The Castle Infiltration continues

Castle Infiltration P2
The group leave the safe room and engage one of the red aura Hengemen which revealed to be a silver armor knight with a trident riding a red horse known as Brutal Cavalryman it was a hard fight, but they found it's weakness was electricity and suspetible to sleep.
"Don't try and convince it to join sonny, it's too powerful and too far gone." Bicorn said.
Aqua nods and continues to fight it until it was destroyed. They then go to the barred door with the Goat decoration.
"Hey, this is just like the one we saw before!" Uzi said smiling "If I'm remembering right, we just got to pull this…"
"Wait, there's a round indentation underneath…It looks like it won't move unless we fill that." Gatomon notes
"So, we need a key…I wonder where it could be." Alexis said thinking.
"Has to be on this floor somewhere, let's explore." Aqua said.
"Waterwave is right, let's go." Gatomon said nodding.
They enter a small room nearby and while there wasn't much they find a book out of place in it. Aqua looks at it.
"Are you curious about that book, Waterwave?" Gatomon asked. "Hm…Let's take it with us, just in case!" Aqua nods and takes The Slave Book. "The Slave Book, huh? That sounds kind of important…"
They keep going and stop by a small book shelf "Huh? You find something?" She looks at the books "Muscle Glory…Macho Muscles…Geez everything here's all about being ripped. That guy's totally in love with his muscles…"
"Gross" Alexis said
"Is he really?" Aqua asked.
"Yeah, he literally brags about eating 5000 eggs" Uzi groans.
The group continued and entered another room and found another book which they take known as The Queen Book and in another room find a book called The Beefcake Book.
"Umm…The Beefcake Book?" Alexis said for some reason this book felt less important then the other two. "Hmmm…Looks like it's some weird book on bodybuilding techniques. They also find a chest with a bat called Judge Mace.
"Ooh, that looks stronger that what I got now!" Uzi said with a smile "Let me use it already!"
"Sure go ahead Circuit" Aqua said nodding.
"Yeah! Time to kick some butt!" Uzi said equipping the more powerful malee weapon. They then all go into the only room not explored into a large library.
"Whoa, it's so musty…" Alexis comments.
"A library huh? This definitely seems fishy." Gatomon said.
"What do you mean?" Uzi asked.
"Come on it's a library in a castle." Gatomon points out "There has to be some kind of secret mechanism in here. Let's look around, Waterwave"
Aqua nods and searches on one of the tables she sees another book titled The King Book and took it.
"Hey, the books on this shelf seem familiar" Gatomon said standing by a section of books behind where Aqua got the King Book.
Uzi checks and her eyes widen "These're the names of the volleyball team members! Wait, what the heck?! All of the titles are students Gaston actively looks down on!"
"Uzi Doorman: The Drone Freak, there's one here for Circuit." Gatomon points out.
"That jerk! Who the hell does he think he is?!" Uzi said angry.
"Hang on, didn't we find a book earlier? What if we…" Alexis suggests
"I think I get what you're saying Prima" Aqua nods and puts in The Slave Book on the slot.
They find another section empty, and Alexis looks "There are all sorts of books here. The titles don't have any rhyme or reason to them." She gasped "Huh? This book…has Hina's name in the title…Wait…it's not just this one! All of the books here are about the female students Gaston takes a liking in!"
"Alexis Rhodes: The Charming Doll." Uzi said reading one of the titles "Oh boy…"
"What is this?!" Alexis said disgusted
"Let's put this here." Aqua said inserting the Queen Book.
They find the last empty slot in the room. Uzi looks at them "Let's see…The History of Gaston…Tracing Gaston's steps….Gaston's Heroisms…Gaston's Law?" She looks surprised "What the heck?! All these goddamn books are about Gaston!"
"Well, this one is obvious." Aqua said and puts in the King Book. As she did a secret room opens up.
"Whoa, it opened up?!" Uzi said surprised.
"You got it, Waterwave! Let's take a look inside!" Gatomon said nodding.
They go in and find what looked to be a room with the same strap board Alexis was stapped to the other day and a loot of photos on the wall with Hina on it.
"Ugh…The heck is this room?" Uzi said disturbed "There're tons of pictures of Aoi in here! Wait…it's all pics of her?"
Aqua sees Alexis looking uncomfortable seeing this and said "Don't worry, we'll make him pay for this, I promise."
"Yeah…Defiantly." Alexis said nodding. "I feel even more motivated to do this now…"
"I'm sure it'll feel awful, but we should search this room." Gatomon said "There has to be something in here if he was hiding it with such an elaborate trick."
They see something on a nearby shelf and Aqua picks up Gaston's Medal.
"Is this…a medal?" Alexis asked.
"That size, and that shape…I think that's our key!" Gatomon said smiling "Remember that round indentation we saw back near those bars?"
"Yeah, I think so." Aqua said nodding.
"Wait, there's something under the medal too." Alexis said and picks it up another Castle Map.
"Oh! It's a different map from the one we have!" Gatomon said smiling "This is lucky…Let's take it with us!" He looks at it "Aha! Our map's complete now!"
"So, is it gonna tell us where the Treasure is?" Uzi asked.
"Yeah, look. It has to be here…" Gatomon said pointing to the Tower: Throne Room
"That's a weird-shaped building…Could it be a tower or something?" Alexis asked
"Yeah seems like it" Aqua said nodding.
"Considering our current position…I'd say we're about halfway there." Gatomon deduces.
"All right! Let's hurry over there!" Uzi said smiling.
"No. Now that we know how much we have left, we can calculate the best way to pace ourselves." Gatomon told them "Let's keep exploring but take breaks when you need to Waterwave"
Aqua nods and they go to leave but as they do a Hengeman runs into the room and sees them "…Hm? Hey! What are you doing?!"
"Dammit! Oh course they spot us now…" Gatomon said.
"If we want to head back, we have to go through this guy…Time to make a path!" Uzi said.
Aqua nods and attacks the Hengeman and turns into some Bicorn, however one one them emerges from a statick purple puddle and looked unstable.
"Oh, is that…?!" Gatomon said surprised. The shadowy Bicorn mutter oddly.
"What's up with that one?" Uzi asked confused "It's mubling to itself, but…it's not making any moves."
"Be careful." Gatomon said "If my prediction is correct that one's a bit problematic for us."
"Alright, then I'll go take care of it!" Uzi said readying her mace
"Just be careful!" Gatomon warned her.
Uzi attacks the strange Bicorn who then attacks Uzi but she dodges the attack.
"Whoa, what the heck?!" Uzi said in shock
"It started moving after we attacked it…" Gatomon said thinking "Looks like it's exactly what I expected. Once we take it down. Hey, you two! Watch this!" He attacks the strange Bicorn and when it died it self destructed damaging the other Bicorns
"What the…It exploded?!" Uzi said in shock.
"I'll explain later! Focus on the battle for now!" Gatomon said
"On it!" Aqua said and finishes the fight with her gun but they were amabushed again by three more, another one being the strange Bicorn. But they dealt with them.
"I've never seen a Shadow get that intense…" Alexis said surprised.
"She is right to be concerned…" Incubus said.
"I call those scary ones Disaster Shadows." Gatomon explained.
"They really are scary…" Uzi said concerned and smiles "But just so long as we handle them right, we oughta be able to make them useful to us, right?"
"Right! If we run across any more of those, I say we focus on them first!" Gatomon said with a nod.
As they go to leave the room Alexis said "Oh, know what? We never ended up using that weird bodybuilding book."
"Oh yeah, that one with the 'musle secrets' junk…" Uzi said
"I might know where it goes" Aqua said and leads the group to the small bookshelf near the safe room and puts the Beefcake Book into the shelf but it doesn't go all the way in
"Huh? Is it no good there?" Uzi asked
"Maybe there's something stuck in that spot." Alexis suggests "Why don't you try reaching in there, Circuit?"
Uzi nods and checks "Huh! There IS something in here!" She takes it out "There we go. Oh sweet. Here, you can have it." It was some Protein.
"No secret switches in the bookshelf, but we did get something useful out of it…I'd still call that a win!" Gatomon said smiling.
Aqua nods and they go to the door with the Goat mechanism "Alright time to press on."
"If we activate this device, we should be able to open this door." Gatomon said nodding
Aqua nods and puts in the Medal which activates the lever allowing her to pull it to lower the bars.
"Nice! Looks like it worked." Uzi said excited.
"Now we can keep going!" Alexis said with a nod.
"Has to lead somewhere important. Lets move" Gatomon said.
The four goes through the door.
They enter a red hallway, they find another Safe room and enter it, Alexis was sighing looking down.
"You still thinking about that room we saw earlier?" Uzi asked concerned.
"My mind just keeps going back to what Hina must have been going through…" Alexis said sadly.
"Hey Gaon, where we at right now?" Uzi asked the cat.
"Huh? W-Well, I'd say somewhere around halfway through…" Gatomon said surprised
Uzi nods and looks to Alexis "You hear that?! Just got to go the other half and then we can get revenge for Aoi!
"Yeah…You're right." Alexis said nodding and smiles a bit "Sorry for being a downer. I'll do my best from now on!"
Aqua nods "We will all put our best into this."
They then leave the room and keep going till the enter what appears to be a great hall with a large stature of Gaston holding a volleyball.
"This place is huge…yet there no guards?" Gatomon said stopping the group "This seems suspicious…"
"I bet the Treasure's up ahead, right?" Uzi asked "We don't got a choice but to keep going."
"That is ture…but we need to make sure we're ready for whatever might be ahead" Gatomon said nodding.
"Let's go and spring the potential trap." Aqua said and they run in.
As they enter the cathedral like area, the cognition warps a bit revealing the gym before going back to the cathedral.
"Wait, was that…the gym?" Alexis asked surprised.
Uzi looks at the statue of Gaston and said glaring "I get it…The gym's some kind of holy place for him. He's a god there."
They move closer to about halfway and stop. Alexis glaring said "I can't believe he can think like that…especially after what he did to Hina…"
"Robot God, that jerk makes me friggin sick! Just you wait, Gaston!" Uzi said angry.
"I see…So you were the ones who tampered with the library. It seems my time waiting here has paid off…" A voice said and the Cathedral General appears "Just as that freak drone said, this place is a holy ground for our great King Gaston."
"It is preposterous for miscreants like yourselves to come waltzing in like this!" The general continues. "However I am thankful for you eliminating one of my rivals for King Gaston's favour, now I can earn his respect."
He then transforms and appears as a red winged angel in crusader armor wielding a sword known as Hevenly Punisher.
"You will both be rewarded for taking out my rival and pay for foolishly defying King Gaston…with your lives!" The General said.
"I knew this would happen!" Gatomon said "Well we don't have a choice! Let's take it down!"
The fight began with the general charging up for an attack. Gatomon note that a powerful attack was coming so the group guarded for it and it hit Uzi badly but not as bad as it could ,e
"Time to go on the offensive" Aqua said and attacks with the group.
"Ugh…that attack takes a while for me to recover" The General groans as he was wailed on with attacks of all kind and charges up again and attacks Uzi again.
Aqua heals Uzi with Pixie's Dia while the others press on the attack and the General is hit by Eiha attack.
"No…I won't submit…" The Cathedral General said.
"Too bad for you!" Gatomon said as he finishes it off.
Uzi pants "Didn't realize those things could be that tough…" she said.
"Yeah…it looks like he's making a concentrated effort to stop us now." Gatomon notes "Waterwave, I've helped you learn a few different things so far, but there's no more time for lessons."
"Right, we best focus on the task at hand now" Aqua said with a nod.
Just then appear in they were surrounded by a bunch of Hengemen
"Oh snap…More of them…" Uzi said shocked.
"What should we do? Head back?" Alexis asked.
"No, the Treasure is definatly up ahead, and there has to be a path to it somewhere." Gatomon said concerned "See anything that could help us zip by here? Keep your eyes sharp!"
Aqua looks up and sees a grapple point "I see one let's go!" She uses it to zip out of the ambush and onto the platforms above
"…Whew, that was close. Good going, Waterwave! That was some expert grappling." Gatomon said smiling.
"It was nothing" Aqua said smiling.
"And now we can investigate this area! Let's get to it!" Gatomon said with a smile.
They move and recruit a new Shadow that was a gree ghost like horse with no rear legs called Mad Marsh Horse but was really named Kelpie.
"Me happy to help" Kelpie said.
"Hehe, he talk funny" Jack-O-Lantern said.
They come to a hall on the left and an odd feeling and look to see ahead over a chasm was a door covered in leaves.
"Huh? The heck is that?" Uzi asked confused.
"Looks like we might've found something!" Gatomon said "Let's check it out, Waterwave!"
"Sure." Aqua said and head down the corridor till they reached the end to see the door clearer
"There's definatly something fishy over there." Uzi said nodding "There's vines growing over that door as well."
"Yeah. By the look of it, no one's been in there for a long time." Gatomon said thinking.
"I wonder what's over there…Should we take a closer look?" Alexis asked
"I agree, luckily there is a grapple point." Aqua said and uses it to get closer to the door.
She then cuts the vines with her Keyblade and pushes the door open, and the group walk into to the mostly empty room. Just a weird pedestal.
"This room seems different from everywhere else we've seen so far…" Alexis notes looking round.
"Yeah, and there's something super-suspicious over there…" Uzi said pointing to the pedestal.
"That…" Gatomon said surprised and smiles "Come on follow me!"
The group get closer and see sitting on it was a skull like seed with a red orb inside it.
"What is this?" Alexis asked.
"Just what I thought…" Gatomon said smiling "A Will Seed."
"Will Seed?" Aqua asked
"Places are locations that grew distorted from their original form due to there rulers cognition." Gatomon explained "When such a distortion coalesce into form this is the result I call it a Will Seed."
Aqua thinks, she does seem to hear Gaston's voice in this room, that must be his distorted desire thoughts.
"Distortions…coalesce…into Will Seeds…" Uzi said trying to get it.
"Should I try explaining that again?" Gatomon asked her.
"Bite me, just forget it!" Uzi said annoyed "That's a Will Seed. Moving on…"
"So, what do we do with it?" Alexis asked.
"We take it." Gatomon said serious. "It may not be as prized as a Tresure, but it's still quite the rare find. Making it our will only do us good…I think."
"Um, is it really okay to take it?" Alexis asked concerned.
"Nothing lousy better happen when you take it like some trap goes off or we all end up cursed…" Uzi points out.
"I'll give it a try anyway." Aqua said and picks up the Will Seed which was the Red Lust Seed and nothing happened other then they feel some new energy pour into them.
"Nice! The Will Seed is ours!" Gatomon said smiling
"I guess…nothing dangerous happened?" Uzi points out
"There are more of these around here somewhere…" Gatomon said thinking "As far as I can tell, there are two of them left."
"Huh? How can you tell? You can smell them or something?" Uzi asked.
"Yeah, like how dogs can…Oh, but you're a cat." Alexis said thinking.
"I am NOT a cat!" Gatomon said annoyed.
"We should get moving guys." Aqua said and she along with Uzi and Alexis keep moving.
"I just seem like a cat…" Gatomon said and follows them annoyed.
The group move and then find a whip called Guilty Whip. Alexis seeing it smiles "That looks more promising than what I'm using now…Hey can I give it a try?"
"Sure, Alexis go ahead." Aqua said nodding.
"Thanks! Let's see…" Alexis said and switches to it, the Guilty Whip now forming the dual disc "Yep, looking good!"
They go up the stairs and through the door.
They end up on the roof and head out onto it.
"Hey, take a look at that!" Uzi said pointing ahead and above where they see a tower.
"Oh!" Gatomon said checking the map "That matches up with the map. There's no doubt that's the tower we're headed for."
"So, the Treasure's up there!" Alexis said smiling.
"Heck yeah, we did it!" Uzi said smiling "So…where's the entrance?"
Just then 3 Shadow Hengeman guards appear in the roof courtyard and they were the red aura ones.
"Past those guys" Aqua said hiding.
"Ugh, not again…" Uzi groans.
"It's no surprise that security would be tight around here." Gatomon said with a nod. "But as they say nothing ventured, nothing gained! Let's go Waterwave!"
They work through the roof fighting the Shadows and make there way across the roof to the tower. They could sense a Will Seed and found a vent. They follow it and came up the tower to a similar vine covered door.
"One of Gaston's Will Seeds, huh?" Uzi said "Well not for long, let's take it."
Aqua cuts the vines and opens the door and sees the Will Seed, this one had a green orb and she grabs it claiming the Green Lust Seed.
"Yes! That's the second Will Seed!" Uzi said.
They head back and through the door.
They enter a room that looked incomplete and vastly different from all the fancy other rooms.
"Wh-What's going on?!" Alexis asked confused.
"The distortions is getting stronger…The Treasure has got to be nearby!" Gatomon states
"Then lets go." Aqua said. They move through the open path.
"Huh…What's this…?" Alexis said looking through a door way to a strange platform with pillars of female figures and a switch.
"The heck? Is it a trap?" Uzi asked.
"Could be a hidden room. Let's check it out, Waterwave!" Gatomon suggests.
"Okay." Aqua said and uses the lever. It revealed the thing was a lift and takes them down to an unknown area.
"H-Hey, where are we?" Uzi asked concerned.
They look around and see another lift but more old and wooden. Aqua tries it but it won't work, indicating it wasn't active. The group goes to the fall and sees a picture of Gaston ahead at the end of the corridor.
"What the heck…? This is disgusting…" Alexis said at that.
"Either way…it's kind of strange that this would be our dead end." Gatomon said thinking.
"Yeah." Aqua said and goes and pushes it revealing it was an a secret door.
The group go in and end up somewhere familiar.
"Huh? This looks familiar...?" Uzi said looking round.
"It's the entrance hall! Have you already forgotten?!" Gatomon said.
"I didn't realize we would end up here…" Alexis said surprised.
"Hey look! There used to be a ton of Hengeman wondering around, but I don't see any of them now…" Uzi comments.
"Yeah, let's look around." Aqua said nodding
The group nod and explore the area.
Well another general down, next part is possibly the last of the infiltration part possibly.
