The truth comes out regarding the peeping incident and Kiyoshi's relationship with Chiyo is in ruins. But perhaps he can still mend his relationship, but will it be easy? Or will there be more trouble awaiting him ahead…

-Train-

On the train ride back, standing by the door with his head hung, his face casted a dark shadow on half of his face. Kiyoshi did not bother looking up or at the scenery passing by. The young teenage boy was in a complete depression. As if his soul was sucked right from his body, any shred of happiness that was in him was gone.

Kiyoshi did not utter a single word among the not so crowded train with only a few passengers riding on it. He let the sound of the train wheels rattle under the tracks as it zoomed past by. The sun continued to hit his face with each passing shadow.

Under his lids, silent tears welled up within him in his eyes, blurring his vision.

"Where did I go wrong?" He thought to himself with emptiness. "All I just wanted was to make a happy memory. My time here at Hachimitsu Academy."

Everything was going fine. It was going as planned. His dreams and goal of going on a date with Chiyo was within his grasp. The girl he first met, he fell in love with.

His mind was filled with nothing but Chiyo's smiling face. That innocent smile of hers that goes hand-in-hand with her innocent nature. Her enthusiastic attitude when going to the sumo match, her laughter. When she is caught off guard, when she acts all shy. Everything about her he had hoped for truly did make him happy.

"Should I have not told her the truth? Would she not be mad at me if I didn't. Would I still be happy if-" He stopped for a moment when his memories went back to the day.

That very day when they first met…by accidental chance…

-Flashback-

Kiyoshi, the only boy in the room filled with girls, sat quietly as the teacher kept going with her lecture. The boy tried everything in his power not to look up. Tried his best to look shy, reserved, and not stand out from the crowd. But it was easier said than done when you're in a room filled with beautiful young girls for his eyes to gander at. But this wasn't the cafeteria, this was a classroom.

"Classes are the most nerve-wrecking of times," Kiyoshi thought to himself with a blush on his cheeks. "Just play it cool, Kiyoshi. Just act shy and cause no trouble."

The boy grabs his eraser and begins to erase an error on his paperwork. However, by accident, the eraser suddenly caught on the paper and slipped right out of his hand. The eraser went flying off the desk and hit the ground between the two desks in front of him. Being occupied by two female students.

Kiyoshi groaned. "So much for standing out." He thought to himself as he looked between the two students before moving out of his desk and crawling on all four of his limbs to get his eraser.

The boy's heart pumped against his chest. Cold sweat dripped against his cheeks. Slowly making his way on the floor, towards his eraser. His eyes only dead focused on his eraser, not daring to look up at any of the female students that occupied the seats.

He reached for his eraser, finally grabbing within his grasp. Breathing a sigh of relief that he didn't attract attention to himself…..or so he thought when he heard a light gasp to his left.

The boy looked up and spotted Chiyo looking at Kiyoshi with a rather serious gaze. The boy remained frozen in place. His heart skipped a beat as he met gaze with the cutest girl in the classroom.

"Raiden…..Tameemon…." She said as she looked directly at Kiyoshi's eraser.

"Eh?" Kiyoshi uttered out.

Chiyo lets out a small gasp, her cheeks heated up as she quickly faces the other way. Not looking at Kiyoshi's way. The poor boy was left frozen in place, his body began to tremble in fear and embarrassment, more cold sweat dripped against his skin. His hand was still holding the eraser in his hand.

"Damn it all! This sucks! Chiyo! The cutest girl in my class saw my weird ass eraser! Mom, I appreciate the gift, but even when I clearly said no, you still went and brought it! Now Chiyo has seen it! There's no way in hell she'll look at me ever again! DAMN IT THIS SUCKS!"

The bell rang, signaling all of the students that the class was over and it was time for their break. The boy lets out a sigh. This was the worst for him. He attracted the attention of the cutest girl in the class. Accidentally showed his eraser to her and now she won't look his way.

Just as he was about to get and leave….

"Um…" An innocent voice ranged out to him. The boy looked up and noticed Chiyo was looking his way with a blush. "Do you…..do you like sumo?"

"Huh?"

"Because….." She said as she brought an eraser exactly like his. "I have Raiden Tameemon as well." She said with a small smile.

Kiyoshi's heart skipped a beat. A light gasp escaped his lips. He was looking intensely at the girl in front of him. This was it. This was his moment to finally talk to a girl. And it happened to be the one he admires the most.

He gripped his fist. He took a deep breath before finally letting it out….

"I like…..no….I love sumo wrestling!"

-Present Day-

"Now that I think about…it all started with a lie….." The boy's eyes widened. He just now realized something was amiss with their relationship. Right from the beginning. In the classroom, it all started with his eraser.

"That's…that's right…it all started with my stupid eraser…I wasn't talking to Chiyo because I like sumo…..I was talking to Chiyo because I was just parroting mom!"

Kiyoshi just stood there in silence. His tears still welled up in his eyes. His body motionless, only letting the train lightly rock his body back and forth. He was completely dead silent until he let out a small chuckle. Before he knew it, he bent his body backward until he whiplashed his body forward with a yell! The scream surprised a lot of people on the train!

"IT WAS ALL A LIE! OUR RELATIONSHIP IS NOTHING BUT A LIE! EVERYTHING THAT I DREAMED FOR! EVERYTHING I BETTED ON! IT WAS NOTHING BUT A DREAM! JUST ONE BIG FALSE DREAM! JUST WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU KIYOSHI! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUTE GIRL LIKE CHIYO-CHAN! YOU PERVERT! YOU FREAK! YOUR NOTHING BUT A LOSER! A SPINLESS! PATHETIC! FUCKING! LOSER!"

He hashed it out. All of it. He stood there with each ragged breath. Cold sweat dripped against his face as he looked down at the floor. His field blurred from the tears in his eyes. He choked in his breathing. His lips began to quiver. His mind of Chiyo smile was now replaced with a sadden and distraught Chiyo. That smile she once wore on her face was now gone. And she utters the one word that still haunts his mind.

"Disgusting."

Kiyoshi moved his hand over his eyes, trying his best not to cry while on the train. He already unintentionally attracted attention to himself with his earlier outburst. He didn't need to attract more attention to himself. But the pain in his heart hurted him so much. Not what Chiyo said to him or her reaction…..

"Why…why did I have to go peep on her?" He thought desperately in his mind. "Why did I have to follow the others…..why didn't I just listen to Matsuri and just stay behind!? WHY!?"

Many thoughts were going through his head. Trying to find the answer to this whole dilemma. But no matter what he thought or what he was able to find, it all was just completely useless. Nothing comes to mind to ease the aching heart in his chest. All because of his actions as of far. It took a long time, but he realized that his relationship with Chiyo was built upon lies. From the sumo to him being a peeping tom. He was nothing but lies.

Kiyoshi looked at himself in the mirror. Tears still filled his eyes, but his heart was clearly telling him something. He knew what he had to do. His hand gripped into a fist.

"I…I have…I have to find Chiyo-chan. And give her a proper apology."

-Hachimitsu Academy- Inside Cell Block

2:30pm

The boys returned from their free time, just in time before it hitted 3pm. The four of them were changing in the large room. The boys got out of their male uniforms and changed back into their black and white jumpsuits. While it was only for a short time, they really can't wait to get out of prison officially so they can go back to having normal school life.

"Ah geez," Shingo muttered with disappointment. "I know it's only been 2 hours but I want to go back out again."

"I know how you feel." Jo nodded in agreement. "But we do get released next week. So it should all be good till then."

"I wish it was now."

Shingo's mind was preoccupied with the one girl they encountered during their trip to the free world. Anzu certainly was quite the sight for him. While he had seen plenty of Meiko during his time in prison, it was certainly a nice change of pace seeing a different girl from the same school.

"I wonder if she always hangs out by the game center." He thought to himself with an idea.

"Hey," Andre said, gathering their attention. "Has anyone got a hold of Kiyoshi yet? He wasn't by the train station when we got there."

This brought to their attention. There was indeed one boy missing from their group. Kiyoshi has yet to appear or even return a call yet.

"Indeed. It is nearly 30'clock. Kiyoshi-dono has yet to return." Gakuto said with a pondering thought. "Have any of you yet received a call from him?"

"No." Jo coughed.

"Nah man." Shingo also said with a frown. "Maybe he's still on his date."

"Nay. Kiyoshi-dono informed us that he would be at the sumo match for 30 minutes and then head out by 20'clock. It is already 2:30pm and he has yet to appear."

"Maybe we got a head start." Shingo said, trying to come up with something to ease their thoughts. "Relax man, I'm sure Kiyoshi will be here before then."

"Pray, I do hope you are right on that, Shingo-dono." Gakuto said with a worried expression.

Their conversation was cut short when they heard the prison cell door opening. The boys turn to see three familiar figures standing by the doorway. Meiko walked in with her hands on her hips, giving the boys the usual stare. While Matsuri stayed behind looking at the boys with his usual shy gesture.

"Did you boys enjoy your time outside?" Meiko asked them, her hands settling under her bosom.

The boys all turned in her direction and bowed their heads.

"Yes Madam Vice President!"

"I trust that you guys haven't caused any troubles, right?"

"Nay Madam Vice President! We have behaved ourselves like gentlemens! Just as you wished." Gakuto said, sounding proud and renowned.

Meiko just lets out a groan on the boy's usual speed pattern. She has listened to it multiple times as it is during their time in the prison. By this point she was already used to it, but it still ticked her off slightly because of how he was speaking. As if he was trying to just to show her how he's not a detergent as they are painted as. It couldn't really fool her when it came to the boys. Unlike a certain brown hair boy that happened to be standing next to her….

For a moment, her eyes quickly glanced at Matsuri behind her before she forced herself to look among the boys with a small blush….

"G-Good then," Meiko couged into her fist trying to ease her mind. "As stated beforehand, you will be released next week. Keep up the good behavior and you will not have to endure another month in prison, understand?"

"Yes Madam Vice President!" They all said in sync.

It took a moment or so for the Vice President to look among the small group. Counting them, she realized they were on boy shorts. "Where is Kiyoshi?"

The boys exchanged glances with each other. True, they were also wondering what had happened to the boy. He wasn't at the train station by the time they got back, so he must be running late. And god forbid they can't tell her about his date with Chiyo or they might risk themselves getting into trouble.

Matsuri was on the similar boat as he was also aware of the boy's date. He remained quiet on the sideline. Hoping Meiko would not ask him questions regarding Kiyoshi's whereabouts.

"Indeed, Kiyoshi had some errands to run!" Gakuto said.

"Really now? What type of errands?" Meiko narrowed her eyes at the bispectal boy.

"He has told your's truly that he wanted to go visit his parents for a short while. He is just running a tad bit late. He'll be here before 3, my lady." He said, sounding confident in his response.

"Hmm…" Meiko was still a little suspicious of the whole deal. She really didn't trust the boys if she was entirely honest. But then again, their free time is their time alone and nothing else. It really shouldn't concern her. Not to mention Mari already had spies on their tails. "Just so we're clear. Kiyoshi better be here before 3. It will count as a breakout if he's still not-"

"I-I'm here."

Their conversation was cut short when they spotted the boy walking into the room. The four boys sighed in relief, satisfied that Kiyoshi got here on time. Which means that their extended time here in prison will not take into effect.

Despite the boys feeling satisfied, Matsuri took notice of the boy's expression. He notices dry tear stains on his cheeks. Was he…..crying?

"Kiyoshi!" Meiko raised her voice with authority. Her eyes shooting at the boy. "Just what took you long to get here before the other inmates!"

"I-I'm sorry! It took a little longer than I anticipated." He said, trying not to tell her about his date with Chiyo.

"Next time, inquire if you're gonna be late," She turns her head to the inmates. "Alright, you guys back to your workstation! You still have to help out with the track meet! Now form a line!"

"Yes ma'am!"

-Chairman Office-

Within the office, the Chairman was looking out the window with his hand behind his back. Giving a longful look outside of the track meet that was currently going on. Sitting on the other side of the room, among the chairs was Mari. Posed with her legs crossed over the other and her hands settled on her knee.

"The boys will be released next week…..right." He said in his usual speech manner. His eyes glancing over at his daughter.

Mari scowled at the thought. "Knowing those boys. They might do something stupid again when we relase them. Or do you have second thoughts on them."

"Don't say that. They endured the strict teaching under the Underground Student Council. I am positive that they reflected on their actions…..plenty." He said as he parked his rear end on the chair behind his desk. "Which brings me to my next question-"

"About Hitoyoshi…." Mari looked over at her father, interrupting his sentence. "He has fared fine under the Underground council as a temporary member. He has done his work accordingly and has not caused any trouble within the council. However, he still has not earned my trust yet."

"Mari….."

"I know what you're going to say. You're just going to say that I should still give him the benefit of the doubt of him not being a detergent like the inmates. But my view on men will not change. No matter how Hitoyoshi portrays himself." Mari said with a tone accompanied with her unreadable expression. "And besides, he is still a suspect of Yoshimiya."

The Chairman sighed at that remark. "I knew you were going to say that. Can't you just let it go and leave Matsuri to his own. Or have you not learned your lesson from the other…time."

Mari scowled at her father. Did he really need to bring that up again? But then again, it was hard not to bring up that incident. She has literally approached Matsuri, without proof, that he has taken pictures of the council president at his old school. There were many things surrounding Yoshimiya's death that she didn't understand.

She shook her head. "Even so, Hitoyoshi still will not tell us about it. It is as if he's trying to hide the truth from us. Or do you have any information about that…..father." She narrowed her eyes at the Chairman.

The Chairman laid his head back on the chair, looking straight at the ceiling. "I do not know. Matsuri has refused to tell anyone of that event. His family tried to get some answers from him beforehand and was only met with tears and occasional panic attacks. My guess is that someone is forcing him to be quiet or it could be something more…..internal issue."

Mari's eyes still remained on her father. Her glare softened somewhat at the tale.

"I could only guess that Matsuri was affected by the event just as much as anyone else who was close to Yoshimiya. I wouldn't be surprised, since Yoshimiya was the very first friend he had…..made."

"His sister's mentioned that as well…that he was rather friendless before his time in highschool."

"Yes. Kenchiro told me that by the time Matsuri entered high school, he suspected that he was being bullied. I believe Matsuri has not told you this, but he has a stubborn pride. He does not wish to trouble anyone with his problems and tries to remain strong on his own. It all changed when he became friends with…Yoshimiya."

Mari continued to listen. Eager to know more about the boy than she already knows.

"To him. Yoshimiya was more than just a friend, he was his first real friend that he had in a long while. Someone who has stuck by him, someone he can be more at ease around, someone he can…cherish." The Chairman's eyes remained locked on the ceiling. "It was one of the only times I saw Matsuri, not with a fake smile. But a truly, genuine, real…smile."

Mari took a moment to let this sink in. Perhaps there was more to Matsuri than she had known. So he came from a friendless background and those times have changed when Yoshimiya came into his life. From what she can take from her father's words. The boy was rather fragile at best and sensitive to his feelings. But what really happened for him to refuse to tell anyone about the incident at his school?

"Mari…" The Chairman spoke once more. "I'm not gonna force you to drop this whole Yoshimiya case. And I'm not sure where your current feelings are about Hitoyoshi…..but please take into consideration his own feelings as well. Matsuri is a kind and gentle young man and would not ever think about doing the action as the boys. And besides, doesn't Matsuri's past remind you of someone…..else."

Mari could only shake her head. "I still don't want to believe it…I will seek the truth with other means."

"You truly are…stubborn."

Before either of them could speak more. Both their phones went off at the time in their pockets. At the same time, both of them took out their phones, excusing each other for a second or so. Taking a peek at their phones. Mari zipped through the message on her phone before her eyes narrowed at the message. A growl under her breath.

The teenager put the phone back into pocket and got up from the chair. Her eyes gave off a glare to kill as she walked over to the door. Leaving footprints on the floor.

"Mari?"

The underground council stopped at the question. Not looking at her father. "Something came up." She said before leaving the room.

The Chairman continued to look at the door where his daughter had left through. His eyes went back to his phone. Reading his own message:

"Hey Usano, I just picked up your daughter from her sumo match. However, something had happened during their time at the match. She won't say, but I could only guess it has something to do with Kiyoshi. Make sure that Mari knows nothing about this. It will only mean trouble for the boys. I know it's a lot to ask for, but try to keep this a secret, okay?"

-Takamoto

The Chairman lets out a sigh. Already taking a clue of the message that Mari has gotten. He could only look out at the yard with eyes of concern.

-Courtyard-

Kiyoshi was sitting on the ground with his head hiding over his hands. His knee hugging his chest. The boy was not paying mind to his surroundings but was keeping things to himself.

Off to the side, Gakuto and Etsuko took notice of the boy's behavior.

"So what's up with Kiyoshi…." Etsuko whispered to Gakuto.

"I do not know the answer to that. He has been like that for the past few minutes, it is rather making me curious."

"Do you think he got dumped?"

"...indeed. It is a possibility."

Matsuri listened between the two conversations and could only look at Kiyoshi with sympathy. Despite not knowing what is going on, he could feel that Kiyoshi needs someone to talk to. He couldn't sit by anymore.

Getting up from his seat and walking over to the boy. He slowly sat by him with a sad smile. "Kiyoshi….."

"..."

"You told her, did you?"

"...you figured me out, huh?" He muttered from his spot.

"Well it's kind of a hunch. But why else would you be sitting sulking." Matsuri said with a bit of a chuckle.

Kiyoshi lets out a sigh. Running his hand through his hair as he finally looks up at the sky. "I told her….."

Gakuto and Etsuko made their way over to the boys. "Kiyoshi-dono? What did you tell Chiyo-dono?"

"...I told her the truth…..about the peeping operation."

Gakuto and Etsuko's eyes widened. He really did tell her the truth. About their operation during the start of the school year. Matsuri could only look at him with a sympathetic look, he could take a guess how'd it went for the boy.

"And how did she react….." Matsuri jumped the gun.

"...I wish I listened to you."

"Kiyoshi?"

"If I just listened to you and hung back, then me peeping on Chiyo-chan would have never happened. I get to enjoy my date with her, no secrets behind me. Just a normal casual day with just the two of us….but it happened."

Matsuri and the others just listened to his tale. Gakuto had an unreadable expression on his face, Etsuko could only look onward with a frown. Matsuri had a deeper frown than the others, knowing that he shared part of the blame as well.

"There came a thought to my mind lately…what would life be like if I didn't peeped. No…..not just me…..but me, Gakuto, Andre, Shingo, and Jo. What do you think life would be like if we didn't peep on the girls?"

"...honestly…I've been thinking the same thing. If you guys had listened to my warning, then none of this would have ever happened. You guys wouldn't be in prison, you could possibly enjoy your date with Chiyo. Life would be great, I guess."

"Indeed." Gakuto said, gaining their attention. "Being here in prison, I have reflected a lot on our actions. We were indeed rash and have come to become detergents in the eyes of the female students of the school. It is, as you say, Kiyoshi-dono. If we had just held off on our raid, then perhaps life would be somewhat manageable."

"That's right, Spect-san!" Etsuko said with a wide grin. "You really did some thinking, did ya!"

"Of course. After all, this is only because of what had happened as of late." Gakuto said as he pushed his glasses up from the bridge of his nose. "Kiyoshi-dono, I believe the best course of action is to apologize to Chiyo-dono."

"I know…..once I get released from prison…..I'm gonna apologize to her. About everything I did."

Matsuri smiled at the boy. Looks like he has already found out what he needs to do. Which means less trouble for him in the long run…or so he thought.

"Kiyoshi! Gakuto!" All of them flinched under the authority voice of Meiko. Turning to see her standing tall, particularly staring at the two inmates. "Follow me."

-Time Cut-

It took a few moments or so before everyone was present on the field. All five of the boys formed a line on the sideline of the field. Making some spaces so they won't be in the girls way. To all of their shock, Mari was also present in the field.

Matsuri looked pretty nervous at the president. "It's pretty rare to see Mari coming out here in public. Hopefully it's not something too serious."

"Did you all enjoy your free time away from work?" Mari started.

"Yes ma'am!" They all said in sync.

"That's good. Nothing too serious happened, right? No troubles."

"No ma'am!" They all said in sync once more.

Mari looked onward with a serious gaze. Her eyes scan the boys before landing on Kiyoshi's. Her eyes narrowed at the boy, making him swallow in fear.

"W-Why is she looking at me like that?"

"Kiyoshi…." She said with her usual tone. She gestured to the boy to step forward from the line. He followed her direction, feeling intimidated by her sharp gaze stabbing his soul. "Was it fun?"

"Huh? O-Oh. Y-Yes. I had fun outside. I visited my parents for a little while, but it was fun."

"Oh…..I think we have our wire crossed."

"H-Huh?" Kiyoshi did not like where this was going.

"I was talking about your time…at the sumo match."

"..."

Time stopped. The boys felt cold sweat dripping against their skin. Matsuri and Etsuko were on similar boats. Having the same expression as the boys.

Kiyoshi however, was hit the most. His heart nearly skipped a beat, his blood ran cold. Shivered sent down his spine. He was sweating where he stood, trembling in fear under the gaze of the underground council.

"Um…..huh…..I-I don't know what you're talking about."

"Oh…you don't know. But I bet you do."

Mari said as she brought out her phone and showed it to the group. Kiyoshi's eyes widened in shock and fear. It was a picture of Chiyo and Kiyoshi together at the sumo match. The boys included looked at the photo with trembles, while granted they weren't in trouble. But Kiyoshi was and he started to panic more.

Matsuri and Etsuko could only panic in their thoughts.

"He's screwed."

"H-How'd you….."

"Yoohoo~! Madam President!" They all hear a familiar peppy voice off in the distance.

All of the boys turned around, Kiyoshi's blood ran cold. His sweat intensified. He recognized the bob cut blonde teen from anywhere. Her blue jersey shorts that she wore under her skirt as she approached the group with a cheerful smile that could deceive anyone.

Hana was back.

"How!? When!? Why is she back!?" Kiyoshi panicked in his thoughts.

"Welcome back, Hana." Meiko greeted her.

"It's good to be back," She said, smiling at the two girls. "Did the photos I sent you come out good?"

"They did. Thank you for your hard work."

The boys (Matsuri and Etsuko included) all became confused on what they were talking about. Photos…..what photos…..did they mean that the photo of Kiyoshi and Chiyo was taken by Hana…..it can't be.

Mari looked at the boy's confused gaze. She smirked at them. "In case you boys are wondering…..I had spies sent on you guys."

"Spies!?" They all thought in panic.

Matsuri looked at the president with a surprised light gasp. "She sent spies on the guys. I know she doesn't trust them, but I didn't know she would go that far."

"Umm…..Madam President, isn't that going too far?" Etsuko asked with a worried glance.

"It is all necessary to keep the boys in check," Mari said, looking back at the small first year before looking back at the boys. "I had sent two of the underground council members to see if you guys wouldn't cause any more trouble."

Gakuto shook under her gaze. "P-Pray Madame President-dono. When you said you sent t-two, who else did you send other than H-Hana?"

"Shouldn't be too much of a hard guess," Hana spoke for her stead. "You guys did meet her after all." She smiled at the boy with a mischievous grin.

All four of them flinched. Their sweat intensified. It can't be true. But it was.

"A-Anzu…..she's part of the Underground Council!?" Shingo panicked in his thoughts.

"I have sent spies to make sure you boys weren't causing any trouble outside the school or harassing any of our students. According to reports from Anzu, Shingo, Andre, Jo, and Gakuto. You four have not caused any sort of trouble during your time away from the school. So consider yourself lucky…..for now." Mari said the last part with a glare. Causing them to swallow.

"However, as for you…..Kiyoshi." Her eyes narrowed at the boy. "The only rule you have broken is conversing with a female student and engaging in an illegal relationship, and with my sister of all students…..I hope you understand what that means."

All eyes were on Kiyoshi as he trembled. He bit his lip, knowing too well what he got himself into. He knew the trouble he was in and he was embarrassed to admit it. However, he was not suspecting Mari to send Hana of all people after him. But he dug his grave.

Matsuri could only sympathize with the boy. Knowing that this would only extend his stay in prison. He would try to get a word on this so that Mari could maybe (hopefully) change her mind on Kiyoshi. But he already knew that wasn't going to fly.

"But before I get into that, there's something I like to ask you," She said as her gaze was locked on the boy. "On my way back from the Chairman office, the message I got from Hana, not only were you dating my little sister, but you also committed another crime."

"H-Huh?"

Mari didn't say anything as she approached the boy. Her gaze continued to lock on him with an aura around her that she was ready to kill. She closed the gap between the two, causing Kiyoshi to tremble under her gaze.

"Is it true?"

"Huh?"

"If I recall. You boys formed a peeping operation on the first year students. According to Hana, over hearing you guys' conversation, you revealed that you indeed were in the bath house with my little sister…naked."

Kiyoshi's heart stopped. His eyes widened in fear as cold sweat continued to drip against his bare skin. He felt utterly embarrassed as all eyes were on him. He felt himself growing smaller under the gaze of the underground council, waiting for his answer.

"Is this true, Kiyoshi?" She said with a threatening tone.

"...y….yes…..I can't hide it no more," Kiyoshi looked at the President whose eyes remained hardened and threatening. Her lips developed twitches. "I…..I peeped on your sister…..while she and I were both naked."

The next moment he knew, his face was slapped.

None of them saw it coming. It was sudden. Quick. And loud.

The sound echoed across the field, attracting the attention of the female students from the different schools. Looking at the scene with worried looks and murmurs.

The boys could only look at the scene with fear and shock. Their mouths hung wide open from the sudden action from the president herself. Hana and Meiko were just as shocked from the emotional display that Mari had shown. Matsuri and Etsuko followed suit, the boy knew she was going to be mad, but never to this level. Etsuko covered her mouth to not let a gasp escape her mouth.

Mari's face morphed into rage. Her pupils became small, the angle of her eyes became sharp as she locked gaze on the boy whom she slapped. She gritted her teeth with a growl.

"Y…..You…You…YOU DISGUSTING VILE BEAST!"

A faint red mark was left on Kiyoshi's cheeks as he didn't bother looking up at the enraged President. The boy bit his lip, his hand trembling in embarrassment. Not only was this being displayed in public in front of other girls from different schools, but the fact that he peeped at her little sister naked in the bath house. And here he was being scolded in front of the underground president.

Mari's eyes were blazing as she stabbed right through Kiyoshi's soul. "Not only you took advantage of my little sister's innocence, but you have the galls to GO ON A DATE WITH HER!"

"..."

"SAY SOMETHING!" Mari burst.

"I-I'm…..I'm sorry." Kiyoshi said in a whisper.

"Sorry? Sorry…SORRY IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY!?"

"Madam President!" Meiko held back Mari's arm to keep her from doing anything unnecessary.

"LET ME GO!"

"I understand your anger, but please consider your surroundings." Meiko said as she brought her attention to their surroundings.

Mari took notice of the other students watching the scene with concern. The president bit her lip, her eyes shot back at the vile bastard in front of her. Her eyes still blazed in fire as she just looked right at the ashamed boy who was blushing mad from his utter embarrassment.

She exhaled some steam through her nostrils, holding herself in place to keep her calm. "You're…..You're disgusting."

"...I'm sorry." Kiyoshi tried his best not to cry in front of everyone.

Mari turned around to leave. Leaving without a word or another glance at the boys.

Meiko turned her eyes towards the inmates. "WORK IS DONE FOR TODAY! HITOYOSHI! ETSUKO! RETURN THEM TO THEIR CELLS!"

"Y-Yes ma'am!" The two of them said in sync.

She would have left but she turned her glare right at Kiyoshi. "KIYOSHI! YOU WILL RECEIVE PUNISHMENT LATER!" She burst, taking her leave for the moment.

On that note, Meiko left, following the president. Followed by Hana who shared a glare at the Kiyoshi. Not before sharing a glance Matsuri who shuddered under her stare. He wasn't sure why she glared at him, but he could take some guesses.

The boys were left lost for words. Alongside Matsuri and Etsuko as they just exchanged glances with each other. Not sure what to say.

Gakuto looked over at Kiyoshi who refused to say anything, not even looking up at the boys. Just ashamed of himself. He defiled Chiyo. He's now seen as a pervert in the eyes of not just the school…but in Chiyo's eyes as well. And that is what hurted him the most. But who is he kidding, he was a pervert.

He's not a role model, nor is a proper gentleman. He was a pervert. And he can't hide that fact.

-Prison Block- Inside

Kiyoshi's body was pushed roughly inside of an unknown cell. His body hitted hard against the hard concrete floor. His eyes refused to look up at the Vice President who stood tall, towering over the boy.

"You'll be in the reflection cell today." Meiko said with a demanding authority tone. "Not only did you lay a hand on the Prez's sister. But you have also peeped on her naked while in the bathhouse."

Kiyoshi didn't say anything as he just laid there dead. His eyes just looked onward. Not responding to the Vice President who turned around, facing the other way.

"You won't be let off easily on this one." She said before parting away from the boy. Closing the door behind her.

Meiko closed the door with a sigh. Today has indeed been a long day.

"I-I didn't know we had a reflection cell." Matsuri said with a curious tone.

Meiko looked at the two students in front of her. "We do. This is where we put inmates in if they did something to harm any of the female students of the school. Or worse, threaten to go against the Underground council by using unreasonable force."

Etsuko played with her finger before looking up at Meiko. "Um…..wh-what's going to happen to Kiyoshi?"

"Who knows, to be honest." Meiko said as she crossed her arms under her bosom. "Not only did he date the Prez's sister. But he has also peeped on her while naked in the bath house." She sighed, bringing her finger to her forehead.

"I understand about Kiyoshi peeping on Chiyo during their operation. He won't exactly get off easy for that…..but," Matsuri began to scratch his head as he just looked the other way with a concerned look. "I-I don't know…..I feel like I can't say much here."

"Speaking of peeping," Meiko spoke up, looking straight at the boy. "There's something I wish to ask you about…but I feel it would be best if you save your answer for tomorrow."

"Huh?" Matsuri was not liking where this was going.

"The President wishes to speak with you."

Etsuko became alerted. "W-Wait. What does Mari want with Matsuri?"

"Calm down, Estuko. It has nothing to do with Yoshimiya," She said, making them both at ease for the moment. "But it is related to the boy's peeping operation."

Matsuri swallowed. He figured as much. Taking several guesses of how the meeting is going to go. But this is what made him nervous.

"R-Right…"

Meiko simply nodded as she took the lead, walking away from the door, being followed by Matsuri and Etsuko.

The boy couldn't help but to look behind him, the door that they left where Kiyoshi is being detained at. His future really concerns him. He knew that his secret with Chiyo was going to be revealed soon. But he didn't anticipate something like this would happen. And it honestly hits too close to home of what happened with Yoshimiya. Her future was tainted by the incident.

He felt a hand on his shoulders, looking to his side he saw Etsuko with a reassuring look. "I'm sure he's gonna be fine."

"...I really hope so."

-Reflection Cell-

Kiyoshi did not move. He did not speak. He didn't do anything.

His eyes looked at nothing particular. He just looked at the wall ahead of him. The side of his face hugged the dirt ground below him.

The boy's soul was dead. Everything that he has worked for. To have a date with Chiyo, only for it to come crumbling down on him. Everything has fallen down on him like bricks.

Voices echoed in his head. All were torturing him, repeating the same words:

Disgusting.

It was true. He was disgusting. He tainted Chiyo's innocence by lying to her face. Having the Underground President, Chiyo's older sister to rub salt on wound, calling him out in front of everyone that was present during the situation. And honestly, he couldn't be mad or blame her for any of that. It was true.

Kiyoshi hand scooped a small chunk of dirt into his hand. His teeth gritted in utter shame. He whimpered with his face facing the dirt.

"Matsuri…Etsuko…..g-guys….Chiyo-chan…..I'm sorry," He whispered between his somber. "I…I can't stay in this school anymore….." He said with a choke on his tears.

-Underground Council Office-

May 8th (Sunday)

10:00am

Matsuri was extremely worried. From the incident that occured yesterday, Kiyoshi was thrown in the reflection cell, separating him from the boys. Both his and the boy's future are left rather unknown. And it doesn't stop there. Here he was, once again in the Underground council office with all three of the members here in office. It felt deja vu to him in a sense.

He stood in front of the President desk, with the fearsome president herself. She sat there with her hands folded together on top of the desk. Her eyes glaring at Matsuri with her usual glare. With Meiko sitting on the side next to her desk, looking at Matsuri with an unreadable expression. Hana was on one of the couches with a smirk.

"I'm not gonna delay the inevitable so I'll just get straight to the point."

"Y-Yes."

"...you knew about this, did you?" Mari said in a low threatening voice. Her eyes shot into Matsuri. "You knew about that trash and my sister's date, right?"

Matsuri frowned. He suspected as much that Mari would ask such questions regarding the information between Kiyoshi and Chiyo. Normally he would try to deny it, to avoid trouble, but this time around, given his time with the council and the boys, he was feeling a strange sense of…courage.

He took a deep breath before answering. "Y-Yes…..I knew about the two."

Meiko raised a brow at the boy who continued to look at the President. She suspected something was off with the boy during his time here under the U.S.C. But why would he not disclose such information to them?

"I thought so." Mari glares hardened at the boy. "I was wondering why you wanted to give the boys their free time on the weekend. So that Kiyoshi and Chiyo can go on their date."

"Y-Yes…..I knew about that."

Mari breathed before continuing. "So, did you also know about Kiyoshi peeping on my sister?"

"No….I had a hunch that he did. But it wasn't until I got the confirmation from him, honestly I did."

"Oh," Hana spoke from behind. Her eyes narrowed at the boy. "I was wondering why you were becoming so chummy with that scumbag. In fact, I bet you guys were secretly trying to take advantage of Chiyo." She said, scrunching her eyes at the boy.

"I-It's not like that. Kiyoshi had his eyes on Chiyo since the first day. He must have regretted it when he joined the others on the raid. And I had nothing to do with either of them." Matsuri said trying to be optimistic and deny that he had any plan on this.

"Are you sure about that, Hitoyoshi," Mari spoke, gaining his attention. "You kept a secret about Kiyoshi and Chiyo going on the date without us noticing."

Matsuri frowns deepen. This was getting him nowhere and all they were doing was just pointing fingers at him. "I didn't tell you guys because I made a promise…..I promised Kiyoshi that he would go on his date with Chiyo. But I also told him to tell her the truth about him peeping."

"You sure you're not lying." Hana asked with an innocent tone. But behind her innocence was malicious. "How could we actually trust you?"

"In case you forgot, Hitoyoshi," Mari said as she got from her seat behind the desk and walked up towards Matsuri. Her body inches from his. "You're still a special suspect as well in your case. So how can we trust you, hmm?"

Matsuri wanted to talk back, but he couldn't. They were just pointing fingers and calling him out on several factors. He could try to say something, but what Mari said truly did hurt him. He knew whom she was referring to, Yoshimiya.

The boy felt a sting in his heart. He was being surrounded. He had nowhere to run or turn to. Thinking that this was the end for him. Just as he was about to give up…..

"Madam President."

All eyes turned to Meiko. The tall gray-haired beauty spoke up before any of them could continue. The Vice President could feel a flood of perspiration traveling against her thighs.

"I….I think we should trust him."

All three of them had surprised looks on their faces. Mari and Hana especially, what was she saying. The most loyal of the group would even consider such an idea or let alone actually defend the boy. Matsuri is a mixture of relief and confusion. He was glad that Meiko came to his side, but why did she? After all he did keep a secret from her too.

"Vice President?" Mari was the first to ask.

Meiko steeled herself despite her nervousness. "I'm saying that H-Hitoyoshi…..I believe he is being honest."

"What are you saying," Hana asked with a curious tone. "This scumbag was keeping a secret from us and didn't say anything about it. Why aren't you mad?"

"Trust me, I am rather crossed that he kept this from us as well," She said as she glared at the boy who flinched. "However, I believe he is being honest and we shouldn't direct our anger at him."

Mari raised a brow at her close friend. "Then would you care to explain how he's being truthful?"

Meiko simply nodded. Preparing herself. "Hitoyoshi is being honest. If he were to lie to us or deceive us, he would've come with a more hostile attitude. And if he were lying, then his eyes would've turned the other direction and away from us. Not to mention, while he was still nervous, he never hesitated on his wording. He sounded confident for the most part, but he was still being honest with us. In addition, Hitoyoshi doesn't do things to spite us, but he does them out of good intentions…..am I wrong, Hitoyoshi?" She asked the boy in question.

Matsuri took a moment to snap out his trance and shook his head.

"Yes, I can't defend that scumbag for what had happened, but Hitoyoshi on the other hand. He was simply trying to be there for his friends. Not just for Kiyoshi's sake, but the others as well. He was making up for his error of not stopping them during their operation. I…..I don't think Hitoyoshi is that sort of person to go against us."

The room was silent. All three of them were left lost for words. They were not suspecting Meiko to come out like that. They were thinking that she would have agreed with them about Matsuri being a scumbag like the boys. But she did the exact opposite…..in the most detailed way possible that would shock anyone who knew the Vice Prez's.

Matsuri was left staring at the tall girl with a blush. He was not expecting her one bit to come to his aid. He was confused, yes, but he wouldn't be lying that he was glad…..and somewhat entranced by the Vice President. He couldn't describe it, but his heart was thumping against his chest. It's like she read him pretty clearly.

"That was…rather detailed." Hana said with a questioning gaze. "Where did that come from?"

"That was indeed detailed. Almost too detailed." Mari looked at Meiko with a narrowed brow.

Meiko squeaked under her breath. A heavy blush flushed upon her cheeks. "T-We-Well….that of course f-from the notes I've been taking from him, of course. Y-You know…..i-in case if he w-were to cause a-any trouble." Meiko said, trying to back up her statement.

"I see," Mari simply said, her questioning gaze still looking right at Meiko. But decided to drop it for another time and looked at Matsuri. "I guess I jumped to conclusion as well, my apologies Hitoyoshi."

"...yeah….I guess I'm sorry as well." Hana said with a pout. She was sure that Matsuri had some intention. But they would be here all day if she disagreed.

"I-It's alright."

"However, I will still have my eyes on you," Mari said with a warning shot. "As for Kiyoshi…I'm sorry. But I can never forgive him for what he has done to Chiyo."

"S-So what are you gonna do….."

Mari simply scowled at the thought of the boy. Having someone like him in this academy truly did make her heart burn with hatred. This is why she hated men. They were perverts. And to top it off, they were deceiving.

Her eyes looked forward. Fire lit within her eyes. She would need to take a course of action.

-Prison Block-

All the prisoners stood within the large room. Four of the boys stood, forming a line behind Kiyoshi. Who was still looking dead to the world.

On the large square table, sitting was Mari, with Hana and Meiko on receptive sides. Matsuri and Etsuko stood by the wall. The boy had a very uneasy look on his face. Etsuko wasn't clear on why Matsuri was looking like that, but she could take a guess that it has something to do with Kiyoshi's status at the school.

"As you are all up to date. I have sent spies on your recent free time from yesterday. To see if you were behaving yourself outside of the school and not causing any troubles. From the reports, Shingo, Andre, Jo, and Gakuto. You four have not caused any sort of troubles during your time outside of the school. So, starting tomorrow, you will be released."

The four boys' eyes widened in shock. Was the president going rather easy on them? Not that they were complaining, but it was still rather unusual. They would suspect that from her outburst from Kiyoshi doing with Chiyo, she would take her anger out and cause the boys some troubles by keeping them in prison for another month.

However, that was only the four of them.

Gakuto looks over at Kiyoshi with a worried expression. "But what of Kiyoshi-dono?"

"However, as for you Kiyoshi," Mari said, within her eyes a small fire lit. Her raging heart is still burning. "Not only have you engaged in an illegal relationship with my sister, but you have tainted her innocence by your lies. Going as far as sneaking into an occupied room filled with girls naked. And first-year students no doubt. For your terrible crimes…you will be expelled."

"..."

The room grew silent. The four boys carried surprised expressions on their faces. Their blood ran cold. Sweat dripped against their skins. Matsuri and Etsuko had similar expressions as well, following the boy's reactions.

The only one who was not affected by this was Kiyoshi. As he remained completely unresponsive to the ordeal. However, deep down he knew he messed up and believed that there was no other room for him to speak. Knowing fully well of his crimes.

For him. There was no room for redemption.

-Cell Room-

Few hours had passed and it was late in the afternoon. Meiko took Kiyoshi back into the reflection cell and returned back to the office with Mari. Matsuri and Etsuko retreated back somewhere else, possibly talking amongst each other.

Leaving the four boys to their own, all of them reflecting on the thought of Kiyoshi getting expelled from the school. All for engaging into a illegal relationship with Kiyoshi and also sneaking into the girl's bath house naked while it was being occupied by all of the first-year female students.

All four of them did not know what to say about this predicament. All they could do was just sit in silence. Not sure what to do.

"To think…..*cough* Kiyoshi getting expelled." Jo said in silence.

"...i-it is a surprise….." Andre agreed along with his friend.

"..." Shingo did not say anything as he just motionlessly spun his cup of water in his hands. His eyes filled with somber.

Gakuto sat in silence with his hand folded together. Part of his face touching his hands. Looking closely at the glasses wearing boy, with his long hair covering his face. It wasn't long before he snapped.

"THAT'S TYRANNY!" Gakuto snapped. His fist smacked against the table. "JUST WHAT POWER DO THE UNDERGROUND STUDENT COUNCIL HAVE TO EXPEL KIYOSHI-DONO!"

"Gakuto….." Andre whispered. His eyes remained with uncertainty.

"THESE GIRLS SHOULD NOT HAVE THAT SORT OF POWER! LET US APPEAL TOGETHER TO THE SCHOOL!"

"..."

Complete silence. Not a word was spoken among the other boys. Andre and Jo looked the other way with uncertainty. And Shingo remained focused on his cup.

"WHY ARE YOU FELLOWS NOT FOLLOWING YOUR'S TRULY LEAD!? ARE YOU NOT FAZING ONE BIT ABOUT KIYSOHI-DONO EXPULSION!?"

"...of course we are." Shingo broke the silence. His eyes remained on the cup. "I'm just as upset as you are."

"No offense Shingo-dono," Gakuto said as he looked at Shingo with a skeptical look. "But your attitude lacks any sort of passion or rebellion! Are you saying that you're fine with Kiyoshi-dono being expelled!"

Shingo eyes finally look up at Gakuto with an annoyed expression. "I didn't say that in the slightest."

"Then what's with the attitude?" Gakuto asked with a curious raised brow.

"I'm mad about Kiyoshi getting expelled, believe me I am…but if you really think about it…..it was our fault to begin with."

"..."

This caught the boys' attention. Was it their fault? What does he mean by that?

"Our fault?" Andre asked.

Shingo lips formed into a frown. "It was our fault in the first place…that Kiyoshi is getting expelled."

"What are you trying to imply here, Shingo-dono?"

"...I mean…it was ALL of our plan to peep on the first year, right?"

This caught their attention. So that was what Shingo was talking about. Now that he brought it up, it was their fault to begin with. If they were to recall, Kiyoshi was against it at first, but shortly joined them for unknown reasons. Kiyoshi was originally going to get his phone. But was intercepted by Chiyo when she came in. Mistaking him to be another student she knows. It was all an accident. More or less.

The passion that Gakuto once had, completely deflated. "A-Alas, Shingo-dono is correct. We are at fault just as much as Kiyoshi-dono."

"...m-maybe we should've said something as well. I mean, like you said, it was our fault."

"Yeah….." Shingo eyes just look down at his cup. His own reflection within the water.

"Then enlighten me, Shingo-dono? Why are you not affected by this? It doesn't sound like you're at all affected by Kiyoshi-dono's future. Almost it looks like you don't care about Kiyoshi-dono at all."

Shingo looked at the glasses wearing boy with a rather annoyed look. "What the hell are you talking about?"

"What I am saying is that if you do care about Kiyoshi-dono's future, then why didn't you say anything to prevent President-dono from giving Kiyoshi-dono the ultimate punishment!"

"The hell!? You're blaming me!?" Shingo said as he stood up from his seat, angrily staring at the boy across from him.

"I'm just implying, if you're Kiyoshi-dono friend, than you could've at least stood up for him-"

"HEY FUCK YOU MAN!" Shingo angrily lashed out. "THEN WHAT ABOUT YOU! HOW COME YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING! I MEAN YOU TWO BECAME CHUMMY LATELY! SO HOW COME YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING HUH!?"

Gakuto remained silent. Sweat dripped against his skin as his eyes looked down at the table. His lips quivered in fear.

"Guys," Andre brought their attention. "If anyone's fault, it's all of our fault."

"He's right," Jo said with a cough before continuing. "If we all just spoke up and said something. Then Kiyoshi would not suffer from this punishment alone."

Gakuto and Shingo exchanged looks at each other before looking down at the table. Gakuto was much more affected by this as he just looked at the table, not bothering looking at the boys. Jo was being sensible, here he was being an unfair coward and blaming it on Shingo.

"Alas….have I truly come down to this," Gakuto said as he sat back down. His head hung in shame with his hair covering his face. "I'm no Kanu Unchou, nor am I Shokatsu Koumei. Nay…..I am nothing but a coward."

"It's all of our faults here man," Shingo said trying to reassure his friend. "If only we can speak on his behalf…..but….."

"It would be too late, I fear Kiyoshi-dono expulsion will be taking effect as we speak." Gakuto said with a somber tone.

"...what will we do now?" Andre asked with a hopeful question. Hoping that the boys will have something in mind. But that was too much to ask for.

"I doubt Matsuri-dono could do something about this either…..so in the end…Kiyoshi will be expelled from this school."

The boys sat in silence for their friend. Nothing they could do behind bars.

-Underground Student Council Office-

Inside the Underground student council office, three of the members were present inside. Hana was sitting among the couch, drinking the tea that she made. With Meiko standing in front of the desk that Mari was sitting behind.

The tall amazon woman carried a rather uneasy look on her face as she looked straight at the President.

"Madam President," Meiko started with an uneasy voice, but tried to sound confident. "I understand that you wish to expel Kiyoshi. But with our power…..I think we need to settle it through a teacher's conference."

"That won't be a problem, Vice Prez I assure you." Mari simply stated.

"How's that?" Hana asked from her sitting position.

Before anyone could question any further, a sound from a crow suddenly cawed out in the room. In a blur, it flew straight at Meiko. Scaring her in the process as she jumps and falls. Her back hitting the floor. Her face looked up at the ceiling, only for her eyes to catch the crow, making a soft landing on her massive bosom.

Meiko's eyes then caught what the bird was carrying in its beak. Her eyes widened in shock, a light gasp escaped her lips.

"Is this…..!?"

Hana looked over at her fallen friend and took note of the paper that the crow was carrying in its beaks. Giving it a good look, she had a similar reaction.

"H-Hey, hold on. We're gonna use this method?"

"B-But! Will he sign it!" Meiko asked as sweat dripped against her bare skin. Her eyes still looked at the paper terrified.

"We will make him!" Mari said, narrowing her eyes forward. "Vice President! Go and bring Kiyoshi here now!"

The crow flew off of the fallen vice president and flew back onto the desk with Mari. Leaving Meiko stunned for a moment before she quickly got up and rushed out.

"Y-Yes ma'am!" She said before heading out the door. Leaving the two members within the room.

"...so….your really going to do this?" Hana asked Mari whose attention was now on her.

"About Kiyoshi expulsion," Mari simply said finishing her sentence. "I am serious. This is for my sister's sake."

"But what if your father finds out about this? I don't think he'll be happy when he finds out that you're doing this without his permission."

"He won't find out. We'll just have to keep quiet about this. And besides, knowing my father, he will not even consider the thought of expelling Kiyoshi. He would simply just possibly give him the benefit of the doubt. Which makes me frustrated." Mari said with a scowl.

"Yeah. I suppose you're right." Hana agreed as she took a sip of her tea.

"Speaking of men, where is Hitoyoshi?"

"I think he and Etsuko were going to visit Chiyo to see how she is."

"..." Mari took a moment to think about Matsuri action. She wasn't particularly worried about Matsuri going to go visit her sister, considering he's not a pervert. But she still has her worries.

"What is it?"

"Nothing. I'll leave Hitoyoshi to do his own things."

"By the way, with the boys being released tomorrow. What are we going to do with Matsuri? We still haven't solved Yoshimiya's case and so far it doesn't look like he's going to speak anytime soon."

"I've been doing some thinking lately…..and I may have come up with a plan to get us a step closer to solving this case."

The blonde secretary's eyes widened in surprise. "You have? Then what is it?"

"I'll tell you later. For now, we focus on Kiyoshi and his expulsion."

"Right," Hana thought, going back to the pervert. "Honestly, it's one thing that you go and peep at your sister, but it's another thing that you lie in front of her and still go on a date. Just go to show that men can't be trusted."

"...yes…." Mari was rather quiet. Just in deep thoughts.

-Reflection Cell-

Kiyoshi sat alone within the small room. The only light source was the small window with bars that led outside. The boy hugged his knee near his stomach, with his back hugging the wall, opposite towards the door.

The boy was in deep thoughts. Everything that had happened to him yesterday, he couldn't help but to reflect on his actions since the very first day of his first year in Hachimitsu academy. The boy had yet to make a lasting good memory of the school. Sure he may have talked to Chiyo, but that was as far as he could go. After that, he committed a crime and tainted Chiyo's innocence with his dirtiness.

"I really am the worst." He simply thought to himself in the lone room. "Chiyo is disgusted by me. I get humiliated in front of other girls from different schools. And no doubt, the President will not allow me to see her sister again after my actions."

Kiyoshi simply buried his head further into his hands.

"Matsuri…I'm sorry. I wish I listened to you. Because if it wasn't for your warning…..we could've just listened and kicked back along with you…."

His head, for the first time, looks up at the sky through the small square window. "I wonder what life would be like if we listened to you. No doubt, life here in Hachimitsu would be the same with the girls avoiding us because of the U.S.C. But maybe life wouldn't be that bad…it would be like me and Chiyo were to be a couple in secret. The boys could potentially get girlfriends of their own."

Kiyoshi's eyes looked onward with a hopeful gaze in his eyes.

"I would do anything to have that sort of life. A life where I didn't peep at Chiyo-chan. Then she wouldn't hate me…..but of course…..it's not like our life would get any better…all I did was just lie to her. Not just about the peeping operation, but also about my interest in sumo. I just said that because she was cute. The cutest girl in my class, talking to someone like me….I…..I just had…"

Kiyoshi hopeful gaze downcasted. Looking back down at his feet.

"Gakuto…..thank you for being with me. I had fun being your partner. Shingo, Andre, and Jo. I'm sorry I don't get to experience freedom with you guys. Etsuko….thank you for helping us with this breakout….even though we didn't break out. But thank you for all your help. And Matsuri, thank you for all your help as well. Without you, I would've never got to see Chiyo-chan once more. I'm glad that I met you."

"I just wish….I just wish I could apologize to Chiyo-chan…..about everything."

-Girl Dormitory-

Mayumi was feeling rather anxious right now. While she was quietly doing her work, she couldn't help but to take notice of her friend and roommate, Chiyo, who was currently in bed. But it was hard to see if she was asleep or if she was awake with her hair covering her face. Making her expression hard to read.

Mayumi had headed out and came back on several occasions and whenever she did, Chiyo was always still in bed. It concerns her seeing her usually positive friend in this state and it just started to make her scared.

"C-Chiyo…." Mayumi said, trying to get her friend's attention. "Are you okay?"

"..."

Nothing. She was suspecting much. But she had to try something. Chiyo couldn't stay like this forever, right?

She was about to give it another go, before she heard a knock on the door. She wasted no time getting up and walked over to the door. Opening it slowly, worried that it would be Mari by the door, turned to relief when she found out who it was.

Both Matsuri and Etsuko stood there with worried expressions. More so with Matsuri as he played with the bangs of his hair. For Etsuko it was rather a surprise seeing her with a serious expression. While she has seen her serious, but never so often.

"Hey guys," Mayumi greeted them with a weak smile. They waved back. "D-Do you need something?"

"Um…..h-how's Chiyo?" Matsuri asked with a concerned expression.

"...she's still not feeling it." Mayumi said with a frown.

"We need to talk to her." Etsuko said with a uncharaitsic tone.

"I-I don't know if that will work. I've tried to talk to her, but she just remains on her bed and won't respond. I don't even know if she's awake or not."

Matsuri bit his lip, his fist tighten against his grip before looking at Mayumi. "P-Please…..I really need to talk to her."

Mayumi pondered for a moment. She wasn't too confident that Matsuri would make much of a difference, but it was worth a try and hopefully (just maybe) he could get Chiyo out of the funk she was in at the moment.

She allowed Matsuri and Etsuko into the room, with the boy going in first. Matsuri's eyes looked directly at Chiyo was still facing the other way, making it clear that she was not in the mood to speak.

"Like I said," Mayumi said from behind. "She's been like this yesterday and this morning. I'm really worried about her."

"I knew it." He thought to himself with a frown.

"Did…..did something happen between Kiyoshi and Chiyo?" She whispered into Etsuko's ears.

"A lot of things happened." The small first year responded back.

Matsuri wasted no time as he approached close to Chiyo's bed side. Not wanting to invade her space, she stops a few inches from her before sitting down on the floor. His eyes looked determined, with a fire lit in his eye. He was scared, but he had to talk to her.

"C-Chiyo…" He started. Getting no response from her. "I don't know if you're awake, but if you are, at least listen to me."

Matsuri took a deep breath. Trying to calm himself down before he prepared to speak.

"I'm…I'm very sorry about Kiyoshi and the boy's action against you-no. Against the first year student in general. If I was more assertive against them, then they would've never peeped on you or the other girls. But…I f-failed. They still did. I'm not sure what happened between you and Kiyoshi in the bath, but I just wanted to apologize on not just my behalf, but Kiyoshi as well."

The two girls looked at the boy with mixed reactions. Etsuko made a small smile at the boy while Mayumi looked on with a curious glance.

"I can't say for sure what was going on with Kiyoshi when he was peeping with the boys…..but I know that he's not that bad. Sure, he's an idiot and sometimes can be lost within his own imagination. But he's not a BAD guy. He told me how he was looking forward to seeing you at the sumo match. He was definitely looking forward to it. I know it must be hard to believe that from me about Kiyoshi…..but please. Kiyoshi never meant for any of this to happen. I'm sure making you cry was the last thought he would ever have on his mind."

He continued with a single small tear in his eyes.

"Of course, I can't defend him for what he did. But I'm sure he must have regretted it…well….m-maybe. But aside from that, he is not all bad. After all…..it's like you said. Anyone who saves a baby crow, can't be all bad…..right."

"...you know."

They all wore surprise looks on their faces. Was she finally speaking to them? Was she finally coming out of her depression? Chiyo partly got up from her bed. Both her hands supported the mattress as she just looked down, her hair covering her face.

"You always try to be the representative for the boys…it must feel like a heavy burden."

"..." Matsuri wasn't sure how to respond to that but just scratched the back of his head with an unsure look.

"I don't think I'll ever forgive Kiyoshi for peeping on the girls…but I feel like it was wrong for me to leave without hearing him out on why he was in the girls room in the first place."

"I…..I can't exactly answer that honestly…but I think you should at least hear Kiyoshi out…he felt really bad for going that far and lying to you."

"..." Chiyo didn't say anything. Staying still for a slight minute or so before she moved her body. Her legs hung off of the bed, sitting straight up with her hands on her knees. Her once sour mood vanished and was replaced with a smile looking at Matsuri. "Thank you, Matsuri."

"Huh?"

"I know you're trying to act on Kiyoshi's behalf, but I would rather hear it from him than you. And I don't blame you for the boys raid operation either."

"B-But I should've at least done something to stop them at least. Instead of just…running away." Matsuri said the last bit with a somber tone.

Chiyo leaned forward, cupping Matsuri's chin under her hand making him face her. Getting the boy's utmost attention. "Don't say that. The thing is at least you're trying to look out for the boys. Kiyoshi told me how hard you fought to give them their free time. I know my sister can be stubborn at times, but you still managed."

Matsuri continued to listen to what Chiyo was saying. She retreated her hands from his chin but her eyes remained on him.

"Regardless of what my sister thinks, I believe men aren't all bad. Sure, they can be perverts and idiots sometimes. But I like to believe that they can be noble and gentlemen as well. I won't excuse Kiyoshi for his actions, but I want to hear him out and maybe give him a second chance at redemption. So yes, I appreciate your apology Matsuri. But I want to hear it from Kiyoshi."

"Um…..a-alright."

Mayumi breathed a sigh of relief. She was glad that Chiyo was back to normal. While she can't say she would forgive Kiyoshi for going that far, at least Chiyo wasn't sulking anymore. Etsuko had a genuine smile across her lips. Not only happy for Chiyo, but she was glad that Matsuri was doing his best to help those around him.

"You know Matsuri," Chiyo spoke once more. "You really are a kind boy."

"Huh?"

"I can tell, you always try to look out for the boys, you treat everyone on the same level. Kiyoshi must be lucky to have a friend like you….and I if you don't mind. I would like to be your friend as well."

Matsuri's eyes widened for a bit. Genuinely surprised by the offer. "Y-You sure about that?"

"Of course. I don't see you as a threat or anything. I just see a boy who wants to try his best." She said with a bright smile.

Matsuri didn't know how to respond to that. Parts of him felt like he could make more new friends during his stay here in Hachimitsu. He feels out of place with the boys due to their antics, the U.S.C don't like him. The only true friend he has is Etsuko (with the exception of Kiyoshi but sometimes he has his moments). He wanted to accept her offer but…..

"A-Are you sure you really want me as a friend…..I'm not sure if you….."

"I don't care. Whatever bad thing that you might say about yourself, I don't care. What matters now is what you are doing as of this moment. It's never good to dwell in the past."

Matsuri wanted to say something, but he couldn't find the means of shaking her off. Chiyo truly was a kind girl. Kiyoshi should really find some common ground with her if he truly wants to date her one of these days.

The boy attempted a smile. "Thank you, Chiyo."

The two remained in silence. Chiyo remembered what Takamoto had said the other day of her worries about Matsuri in this school.

"You, Etsuko, and Mayumi are the type of friends Matsuri needs to get through this school. Help him get through the tough times or if he needs some comforting…I know I'm asking much, but….nice people like Matsuri are the kids that worry me the most."

Chiyo was glad that Matsuri accepted her friendship. Now the only thing that she would have to worry about is Mari or any other of the council members interrogating him or pressuring him to reveal his past about Yoshimiya. She wouldn't want him to suffer another panic attack.

Their moments were interrupted when Matsuri's cheeks were being pulled by an annoyed Etsuko. The small first year stretched the poor boy's cheeks as far as she could to grab his attention.

"Oww! E-Etsuko what's wrong!?"

"Ma-tsu-riiii! You cheater!"

"What!?"

"You're dumping Meiko for Chiyo aren't you!"

Matsuri nearly jumped out of his skin. His heart skipped a beat and a heavy blush flushed on his cheeks. She really said that out loud, and in front of Chiyo and Mayumi no doubt.

"W-Wait…..what's this about Meiko-chan?" Chiyo asked with a curious glance.

"NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BETWEEN US!" Matsuri said as he was quick to cover Etsuko's mouth.

"But didn't just say-" Mayumi was cut from her sentence as a panicked Matsuri interjected.

"NOPE! NO SHE DID NOT!" He said before pulling Etsuko to the side. "Would you not please."

"So you're not dumping her?"

"No! And we're not even dating!" He whispered into her ears.

Etsuko just gave him a unsure look. Not sure to trust his words.

"Don't give me that look!"

Both Chiyo and Mayumi were unsure what the two were whispering about. But decided to leave it to them, there's no need to prive into whatever Matsuri or Etsuko are doing.

"A-Anyways, I really want to hear Kiyoshi apologize, so where is he?"

"He is currently being expelled."

They all stopped and turned to the doorway. At the door was a familiar older woman with chestnut brown hair with some of her hair strands poking out.

"Takamoto-sensei?" Chiyo said with a surprised look.

"W-Wait, what about Kiyoshi getting expelled?" Mayumi asked with a concerned look.

"I just happened to run into Meiko who was dragging Kiyoshi to the U.S.C office. She mentioned that Kiyoshi is going to be expelled from the school."

The room became silent. Chiyo and Mayumi (with the exception of Matsuri and Etsuko) were shocked. Expelled? A bit overboard, but something was not right.

"B-But the council should not have that power! And also, why is Kiyoshi facing the chances of being expelled in the first place!?"

"R-Right," Matsuri said, coming back from his private conversation with Etsuko. "President says he is facing charges for not only engaging in illegal relationship with you, but also for sneaking into the girls bath house naked during the peeping job."

Chiyo lips formed into a frown. Her thoughts racked in her head, before she stood up.

"Matsuri."

"Huh?"

"...can you come with me….I need to talk to my sister."

Matsuri blinked a few times, but wasted no time as he nodded with a firm glare. He wasn't sure how Chiyo was going to convince her sister to stop this, but he couldn't let her go by herself. He got into another situation with Mari, but at this point, he couldn't let this slide.

He followed Chiyo out of the room and down the hall, towards the office where the event was happening. Takamoto watched them go with a small smile, looking at the boy beside her.

"Looks like he's starting to grow a back-bone."

"Takamoto-sensei….." She turned to see Etsuko with a worried look. "Are you sure that Chiyo will be able to convince Mari to drop the expulsion?"

"Not entirely, which is why I called another person to intervene."

"Really, who?" Mayumi asked with a curious glance.

Takamoto simply smiled at the pair. "If Mari refuses to listen to Chiyo…then she'll have to listen to the one person who's in charge of this school."

She simply smiled as she began to walk down the same path where Chiyo and Matsuri walked down.

Another chapter wrapped up! Next chapter will be the conclusion of the Breakout Operation arc! Things are gonna be heating up from here on out!

I was serious when I said I wanted to put my own spin on Prison School, without straying too far from the original source. There were many things in this story that I felt I wanted to add more layers to. More specifically the Underground Council and their treatment towards the boys. While they are still harsh, Mari will sometimes cross between being reasonable and unreasonable. Her action towards Matsuri and Kiyoshi shows this. She's reasonable for giving the boys their free time but also unreasonable when she hears what's been going on between Kiyoshi and Chiyo and then tries to expel him.

I also wanted to add in that bit with Kiyoshi and his relationship with Chiyo. In the canon story, everything just felt false, and everything started with a white lie of him liking sumo. He only did it because he wanted to get close to Chiyo and then the whole peeping job, he lied about that as well. Overall, Kiyoshi was building himself as a false character to Chiyo, hiding the fact that he's just as much of a pervert as the others. Despite that, he's not all bad, he just needs someone to push him in the right direction and Matsuri plays that role in his life to an extent.

I notice how some of you guys are getting anxious to see the whole reveal of Yoshimiya and just what happened to her back at Matsuri old school. Don't worry, we will get to the truth soon. But I want to put a little more focus on Matsuri's relationship with the cast (more particularly with the U.S.C) before I start getting into the nitty gritty stuff of Matsuri's past. I plan on making a mini-arc of some sort that involves a whole backstory on Matsuri old school life and his relationship with Yoshimiya. We will get there soon, just stay patient a little more.

As for his relationship with Meiko, we still have a long way to go before the two become something, but with recent chapters, you can clearly see that Meiko is developing feelings for him. Personally I can't wait to get to more moments with them. Especially when Matsuri finds out more about Meiko's previous life before the current.

Lots of stuff is coming for this story and I don't want to reveal too much to you guys. But hopefully you guys stick around.

Feedbacks would be nice. I like to hear some critics from you guys about this story so I can start improving further.

As always, stay safe and I will see you in the next chapter!
