Kyogre, Horridian, Preyas and Skyress were the next ones on the list. These four seemed to be the only ones not to have caused havoc when the others stared. Only when they started to be turned into keys is when they started to cause havoc. I turned to the page to find information about the final key, only to run into a blank. 'That's weird,' I thought while flipping through the rest of the pages. All of them were blank, I guess there this was all the information on the keys.
I pulled out one of the boxes and zapped the lock, it broke open. When I opened it, inside was a purple pocket watch. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it but I got the other box and did the same thing. It was a necklace that appears to have a fox tail pendant attached to it.
"We have arrived at Acalypha Town. Make sure you grab all your luggage and have a nice day," the conductor said. 'Guess I have to look over there later.'
Gathering up my things away before waking up Stella. We got up and walked off the train. The lively town now seemed empty and lifeless with all the building's windows boarded up as if they were hiding from something. Some even looked like they had been burnt. "It doesn't look like there's anyone around. Isn't this town usually bustling with people?" Stella asked.
Noticing how deserted the streets were, not a single person anywhere. You'd think it was abandoned judging by the scattered trash and resident's belongings among some of the trash. Whatever happened, it caused everyone here to start panicking and leave behind whatever they had. Just as we started passing through, I spotted something move in the alley out of the corner of my eye. With it being hard to see, I couldn't tell what was moving. I was about to pull off one of my keys when someone lunged at me from the darkness while holding a knife.
"Solar Blast!" Stella launched a large orange ball of energy, which exploded in contact. It managed to knock him back where he hit the wall. There was a dent left behind as he slid down. "Let's get to the mayor's house before he wakes back up," Stella said, picking up her pace a little. It didn't take long for us to arrive at a large white house that was further away from any other buildings. It was boarded up just like the rest of the town.
I went up and knocked on the door before waiting for a few minutes. I was about to start knocking again only for the door to open slightly revealing an older man with graying hair and fear in his eyes. "Who are y-you?" he asked with a fearful voice. "We're the mages from Fairy Tail," I said. I glanced behind him into the building. From what I was able to see, it looked old and out of place from the rest of the town. "S-show me your i-insignias?" he stuttered. I raised my hand while Stella showed off hers. Once the old man saw our symbols he opened the door wider and gestured for us to come in. He looked around outside before he closed the door and then turned to us. "Follow m-me."
Upon entering, I sensed that the atmosphere in this place had a strange vibe to it. All the curtains were closed causing the sunlight to barely peered in a few of them. I could see some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and most of the frames on the walls. The walls were stained with an unknown substance. Some of the paint was peeling off with the shutters being crooked. I found it a bit strange and wondered why this place is in this condition but I don't think it would be my place to ask about it. The further we traveled into the building, the smell of mud, iron, and blood became more potent.
We soon arrived at a large brown door and when we entered there were about 2 dozen worth of people either sitting around or laying in beds with injuries. "I know this wasn't part of the request, but can you please try to help some of them," the old man looked at us with a pleading expression. It didn't feel right just to have these people here suffering.
"Open, Gate of the Gratitude, Shaymin." I quietly said, trying not to disturb the people. Shaymin appeared just before observing the room. "So…what happened here?" she asked. "We're not sure about that as of yet but do you think you're able to reverse the effects of this? Don't heal all of them, just do the ones who are in critical condition. If you get done and have enough power left, heal as many as you can," She nodded and got to work.
Scanning over the room again, I spotted about 4 guys huddled up in the corner. There was a weird looking mark on one of their necks. It was a transparent V-like shape, styled as a demon skull with 2 horns, with purple borders. The mark seemed to glow in a lighter purple. I guess it was some kind of guild mark and the others probably had them somewhere. I held off on some of my suspicions when they were doing anything yet. After about an hour, I was beginning to feel the drain on my magic just as Shaymin came back.
"Musa," Shaymin said as she came closer. "I did all I could. So far nothing was too critical, they should all be fine within a few days. I did run into a problem with a couple of them," she admitted.
I gave her a treat, "You noticed them too?" I asked. She nodded, "Keep an eye out for them," she said. "Thanks, you can go back now," I said. She nodded before leaving. I glanced over to the old man and went over to him. "You should do some explaining about this mission now," He nodded. We followed him as he guided us to where another door was and entered. It was a small room with a bookcase filled with books, a couch, two chairs, and a desk. There were even more cobwebs in here that were hanging from corners of the room. He took a seat at the desk while we sat on the couch and chairs.
"I take it that you're Musa, right?" He asked, looking at me. The tension left his shoulders when I nodded. "It happened about a week ago. As you know, there were some people that went out traveling in the nearby forest and were suddenly hit with some kind of magic that made them act differently. I sent out someone to investigate what might have caused it. They returned with these strange keys."
He pulled out three keys from the desk while wearing some kind of protection to hold them. He held them out to display them to us. I gasped when I realized what type of keys he had. "These are obsidian keys, why were they just in the forest?" I could feel the abnormal aura that was coming from them. It was like I was meant to have them.
One key had the crest of the Phoenix, a symbol reminiscent of a curved feather within a flame, stamped on its bow. The center of the bow is white, stamped with the crest of the Phoenix, colored in emerald green. There was a feather that was printed on the blade. The blade's end is shaped like a tail. The second key had the crest of the angel, a symbol reminiscent of eight wings, stamped on its bow. The center of the bow is white, stamped with the crest of the angel, colored in pastel pink. Wrapping around the blade was a ribbon that was held by a ring towards the tip. The blade's end is shaped like the end of an arrow.
The last had the crest of the flower, a symbol reminiscent of a rose, stamped on its bow. The center of the bow is white, stamped with the crest of the flower, colored in ruby red. Surrounding the bow were petals that seemed to be twisted as they went around. A vine wrapped around the neck with thorns. The blade's end is shaped like a leaf. I felt a pull towards the keys and didn't realize I was leaning forward until he spoke again.
"I'm not sure myself. After they were brought to me, I stored them away in a safe, thinking they were valuable. The only thing that troubled me about them is that they left burn marks whenever someone held them. Some time had passed since they arrived here before things took a turn. It started when the group started scratching people. Their eyes had turned red eyes and had the intent on killing anyone they saw. After a few hours, everything seemed to return to normal before seeing the aftermath. Everything was red, the buildings were busted up while some were on fire. We were able to put the fire out and boarded up the windows. I told the ones who weren't affected by this that they could stay here in the manor if they wanted to. Some people didn't and are still out there." He had a few tears streaming down his face and I felt my heart break a little for him.
"With no disrespect sir, but that doesn't make too much sense." I admitted to him. He wiped his tears while moving to the front of his desk. "What do you mean?" he questioned. "Considering that I have some of them myself, these effects that you described don't add up. With the exception of the keys leaving behind burn marks, those keys should be harmless if left alone," I explained. "What do you suspect could be the problem here?
"I do have some suspicions on that, but I wasn't too sure about it. Sir, if I may. Can I have the keys so I can look into them?" He nodded and slid them to me. If they were anything like the other keys, I might be able to touch them. I reached out to grab them, I felt a lot of pure energy being emitted from them. I grabbed them, I felt a wave of curiosity and confusion, as if the spirits behind the keys had an attitude change. I felt eyes on me, looking up to see both of them watching me. I smiled nervously, "Is there a room that we're able to stay in while we're here?"
"Of course, follow me." he ushered us out the door. Walking past the residents and back into the long hallway, led us up to a room and opened a door and let us enter. There were two king sized beds, two couches, an armchair, a fireplace and another door that was probably a bathroom. It was like being in a five-star hotel. 'This room is bigger than my whole apartment,' I thought.
"Thank you," I said to him. All he did was give me a nod and left, closing the door behind him. I turned back to find Stella had already made herself comfortable. The room had changed to something brighter than before. She had claimed one of the couches. I took one of the beds and started fiddling with the obsidian keys.
I could feel the curiosity and confusion flowing through most of them, but I also felt a bit of loneliness and sadness. One of them just felt something off with it. It wasn't until I feIt something brush against my leg, I looked up to see Stella watching me. "What?"
"Do you know what's truly going with those keys?" she asked. "Well, I did find it a bit weird how these keys were brought here,"
"What do you mean?"
"Well when Lucy took my keys, she got a burning sensation which left a mark after I took them back. Also the mayor mentioned that the keys left burn marks on the group. I just wonder how they were all transported here if they left those kinds of marks behind." I explained to her. "But that doesn't really make any sense since they never left any marks on you," she pointed out.
I got up and went by the window, it made me wonder what was going on with these keys. Would the others be the same way? Or would they cause me harm?
"Do you think these keys are the source of what's going on, Musa?"
"I don't think so. They can't be opened without a specific necklace. So for the time being, all they can do is leave burn marks on people. Though I do have my suspicions on who might be the cause," I admitted. Brushing past them, I could feel a warm feeling coming from them; like I was on the right track. I sat back on the bed and spread my keys on the bed. Stella came over and sat across from me. "So do you have an idea on where the rest could be?"
"From what I read, their last over scattered them around. I'm not really sure if anyone else has them or are they still laying around and 'causing problems.'"
I plucked off Staryu's key and summoned him. He appeared in front of me and made his point bend a bit. "Hello once again. Is there something wrong?" he asked. "Yeah, I need you to tell me more about the obsidian keys?"
His gem glowed before showing a diagram. "This is everything that I could find that wasn't correctly documented. A time even before the zodiac keys came to be, these beings came into the world. They weren't initially bound to their keys but instead were able to roam free for a period of time,"
His diagram showed 11 small dots started moving around. "They started to cause havoc where they landed. Landmarks and cities were in ruins for some time. It wasn't until Zeref came along and bound them to their respective keys. Zeref was able to summon them from their keys before scattering them around. He had placed a spell on the keys himself; causing them to burn whoever wanted to use them for their power. This caused them to end up being long forgotten. Rumor has it the only reason that some people like yourself are able to withstand the burning effect is due to fairy magic being involved. The last user to have all them together was able to use that kind of magic. It's unknown what ever happened to them but the keys ended up being scattered once again."
Staryu made his display disappear just as Stella came over to sit next to me. "You didn't say when the necklace was created or why it was created." I said.
"It was created because Onyx thought they would land into the wrong hands. So to counter this, she came up with the idea to make it. Onyx had made it to where all the keys were linked to the necklace by a lost spell. Before I go, I want you to be wary about making contracts with these spirits though," he said. "Why would you say that?"
"Considering that they've been sealed away for so long, some of them have grown angry because of it." he said. "Before you go, I have one more question." "What, do you want to know?" He asked.
"The book that I was reading said that there's 17 obsidian keys but you only showed 11 of them. What happened to the rest of them?"
"I'm not completely sure on how Onyx did it but she was able to send them to another world. It's unclear which one but they'll definitely be hard to get. Also, one of those six keys, you would need a spell to summon it," he explained before leaving.
I looked out of the window, it had gotten dark out and I was starting to feel tired. "It's getting late out, we should get some rest,"
Waking up the next morning early and getting ready for the day. The plan I had was very simple. Go into town and investigate the source of this problem. After getting ready for the day, I shook Stella up a bit earlier. "What time is it?" she groaned.
"It doesn't matter, just hurry up and get ready," I told her. She rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom. I grabbed my keys and only to feel one of them heat up. I wasn't sure what the problem could have been with it. I plucked it off the ring, I wasn't sure what was going on with it. It was coming from Sirenoid's key and it was getting hotter. I wasn't sure what she could want since I wasn't able to summon her. "So what's the plan today?"
"Oh, I was thinking of going to see what those guys were up to. Gathering more information about them will help us know why they're here,"
Heading back downstairs, everyone from yesterday was still there asleep, which was good. It was pretty noticeable that there were a select few missing the bunch. "Come on, we have a group to find,"
Leaving the house, the pair decided it would be best to separate to cover more ground. Looking through a few of the boarded up windows, some of them looked like fires were set in them. Peering inside one of the buildings, there was a bit of movement. "Do you really think it's safe to go in there?"
Oshawott had appeared on the ledge of one of the windows. "No, but that's why I'm not going in there. Not first at least," Musa said. Plucking off Dedenne's key and summoning him. He appeared next to Oshawott. "Hey, do you think you can go in there and check it out for me?"
He nods before slipping through the opening. Musa started feeling an uneasy sensation, it was just like before. It couldn't even be possible when her emotions were under control. Something had to to cause it to come back after all these years. Musa turned around only to find nothing was in the area. "It's happening again, isn't it?"
"It's nothing, don't worry about it too much." she told him. He jumped and pulled off his shell before waving it around. "You know this has caused you problems in the past. Brushing it off as nothing will result in it happening again. Are you sure you want that?" he asked. "I don't want you to have to deal with my problems." She spots Dedenne worming his way back through the window. "Did you find anything?"
Suddenly, Musa heard a crackle coming from somewhere. Scanning the area closely, she continued hearing the sounds of footsteps but they were coming from different places. When the figure jumped out from the bush, Musa was able to get a better look of them. It was a man and his face was distorted. Most of his face seemed to be burned while his eyes were completely black out. There were spikes coming out of his neck. His brown hair was cropped short, spiked in every direction. "It seems like you have something we want," he cackled, throwing some small bombs.
The bombs exploded the second they touched the ground. "Sonic Screen!" Musa created a circular blue and red colored shield. It managed to block out most of the explosion with some push back. He seemed pretty confident, proud of what he was doing. "I don't know what you want from me, but you're definitely not getting it. Sonic Shake!" sending out violet streams of energy on the ground with magenta coloured streams of light.
The man's eyes widened before jumping back to dodge. "Reverberating Notes!" Musa fired purple music notes on pink staves towards him. There was something wrong about him that she started to pick up on. Judging by the mark on his neck, he was one of the members of that group. "What are you planning here?"
"Do you know what these people have done? The crimes they committed? They have to suffer the consequences of their actions!" He yelled before running towards her. "It doesn't matter what they have done. They need my help from people like you," she said confidently, dodging his attacks. "You don't realize the power of the Great Explosion Mage, you pathetic Celestial mage." He said triumphantly as he used another explosive causing Musa to fly into a nearby river.
Musa emerged from the water while pulling off a key. "Gate of the Harpy! Harpus!" Musa called. The key glowed before the spirit appeared to the scene. "Mind helping me out?"
"Sure thing." Strong winds started to pick up and blew through the trees. "Feather blast!" Harpus makes strong winds with feathers within them. He somehow managed to dodge the attack before throwing all his small bombs out at once, focusing his magical energy in them.
The bombs exploded and canceled out the feather blast. It was so big that Musa was too late to defend herself. As Musa's body was slammed against a tree, she was bleeding, depleted of her power, and unconscious on the ground. The man also became unconscious, battered as he hit the floor.
Harpus had tied him up before he woke up. There had been three men that were watching from the branches as both mages passed out. It was kinda pathetic watching them fighting. Too bad their member was too weak to handle it. All they asked was for him to raid the village, but he somehow managed to mess that up. He had gone insane again, terrorizing it and causing legal mages to get involved.
One man scoffed as he watched Cornelius fall unconscious. "What a weakling. If he wanted to fight a legal guild mage, he should have made sure he was strong enough to finish the job," the man sneered. Peering over the bush, he saw that Cornelius disappeared in a matter of minutes. "Where did he go?"
"Does that really matter? It's not like we really need him anymore. At least we have a good looking one. She'll be fun to play with," the second man said with a perverted smirk. "Would you shut it already?" Brokk snapped, "Master wanted us to grab her already. Cornelius will be punished." Aeacus grumbled. Emerging from the bushes and approaching Musa's unconscious body, Aeacus had failed to hear the rattling of keys.
Aeacus smiles as his eyes greedily take in her body and keys. She would be worth a lot of money. There was an immense energy that came from the keys. This energy had pushed them
"Continuing your actions in this town will have severe consequences," a feminine older voice said.
"Get a load this, yo-" His head was suddenly engulfed with a bubble of water that contained no oxygen. He had tried reaching out for his partner only for the same thing to be happening with him. Their bodies became limp, the bubbles had burst with the bodies dropping to the ground. Harpus tied them up and took them somewhere.
With this mission being ultimately finished now, Staryu and Shaymin summoned themselves and loomed over Musa's unconscious body. Shaymin's gracidea's flowers sprouted, they opened up and started glowing. A soft pink power came out and surrounded Musa's body. The bruises that she had started to disappear. "Even though I was able to get rid of her injuries. Musa is still going to need professional help and would still need a lot of rest," Shaymin admitted.
Staryu teleported her into the nearest hospital that he knew of in the area. "Excuse me." Staryu said; he wasn't able to see anyone who was behind the desk, only having the view from ground level. Everything was in ruins around the building, but Musa had barely caused any destruction during her battle with Cornelius. Since she was in the forest, there had been barely any damage to the town. "Who's there?" A feminine voice asked.
"I'm down here," he said. The woman peered over and saw the star and Musa. She gasped in surprise. "Hello, I am Staryu, one of Musa Melody's contracted Celestial Spirits," he explained, gesturing to the girl behind him.
"Oh my," she gasped, "I'll call a doctor and the mayor. I'm sure he'll have the reward for your master." Staryu's point bent forward and back into place indicating he was nodding.
A couple days had passed. Musa moaned as she opened her eyes. She felt drained and her body ached. Her eyes immediately shut as she noticed the light in the room. "Hello?" She croaked, cracking her eyes slightly open again. The room was unfamiliar. It was white and was filled with medical beds, but they were all empty.
"You're awake! I'll go get the nurse," Stella said. She got up and left the room quickly. Musa sighed before carefully sitting in the bed. The door opened once again to reveal Stella with the nurse. "Hello, Miss Musa," the woman approached the bed. She wore her green colored hair in a bun and had on a mint green long dress. "Hello," Musa said politely. She was still confused. What had happened?
"Oh, sorry," the woman blushed, "My name is Nessa, the town medic. You're very lucky for what your spirits. You were in a terribly battered state but it seems like most of your bruises were healed when you got here. I tried to fix you up with some of the magical charms." Musa smiled gratefully. "Thank you Nessa," she said softly. "Were my keys delivered here?" The woman nodded and pointed to the bedside table. Everything was there. Musa sighed in relief.
"Thank goodness," she sighed in relief seeing them shine brightly. There was ash covering some of them, meaning she would have to clean them all. Musa held her keys fondly, shedding a couple of tears. The woman smiled softly, she had met many mages during her travels, but this one seemed special. She had seemed powerful from the beginning, but seeing that she cared for her magic as a holder mage, Nessa felt proud of the mage. Most holder mages she met discarded their items like they were toys, but Musa seemed to truly care about her keys.
"Well, Miss Musa, really all you need is rest. But if you would like, you can return home," she said, "I suggest icing any wounds."
"Thank you Nessa," Musa smiled, "I really appreciate it."
"It was all I could do," Nessa replied sincerely. "Especially after you defeated that guild for our town. Have a good trip back, Miss Musa." Musa nodded and let the woman leave. "Harpus," Musa chanted the spell for the spirit to come to her realm. The harpy appeared seconds later, "Hello Musa," Harpus said. "We're all glad you are ok. Staryu was very worried."
"Thank you guys, but I am alright," Musa looked down. "I still need to become stronger, Harpus. With how things ended up, I can't even manage to do it all by myself."
"That's why you have us by your side, so you don't have to do it all by yourself." Harpus said, curiously staring down at her master. It wasn't the first time she wasn't confident in her magical abilities.
"But barely, Natsu, Gray, or Erza could easily beat it. I know I have worked hard, but not strong enough," she felt tears of frustration rise. "Musa," Staryu appeared and Harpus left, knowing that the star had a better chance of helping the mage out of her sadness. "Staryu, you know it's true." Musa said bitterly, "One shot and the demon would have been gone."
"But Musa, you aren't any of them," Staryu insisted.
"Help me get stronger, Staryu. Not for a long time. Maybe I'll take a week away from the guild and get stronger," Musa said determinedly, "I can't get any better if I'm not training."
"Alright. We'll try our best to assist in your journey," he said, "In fact, I'll inform the others." Musa smiled gratefully, wiping away her tears. "Thank you, Staryu," she said. She stood up and stretched, groaning as she felt the kinks in her back. "Excuse me?" The mayor opened the door and Musa smiled at him. Staryu disappeared as the Mayor fully entered.
"Hello, Mayor Firo," Musa greeted, finally calming down from the overwhelming feelings she was having. "I brought your reward," He said, holding out a pouch. Musa then frowned, looking out the window. The town was in major ruins. There was not a single building that was in full construction. After Musa's battle with Cornelius, many stray attacks hit nearby buildings, damaging them. It would take them a lot of time to rebuild if they were running on the small funds they had.
"Keep it," she said softly. His eyes widened and he choked. "What?" he asked.
"Keep it sir," she repeated, turning towards him, "I may need the rent, but I will manage if I hold off for one week. I can always take more missions, but your town needs the money to rebuild. So I wish for you to keep the reward money. Plus, these keys are more than enough as a reward." Tears filled his eyes.
"Thank you," he said, "Thank you so much. Acalypha Town will always be in your debt." Musa smiled as he left but then sighed, sitting down. There goes her rent money. But it did not matter. She had completed a mission on her own and that was all that mattered.
I had Staryu teleport us back to the apartment. I felt a bit more at ease being back now. "So you're going to get that necklace?" Stella asked. "Yeah, I just wanted to drop my stuff off first," I smiled before going inside. It had been oddly quiet even though it was almost dinner time. "Amethyst! Bean! Where are you?"
Nothing came from this. I dropped my bags on the couch and started searching the house for them. The search didn't last long with the pair just sleeping in my room. I moved Bean from the floor and on to his bed.
After I had gotten everything I needed, I headed back to that old bookstore. Opening the door caused the bell to ring. "I see you came back, I had a feeling that you would," Balli said. Coming from the back, she had a small box with her. I approached the corner and scanned over the contents of the display case. The necklace was missing. "What you're looking for is here. You're on the journey of looking for the rest of the abyss keys, am I right?"
I smiled before nodding. I watched as she pulled out a blue heart shaped box. It looked like it was made out of crystal, with red lining that wrapped around the middle. "It didn't make much sense to keep it on display for much longer after you came in that day. I have a feeling that you'll be a good owner for these keys,"
"Thank you for everything," I said. Leaving the store, I felt like I had a new sense of wonder. It had gotten late and I didn't really want to be out here any longer than I had to be.
Heading home, I needed to find a way to get more information on where the other keys could possibly be. They could be anywhere in Fiore and anyone could have the ones that were still here.
When I got back to the apartment, the lights were on. Amethyst must be awake by now. Entering the apartment. Finally being actually home felt great. "Musa! You're back! How was the job?" Amethyst asked while flying over from the kitchen.
"It went fine Amethyst. I just need to rest. Hopefully Bean didn't cause you much trouble while I was gone," I said while taking off my stuff and putting them on the couch. "He was fine for the first couple of hours while you were gone before crying till he tied himself to sleep." she said.
I sighed before going to grab a bottle of water. "Did you get that necklace for your keys yet?" Amethyst questioned. I felt her over my shoulder. "Yeah, it's in my bag. Could you go grab it?"
She did so while I went to my room. Bean was still sleeping where I left him. "Is it in this thing, Musa?" Amethyst asked, appearing behind me. "Oh yeah, thanks." Taking the box from her, I took the necklace out.
It was a red heart with wings which are the same design on both sides. It is held by a white string. Putting it on, I could feel like a new sense of magic start to flow through me. I wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean. I sat on bed while pulling off the 3 keys.
I took a deep breath before placing the keys in the necklace and turning them. "I call upon the world of the Celestial Spirits! I beckon you to my side at once! Pass through the gate!" The temperature had also dropped significantly around us. Three spirits appeared before me. Rosemon being on the left, Skyress in the center and Angemon being on the left.
Rosemon is a beautiful feminine spirit with long blonde hair. She wears a red strapless leather suit with red detached sleeves, a hair clip with two red roses and green leaves. She also had on black boots with high heels that are flower-shaped at the top, a red flower-shaped mask, and a green and white petal-shaped cape with a yellow "D" on each petal. She also had a yellow vine-shaped whip that wraps her arms and forms an "X" on her chest. She carries the "Tifaret" jewel on her breast. Her leather suit had a long arrow-shaped cut on the front.
Skyress is a green phoenix with a gigantic wingspan and numerous long tails with sharp feathers at its tip. She looks like she wore a green vest that was a darker shade of green, along with her legs.
Angewomon is a tall, slender, woman-like spirit with fair skin, long blonde hair, and a helmet. Her outfit consisted of a skin-tight, white bodysuit that covered half of her body with white high heels, and wore something that I couldn't read. She has eight white, dove-like wings with four on either side. Angewomon wears a golden ring on her left ankle that had something that I still couldn't read. She also had on red lipstick.
It was a little odd seeing them with normal human proportions. I imagined them to be much bigger than this. "Hi, I wanted to finally meet you. I'm Musa and this is Amethyst," I said. I felt that there was a better aura around the keys after summoning. A sense of finally being let out from the keys. Rosemon and Angewomon smiled at me. I wasn't completely sure on whether or not Skyress was doing the same. "We're aware of who you are. All of us do," Rosemon spoke. "All of us? I don't really know what you mean?"
"After receiving those first 3 keys from your mission, the rest of us were notified that you had them. Due to your type of magic, it's the reason why you were able to hold our keys," Skyress explained.
"So there's some questions that I wanted to ask you three. If you're willing to answer of course,"
"What's on your mind child?" Skyess questioned.
"Well, since I've kinda started this journey of trying to gather all the obsidian keys back together. I need to know what happened to six of them. Do you know what happened to them? Anything would be helpful,"
"Unfortunately, we can't provide that information to you. We're not really sure on where those keys landed," Angelwomon admitted.
I smiled bitterly as I was able to make the contracts with them and they disappeared in a soft glowing color that represented them. I would have to ask about it later. I felt a little drained from summoning those three but I want to push on with meeting these spirits. It took me for a bit of a shock at how much magic to hold their gates open. I guess it would have taken that much considering I did open three of their gates. I did the same with the remaining three keys. The same thing occurred with this trio. Sirenoid being in the center, Helios being on the left and Percival on the right.
The only difference with this set was they appeared in marble form. There was a bit of silence while they floated in front of me. "What do you want from us, human!" Helios demanded. "Come on! I don't have all day to spend here with you!"
"Don't be like that Helios. She wouldn't summon us without a reason. Give her a chance and be patient," Sirenoid said. I smiled, "Hi, I'm Musa. it's very nice to finally meet you three." The lack of response worried me for a bit. "Was it a bad time to summon you? We can always try this another time,"
"You have shown me that you will take good…"
I couldn't tell what else she was saying after that when I started seeing black spots in my vision before everything turned black. It was dark only with the light of the moon coming into the room. I wasn't in any pain when I got up. "How are you feeling? You looked a little sick and fainted earlier,"
Looking over, Amethyst was hovering in the doorway, she came in and closed the Kyogre, Horridian, Preyas and Skyress were the next ones on the list.
Have a good trip back, Miss Musa." Musa nodded and let the woman leave."Harpus," Musa chanted the spell for the spirit to come to her realm.
I smiled bitterly asd I was able to make the contracts with them and they disappeared in a soft glowing color that represented them.
Looking over, Amethyst was hovering in the doorway, she came in and closed the door. The only thing that was pretty much visible was her wings. She flew over and sat at the edge of my bed, "What happened?"
"You fainted after summoning all those spirits. It must've taken a lot of magic out of you since you were out for a few hours."
"So how was Ninfea able to get her hands on these three? Wouldn't they have given her some sort of burning sensation?"
Looking around and not exactly seeing anything, I got up and turned on the light. "She used a protection spell when she had them. I'm not really sure how they just appeared near pixie village just before our tree…"
Suddenly a marble sized ball appeared in front of me before it opened up. I held out my hand, which she landed on. "Sirenoid?"
"Why don't we continue where we left off shall we?"
