The boys come clean. Their plan has been revealed and the outcome in it. However, they still got one last shot to revive the wet t-shirt contest. But will they be able to pull it off? Witness in the heating conclusion to the 'Fight for the Wet T-Shirt Contest' arc…

-Restaurant- [Inside]

July 3rd

6:00pm

Previously on Hitoyoshi and the Prison School…

"AH SHIT!"

Kiyoshi was the first to try to calm them down. "N-NOW HOLD ON A MOMENT! LET'S ALL RELAX HERE! LOOK YOU'RE ALL CAUSING A SCENE HERE IN THIS RESTAURANT!"

Hana took a step forward with a stomp. Kiyoshi and the boys trembled in fear, with the blue haired teen falling on his butt before scrambling over to the boy's side for comfort.

"KIYOSHI DON'T COME OVER HERE!" Shingo yelled.

"IF I'M GOING DOWN, ALL OF YOU ARE GOING DOWN WITH ME!" Kiyoshi yelled.

Hana continued to stomp her way towards them with a very familiar killer aura that surrounded her. The boys all backed up as much as they could, only to be squeezing against Andre who was being pushed against the window.

She stopped in front of them, her eyes glowed red as she looked at them. As if death was staring right in their souls.

"You bastards just don't learn…do you." She said with a very dangerous tone as she gave them the death glare.

"Holy SSSSSHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!"

"WAIT! WAIT! TIMEOUT! TIME OUT!"

Stepping between the cowering boys and the angry Hana, Risa raised her hands in defense. Hoping to grab Hana's attention. Luckily it did as she stopped in her tracks with only her hand raised, ready to pound either of the boys faces.

"M-Maybe there's a different way of handling this instead of being violent."

"I'm sorry what?" Hana wore an ugly expression. "Now is the perfect time to be pissed off and result in violence! These assholes only used us to revive the wet t-shirt contest!"

"N-Nay! You're mistaken, Hana-dono! That is not all of the truth!"

"Huh? What do you mean not all of the truth?" Anzu queried her eyebrow. "You better start talking."

"What's this all about Gakuto-kun? Are you saying you used me for your own gain."

"N-Nay! Pray, listen to our story before jumping to conclusions."

"Then start talking! What's the meaning of all of this!" Hana yelled.

The boys exchanged glances between each other. Both wearing the same expressions. Kiyoshi and the others gave Gakuto the spotlight to tell them the story of their plan. Much to his annoyance and fear of facing Hana's wrath first…

"Right then…you see…our plan was to revive the wet t-shirt contest."

"Right. We got that bit. But how did it all start is the real question. It just felt like it came out of nowhere." Risa asked with a glare.

"Ah. Well…it actually all started when the ASC temporarily took over. At first we weren't going to do much, but the moment when your's truly saw the schedule planned out by the ASC. I saw none of the wet t-shirt contests within the schedule. But it was in fact replaced by clam digging. W-We couldn't bear to witness this happen, so we formed an alliance with the USC to bring them back to power so that they can revive the wet t-shirt contest."

Gakuto didn't bother looking up at the girls' reactions as they all wore about the same one. The one he didn't wish to look at was Mitsuko. He couldn't bear to see her face.

"Indeed, that was our plan, but after the battle was decided to end as a draw, the USC were still offered their old position back. However…that all changed when Mari-dono gave the position to Kate-dono. Ultimately crushing our dream…the wet t-shirt…our effort was wasted on. So we decided on the last ditch effort by trying to tell the council president to change their mind on the wet t-shirt contest. But alas, all of us were too scared to approach, so we sent Kiyoshi-dono…well the rest you already know."

The building was silent. Even all of the people who were within the restaurant did not say anything as they watched the students engage in their conversation. Their yelling caused a disturbance and has now become a centered focus.

Hana was just about ready to kill someone. Risa holds a similar expression as she glares at the boys, making them cower in fear. Anzu and Satou held indifferent expressions. But the one who was hurt the most was Mitsuko who looked at Gakuto with tears in her eyes.

"G-Gakuto-kun…I…I can't believe you."

"H-Huh?" Gakuto looks up at the girl.

Tears leaked from her eyes and rolled against her cheeks. "I…so that's why…you joined their side…because…you didn't like how the ASC were ruling because of one small change…is that…"

Gakuto's heart nearly broke. "N-Nay. It's not the reason…"

"Sure the hell seems like it!" Anzu said as she hugged Mitsuko.

"Joe-san…is this true…" Satou asked as she looked at the boy.

"Um…well….I….um…" Joe couldn't find the right word or even how to say it properly because it was too embarrassing or just makes the situation even worse.

"So you bastards joined them for petty reasons…can't believe you all." Risa said with a scowl.

"U-Um…technically, I wasn't aware of it till now." Andre weakly said.

"Shut it, Andre." Risa glared at him, shutting him up.

"Right," Hana punches her fist into her palm as she looks dead cold at the boys. "Should I do the honor and finally end their lives."

"AIIIEEEEEE! SHE'S GONNA KILL US!" Kiyoshi cowered in fear as he backed up even further.

"P-PRAY! WAIT! BEFORE YOU KILL US, ISN'T THERE ANY OTHER WAY WE CAN SETTLE THIS! INDEED, YOU ALL ARE MAD AND YOUR'S TRULY UNDERSTAND THAT! BUT ISN'T THERE ANY OTHER WAY!?"

"No." Hana took a step forward.

"WAIT PLEASE! SIEZE YOURSELF! RESIST!" Gakuto grabs Risa by the shoulders and drags her towards him. Using her as a shield. "RISA-DONO! PLEASE TELL HER TO CALM DOWN! PLEASE DO SOMETHING! I DO NOT WISH TO DIE RIGHT NOW!"

"Move it or lose it, Risa!" Hana said as she was inching closer towards the boys.

Risa looked between the boys and Hana who was just about ready to aim for them and give them a good wallop. She pondered for a good second or so before she came up with an idea.

"Wait." She stopped Hana who wore a baffled expression. "Perhaps we can come with something else."

"Huh!? Something else! As if! Why can't I beat the living shit out of these guys!" Hana said, shaking her fist.

"Relax, they said that they wanted to talk to us about reviving the wet t-shirt contest, right? I mean, Kiyoshi did go through the trouble of trying to muster up the courage to talk to you about it. But he was too scared because he felt that he would anger you and he would get injured in the process."

"T-That's right!" Kiyoshi quickly said before retreating back into hiding.

"I think the best course of action is to hear them out…"

Hana growled a little. Scratching her head in frustration. "Well…if you insist…but I don't know if I like this…"

"Relax, I say we hear them out. But it's not exactly our position to speak out." She looked towards the boys. "If you five wish to revive the wet t-shirt contest. Then you're gonna have to speak to our president about it."

"H-Huh?" The boys spoke at once.

"Since this is the wet t-shirt contest we were talking about here," Risa looks towards Hana. "Hana. You call Mari."

Hana wasted no time as she reached for her phone. Calling Mari.

"W-WAIT! There's no need to bring Mari into this!" Kiyoshi yelled as the other boys pleaded.

"Shut your mouth!" Hana yelled as she waited.

The boys could only swallow in fear. Feeling dread against their skin as they exchanged glances.

"This is not good…."

-Auditorium-

NOW…

All of the students were present within the auditorium. The female students were sitting on the chairs that were packed in rows. The very front row that was next to the stage was left somewhat empty with two tables being occupied by both different groups. The left side being occupied by the boys and the other one being occupied by Mari and Kate.

Up on the stage, standing there was a podium that stood there. Sitting on the chairs that were positioned behind the podium was a row of six chairs that were being seated by the teachers of the Hachimitsu.

Takamoto released a wide yawn. Tears threatened to leak through her eyelids as she forced them shut with her mouth opening wide. Shutting her mouth before wiggling her lips.

"You look tired. Did you just wake up?" Suzumei asked

"Well, I was taking a nap before my phone rang. Got a call from Usano about setting up a court trial or something." Takamoto said as she rested against the chair looking at her friend with her one eye.

"Yeah, we all got the call…" Suzumei gestured to the other teachers. "Apparently the case is about the boys wanting to revive the wet t-shirt contest."

Takamoto gave a blank expression. "Whaaat?"

"Ugh. I swear. Is this really necessary," Kiruyu joined the conversation as she rubbed the bridge of her nose. "I mean, why make an entire court trial over something so trivial. Honestly, wouldn't this be better to just have a private conversation instead of having the whole school involved."

"I do have to admit, it does bring some unnecessary trouble to us…then again I do worry about the safety of these students." Ringo said with a worried concern.

"And that's exactly why we're here in the first place. To make sure the students are safe, right?" Ino said with a smile.

Takamoto could only yawn once more. "Well, hopefully we get done quick, because I'm thinking of going to bed early. Speaking of…where's Usano?"

"Ah. I think he was getting ready." Suzumei said.

"Huh? For what? It's not like this court trial needs to be taken seriously."

"Not sure."

Sitting within the crowd, Chiyo was sitting with her friends. Both Chiyo, Mayumi, Tsubaki, Yukina and Megumi took notice of how Anzu, Satou, Risa, Hana and Mitsuko held indifferent expressions. Their eyes seem to be drilling into the back of the heads of the boys. While they can't see their expressions, they can see the boys trembling in their skin.

Chiyo leaned in Mayumi's ears. "Hey. Any reason why the girls are looking at the boys like that?"

"Not sure. But whatever it is. I guess the boys have done something to outright anger them. I wouldn't be surprised, considering that it's the boys." Mayumi answered.

"I mean I guess. Do you think it has something to do with the court trial we're in?" Chiyo said as she looked around.

"I guess. Again, I'm not sure."

"I wouldn't pay no mind it, Chiyo-san." Yukina spoke as she flipped her hair over her shoulders. "Obviously the boys have done something idiotic and are currently put on trial. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in prison."

"You just have a way with words, do you?" Tsubaki said.

"H-Hey come on. I don't think the boys are in that much trouble…hopefully."

"Actually," Matsuri spoke in the group. "They're in trial because they want to revive the wet t-shirt contest for the summer trip."

"Eeeeh? You're kidding me." Tsubaki said as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "God these idiots. And why the hell the wet t-shirt contest."

"I'm not surprised somehow…" Meiko said with a flat tone not surprised in the slightest about the boy's latest endeavor.

"As I said, idiotic." Yukina repeated herself.

Megumi looked around the group. Taking notice how they were less than one friend. "Hey, has anyone seen Etsuko?"

"Ah. I was wondering why the room was rather peaceful. It's unusual for that child to miss out on such an event." Yukina said.

The boys were facing the podium. Not bothering looking at anything or anyone else. Especially, for some odd reasons, they found themselves being struck with daggers in the back of their heads.

"They're seriously mad at us." They all thought at once.

"H-Hey guys," Joe said in a low tone. "Do you think we got this…"

"To be honest, I don't know. This is my first time in a court trial." Shingo said, shaking in fear. "I'm really nervous."

"Never thought to see the day that we were in trial. Good thing that we're only here for a different reason and not at risk of going to jail." Kiyoshi said, trying to reassure everyone.

"There may be a good chance we're gonna get thrown in prison if we make the wrong move." Andre said.

They turned their head to the glasses-wearing boy who smirked with a chuckle. "Fear not my fellow comrade. For your's truly have the perfect argument that will result in the public in our favor."

"You do!?" Kiyoshi said with a baffled expression. "You came up with one that quick!"

"O-Of course." Gakuto said as he touched his forehead with his finger. "Don't forget that you are messing with an intelligent and resourceful boy here. I am not to be underestimated."

The boys who previously were shaking in their shoes now are relieved to hear that Gakuto has everything under control.

"That's great! That means you have everything under control!" Joe said with a cough.

"I-Indeed. Do not worry! I have everything under control…I-I hope…"

Mari sighed to herself. "Honestly, out of all the things the boys had to bring up…I knew something was up. But I'm rather surprised that you want to hear the boy's argument, Kate."

"Of course. Don't you think we should give them a fighting chance. Besides, knowing them they probably won't stop bugging us about it. So how about we settle this with a simple little court trial."

"I suppose so." Mari said as she laid her back against the chair. Her eyes darted back at the podium. "Now where is father, he said he would be here soon…"

*Creak!*

The auditorium silence itself as the main doors opened up. The students stopped to look at who was coming through the room. It was none other than the chairman himself…

"Ah, there he…is…huh?"

The students held expressions on their faces as they looked at the chairman who began to walk down the lane right in the middle. The students stopped immediate conversation and mumbling as they just looked at the chairman with a stone face.

Chiyo, Mayumi and the others look at the chairman. Their reactions were just the same as everyone else. They couldn't take their eyes off of the man.

"What…in the world…" Chiyo asked herself as she muttered.

"What on earth is he wearing on his head? It looks positively hideous on his form."

On top of Usano's head, wearing over his hair was a rather big white wig that had plenty of curls on it. Curving over from left to right and on the back of the hair as well. To add the feature he was wearing a pair of clear glasses.

Usano ignored the stares as he kept his stare forward. Going up the steps and walking over to the podium. He faced the crowd who couldn't take their eyes off the man.

He cleared his throat. "Takamoto…if you…may."

"Huh!? O-Oh! Right!" Takamoto stood up as she tried her best to ignore the wig on Usano's head. "All rise for judge Usano Kurihara."

It took a moment to register what she said before they rose from their seats. Their eyes are still on the chairman's hair.

"Please be…seated." Usano said with his usual speech pattern.

"The hell is going on with that wig of his…" Tsubaki whispered to Matsuri.

"Not sure. Maybe…he's trying something new?"

"Or…" Yukina had a sudden suspicion. "This could be a plot by none other than the child-"

"HELLOOO~!"

As if on cue. Etsuko squeezes herself between Tsubaki and Yukina from behind them. Scaring them in the process as she looks forward with a smile.

Yukina held an annoyed glare. "I guess Usano wearing that awful wig has something to do with you?"

"It's not awful! It's brilliant! After I heard that there was going to be a court trial, I couldn't pass up on the opportunity! Sooo, I had Crow Mistress to send me to the chairman to give him the message. But I took the chance and wanted him to look like one of those old ancient judges they used to have back then! It's awesome!"

"It looks absolutely hideous on him." Yukina bluntly said.

Matsuri looks at his friend with a stare. "Seriously, you just couldn't resist it could you."

"Excuse me for having fun. Unlike all of you. Oh right! It's gets better! I even gave him a gavel!"

"You what now?" Megumi said with a blank stare.

It didn't take long for them to receive an answer as he hit the podium with his gavel.

*Tack! Tack!*

"Order in the courtroom!"

All of the students (even the teachers) just gave a stare at the chairman. Usano once again ignored their stare as he resumed business.

Matsuri and the others just stared from Usano to Etsuko who wore a bright smile.

"Honestly now? Just how hard have you gone here?" Meiko asked.

"I went the extra mile."

"Now then, would Gakuto please stand up and present his case on why we're present…here."

Gakuto flinched in his seat. "I-Indeed, I'm first?"

"Yes. Now please rise and present…immediately."

"Y-Yes sir!"

Gakuto rose, not before giving the boys a thumbs up. Reassuring them that he got this. He walks in front of the auditorium. Ready to present his case.

"Ladies and gentlemen. We are gathered here today in this courtroom-er…well auditorium to be more precise." Gakuto took a deep breath before taking a stance. "Either way, we are gathered here because I would like to bring to attention an unseen crime. That's right, a crime here had happened right in this very campus. A crime so horrid, so disgusting, so despicable that anyone who has a weak heart! Please avert your ears! For am I about to tell you right now…"

The room silently grew into a murmur of whispering.

"The hell is he doing? Just get on with it already." Shingo said with a whisper.

"As you are all aware…well I would guess only the first years are not aware of this. And I am about to show you, right here." He said as he brought up two pieces of paper. "What I have in my hands are two schedules. One from the Underground student council and the other from the Aboveground student council."

Gakuto continued. His stance took more of a firm stand.

"Both of these have a list of activities for the summer break. Correct me if I'm wrong, but during the summer break, Hachimitsu have a sea school where they partake in any activities. Like campfire, sing songs, eat BBQ and of course…the wet t-shirt contest."

Gakuto gained a blush for a moment, a brief vivid image flew through his head. But he quickly shook his head, trying to get back into business.

"B-But…that was only listed on the USC schedule. Here is the ASC schedule. Here, while it does remain the same…all except for one activity that is…that is right…on this very schedule is not the wet t-shirt contest…but instead it is replaced…BY A CLAM DIGGING EVENT!"

*DUN-DUN-DUUUUUUUUN!/CLICK! CLICK!*

The student looks around the auditorium. Realizing that the auditorium lights were flickering on and off. All added with a strange dramatic music that played in the background. While the music ended, that still didn't stop the flickering lights.

"KAMISHOYA!" Kiruyu yelled.

They all looked at the back of the room where Etsuko was standing, with a tape recorder in hand and her finger on the light switch, flickering it on and off only to stop when she noticed the crowd looking right at her.

"Sorry! Trying to add dramatic effects!"

Gakuto cleared his throat. "A-Anyways, as I was saying. The ASC has committed a crime amongst this very academy by gutting out the wet t-shirt contest! And for what!? Some shameless and non entertaining event of digging for clams! I speak for this for everyone in the room that no one doesn't like clam digging!"

Complete silence in the room. No one uttered a word. All except for a slow raised hand in the audience. Sitting in the front row, an average height teen shyly looks at Gakuto with a timid expression. Gaining the attention from everyone in the auditorium.

"I-I think clam digging maybe fun…" She said quietly.

In a blink of an eye. No one even saw him as he quickly disappears from the front of the room and practically teleports towards the shy female teen. His finger directly touched the tip of her nose. Not putting too much force but enough for her to lean back a little in fear.

"UNACCEPTABLE!"

The room was in complete silence. Watched Gakuto, while he didn't harm her, but pointed directly at the teen. It just came out of nowhere. Especially for his friends since they saw him as someone who does engage in physical combat.

The girl didn't say anything as she cowered in fear a little. Not wanting to dare say another word as she slowly lowered her hand back down.

Gakuto walks back to the front of the room. Going back to his original position. "Anyways, no one likes clam digging. That is all."

The boys couldn't help but to look at the glasses-wearing boy as if he was dumb. After that little stunt he pulled, there was no way that the public would shine in their favor.

"THAT FUCKING MORON!"

Usano coughed in his hands. "Thank you for the recap, Gakuto. Does the defense have a counter statement?"

Mari and Kate glanced at each other before nodding. The crow mistress stood up from the seat and raised her hand.

"Yes, Chairman. I have one." Mari said as she walked in front of the room. "While Gakuto did make a rather interesting and yet…entertaining point. I would like to add to that for a bit. Yes, during our rule over the council we did have everything planned out for the summer program for the coming summer. I wasn't aware that Kate and the others have made changes to the program just a slight, but yes. We did had the wet t-shirt contest planned out."

The boys nodded in agreement.

"However," Mari tone shifted as she glared at the boys. "I would like to make something clear to the audience…why do the boys wish to revive the wet t-shirt contest. Especially here and now?"

The boys flinched in fear. "OH SHIT!"

"You could argue that they're just doing this for the better good. Making sure that all the students would certainly have more fun than…clamming." She took note of the pout from Kate. "But please ask yourself. Why in the world would they wish to revive the wet t-shirt contest? Five boys. Who may I have to remind you entered in this school and during the first semester they have been seen on top of the rooftop above the first year changing room. Four of them naked. While one was actually in the bath along with the others. Think real hard on that. These same perverts. In an all-girl school. Wanting to revive the wet t-shirt contest…with all of us girls in which the boys will be participating along with."

The girls started to murmur in silence. All of their gaze on Kiyoshi and the others as they tremble in fear.

Tsubaki's face palmed herself. "Of course the event turned against them."

"Honestly, I just don't understand why the boys have to go this far to try to challenge the council in an all-girl school. Not only that with an argument like that. This is gonna prove to be a challenge to them." Yukina said with a bored expression.

Matsuri could only look at the boys with a blank expression. "I already tried my best to stick by their side…but right now. They're on their own for this one."

"Not gonna worry about the boys this time."

Matsuri glanced at Meiko to his side. "No. I had already been sticking my neck out for them for a while when they were in prison. Not gonna do anything else for them anymore…unless they do actually need help."

Meiko blinked at the boy with a somewhat surprised glance. "Well now, I wasn't expecting that from you."

"I mean, this is Kiyoshi and the others we're talking about here. They'll be fine…for now I'm just trying to focus on my priorities."

Meiko giggled slightly. "Look at you suddenly growing a consciousness. Looks like being under the underground student council was a good move after all."

Matsuri slightly blushed a little as he took a glance around. Trying his best not to look at Meiko as she raised her leg a little, her skirt falling on purpose revealing a bit of her thigh. The boy suddenly noticed that the small girl was missing once more.

He leaned towards Tsubaki. "Hey, where's Etsuko?"

Tsubaki took notice. Realizing that she was gone. "Damn it. Where did that girl go now? Can't keep my eyes off of her for a good minute without her running off god knows where!"

"And so ladies and…gentlemens. Please take in consideration before even daring to feel pity for these boys. I rest my point."

"Thank you for that statement Mari," The chairman looked at the boys who were currently trembling in their seats. "As for you boys. If you have any other thing to say I would allow it. However, from the statement brought up by Mari I would advise you boys to watch your tongue or choice of words. Don't go and hurt your…chances."

Gakuto swallowed hard. "Y-Yes your honor. Y-Your's truly have a-an rebuttal to that."

"Then by all means. Please go…ahead."

Gakuto got up from his seat. Feeling his heart pounding against his chest hard. As if it was trying to escape. Walking towards the front of the auditorium, he faces the crowd. Feeling all of their gazes on him. Judging him from afar.

"We're doomed." Joe quietly said.

"Come on Gakuto! Say something! This is our last shot of getting the wet t-shirt contest back!" Kiyoshi quietly said.

Poor Gakuto was still standing there sweating like bullets. Trying to find the best argument against Mari. But nothing was coming out. He just stood there as if he was on a grand stage. His life was flashing before his eyes.

"Oh no. Painful memories of my stage play back in childhood are resurfacing. Curses! I need to think of something quick! Anything!"

*WHAM!*

The crowd were taken back by the sudden appearance of another individual entering the auditorium. All eyes looked towards the double doors. Standing by the door, with her short hair flowing in the wind. A rather intense backdrop light shined on her back.

The short female was wearing what appeared to be a blue dress button shirt that went along with her long skirt that reached her ankle. Adding to her height a little, she wore high heels.

The crowd looks at the mysterious…woman?

"What in the world?" Kiruyu asked herself.

"Hey, who's that?" Takamoto asked her.

"Not sure…never seen her before."

"Maybe she's new…" Ringo answered.

Chiyo was taken by surprise. "Who's that?"

"Maybe she's a new teacher…but why did she appear late…" Mayumi asked.

Matsuri and the others were just as confused as the girls. Unsure of who the mysterious figure was. However, Yukina and Tsubaki were squinting their eyes at the figure who continued to stand there dramatically.

"Why do I get the feeling I know who that is…" Tsubaki asked herself.

"THE WORLD IS FULL OF INJUSTICE!" She spoke in a rather mighty tone. She walks down the aisle. Students are taking more look at her appearance. But with the intense backdrop light from the opened doors it was making it hard.

"DO YOU FIND YOURSELF IN WORRYING THAT JUSTICE WILL NOT BE SERVED! WORRIED ABOUT YOUR UNCERTAIN FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU!"

Her shoes clacked against the floor as she continued towards the front. She walks near Gakuto. The boy took a closer look at her familiar short hair and red ribbons.

"FEAR NO MORE…" She turns around. Facing the crowd as she reveals herself. "FOR I! ETSUKO KAMISHOYA WILL BRING JUSTICE TO THIS VERY COURT!"

"WE'VE SHOULD'VE KNOWN IT WAS HER!" As if on cue. The whole auditorium thought at the same time.

Takamoto tried her best not to laugh out loud as she held back her laugh. Pressing both her hands against her lips. Kiruyu could only hang her head in defeat, she had given up on everything she tried to understand about this girl. Suzumei's expression was more tame as she just used her fingers to scratch the side of her cheeks, unsure of what to say anymore. Ringo was more worried about Etsuko's mental state at this point. Ino and Nagita were on similar spectrum as they just decided to watch the chaos unfold itself.

Usano was taken back by the sudden entrance and the…unknown change in appearance. He shook his head as he looked at the girl. "Thank you for coming…unexpectedly, Etsuko."

Etsuko released a satisfied chuckle as she puffed out her chest. "Sorry for my late entrance but here I am! Spect-san!"

Gakuto blinks. "Y-Yes, Etsuko-dono…"

"You may rest now and leave the rest to me." She said as she pushed her glasses down and winked at the boy.

"Indeed, that is my greatest concern." Gakuto thought to himself but did what he was told.

Within the stand, Matsuri and the others could only look onward with many different expressions. All aware of what this girl might do in the long run. And could only result in further into a humiliating defeat for the boys.

"How does she even have so much energy to even be doing these dumb antics?" Mayumi said with a tired expression.

"I know…I'm actually kind of jealous." Chiyo said with a bit of blush.

Mayumi tilted her head at her friend with a baffled expression, her mouth hanging wide open. "Huh?"

"I-I mean, I know she can be much, but think about it, she does have a surprising amount of energy for someone her age and without getting tired as well. Don't you think so too, Mayumi-chan?"

"I mean…you're not wrong but…" She looked back up at the girl up front as she was preparing herself. "Sometimes she can just be a little too crazy…I'm surprised she managed so far to get up to high school."

"I wouldn't praise the shrimp too much, Chiyo-chan." Hana said as she laid her head back. Looking at the group with her head tilted a little. "She's really just a nutjob at most. And besides, if we just continue praising her, it's only going to stroke her ego."

"I agree with Hana-san," Yukina said as she flipped her hair over her shoulders. "That child is just too much to handle. And on top of that she can be rather insensitive to those who she calls 'friends' feelings. It truly is just too much to even think if she has a consciousness within her…"

Tsubaki couldn't help but to form a little scowl. "Hey come on, she's not all bad."

"Oh, don't misunderstand, she does have her moments when she does show genuine care…I just wish she shows THAT side more."

"Just be glad she's not dragging us into this." Megumi pointed out.

Etsuko cleared her throat as she faced the crowd. "Ladies and gentlemen of the courtroom…and the five pervs."

"OI!" All five of the boys screamed at once.

Etsuko began to walk amongst the room. Taking long steps as she speaks with her hands behind her back. "What Mari said is indeed true, the boys are a bit problematic at best and have not made a good impression on this very court. Actually I don't even know why I'm even here defending them, they're clearly on to something with this whole plan on reviving the wet t-shirt contest."

The boys could only tremble in fear a little. Trying not to look back at the crowd. Already aware of the crowd looking at them all with a judging look.

"However, there is something I wish for you all to listen to…" Etsuko dug into her breast pockets. Bringing out a piece of lollipop. "Ladies and gentlemen…this…is a lollipop."

…..

…..

A complete silence around the room.

"This lollipop…is a piece of candy. A candy…on a stick."

…..

…..

The room remains silent.

"Now how many of you are aware of the commercial of 'how many licks does it take to get to a tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop'? Ever since I was little, I ask myself the same question…just how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop. The small child asked several animals about this. The last one was an owl, he said it's three licks to reach the center of a tootsie pop…and you wanna know something….it does NOT MAKE SENSE!"

The crowd all asked each other the same questions with the same reactions. Completely baffled by the small first year statement.

"I mean, look at it like this. Do you know how hard this feels if you bite it at 3 licks. It still feels hard, so how come the owl can eat it within 3 licks!? IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!"

Kiruyu raised her hand. "Your honor, your honor, I have a question…what does any of this have to do with the wet t-shirt contest?"

Usano nodded. "Court agrees…what does this have to do with the wet t-shirt contest…"

Etsuko looks at the chairman with a glare. "What does any of this have to do with the wet t-shirt contest…nothing. Absolutely nothing."

"Oh dear god…" Yukina muttered as she pushed her face into the palms of her own hands.

"I'm sorry about Etsuko's behavior, people," Tsubaki yells within the auditorium. "I really am…"

"IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! NONE OF THIS IS MAKING ANY SENSE! THIS WHOLE ARGUMENT IS NOT MAKING ANY SENSE!" Etsuko yells.

"Kamishoya!" Kiruyu yelled to get the girl's attention. "While you do make an interesting case…your whole argument is completely irreverent."

"..."

Etsuko blinks as she looks at the lollipop and back at Kiruyu. "I mean…it can still be relevant."

"...you literally just said 'none of this makes any sense."

"...oh."

"Go sit down. And don't speak up in this courtroom again unless spoken to."

Etsuko just blinks as she looks back at the crowd. She bows down. "Thank you for listening."

"WE JUST LOST OUR LAWYER! WE'RE DOOMED!" The boys thought to themselves.

Usano cleared his throat. He looks back at the boys with a firm stare. "Back to the topic at hand. While both sides do make compelling arguments, Mari does bring up a good point. Why are you exactly trying to revive the wet t-shirt….contest."

Gakuto swallowed. "W-Well…y-you see. The reason why we're trying to revive the wet t-shirt contest is because we believe that it is more fun than clam digging."

Usano narrowed his eyes. "Rejected."

The boy's heart sank a little.

"You say it's 'fun' but what you say doesn't have too much of a strong impact on Mari's argument nor does it pose a challenge."

Mari's eyes raised a little at her father. "Impressive, he's actually for once not taking the boy's side. Then again, he won't be swayed away from just words like that…the boys will have to come with a counter argument strong enough that would pose a challenge to Kate's case."

Gakuto begins to sweat a little. Pushing up his glasses as he was unsure of what to say. He looks over to the boys who look the other way unsure of what to say. "W-Well your honor, we have a good reason…"

"Then please share. If not then we will proceed further. Though I must warn you, your actions as of today will likely not favor your…side."

Gakuto could hear his heart beating faster and faster from just the pressure building on him. Feeling millions of eyes digging into his back. "Indeed, this has proven to be a more difficult task than I originally anticipated. I must think of something fast or all of our dreams will be crushed in one fell swoop!"

In the crowd, Matsuri could only look at the hint of sympathy. He sighs to himself as he runs his hand through his hair. Thinking to himself for a moment before looking towards Meiko. "Hey Meiko, I have a question?"

"Hm?"

"Why did Kate and the others change the plan to the summer camp program? I mean, can they actually do that?"

Meiko blinked as she pondered for a moment. "Well…to be honest not sure how to answer that. Because for a while now, we were the only ones who chose the events for the school without the students' voice in it."

"Hold on, really?"

Meiko pushes her glasses up as she looks towards Matsuri. "Moreover, the wet t-shirt contest was a staple to the summer camp program. We never had the students complain about it. They just rolled with it."

"So hold on, you guys never had a voting system in place to hear the students opinion on the activities you guys were picking."

Meiko let those words sink in before speaking. "I will admit, it does seem a little harsh that we never got the chance to hear their opinion or anything. But it's something we never took into consideration to begin with."

"U-Um…y-your honor. I and my comrades wish to recollect ourselves. O-Only then we come up with an argument for you…"

Usano hummed to himself as he looked towards the teachers. They nodded in agreement. "Very well then, we will enter a short recess break. Hopefully you boys will come back with an argument that will get us to reconsider your argument…if not. Then…well you already are aware of the rest. Do I make myself…clear?"

"Y-Yes, your Honor…"

"Very well, then I hereby sentence everyone to a…break!" He said as he hit the gavel against the podium.

*DUN-DUN!* Etsuko's phone went off again in the background.

"KAMISHOYA!"

-Outside-

"WE'RE FUUUUUUUCKED! WE ARE CATASTROPHICALLY FUUUUUUUUUUUUCKED!" Kiyoshi yelled as he bent down on his knee.

"OUR DREAM! OUR ONE DREAM OF EXPERIENCING THE WET T-SHIRT CONTEST IS DONE FOR!" Shingo yelled.

"I DON'T WANT TO LIVE ON THIS CRUEL PLANET ANYMORE!" Andre cried as he grabbed a whole of his head crying.

"OUR *WHEEZE* DREAM!" Joe screamed.

All four of the boys were screaming their heads off. Their uncertain future was sure to be doomed from the very beginning.

"P-Pray! Do calm yourself everyone! It is not the end of the world! Y-Your's truly, will surely find a way to regain hope!" Gakuto tries to reassure everyone.

Shingo flew to his feet sizing up Gakuto. "HOW DAMN IT!? HOW ARE YOU GONNA FLIP THE TABLE! OUR DREAM OF EXPERIENCING THE WET T-SHIRT CONTEST WILL SOON FADE INTO OBLIVION! BEING TRAMPLED ON BY SO MANY OF THOSE WHO OPPOSES IT!"

"YOUR'S TRULY IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM!"

"THEN THINK HARDER YOU FUCK! OR OUR PLAN TO EVOLVE PBR-SAMA TO 'PBR ' WILL ALL BE FOR NOTHING!"

Gakuto bit his lips as he pushed his glasses up. "Curses, what are we going to do…your's truly is trying to find the best argument to challenge Mari's argument, but what can we use to challenge her back with…"

The boys begin to ponder on ideas they can potentially use. Anything at all that would gain the vote in their favor.

Kiyoshi snaps his fingers. "I got it! How about we challenge her by saying she has no rights to take the wet t-shirt contest away from the students!"

Gakuto looks at Kiyoshi with a skeptical look. "Elaborate."

"Um…w-well…perhaps something like…it's…unfair."

"Rejected. It's just another baseless claim. Any other ideas?" Gakuto said.

Shingo spoke up next. "I got one! How about we rally all of the female students and tell them that Kate has no rights to take anything from us! We rally against her and force her to revive the wet t-shirt contest!"

"Rejected. In case you have forgotten, the argument that Mari-dono has used against us shows many of the female students in this school, including the staff members, do not trust us anymore. After our first perverted heist during the beginning of the school. Any other?"

Andre raised his hands. "M-Maybe we can beg for her to bring it back."

"Rejected. Not even an argument. It's just us submitting to defeat. Any other?"

"We form a riot and strip *cough* her power." Joe said.

"ENTIRELY REJECTED! THAT'S JUST THE SAME AS SHINGO'S IDEA! PLUS VIOLENCE WILL NOT LEAD US ANYWHERE BUT DOWN UNDER IF WE ARE TO FORM A RIOT AGAINST NOT JUST KATE-DONO, BUT ALSO THE USC AS WELL!"

….

"Fuck! We really are doomed are we!?" Kiyoshi said as he slams both of his fist onto his knee. His expression showed anger and regret. "Can we really not win this!?"

"Damn it! I refuse to give up! We came this far, I don't want our dream taken away!" Shingo said between frustrated breathing.

Joe and Andre were crying as they looked up towards the sky. "BOOBS! BUTTS! OUR DREAM!"

Gakuto looks amongst the group, sharing the same sympathy towards their feelings. He bit the tip of his nail from his thumbs, trying to come up with a plan or anything to turn the table around. His eyes darted from side to side, biting down on his nails much harder.

"Is there…is there really nothing to change this around…"

"Hey guys."

The five boys stopped from their turmoil and turned around. Standing a good distance from them.

"Matsuri-dono…"

"What are you doing here?" Kiyoshi asked.

Matsuri sighed to himself as he ran his hand through his hair. "Well…I did say I wasn't going to help you guys out, hoping you would solve this yourself…but seeing you guys trying hard. I can give you something that may help you guys in the long run."

In a flash, all the boys practically teleported right in front of him. All of them with the same expressions. "YOU DO!?"

"Calm down! I said I would only give you advice that may just help, but that's all, okay?"

All the boys nodded. Eagerly waiting for his answer. Matsuri decided to speak with them for a good minute or so about his advice for the trial…

-Auditorium-

Takamoto released another yawn. "Honestly, I would rather be done with this while we still can. Thinking of hitting the hay early…"

"Come on, stay awake will ya. We still need to get through this." Kiruyu said as she elbowed her colleague.

"I know, I know. But I still think something like this should be discussed amongst themselves. I mean, it's just concerning one event for the summer program, right? So why do we need to be present?"

"Just stay strong for a little while longer, I'm sure we'll be done soon…hopefully."

*Tack! Tack! Tack!*

Usano interrupted their thoughts as he hit his gavel against the podium. Gathering everyone's attention as he speaks up.

"The case is ready to continue. Now then," He looks towards the boys who adopted more firm expressions. Much to the girls' notices. "Do you boys have a counter argument against Mari? And may I remind you that if you don't have any argument I assure you that I will swiftly move onward. Do I make myself…clear?"

"Yes! Your Honor! In fact, your's truly does have a counter argument that I would like to bring up to the court!" Gakuto said as he looked at the boys as they nodded in his direction. "Indeed, I believe this argument will be something I believe everyone should be aware of."

"Very well, then please…proceed."

Gakuto stood up from his chair. "First thing first…the defense calls Kate-dono to the stand!"

Kate blinks with a dumbfounded expression. "M-Me? Why?"

"Please, Kate-dono! I wish to ask you questions." The boy bowed his head in respect.

Kate could only groan in frustration but nonetheless got up and approached the stand. She sat down on the chair as Gakuto began pacing himself.

"Kate-dono…why did you exactly replace the wet t-shirt contest with a clam event?"

Kate flinched a little. "I…I changed it because it's what we picked for. What's wrong with the clamming trip."

"Oh…is that so…" Gakuto countered. "I mean, do not misunderstand me, I'm not trying to say what you made was a terrible mistake (even though to us boys it's an insult) but I must ask you, why?"

Kate glanced at the boy as she crossed both her legs and arms. "Why do you ask?"

"I mean, it just seems so sudden. Out of the blue, I mean, a clamming trip," Gakuto fully faced her as he brought out the two schedules once more. "Granted, I haven't been in Hachimitsu for long, but if I recall, the wet t-shirt contest was rather a staple to the Hachimitsu academy and everyone just rolled with it, right?"

"O-Of course it is. We have one each year. Even when Mari and the USC were in authority." Kate answered.

"Indeed. That confirms that, but there's something I do wish to say about that…have you ever collected the student body's opinion on the matter? Perhaps they too don't want to do a clamming trip."

*Murmur.*

The crowd burst into whispers as they spoke amongst each other.

Matsuri and the others took notice of how the boys managed to get them thinking at least.

"He does bring up a good point." Meiko said. "We may have gone and changed it and everyone just rolled with it…we never really had their weighted opinion on it."

"Is it something that's a requirement for everyone to have an opinion?" Chiyo asked.

"Not really." Hana said as she leaned her head back as she looked at Chiyo. "Though now I do think about it, maybe we should've had a voting or some sort of survey to have the students' opinions."

"So I was right on the mark to tell Gakuto and the others about it." Matsuri thought to himself. "They just have to figure out how to play it out themselves."

Kate felt a single drop of dread against her skin. "W-What are you trying to get at?"

"Indeed, what your's truly is trying to say is that you went out of your way to change something for the summer trip only to realize one fatal flaw within your action. Don't you think it's unfair for the public?"

"...what do you mean?"

"Think about it, this goes back to my previous statement. Just changing an event that had basically been a staple to this school ever since and everyone just rolling with it, suddenly changed on a whim and now everyone has to roll with it without being notified. If you ask me, I say it is completely unfair to the students of this school!"

"H-How is it unfair…" Kate asked with a stuttered voice.

Gakuto slams his hands on the desk, causing Kate to flinch in sudden fear. "I'm saying that just because you are the council, doesn't mean you should have the power to change at your own will!"

He then dramatically points to Kate.

"WITHOUT THE STUDENT BODY OPINION!"

The crowd burst into murmurs! Even the teachers spoke amongst each other.

"He does make a point. This should be something that we, as the student body, should also discuss." Takamoto said.

Kiruyu couldn't help but to glance at her colleague with a blank expression. "Didn't you just say that this was a bother."

"I did. But things got interesting. So now I'm awake." Takamoto said with a wink.

"Gakuto does make a compelling argument there." Ringo said.

*TACK! TACK! TACK!*

"ORDER! ORDER IN THE COURT!"

Megumi couldn't help but to snicker a little. "This is starting to look more and more like a court drama you see on tv."

"I know right! It's so fun!" Etsuko said.

Meanwhile Kate was starting to sweat. Unsure of what to say without it being her mumbling on and on.

"N-No…y-your wrong…"

"What do you mean? Are you saying that you don't wish to have all the students voice their opinion on the matter?" Gakuto asks.

"N-No. It's not that I don't have a problem with that but…" Kate tries to find something to say. Anything. "B-Because, think about it. The USC when they were in charge were able to do it. So how come I can't all of a sudden."

Gakuto did ponder for a moment. "That is true, indeed. But that's in the past, I'm talking about how we have a full on voting system to decide what stays and what can't."

"THAT'S RIGHT!" All four of the boys said in sync.

Mari continues to watch the banter between Gakuto and Kate. "I want to say something, but he's not entirely wrong on that end. Having the student body to vote for what stays and what can't does pose potential improvement in our school system. But I still wonder…"

Mari looks at Kate who was completely nervous.

"Why does Kate still intend on changing it though…"

Mitsuko continued watching with a concerned expression. "Hmm…it looks like Kate is in trouble…hey Risa…should we say something. I mean we too also have things to do with the wet t-shirt…"

The kind girl looks to her left and notices how on edge Risa looked. The girl's hand curled into fist as she gripped her skirt. Shaking with fear as sweat dripped against her skin.

"R-Risa…"

Kate shook her head. "N-No. I reject the idea!"

"Huh? Why? Are you truly against the students' voices?"

"O-Of course not! That would make me into a tyrant if I don't listen to their voices. But it's just that…well…"

Gakuto knew he was on a roll. He had to keep going. "Kate-dono. Why are you so against the wet t-shirt contest…"

"I'm not against it! It's just that…well…" Kate's expression slowly morphed into a somewhat shy and nervous stance. Fidgeting her fingers and playing with her hair. "I can't say…"

Gakuto took notice of her mannerism. "Strange, why is Kate-dono acting odd? Does she really hate the wet t-shirt contest that badly…no. It can't be that…but could it be…"

He had to take a wing at it.

"Kate-dono…could it be that…you…don't like showing your body."

On cue, Kate's face soon flushed red. Sweat immediately dropped against her skin. "W-WHAT!?"

"I'm merely just making an assumption. Could it be that you don't want the wet t-shirt contest because you're afraid of your own body showing in public. Or more to say, like you're ashamed of your own body and think all the other girls are better than yours," Gakuto pointed dramatically at the council president. "So ashamed is what led you to cut the wet t-shirt contest entirely!"

The boys nodded in approval.

"That would make perfect sense!" Kiyoshi said.

"Anyone who suffers from an inferior complex issue would definitely go out of their way to remove the wet t-shirt contest." Shingo said.

"That's *cough* right!" Joe coughed with a nod.

"How could you!" Andre whined.

The audience burst into murmurs. Causing Kate to sweat more.

"N-No! You're wrong! That's not true!" Kate said.

"Maybe or maybe not. But it's still a possibility. I mean, why else would you do it?"

"I-I didn't do it because of THAT you idiot!" Kate stuttered. "T-That can't possibly be the reason!"

"What do you mean?"

Kate flinched. Feeling dread dripping against her skin she looked around the room. All eyes were staring at her. Her eyes widened when she landed on Risa who was trying her best not to shake so much, but it was becoming rather visible.

"I-I…I…"

"Kate-dono? If the reason you removed the wet t-shirt contest is not because of your supposed inferior complex, then what is it?"

"I…um…I'm…"

"OBJECTION!" Mari stood from her chair. "Your honor, my client wishes not to speak if it's something personal."

Usano thought for a moment. "Overruled. I'm sorry Mari, but she must answer the question."

"W-WHAT THE HELL!? I HAVE TO ANSWER TO HIM!?" Kate yelled.

"Kate-dono? Why did you remove the wet t-shirt contest? If it isn't an inferior complex issue and I certainly don't expect to believe it was to change up the routine. Because if it was, then everyone would've had an opinion on it or better yet, the USC would've changed it since then. So what is the reason…"

"ENOUGH!"

The building fell dead silent. Everyone within the auditorium stopped as they turned to the source of the voice. The one who shouted out loud at the top of her tongue was none other than Risa.

"R-Risa-chan?" Mitsuko asked.

Risa trembled with a stuttered breath. Her fist trembled.

"R-Risa-chan…please. You don't-" Kate never finished as she was interrupted.

"No…I can't…I can't watch this anymore…I won't allow you…to take the fall for me…" Risa said. Looking up at Gakuto with a glare, causing him to flinch. "Y-You…you want to testify to someone…THEN TESTIFY ME!"

"U-Um…i-indeed?"

It didn't take long as Kate and Risa switched places. Kate was now sitting next to Mari as now Risa was the one who was sitting up front. Her face looking down at her knee with a hint of defeat.

"V-Very well then…um…R-Risa-dono…what do you know about the wet t-shirt contest…" Gakuto said with a rather baffled expression.

"..."

"...R-Risa-dono…"

Risa took a deep breath. "Everything…because…I was the one who requested it to be removed…"

*DUN! DUN! DUUUUUUUUUUUUN!*

"KAMISHOYA WOULD YOU PLEASE!" Kiruyu yelled.

Etsuko immediately sat back down with her phone tucked away in her breast pocket.

Risa shook her head before continuing. "Yes…it is true…I was the one who requested…"

"B-But why? I-If you don't mind me asking?" Gakuto asked.

"...it all started like this…"

-Flashback-

Kate was sitting at the desk of what used to be the USC office room. Typing away at the computer as she was doing work. She hears a knock at the door.

*Knock! Knock! Knock!*

"Come in." Kate said.

Opening the door, Risa came walking in with her usual expression. "Kate, you got a minute?"

"Oh, Risa. Sure, what is it?"

Risa walks up to the girl, as soon as she reaches the desk. She looks at her friend with her usual expression, but soon it somewhat morphed into a rather nervous and shy expression.

"U-Um…s-so…are you busy…"

"I was. But I always have time for you, what is it?" Kate asked with a smile.

Risa then began to play with her fingers as she looked in the opposite direction from her friend. Her cheeks are growing hot. "Um…I was wondering…i-if you can do me a favor…"

"Hm? What is it?"

Risa swallows as she looks back at her friend. "Can you…p-please change the wet t-shirt contest to something else?"

"..."

"..."

Silence between the two, Kate looks at her friend with a baffled expression. Blinking more than once before speaking up. "Um…y-you want to change the wet t-shirt contest to another event…why?"

Risa looked away from her. Cheeks are growing hotter by the moment. "I…I just don't…I don't want to do the wet t-shirt contest."

"But why do you want to remove it though? Do you hate it?"

"I-I don't hate it per say, but…" Risa pulls her uniform down, gripping the edge of her jacket with clear signs of embarrassment. "I just…don't want my body being shown to the public…"

Kate blinks at the girl. "I mean, your body isn't being shown much to the public, you are wearing a shirt and all."

Risa slams her hands on top of the desk, causing Kate to yelp a little. "But it's still being see-through though! B-But that's not the real problem…my problem is that…I can't really find myself having fun with so many people."

"What do you mean?"

Risa bit her lips before answering. "Think about it, I'm just a gloomy girl. The teachers are always encouraging me to go and have fun with the other students. Be sociable! Make some friends! But I can never see someone as gloomy and brooding as me to actually have fun. P-Plus…"

Risa groaned a little as she once again found herself pushing her uniform down a little.

"I…I don't even know how to pick out a nice swimsuit! All I got is the school swimsuit and I can't even have the courage to even go out and show it! Plus with the boys added to this school…I just can't!"

Kate blinks at her friend with an unreadable expression. Nothing was spoken between the two for a brief second or so.

"I…You don't have to listen to my request, I was just hashing out my feelings. I don't want everyone to listen-"

"Very well then."

"HUH!? Risa looks up at her friend who continues to lock gaze with her.

"I said I will accept your request and change it."

"H-Hold on! We don't have to go around and do that! What are we gonna do for the summer camp then."

Kate brought her fingers to her chin as she pondered. "Guess we'll all have to come together and figure that out. But Risa, it's fine. I'm okay with changing the rules for your sake."

"B-But wouldn't we get into trouble?"

"It should be fine. The students will just roll with it anyways." Kate said as she stood up and walked around the desk. Coming towards Risa as she sets her hand on her shoulders. "I'm alway willing to help my best friend out."

Risa's cheeks grew hot. She looks up at the orange-haired girl who gave her a bright smile.

"There's no way I wouldn't let my friend suffer like that. If you're really uncomfortable with the wet t-shirt contest, then we can do anything else."

Risa lets out a stuttered breath. "U-Um…sure…i-if it's okay with you…"

"Sure then. Let's wait for Mitsuko to come and we'll think of something."

-End of Flashback-

"And that's it…" Risa said with a disappointed look.

"..."

Everyone was completely silent. All except for the added sound effect of a sad violin playing in the background. None other than Etsuko as she was playing it from her phone.

"KAMISHOYA! IF YOU DO NOT STOP RIGHT THIS INSTANT!"

The small first year shut off the music.

Gakuto cleared his throat. "I-I see…I wasn't expecting that…"

Risa bit her lips. "I…I wasn't expecting this to come out and to be honest…I didn't want anyone finding out the real reason why we removed the wet t-shirt contest…all because of my selfish actions. I guess…what I'm trying to say is…I'm really sorry for causing everyone trouble."

She bowed her head low enough that her forehead made contact with the surface of the table.

"I'M REALLY SORRY!"

*THACK! THACK! THACK!*

Usano gathered the attention. "I believe we have heard enough."

"I-Indeed. I have nothing else to go on from there." Gakuto said.

Mari nodded in agreement. "I'm also in agreement."

Usano nodded. "It has seemed that the conclusion to the wet t-shirt contest has come to a rather…interesting impasse. I will hand the verdict over to the staff members-"

"Actually." Takamoto interrupted Usano. "We came up with a solution to this conundrum."

"You have…then please share with us your…solution."

Takamoto stood up from her seat. "It's what Gakuto said, we will simply have a voting system amongst the students and staff members."

The crowd held surprised expressions.

"It's simple and it would have everyone involved with it. Rather than having the council decide it on their own." She looks at the students who were up front. "Kate, while I understand that you were doing this for your friend, you must also take into account everyone else's opinions towards the event."

"Y-Yes, Takamoto-sensei…"

Kiruyu got up and spoke next. "Now then, everyone within this room. It is time for a vote!"

"HUH!?" The whole building burst into a questionable glance.

"A-Already!? That quick!?" Chiyo asked within the crowd.

"Of course. Since we're all accounted for…in a very packed room at that…" She muttered with annoyance. "I think it would be best to just have everyone vote right now. We will all give you at least 5 minutes to speak amongst each other of what you think you will vote for. The wet t-shirt contest or a clamming event…or perhaps something else other than the two. You have 5 minutes to discuss and choose!"

"The sooner we're done with this, the sooner I get to go to bed." Takamoto thought to herself with a yawn.

The students talked amongst each other. Everyone has their own opinion about what event they should be choosing over the other. From around them, Matsuri could hear them talk about each of the events and their worries.

"Hey, you're going for the wet t-shirt contest…"

"I mean, I guess, but I'm worried about the boy's behavior. What if they try to pull something dumb."

"I mean, I don't think we have much to worry about since the USC will be around."

"You are right, maybe I'll go for the wet t-shirt…"

Matsuri could hear other topics that are similar.

"I think I'm gonna pick the wet t-shirt contest. It seems more fun."

"Yeah, me too."

"Looks like everyone is aiming to pick the wet t-shirt contest…" Matsuri said with a small smile.

"Yeah, the boys finally won in their own favor." Tsubaki said. "Though, I don't know if everyone is in favor of the boys attending…"

"Well, hopefully they will behave themself…hopefully…" Matsuri said with a nervous laugh.

"It's the boys. Of course they will cause trouble." Meiko said as she eyed the boy. "But I'm rather surprised that the boys came up with such an argument that would get them this far…you wouldn't happen to have anything to do with it, right?"

Matsuri flinched a little. He played with his fingers a little. "W-Well…I wouldn't say I was helping them, but I just gave them advice."

"But you still helped them, even though you said that you weren't going to…"

"I didn't directly help them though…I just figured that they needed something to go off of. Besides, these guys have been working hard enough so why not…"

Meiko gave a sigh before looking at him with a small smile. "Well, I did expect that from you either way…so what are you gonna be choosing?"

"Huh?"

"You're choice? Which is it?" Meiko asked rather straightforwardly.

Matsuri blushed a little as he gained a nervous look. "Um…s-sorry but…I guess…the wet t-shirt contest…don't get me wrong it's not for anything perverted I just thought it would be more fun than digging for clams and what not."

The boy held an embarrassed and shameful look on his face. He was not bothering looking at Meiko assuming how she was reacting. But what he heard was a chuckle…

"I figured as much. And sort of glad actually…"

"Huh?" Matsuri snaps his head at the teen.

Meiko looks at Matsuri with a smirk as she lifts her skirt, showing her thigh to the boy. "Looks like I will have to pick out my swimsuit for the contest. I'll pick one specially for you~."

Matsuri's face flushed red as he looked the other way. Trying his best to ignore Meiko chuckling at his reaction.

Risa was still somewhat trembling in her seat. "I-I'm sorry Kate…"

"Hm? What are you sorry for?" Kate asked.

"I…I knew you were trying to do this for me and all but…I ended up telling everyone the truth of why we changed from the wet t-shirt contest to clamming …I'm sorry."

Kate gently rested her hands on Risa's shoulders. "Hey come on, don't be like that. Honestly Risa, you worry over the most trivial things. I was only doing this because you're my friend. Besides, even if we didn't get the chance to keep it, how about I and Mitsuko help you out…"

Risa's eyes widened. She looks up at Kate who offers a warm smile. "R-Really…"

"Of course. Goodness Risa, you really need to have more confidence. Nothing we'll change our friendship between each other."

Risa released a stuttered breath. Hiding her face not to show that she was blushing and smiling at the same time.

The boys were on edge. Waiting for everyone to make up their mind on what they will be choosing.

"Well…this is it." Kiyoshi said, breaking the silence between them.

"Indeed. Everything we have worked hard for will all come to this." Gakuto said as he felt the seat dripping against his skin.

"Shit man! I can't stop shaking!" Shingo yelled to himself.

Joe closed his eyes that were under his hood. "I CAN'T WATCH! I DON'T WANT TO SEE THE RESULTS!"

"Please! Please god let us win!" Andre said.

The girls were meanwhile discussing with each other.

"I mean, as much as I'm still pissed off about the boys using us, but then again…" Anzu pondered for a moment. "I don't really think a clam trip is all that fun…"

"I know what you mean. I understand Risa's issue, but…" Satou was rather conflicted on what to pick. "Sorry, but the wet t-shirt contest seems fun."

Mitsuko felt a little hurt. "Sorry Risa-chan, but I'm picking a wet t-shirt contest…"

"I mean, I guess wet t-shirt contest…but I'm kind of on the fence…especially knowing that this was the boys aim to begin with…" Hana was thinking about a similar boat. Though she was glaring at the boys.

"I mean, I know Kiyoshi and the boys are not to be trusted…but…who knows. The wet t-shirt contest does sound like fun. Plus I never participated in one, so I'm all in for it." Chiyo said with a smile.

Mayumi was rather conflicted. "As long as the boys aren't going to do anything…then I'm guess I'm game."

"Alright! Time's up!" Kiruyu said as she clapped her hands to grab everyone's attention. "Hope you all had enough time to discuss what you're going to be choosing, because after this, you won't be coming back."

"Yes, let us…begin." Usano announced.

"Raise of hands for wet t-shirt contest…" Kiruyu said.

She sees a wave of hands raised up. Almost the entire students within the building raised their hands in the air. Even the USC and ASC members raised their hands. She took notice of the boys eagerly raising their hands. Kiruyu sighed to herself.

"Right, how about the clamming event…"

No one raised their hands. Amongst the crowd, the shy girl was itching to raise her hand, but remembering Gakuto's previous outburst…she decided against it.

"No one…alright. Then how about 'others'?"

Once again. No one raised their hands.

"Alright. Looks like we have a clear winner."

Usano nodded his head.

"Very well then. If no one has anything else to say. Then the wet t-shirt contest is officially…revived!"

*THACK!*

As if light as a feather. The boys felt a surge of relief through their bodies. Their hearts raised them up. Jumping off the chairs. Raising their fists in the air. They screamed in the air with a victorious yell. Tears of joy released from their eyes.

The crowd just looked at the boy's reaction with a mixed expression. Ranging from baffled, to just utter discomfort when the boys started to cry in tears of joy. It only got worse when Joe started to rip his shirt in half.

The teachers had similar reactions. Looking at the boys with just a baffled and disappointing reaction. Takamoto just had to chuckle a little. Kiruyu just pinched the bridge of her nose with just utter annoyance. Ringo just looked at the boys with a confused expression. Suzumei, Ino and Nagita held similar expressions to Kiruyu and the girls.

Mari, Kate and Risa were similar in vein as they just watched the boys in their utter idiotitc celebration roar and dance of joy.

"I don't see why they're celebrating, they still have to be on their best behavior if they wish to participate." Mari said to herself.

All the students and staff could do was watch the boys in their celebratory dance and spraying water on each other, spinning their shirts around with cheer of joy. This spanned on for at least a good minute or so…

Matsuri could only shake his head in disappointment. "Maybe…I should not have helped them…"

.

And that's a wrap! We have finally finished the mini story arc, 'Fight for the Wet T-shirt Contest'. The boys have finally achieved success by reviving the wet t-shirt contest. With the side story ended, perhaps now is a good relaxation for the students of Hachimitsu as Tanabata draws closer….

Firstly, I'm sorry for the wait. But I wanted to take my time with this chapter. I didn't want to half ass it or anything. I want to bring out the best chapter for you guys possible. I did take a break in between. Also take note, I'm not entirely familiar with court trials or how it functions, I only know bits and pieces of how it goes. But I really did wanted to approach a more comedic tone for this chapter instead of something you would see straight out a crime drama, like *Law & Order*. For this I wanted to be a little more light hearted and fun, so I took several approaches to that. You could say I drew some inspirations from *Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series* or others shows that had court trials but did a more comedic approach. So I am sorry to those who I may have offended with this chapter, but I wasn't intending on being serious with this chapter.

We are officially done with this mini arc and we can now officially get back to the Tanabata arc. For this story arc, there are at least a few more characters who I wish to write about as we progress. The next chapter will be focusing on another set of characters preparing for their own Tanabata holiday. I will not say who they are, but you will be in for a surprise of who it is. Heads up, it's not Matsuri and Meiko. Their moment will come later. While the chapter after the next will focus on Matsuri and his friends who will get their central focus. To be clear, it won't be an anthology type arc, but will have Matsuri getting help from Etsuko, Tsubaki, Yukina and Megumi.

For this chapter I would like to shout out to both DylanMason210 and TheCarlosInferno for giving me ideas for the story.

As always, leave a review for feedback. Stay safe out there. Please. (The world is becoming more dumb and crazy by this point). And I will see you in the next chapter!
