Chuck vs. The Courtyard Bench
Well, in the previous chapter: Casey brought Bennett to a monastery meet an old friend/associate of theirs who once went by the name Colin Davis. He now goes by the name Brother Bodhin. All 3 men took that moment they had to not only reminisce about the old days but led Brother Bodhin to share how he ended up living at the Monastery. True, Bennett was in total disbelief at the man who stood in front of him to the man he once knew as Colin Davis. Meanwhile at Five Elder Studios, Chuck nerded out as he talked with Linda Hunt who was absolutely open and gracious as she answered every question that was asked of her. What blew his mind even more was that Linda quote an iconic Star Wars line from an iconic Star Wars character, Yoda. So, what happens in this chapter? Here are the who, what, where, when, why, how's? Who were known as the nerd herd and compared to minions from Despicable Me? What does Chuck feel like knowing it may sound funny to Sarah? Where does Chuck want a rematch, and will Sarah give it to him? When did Sarah know that Chuck was considered an unselfish person that put other above himself? Why does Molly suddenly need therapy? How does Chuck respond when Sarah tells him that she'll serve by his side for the people? Read and find out! I hope you enjoy the read and leave a comment to share your own thoughts on this particular chapters. As always, reviews are awesome.
Again, if you enjoyed reading my stories and left a comment, I truly appreciate it. Please continue to do so as it gives me the incentive to write more chapters.
I don't own Chuck.
Hail To The King, Baby
XXX
Executive Producer Alexis White's invited V.I.P guests truly had an enjoyable time at Five Elder Studios, especially Chuck who ended up completely nerding out over veteran actress Linda Hunt. After spending time partaking in some sweet treats from the dessert food truck, they parted ways since she and Linda were called back to one more rehearsal of their lines with Pollak. That left White's executive assistant, Mark, and Hugo Panzer, who arrived when both women departed back to the set. It was 4:30 p.m. and it was nearing sunset as both men escorted the foursome to top the floor of the 5-story office building where they waited in White's office for her arrival.
While they waited, Molly took full advantage of the opportunity by grilling Panzer about what other type of weapons he wielded that weren't specifically sword- related. Needless to say, it was an absolute eye opener for the 13-year-old, and she learned more about White's Head of Security today than she could possibly ever have imagined. Meanwhile, Emma was busy with Mark as he answered to the best of his ability a question that involved White's office furniture. Meanwhile, Chuck and Sarah stood outside an equally impressive spacious outside terrace with a concrete unlit fire pit situated in the middle of a dark, 4-piece wicker furniture set that faced out into the never-ending vastness of Five Elders Studios.
The nerdy couple decided to stand in front of the rail instead of sitting down in the chairs that were situated beside each other. In their minds, they didn't want to make themselves too comfortable to the point where they ended up falling asleep. In any case, Chuck was behind Sarah with his arms wrapped around her and the both of them took in the captivatingly beautiful view they witnessed before them. Although the scene that unfolded earlier in the day when they first arrived was filled with chaotic frenzy, it died down and was gradually replaced with a seemingly slow, smooth crawl.
Although Chuck and Sarah never acted like it, The Five Elder Studios staff made every effort to make them not only feel welcome but treated them as if they were nerdy royalty. In the nerd's mind, he certainly wouldn't put it past White to have her staff bending over backwards and be absolutely accommodating for her V.I.P guests. True, the youngest Bartowski sibling wasn't really the type of guy who craved the attention, even though he hosted and was primarily the face of a widely popular YouTube channel that is seen by countless individuals online. As much as he enjoyed the fans who have expressed to him in person or in the comment section of Nerdy Nerfherder and Fuzzball not only their love, but loyalty as well, he was always humbled by their adoration.
The Nerd Herd. Although the fan base was named The Bartowski Brigade, it was another name they called themselves, which Chuck considered awesome. They've shown their support for the show in so many unbelievable ways, he thought to himself. A fanbase that is located not only across the United States, but overseas as well. In a way, they're loyalty was compared to the Disney animated characters who can be described as a species of tiny yellow henchmen dressed like the Super Mario Bros. but without the stylishly, well-groomed mustaches. Of course, if his fanbase were considered minions then he was certainly a nerdy version of Gru, he thought to himself.
In any case, the supportive loyalty the fanbase had shown to him and Morgan when the nerd herd was asked, or even challenged, to step up when it came to financially donating to help every Rockstar Rebel, had always been considered monumentally mind blowing. Essentially, their online platform was utilized in an incredibly positive way and garnered positive feedback to the point where a number of sponsors jumped on board to become part of the Nerd Herd/Bartowski Brigade. If both fanbases saw him as their king, then they most definitely declared Sarah as their queen, he thought to himself.
In that moment, Chuck reflected back on his conversation during his therapy session he had with Doctor Dreyfus when he compared himself to King Arthur and Sarah to Guinevere. As corny as that sounded, he truly felt like a king and although Westside Medical Center wasn't necessarily his kingdom, he ruled the courtyard with a code of honorable respect. He considered it sacred, holy ground where everyone gathered in person and online every Friday in celebration of truly special kids who fought or continued to fight like absolute warriors and even knighted them as Rockstar Rebels.
Granted, before Sarah stepped into Chuck's life, he had the unwavering support and love of those Rockstar Rebels. He'd even believed that he would actually give up his own life for them, if need be, because they were that important to him. In his mind, they would do the same for him. Essentially, it all started with one just one special kid who ultimately became the initial catalyst that grew from something simple as a recorded video interview that was then burned on a CD for the child to keep as a memorable keepsake to a widely popular online YouTube show with an incredibly wide reach.
Of course, he recalled the moment the news of Charah became official and they were swarmed by hospital staff who religiously followed their relationship since word spread that they were going on a non-date that Sarah initiated as a way of saying sorry for jumping to conclusions on her second day on the job as the new Chief Operating Officer. All thanks to Alex. Of course, Molly also participated in the crazed frenzy of Charah-mania and they were given a stern lecture on allowing the couple to have some privacy without employee staff, namely weasley-faced hospital attorney, Emmitt Milbarge, being nosy about where exactly the relationship was heading.
Chuck's thoughts then centered on how he couldn't help but feel absolutely lucky with how his life was going. He sometimes had to pinch himself because it all seemed like a dream, but it wasn't. For him, it was as if he pulled out the sword of Excalibur from the stone and that sword represented his own heart after he plunged it into the stone of utter heartbreak never to be wielded again. The youngest Bartowski sibling was really grateful that his own version of the lady of the lake, Ellie Bartowski, encouraged him in her own older sister persuasive way to take a chance instead of not letting any of his doubts, fears, worries, anxieties, etc. hold him back.
The thought of Ellie's influence, or pestering out of loving concern for him, caused a faint smile to be expressed, which someone clearly noticed.
"Hey," Chuck lowered his gaze and was met with two beautiful blue spheres. She peered up at him expressing a soft smile up towards him. "What are you smiling about?"
"It's gonna sound stupid."
"Try me," she breathed out. Afterwards, Sarah snuggled in closer as Chuck squeezed her a bit tighter in his embrace.
"Promise you're not going to laugh?" he retorted back.
"When have I ever laughed at something you were thinking about?"
In that instance, Chuck leaned over a bit to his right and peered down at her as she peered up at him. "How about the time I asked you if a person constantly farted, burped, and sneezed would they seriously hurt themselves. Would they need medical attention?"
It was at that point, Chuck felt an elbow to his stomach and responded with a somewhat painful yelp. He then heard Sarah's voice once again. "Seriously!?"
"Morgan brought up some valid points on burp snarting and how it can actually cause some major internal damage."
Sarah shook her head in the absolute absurdity of the question being asked by her nerdy boyfriend. A man who has had endless debates with his bearded best friend about what type of sandwich to take on a deserted island.
"Just because it happened in the movie Grown Ups doesn't mean it could happen in real life," Sarah responded. She was momentarily silent as she started blankly up at Chuck. "The both of you asked Ellie and Devon, didn't you?" In that instance, someone else suddenly popped into her head and it caused her eyes to briefly widen. "Tell me, you didn't ask Chief Beckman."
"It was a medical related question and we wanted to know."
The genuine look of honesty expressed on Chuck's face caused Sarah to shake her head with a sense of amused disbelief behind it. Yet, she found it adorably cute knowing her nerdy boyfriend's real life medical questions related to an Adam Sandler movie was actually debated by a man who proclaimed himself to be Chuck's hetero life partner, Morgan Grimes. He's the same man who she overheard say that he had a heated debate going with Jeff and Lester on whether or not Steven Seagal could actually take down Jean-Claude Van Damme in a fight. She recalled it got even more heated when Chuck Norris was brought into the conversation. Her thoughts that concerned the sheer buffoonery involving Chuck and Morgan was set aside as Sarah focuses back on what Chuck was thinking about that caused him to smile.
"Why were you smiling?"
The nerd hesitated a bit but then spoke up. "I just feel like I'm the king of the world right now," he answered, shrugging his shoulders. "And I'm lucky enough to share it with my queen," he added, as the nerdy couple locked eyes with each other.
XXX
"Kiss me," Sarah turned around while she was still enveloped in Chuck's embrace, which was loosened just a bit. "Your majesty."
Chuck expressed his trademark toothy smile and then gave a slight nod. "As you wish," he softly retorted, referencing the iconic line from Princess Bride.
At that moment, the nerdy couple leaned in and shared an intimate kiss as the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky. The sunset hadn't gone unnoticed by the individuals inside White's office as they directed their attention to the terrace outside where they witnessed the dark silhouette of Chuck and Sarah not only wrapped in each other's arms, but their lips pressed together in loving union as well. Of course, the youngest person in White's office wasn't going to miss another opportunity to just rag on her older sister and future brother-in-law for their public displays of affection.
"Hey, quit it you two! I know you hear me." It took a moment, but Chuck and Sarah eventually separated their lips from one another. Afterwards, they turned their heads and faced Molly. "Don't make me come over there and tase you two."
Sarah briefly rolled her eyes. "Where are you going to get the taser, brat?"
"From him," she answered back, pointing behind her with her left thumb. The person behind her that she pointed to was Hugo Panzer.
"Copy that," responded Panzer.
In that instance, the nervous voice of Mark was suddenly heard. "No! No!" Afterwards, his head popped out from behind Panzer's behemoth figure, which absolutely dwarfed Mark's. "We want to avoid that," pointed out White's executive assistant, with nervous laughter. "Plus, I don't want to end up fired after I explained to my boss why two of our V.I.P's, who inspired the main lead characters of this project in progress, ended up unconscious on her terrace."
"Yes, let's avoid that," insisted Emma, voicing her two cents somewhere inside the office.
For Chuck and Sarah, the look of intensity expressed on his face was similar to how Casey got whenever he found himself around the two of them whenever they expressed their lady feelings toward one another but without the growling grunts. As much as they wanted to test the limits of how far they could irritate and annoy Molly, they didn't want to have Panzer involved because they believed he could quite literally open a can of whoopass without any hesitation whatsoever on the both of them. So, instead of resuming their lip lock they returned to how they originally stood before the intimate moment with the beautiful setting sun as their romantic background.
"That's better!" the 13-year-old hollered. "Still keeping my eye on the both of you!" she added.
Sarah was about to turn around, but Chuck stopped her with his tight embrace. She tried to fight it off but eventually succumbed to his long arms wrapped around her. As the nerdy couple continued to gaze out into the captivatingly breathtaking setting sun that was slowly disappearing out of sight, Sarah softly spoke up.
"I was always treated like a princess when I was with Cole."
The moment Chuck heard Cole's name he had a knee jerk reaction for him to sound off an audible groan but caught himself. Why? He wanted to see where she was going with it, suddenly mentioning the infamous Cole Barker. In his mind, there had to be an actual reason as to why she brought up her ex at a time like this, he thought to himself.
"Cole spoiled me with expensive, lavish gifts and trips," Sarah shared, reflecting back on the time spent with her ex. "He believed by showering me with everything he thought I ever wanted, it was his way of saying I love you."
"But it wasn't though."
Sarah nodded. "Don't get me wrong, I did at one point lose myself mentally and emotionally dealing with issues involving Jack. His twisted and manipulative influence carried over into my relationship with Cole."
"Yeah, the way Cole used you as bait to hook his clients," stated Chuck. A faint tone of disdain and anger was heard by Sarah in her nerd's voice.
At that moment, Sarah gently caressed Chuck's forearms that were wrapped around her just below her neck. Her touch always seemed to calm him down whenever he was spiraling, riled up in anger, or suffering one of his anxiety attacks. Thankfully, he hasn't had any anxiety attacks for a while since who shall not be named showed up unexpectedly, Sarah thought to herself. In any case, she refocused her thoughts on the subject matter at hand.
"Cole pretty much thought he knew what I wanted. Yet, he never once stopped to think and ask me what I wanted," she added. A mixture of pain and anger could be heard in Sarah's voice by Chuck. "In his warped mind, he never really fully grasped how a woman actually should be, rather than thinking how a woman expects to be treated. You actually know the difference, Chuck."
"I do?"
A soft smile and then a firm nod was given by Sarah. "You sure do."
She took a moment to momentarily gather her thoughts concerning how her nerd was head and shoulders above Cole in every way when it comes to knowing what a woman wants. In that instance, Sarah broke free from Chuck, turned around and faced him. She then peered up and locked eyes with him. There was a few seconds of shared silence between the two of them before she continued talking.
"I fell for you after you handed that Harry Potter sorting hat to Morgan and before you took me on that beautiful walk down the Venice Canals. The fun we had playing ping pong together and I totally kicked your butt," she shared, continuing to softly smile.
"I still want my rematch, Ms. Walker."
"You'll get it, Mr. Bartowski," she replied, expressing a devilish smirk. The devilish smirk eventually turned back into a soft smile. Before she continued on, she took a deep breath. "As much as I thought you were taking me to Italy, that place was equally memorable and breathtakingly beautiful. It told me a lot about you?" Sarah pointed out.
"Good things?" questioned Chuck. "Or bad things?" he added, a bit concerned on his part.
"Awesome things," she answered back.
"It told me," Sarah briefly paused. She then lifted up and placed her right hand gently cupping it against his left cheek. "How thoughtful you were. How you took your time and planned out something you said was special, and I wasn't disappointed. You didn't set out to impress me and that was one of the things that stood out to me about you," she revealed, lowering her right hand. She then leaned to her right against the rail and continued peering up at Chuck.
Chuck shrugged his shoulders as if he was a bit embarrassed hearing the compliments that were being showered on him. "I chose that place because it was something that you've never been to before. I took that into account, and I didn't want to go anywhere too expensive or crowded," he retorted.
"That place was just right and had Chuck Bartowski written all over it," Sarah proudly acknowledged. "Do you know what else had your name written all over it?"
The way that Sarah was peering up at him made Chuck's brain shut down for a moment. He tried to quickly reboot it so he could say something but only stammered out one coherent word, "What?"
"The way you've been able to satisfy my needs."
Chuck's eyes suddenly widened and looked as if they were going to pop out of his head. Afterwards, he breathed out the following two words: Oh boy!
XXX
"I didn't mean it like that," Sarah responded, with a bit of amusement on her part. She reached over and gave a quick jab with the back of her left hand to Chuck's stomach. She then tilted her head back and forth before she continued on. "Well, I guess I do, but don't."
It took a few seconds before the wide-eyed expression on Chuck's face turned to utter confusion. "What did you actually mean, Sarah?"
This time, Sarah didn't waste any time to gather her thoughts and just let Chuck know how much he satisfied her. "You've done it so many ways," she revealed. "One of them is satisfying my needs mentally. I've openly shared my thoughts with you and that's something I've actually never done with a guy."
"Not even Cole?"
"Especially not Cole," stated Sarah. "I've shared pieces of my life with him unlike with you." She momentarily paused as if she was reflecting back on something. "Do you remember me telling you about the place I went to that was similar to your Avalon?"
"Yeah," nodded Chuck. He stood there for a moment and racked his brain until he finally remembered what the place was called that had the same meaning, as well as the feeling to his beach located down from his place in Santa Monica. "Kenilworth Park and Gardens."
"Close enough," chuckled Sarah, expressing an appreciative grin for his effort. "I never told Cole that place was my favorite hangout spot in D.C. or that my favorite flower…"
"It's gardenias," Chuck chimed in. "And it's because they smell like Jasmine." Afterwards, a quizzical look was expressed on his face. "What was the reason why you didn't want Cole to know about your version of Avalon?"
"The same reason you consider Santa Monica Beach sacred," retorted Sarah. "It's yours and for you a handful of people actually know about it. However, for me, the only person that knows about it is me."
"What about Carina, Zondra, Emma, or Molly?"
"I've mentioned to them that I needed to clear my head, but they never really let them know where I actually went to," Sarah shared, with truthful honesty.
"Mom and I know now!" Molly hollered, from somewhere inside White's office.
"It's not awesome to eavesdrop, brat!" Sarah hollered back.
"Yeah, yeah," responded Molly. "Whatever your majesty," she added, with snarky sarcasm.
"Molly Anastasia Walker," Emma sternly called out. "Get over here and give them their privacy."
Afterwards, the sound of a whining groan was heard by Chuck and Sarah who expressed an amused chuckle. There's a few more seconds of silence before Sarah shook her head and continued on.
"Anyways, I shared my go to spot in D.C. with you because I trusted you about a peaceful place that was absolutely special to me." Sarah stood there in front of Chuck and felt comforted concerning that particular thought. "Although I had gotten to know you in just a short amount of time, I somehow felt you would never betray me by giving up one of my most treasured memories."
"You're right," nodded Chuck. "I would never betray you when it comes to a treasured memory like that. There is just something that you hold close to your heart. It's just for you and maybe a few people who truly understand why it means so much to you."
"Exactly," Sarah softly breathed out. Shen then resumed her train of thought concerning how Chuck satisfied her needs. "You've also been able to satisfy my emotional needs too."
It quickly dawned on Chuck what she was possibly referring to concerning her emotional needs being met. "Jack."
Sarah nodded. "He bailed, like he usually did after he wanted to talk in my office, and that pissed me off. I finally confronted him and got everything that I ever wanted to say to him off my chest," she recalled, shaking her head and slowly exhaling. "If it weren't for Ellie and Forrest forcibly removing me for my own best interests, on Beckman's orders, I would have probably been arrested for assault."
"I did spot him from the stage as I was talking with Jeff and Lester after their performance that opened the show," Chuck shared. "When I got word of what happened, I didn't have to think twice about it. I immediately handed over hosting duties to Morgan. He understood and thankfully the audience did as well."
"That's the reason why I love you so much, Chuck." Sarah reached with both hands and interlocked them behind her nerd's neck. "You acted in an unselfish way and didn't think to stay because the show must go on." She shook her head and then continued on. "Although the audience wondered why you had to abruptly leave, they also knew it was for a good reason after Morgan mentioned to them it was for personal reasons, so the show carried on without you."
In that instance, Chuck's toothy smile re-emerged while he peered down at his beautifully awesome fiancé. He wrapped his arms around her waist and responded, "It won't be the last time," Chuck paused and then lifted his head. He then turned it to face out and watched the sun slowly disappearing out of sight in the distance. It was a sight to behold even though he was holding one right now in his arms. "Truth be told, I may be the face of the show but I'm not what makes the show. It's the Rockstar Rebels and they are what make the show. They're the true face…" He stopped and corrected himself. "Actually, heart of the show, not me."
"Some people may disagree with you."
"Agree to disagree," Chuck retorted, shrugging his shoulders. "As long as there's breath in my lungs, I'm determined to serve every Rockstar Rebel in that hospital and provide them a fun distraction. Even if it was just for a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon, it helped them forget about the painfully harsh reality they're facing on a daily basis," he shared. The conviction in the tone of his voice sounded absolutely believable, especially to Sarah.
"That's why you would make an awesome king."
"Ya think?"
Sarah nodded as she saw the skepticism on Chuck's face. So, she took it upon herself to reassure him of how certain she was that he would most definitely be an awesome king. "A king serves his people instead of ruling over them. That's your mindset and it's considered an awesome way of thinking."
"Ellie taught me well."
"So did your mom and dad," Sarah added. The moment those words came out of her mouth she knew it would cause a reaction, and it did. She knew she needed to act quickly because the subject of his mother and father was considered a touchy subject, Sarah thought to herself. "Honestly, you have so many people in your life who have been a positive influence on you/"
Chuck took a moment to let what Sarah said sink in. He then gave his response. "Giving out what you most want, comes back to you better than you imagine."
After she heard that, Sarah quirked her right brow. "Who said that? Confucius?"
"Tony Fahkry," answered Chuck. "It was a quote that always stood out and stuck with me," he added, taking a deep breath.
"Now for me too," Sarah softly retorted. "It perfectly encapsulates how you've been able to satisfy my physical needs."
Chuck's eyes suddenly widened and looked as if they were going to pop out of his head again. As a matter of fact, he felt like his whole head was going to explode like in the scene from the 80's movie Scanners. Fortunately, it didn't, but while he stood there with his arms wrapped around Sarah and vice versa, the one thing that he mentally repeated was how he hoped that a sudden anxiety attack wouldn't happen right now.
XXX
"Tread lightly, Sarah," Chuck whispered. "You know who is listening," he added, briefly tilting his head to the right.
A devilish smirk slowly appeared on Sarah's lips before she proceeded. "When we're together you've connected with me in such a mental and emotional way. You're somehow able to be in tune with me in every sense of the word."
"Really?" Chuck expressed a look of surprised shock after he heard what Sarah shared with him. "I thought I was out of practice since I lost my mojo."
"Far from it," Sarah shook her head. "You never lost it, Chuck. It just needed a spark to ignite the flames of passion again that were lying dormant inside of you."
"So, my mojo was just hibernating."
"You could say that."
Chuck stood there a moment and thought about the spark that initially helped ignite the flames of passion that lay dormant inside of him. After a few seconds of reflecting, his eyes widened a bit and locked eyes with Sarah.
"That moment in front of your door after we returned from our non-date at the Venice Canals."
"What about it?"
"I felt a spark after I said to you that if we were really on a date, I would be forced to kiss you goodnight." Chuck took a deep breath and then resumed talking. "Then you said…"
Sarah instantly chimed in. "Forced? I remember." She smiled softly up towards Chuck.
"I'm sure I could suffer through it," Chuck softly stated. "I so wanted to kiss you but forced myself not to," he revealed.
"I'm glad you didn't because the kiss we had on our real date was so worth it." Sarah snuggled closer to Chuck and then rested her head within the crook of his neck/chest. "The time and patience you've taken in exploring my body shows how you've far surpassed Cole even though he has vast amounts of experience with women."
A look of confused disbelief was suddenly expressed on Chuck's face. He didn't know whether to take it as a compliment or an insult. "You're welcome?"
In that instance, Sarah leaned back and locked eyes with Chuck. "Although Cole had years of experience, he didn't have what you have going for you," she shared, being coy with Chuck.
"Wh…?" Chuck stopped and cleared his threat. "What might that be?" he nervously stammered out.
"You are more concerned with how I'm doing and do your best to check to see if I'm comfortable before we go any further. You've focused on and taken into consideration how I want to be pleasured instead of you being pleasured first."
"I do?"
Sarah didn't say a word. Instead, she bit her bottom lip, seductively peered up at Chuck and nodded. She then leaned towards the opened terrace and made sure everyone heard inside, especially Molly.
"Multiple times!"
"Oh god," Emma and Mark audibly gasped seemingly in unison.
"I'm gonna need therapy! Thanks!"
"Copy that," Panzer growled from inside as well
"You deserved it, brat!" she amusingly hollered out. After a few moments of silence and waiting for any response back from Molly, Sarah's focus returned to Chuck. "Cole thought I expected to be treated like a queen, but it was more like a princess. You, " Sarah paused. Afterwards, she took a long, satisfied breath before she continued speaking. "You made me feel loved like a queen and it's because you've constantly made me feel that way that I'm happy to be by your side in serving the people, your majesty."
For Chuck, he could respond in so many ways and each one of those responses truly reflected how much he loved her. Yet, he wanted to convey it in such a way that was considered straight and to the point, but at the same time was significantly poetic and stood the test of time. After he racked his brain for the right word or words to say, he finally came up with one. It was at that point, the nerdy business owner slightly shifted to the right, took a step forward, and dipped her much to his fiancé's unexpected surprise.
Of course, Chuck's hold on her was secured but at the same time effortlessly smooth as the nerdy couple locked eyes. As the leader of the Nerd Herd/Bartowski Brigade gazed deeply into Sarah's eyes, he had the timeless classic line that actor Bruce Campbell made famous from his most iconic movie character, Ash Williams. Essentially, it was a character that nerds everywhere have worshiped/celebrated at cons throughout the years and a line that was quoted countless times from the movie Army of Darkness.
"Hail to the king, baby." he softly uttered. Afterwards, Chuck leaned down and pressed his lips against Sarah's. For him, it was considered a perfect way to end their day at Five Elder Studios.
XXX
NOTE: So, what do you think? An Army of Darkness quote from Ash Williams to end this chapter fits perfectly on what the overall theme of the chapter don't you think? Of course, there are nods to a few episodes one of them being Vs. The Other Guy. Anyways, I'm working on the next chapter as we speak and thanks for sticking with this story. As always, leave a review as it gives writers like myself that incentive to keep on writing. Tip of the hat to NEVR for the doing the beta!
