"Goku, how's the farming coming along?" Ask Chi-chi, bringing her husband some lunch.
"It's ok, I wish I could fight though." Goku mumbled to himself.
"Then come fight with us, senpai." Goku looked up and saw Caulifla and Kale, floating down to him. "Let's ditch the human and spar."
"Y-yeah Senpai, come train with us." Kale said Goku stepped forward but stopped when Chi-chi grabbed his arm.
"Goku, you need to work. It's your job." Chi-chi said.
Goku felt a pair of arms wrapped around his neck. "Come on, senpai. You know, we saiyan's are impatient. Let's go." Caulifla said. She let go of the male saiyan's neck and floated away with Kale. Goku looked between the girls and decided to follow the saiyans.
"Goku! Wait, you can't just leave!" Chi-chi yelled, in disbelief. Goku stopped but for some strange reason, he couldn't go back down to Chi-chi.
"Don't worry." Caulifla said, grabbing Goku's left arm.
"Yeah, because he's ours now." Kale said, grabbing his right arm.
"Yeah, this is goodbye, Chi-chi." Goku said as the three saiyan's took off."
"KAKAROT, WAKE UP!" Vegeta yelled. He just returned from Gohan's and found Goku sleeping on a bench.
"Huh, Vegeta?" Goku mumbled. He stood up and yawned, as he stretched his arms. "Sorry, I took a nap but had a strange dream."
Vegeta didn't look surprised since Goku was mumbling the names of certain saiyan girl's. "Oh? And pray tell what's it about?"
"Well, it was about those two girls I met on Salada." Goku said. "I was farming and Chi-chi brought me some lunch. Then the two girls appeared and asked me to spar with them. But the weirdest thing was that I chose them over Chi-chi, my own wife. I had no control over my actions."
'So the bond is already forming, maybe I should let things play out. But I could give him a hint.' "Kakarot, if you want my honest opinion. I think the earth woman isn't good for you." Vegeta said, surprising Goku. "She's against who you are. She's trying to make you into something you're not. You're a saiyan but she's trying to turn you into an earthling, always yelling at you for who you are."
"I'm guessing you never had that problem with Bulma." Goku responded.
"No, in fact. She enjoys my abilities as a saiyan. She gets to test her invention on me and she lets me train trunks when I want. Why do you think Trunks is always stronger than Goten? You let Chi-chi control your sons while me And Bulma have a mutual understanding. Let me ask you something, how do you describe your feelings towards your wife compared to the saiyan girls?"
Goku thought about it and then answered. "With Caulifla and Kale, I feel a warm pull. Like I'm complete and a strong heavy feeling in my chest, unlike with Chi-chi. I feel shackled with her, like everything is a lie. With Caulifla, I feel free and with Kale, I feel happy. But I just met them."
Vegeta smirked but quickly hid it. "Well, if I were you, I'd just follow that feeling. Don't ignore it. Believe it or not, that's part of our instincts. I felt the same towards Bulma." Vegeta said.
Goku looked at Vegeta and it hit him. "You went to Gohan and asked him about his feelings towards Videl. Vegeta, what are these feelings? Am I meant to end up with Chi-chi?" Goku asked.
"That's for you to decide and these feelings, I'll tell after you decide what to do." Vegeta said. Goku looked down and sighs.
"Fine, I'll go home and think about things. Thanks pal." Goku said before using instant transmission to teleport home.
Vegeta walked inside Capsule Corp to find his wife, knowing she would want to hear this. He found her at her computer. "Bulma, we need to talk."
Bulma, hearing her husband, looked at him with a curious gaze. "About what?"
"I have a question. How did Kakarot end up with the harpy?" the prince asked.
"What? Why would you want to know that?" Bulma asked.
"Just answer it and I'll explain." Vegeta replied, impatiently.
"Fine . If I remember right, Goku was an innocent kid. He didn't understand the concept of relationships and I believe he still doesn't. When they first met, for some strange reason, Chi-chi made Goku promise to marry her one day and Goku thought it was food. He later explained he thought it was food but accepted his promise because he cared for Chi-chi. I don't think he's in love with her but I do believe he sees her as someone important. What's this about?"
"Well, Kakarot's mating instinct kicked in and he began to bond with two saiyan women he met in the other Universe. The two realized what was going on but I pulled him out of there before there was any permanent damage. But there's a problem."
Bulma rubbed her temples. "Let me guess, they don't know about Chi-chi or his kids." Bulma guessed.
"Yeah, that's why tomorrow. I'm going to contact Whis and have him take me back to Salada. We have to offer him some food, maybe a deluxe burger. Kakarot is already dreaming about them and it'll get worse. Soon he'll be drawn to them. Gohan said he was going to help." Vegeta said.
Bulma agreed but was confused. "Why is this important to you?"
Vegeta blushed and turned. "As much as I detest saying this, since you're my woman I'll tell you. Kakarot is my friend and I do care about the oof. Plus he's a saiyan and he shouldn't be restricted by some earthlings. I see this as an opportunity."
"Oh, so you do have a heart underneath that armor." Bulma teased. "To be honest, I never believed those two were meant for each other. I notice that Goku never wants to be home. I think it's an unconscious thing. Him trying to be free from restraints but I hope he finds happiness."
Goku arrived at his house and landed. He still was thinking about the saiyan girls he met but wasn't sure what to do. "Dad, you're back!" Goku was snapped out of his thoughts when Goten ran out the door and glomped him in a hug.
"Hey sport, what are you up to?" Goku asked as he picked up his son.
"Mom has me studying again." Goten pouted. Goku stared at his son and remembered when Vegeta told him he trained his son. Goku realized he never trained Goten before since he was revived after Buu. he usually let Chi-chi do whatever she wanted but Goten was a saiyan like him.
"How about we train together, Goten? I can train you to become stronger than trunks. What do you say?" Goku asked.
Goten eyes lighten up. "Really? You mean it? That's awesome, Dad." Goten cheered.
"Great, let's go to the mountains. We don't want to disturb your mom." Goku said as the two flew away from the house. They landed in a clear area and Goku entered sensei mode. "Alright Goten, let's start. All you have to do is land a hit on my face. But no super saiyan, if you get stronger in your bass form. Your super saiyan form will be stronger. Understand?"
"Got it dad." Goten said and resumed a stance Gohan taught him. Goku just stood there with his arms folded. Goten charged Goku and started to throw multiple punches and kicks towards Goku's face but the older saiyan was able to dodge with ease. Goten started to get frustrated and flew in the air and started to shoot rapid ki blast at Goku. Goku back and jumped side to side as he dodged the attacks with ease.
"You have to do better than that, sport." Goku teased.
"Oh yeah, Kamehame-HA!" Goten shot the blue energy wave towards Goku. Goku held his hands forward and pushed against the attack. Goku threw the attack in the sky and exploded. "Wow, you're amazing, dad." Goten commented.
"Same to you, you're way stronger than me and Gohan when we were your age. But you can get stronger." Goku said. Goku looked up and sensed Gohan flying to him and smiled. Goten looked confused until he sensed it as well.
"Gohan is here!" Goten said as the two saw Gohan fly into sight and landed. "Hi Gohan, me and dad are sparing." Gohan was wearing his orange gi, which shocked Goku.
"I know, I felt it and had to see it." Gohan said. "But why in the middle of the night?"
Goku looked down and chuckled. "Well I haven't been sleeping well. I met some saiyans in the other Universe and felt weird. So I thought training would help take my mind off things."
'I see, it's affecting him more than I thought.' "I see, well how about fighting me and Goten at the same time. Since you're way stronger than the both of us, it should be fair." Gohan offered.
Goku smiled at this, he realized he never trained both of them at the same time and this was perfect. "Good idea, and I'll even lift the super saiyan rule for you champ." Goku said.
"No, I want to train the right way." Goten said, making Goku smile and grow in pride.
"Yeah, I'm not going to transform either." Gohan said as they adopted the same stance. Goku smirked and adopted the stance he used against Vegeta.
"Fine, come at me!" Goku yelled as the three disappeared at super speed. Soon, shockwaves could be heard throughout the night sky.
Vegeta stood in front of the hideout on Salada of universe 6. He knew he had to talk to the two saiyan girls and make things easier for his best friend. He knocked on the door and waited. "I feel a high power level, is it you Goku!" He can hear Caulifla asking inside. When the door opened, Caulifla and Kale fell to the ground as they tripped.
"No it's not Kakarot, you need to learn how to identify power levels more." Vegeta chaste.
Caulifla scoffed and got up. "It's just you, what do you want?" Caulifla asked.
Kale got a little excited. "Wait, if you're here. Does that mean Goku-kun is here also?" Caulifla's eyes widened and looked around for her mate.
"No he's not here but I have to talk to you about something about your mate." Vegeta said and turned around. "Follow me, it's quite important." Vegeta took off to the sky with the two saiyan girls following. Vegeta landed on an empty field as the girls followed suit.
"Now what's this about?" Caulifla asked.
"Well, let me inform you that Kakarot, the one you call Goku, is married to another?" Vegeta said, gauging their reaction.
"Wow, he must be strong if he has another." Kale said.
"No, I'm just as strong as Kakarot and have one mate. Let me tell you about his history, our home planet was called Vegeta and before it was destroyed. When he landed on our current planet as a baby, he was raised by an old man but sometime in the future, he fell on his head and lost his memory as a saiyan but gained new ones as a human. That's why I believe he has two mates. His saiyan side represents you." Vegeta pointed at Caulifla. "And his earth side is you." Vegeta pointed at Kale.
"Then why is he married?" Caulifla asked.
"He didn't know what he was doing? He was raised and grew up in isolation after the man who raised him died. When he met the woman he was married to, she forced him to marry her. From what I learned, he thought marriage was food and accepted it. When he found out later, he went along with it because he didn't want to break his promise." Vegeta explained.
"So he doesn't love her?" Kale asked.
"He cares for her but he is rarely with her, not that I can blame him." Vegeta said.
"What's she like?" Caulifla asked when she heard the disinterested tone in his voice.
"She's a total control harpy, she wants him to be a farmer and ignore his saiyan side. It's because of her that his oldest son is weak." Vegeta said before smirking. "But since he has two mates, they are also saiyans. I feel like he would awaken more of his inner saiyan."
"So what do we do?" Caulifla asked.
"Don't worry, I'll help him realize his mistake." Vegeta said before taking off to find Whis.
"So what now, sis?" Kale asked.
"Want to get something to eat."
Chichi woke up and looked around for her husband since he wasn't in bed. "Goku?" Chichi called. She walked out her room and into the kitchen and found it empty. "Where is he now?" Chichi asked herself. "I guess I'll go wake up Goten." Chichi said as she walked to her son's room. "Goten, time to- ahhh?" Chichi screamed when she didn't see her son in bed. "Goten where are you?" Chichi asked, checking every room.
"Chichi, we're back!" Goku called.
Chichi walked to the door and saw Goku with Goten on his shoulder. "Where were you two?" Chichi asked, angrily.
"Well, I couldn't really sleep. So I decided to take a flight and the champ here noticed. He came to check on me and he came up with the idea to spar and clear my mind." Goku explained but Chichi was still upset.
"Goten, you know you have a curfew. You are not to get out of bed without permission." Chichi scolded.
"He had permission from me." Goku said, stepping forward. "And he was worried about me. You can't blame him for that."
"I don't want our son to become a delinquent and fight." Chichi said.
"Goten learning martial arts doesn't mean he's a delinquent." Goku countered. "There's nothing wrong with him wanting to learn from me and spend time with me."
"It is when it involves fighting." Goku narrowed his eyes on Chichi.
"He's a saiyan. He's going to want to fight." Goku said. "It's in his blood and we have to accept him for what he is."
"Goku, you were supposed to give up fighting a long time ago. I want a normal family and a husband with a normal job." Chichi chaste.
"Normal?" Goku responded. "Chichi, I'm not human no matter how I look the part. I'm a saiyan, fighting is in my blood, in Goten's blood and Gohan's blood. Shouldn't you accept that as my wife?" Goku asked but for some strange reason, when he said 'wife', he thought of Caulifla and Kale.
"No Goku, you should give up fighting and take care of your family." Chichi said.
"Chichi, fighting is what makes me me. Asking me to give that up is like telling me not to be me at all." Goku said. "Have you ever asked if studying makes Goten and Gohan happy, or are you just forcing it on them?"
"It doesn't matter, their futures are important." Chichi said.
"I agree but their happiness is more important." Goku countered. "Goten can be the next champion and surpass even me."
"No fighting!" Chichi yelled. "This is why I wanted you to stop."
Goku frowned. "I can't stop, it's who I am."
"Then maybe we shouldn't be together." Chichi retorted then gasped at what she said.
Goku was surprised that he wasn't upset at these words but he was angry that Chichi didn't accept him. "I see, then I guess this is goodbye." Goku said, walking out the door.
"Daddy, wait." Goten said, rushing after him. "I want to go with you."
"WHAT!" Chichi yelled. "No Goten, you stay here."
"No, this is what he wants. We should support him." Goku intervened and looked at his son. "We can go to grandpa's house. I'll bring Goten back tomorrow" Goku said before using instance transmission to disappear with Goten.
"What have I done?" Chichi asked herself.
Two weeks Later.
"One more time." Goku told himself. He was currently training to master SSJ3. Even though he could become SSJ God, he wanted to find a way to extend the usage of this transformation. He found a team to enter the tournament of power with and he wanted to use everything to his advantage. "Maybe if I can instantly transform to SSJ3, I could preserve some stamina and power loss." Goku was in his third transformation and channeled the energy through his body.
"Kakarot, it's time to head to the tournament." Vegeta said, as he landed near Goku. Goku nodded.
"I wanted to get some extra training in." Goku said.
"How's the harpy been?" Vegeta asked.
Goku frowned. "She hasn't accepted me back and to be honest, I'm not bothered by it." Goku never once thought about Chichi since he was kicked out. He has been having dreams about Caulifla and Kale.
Vegeta smirked. He knew the bond was there but he hadn't told Goku about it. He felt like it should naturally happen. "What's the matter?"
"Vegeta, I want to use the Super Dragon balls to wish the other Universes back. We can use the dragonballs for Frieza but I don't want to lose them." Goku said, thinking about the two saiyan girls.
"Don't worry, Kakarot. That was my plan from the beginning." 'After all, a saiyan shouldn't be separated from their mates.' Vegeta said. Goku smiled and he used instinct transmission to transport to Bulma place with Vegeta.
"Goku, there you are." Whis said with a smile as he walked to Goku and tapped him with his staff. "There, your energy is replenished. Now stay close to everyone and I'll transport us to the void where the tournament is being held.
"Wow." Goku said as he looked around at the void. Goku's eyes widened when he sensed two familiar power levels and turned into the direction where he saw Universe 6. Goku smiled and approached the two saiyan girls. "Yo, Caulifla, Kale."
"Caulifla 's eyes widened when she heard the voice and turned to see her mate. "Senpai!" she yelled and glomped him in a hug. "Finally get to meet again and kick your ass."
"Onee-chan, that's not nice." Kale said then turned to Goku. "Hey Goku-senpai, it's nice to meet you again. Although one of our universes will disappear." Kale said with a sad expression.
Caulifla frowned and nodded. "Yeah, this bites and of course this happens after I find my mate."
Goku was confused about the mate thing. "Don't worry, I was planning on using the Super Dragon Balls to restore all the universes that lose when I win. I don't want you two to disappear."
The two saiyan girls' eyes widened when they heard his words. "You'll do that for us? You could have any wish you want."
"Yeah, why waste it?" Kale asked.
"You two are worth it." Goku said, cheerfully Kale smiled with a tear coming out her right eye, while Caulifla was wiping her tears away.
"Thanks senpai but you'll not beating us. We'll kick everyone's ass and save you for last." Caulifla said.
"That's the spirit." Goku responded and smirked. "But you won't beat me, huh?" Goku's eyes turned to see universe 11 . "They're here." Goku said as he approached Top. Caulifla watched the exchange with interest, then saw Goku talk to a bald man then without a sound, the man was behind Goku, startling her and her sister's mate.
"You saw that, Kale?" Kale nodded nervously. Soon after the exchange and after all the gods went to the stand. The grand priest announced the beginning of the tournament.
Caulifla was fighting some robot from Universe 3. Now begone!" she said, sending out a red ki blast at the robot. "Now where's Senpai?"
"He's over there!" Kale said, making Caulifla turn to see Goku fight the danger trio and was winning. He was in his based form too. Soon more of Universe 9 men came and surrounded Goku.
"Come on, Kale. we have to help him." Caulifla said.
"Wait, look." Kale pointed and saw Vegeta jump in and he was back to back with Goku. the two started to take down the members one by one and went Super Saiyan. When the three wolf brothers were left, they shot a rainbow beam at the two Saiyans but the Saiyans did something that shocked Caulifla.
"Their hair is Blue?! What transformation is that? I can't feel their energy." Caulifla said as Goku and Vegeta did a Final Kamehameha, eliminating the rest of Universe 9. "Wow, senpai has more transformation." 'This urge is getting stronger.' Caulifla thought
"I know, it looked strong." Kale said, holding in the moan. Caulifla noticed this and chuckled.
"You have the urge as well." Caulifla said.
"Yeah, I don't want to hold back." Kale said, blushing.
"I know what you mean." Caulifla said with a red face. "We have to win if Senpai don't, with that said. I think we should fight him to see how far we've come."
"I'm not sure." Kale said. "I don't want to fight him." Caulifla walked to her and placed her hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, maybe next time. I'll fight him and you can join in if you want." Caulifla said. Kale smiled and nodded.
Goku was on his guard as he fought a Yardrat who was using instant transmission. "Hahaha, what's the matter, can't keep-Agh." The Yardrat was interrupted when Caulifla kicked him away.
"Huh, Caulifla! How's everything?" Goku asked. Caulifla ran up to Goku with stars in her eyes.
"Fine Senpai, I saw you used a Blue form earlier. What was that?" Caulifla asked excitedly.
"Yeah Goku-senpai, what was that?" Kale asked. Goku chuckled and rubbed the back of his head.
"Well that was SSJ Blue." Goku said. "It's when you transform with the power of a god."
"You have the power of a god? Wow, you're amazing, senpai!" Caulifla said, with Kale agreeing.
"Thanks!" Goku responded with a big smile.
"GOKU! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! KNOCK THAT GIRL OVER THE EDGE!" "YOU TOO CAULIFLA, YOU SHOULD BE BEATING THE TAR OFF HIM!" Beerus and Champa shouted.
"NOO!" Goku and Caulifla responded at the same time, the power spiking for a bit, shocking Beerus and Champa. The two mates were upset at the idea of hurting their mate, unknowingly to Goku.
"What was that power spike?" Beerus asked. "Goku never looked like that before."
"I guess you don't know." Whis said. "From what I gather, Goku is Caulifla and Kale's destiny mate and to a saiyan, that's sacred. Remember when you stroke Bulma and Vegeta power spiked when you first met. I assume this is a similar situation and it could benefit Goku."
"Why is that?" Shin asked.
"Because whoever takes out those two girls will be the target of Goku's rage." Whis said. The four turned to the arena to see what will happened
"So senpai, do you mind if we have a quick spar?" Caulifla asked. "I want to see where I stand." Caulifla said before turning SSJ.
Goku smirked and got into a battle stance. "Show me what you got." Caulifla charged up her ki as a golden aura was around. She got bulkier as her muscle expanded. "Oh, that form."
"How is this?" Caulifla asked.
"You really are full of surprises." Goku said. Caulifla charged Goku and started to attack him but she couldn't land a blow.
"Why can't I hit you?" Caulifla asked.
"That form is good for power but your bulky muscles makes you too slow." Goku said as Caulifla deflated.
"I see, so what should I do?" Caulifla asked.
"The form I showed you before." Goku said. "ARGHHHHH!" Goku yelled a battle cry and turned Ssj2. "This is Super Saiyan 2, Remember." Goku said as his hair was spikier and he had blue lightning over him.
Caulifla ran up to him and tugged on his arm. "Yes, I was able to get there before." Caulifla said before looking at Kale. "Kale helped, she used her Super Saiyan form and was really strong."
"Well, you should be able to get there." Goku said. "Remember the feeling and raise your power as you search for your inner strength. Once you reach your ceiling, push through."
Caulifla raised her power and lightning started to surround her body. Goku just watched and smirked. He was excited for the fight but he felt something drawing him to her.
Hey Animeharem here, if you aren't aware. Akira Toriyama passed away on March 1st. If you didn't know, Dragon Ball Z was my first Anime I watched and because of that it made me who I am, why I watch anime, why I play games and why I'm the way I am. He's the reason why I write stories and trying to stream. Him dying felt like something was taking away and never will return but we have to move on. I wasn't originally going to do this but I have one more DBZ fanfiction and I was going to save it but now, I have to post it.
