Flying to the Finish Line with a Bang!
"Oh my, I didn't think your school could make something so deep." Kimi surprised.
"N-Neither did I." Izuku gulped looking down.
"I bet you guys thought you would be safe after the first obstacle." Makiko chuckled.
"Then let's see how ya feel about the second one. If they take a spill, they're out! If they want to pass this test, they'll have to get creative. It's The Fall!" Present Mic announced.
All the students of Musashi and UA High looked down seeing they are standing at the start of a very deep cliff, almost like a canyon and they can't even see the bottom that is probably several dozens of miles below. There also some small rock stands and ropes between them to get across from one to another.
"When did they even have time to build something like that?" Ochaco asked, terrified of this.
"Anything is possible through the power of money!" Shirojiro said with a thumb up as his girlfriend, Heidi claps her hands.
Horizon looks down and took off her left shoe and drop it down to the canyon.
"Hey, why did you drop your shoe like that?" Mina asked.
"I wanted to hear it hitting the bottom from up here." Horizon answered bluntly.
"(I'm pretty sure you can't.)" Ochaco and Mina thought weirded out by this girl.
Then they see Tsuyu crunching down and jumps over a dozen feet forward and lands on the rope, showing off her skills in balance like a woman on a tightrope.
"This is my moment, easy peasy." Tsuyu crawled onward a little fast.
"She's right." Mina surprised.
"That's Tsuyu for you, she never let anything get her down." Suzu smiled.
"Yes, finally. This is my chance to show off what I can do." A girl chuckled.
"I hear metal sounds and some clicks, are you wearing support items?" Suzu asked as everyone turns their attention to the girl wearing some support items.
She is a reasonably short girl with quite a mature build. She has salmon pink hair, which is generally shoulder-length, although it does vary, which is styled into thick dreadlocks and sideswept to her right. She regular U.A. gym uniform like the others, but she also adds some of her own gadgets onto it, including red and gold steampunk goggles, a utility belt to hold the various tools she carries around, oversized speed-assisting boots, and what could possibly be a jet pack strung over her shoulders. Breasts sizes: GG-cup.
"That's right, and they're going to help me steal the spotlight from these wannabe heroes." The pink hair girl answered.
"Everyone! Observe what my brilliant gadgets can do. I, Mei Hatsume, have wire arrows and hover soles made perfect for such a dangerous path like this!" Mei showed the gadgets she is wearing.
"You're from the Support Course." Ochaco realized.
"Wait, you're allow to bring those?" Azuma confused.
"I believe is because they want to keep things fair for those who do not have combat training with their Quirks like we do. Is that right, Mei?" Miriam asked.
"That's right! This gives us a fighting chance, we're allowed to bring whatever gadgets and costumes we ant into the games, so as long as we develop them ourselves." Mei explained.
"Thank you for explaining." Miriam thanked kindly.
"You're welcome! Now, sit back and enjoy the show!" Mei said and fire a wire arrow at one of the rock stances.
"For those of us in the support course, this is the perfect obstacle to show off our ingenious and creations to any companies out there who might wanna recruit us!" Mei bragged as her hover soles activate and she goes off to the canyon without hesitation.
"I hope employers are watching! My super-cute little babies are sure to make a splash." Mei smirked and reel herself up then launches herself into the air by the boost of her shoes.
"Wow." Azuma and Ochaco are impressed.
"Man, she's so annoying." Mina disapproved of how much Mei brags on.
"Well, she does have her charms." Miriam giggled.
(The Announcer Box)
"In the world of heroes, it can be hard to get popular without a flashy Quirk. Right, Eraser Head?" Present Mic joked.
"I don't know what you're talking about, idiot." Aizawa said clearly annoy.
"Hey now, you still got your sweet martial art moves though I bet I can beat you in 60 seconds." Makiko grinned, flexing her arm.
"Oh, I would like to see that." Present Mic interested and Aizawa sigh of annoyance.
(Back at The Fall)
Suddenly, spikes came flying out from the dept and almost hit Malga, Margot, and Elizabeth as they dodge some more.
"What the heck are those?" Elizabeth asked.
"Looks like the flyers will have to be extra careful with the spikes we added this year." Present Mic revealed.
"Azuma, why don't you go on ahead." Miriam suggested.
"Are you sure?" Azuma asked worry.
"I'll be fine, this is something I have to do on my own." Miriam nodded.
"Okay but call for me if anything happens." Azuma said before he jumps and threw his hand which made a purple portal right in front of him and another at another rock stance. Then star5t hopping through portal after portal.
"Wow, he can create portals!" Denki surprised.
"Yes, Azuma's Quirk is very useful though he can't throw them far like to the other side." Miriam said and threw a marble into the halfway to one rock stance, then suddenly she teleports to the marble and threw again at the stance for her to teleport there.
"Damn, just how freaky awesome is Musashi students are!" One student from UA asked amazes and freaking out.
Azuma Noriko, Quirk: Portals. He can create many portals from either using one hand or both, he enters one and comes out the other with instant transportation, but he can only make a single portal at a time and limit to areas he can see.
"I expect nothing less from my beloved." Miriam smiled.
Miriam Poqou, Quirk: Instant Travel. She can travel to any long distances so as long as the object she had touch has her mark and will appear to those in an instant, and the marks can't be wash off.
"And Torodoki is icing his way ahead, remaining in the lead." Makiko commented.
Shoto is seen using his ice Quirk on his feet to slide across the rope from one rock stance to another until he got to the other side, he turns around seeing Azuma and Katsuki gaining on him.
"(Bakugo is finally getting fired up, and that kid from Musashi is getting serious too. Let see which one will catch up.)" Shoto thought as he ran up the stairs.
"You suck!" Katsuki yelled as he blasts his way to the other side.
"I have to keep going, for Miriam." Azuma determined to win this race.
Kimi is seen running on the high rope with ease like a trained acrobat, she stops at one rock stance to see Izuku jumping forward on the high rope though struggles a little with the balance, especially with that piece of metal he's carrying.
The scene changes back to Shoto making his way to the third and final obstacle, he stops upon seeing what it is.
"And now, we're finally approaching the last obstacle. Everyone had better be careful, you're stepping onto a minefield!" Present Mic excited.
"You all better think twice on how you'll get out of this and look closely at the ground so you can see where the bombs are buried. Also, the bombs aren't explosives as the real ones but they're just as powerful and maybe more." Makiko explained with a growling tone.
"Are you trying to scare the audience or the students?" Aizawa asked.
Everyone, including Shoto who is in the lead, are slowly walking through the minefield without setting off the bombs though some weren't carefully got blown away.
"(Very clever. Those in the lead are actually at a disadvantage here. Guess it makes for good entertainment.)" Shoto thought. He wanted to use his ice to create a clear path, but he couldn't because it would help the others behind him.
"Hey, hope you don't mind if I take first place!" Malga called out to Shoto.
"Not before I take it." Margot said as they and Elizabeth fly towards Shoto.
"Not in your life!" Katsuki blasted himself up and use the shockwave of his explosion to push those three girls back and propel himself fast straight to Shoto.
"Whoa, that guy is really going wild." Tomo gasped.
"Bastard, your declaration of war was to the wrong person!" Katsuki threw an explosion punch at Shoto who dodges it.
"And just like that, Katsuki Bakugo explode his way into the lead!" Makiko announced as the crowd go crazy for this upset.
"The other competitors are catching up to them." Present Mic added.
Tenya is using his Engine Quirk to run ahead of the explosions as the bombs he steps on goes off though eventually got caught in the blast, Muneshige is doing the same with his God Speed Quirk though doing better than Tenya, and the other students of Musashi and UA High are catching up too.
Shoto and Katsuki began to fight each other to see who will stay in First Place.
"Whoa baby! Can our two leaders fight each other and stay in front of the competition?" Present Mic asked.
Suddenly Azuma appears right next to them from one of his portals and nearly fell down for Katsuki's explosions, but he remains his ground and continue on though Shoto and Katsuki are making sure Azuma doesn't use his portal Quirk while still fighting each other.
"A third man is now trying to take the lead, but Todoroki and Bakugo aren't letting him through!" Present Mic surprised.
Meanwhile, in the back, Izuku made his way to the minefield and saw how most of the competitors are all so ahead of him including Kimi and thought he couldn't let himself be in last place. Then he got an idea, an idea that is so crazy it just might work.
"It's not over yet." Izuku started using the metal piece like a shovel and bring as many bombs as he can together in one spot. He also thinks about how these bombs are a huge pain in the ass if you're not careful when walking through them even to the people who are good at jumping have to be cautious.
"Todoroki, Bakugo, and Noriko are neck-and-neck for the lead and knocking on the finish line!" Present Mic reported.
"Oh man, this is going to be close. I can't hardly wait!" Makiko squealed of excitement.
Izuku finish gather every bomb he could get at the last minute and prepare the metal piece in front of him.
"Hey, hey, hey, is that guy doing I think he's doing?" Kiyonari feared.
"Thanks for the idea, Kacchan." Izuku jumped onto the bomb and as expected, they went off more powerful and gigantic with the explosion combining.
"Super-explosive turbo speed!" Izuku shouted as he is now flying fast and forward to the leaders of the race.
"Whoa! What the fuck! I thought you said the explosions were harmful?" Makiko shocked.
"That should be the case?" Present Mic confused as well.
Everyone on the minefield and the audience soon saw the only flying high from the explosion is Izuku riding the metal piece like a board.
"My, my, you're certainly creative, Izuku." Kimi impressed.
"Wow, I don't think anyone would have thought of doing that." Tomo surprised.
"An unexpected twist, Izuku Midoriya of UA Class 1-A is suddenly in hot pursuit of first place!" Present Mic announced.
Izuku flew past and over the three leaders.
"Scratch that. He is in the lead!" Makiko cheered as the audience does the same.
"(I flew over them just as I planned, but it was a lot more force than expected. And… I didn't think about how I was gonna land!)" Izuku thought freaked out.
"Deku, what the hell do you think you're doing, huh?" Katsuki blasted into the air and forward to Izuku.
Shoto decided to make the ice path to catch up to Izuku even though it'll help the others and Azuma quickly ran on the ice path decided to use his portal at the last second of the race.
"Would you look at that, the three leaders aren't fighting each other as they now have their sights dead on the Midoriya boy." Makiko excited.
"That's what I call a plot twist, but this fight is still far from over, though." Present Mic stated while Toshinori is nervous about what would happen next.
Izuku starts slowing down during the decent to the ground.
"(Oh no, I'm losing speed and they'll get ahead of me again.)" Izuku thought feared as the other three are closing in on him very soon, then everything felt like slow motion.
"(If I don't time this landing right, there's no way I'll be able to keep the lead. I just… have to hold on and keep going. I have a chance here, I have to reach out and take it. The only way to stay ahead is to take another leap.)" Izuku thought determined to win this race and grab the stripe of the metal piece while flipping himself forward.
"(I have to take them out of the running! I can show the world who I am!)" Izuku slammed the metal piece on the minefield to set off a few explosions to push them back a little and sent him flying forward again.
"And another explosive display by Izuku Midoriya continuing on with the lead!" Makiko announced.
"I don't believe it; he cleared that minefield in an instant!" Present Mic gasped.
"(I have to keep running, I have to win for All Might and everyone who supported me!)" Izuku thought determined more.
Doing this unconsciously, One for All has charges up from not just his legs but throughout his whole body causing green electric aura emitting and he starts running after using the 5% of his power with his speed increased.
"Eraser Head, your students are amazing! What the heck are you teaching them?" Present Mic asked.
"I want to know that too." Makiko said.
"This has nothing to do with me. Each of them is powered by their own drive." Aizawa believed.
"There you have it, Eraser Head is a terrible teacher." Present Mic announced.
"I'm what?"
"I think you did great with them like I how do with my students." Makiko comforted Aizawa.
"Who would have imagined at the beginning of this race to the climax is a non-stop mega -mix of surprises?" Present Mic said.
Back at the stadium, Present Mic and Makiko look to the finish line excitingly waiting for the first person to come out through that tunnel.
"The first to make it back into the stadium is the first-place winner and that is…" Present Mic paused and saw Izuku enter the stadium first.
"Izuku Midoriya is our champion!" Present Mic announced dramatically exciting as the whole crowd cheers for the young Midoriya winning the race first in the obstacle race.

Death Arm turns around seeing the screen and surprise to see a familiar face.
"Hey look, it's that kid." Death Arm said getting Kasumi Wood to look at the screen.
"Oh, yeah! He fought the sludge monster." Kasumi Wood remembered.
Mt. Lady was busy doing some poses for some cameramen taking her pictures, she did turn around to look at the screen and surprise to see Izuku there.
"Wow, so the kid really made his way into UA." Mt. Lady said.
(Unknown Place)
Watching the Sports Festival on a computer screen in a dark and creepy is Tomura Shigaraki, one of the boss villains who attacked UA with his group a while back, and he didn't like seeing that brat's face again while scratching his neck.
(Back to the UA Stadium)
Izuku pants and feel like his body is on fire from pushing himself further when using his Quirk like he was about to fall, but he didn't at least not yet and look to see All Might smiling and clapping for his successor as he is proud of the young man. Izuku smiles back knowing that he had made All Might proud and cries from the overjoy of winning something major like this in his life.

Izuku has won the first game of the Sports Festival using his Quirk the best he could and using his mighty brain too, it was a very close call, but the green bunny boy pulled it off in the end and now he's going to try his very best like in the race into the other games. But let see if he'll like being the center of attention for long.
