Don Momotaro has revealed himself to be Lincoln! I know, not a shock to any readers, but how will his family react to this? What does this mean for the trip? Before I go any further, I will also state that I do not plan on giving any other Pokemon to a Loud. Lily is the only one "getting" a Pokemon. I don't like writing my characters catching dozens of Pokemon because they are living creatures, not pieces of a collection. It takes away from the bond that trainer and Pokemon share. Further, its a privilege for people to be a trainer, not a right.

Once again, I will remind you all that I made a mask for Oni Sister. There is a link and poll towards it in the profile of my page. Please vote on whether you think it should be included because by the time chapter 5 is posted, I will decide whether or not to use it in the story. No feedback means I use it.

Reviews:

SolarTiger: Hehehehehe… All joking aside, I'll admit, I'm struggling to include all 13 members of the Loud Family. It's why Lynn, Rita, Lily, Lisa, and Lana have been the most vocal. They are easier to put into the conversation for me, so their reactions are going to be all over the place.

Zdforrest: It was more that Lynn would be the one who would dismiss schools the most out of the sisters due to her focus on sports. Thus, she kinda dismisses everything out of ignorance. I'm not trying to hate on Lynn, but her action first, consequences later characters makes her the best strawman. She's also 17 and feels like she got cheated out of an adventure that her brother got to enjoy in its fullest.

Njistar: See above for Lynn. Drayton is such a good character, and I have plans. I want Enya to be a good Ride Pokemon, but it has the biggest weakness for Sandwiches.

Mr. Haziq: It's separate. Master of disguise, remember.

KeybladeZero: I'm glad you are enjoying it.

Lastly, this is sadly another exposition heavy chapter, but there is a battle at the end for fun. However, I do need to put a warning because I will be sadly referencing the pandemic in this chapter.

Revelations - Chapter Begin

"Hey, guys!" Lincoln said, with a big grin. He shifted Lily so she could latch to his side as she hugged him tightly and he could lift her with one hand. However, he had his free hand in his pocket. When he saw his family start to rush towards him, he pulled out a Pokeball and released the Pokemon in it.

"Rillaboom!" The creature bellowed as it placed down a drum-like stump. It was a gorilla Pokemon of over 7 feet in height with a leaf-like mane of hair. The Louds, sans Lily, jumped away from the newest Pokemon.

"Thank you, Sonoroku," Lincoln said. He stepped around his Pokemon and stood at his full height and looked at his family. This was made much more effective because he was now taller than every member of his family. "I'll answer your questions after we have some food, so please take a seat." At his somewhat forceful tone, and Sonoroku's menacing posture behind Lincoln, the Louds all hurried to a seat, taking up all the seats on three sides of the table, leaving 6 seats on one of the longer ends. Rita was on the end of one with an empty seat for Lily, while Albert was on the other end.

Lincoln took Lily to the empty seat and put her in it. Or he tried to. "Come on, Lily. If you don't let go, you won't get to eat. Look, Pixie is waiting," Lincoln said. Indeed, Pixie was sitting in Lily's seat.

"No, Linky needs to stay," Lily protested, tightening her grip.

Rita started to gently pry her daughter from her son. "Lily, Lincoln is not going to go anywhere right now. You can keep catching up with him after we finish eating," Rita stated. It took a bit more, but Lily eventually let go. With that done, Lincoln was able to take a seat between Lacey and Drayton.

"Please, dig in," Lincoln said. Drayton had already made a sloppy sandwich and followed this through. Soon, the rest followed.

"Can someone help me get this jar open?" Lori asked, struggling to get a jar of pickles open. Before anyone could respond, Sonoroku was by the girl with an excited grin. He held out his large hand. "Um, here you go," Lori squeaked, almost shoving the jar to the ape. With a delicate touch that didn't fit his size, Sonoroku easily twisted the cap off. He handed it back to the slightly scared girl. "Thank you?" Lori said.

"Rilla," he said with a grin.

"Ok, that's enough. Return, Sonoroku," Lincoln ordered, pointing his Pokeball at it. In a beam of red energy, it was sucked into the ball.

"Ah, did you have to make him leave?" Lana complained. Lincoln looked at his messiest sister with a bland look.

"Just because we've been separated for awhile, doesn't mean that I forgot how you all behave. If he stayed, you all would have caused the situation to escalate out of control," Lincoln commented. His parents nodded while several of the sisters scowled, but found that they could not dispute this. "Before I forget."

Lincoln pulled out his phone and three of his Pokeballs. He fiddled around with it and the Pokeballs disappeared in a flash of light. Some more fiddling had three more Pokeballs materialize in their place.

"What was that?" Lisa asked. She was in the process of making another sandwich, but she had dropped it when she saw the technology shown.

Lincoln blinked as he put the balls away. He shook his head. "Oh, this? That was just the Pokepeligo box system," Lincoln said casually as he finished making his sandwich. He held up a hand when he saw the others open their mouths. "Pokeballs store Pokemon in an almost digital space. Some scientists found out how to link the Pokeball storage with a shared digital space made to help Pokemon stay fit and healthy. We call it the Pokepeligo, and it is where all our extra Pokemon go."

"Extra Pokemon?" Leni asked innocently as she munched on a salad.

"At Blueberry Academy, we are limited towards the number of Pokemon we can have on hand. All students start with a cap of 2 Pokemon which can be increased through various trials with a max of 6 Pokemon." Amarys explained as she daintily ate her sandwich. "Any extra Pokemon will be housed in the Pokepeligo."

"That doesn't mean that students can catch as many Pokemon as they want," Drayton piped up. He had already finished his sandwich and was resting his head on the table. "We also are limited to the number of Pokemon we can keep in the Pokepeligo. We can start by storing 4 Pokemon, and it increases by 1 each time we get our personal carry limit. Further storage can be earned if necessary. Course, I've only got my 6 Pokemon because it is too much work to train more." Lacey looked unimpressed as she held her massive sandwich. It was about twice the size of everyone else's but she ate it no problem.

"Your laziness is as impressive as it is detrimental," she commented as she took a bite out of her sandwich. Grease and bits of bread were stuck to her face as she chowed down. To the astonishment of the Louds, the sandwich disappeared. "What?" She asked, barbeque smearing her lips and cheeks.

Lincoln took a napkin. "You got barbeque sauce on yourself again," he gently explained. "Hold still." He took the napkin and started wiping her face.

"Lincoln not in front of the others!" Lacey whined, but didn't push him away.

"While you look cute when you are messy, you look much cuter when you are clean," Lincoln commented. Lacey's face exploded in red as he wiped it. Several of the Loud sisters looked interested in that scene with Lucy having a dark, mischievous smile. However, a cough from the Loud Matriarch stopped them. All eyes turned to her who was staring at her only son.

"So, why the show?" Rita asked with a small smile.

Lincoln looked at his friends before he shrugged. He leaned forward so his elbow was resting on the table. "We decided it would be a little fun. It wasn't a lie that the BB League is starting again in a few days, but Director Cyrano was nice enough to arrange for the preliminary match for when you started visiting. It helps that Carmine and I hadn't battled in a while."

Carmine grinned savagely. "And I was in the process of destroying his Pokemon until Tora came back out. I miss the days when you were a newbie," Carmine sighed wistfully.

"You just want to go back to destroying me without any effort. Aren't you happier with the challenge?" Lincoln shot back. Drayton laughed from his place on the table.

"Just give it up, Carmine. Tarou has you read like a book," he smirked at her.

Carmine's scowl came back with great intensity. "Shut up, Drayton! Nobody asked you!"

"Calm down, Carmine," Amarys told her friend, once more placing a hand on her shoulder. The anger seemed to melt away with the touch. "I am hesitant to agree with Drayton, but he is correct. You are always much happier after a good battle, especially against Lincoln."

"Not you too!" Carmine slumped over. Snickers were heard from the watching Elites and some of the sisters. She straightened out and got out of her seat. She started walking around before ending up behind Lincoln. "But yeah, we had a grand old time preparing to make a show out of it all. This little nerd was especially excited to show you guys all that he's learned. He wouldn't shut up about it." She punctuated this statement by ruffling his hair.

Lincoln reached up and swatted the hand away. "Knock it off, Carmine. Need I remind you that I am taller than you," Lincoln countered with a small grin.

"By like two inches!" Carmine almost screamed. Lincoln just stuck his tongue at her. "You're impossible!"

"And proud of it," Lincoln smirked. Lisa shook her head.

"Just give it up, Carmine," Lisa suddenly said. "Lincoln has the habit of putting too much stock when an opportunity is presented." She paused and repeated herself. "He has the habit of going too far if possible." Lincoln shrugged at that statement as several of his sisters and female friends nodded.

"As amusing as it is, I have to ask, what's with the get up, bro?" Luna asked.

"That's a bit of a story," Lincoln said with a pensive look. "Do you remember a few months after I joined here when I had to tell you that I couldn't go home for the school break?" His family collectively winced. It was a rough period for everyone on a global scale. A world-wide pandemic had made travel impossible, and had kept Lincoln from returning home.

"I'd rather not remember that," Lola said in a small, far-off voice. The silence and glares thrown towards Luan was telling.

"Hehe, not my best moments. I will admit," Luan whispered with a downcast expression.

"Right before sanctions were put in place to stop travel, I was one of the students to go to Kitakami with Carmine and another school located in Paldea," Lincoln explained. Carmine grinned at that.

"I remember that. You wouldn't stop talking about it," Lynn dismissed with a roll of her eyes.

"Well, it was there where I met a lot of my Pokemon," Lincoln explained. At this point, Meloetta floated next to Lincoln and motioned for something. "Ah, good call. This might make it easier." Lincoln pulled his phone out and pulled up something on it. He handed it to Meloetta who started floating around the table showing them all a picture of a large pool of water with massive, sparkling crystal pillars submerged under it.

"They're gorgeous!" Lori squealed.

"Do you have any samples?" Lisa asked. Similar responses were given from all of the Loud Sisters. Lincoln shook his head.

"No. The Crystal Pools of Kitakami have more than a few Pokemon guarding it. However, it was where I met Enya Rideon, hungry and confused," Lincoln explained. Meloetta slid her hand across the screen and showed a picture of Lincoln petting the bike lizard. "We still don't know what species Enya is, nor do we know where he came from. We've had a few students theorize that he is from the future. Personally, I've stopped caring about the details. Enya is a great Pokemon, and I wouldn't be half the delivery man if I didn't have his help."

"Can he give me a ride?" Lily asked. She and Pixie has expectant looks.

"If Mom gives the ok, then I don't see why not," Lincoln offered. Rita winced slightly at that.

"Yay! Can I Mommy?" Lily asked.

"We'll see, Lily," Rita said.

"Now, where was I?" Lincoln asked himself. "Ah, right. Kitakami is a wonderful place to visit, and I hope to revisit it at some point. However, the Crystal Pools are not where it starts. Kitakami is a small region with Mossui Town being the only permanent settlement. First, I should ask, are any of you familiar with the story of Momotaro?" Lucy nodded, though she was the only one.

"To make a long story short, Momotaro was a boy literally born from a peach and was raised by an elderly couple. He had an almost mystical level of ability with one of his feats being able to chop down a tree with an old knife when he was five," Lincoln started to the amazement of the listeners. "When he was older, there was a group of demons known as Oni that were ravaging the land. Momotaro went to fight them, and along his journey to the Oni stronghold, he recruited a dog, monkey and pheasant. Together, the band of heroes defeated the Oni and took their treasure back."

"If I may mask, what does that have to do with your Momotaro persona?" Luan asked.

"When I was doing some research on Kitakami, I noticed the similarities between the story of Momotaro and a local legend there. In Kitakami, there was the story of Ogerpon and the Loyal Three which was very similar to the story of Momotaro, and it was actually the inspiration for it," Lincoln started.

"As the story went, in the Land of Kitakami, there exists a fearsome Pokemon called Ogerpon with its fearsome cudgel and 4 mystical Masks. It terrorized the land, until a trainer with three fearsome Pokemon called Okidogi, Monkidori, and Pheazandipiti fought against it. It was a difficult battle, but the three Pokemon were able to drive away Ogerpon and steal 3 of the masks. It came at a great cost, and the Loyal 3 lost their lives, but Ogerpon was never seen again," Lincoln finished his story.

"That's some story, Lincoln," Albert said. Lincoln nodded as he took a drink.

"Yep. Ms. Briar did some research later on and found out that the two stories actually influenced each other. Momotaro introduced the idea of a trainer to the story which most of the tellings in Kitakami don't include, while Momotaro was literally created as a response to Ogerpon's story," Lincoln said before shaking his head. "Anyway, Carmine's grandfather was a mask maker, and Drayton had gotten me and Crispin into Super Sentai."

Drayton sat up. "Those were good times. It got even better when we managed to get those three involved." He smirked as he pointed at the three girls.

"I hate that you got us into it," Carmine groaned.

"So many nights just binge watching. It's just not right!" Lacey complained, arms as x's.

Amarys adjusted her glasses. "I don't see the issue. All you had to do was pace yourself when watching. Two to three episodes per day means that you can easily finish a series within little time." Lincoln nodded next to her.

"She is quite right," Lincoln agreed. He had unimpressed looks sent by his friends.

"You don't count. You're basically a Sentai character," Crispin teased with a big grin.

"I mean, that's what inspired the mask," Lincoln said. He turned to his lost family. "I decided to make a mask based on some of the super sentai characters and Momotaro. The end result was this." He pulled out the mask that he wore. "From there, it kind of snowballed, and now I'm Don Momotaro as much as I'm Lincoln." A sudden yawn broke everyone from the story. Lily was starting to sway in place while rubbing her eyes.

"I suppose now would be a good chance to take a break. It's getting late," Lacey said, a little concerned at the tired 4-year-old.

"Good point. Lily, Lisa, Lola, and Lana, I'll show you to where you will be staying," Lincoln said. Protests were met, but Lynn Sr. spoke up.

"Girls, none of you are old enough to stay up too late," he told his daughters.

"But Dad, what about Lucy?" Lola complained.

"Yeah, she's only 2 years older than us!" Lana argued.

"I, for one, am insulted that you think we need to go to our nocturnal receptacles," Lisa continued.

"None of that. Lucy gets to stay up because, well, we let Lincoln come here when he was 11. Lucy is the same age, so it would be unfair to her," Lynn Sr. reasoned.

"Come on girls. I'll join you," Rita said. She picked up an almost asleep Lily, and idly noted that Lincoln had picked up Pixie.

"Meloetta, are you staying with the rest or coming with?" Lincoln called, cradling the Chikorita.

"Melo," the Melody Pokemon cried as she floated around Lincoln. She settled on his shoulder.

"Let's go," Lincoln said. He left the room with Rita and the 4 youngest following.

"What do we do now?" Lori asked after a few moments of silence.

"Ooh, I know. Who wants to see some of our Pokemon?" Crispin asked.

"That sounds like a plan," Albert said with a grin.

Meanwhile, Lincoln was guiding the youngest Louds and his mother through the winding halls of the Blueberry Academy.

Lola was looking around. "This place is a maze. How do you get anywhere?" She asked.

Her brother shrugged. "After three years, I've kinda just got used to it. That and the Rotom Phones have a map with a good GPS," Lincoln explained.

"Sweet Einstein! I still haven't figured out that," Lisa cried out.

"Yeah. Anyways, Blueberry Academy has multiple guest rooms for family visits. Taking account of our family's size, Cyrano reserved two of the family suits with the idea that Dad, Mom and you four, plus Lucy stays there, and everyone else stays in the other," Lincoln said as he led them down a new corridor with a few doors. "Your room is the last room of the hallway, but I figured that we would stop by my room first before we came." He motioned to a doorway with the word Lincoln on a plaque with a little peach and a strange face on it.

He led them into the standard L-shaped dorm for students. The small counter with the kitchenette had signs of recent use with a messy casserole dish sitting in the sink. The orange sheets were loosely sitting on the bed. The desk had several note- and sketchbooks on it along with a laptop, but on the shelves above were 4 strange masks: blue-heart, red-flame, stone-gray, and a yellow-oni one. However, what drew the girls' eyes was the large bulletin board to the right of the desk.

"Are those us?" Lola asked. Indeed, on the board were clippings, pictures and printouts of the Loud Family.

"What? Let me see!" Lana called out as she bumped against her sister. Her eyes widened. "Woah! I don't even remember some of these."

"Look. It's us, Mommy," Lily squealed happily from her mom's hold.

"This is quite the collection," Lisa commented, as she looked over them.

"Yep. You didn't think I forgot about you all did I? I've been checking on you guys pretty constantly," Lincoln teased. He wasn't even facing them and was instead pulling out items from the dresser by his bed. Lola turned her attention from the board to Lincoln.

"Presents?" She squealed. All the girls and Rita turned to Lincoln who had 4 wrapped boxes sitting at his feet. Two relatively large ones, and two smaller ones.

"Well, I haven't really been able to send over my gifts for your birthdays, so I figured now would be as good as any time," Lincoln said, as he handed or pushed each of the gifts to his sisters. They all looked at them silently before Lily squirmed out of her mom's grip and excitedly tore into hers.

She pulled out a large brown fox like Pokemon plush with two fluffy loops of fabric around the edge. It was nearly as large as Lily. "It's so cute! Thank you!" Lily squealed. "Look Pixie. It's a new friend!" She excitedly showed it to her Pokemon friend.

The little leafling sniffed it. "Chika!" It cried before it started to nuzzle it with her trainer.

"It's also a backpack for when you get bigger," Lincoln told his sister, but she was too busy snuggling it to hear.

"What did you get me?" Lola asked, as she opened her present excitedly. It was an elaborate tiara with 18 glistening jewels embedded in them. Lola immediately tossed off the tiara she was wearing, and put it on her head. "Where's a mirror?" She demanded to the amusement of Lincoln.

"Bathrooms around the corner. Just don't break the mirror," Lincoln told her nonchalantly. In a moment, Lola was out of the room. There was a muffled squeal a few seconds later. Rita shook her head at the interaction.

"Where did you get those jewels?" She asked her son. Lincoln looked to make certain that Lola wasn't back.

"The Terastal Phenomena has the potential to happen to wild Pokemon. Beating them will cause shards to be dropped on occasion," Lincoln whispered. "These are what make up the crystals of Lola's tiara."

"Are they valuable?" Rita whispered back. Lincoln shook his head.

"Not particularly. Trainers who can Terastalize would say yes, but that is so they can change the Tera Type," Lincoln said.

"Fascinating. I was unaware that such a thing was possible," Lisa said as she fiddled with her box. She finally opened it up and pulled out a sleek tablet. "A tablet?"

"A tablet that has all several hundreds worth of data on Pokemon," Lincoln said. "It should be compatible with most of your systems." Lisa's eyes went wide when she heard that.

She started to rub her hands together. "Oh, the research potential. This is much appreciated," she breathed out.

"I can't wait to see what you got me!" Lana cried out. She opened hers up to find a green box with a picture of a car on it. "What's this?"

"Right, I forgot about this part. Your present is a special Charjabug racer. You'll have to put it together when you get home. It would be ill advised to put it together here," Lincoln told her. He motioned to Meloetta who still had his phone. "Before you ask, this is a Charjabug, a Bug/Electric type that powers the race car." He showed her a picture of a boxy green Bug who sat inside a race car.

"Cool. Do I get one of the Charjabug too?" Lana asked.

"No. We can only get Charjabug in Kitakami, Alola or Galar. Nice try though," Lincoln said, comforting the pouting girl. "The designers knew that a lot of people wouldn't have or be able to catch a Charjabug, so they created versions that don't require them."

"I don't have any of my tools anyways. I'm going to have fun building this. Thank you," Lana said. At this point,

"I'm never taking this off," Lola said, proudly strutting out of the restroom with her tiara.

"I got you something as well," Lincoln says as he hands his mother a plain flat box.

"You really didn't have to, Lincoln. These had to cost a fortune," Rita said. She made no motion to open the box.

"Eh, being the best delivery man for BB Academy means that I have made quite a bit of money, especially when I get commissions, plus students earn BB Points, which are a student based currency by completing tasks, getting good grades, and various other challenges. I have made quite a fortune," Lincoln explained. "I'm not taking it back."

"Very well," Rita said. She opened it up, and pulled out a laptop. "You didn't have to get me this." She said as she lifted it and looked around it. "It's so light."

"I know you are still working on your novel, so I figured that a portable laptop would be best. My friends pitched in, and we all added something into it," Lincoln explained. "Couple videos, some memories, and a lot of pictures. Amarys tried to organize it as best as she could, but well, Crispin only labels his spices and herbs, and the less said about Drayton's methods the better." His mother seemed to think about it before a wide smile crept on her face.

"Thank you, Lincoln. This will be a great help," she said. Lincoln nodded before he clapped his hands.

"Now, I believe it is time for you all to get ready for bed," he announced. Groans were released by his sisters.

"Do we have to?" Lana said.

"I'm not even tired," Lola fired back, as she tried to stifle a yawn.

"Linky," Lily yawned out with her hands in the air. Lincoln lifted her up, and the little girl rested her head on his shoulder.

"Come on, girls. It's time to head to bed. It's been a long day," Rita sternly stated. She started to herd them out of the room with Lincoln walking behind him. He overtook his family after they left his room. He guided them down the hallway towards the end where two doors sat with signs that said "Reserved for Louds."

"Alright, here's where you will be staying for the next few days," Lincoln said. He pulled out a bunch of key cards and handed them to his mother. "These will let you all get into either of these rooms. There are for you, Dad, Pop-Pop, Lori, Leni, and Luna. Director Cyrano and Mr. Briar both agreed that Lynn and Luan shouldn't be left unsupervised, so uh, none for them." He said as he swiped his Rotom Phone by the door. It opened to a room with a small hallway with two doors on each side and a fifth at the end.

"Bathrooms at the end of the hall, each room has two twin sized beds except the one on the far left. That is for Mom and Dad. Your luggage is already here," Lincoln said. A light snore from his shoulder reminded him of the situation.

"Wait, how do you know that?" Lola asked. Lincoln responded by awkwardly reaching into his track coat and pulling out a hat and wig. He put them on, becoming a tall, brunet with a cap covering his eyes.

"That was you!" Lana shouted. Lily briefly stirred before falling back asleep.

"Shh!" Lincoln reprimanded, taking off his disguise. He went into one of the rooms where two bags were seated at the base of two beds. "I'll make certain to have a recording of Luan's reaction if you stay quiet." A viscous grin appeared on the twin's faces when they heard that. They nodded vigorously.

"Lincoln," Rita drawled. Lincoln paused by one of the beds.

"What?" He whispered. "It's a harmless prank." His mother tried to keep a stern face but a few giggles escaped her lips. He pulled the bedsheets back and then tried to pull Lily off his shoulder, but she clung like a koala. "Pixie, can you help me?" Pixie, who was carrying Lily's Eevee backpack with a pair of vines out of the bulbs on her neck. She placed it down before hopping onto the bed. She re-extended the vines so that it was looped around Lily's upper arms. She gently pulled the girl and was able to lift her off of Lincoln.

"Linky, don't go," Lily mumbled as she was placed next to Pixie. She looped her arms around Pixie, and started to snuggle the happy leaf dino. However, a frown was on her face. Lincoln was about to say something before he felt his phone vibrate.

"Meloetta, can you sing them a lullaby?" He whispered to his Pokemon. He had already grabbed his phone and was moving towards the exit.

"Meloetta!" She gave a positive motion. She settled by the doorway and spread her arms out.

"Thanks. I'll be right back," Lincoln said. He exited the apartment and answered the phone. "What's up, Lacey?" He said as she filled the screen.

"We may need you to head down in a bit. Lynn and Luan started riling up Carmine and Crispin, and they are getting heated. Drayton isn't helping by being himself. It's just not right," Lacey explained.

"Say no more. I'll be back as soon as I get my little sisters taken care of. Maybe get Carmine and Crispin to have a battle, get some of the aggression out, while I wrap things up here," Lincoln suggested.

"That's a great idea!" Crispin suddenly said, pushing Lacey out of the picture with a big grin.

"Crispin, what did I say about doing this?" Lincoln asked with a raised eyebrow. Crispin lost his smile

"To ask before rushing or use your inside voice," he droned. He turned to his friend. "I'm sorry Lacey." Lacey retook her phone and positioned it so she and Crispin were in the image.

"It's not a problem," she said with a stern glare towards her friend who suddenly had a sheepish expression. He took off towards an angry Carmine and a smirking Drayton. "I'll see if I can rope Drayton in. Lazy as he is, he does like to show off."

"Alright. I'll be down in like twenty minutes hopefully," Lincoln said, a soft smile on his face. "See you soon… Cutie." He said the last part before immediately ending the call.

"Ooh, that Lincoln!" Lacey growled with a blush. She and the Loud Family were currently in one of the many unused battling facilities with more than enough space for several of their Pokemon to easily move about though there were currently none out.

"What exactly is your relationship with Lincoln? I know he likes teasing you from what I heard during the video calls," Lucy asked, suddenly beside her.

"Gah! Lucy, you have to stop that!" Lacey demanded, blush vanishing. At her friend's raised eyebrow, her shoulder fell slack. "You really should go into interrogation. I think you'll do great."

A small smirk formed on Lucy's face. "I'll keep that in mind. Now about my question," Lucy prompted.

A thoughtful look came on Lacey's face before she shrugged. She looked over to see Crispin pulling Carmine and towards opposite ends of the battlefield. Amarys followed Carmine while Drayton was with Crispin on the other side. The Louds were huddled together talking excitedly about the battle. "I might as well tell you that we like each other…" She held a hand over Lucy's mouth which muffled the scream that came out of it. She shot a glare at her friend. "But we haven't really started anything formally. The Academy isn't exactly a place with much to do regarding romance, and we both really want to wait until we graduate before we start anything seriously."

"I see, and your plans for after graduation," Lucy prompted.

"We're still discussing it," Lacey said. She walked away and stepped onto the field. She called out, "What did you all decide?"

Drayton had a lax posture as he gripped a Pokeball. "It will be a two vs two battle between Crispin and me vs. Carmine and Amarys."

Lacey nodded. She stepped into the referee box and motioned for the Louds to take a step back. "I'm adding an additional rule, no Terastilization or Aces. This will be a short match so we all can get ready for bed. We have a long day tomorrow," Lacey informed them.

"What? But that's no fun, Lacey," Crispin whined, almost dropping his Pokeball.

Drayton yawned beside him. "I'm good with that. I could use some sleep."

Carmine pulled out her Pokeball. "Just don't use this as an excuse when you lose. Let's do this, Amarys!"

"Very well," the bespectacled girl said, as she adjusted her glasses. She held her hand with her own Pokeball.

"Then let the battle begin!" Lacey announced.

"Go Haxorus/Smoke 'em, Rotom!/Crush them, Scrafty!/Stand your ground, Reuniclus," the four trainers called out. Flashes of light filled the room as four unique Pokemon materialized.

On the boy's side, a massive, bipedal, armored dragon Pokemon with two axe-like tusks sticking out of its mouth, and a floating oven surrounded by a red plasma formed. The girls released a bipedal, reptile like Pokemon that seemed to be wearing a yellow hood and loose yellow slacks and a green blob surrounding a lighter green body mass.

The four trainers and their Pokemon watched each other silently. "Rotom, let's start things off with a Will-O-Wisp at Scrafty!" Crispin suddenly shouted. The oven seemed to giggle as flames formed inside its body. When it started turning white, it spat out a dozen glowing balls of fire that homed into Scrafty.

"Ally Switch!" Amarys countered before anyone else. Reuniclus' eyes glowed before it suddenly replaced Scrafty. The flames hit it, but did no damage as a green aura blocked the attack.

"Magic Guard," Crispin groaned. "Thunderbolt!" Electricity formed around Rotom before a bolt shot towards the floating cell.

"Dodge and then retaliate with Energy Ball." Reuniclus narrowly avoided the strike before firing a green orb. It struck the stationary Pokemon, but didn't seem to do much damage. "This will be an interesting fight," she noted as she checked her watch.

Meanwhile, Carmine was turning her attention to Drayton. "Thanks, Amarys. Now, Ice Punch on Haxorus!" Carmine ordered. Scrafty started to lumber towards the dragon with his right fist glowing blue. It wound its fist back and threw it towards the still Haxorus.

"Breaking Swipe!" Drayton stated when his foe was only a few feet away. With speed betraying its size, a glowing tail intercepted the attack and threw Scrafty backwards. It rolled backwards before it righted itself. A glare was thrown by the ruffian. "Dragon Dance." Drayton smirked.

"Hax!" The Pokemon called as it started to twirl in place. A purple aura formed around it.

"Great," Carmine grunted. "Acid Spray!" Scrafty's cheeks bulged before it spit out a stream of purple goo at Haxorus.

"Iron Head!" A metallic sheen formed on its head. It started to run right through the stream, metal cutting through the poison.

"High Jump Kick!" Carmine suddenly shouted. The stream stopped, and a glowing knee was rammed into Haxorus' stomach. This time, Haxorus stumbled backwards holding his stomach. "Close Combat while its recovering!"

"Scrafty!" The Hoodlum Pokemon called as it began kicking and punching the staggered dragon. After thirty seconds, Scrafty let loose a final kick that slid the Haxorus back a few feet. It panted as it looked at the bruised form of its opponent.

"Shock Wave!" Crispin's voice suddenly interrupted the battle. Two moving pillars of electricity homed into Scrafty, electrocuting the Pokemon.

"Scrafty!" Carmine cried out. Rotom erratically darted around the field around the shocked Pokemon before hiding behind Haxorus.

"Reuniclus, Gyro Ball!" Amarys called out. Following the floating oven, a spinning Reuniclus tried to ram into it and Haxorus.

"Dragon Dance!" Drayton countered. The purple aura formed around as it started to spin in place. It met the Gyro Ball, and was able to deflect the attack, but this gave Scrafty the chance to recover.

"Focus Blast!" As Haxorus stopped spinning, Scrafty sent an orange ball of energy at it. The attack was too fast for it to react, so it ended up slamming into its head. Haxorus staggered backwards, bumping into Rotom.

"Now, Psyshock!" Reuniclus' eyes glowed pink before globs of psychic energy formed around the two downed Pokemon and slammed into them.

"Hax!/Bzzt!" The two Pokemon cried out. When the attack ended, the two Pokemon were shown pretty damaged with Rotom struggling to stay floating while Haxorus stood defiantly against their opponents.

"Alright, we've almost got them!" Carmine said.

"Not for long, Thunder Wave!" Crispin suddenly spoke. A tiny jolt of electricity was fired towards Scrafty and wrapped itself around the Hoodlum Pokemon. It grunted as the electricity caused its arms and legs to shudder.

"Nicely done," Drayton complemented, getting a cheeky grin from Crispin.

"Darn it!" Carmine grumbled.

"Don't worry. I'll back you up," Amarys said. Carmine grinned.

"Let's do this then! Brick Break on Rotom!" Carmine said. Scrafty fought through the paralysis and jumped towards Rotom. It held its hand in a karate chop.

"Body Slam on Haxorus!" Amarys continued. The floating Pokemon floated high in the air and started to descend towards Haxorus.

"Stop her with Hex!/Iron Head!" The two boys called out. Dark energy forms around the airborne Scrafty while a metallic headed Haxorus jumps towards the falling Reuniclus.

"Ally Switch!" Amarys suddenly said as the attacks were about to collide. Reuniclus and Scrafty switched places once more. The dark energy collapsed around Reuniclus, causing it to cry out in pain. However, Reuniclus kept plummeting towards the tired Rotom, squashing it.

"Rotom!" Crispin worriedly called.

Meanwhile, Scrafty's fist impacted the metal head with an echoing clang. The two attacks fought for ground.

"Haxorus!" The dragon cried as it broke through the attack. It headbutted Scrafty, hooking its foe's body on its horns. It angled its body so it slammed Scrafty into the ground.

"Scrafty!" Carmine cried out. The two upright Pokemon backed off from their squashed opponents, revealing a comically flat Rotom and a swirly-eyed Scrafty.

"Scrafty and Rotom are unable to battle! Carmine and Crispin are out of usable Pokemon," Lacey stated.

"Darn it! That was a good play, Amarys!" Crispin groaned. He returned his Pokemon with a small smile. "Thanks, Rotom. It was my fault we lost," he whispered to his Pokemon. He felt a pat on the shoulder.

"It's not over just yet," Drayton said with a smirk. "You did more than you think." While Haxorus was obviously damaged, Reuniclus was dipping up and down as it hovered in place with a few burns on its encased body. "It'll take a minute." He told his partner with a lazy roll of his shoulder.

"Go for it!" Crispin said with a thumbs up and toothy smile.

"I apologize, Carmine. I made a misjudgment," Amarys apologized. She watched as her friend returned her Pokemon and whispered thanks to it.

"It happens," Carmine said shortly. She shook her head. "Sorry, frustrated. I think this is for the better. Scrafty doesn't have the endurance to take on Haxorus. Drayton would have worn us down after a bit."

Amarys straightened her back as she looked at Drayton. "I will make certain that your sacrifice is not in vain," she stated as she adjusted her glasses. "Reuniclus, back to battling. Use Swift!" Reuniclus swung its arms upwards, releasing dozens of glowing stars at the panting Haxorus.

"Giga Impact!" Drayton yawned. Haxorus started running forward with a white, flowing cone of energy forming around its body. It rapidly picked up speed as it became a blur. The stars harmlessly shattered when they hit the wall of energy.

"Acid Armor!" Amarys called out. Reuniclus seemed to visibly relax. Its form seemed to almost liquify as it flattened. When Haxorus rammed into the gelatinous Pokemon, Reuniclus seemed to slide around the attack before it sprung back into its usual form.

"That's no good. Grip it with Dragon Claw!" Drayton ordered. Pivoting in place, Haxorus easily turned 180 degrees. Its claws glowed blue, and it surrounded Reuniclus' arms in a vice grip. Reuniclus started to struggle to get out.

"Reuniclus, Psyshock!/Haxorus, Dragon Pulse!" The two trainers shouted. Simultaneously, Reuniclus' eyes glowed pink, and an orb of draconic energy formed in Haxorus' mouth. Unfortunately, as the orbs of psychic energy were forming around Haxorus, it released the energy point blank at the trapped Pokemon.

"Reun!" The psychic energy immediately dispersed as the attack hit. Haxorus released its foe and stepped back from it. Reuniclus floated in place for a few moments. It seemed to gain some energy before it fell backwards unconscious.

"Reuniclus is unable to battle. Both Carmine and Amarys are out of usable Pokemon. Drayton and Crispin wins!" Lacey announced.

"Alright!" Crispin cheered.

"Finally. The fight is over," Drayton groaned. He returned his Pokemon. "You did great, Haxorus." He fell backwards, and shifted so he was laying back. He let out a large yawn. "I think it's time for bed." He shifted his attention to his foes. Amarys was returning her Pokemon

"I apologize, Reuniclus. I played right into Drayton's hands," she whispered to the Pokeball.

"That's just Drayton," Carmine comforted, throwing an arm around her friend's shoulder. "Its easy to forget that he is really good at battling with how he acts usually. We'll get him next time."

"You guys were great!" Lacey said. "And all your Pokemon looked so cute. It was all I could do to stop myself from jumping out there." This seemed to be the catalyst for the Loud Sisters, and they all, sans Lori, rushed onto the field. Unfortunately, they all were unintelligible as they talked over each other.

"All right, that's enough!" Lincoln suddenly shouted. He was standing at the doorway to the battle room.

"When did you get here?" Lynn asked.

"I've been here for a few minutes," Lincoln stated with a shrug. "I'm certain that we can talk later, but its been a pretty long day for all. I mean just look at Drayton. He's practically dead on his feet." Drayton, who was still on the floor, sent a thumbs up.

"Drayton naps for 5 hours every day," Carmine countered.

"I'm pretty certain that's called sleeping," Luan jokes.

"My point still stands that its been a long day for all, and it will be a long day tomorrow. We'll be showing you some of the classrooms and other activity areas, but most of tomorrow will be showing you the Terrarium, which is quite large and involves a lot of walking," Lincoln explained. Behind him, his friends smirked at that statement.

Chapter End

I am establishing rules on what Pokemon people can catch because it is important to note that while the BB students are trainers, they are still students. Even with multiple students being good battlers, I would say that only about 30-50 out of the hundreds of students have reached the 6 Pokeball limit and most are on their last year.

I headcanon Drayton as a Tokusatsu fan, and he pulled the rest of the Elite 4, Carmine and Lincoln down with him. Just like me, and I'll never escape. Nor do I want to. I literally just finished Zenakaiger (loved it. 3rd fav so far), and I'm starting LuPat. It's so good that I'm on Episode 36 after a week. It was fun writing the Elites like this because of banter and friendship.

Since Carmine is given a bigger role due to her friendship actually having a part of the story, she butts heads with Drayton, so we have a short double battle between Carmine and Amarys vs Drayton and Crispin. Ending it right there because the chapter is long enough as is, and I would be repeating myself with the older Louds as Lincoln takes them to their rooms. Instead, I think I will skip to the following day.

Lastly, I am currently a little sick right now, so it will most likely be about two weeks before my next upload. At least, that is my goal.
