Chuck vs. The Courtyard Bench

Well, in the previous chapter: It was all about Jeffster and their much anticipated performance. Beforehand, Jeffster is waiting in the green room before heading out. Lester is freaking out to the point where he quits because the pressure is too much causing him to lock himself in the bathroom. Fortunately, Jeff is there to gives some surprising and much needed words of encouragements leading Lester to reform the band a few moments later stepping out of the bathroom. Moving on to their entrance using Europe's The Final Countdown, it didn't necessarily go as planned as Lester ended up on his back in pain after Tang intentionally stopped causing him to hit the back of the roof. When it comes to the Jeffster performance it started out normal but after it got going everybody started getting into along with Chuck, Sarah, and the rest of the crew much to their surprise. After all was said and done, Jeffster rocked out the courtyard of Westside Medical Center. During the post Jeffster concert, they would be given another chance at the stage much to their delight by Sarah. Speaking of Sarah, she would be invited to have a chat with her rival Vivian on Thursday since she would be overseas for the next 5 days for a business trip. So what's in store for this chapter? What are Chuck and Morgan talking about that is making feel considerably nostalgic? Who does Chuck keenly notice picking off a certain pizza topping of their pizza? How does Chuck relate the character of Peter Pan to his big sister Ellie? Where do Sarah and Chuck go after having a discussion with Morgan and Alex about what happy thought they would cling to in order to fly. Read and find out! Anyways, hope you enjoy the read and leave a comment to share your own thoughts on this particular chapters. As always, reviews are awesome.

Again, if you enjoyed reading my stories and left a comment I truly appreciate it. Please continue to do so as it gives me the incentive to write more chapters.

I don't own Chuck.

Happy Thought

XXX

It's a quiet Sunday afternoon in the game room of Casa Bartowski and Chuck is sitting in a chair heavily focused on Sudoku while Morgan is wearing a gamer headset sitting on the couch playing Call Of Duty for Xbox. However, it's just recently that the nerdy business owner started back up on the game of numbers since the conversation he had with Sarah on the bridge at the Venice Canals. For the best friends, it's how they usually decompress after an event such as Friday's Bash At The Bench. The previous day, the boys simply Lebowski'd it by simply doing nothing except catch up on some much needed sleep after all the fun, and not to mention stress, they experienced leading up to, before, as well as during the events of what could arguably be considered their best Live YouTube of all time.

While Morgan is chatting, or should I say smack talking, with other online players, Chuck is quietly figuring out and trying to solve a paperback Sudoku page he purchased sometime last week. Although he doesn't consider himself a beginner, it took him a moment to reintroduce himself to the popular puzzle game in which he has to fill a 9X9 grid with numbers so that each row, column, and 3x3 section contain all the digits between 1 and 9. Every now and then, he bites the top button of his pen and chews on it for a moment before continuing on with something that's actually fun for him. For someone like Chuck, it's all about using his brain to finish something that his father started him years ago and in a way, it still has a special meaning to him even though it's associated with a man who doesn't really want to be found.

In any case, as both men continue with their low key leisurely day Morgan glances over to his right and then speaks into his headset. "Hey, afc brb."(Away from console. Be right back) "Chuck, got a sec?"

Chuck is briefly silent as he finishes the final grid on his Sudoku page. "Hmmm." He then places his pen in the book/page that he finished, close it, and then places it down on his lap. "Sure. What's up buddy?" wondered the nerdy business owner.

"It's still mind blowing to me that Vivian is back. It seems like yesterday that we were all together watching the movie Mrs. Doubtfire. HELLLOOOOOO..."

"HELLLOOOOOO." chimes in Chuck, in unison with Morgan. Both men continue the goofy high pitch exchange then express laughter afterwards. "You ain't kidding Morg." he added, shaking his head. "Those were awesome times my friend, but then we all grew up doing our own thing."

"Who says we all grew up?"

Instantly Chuck quirks his right brow up towards Morgan. "Okay Peter Pan."

This time Morgan instantly chimes in. "Hey, I'm still a lost boy at heart." His bearded best friend places his controller down on the game room table in front of him then scoots up to the edge of the couch. "Plus, Peter Pan was also played by Robin Williams in the movie Hook."

As Chuck nodded, acknowledging one of the best movie presentations of Peter Pan portrayed by such an awesomely comedic actor Robin Williams, he can't help but reflect back on his childhood with Morgan and Vivian. They, along with Hartley and Devon, were there for him and Ellie when their parents left. It most definitely didn't feel lonely whenever they were around filling the gap of absent parents, especially when it came to Hartley. He and his late wife Della became their unofficial foster parents giving them that much needed parental figures knowing that there was considerable weight placed on Ellie's shoulders to grow up fast and become an adult for the teenager.

True, it was a difficult time in their lives but one of the things that got him through it was watching movies. A sense of escapism to distract him from real world problems that would be a haunting reminder of what other kids in school have but he and older sister lack. In his mind, being able to escape in the world of movies such as Star Wars provided him a way to travel to a galaxy far, far away without ever really leaving the earth's atmosphere, or his own living house for that matter. Thinking about it further, it's why he related so much to Luke Skywalker early on his younger days as it somewhat matches his own childhood.

A young boy growing up with his aunt Beru and uncle Owen living a life as a moisture farmer, but at the same time questioning where he came from and who is father was. Unbeknownst to the future Jedi Master, he would find out he has a sister and that his father is a former Jedi who turned to the dark side named Darth Vader. However, he knows that it's not at all likely he has another sister he doesn't know about or that his father, Stephen Bartowski, is...maybe was a former Jedi and turned into one of the most iconic Star Wars characters of all time, he thinks to himself. Yet, he's not ruling it entirely out because anything is a possibility when it comes to surprising family drama that may or may not warrant a 6 movie saga.

In that moment, a sudden thought pops into his head relating to Star Wars movies but more important movies in general. Movies relating to Robin Williams to be exact.

"Hey, we should have a Robin Williams double feature."

"I like that idea." Morgan excitedly, responded raising both eyebrows. "Pizza?"

"All the toppings? 2 orders?"

"You read my mind." nodded Chuck's business partner. He removes his gamer headset then retrieves his phone and scrolls through his contacts inevitably finding the local Santa Monica pizza place they usually order from. He stands up and steps out of the Casa Bartowski gameroom to place the orders. After ordering, he hangs up then sends off a quick text before stepping back into the gameroom placing his phone on the table in front of him. "Done and done. It should be here in 45 minutes or so."

"Awesome." responded Chuck.

He then returns to his Sudoku book leading Morgan to do the same with Call of Duty on Xbox. "BOC."(Back on controller)

It would be 45 minutes later that the doorbell and then a knock is heard at the front door. This would lead Chuck to stand up and head towards it since his best friend and roommate is busy. He spent the last 25 minutes sharing in secrecy from prying ears instead of out loud his compound level strategy from the Buymore and Largemart players. It basically consisted of 23 infantry troopers, 16 snipers, 7 heavy gunners, 4 demolition experts, and enough ammunition to orbit Arnold Schwarzenegger. 50 gamers. 1 call. All ready for battle. If he were actually saying it out loud, he would have to breathe at some point, but when Morgan shared it, he did it all in one breath, which was impressive. Most impressive, he thinks to himself.

For Morgan, he was very confident in his plan that his team could beat the 2 other teams. As gamer himself, he considered him a hero of sorts for a well thought out strategic Call of Duty plan. His thoughts are sets aside as he momentarily turns his head towards Morgan sitting in the gameroom while unlocking then opening the front door. Afterwards, he turns his head and when his does his eyes widen. Why? Alex and Sarah are standing there.

"Hey Chuck..." smiled Sarah holding 2 boxes of pizzas. "...I hope you don't mind, I already paid for the pizzas." she added, glancing at Alex standing beside her.

XXX

What's are you ladies doing here? I mean..." he began, motioning for them to coming inside. "...it's awesome you're here. A little surprised though." Chuck added, closing the front door.

Alex chimes in as she turns to face Chuck. All three individuals standing in the hallway in front of Casa Bartowski's gameroom. "We were in the neighborhood. Sarah and I were doing some shopping in Santa Monica. Decided to stop by. Where's Morgan by the way?"

"EAT THAT!" The sound of Morgan's voice booming behind them. It causes both women to be considerably startled.

"Right behind you." he answered pointing behind Alex.

Alex and Sarah express a bit of faint laughter afterwards. The Daughter of John Casey then turns around heading into the gameroom leaving Chuck and Sarah standing in the hallway alone together. It's somewhat awkward for Chuck because this is the first time Sarah is in his home unannounced, which if it were any other person, he'd be tremendously worried about it. However, it's Sarah Walker and he nor Morgan weren't expecting company because the weekend is usually spent decompressing from Bash At The Bench, he thinks to himself. He quickly sets his thoughts aside noticing the 2 boxes of pizzas in her hands and steps forward.

"Let me take those..." Chuck nods and then motions for her to follow. He then turns around heading down the hallway with Sarah towards the living room area. "...and welcome to Casa Bartowski."

"And Grimes!" The voice of his best friend heard within the gameroom. "Hey Sarah!"

Chuck rolls his eyes and shakes his head. "And Grimes." grinned the nerdy home owner.

"What's up Morgan!?" she briefly glances behind her.

"Battling Largemart and Buymore in Call of Duty!"

"Good to know." Her attention directed back to the other half of Casa Bartowski-Grimes. "This place looks awesome Chuck. It sort of has the same feel and vibe as your business Kessel Run Technologies." she stated.

"It is the same feel. If you recall Morgan and I are big nerds." he retorted. He shows posters hanging on the wall and memorabilia situated around the house. They step out from the hallway inevitably making their way to the island that separates the kitchen and living room.

"I know that now. It's so you..." Sarah softly smiled. "...and Morgan." she quickly added, leaning over to give a quick shoulder bump.

Once they reach the kitchen/dining/living room island, Chuck completely opens up the partition and places the 2 boxes of pizzas on the counter. As he does, he realizes he didn't answer her question when he opened the door to find her standing there next to Alex. "Oh, to answer about you paying for the pizzas. I don't mind. Tha...thanks by the way." he stated with a sense of nervousness.

"No problem." she answered back with a shy smile. The two awkwardly stand there in the dining area of Casa Bartowski in brief silence leading Chuck to suddenly realize this.

"I'm going to get the plates."

It leads Sarah to act as well. "Bathroom?" Sarah hears shuffling going on in the kitchen as Chuck responds.

"Oh yeah. Down the hall and first door to your right."

"Thanks." she replied, leaning back to see the open doorway leading to said hallway.

The oldest Walker daughter and sibling, makes her way into then down the hallway and finds her way to the bathroom. After a few minutes, she's done, whereby making her exit, but something in her peripheral vision to her right catches her eye. It's a poster, but not just any poster. It's the Tron poster that Sarah saw in the background of the video where Chuck poured out his pain, heart, and soul when he sang about falling in love someday. She walks into what she presumes is Chuck's room and stands in front of the poster. She stares at it for a moment even going so far as to reach over and place her fingertips on it to where she slowly glides down the plastic protective covering.

Her attention is then directed below the poster then gradually to her left. Granted, the configuration of the room has changed over the years with his desk now under the Tron poster. CD's, music and games, on a shelf against the far wall. A chest drawer with a flatscreen television, music tower player situated, and a framed picture of Chuck smiling with Clara on top of it. It's a picture that she softly smiles at. She then looks up to see another poster hung above that with the word Oldboy on it. She believes it's a movie starring 2 Asian characters. A shelf of books, a full length mirror leading to her briefly staring at his closet with his bed rounding off the quick self tour of his room.

Afterwards, she slips out of Chuck's room making sure to check if the coast is clear first. She then heads towards the kitchen where the boxes of pizzas are now open and a stack of paper plates are placed in the middle of both boxes. Bottled water and cans of grape soda set down there as well. Chuck stands there facing the pizza boxes and is seemingly ready, from her point of view, to announce something, which he does.

"Yo Morg, piz..." Chuck doesn't even finish his sentence when he turns around to see Morgan standing there with Alex approaching behind him. In his mind, Morgan's sudden appearance is similar to Michelangelo popping up from out of the sewer in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie where April mentions she only has frozen pizza to offer. "Ladies first Mikey."

A look of disappointment is expressed, but then a grin appears. "Okay Leo." he jokingly scoffed. Morgan turns around with a soft smile on his face directed to Alex. He motions for her to go ahead giving a slight bow while doing so.

"Thank you kind sir." nodded Alex expressing a smile of her own.

Chuck gives off a faint smirk after seeing Morgan's gesture, but his attention would be broken by the sound of Sarah's voice. "So, Chuck..." She makes her away around the aforementioned nerd and inevitably stands behind Alex to get her plate along with her 2 slices of pizza. "...what were you and Morgan's plans today?

"Robin Williams double feature."

"Mrs. Doubtfire and Hook." Morgan eagerly chimed in.

"Sounds like fun." Alex stated. She has her 2 slices of pizza and grabs a bottle of water.

Sarah follow right behind her grabbing her two slices then takes a bottle of water as well. "It's been a while since I saw both of those moves. Robin Williams always makes me laugh."

"Reason why we picked them. A bit of nostalgia hit us before you ladies arrived." Chuck responded shrugging his shoulders.

"Who knows..." Morgan chimed in. "...a 3rd movie of his could come into play."

In that instance, Chuck steps forward standing in front of his bearded best friend. "Let's walk before we run huh buddy. Maybe crawl before that..." Chuck retorted. "...okay?"

"Okay." nodded Morgan.

"Hurry up then!"

Both men turn their attention to the living room where Alex and Sarah are now standing on the other side of the couch.

"What Alex said. Get a move on it!" urged Sarah raising both eyebrows. "Don't make me go Wildcard Enforcer on you two." threatened the blonde in a joking manner.

They are staring at them leading the best friends to turn to another. "You heard the ladies." stated Chuck.

"You don't have to tell me twice." happily responded Morgan. Both men grabbing their slices of pizza from each box and their drinks. Afterwards, they head over to the couches where Sarah and Alex are now seated at.

After 2 hours and 5 minutes of watching Mrs. Doubtfire, the movie Hook would immediately be the next movie on the agenda for the foursome. Of course, more pizza, water, and not to mention grape soda, would gradually be consumed in between the touching moments, as well as laughter being experienced. As they continue to watch, Chuck is keenly aware that Sarah is picking off a particular topping off her piece of pizza as he's eating his 5th slice. The topping in question is olives. From his point of view, she's fully engrossed in the movie while picking off all the olives on her pizza. It's a mesmerizing sight, but he forces himself to turn his head forward to watch the movie and almost misses the part where the lost boys are eating invisible food.

Food that Peter believed isn't there until he uses his imagination or possibly locked on to a happy thought concerning part of his Neverland past. What sparked it was exchanged insults with Rufio. Essentially, it helped start the ball rolling, in a manner of speaking, in regaining the Peter Pan the lost boys needed him to become, with the exception of Rufio. For Chuck, the character of Peter Banning and real life person Ellie Bartowski, before she become Woodcomb, are truly parallel with each other. Both made the decision to grow up because of a loved one. A loved one who in their eyes wanted to have a more adult relationship, but in Ellie's cases it was more adult responsibilities since she jumped more into the role of parent than older sister to her younger brother.

In a way, Ellie never got the childhood she wanted. She had to instantly grow up and become an adult when both her parents left. The similarities in Peter Pan telling a much older Wendy he's making the decision to kiss his future wife Moira, her grandchild, with his lips instead of using the thimble. Juxtapose that with Stephen Bartowski telling Ellie to look out for Chuck, after he accidentally broke a charm on their mom's charm bracelet, coincide with each other. That moment in making the ultimate decision in setting aside childish actions and thoughts leading to Peter the path to adulthood, whereas Ellie it would be instantaneous.

Once the movie was finally over Chuck, Morgan, and Sarah and Alex would momentarily sit there to digest a nostalgic movie that's considered a favorite for any Robin Williams. This leads Morgan to speak up as he pushes himself into a standing position.

"Robin Williams is a comedic and dramatic genius." he stated, shaking his head. "He can go from serious movies like Dead Poet Society, Awakenings, Good Will Hunting, What Dream May Come, Jack, and Good Morning Vietnam to Patch Adams, Flubber, Toys, Cadillica Man, The Birdcage, Jumanji and the classic Popeye. That's just of the tip of the iceberg." he shared, with much respect to the actor and comedian.

"I cried during Jack..." Alex responded, reflecting back on that movie sitting on the couch. "...especially during the graduation scene at the end of the movie. Gets me every time I watch it."

"I think you have no soul if you don't cry during any moment in the move Jack." Chuck chimed in. A faint smile appears, but quickly flats flat that Sarah notices. He then continues on. "Also, that moment in Good Will Hunting where Robin's character gives a speech about his wife. Not so much a tearful moment, but considerably heartfelt. You know?" he added with a quick shrug to his shoulders.

"Oh yeah, about her farting when she was nervous. I remember that." Sarah slightly grinned.

"That's the one." firmly nodded Chuck. He then pushes himself up off the couch and briefly thinks about that scene. It's a scene at the time that didn't impact him that much, but after his break up with who shall not be named, it has so much meaning to him, he thinks to himself. The self professed nerd makes his way around the living room table and stand in front of facing Morgan, Alex, and Sarah. He then begins to quote Robin William's character Sean McGuire's lines from that scene. "She used to fart in her sleep." he laughed. "One night it was so loud, it woke the dog up." He continues to laugh more. "She woke up and gone like, oh was that you? I didn't have the heart to tell her." he asked in a cranky demeanor. Laughing once again. The laughter would subside and it turns a bit serious. "She's been dead 2 years and that's the shit I remember. Wonderful stuff you know. Little things like that. That happen. Those are the things I miss the most." He pauses taking the moment to look at Morgan, then Alex, and then stops on Sarah. Afterwards, he turns to the left and then steps forward, passed Morgan, and stands in front of the sliding doors with vertical blinds leading to the patio. "The little idiosyncrasies that only I know about. That's what made her my wife." A soft smile is then expressed as he continues on. "Oh, and she had the goods on me too. She knew all my paccedillioes. People call them imperfections..." he stops and takes a quick breath. "...ahhh, that's the good stuff." he breathes out. "Then we get to choose who we let into our weird little worlds." he added taking a much deeper breath afterwards.

For Sarah, she sat there from the beginning and was totally mesmerized by Chuck as he actually stated verbatim the lines from that scene in the movie. In her mind, she can somehow tell that he's probably watched that scene so many times during his self isolation during his break up involving Jill. During his recreation of that scene, minus Matt Damon's response, she could actually feel the emotion emanating from his heart and soul as if he was reliving the "Mount Doom" situation all over again in his memory, but speaking it out loud. While sitting there, she feels herself tear up, but restrains herself from doing so and quickly composes herself. It's when she does that, Chuck turns back to the 3 and reaches up as if he's grabbing air then pulls it down.

"And scene." he laughed, shaking his head.

In that moment, Morgan, Alex and Sarah stand, then clap for Chuck's stellar rendition of such a powerful scene in the movie Good Will Hunting. In that instance, Morgan reaches for his Chewbacca action figure sitting on a nearby shelf that was standing next to a Han Solo action figure.

"And the Oscar for the best speech from a Robin Williams movie goes too....drum roll please." The bearded best friend of Chuck Bartowski holds up an imaginery card as Alex and Sarah started tapping or hitting the coffee table in front of them. "Chuck Bartowski!" he hollered out in a celebratory manner. Sarah and Alex joined in as well.

After hearing his name, Chuck takes Chewbacca from Morgan and stand in front of an imaginary podium. He then addresses the only 3 people in the living room of Casa Bartowski. "Wow. This is an awesome surprise. First off, I like to thank God because all things are possible with him." He takes a quick breath in a goofy and dorky way as he continues on. "This Chewbacca Oscar is from years and years and years of watching so many movies from time I was a little kid." It's then Morgan starts humming leading Chuck to look all around. "Music is playing. Ok. So, I'll make this quick then. I'd like to thank my manager Morgan Grimes." Morgan raises a triumphant fist in the air as he continues humming. Afterwards, his attention falls on Casey's daughter. "Don't want to forget my stylist Alex McHugh who..." Chuck takes a moment to look down at his not so stylish wardrobe. "...always makes me look good." In that instance, Alex lets out a celebratory double woot. "My sister Ellie for always reminding me to wear clean underwear in case I get into a car accident. And finally..." He attention finally turns to Sarah. He pauses as she briefly stares at her expresses an exuberant smile towards her. "...to Sarah Walker. My protector...my wild card enforcer...my..."

Unfortunately, Sarah doesn't get to hear that last part as Morgan's phone interrupts the award ceremony, which he was thoroughly engrossed in when it came to Chuck speaking directly to her. Her attention on Chuck is suddenly directed to Morgan who quickly checks his phone then cancels the call. "Sorry, wrong number." he apologized. His humming then turns into a full on send off full of da das.

It's at that point, Chuck turns left but then points to the right and walks off the "Oscar stage" within the living room of Casa Bartowski while holding his Chewbacca Oscar high up in the air. Morgan and Alex laughing their butts off, with Sarah a bit perturbed that the moment between her and Chuck was sorely interrupted, but at the same time smiles faintly in being able to witness a seemingly special moment between the two of them.

XXX

The impromptu Oscar ceremony brought some levity to the afternoon of a Robin Williams double feature, especially watching it with Sarah and Alex. After a few moments, Chuck is standing in front of the island looking at the remaining pizzas that are left in both boxes. He's contemplating on whether or not to eat one more slice. As he's standing there, Morgan brings up a question pertaining to the movie Hook.

"Here's a question..." The nerdy business owner turns around and gives Alex her full attention. "...what happy thought would you hold on to so you could fly like Robin's character Peter Pan in the movie Hook? His attention then turns to the woman he's been interested in and flirting with since meeting way back when. "Alex?"

Alex stands there for a moment and thinks hard on that particular question directed towards her by her bearded Don Juan. "I think my parents being together during Bash At The Bench. It's actually the first time they've been in the same vicinity of each other in a long while." she answered, getting considerably emotional thinking about it. Sarah walking over, giving her friend a hug while briefly resting her head on Alex's right shoulder.

"That's awesome Alex." Chuck smiled. His attention then turns to Morgan. "What about you buddy. What would be your happy thought be?"

Morgan is about to respond when he chugs what's remaining in the can of his grape soda. Chuck presumably gets his answer and shifts his focus to Sarah. "What about you Ms. Wildcard Enforcer? What would your happy thought be?" he wondered, quirking his right brow.

Sarah stands there being put in an awkward spot. She doesn't know if Vivian's happy thought is the same as hers until they have a chat together Thursday. In that moment, she doesn't want to reveal what, or in this case who, she can't say in front of said nerd, so she goes with alternative, or in this case alternatives. "My Mom and Molly. I'm glad every day they're my family." She pauses softly smiling at Chuck. She then turns the question back to him. "What about you, Chuck? What would be your happy thought?"

Chuck stands there mulling over the question and after a few seconds opens his mouth. Unfortunately, all 3 don't get to hear the answer. Instead, they hear a sound. The sound of a long and loud burp. Once it's over after seemingly going on forever, Chuck hits his chest expressing an apologetic look on his face. "My bad. I guess I've been holding that in."

"Yes..." Morgan responded, waving his hand in front of him. A slight cringe expressed on his face. "...yes, you have." he added, shaking his head. "Why don't you take a walk. Go to Avalon." he suggested pointing out towards the patio door.

Instantly, Sarah quirks her right brow. "What's Avalon?" she wondered.

"My hangout spot at the beach down the road. The reason I call it Avalon is because..." Chuck pauses, because he's somewhat hesitant to share what it is. In his mind, he considers it a place that not too many people are invited to because it's his own Fortress of Solitude, he thinks to himself. "...in Arthurian legend, it's a mythical island known for its healing powers. I just go there to sit and think. It helps a lot, especially whenever Ellie stops by. We go together to talk." he shared shrugging a bit.

"I need that in my life. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the beach since I'm acting Chief Administrator until Chief Beckman returns from her vacation. I got to be ready if something happens at the hospital." the blonde shared, shaking her head.

"Understandable." nodded Alex. She then looks back and forth from Sarah to Chuck. "Hey, why don't you take Sarah to Avalon. It will probably help the both you."

"Alex is right. It will do both of you some good." reaffirmed Morgan with a nod to both individuals.

In that instance, Chuck turns Sarah and raises both eyebrows. "I don't mind..." he shrugged. "...I like to sit and think. Unless you just want to talk and go walking...

Sarah responds by shaking her head. "Whatever's good with you."

"Are you sure?"

The Chief Operating Officer of Westside Medical Center is about to respond, when Morgan and Alex interject together in unison. "Just go!"

Sarah and Chuck quickly raise their hands as they make their way out the front door of Casa Bartowski. Morgan stands there and then suddenly holds up a finger to Alex as he listens intently for the sound of the front door to close. When he and Alex hear it, the two of them quickly head to the sliding front door in order to look out through the vertical blinds. As they watch Chuck and Sarah walk side by side down towards Avalon, Morgan takes out his phone and begins texting. The following words begins sent:

Beauty and The Nerd are a go.
Heading to Avalon.

Morgan and Alex stand there waiting for a response. They wouldn't have to wait long as they receive the following message back. It's 2 simple emojis. A heart and big smiley face with the following words underneath:

Thanks for the heads up Fuzzball.

The individual who received the message and messaged back Morgan...Molly Walker.
