon his lips, his glasses hiding his eyes, making his expression somewhat unreadable.
"Ugh! This is so frustrating!" Shingo said as he ran his hand through his hair. He had his leg removed from his table. Scratching his head with an angered groan. "How long is that negation!?"
"Calm down, Shingo." Andre said, trying to calm down his friend.
"How can I!? This is so frustrating! We deserve some free time man!"
"Even if we don't," Jo spoke up with a cough. "We still will get released next week."
"I know but…..ugh. I really want some time off man." He said as he pushed his chair away from the table and walked over to the teapot that was sitting on the counter at the end of the room. "If there was only a way we could hear them or something."
"We can't. It's possibly being held within the council room." Andre said.
"Ugh, this is so frustrating. I really want my day off man," Shingo said as he drank some water before he spoke up again. "We've been working our ass off everyday, we at least need to get some reward."
"All we can do is wait," Jo said with a serious tone. "And have faith in Matsuri….."
Shingo clicked his tongue. "I highly doubt it. There's no way he can pull it off."
"Just calm down. We haven't heard anything yet from either of the councils. *Cough* Let's just relax and wait."
Shingo just lets out a sigh. He really did not want to think about it, just the thought of allowing Matsuri to talk in their steed. Not that he didn't like him, but Matsuri to him, was just much a wimp. He wouldn't mind if it was either of the boys or himself, but he can't honestly trust Matsuri.
Kiyoshi was listening to their conversation. He wanted to speak in support of Matsuri, but there's really nothing much to say. The wait for confirmation was rather frustrating and it just made him want to sneak out and check in to see what was going on. But being behind bars made things rather difficult.
He hears a sigh from Gakuto, whose head sunk lower, his hair hiding his face from the boys. Kiyoshi looked at the boy with a sympathetic expression.
"...hey…you okay?"
"..." Gakuto did not say anything as he just looked onward.
"It's too early to give up. We haven't heard anything yet."
"That's what concerns me, Kiyoshi-dono," Gakuto said without moving his hand from his face. "It has been more than 4 hours now and yet nothing."
"...I'm not giving up." Kiyoshi said with an intense stare. "I know he can do it."
"Based on what?"
"You already know the answer to that." Kiyoshi said with a firm voice that was loud enough for the other boys to hear.
Gakuto just sighed. "Right…..faith."
"Huh? What are you guys talking about?" Shingo asked with a raised brow.
"Come on guys," Kiyoshi said as he was now talking to the boys. "We need more faith in him. I'm positive he can get our day off back."
"Have faith in that guy? Isn't that kind of baseless."
"It's baseless, yes," Gakuto chimed in. "But that's all we got. And if Kiyoshi-dono believes in him. Then I do as well."
"Same here." Jo agreed.
"Me as well." Andre chimed in as well.
At this point, it felt like all eyes were on Shingo. He scratched the back of his head with a groan. He really did not want to be the bad guy here, but it is not like he was left with any other choice. He wanted to agree with the boys, but there was one thing in the back of his head that struck him.
"Are you guys sure?"
"We're positive." Kiyoshi answered as he faced Shingo. "Come on man, Matsuri's a good guy. I'm sure he can handle this."
"Yeah, a good guy…"
At this point Kiyoshi raised a brow. "What was that just now?" Kiyoshi took notice of the blonde teen tone at the last bit…..
"Yeah, about Matsuri-"
He was not able to finish when they heard footsteps coming down the dark corridors. From clacking against the floor, they are familiar with who footsteps are those.
"That's the Vice President!" They all stay in sync.
Shingo wasted no time as he rushed over to the door, while he couldn't poke his head through the bars. He pushed himself close enough to at least see the vice president coming down from the hall.
It was no mistake. The familiar clacking against the ground, the sound bouncing off the walls and into his ears. He was familiar with this, it was the Vice President. But then, there were other footsteps. It wasn't just one, there were two. His eyes squinted down the hall as the tall figure came into view. No doubt, he was familiar with the hourglass frame, it was the Vice President. But then there was another figure, who was at least a little shorter than her, but did reach towards her shoulders.
He looked closer. Then a gasp escaped his mouth. Catching the boy's attention.
"What? Is it the Vice President?" Andre asked with a tint of a blush.
"I-It is, and….."
The four boys looked at Shingo who was trembling a bit.
"Who else?"
He didn't have time to answer and he ran away from the door and towards the table. Before either of them could answer, Meiko opened the cell door, but didn't enter. She slid to the side to allow another person in. Their hearts stopped when they spotted the familiar crow master herself.
Mari Kurihara.
The boys gulped at the sight of her. The usual stare she wears everyday when she is at work. Not entirely sure why, but the boys couldn't help but to be terrified at the sight of her. Sure, the vice president has her intimidating strength, but the crow master…..is on a different level.
"Good evening, boys." Mari greeted the boys.
"G-GOOD EVENING MADAM PRESIDENT!" They said in fear.
"The negation ended." The boy's blood stopped flowing. Cold sweat slid against their cheeks. All they could hear were the sounds of their heart pumping against their chest.
"And I have come to a decision…I will allow you guys free time for tomorrow."
….
Nothing was said between them. Their eyes wide as dinner plates, looking right at the fearsome president who continued to look at them with an unreadable expression. Their heart continued to pump against their chest, a breath escaped their mouth.
Did they hear that right, they were allowed a day off on Saturday!? Was this happening!?
Daring himself, Gakuto raised his hand. "I-I apologize Madam President-dono….but did you just say that-"
"Yes." Mari interrupted him as she looked at him. "As I said, I will allow you guys free time on Saturday."
"S-Seriously!? No joke!"
By this point, Mari rolled her eyes with a sigh. "Did I stutter? Yes! You boys are granted free time on Saturday!" She said as she crossed her arms under her chest.
They heard it loud and clear. It was a dream come true! Their short lived freedom has been granted!
The boys cheered their hearts out. Small tears of happiness filled their eyes as they leaked out of their sockets. Andre, Jo and Shingo all hugged in a group.
"Freedom!" They all said in sync.
Kiyoshi himself was about to burst into happiness, he finally got to go on his date with Chiyo! He wouldn't have to break out anymore…he was free. Meanwhile to the side, Gakuto was trembling a little, but unknowest to the boys, he held himself in place, tears leaving his eyes as a smile graced his lips.
He felt a hand on his shoulder, turning his head and spotting Kiyoshi with a small genuine smile. "Looks like we were right to leave it to Matsuri." He said quietly.
"I-Indeed. We believed in him."
Their celebration cut short when Mari grabbed their attention. "I must remind you boys, only 3 hours. That's it. No more than that. Tomorrow at 12, you boys will be allowed off the campus and attend to your own personal business. You are to be back here before 3pm. If none of you guys are back before then, it would count as a breakout and your sentence will be extended. Do I make myself clear?"
"YES MA'AM."
Mari gave a simple nod and walked to the side, allowing Meiko to take charge. She plants her hands on her hips and looks at the prisoners.
"Alright, it's time for lights out! You boys form a line and turn into your cells for the night!" She barked.
The boys scrambled into a line and marched outside of the recreation room and back towards their cells for the night.
-Outside in the Courtyard-
Meiko and Mari exit the prison block, leaving the vice president to lock the door that led inside. The tall amazon beauty looks over her shoulders at her friend who was mindfully looking at the night sky. The crows flying above their heads.
Meiko's eyes looked towards her feet for a bit and looked at her. "M-Madam President…..are you okay with this?"
"About their free time…..can't say I'm as enthusiastic as they were." She said as she crossed her arms under her breast before closing her eyes. "But I was left with a rather…..interesting impression."
Meiko's eyes widened for a bit. An impression? "Did the negation change your thoughts?"
"Don't misunderstand me. Men are still trash…" Mari opens her eyes for a bit, looking longingly at her feet. "But…..I suppose I could give them a moment of thought…just a little of course."
"If I may ask Madam President, what happened in the room with you two? With Hitoyoshi I mean." Meiko became curious about the event. She wasn't present, so she had to know what made Mari change her mind.
Mari gave a sigh for her response. "Despite disagreeing with me…..I must say I begrudgingly respect his value on the boys."
"What do you mean?" The gray-haired Vice President looked at her superior. Rather curious on how the President thought of the boy during their meeting.
"He believes that the boys are delusional idiots who only act before thinking. But he believes that they are not bad people." She said with a rather somewhat somber tone.
Mari still remembered how the boy was fighting for the prisoners. While he was still terrified of her, he stood his ground and laid out his argument, ultimately countering her own value of the boys. Then when she finally gave their free time, Matsuri was practically in tears. The fact that he was able to do something for the boys made his day brighter. What truly surprised her was how he reacted. She knew that he was sensitive, but she wasn't expecting this level of display of emotion from a boy no less.
A small smile graced her lips. "I suppose he isn't all bad."
"Ma'am?"
Mari shook her head, her smile faded as she looked over at Meiko. "It is nothing. Despite me giving the boys their free time, I still fear them causing trouble while released for a short while."
Meiko nodded. Fully understanding her concern. "Would you like for me to monitor them while they are on their free time?"
"No. With the track meet tomorrow, I would like for you, Hitoyoshi and Kamishoya to watch over. I have someone else to watch the boys."
Meiko couldn't help but to smile at her with a blush. "As always, you think ahead. B-But who do you have to watch over the boys."
Mari just had a smirk upon her lips. "You'll see tomorrow. Anyways, let us turn in for the night. We do have a big day tomorrow."
"Yes. You are right." Meiko said, the two began their way towards the girls' dorm.
Despite following near the president, Meiko's eyes lowered to her feet for a moment. Her thoughts flashed towards the temporary male member of the group. She couldn't get it out of her head, but she wonders what was going on at the meeting and how Matsuri truly fared.
Matsuri continued to amaze even her. Perhaps she has given him less credit during their first meeting.
….
Matsuri sat on the chair with his hand clasped over each other on his knee. A white bandana was being tied over his eyes, completely blinding him of his sight. The boy couldn't help but to wear a small frown on his lips, little sweat leaking down against his side.
"H-Hey, Yoshimiya, what are we doing again?"
The teen girl giggled at her friend. "I told you, just a little game~."
Matsuri just groaned. "Sure, a game. A game that would surely make me embarrassed and leave you to remember for a long time." He blushed.
Yoshimiya poked her finger at Matsuri's cheeks, leaving him to flinch a little. "Don't be like that. I bet you'll love it. Now, are you ready?"
"No….but it looks like I have no choice."
He heard her laugh a little. He couldn't see anything, but he could hear her messing with something. It sounded like a chair, the sound grew closer as he felt a presence near his body. They could smell a familiar perfume from her body. He swallowed. His heart thumping. He tried to calm down, but with this girl, he didn't know what she was doing.
"Okay, I'm gonna grab your hand and you're gonna touch something. Once you touch it, give a few moments of thoughts before you're done. Your job is to guess what you just touched at the end of the game, got it?"
"Y-Yeah…."
With that, he felt Yoshimiya warm hand gently grab him. The boy's heart thumped faster. He took a deep breath to calm himself, but his thoughts were running wild.
He didn't have time to think when his hand touched something soft.
"Bwaah!" Matsuri squeaked immediately, retreating his hand, but was grabbed by Yoshimiya again and planted back on whatever he had his hand on.
"Nope. Don't chicken out now." She teased.
"W-What am I touching!?"
"That's for me to know," He felt her lips near his ears. "And for you to find out." She whispered.
The boy shivered. Her breath blew into his ear as she spoke in a rather teasing and flirting tone. He heard her sit back down on her chair.
Matsuri gave a breath once more before he went back into the game. He fondled whatever he was feeling. But he couldn't think straight. The softness, the texture, it was almost like he was touching something that he hoped he wasn't touching. But he wanted to confirm it first.
His hand traveled against it, the part he was touching almost felt like a skin…..was it her skin. Feeling a little bit more brave he grabbed the skin, the texture was without a doubt soft. But as he grabbed hold of it, he felt something else, like a bone or some sort.
"Okay times up." She said with a normal tone now.
Matsuri let go of the part and retreated his hand back to his knee. Feeling more calm, slightly nervous, but calm.
"Right, you can take off your blind fold." She said, confirming him to take it off.
Matsuri wasted no time to take off the blind fold as he did, his eyes caught Yoshimiya looking at him with a smile. Despite finally calming down, he still couldn't help but to blush a little, just the smile she wore says innocent, but for him, it also hides a mischievous side to her.
"Alright then, based on what you just fondled a few seconds ago. What did you just touch?"
"Please don't say fondled…" Matsuri gave a thought. His hand brought to his chin, his eyes narrowed in on nothing particular. "It was soft, very soft to be honest….but giving it a good run around…it was your upparm?"
Yoshimiya claps brightly. "That's right. Bravo Matsuri!"
Matsuri blushed a little at the compliment. "I just…..I just can't believe it was an upper arm. I could've sworn you made me touch your…..w-well….."
"Nope." Yoshimya said as she moved her chair over to Matsuri, getting a bit too close to him, causing him to blush. "I just thought about this game and testing it on you." She said as she pushed her upper arm at him.
"O-Oh really….so that's why you wanted to test it out on me…."
"That and…I found something interesting about the upper arm the other day." She said, her grin threatening to widen even further.
This just made Matsuri sweat a little, his blush deepens. "W-What d-did you find?"
"They say that a girl's upper arm has similar textures to boobs." She said with a sly smile.
"..."
The boy said nothing as he just looked at his friend with a shocked expression. The pupil in his eyes shrunk, his face turning completely red. If someone had a camera, they could take a picture now and see the expression he wore. Remaining motionless with just a few twitches and flinches from his fingers. He looked at his own hands, he could still remember the feeling of her upper arm, but after what she had just said, all the poor boy could think of was her ample bosom.
"In other words….." She said as her hand moved over to her upper arm. Giving her skin a tug, while giving Matsuri a mischievous grin. "You practically touched my boobs…..pervert~."
"Bwaah!" He lets out before clasping his mouth shut.
The boy's thoughts couldn't think straight. The upper arms as boobs!? How did that make sense!? There was no way right? Right!? He looked at his own hand, his fingers began twitching.
"You wanna feel again~?" Yoshimiya said with a mocking tone. Leaning her body against Matsuri.
"No! A-And that logic is completely false!"
"Now I know that's a lie. I saw it all over your face when you touched my upper arm. You thought you were touching my boobs." She said as she poked the boy's cheeks playfully.
"Yes! I mean no! I-I-ugh! You!" Matsuri was a complete mess trying to counter her argument. But she just proved him wrong.
Yoshimiya gave out a genuine laugh at the boy. His embarrassment was a joy for her to enjoy. Nothing ill content mind you, but just for fun and laughs. A moment of fun to remember.
…..
Matsuri eyes groggily open to his unfamiliar yet familiar room. The sun shone through the window, littling a light through the dark room.
The boy rose from his bed, the blanket still over his body as looked around. He reached for his phone that laid upon the book shelf near his bed. He looked at the screen, the time read 7:00am with the date being May 7th.
The day has come. For the boys to finally enjoy their day off and Kiyoshi to finally date Chiyo. It all felt surreal to him if he were being honest with himself. But this was no dream, it was real. And he made it happen.
Despite feeling proud of himself, a frown replaced his smile. He was proud of himself to do something for the boys, but deep down, he still felt…dissatisfied.
He flipped through his phones over to his photos. The boy scrolled through the plenty of photos he took with his phone until his eyes laid upon a familiar frame to him.
The picture was a frame of him and Yoshimiya with the ocean as the background in their school uniforms. Matsuri in the picture had a shy smile upon his lips with Yoshimiya wearing a huge grin on her face while her other hand was pretending to be bunny ears behind Matsuri's head.
His lips quivered at the photo. Sitting on the bed with his hands still holding the phone, threatening to give way.
He took a deep shaky breath, trying to remain strong. Hugging the phone to his chest, his hand began to tremble. A small tear threatened to break through his eyelid. He did nothing but stayed silent with a small whimpering noise.
-Courtyard-
May 7th (Saturday)
8:00am
Matsuri, Estuko, and Meiko lined the boys just outside of the track field. Etsuko per usual, had a small smile on her face, humming quietly to herself. Meiko was talking to the prisoners and their jobs for the day. Meanwhile, Matsuri was to the side, his own eyes looking at his own feet.
"Matsuri. Matsuri." The boy looked to the side and noticed the small first year who wore a small frown on her face. "What's wrong? The boys have a day off today and will not have to worry about their breakout operation."
"I-I know…..I'm happy for them and all….."
"And you made it happen," She said as she nudged his arm with her shoulder. "You managed to do the impossible."
"I…..I know…but…"
"But what?" Etsuko asked with a tilt. Wondering why Matsuri is not as energetic or happy about the boys getting their 3 hours.
Matsuri shook his head and gave her a fake smile. "It's nothing. I'm really happy for the boys."
Etsuko however was not convinced. If anything, she was more worried for him. But she decided not to say anything and just left it as it is. Deciding to change the topic, she spots the crowd of girls walking through the entrance towards the school.
"Wow, look." Etsuko whispered over to Matsuri to gain his attention.
Matsuri looked over at what his friend was talking about and took notice of the crowd of female students. These students were not clothed in Hachimitsu uniform, but were in different uniforms. There were a wide variety of them with different uniforms from the others. Some wore dark gray jackets with emblems planted on their chest, matching with their skirts. Other girls wore white button shirts without the jackets on them, combined with their dark blue skirts.
And didn't stop there, many more female students came in with different clothing from different uniforms. No doubt it would attract the boys' attention, seeing a sea of girls consisting of different outfits, hailing from different schools that weren't their own.
"Sure is nice seeing different clothing, isn't it?" Estuko said to her friend.
"Um….y-yeah…..I guess so….." Matsuri said with a blush. The boy's eyes darted back to his feets, trying not to look at the crowd of girls from different schools coming through the gate.
Etsuko took notice of the boy's sudden shift of behavior and grew a smirk upon her lips. Hopefully this would relieve him of his worries.
"You sure are lucky~."
"H-Huh!?"
"I mean, with you not being in prison and all, you could become if not the most popular boy unlike the other five." She said her grin widening even further.
Matsuri yelped at her remark and immediately stepped in. "I don't have a-any intentions on doing any of that!" He hissed at her.
"Hmm~. Yeah, I guess you're right…since you already have your eyes on Meiko~." She winked at the boy.
By this point, Matsuri's face was flushed red. His lips morphed into a squibble of a frown. The boy faces the other direction with his hand messing with the bangs of his hair. Trying his best to calm himself, but his heart won't stop pounding. Not to mention that said amazon beauty was right in front of them with the boys. Speaking of Meiko…
"WHO GAVE YOU THE PERMISSION TO SPEAK!" Meiko's voice snapped both of their attention away from the girls and back to the boys.
The boys were currently being whipped around by the vice president as she swung her whip across their faces. Blood went flying from their mouth and ended up being bruised by her assault.
"Bastards! Just because you have a day off and you'll be released next week, don't think about slacking off! You still got to help out for the moment! Until 12pm, you bastards will be helping out till then!"
"YES MA'AM!" The boys screamed as they scrambled about to their work station.
Meiko drew a breath as she ran her hand through her hair. "Damn idiots."
"That was kind of harsh don't you think Madam Vice President?" Etsuko asked with a nervous smile.
Meiko turned to face them as she rested her arms under her bosom, causing them to be pushed up. "Well, the moment they were paying attention to the girls, it pissed me off. Just because they have not only 3 hour free time today, but also get released next week. They're getting ahead of themselves."
"That's just how they are, they're idiots but I'm sure they will behave themselves."
"I doubt it." Meiko said with an annoyed tone. She was already tired of the boys.
Meiko's eyes happened to land on Matsuri, the boy flinched under her stare as he quickly faced the other way. After what Etsuko said to him about having a crush on Meiko, the poor boy could not stop thinking about her. Especially with his mind constantly torturing (or pleasuring) him with many images of Meiko touching him in areas and getting close to him.
"Hitoyoshi?" The boy was snapped out of his trance and looked back at Meiko. And he wished he didn't as the girl's face was close to his. Her brown eyes looked into his. With the way she was bent, gave him a view of her soft valley. "Are you okay?"
"Gah! Uh! Y-Yeah! I'm fine!"
"You sure? Your face is all red?" Meiko raised a brow at the boy's rather strange behavior.
Matsuri tried to reassure her, but the more she leaned into him, the more his heart pounded. He swallowed his fear trying to speak up.
"I-I-I'm fine. I'm r-r-really fine…..b-but could you…..um…maybe mov-move back a bit." Matsuri said as his eyes slowly looked towards his left, his blush deepening.
It took Meiko a good second or so to understand why Matsuri was acting up. Not to mention when she notices the boy's eyes how it was darting back and forth to her and back to the side. The gray-haired vice president flushed a little as she flinched. Realizing how close she was to the boy. Quickly withdrawing herself, crossing her hands across her chest, settling her large boobs on top of them.
Her face looked the other way with a blush. "M-My apologies! I was just concerned about you, that's all!"
"You were concerned~." Etsuko giggled at the Vice President's shy behavior.
Meiko squeaks out a little. Her face was almost just as red as Matsuri as her eyes angrily pointed at Estuko. "As a member and a student! Obviously!"
"Sure~. You say that but your face is just as red as Matsuri~." She shrugged with a grin.
Both Matsuri and Meiko flinched during the first year teasing. Matsuri's eyes still averted Meiko's. Trying to look at anything else that wasn't her. His heart is still pounding, but much faster than before.
Meiko started to sweat on the spot, her legs started to shake a little. Her face flushed crimson red. The violent and aggressive Vice president was lost for words, not sure what to say in this situation. She wanted to deny it, but she was lost for words. All she could do was just stutter here and there. Her eyes looked at Matsuri who was just in the same position as she was.
Suddenly feeling the urge, she finds herself tugging her skirt down to barely cover her exposed purple thongs. Her other hand, failing at covering her breast. As her hand squeezed her breast, it only pushed a good portion of breast upward and another portion downward. Meiko's blush deepened even further as she began to grit her teeth.
Etsuko on the other hand was having way too much fun seeing the two being completely shy about their feelings towards each other. To her whenever Meiko is at work or putting the boys in place, she shows this strong persona that is not to be messed with. But when she is caught off guard, she shows a more shy and rather cute persona. This just gave Etsuko more material for her story projects.
"H-Hey Etsuko, come on. That's enough." Matsuri spoke up, earning attention from both Meiko and Etsuko. "S-She was concerned for me as a student a-and a member…..r-right?" He referred to Meiko.
The gray-haired vice president flinched a little. Her hands are still covering herself. "Y-Yes! Like I mentioned!"
"Ooooh fine." Etsuko said with a disappointed sigh, that only earned a nervous chuckle from Matsuri, but an angered look from Meiko. "I'm gonna go help the boys out." She said as she merrily skipped over to the boys with a hum.
Both Meiko and Matsuri sighed at the same time. This only earned a groan from Meiko as she looked at the boy with an annoyed look.
"D-Don't copy me." She said with a nervous voice.
"H-How was I supposed to know!" He panicked in his thoughts.
She finally found some room to calm herself. Her hand removed from her bosom, causing them to bounce in place. But her other hand still somewhat remained pulling on her skirt.
"A-As I mentioned before, the boys will be getting their free time at 12pm. After that, I need both you and Etsuko to help out with the track meet. Understand?" She said with her eyes halfway open looking at Matsuri. Her blush remained upon her cheeks.
"Y-Yes ma'am! I'll go help as well!" Matsuri said as he wasted no time rushing over towards where the boys and Etsuko were at.
Meiko watched him rush over towards where they were setting up the tent. Meiko sighed to herself with her hand settling upon her massive chest. Her heart pounded slowly, a sign that it was calming down. But her mind was completely on the brown-haired boy.
"Now that I think about it…Gakuto was talking about Hitoyoshi quest to…to…"
She remembered from the other day before Matsuri had the negotiation with the President. As soon as she was going to get the boys to turn in for the night. She remembered that Gakuto proclaimed that Matsuri was on some dumb quest to capture…..her heart.
Meiko shakes her head violently at the thought. "Damn it! There's no way! There's no way I would fall in love with a boy! It's not possible! Plus it's completely going against the president's view on men!"
She thought to herself. Her eyes looked back at the boy who was helping out with the luggage assembly area. She has confirmed multiple times during her investigation and supervision, the boy showed no ill intention against any of them and has continued to show nothing but kindness to them. He even hasn't made any lecherous stares or said anything about her in general.
Meiko gripped her skirt. "The President views men as trash…..I obviously should be following her ideals. And yet…Hitoyoshi possesses none of the traits she says. What if…if all we're doing is just a waste of time….it's not right?"
She thought to herself. Her eyes remained on the boy for a good second before she walked off and went about her business.
Minutes have passed as the boys set up the tent for the luggage check in. They were separated into two groups as mentioned the other day. Kiyoshi and Gakuto are settled by the luggage area, watching over the girls' belongings. While Shingo, Andre and Jo are doing the trivial jobs.
Matsuri yawned with teary eyes, his back rested against the fence with his hand crossed across his chest. Etsuko, as usual, was partnered with Matsuri. The first year girl was standing by the boys, greeting the other girls who were handing their bag to the boys.
The boy's eyes were darting back and forward between the girls and to the side. He wasn't trying to get a peek or anything, it was more like he was looking out for something or someone.
A good number of girls came over carrying their bags and were dressed in their sportswear. One of them wore a white t-shirt and small bloomers that snuggled tightly against their bottoms. Some of them still wore their jackets over their shirts but still left some viewing of their tall slender legs for the boys to ogle.
"Excuse me, can you watch this for us." The black-haired teen said.
Both Kiyoshi and Gakuto gulped at the sight of the beauty. Wearing her red tank top leaving her cleavage to show for the boys to view upon. She also wore her bloomers that outlined her rear end. Snugged tight against her thighs.
It only took a few moments for them to concentrate on their task as Etsuko elbowed Kiyoshi's side, giving him a glare.
"Uh! Oh! Y-Yes!"
"*Ahem* I acknowledge your receipt, miss." Gakuto said as he laid out his hand to receive the bag from the teen as she handed her bag over.
"Um…..please b-be sure to mind if any value of your belongings is not in the bag, okay." Kiyoshi said with a blush.
"Thank you."
As the girls handed over their bags over to the boys, their eyes scanned the boys whose eyes couldn't help but stare at them. One of their eyes couldn't help but to catch Matsuri who was in the back against the fence. The boy flinched under their stare and looked the other way with a mad blush.
Some of the girls giggled at his reaction and turned around and left them to themselves. While they were a good distance away, they began to whisper to each other about the boys.
"Why were they wearing those clothes?"
"Not sure. Maybe they're in detention or something? I heard that his school was really weird with their punishment."
"Did you guys see the one who talked funny? I think he had a boner."
"What about the girl who was by the fence?"
"No way. That was a boy."
The boys continued to look at the girls back as they walked away from the tent site. They ogled at the sight for a good second or so. Their hips swayed from side to side with each step.
"Ah. It is indeed a sight to behold, right Kiyoshi-dono?" Gakuto said with a breath.
"Yeah…..not only that, but we get our free time as well."
"Indeed. A truly beautiful day, blessed with beautiful maidens in their attire for P.E, and our free time for 3 hours. I will finally get my hands on my figurine."
"And it's all thanks to Matsuri." Kiyoshi said as he glanced over his shoulders towards the boy behind them.
Despite Kiyoshi being in high spirits, Matsuri however was on a different level from them. You could say he was happy for the boys, but he remained rather silent on his end. His eyes looked the other way. His body leaned against the fence, slouching.
"Kiyoshi-dono?"
"Huh?" The boy looked over at Gakuto, he was snapped out of his trance from Matsuri.
"Is something the matter?"
"Sorry. It's just that," He said as his eyes looked over at the boy who remained still with a frown. "Matsuri has been acting a little weird lately."
"Now that you mentioned it," Gakuto said as he looked over at the boy. "His mind does seem to be preoccupied somewhere else."
"What do you think is wrong?"
"Perhaps Etsuko-dono has an idea?" He said as he referred to the first year who was standing by them.
The girl could only give a shrug. "Not sure. I tried to talk to him before, but he just seemed to be not in the mood…at least for the most part." She said with a bit of a giggle. Confusing the boys.
"What are you implying, Etsuko-dono?"
"None of your business~." She merrily sang.
"Come on. Don't be like that. Matsuri helped us, we at least gotta know something."
"Indeed," Gakuto pushed his glasses upward. "I don't see how any of this is a laughing matter. Perhaps Matsuri is sad because he must remain back here and assist with the track meet."
"Oh yeah, that could be it. Maybe we could give him some souvenirs while we're out."
"A generous idea, Kiyoshi-dono."
While the boys were busy discussing what to give to Matsuri, Etsuko, while still satisfied with her teasing against the boy. She was still worried about him. He did seem to be out of energy and not in high spirits. She just hopes that it has nothing to do with his past life or with Yoshimiya. She could only hope that he would move past his guilt and look forward.
But again. One could hope.
-Hachimitsu Academy- Cooking Classroom
Inside the empty cooking classroom. Only one student was present within the room. A familiar brown hair girl. Wearing a pink apron with her red jacket tracksuit underneath it.
Chiyo was humming to herself as she was gently making a rice ball. Upon the plate she had already made plenty of rice balls.
"Are you making lunch?"
The innocent girl was surprised a little, she turned around and spotted her friend, Mayumi who was wearing her white shirt and red track pants.
"Oh, morning Mayumi." She smiled before she went back to her work. "I thought we could eat while we're watching the sumo match." She said as she settled the current rice ball on the plate.
Mayumi made a nervous smile as she took note of the abundance of rice balls on the plate. "Um….don't you think that's too much."
"Hmm…well he is a boy, after all, they do eat this much right?" She said her eyes were not leaving her work.
"Well…..I suppose…huh? Wait. Hold on? You're going together with Kiyoshi-kun?" She asked with uncertainty.
"What do you mean? I told you about it before, remember?"
"N-No. That was before the boys got caught, right?"
"According to Etsuko, she said he got permission to leave. So it's all fine, right? I don't see the big deal."
"It is a big deal," Mayumi stopped talking for a bit as her eyes darted towards the door and back at her friend. Leaning in close to her ears. "Going on a date with a boy…..aren't you worried."
Chiyo's eyes widened in shock. A short yelp came from her before she turned towards her friend. "I-It's not a date! We're just hanging out as f-friends! That's all!"
"A girl being alone with a boy can be misinterpreted as a date, Chiyo."
"S-Stop exaggerating. It's not a date!"
"Now, now, Mayumi," The girls flinched at the sudden voice. They turned towards the door to see Takamoto at the door. Smirking at the girls. "It's not nice to tease a girl's feelings now."
"O-Oh! Takamoto-sensei!" Chiyo exclaimed, rather surprised by the sudden appearance of the teacher. "I didn't know you were at school today."
"I was just about to go out and do some errands," She said as she walked up towards the girls. Her eyes are not leaving them. "And I couldn't help but to hear you going on a date with Kiyoshi-san~." She teased.
"W-Why is everyone saying that? It's not a date!"
"I'm only joking. Honestly you make it too easy to pick on you," She said as she chuckled a bit. "But on a serious note, does your sister know about this?"
Chiyo blinked for a moment. Her mind racing back to her sister, Mari. She completely forgot about her. She has printed that rule that neither of the female students are to converse or get into any illegal relationship with the boys. Or they will be thrown in prison for a week or month depending on the scenario.
"That's right," Mayumi's eyes looked at her friend with worries. "Your sister might not be happy if she finds out that you're seen hanging out with Kiyoshi-kun."
"...I don't care."
"Huh?"
"Sis can't have a say in what we do. Kiyoshi is a kind boy and a gentleman. He wouldn't do anything to me even if he tried."
"But…wasn't he caught peeping?"
"He didn't peep. He told me so himself."
Takamoto's eyes narrowed at the thought. She knew for sure that Kiyoshi did peep, because he was caught with the other boys wearing a suit from what she heard. If anything, it looked like he lied about it so she won't end up hating him. But she chose not to question it further or press on.
"Well either way," she grabbed their attention. "It's best if you keep this away from her. She may not take it too kindly."
Chiyo took a moment to think about it. While she's not afraid to challenge her sister, she did not want to get into any meaningless conflict with her. She nodded her head and looked straight at the teacher.
"Okay."
Takamoto smiled at the girl. Satisfied with the answer. "You know, once you're done. I can drive you over to the sumo match, if you want?"
"Really? You do that?"
"Of course. I am going out soon so why not. Just get me when you're done."
"Thank you sensei!" Chiyo bowed with a smile.
-Courtyard- TrackField
11:55am
Out on the track field, would be a sight to behold for the five perverts. A sea of girls out on the fields, in their exercise outfits, leaving some views for the boys to ogle at. From their nicely shaped round ass as they bend in certain angles. Their legs spreaded out wide, leaving them exposed to the boys to see their covered crowing room area.
Kiyoshi and Gakuto were eating their lunch with satisfied looks being worn on their faces. Meanwhile, to the side, Matsuri and Etsuko just ate their lunches while giving the boys blank stares. While Matsuri did sneak a few glances at what they were staring at with a blush, he was still annoyed with the boy's usual antics.
"Hey, you know you guys are going to be released next week. Try not to get into trouble again please." Matsuri whispered with an annoyed tone.
"Matsuri, right. And not to mention, Kiyoshi, you're already going on a date with Chiyo! Don't you think this is kind of wrong of you ogling other girls." Etsuko said with a disgusted stare.
"Apologies to you both, Matsuri-dono and Etsuko-dono. But indeed, that is what we boys do. It is natural for us to act like this at our age." Gakuto said with a blissful tone.
This just annoyed Etsuko further. "Sometimes I wonder why Matsuri is friends with you boys."
Gakuto's eyes looked upward towards the sky. Looking at nothing in particular. "You know…..it's hard to believe it. These last three weeks. Seems so long, yet so short."
Kiyoshi smiled warmly at the thought. "Yeah…here we all are. We were complete strangers at first, but here we are becoming close friends."
Matsuri blushed a little at the compliment. Even though he wasn't expecting it, he never thought he could be friends with the boys from their weird quirk. Granted he still finds them unbelievable at times, but they're really not bad people just…..complicated to deal with.
"Matsuri….." The boy looked at Kiyoshi as he looked at him with a smile. "Thank you."
"Huh?"
"For being there for us. To be honest I was really hesitant on having you help us with the breakout in case things get too much. But then after you came along, I'm happy that you stepped in."
"W-Well…..I couldn't r-risk you guys getting into more trouble….so I just…..i-it's nothing special really."
"No need to be humble, Matsuri-dono." Gakuto stepped in. "If you hadn't challenged President-dono with her view, then we could've continued on with the breakout operation. I at first needed to control my anger to not yell at you. But thanks to your effort, I can finally obtain the figurine."
The boys, even Etsuko, just looked at him with blank expressions. What they thought was going to be a heartfelt message, turned into a rather uncomfortable and yet disturbing type.
"In the end you just worry about the stupid toy, Spect-san?"
"It's not stupid! And it's not just a toy!"
"Whatever. Still the same thing."
"A-Anyways….." Kiyoshi continued as he returned his gaze onto the brown-haired boy. "Thank you for helping us Matsuri. I'm glad I met you."
"Indeed. I too am glad to meet such a respectful and courageous young man such as you."
Matsuri eyes widen, drawing a breath. He never thought he would hear those words, not even from these guys. To hear such compliments, he didn't know what to say or how to react. A wave of emotion flowed through his heart. He was happy that he could do something for the boys, he was able to be there for them and not sit on the sideline. He felt like he achieved his goal.
But there was another emotion in him that stirred up. It was the opposite of what he was feeling, it was frustration, anger and…..sadness. Deep down, he felt he didn't deserve such praise from them. No praises from Etsuko, Kiyoshi, Gakuto or anyone. He doesn't deserve them.
"Matsuri….." The boy snapped out of his trance and looked at Kiyoshi who stared at him with concern. "Are you okay?"
It didn't take long for Matsuri to notice his eyes were suddenly filled with tears. He quickly gasped; he wasted no time to wipe the tears away from his eyes.
"Y-Yeah…..I'm fine…" The boy said as he wiped the tears from his eyes. "L-Listen. I appreciate your guys' words…but I…..I don't deserve them."
This surprised the boys. None deserving of praise for the accomplishment that he did for them both. Why? What made him feel like this? He should feel proud, rejoice for his assistant and their free time. And yet, there was no life or a little spark in him.
Etsuko could take a wild guess on what's on the boy's mind. She really hoped that the boy could just move past this. She would tell him, but she could tell it would be futile on her end.
Their conversation came to a halt when they heard the bell chime. The clock struck 12. Their short freedom has come at last.
Gakuto wore a bright smile on his face. But the way he was smiling would creep anyone out. His lips curled all the way to the sides of his cheeks, creating dimples upon them.
"As much as I wish to continue this conversation," Gakuto said as he got up from his sitting position. He pumped his fist into the air, he was filled with confidence. "I believe it is now my time to go on my quest and obtain my Three Kingdom Figurine!" He said with a burst full of energy.
Kiyoshi lets out a nervous chuckle. "You really are looking forward to getting your figurine, aren't you?"
"Indeed." He said as he turned to Matsuri and Etsuko. "My thanks goes to you both for the aided assistant." He bowed to them both.
Matsuri waved a hand at him, nervously dismissing his complement. Etsuko giggled at Gakuto's gesture before he didn't waste any time and rushed over to the Prison Block where the other boys are possibly meeting at.
Before Kiyoshi could follow suit, Matsuri tugged at his sleeves, getting his attention. "I'm not saying you should tell her the truth about you peeping, but at least give it a thought."
Kiyoshi pondered for a moment, he knew what Matsuri was talking about. The boy knew what he had to do, he had to come out honest. But if he were really being honest with himself, he was scared. He didn't want Chiyo to end up hating him forever, he remembered that smile she wore on her face when the two first met. The last thing he didn't want to see from Chiyo were her tears.
He looked over at Matsuri. "I know…..I'll tell her."
Matsuri felt bad for the boy. He didn't want to come off as demanding, it was Kiyoshi's life, but he felt it was bad for keeping Chiyo in the dark.
"Look, I don't want to come as demanding so I'll leave the choice to you…..but Chiyo is a nice girl. I feel bad if you lied to her about this."
"Yeah…but I'll definitely tell her…..I uh….just need the courage to speak out though."
"Kiyoshi-dono!"
"Coming," He called over before he looked back at Matsuri. "Welp, wish me luck."
"Yeah, good luck." He gave the boy a thumbs up.
Kiyoshi jogged over towards where Gakuto was going. Matsuri watched the back of the boy as he and Gakuto walked away from the track field (of course not without taking a few peeks at the girls). Matsuri smiled at the boys, he was happy for them, but deep down he still felt he was undeserving of any praise.
"Matsuri…" He turned to the first year with a reassuring smile. "If you ever need to talk about your trouble…please don't hesitate to talk about this with anyone. Got it?"
Matsuri attempted a small smile at the girl. He knew she was helping him through comforting. But he really did not want her to worry about his needs. Or wanted her to be bogged down by his troubles. This was something he felt he needed to keep to himself.
"That's rare. You're concerned about me." He joked.
Etsuko felt offended by this as she pouted at the boy. "What's that supposed to mean! I'm always worried about you!"
"Said the girl who's making a story based on my life just to embarrass me further."
Etsuko pout deepened further with a tint of blush on her cheeks. Just as she was about to leave it, she decided to finish it. A smirk morphed upon her cheeks. She was not about to let the boy have the last laugh.
"Hey Matsuri, do you prefer to be on top or bottom."
The boy flinched at her question, Just what the hell did she mean by that?'' Her smirk turned into a grin showing her teeth. "W-What do you mean by that!?"
"You know~," She said as she leaned into Matsuri ears. "The sex scene between your character and Meiko character in my story."
"Eep!" Matsuri squeaked before he could cover his mouth.
His pouting face pointed directly at the ever so smug Etsuko who raised a piece of food from her plate, held it within her chop-sticks, waving it in front of the red face boy.
"Don't finish what you started." She said as she ate her food in front of the boy.
-Prison Block- Recreation Room
12:00pm
All of the boys were in the room, this time not in their prison clothings, but now gathered in their male uniform. Their dark blue jackets that were over their white button shirts. Matching their blue pants.
Shingo lets out a sigh of relief. "It feels so good being back in our uniforms." He said with a blissful tone.
"Indeed. It has been so long." Gakuto said as he pulled on his blazer, liking the feel of being in his old uniform once more.
Their small conversation came to an end as she looked at the boys. As she thrust her hips to the side, causing her bosom jiggled in motion. She planted her fist on her hips.
"Listen up you scums! You all get 3 hours of free time! No more than that! You boys are to be back by 3'clock! If you are not back by then, it will count as a breakout and your sentences will be extended! Do I make myself clear!"
"YES MA'AM!" They all said in sync.
Meiko nodded as she took a step behind her and walked out the room, followed by the boys who were heading in the same direction.
Following the Vice President, the boy's eyes couldn't help but to look at her hips as they swayed in a hypnotic motion. Swaying from side to side, her skirt fluttering in the air. A blush crept on their cheeks. The boys were happy about their free time. After so long being in prison, and doing a long hour of labor. The boys finally earned their well-deserved free time.
"This is it, boys," Kiyoshi whispered to the boys. "Our free time."
"Indeed. We are finally ready to face the outside world once more."
As Meiko reached the door, she slid the door open to the side, the light peeked through the opening. A smile graced upon their lips. Small tears filled their eyes, they were ready.
-Hachimitsu Academy- Front Gate
The boys were walking towards the outside of the gate. Many girls looked among the boys as they walked in a formation. Since the majority of these girls were not from Hachimitsu, seeing the boys was a bit of a surprise to them.
Despite that they still received some stares from there and there. Mainly because of how odd the boys looked. From Jo being in a hood and looking sick, then there was Gakuto with his long hair and his glasses that hid within his bangs. The sun reflecting against his glasses, creating a glare. Then there was Andre who was the biggest of them. Completely towering the boys.
The boys however looked onward towards their goal. Nothing in particular, but towards the outside world. Living their short freedom.
Standing by the school entrance, Meiko watched them go forth, stepping outside of the school and to the world beyond the gate.
If anything, the gray-haired amazon beauty sighed to herself. She really did not feel comfortable letting the boys out of her sight. But it was an order from the President to give them their free time. And with her being stuck with assisting the track meet, she had no other choice.
"They left already?" Mari walked up beside her friend.
"Yes Madam." Meiko said as her eyes turned towards the President. "You mentioned before that you had a couple of spies to assist in watching over the boys."
"I did," Mari nodded as she looked down at her phone. "I already texted them. They should be in position already. But now with the boys being handled with, that leaves only one problem."
Meiko narrowed her gaze at the president. Fully knowing what she was talking about. "Hitoyoshi."
"Yes. Despite not showing any ill intention or alternative motive, my concern still stands with him."
Meiko didn't say much as she was just pondering in her thoughts. Her thoughts happen to be on the boy whom her president was talking about. Despite her concerns, Meiko had less aggressive thoughts.
"That's right…..he has yet to show any ill intention against the president or any of the female students. Yet she still distrust him due to the incident with Yoshimiya. He is still a suspect no less, but from our past interactions…it seems Hitoyoshi wishes to prove himself. If anything…..it looks like he genuinely cared for Yoshimiya….r-right?"
"Meiko…." The girl flinched under her voice and snapped back to her attention. "Are you alright, you looked in deep thoughts. And you're blushing…and sweating as well." She said as she grew more suspicious of her friend's behavior.
"A-Ah! Yes ma'am! I am fine! I-I-I was just thinking about surveillancing over Hitoyoshi furthermore. D-Despite being relieved next week, I will make sure that he doesn't cause any trouble!"
"Hmm…please do. I'll leave you to your work, I have business to attend to on my end." She said as she took her leave.
Meiko remained still for a good second or so. She was still trembling, sweating bullets as they rolled against her bare skin. Her eyes remained focused on the back of the president as she breathed heavily.
"Why am I having such thoughts about him? Hitoyoshi is a boy. He's trash! He's like the other boys! Don't forget that! But…why do I…why am I suddenly showing concern for him."
She thought to herself in a panic. Her hand slowly placed upon her bosom. Feeling her heart pounding against her chest. She has had this feeling before whenever she thinks of the boy. She violently shook her head, a blushed still planted on her cheeks.
"I need to get a grip."
-Downtown Area of Tokyo-
12:15pm
Today was a rare day for the boys. Finally being granted permission to finally leave their prison cell for 3 hour. Which means they are allowed to do whatever they want outside of school grounds for those remaining hours.
The boys were gathered around, they all looked at their watches.
"Right. So it's a plan. We will meet back at the front entrance of Hachimitsu Academy." Shingo said as he was looking at the other boys' watches that strapped on their wrist.
"Indeed. Let us make use of this rarest occasion. Your's truly is going on a mission to purchase the Three Kingdom Figurine that is currently being held at Akihabara! If you wish, you all may accompany me over there!"
"That sounds like a plan. While we're over there we can possibly grab some real grub for a change." Shingo added.
"Um…..hey guys…..about that…" Kiyoshi gathered their attention. The boy had a nervous smile on his face. His eyes darted back and forth between the boys and to his side. "I…got a date…..with Chiyo-chan."
Shingo, Andre and Jo (minus Gakuto) all had the same expression. Their eyes wide as dinner plates, a blush flushed upon their cheeks. Their mouths wide open that a fly could fly right into their mouths.
Did they hear that right!? Kiyoshi got a date!? As in a date, date! An actual date! No pulling their legs!? A date!? With a girl!?
"UHHHH!?"
-On the Streets of Tokyo-
A car drove down the street of Tokyo. Ms. Takamoto was driving in the driver seat. The window was all the way down with one hand laid out of the car window and her other hand on the steering wheel.
Next to her was Chiyo, now out of her school outfit and into her casual outfits. For her casual clothing she wore a pink zipper jacket and a skirt that covered much of her private area. The skirt was designed with little flower designs plastered on it. Over her shoulders was her bag that contained some of her stuff.
Despite Chiyo feeling excited about going to see a sumo match, deep down she felt rather nervous. She gripped her hands together, a light blush flushed on her cheeks.
"Nervous." Takamoto said with a knowing smirk.
"A-A little….I mean I'm glad I'm going to see a sumo match and all, but….." Her eyes fluttered to the side, looking out of the car window. "I was worried about going alone, so I'm grateful that Kiyoshi-kun will be coming."
"Oh~. I thought you'd be nervous because it's your first time going on a date~."
Chiyo flinched at her words. Puffing her cheeks at the teacher with a faint blush on her cheeks. "Oh for goodness sake! It's not a date! Jeez, both you and Mayumi, having such thoughts."
Takamoto chuckled at her student's denial. "Relax, I'm only joking."
Chiyo only sat back in her seat with a huff. She really didn't understand why Mayumi and Ms. Takamoto had to say such things. Both her and Kiyoshi were just friends going to go see the sumo match, that's it. Nothing else. Nothing more. But still, the thought in the back of her head still spoke out pretty loud.
"Still though…..it is my first time going out with a boy…" She felt her heart pump against her chest.
"I must say, it is strange how your sisters are with Mari. The girl practically hates males." Takamoto brought up gaining the student's attention. "It amazes me that she doesn't resent you."
"Why would she? I know she doesn't like boys, but not all of them can't be that bad."
"Oh, but they did peep on the first year during the beginning of the school semester."
"But Kiyoshi didn't. He told me himself that he didn't peep…..at least that's what he said..." Now that she did think about it, if he didn't peep, why was he in prison to begin with. Was it a misunderstanding? She shook thoughts away. "A-Anyways. He also rescued a small baby crow, someone like that can't be bad, right?"
Takamoto didn't say anything as she just kept her eyes on the road. The car came to a stop at a red light. This was something she wasn't aware of either. While she didn't personally speak to either of the boys, the only thing she does know is that Kiyoshi and the other four perverts peep on the girls, the first years in the bathroom. And were found naked to top it off. It really disgusted her. Then she remembered Matsuri…..
"Chiyo," She spoke once more. "What's your thought on Matsuri?"
"Matsuri-kun," Chiyo thought for a moment. She never really interacted with the boy too much aside from the last time Etsuko invited him to eat lunch together. "I….I don't have much of an opinion on him…..I never really interacted with him too much. Especially after the last time…."
She still remembers the time when Mari interrogated the poor boy. That terrified face that Matsuri wore when her sister pressed him with every detail that happened at his old school. There was no way that happened at his school right? Matsuri would never…
"But…I think Matsuri is a really sweet person. He may be shy, but he's a gentleman."
"Oh. I'm glad to hear that."
"You don't think he took those pictures, right? You know…..of Yoshimiya."
"It's hard to give an answer if we don't know the truth, and the only one who knows that is Matsuri." If anything, she believes that Matsuri won't tell anyone because he doesn't trust anyone enough. However, not telling anyone this would only lead to trouble for him in the long run if he doesn't talk about his problem.
"Listen Chiyo," The teacher spoke with a serious tone. "Matsuri is a sweet and gentle boy. Someone like him in this school worries me. For both his mental and physical health. I don't exactly trust the boys too much to be there for him and the USC aren't exactly the happy batch themselves either."
"Takamoto-sensei…."
"You, Etsuko, and Mayumi are the type of friends Matsuri needs to get through this school. Help him get through the tough times or if he needs some comforting…I know I'm asking much, but….nice people like Matsuri are the kids that worry me the most."
Chiyo didn't understand all of what or why she worried about Matsuri. She makes it sounds like that the school is gonna get tough for him in the long run and it will leave a damage on him if he does not have someone to shoulder it with. But the look in Takamoto's eyes says it all. Her concern for the boy's life in the school.
"I will….I'll gladly be his friend."
Takamoto smiled at the girl. This girl was just purely innocent. Another case that worries her. But she will leave that aside for another time. She stretched her hand over to the girl and ruffled her hair playfully.
"You're way too innocent, you know~." She teased.
Chiyo playfully laughed at the older woman's gesture.
-Hachimitsu Academy- Track Field
Matsuri and Etsuko remained by the luggage area. The girls' bags are still near them, Matsuri's body was thrown on his back. His hair scattered amongst the carpet. With Etsuko drawing away in her sketchpad with a familiar hum as she merrily draws away.
Matsuri was in deep thoughts, everything felt like a wild month for him. With the boy's peeping incident, getting thrown in jail, he joined the USC as a temporary member. Then there was the "what could've been" breakout operation. Without him, the boys would have suffered for another month or week in prison.
"It's been one hell of a ride, huh. For the past weeks."
"Hm?" Etsuko questioned as she glanced over her shoulders at the boy.
"It's hard to believe that I stuck around…..normally I would've just quit after the boys got in prison."
"What made you stay?"
"...to be honest I don't know." He said as he moved his hand over his forehead. Blocking his eyes as he lazily just laid there. Letting the breeze blow past him. "Trust me…..I wanted to quit when things got bad…..but the back of my head told me to stay."
"Ooh! Your consciousness must have been nagging you to stay and see things through!"
"Possibly…also it was kind of my fault for what happened to the boys. If I backed out right there, I would just be running away from my fear…..again…"
Etsuko stops her drawing for a second and looks over at Matsuri with a sadden expression, this was honestly one of the few times the boy would open up. She knew he had troubles in the past, but she never believed she one into someone who still had it tied to him.
"Matsuri….."
"You know…..there is this saying my dad said to me once I think he got this from a movie…no man can walk out on his own story."
"Huh? What's that supposed to mean?"
"Have no idea," He said with a sigh. "But I think I got a hint of what he was talking about…..he means that…..if you walk out on your own story, it would drastically be changing your personality, goals, motivation, etc. That change will just become part of you. Basically your overall life story."
"So if you walked out on the boys getting caught….."
"...then that would make me into a coward…..a fraud…..a terrible friend….." He breathed. A tear strolled down against his cheeks. Memories flashed through his mind. Terrible memories at that. Each one is worse than the last.
"Matsuri…."
The boy quickly got up from his sitting position. Him standing up straight and heading over to the faucet area to clean himself up, leaving a sadden Etsuko. Worried about her friend who is still clearly hurt from his past experiences. But the question remains, who took those photos if it wasn't Matsuri? Or did he truly do it?
"Is he still troubled by his past?"
Etsuko's eyes fluttered over to his left and noticed Meiko who was standing tall with her usual stance. Her eyes locked on the back of the crying boy who maneuvered his way over to the faucet area to clean himself.
"It seems like it….I'm really worried about him." She said as she gripped her sketchpad. "I know he doesn't want anyone knowing about his problem and all…..but…I'm afraid if he keeps this up…..he might…I don't know….." The girl tried her best not to think too hard on the worst possible outcome. But it was possible.
Meiko said nothing, but did understand what the first year was feeling. Matsuri truly is a fragile boy who is too sensitive about his own feelings. And whenever they bring up Yoshimiya, he finds the need to just be by himself.
"Then that makes me a coward, a fraud, a terrible friend."
She overheard those words. Among those words she can see a connection within herself. She was not too sure of how close Yoshimiya and Matsuri were, but from his reactions so far, it really seemed like he cared for the council president from his school. She knows that he is still a suspect in the incident, but so far it has seemed very unlikely that he took the photos. All she sees is a boy who wants to prove himself better. To be able to protect those he cares for.
The two are really no different from each other, after all.
-Ryokukoku Stadium- Front Entrance
Kiyoshi ran down across the street. Rushing over to the front entrance of the tall stadium. The building, while not as big or tower scaping. But it was still an impressive sight to see. A huge green roof, covering the building. Stairs that led upstairs to the second floor.
Kiyoshi jogged over to the front entrance. Finally stopping his feet from moving, he held onto his knee for support, trying to catch his breath.
"Jeez, just telling those guys that I got a date with Chiyo-chan…was a pain in the ass." He said as he got up from his sitting position. "I thought telling them would not be an issue but…..apparently they got mad at me for getting a girl of my own…."
He sweated at the thought of their faces when they got the news. Their dead looks glared into him with death threats. Shingo scared him the most, remembering how he was being rather rough while also trying to congrat him on getting a girl.
"No…..all of that doesn't matter now…I'm here." He said he threw his head up at the sky. Looking at the building before him. "I'm here for you…..Chiyo-chan…now where is she though?"
Before he could search, he felt a tug on his sleeves. He froze, his skin grew pale. He was scared to turn around and find who it was who tugged at the sleeves of his jacket. Slowly turning his eyes, he expected it would be someone from Hachimitsu academy. As he partly turned, he breathed out a sigh of relief.
"Yoohoo~." Chiyo said with an innocent smile.
"Chiyo-chan!" He thought to himself with a blissful feeling. Just seeing her smile again was enough to recharge his energy.
"S-Sorry I'm late….."
"It's okay. I just got here too." She said, her eyes looking at Kiyoshi up and down. "You okay? You look really sweaty."
"Huh? Oh! Sorry, I ran here from the station."
Chiyo rummaged through her bag and took out a towel. Presenting it to Chiyo. "Here."
"Huh!? C-Can I!?" Kiyoshi asked with a hesitant question. His face is heating up.
Chiyo giggled. "Of course. It's for you."
Kiyoshi moved his hand in the similar fashion of the sumo [Thanks]. He took the towel from her hand and wasted no time and brought it up to his face. The boy was immediately brought to tears with a blissful smile. As he moved the towel across his face with a smile, being lost in his daydream once more.
"It smells so nice!"
"Come on," Chiyo said as she grabbed a hold of his arm and pulled him along. Kiyoshi's face heated up once more. His face turned red. "We're gonna be late, it's gonna start soon."
As Chiyo was pulling Kiyoshi along, the boy was too transfixed on the girl who was pulling him. He looked down at her hand that grabbed his arm. His heart thumped against his chest. Was this what it felt like to go on a date with a girl? Is this what love feels like?
"A sumo match with a girl…..IS THE BEST!"
As the two teenagers head into the stadium, unknowest to them. A figure stood behind the building. Watching the two heads inside. But not without capturing a few shots with her phone. Making sure she caught them, the female looks down at the phone. Taking a good look at the picture.
Being satisfied with her photos, a smirk graced her lips. Placing the phone in her pocket, she walks out of her spot and follows the two inside the stadium.
….
Even in their moment of peace, trouble will always find them and it's just the beginning of the storm that will soon rear it ugly face to the boys.
Another chapter out of the way! This chapter was pretty interesting to me to type up to one major detail, Kiyoshi and Gakuto did not break out. And instead were given free time by the president all thanks to our shy but courageous boy, Matsuri. And this is just the start of what will soon ignite a chain reaction that will occur throughout the story. We are nearly done with the Operation Breakout Arc and soon will head into the next story arc. As far as chapter progression, I say we roughly have about 2-3 more chapters left.
I still want to keep a lid on what I plan to do with the next story arc. Even though I said that I will be following the canon story. But after some thinking, I think I want Hitoyoshi and the Prison School to be a story of its own. As we approach the conclusion of Operation Breakout, I will slowly reveal what I plan to do with this story. And I hope you guys will like it. (Sorry for the flip flop though. I know I said I would follow the canon story but creative vision won't leave me alone and there's so many ideas that I want to explore! XD)
By the way, if you ever got the chance to see DlyanMason210 story "A New Life, New Friends, and A New Prison" you may have noticed that his character "Gekka" has a similar vibe to my character Matsuri. It's fine. He asked me if his character could be based off of mine. Mainly borrowing his personality. I gave him the okay, as long as he creates Gekka as his own character with his own story and not be a copy of Matsuri. The two are similar I know, but trust me, Gekka is his own. Also his story will be different from mine's.
Anyways, thank you for the continued support and love for this story. This story certainly got far. Something I wasn't expecting, but hey. XD
Stay safe and I'll see you in the next chapter!
