Well here we go, the prologue, next chapter will be the start of the Gaston Arc

The End of the Dragon Gems?
It was a quiet and nice evening in Vale Japan is what one would say if all was peaceful. But as we come to a casino that looked like it was taken from Las Vegas and placed in Japan, all was not calm. In fact there was a commotion.
Inside the casino the alarm was sounding as the patrons who were there to gamble and were various races from human to robot to alien and such were panicked as they look around at what the commotion was. Some were fleeing to escape.
However, some noticed a shadow above rush by used the ceiling decorations. One patron said nervously "There's something here!"
As the people were panicking three figures enter there room they wore black Armor with red parts of there armour they were known as Purge Troopers members of the Vale police force sent out only to deal with high priority criminals, these three enter the room looking for the source of the commotion.
The figure runs and jumps around above the floor and lands on a lighting fixture revealing themselves to be a female figure in blue silver and black armour with a glowing black cape. The black face play looks like it can be removed as well. Under her arm was a silver briefcase which she seemed to have taken from this casino. Seems like a typical robbery.
"Hey…. up there!" A patron said pointing up as he noticed the thief.
"She's here. Move in immediately!" One of the Purge Troopers reports in as he and the other two fight though the crowd.
The armoured thief smiles and said, "All is going well as usual." She then moves to get away.
Once she got out of sight of the three securities on the ground and placed the briefcase in a secure location a boyish male voice said on her ear comm "Good. Now get running!"
"This will be our only chance!" An intellectual dignified voice told her on the comm.
"Stay calm! You can get away now!" Another voice belonging to the girl's technical expert told her.
"We'll retrieve the briefcase on our end." A female voice sound professional told the armoured girl.
You see this armoured girl and her allies were well known in Japan for recent fame as Phantom Thieves known as the Dragon Gems and this was their latest heist, the armoured girl was the leader called Waterwave as her codename.
Just then the comm was a mysterious transmission saying "…suspects…not…. confirmed…hold…your…positions…"
"Hm…what was that?" The technical expert said confused.
"Don't worry about us." The first male voice said, "Just concentrate on getting away!" Waterwave nods and begins running but he added "But I have to say, showing yourself above that crowd earlier was an excellent move. Nice work as always Waterwave"
A new female voice said "I bet Circuit wouldn't pull it off that smoothly."
"This happens because you have no sense for aesthetics" Another voice said refined but different from the other one.
"Bite me! Nobody asked you Inari!" A female robotic voice no doubt belonging to the one known as Circuit said annoyed.
During this Waterwave made her way across the lighting figtures and when she got to a split on a nearby balcony a Purge Trooper called out "There she is!" He was joined by two more.
"Just run get out of there!" The Technical expert told her.
"Right" Waterwave said nodding and begins to jump over more lighting fixtures to head to a further platform.
"Okay the enemy's focus is on her." The first male voice said, "Looks like the rest of us can slip away."
"Everyone remember where we're meeting up?" A young male voice asked,
"No worried, I can guide you all." The Technical expert said.
Waterwave reaches and climbs up to the balcony "Stop right there! You won't get away!" two voices said and Waterwave looks to see two Purge Troopers run in from the stairs in front of her.
However, something strange happened they shudder and suddenly they instantly change they appeared not to be a creature wearing all black outfit which included pants, boots, shirt and coat with white gloves and a white neck scarf, they also had a white creepy metallic smiling mouth and where a black fedora that covered their eyes and also carried a black mace weapon.
Waterwave smiles as she recognized them as she thought 'Wondered when the Shadow Kuros of this place would catch up' She then hears feet land behind her and turns to see another Kuro was behind her.
"Take them down Waterwave!" The technical expert said.
"You got it" Waterwave said grinning as she jumps up her cape vanishing as she lands on the Kuro grabbing it's white metallic mouth and rips it off like a mask before pushing him to the center
The maskless Kuro shudders desolving into black and red liquid before turning into a bull-headed serpent like being that is taller than Waterwave. It was known to her as a Sacrificial Pyrekeeper
"You will not escape!" The Sacrificial Pyrekeeper told her.
"Try your best to stop me" Waterwave said and draw a dagger which turns into a long blue bladed key.
"Compering power levels…" The Technical expert said "No threat, go get them Waterwave!"
"Gladly" Waterwave said smiling she moves in slashing at the creature and when it was losing balance, she pulls out a handgun and fires at its leg knocking him off balance.
"Ah! Damn you!" The Sacrificial Pyrekeeper said glaring "I will not surrender so easily!"
"Didn't expect you too." Waterwave said and removes her metal face mask revealing her short blue hair under the helmet and blue eyes and she said "Persona!"
Behind her a shadowy being appear and performs a heavy curse like attack that puts the Sacrificial Pyrekeeper near death. But the creature fires a fire-based attack that hit Waterwave.
"Ah! Well least you got one hit in." Waterwave said as she moves in and finishes it off with a single strike. The Sacrificial Pyrekeeper cries out and fades away.
"Okay, pull out before their backup gets here. Everyone else use Route B to escape" The Technical expert instructs.
"Right." Waterwave said as she puts her weapon away and her cape reappears so far this was going smoothly, almost too smoothly.
"Good. You defeated them with ease!" The boyish male voice said.
"More of them?! Be careful!" The Technical expert said in shock.
Indeed, three more Kuros appear and one charge forward and swings it's axe at Waterwave who jumps back to dodge the swing. Waterwave jumps up to a pillar above the balcony.
"Sorry boys, but I haven't got time to play with you, maybe another time!" Waterwave said as she jumps up to the balcony further up.
"Waterwave behind you! Go through that door!" The technical expert drawing Waterwave's attention to the door behind her
Waterwave nods and hurries through the door.
The room she came to be the backrooms of the casino but luckily no one was following her.
"You should be able to get out that way! Hurry!" The technical expert told her.
"Wait, can she even here us?!" Circuit asked concerned.
"Don't worry, I'm picking up everyone's voices." The Techinical expert told her. "Just go Waterwave!" It's then they get an alert on their systems "Hm? Wait a sec!"
They check it "What the-I'm getting a weird reading heading your way!" They said concerned "C'mon, run!"
Aqua nods and runs through the halls passing gated doorways where more Purge Troopers were trying to find her, through Waterwave was unsure if they were actual people or Kuros in disguise. But it didn't matter she kept moving.
"Tch! We got away from a bunch of those guys in black, but there're still loads more of them…" Circuit said on comm.
Waterwave goes through some doors but stops when she is near a large window to see a Purge Trooper run down a hall opposite window and look around.
"Where'd they go?! Damn it!" The Purge trooper said annoyed. He gets on his helmet comm and spoke. "I can't confirm the intruder's location." He then continues down his hall.
"Phew…" Waterwave said as she moves from behind the door and continues on her way.
"Up ahead! Stop!" The Technical expert said and Waterwave sees ahead another Purge trooper, but his back was to her "This is bad! Hide, Waterwave!"
"On it!" Waterwave said and hides behind a box.
"You'll never get away if you just keep fighting." The Technical expert explained "Hid in the shadows, and sneak past when you see an opening!"
Waterwave nods and moves from box to box getting closer. When she was close to the Purge Trooper he was on comm and said "...Hey, are you sure she came in this way?" He nods "Understood. I will continue the search!" He then ran down the way Waterwave came from.
"Now's your chance! Make a run for it!" The Technical expert said. Waterwave runs up the stairs and into the next hall but stops seeing up ahead another Purge Trooper "Ugh! How many of them are there?!" they said annoyed Waterwave hides again.
"Everything okay?" The refined intellectual voice asked, "The security level might rise if you take too much time."
"I know, I know! I'm looking for another route. Just hang on." The Technical expert said "Oh pergect timing, Waterwave, look up!" Waterwave looks up and sees a hook and a metal walkway above "Can you use that thing and just fly over there?"
"I should be able to" Waterwave said smiling.
She then flicks out her arm and unleashes a grappling hood and it attaches, and she swings up and around over the unknowing Purge Trooper and lands on the walkway.
"All right, go straight from there!" The Technical expert said indicating to the opening way behind Waterwave.
"Let's hope security is less here" Waterwave said and runs into wat looks to be a storage room.
"Waterwave stop!" The Technical expert suddenly called out.
"What now?!" Waterwave said concerned.
"It's an enemy-right near you!" The Technical expert said and indeed spawning from shadows under Waterwave making her backflip away two Kuros appear and behind her four more show up one of the 6 had silver highlights on his black coat indicating a higher rank.
"Got you now thief!" The silver Kuro told her.
"Ever you can't take on this many-"The Techincial expert began but noticed something "Huh?! Waterwave! That weird reading from earlier's closing in on you too!"
Waterwave looks around at the Kuros keep her surround, then she sees a figure emerge from the shadows on the other side of the room was a silver black and gold armoured male that was similar to Waterwave's. The Kuros also look spotting the new armoured figure.
"I'll end this right now" The armoured male said and draws out a rapier then turns into another key bladed weapon.
"Waterwave, it's him! He's the weird reading I've been getting!" The Technical expert said. Waterwave wasn't nervous, she was awar who was behind the helmet.
The mal armoured figure spins his weapon at Waterwave but it passes her and hits the Kuro just behind her, the Kuro falls to its knees shocking the other five.
"Grrr…attack!" The silver Kuro said and the five attack the male armoured figure.
He dodges and pulls out an antique rifle and using what appeared to be gymnastics moves gracefully and shoots killing two of the Kuros immediately whole reaching Waterwave who was surprised by this.
"Damn you…that's it no holding back men!" The Silver Kuro said as he and the remaining two still fighting fit begin to transform. The two normal Kuro turing into leopards's with green scarfs and two swords known as Cruel Leopards and the silver one was a red bird with a helmet known as Arrogant Vulture.
"My weak self relied on you so much…that ends today." The armoured male said walking up to Waterwave. He kicks his keyblade out of the Kuro killing it and catches the weapon by the hilt ready to fight "Let's do this senpai!"
"Yeah, let's finish these guys off." Waterwave said nodding.
"The enemy readings have decreased?" The Technical expert said unsure what was happening just that the enemies were now reduced to half now.
"That's…" The boyish voice said recognizing who the other figure with Waterwave was
"I'll teach you to mock my men!" The Arrogant Vulture beast roars out and unleashes a wind attack on the male armoured figure but he dodges it.
"It's been a while since we last fought side-by-side." The male armorued fighter said to Waterwave. "But this time, it's my turn to come to your aid, Senpai. Now let's win this!"
"Agreed!" Waterwave and attacks one of the Cruel leopards and knocks him off balance and she moves to deal damage to the other leopard.
The male armoured figure summons his own shadowy figure but removing his face mask revealing a blond haired blue eyed boy, he was performing a move known as Vorpal Blade that damages all three of them knocking them all down.
"Let's end this with a finisher!" The armoured male said.
"Right, All-Out attack!" Waterwave said.
They move in fast and slice all three of them and defeat them all instanstly and they all fade away.
After looking around the male armorued figure looks to Waterwave and said, "I think…that's the last of them?"
"I genially have zero idea what happened over then, but I'm assuming you're good?" The Technical expert said.
"Yeah, I'm good." Waterwave said on comm nodding.
"Wait-bad news!" The Technical expert said "Enemy backup's heading your way! You need to move now!"
"Please go." The Male armoured figure told her "I'm going to make it harder for them to track you down…You still have something you need to do as a phantom thief, right?"
"That is right." Waterwave said to him nodding.
"Then I won't stop you." The male said to her "Since I'm not a member of the Dragon Gems, I'm in no position to interfere." He jumps up high landing on an overhead airduct "However…please don't forget the promise we made, okay?" He then leaves
"Waterwave, you need to get out of there! Go go go!" The Technical expert said.
"Got it, I will double time it!" Waterwave said to them.
"Go up the stairs at the end of the path! Just a little more, so hang in there!" The Technical expert instructs.
"Let's prey it's smooth sailing from here" Waterwave said and runs up the stairs.
She runs into a dark corridor and hides by a large window and peers in seeing the security room where many security officers we are relaying info to the Purge troopers.
"She's not alone!" A security officer reports "Find them and kill them all if you have too!"
Several Purge Troopers rush down some stairs closing in on their target while Waterwave runs up some stairs as the troopers make it to the floor, she was on with the security office. The chase continues and Waterwave reaches the floor she needed to be on and rushes down a brightly lit hallway. She sees a door labelled exit and goes through it reavling she is on a balcony over the entrance hall if seems.
"Something wrong?" The Technical expert asked "The exit should be up ahead.
Waterwave looks ahead and sees a stand glass window and said "Through there…?"
"Nnh…that's just how it is" The Technical expert told her. "After that commotion, the bottom floor is completely closed off. Hey can you make it?!"
"It won't be a problem" Waterwave said with a smile under her helmet.
"Over there!" A voice said and Waterwave looks to see the Purge Troopers had caught up and aiming blasters at Waterwave. One said to her "I suggest you stand down! There's nowhere left to run!"
"You sure?" Waterwave said and jumps surprising the Purge troopers as she runs round on the banister over to the stain glass window. The Purge Troopers hurry to try and get in position "See you later." She then leaps and smashes through window
"What a show-off." The Technical expert said rolling their eyes "You're so reckless. You know that?"
"That's what makes this fun." Waterwave said smiling as she lands perfectly on the ground and stands up.
All of a sudden several lights turn on and shine on Waterwave. "Enemies here!" the Technical expert said.
"What's wrong?!" Circuit asked worried.
"Theres readings…It can't be!" The Technical expert said
Waterwave looked and saw in front of her possibly every officer trooper in the city waiting for her know as Stormtroopers but they weren't just human some were robots or aliens.
"What happened?!" Circuit asked.
"An ambush?!" A female voice asked.
"Waterwave, can you handle this?" The boyish voice asked.
"Waterwave!" The refined voice asked.
"Capture her!" One of the Stormtroopers ordered and several of the troopers rush in to grab her.
Waterwave runs quickly and sees a ladder up ahead, she jumps up and begins climbing but reaching the top she see more troopers waiting for her, one uses the butt of his blaster to knock her off the ladder and into the crowd of troopers below who hold her down.
"Stop struggling!" One trooper said "Suspect secure" He said to a Purge Trooper who walked up.
"Huh, didn't expect the one we were after to be some kid." The Purge Trooper said arms folded he kneels down "So you are aware, you have your teammate to thank for all this. In other words, you were sold out." He stands up and walks away, he needed to check on someone.
Waterwave was surprised, one of her teammates sold her out…was that true?
"Suspect confirmed! Cuff her!" A trooper said and another cuffs Waterwave hands behind her back, she was arrested.
We see Waterwave was now at the police precinct but she was no longer in her armour, almost like it vanished and replated with a school uniform consisting of a white undershirt, a black longsleeve jacket a red skirt with black grid like pattern and she also wore black leggings and shoes.
She stood in front of a board as a trooper takes her picture for her mugshot.
We then come to a while later and Waterwave had been through hell, she was in an interrogation room with two aliens wearing white and purple armour with the F symbol on the chest armour known as Frieza Force troops, course they were there for assistance to the a female black spider like robot known as Arachnid. Waterwave was more tortured then interrogated by Arachnid, she was even given a drug injected to her that was meant to be a Truth serum.
Arachnid after tossing the needle to the floor sees Waterwave unconscious. "I guess the was too strong…" She looks to a Frieza Force member holding a bucket of water "Wake her up"
The Frieaza Force member nods and tosses water in the bucket at Waterwave who slowly wakes up and takes in her surroundings seeing the dimly lit room. She couldn't think straight, the drug was messing with her head.
"No dozing off." Arachnid told Waterwave.
"What the…?" Waterwave said and noticed her arms were cuffed behind the chair and sturggles.
"Seems the earthling still doesn't get it, does she?" Arachnid said a smirks and then kicks Waterwave off the chair "Give it up!"
"Ah!" Waterwave yelped as she fell onto the floor off the chair.
Arachnid goes to her and places her foot on Waterwave's head. She said "Come on, cooperate. Or do you want another shot?" She then noticed the prisoner's eyes focused somewhere and she looks to the camera recording them "Hm? What about the camara?." She smirks moving her foot off and picks the girl up by the hair "Are you thinking that can be used a video evidence?"
"N-No…" Waterwave said to her knowing that the recordings will mysteriously disappear with these people.
"Well you're not as dumb as you look. Which is good as we can take as much time as we NEED" Arachnid said as she drops Waterwave's head and kicks her in the stomach.
"AHH!" Waterwave lets out in pain and coughs.
Arachnid leaves her there and takes a document from one of the Frieza Force guards and reads it "Obstruction of justice, blackmail, deformation, possession of weapons… Manslaughter is also on here too, right? Talk about the works"
She looks at Waterwave smirking and said, "To think all those crimes were led by a female earthling punk like you…And from the look of what those Purge Troopers reported, you were enjoying every second of it, right?"
'I was…enjoying it…?' Waterwave thought her head really spinning. 'It's all so hazy…I can't remember…'
Arachnid shakes her head and says "You Earthling bottom feeders should know your place." She motions to the Frieza Force guards
The Cybertronian guards goes to Waterwave and uncuffs her and the two force her to a sitting position on the floor. She groans as she looks ar her hands, they were bruised and her wrists her just as brused due to the cuffs tightness.
"Sign here." Arachnid said holding out the clipboard with a paper on it, a pen was also provided. She explained "It's a confession under your name."
Waterwave knew what the Cybertronian was trying to get her to do and she refused shoving the board away from her.
"I see…" Arachnid said and stands up "I need your hand to sign this, but…" She then stomps hard on one of Waterwave's legs.
"AHHH!" Waterwave cries out in pain.
"It doesn't bother me if you end up losing a leg tonight." Arachnid told her threateningly.
"Alright! Alright I'll sign!" Waterwave cries out.
"Good answer" Arachnid said removing her foot and hands her the board and pen but then gets close and said "Don't expect you'll be walking out of here in one piece. We're going to make you understand…one has to take full responsibility for their actions…"
Waterwave nods and takes the pen and signs on the board her actual name Aqua Strife. Waterwave as stated was a code name but now we have her actual name. "I'm done." She said and hands it back to Arachnid.
Meanwhile outside a red and black jet like Cybertronian was walking up to the interrogation room, on either side of her were two Purge Troopers but had green where the red were. These were part of the law division of troopers of this class known as Law Troopers and the Cybertronian was known as Windblade
They reach the Interogation room where a Scout Trooper was guarding and a Freiza Force member named Cui was there who stops the three.
"Excuse me, but this area's off-" Cui said to them
"I'm Windblade from the Public Prosecutor's Office and these two are my bodyguards." Windblade told him.
"The Presecutor's Office? What business do you have here?" Cui asked confused.
"Just let us through; it's urgent." Windblade said to him
"Correct, miss Windblade needs to confirm some facts with the suspect in question." One of the Law Troopers said.
"Windblade correct? I believe word is this case is no longer in your jurisdiction." Cui said thinking. "Besides-"
"Are you Prosecutor Windblade?" A voice said and Windblade looks to see a man with a red beard known as Ozzel "I just got off the holo with your director Tarkin. Hurry and get it over with. To be honest, you and your bodyguards here are being an inconvenience."
Some beeping is heard and one of the Law Troopers pulls out a holo comm and said "I think you know who this is Ma'm"
"Yeah, open the channel." Windblade said nodding
He does so and an older man in a smart green military like uniform with white hair appears, this was Tarkin Windblade's boss and he said sighing "I thought I ordered you to stand by."
"I'm responsible for this case, yet I'm not even being allowed an interrogation?!" Windblade said to him firmly.
"I'm contacting you because I knew you'd bring it up." Tarkin said shaking his head.
"I will not be convinced unless I confirm it for myself." Windblade told him "This is MY case."
Tarkin sighs "Good luck to you and those two guards of yours then. I won't be expecting much though…" With that he ends the holo call.
"Ah, Prosecutor. I forget to mention something important." Ozzel said "Your time will be cut short. We can't permit you or your bodyguards to talk with her for long."
Windblade sighs as one of the Law Troopers asked, "For what reason exactly?"
"It's for all your own sakes." Ozzel explained "Her methods are unknown. After all, we don't even know if it's safe to simply meet and speak with her."
"…I understand" Windblade said nodding and she and the two Law Troopers head for interrogation.
Soon Arachnid and the Frieza force guards were gone and the charis and table were set up. Aqua sat head down on one side of the table while Windblade sat opposite. One Law Trooper stood by Windblade while the other stood by the door to make sure they weren't disturbed.
Windblade upon seeing Aqua's face was surprised and said "…I didn't expect it'd be you." She knew Aqua they met a couple of times. She then gets to business saying "You'll be answering my questions this time."
"Ma'm…" The door Law Trooper said walking over and picks up the syringe that Aracnid left to show Windblade.
"Those monsters…" Windblade said and the two troopers nod. She looks at Aqua seeing her bruises "Can you hear me? It seems you've been through a lot. Almost anything can happen here…and we can't stop them."
"That's why we need you to answer Miss Windblade's questions honestly." The Law Trooper next to Windblade said as he prepares the holo files. "Time is of the essence for us too."
"What was your objective?" Windblade began asking "Why did you cause such a major incident? I didn't think it was a prank from the get-go, but I couldn't assemble a case for prosecution. The reason because I couldn't figure out the method behind it."
"Why do you want to know this?" Aqua asked still looking down.
"This isn't an issue of whether or not it can used in court." Windblade told her. "I need to know. This is my case, after all."
"It appears she is coherent at least" The file Law Trooper said from observing "Least that's something we can thank those other three from not causing."
Windblade nods and continues "When and where did you find out about that world? How is it even possible to steal another's heart? Now, tell me your account of everything."
"I'll try…but I do know it's a long story…" Aqua said to them.
"Well we have time for now." The door Law Trooper said leaning on a wall
Windblade nods "…Start from the very beginning."
"Okay…" Aqua said placing her hand on her head
Just then she feels the world around her go dark and sees a green glowing butterfly flie around her and begin to speak.
"…You are held captive." The butterfly said "A prisoner of fate to a future that has been sealed in advance. This is truly an unjust game…You chances of winning are almost none."
"If you're trying to cheer me up…it's not helping" Aqua said.
"But if my voice is reaching you, there may yet be a possibility open to you…" The butterfly said "I beg you. Please overcome this game…and save the world…"
"Okay but how?" Aqua asked her
"The key to victory lies within the memories of your bonds-the truth that you and your friends grasped" The butterfly explained. "It all began that day… when the game was started half a year ago…For the sake of your world's future…as well as your own…you must remember…"
Yes that day…the day her new life for a year began…she remembers it all too well.
Well looks like we're going back in time to start the Gaston Arc. Also if you have names for the two Law Troopers I can use feel free to suggest them.
