Power Speed Friendship Battle Moments
The scene shows Izuku walking in the hallway for get into the waiting room because his next fight with Tenya Iida is coming up soon, but then he spotted Toshinori alone in the hallway as the skinny man spotted the boy.
"Hey, Young Midoriya! I hope you don't mind the sudden visit, I wanted to talk to you about One for All." Toshinori greeted.
"Yeah, if it's something about the power then it something important." Izuku stated.
"Yeah, I wanted to talk to you about something. Tell me, what do you think about the students here in UA and perhaps the ones from Musashi Ariadust Academy?" Toshinori asked. Izuku was quiet for a moment until he spoke.
"Honestly, they're all amazing in their own way and each of them is working very hard to reach for their goal. All of that makes me feel a little jealous that they worked a little harder than me." Izuku expressed his thoughts.
"It kinda makes me wonder if any of them could have been chosen to be your successor instead of me." Izuku said.
"Well, you're not wrong about that. The two schools are full of incredible potential heroes." Toshinori admitted.
"One for All is a crystallization of power, it bolsters Quirks. For example, if Young Todoroki were to inherit it, the strength added to his own Quirk would probably make him an unbeatable superhero." Toshinori explained.
"True, then there could be Kimi or Suzu from the other hero school." Izuku mentioned them in this conversation.
"If Suzu inherited the Quirk, then she would not only gain incredible strength but also her hearing Quirk would also get a big upgrade to listen about anything around her and be more accurate." Izuku explained about Suzu.
"Then Kimi's defense Quirk could be something to behold as she could have both the protecting power to keep herself from getting hurt and the damage would probably be stronger too. Offense and defense co-existing with her." Izuku explained about Kimi as well.
"Wow, did you really think of those ideas?" Toshinori asked surprise.
"Kind of, it's something I've been thinking about for a while." Izuku said.
"Those three do sound promising. But you know, I was Quirkless too, as a kid." Toshinori revealed.
Izuku's eyes widen with shock to hear that All Might, the Number 1 hero of Japan and known as the Symbol of Peace of the entire world, has just said that he was Quirkless just like Izuku was before earning One for All after all that hellish beach training.
"Quirkless? Seriously?" Izuku shocked, couldn't believe what he is hearing right now.
"Back then, being Quirkless wasn't a rare of a thing. But it was still out of the ordinary." Toshinori nodded.
"Even though I didn't have a power of my own, I had someone who believed in my potential. My master gave me One for All and raised me to become hero." Toshinori said, thinking back on his master.
"You never told me about that!" Izuku said shock.
"It's not my fault you never ask, which is honestly surprising." Toshinori commented with a thumbs up.
"The number 1 hero… was Quirkless?" Izuku shocked again.
"It's true. When we first met, I saw a little of the old me in you. But kid, you've gone beyond my expectations, time and time again. One day, you're gonna do incredible things with One for All. That's something I truly believe." Toshinori stated full heartly.
Izuku felt some more emotions bubbling up inside and causing the green hair boy to get a little sobbed, Toshinori gave him a nod to let the boy know that what he said is the truth and nothing more.
"I'll do my best!" Izuku promised. Doing his best to hold back the tears coming out.
"Anyway, the sports festival isn't over yet. Get out there and fight your best in the next match." Toshinori encouraged.
"Right!" Izuku nodded.
(With Tenya)
Tenya is in the waiting room after his fight with Azuma and took out his IPhone to make a call to his older brother and tell him the good news about his victory of the festival, he just hopes he isn't too busy with his hero work.
"Hey, are you there, Tensei? It's Tenya." Tenya asked.
"I'm currently on a mission and cannot answer the phone. Please leave a message." The voice said, leaving Tenya to voicemail.
"Oh well. We'll talk soon, brother." Tenya said as he put the phone down.
(Hosu City)
Within the streets of Hosu City, the Turbo Hero: Ingenium, also known as Tenya Iida's older brother, is running fast trying to such for a certain dangerous person who was said to be around here and told his sidekicks to check out the areas he told them.
But then his instinct kicks in when the white armored hero ran past an alleyway.
"Right there!" Ingenium said as use his Engine Quirk on his elbow and blasts himself to hop between two buildings and over one.
"No doubt about it. It's him!" Ingenium said angrily as he lands in the alleyway.
"So, I found you at least! Hero Killer!" Ingenium glared at the dangerous-looking man through his helmet.
The dangerous man known as the Hero Killer stares back at the white armored hero with his tongue sticking out.
(UA Sports Festival Stadium)
Toshinori walk back to his seat with the other Pro Hero teachers of UA and his wife, Uwabami.
"So, how did your talk with Izuku go?" Uwabami asked.
"Great, told him about my past that we shared a lot more in common than he realizes." Toshinori answered.
"That's nice to hear, but I sure hope he doesn't pick up on your reckless habit in the future." Uwabami said, making her husband chuckle a bit.
Izuku and Tenya are standing across from each other on the fighting stage for their fight.
"I hope you're ready, Iida, because I'm not going to be holding back!" Izuku said.
"That's fine with me, I wouldn't have it any other way." Tenya agreed with his with his eyes growing a little more intense.
"Are you ready? Then… FIGHT!" Present Mic shouted for the start of the match.
(Music: Way Past Flash by Brandon Yates, Death Battle Music)
"Okay, so the first thing Iida is gonna do is…" Izuku tried to think of a good plan.
"Recipro Burst!" Tenya activated his superspeed ability of his Quirk.
"Just as I thought!" Izuku quickly turned on the Full Cowling to dodge a blitzing kick for his head.
"Don't think I'm going to let you get the jump on me!" Izuku said before he managed to throw a punch to the side of his torso.
Tenya grunts in pain and jumps away for a few feet before coming back to throw some fast kicks onto Izuku, and those kicks are also packing some serious power that the speed is providing them.
Izuku is able to dodge the kicking attacks and countering with his own punches though Tenya keeps on dodging them with only a few graze scratches on himself, the two are now in a stalemate of them dodging and countering each other from blow to blow.
"Look at Izuku and Tenya go! They're not lighting up their punches!" Makiko commented.
After avoiding another punch from Izuku, Tenya made one swift move with his right leg to kick his opponent right in the left side of his body and send him flying about several feet and a bit more.
"Damn, that hurt." Izuku groaned a bit.
"I got you now, Midoriya!" Tenya dashed fast for Izuku.
Izuku flips himself out of the way making Tenya go after him, and the two started running around within the ring while Izuku tries to throw a few punches, but Tenya blocks them with his arms and threw another kick that pushes Izuku away.
He recovers in time to look up seeing Tenya jump high and dives downward at him for a kick to the head again, he jumps out of the way to let the kick hit the ground.
"(This is going to be harder than I thought. Tenya definitely has more experience when it comes to speed even though I'm able to catch up with him, and those kicks are no joke either!)" Izuku thought how Tenya have the advantage over him.
But then an idea came to him, something he hasn't really thought of doing until now.
"You should give up now, Midoriya. I doubt you'll be able to beat me in a battle of speed despite your improvement to match mine." Tenya proclaimed.
"(But knowing you, you're probably thinking of ways to beat me.)" Tenya thought figured.
"(Which means I have to end this battle before he can execute whatever plan he could come up with!)" Tenya thought planned to work fast.
He saw Izuku charging at him the fastest he could with one punch ready to be launched.
"Nice try!" Tenya said sarcastically with a grin.
Tenya prepared himself to throw a kick since this would give him the longer reach than the arm from the angle, but what he didn't expect was for Izuku to also throw of kick of his own to clash against his and the collision is evenly match.
"What?" Tenya gasped.
"Bet you didn't think I use my leg, huh?" Izuku grinned before he pushes Tenya back.
"Now, let see how you like it with a test of your own medicine!" Izuku said.
"This battle may prove to be tricky." Tenya smirked.
"Oh wow, it's like Deku is gonna try copy Iida now!" Ochaco amazed.
"Yes, but that only leaves if that will help him win the match against Tenya." Kimi said, hoping this new fighting style will help Deku.
Katsuki looks directly at Deku seeing that he just took his strength to the next level again just like before at the start of this whole sports festival, seeing him get stronger again and again really pisses him off like this damn nerd is trying to steal his spot to be at the top dog around here.
However, this does also put in some mix feelings about seeing Deku get stronger again making this much more of a challenge for him to fight against with his best of full power would be something he could look forward to and prove himself that he is the best.
"(You better get to the final match, Deku. Because I'm going to crush you with everything I got!)" Katsuki thought smirked with his eyes looking scary intense red.
"Whoa, Baku-bro! Are you okay? Your eyes are looking red, you may need some eyedrops." Eijiro concerned for Katsuki.
"I don't need eyedrops, you idiot!" Katsuki yelled at the red hair boy.
Back in the fight, Izuku is starting to overwhelm Tenya with his new fighting style that is pushing the guy back close to the edge.
"Don't think that using your legs now doesn't mean you can beat me!" Tenya proclaimed.
"Try me!" Izuku said as he charges at Tenya.
"(I only have little time before my Engine curbs start to go stall. I have to end this now!)" Tenya thought ran towards Izuku.
The two started clashing their legs at each other trading blow for blow though Izuku is also using his arms for some punching attacks to push Tenya even further back and can even see an opening for Izuku to end this fight right now.
"Sorry Iida, but I'm going to win this!" Izuku declared.
"Not on your life, Midoriya!" Tenya used his enhanced speed legs to kick Izuku on the stomach to push him back several feet.
"I will end this!" Tenya jumped straight for Izuku with a fast-flying kick.
"No… I will!" Izuku said with both arms charged up with 10% of One for All to create one strong wind that stops Tenya in the middle in the air and pushing him back a little.
"Now your through!" Izuku blitzed at Tenya with one fist ready and struck his opponent right in the stomach sending him flying right out of the ring.
"I did it!" Izuku cheered.
(Music End)
"The winner of this match is Izuku Midoriya!" Midnight announced.
"And there you have it! Izuku Midoriya is moving up to the final round, and that means he could be either facing Katsuki Bakugo or Kimi Aoi in the final fight of the Sports Festival!" Makiko stated.
"Oh, I can tell it's going to be a sweet finale this year and I hope everyone here is excited as I am!" Present Mic smirked.
"Damn it, I lost." Tenya cursed under his breath.
"Hey Iida, are you okay?" Izuku asked, walking up to Tenya and holding out his hand to his friend.
"You really did great in that fight, you almost had me out of that fight." Izuku complimented with a kind smile.
Tenya began to feel better from those words, knowing how kind this boy is since the first day he met even though their first encounter was a little unsettling. But glad to have become his friend afterward and doesn't feel too upset about losing this match.
Thank you, Midoriya. I knew you're always a friend I can count on." Tenya accepted his hand.
"Uh, you're welcome." Izuku said, surprise a bit.
"That fight was something to behold." Horizon commented.
"Yes, though I'm kinda sadden that Tenya lost because I was certainly rooting for the fellow speedster." Muneshige said, but he can also see that Tenya doesn't look upset about it as well.
"Though I believe the match might've been different if you were the one fighting Izuku." Gin pointed out the difference between Tenya and his brother's speed.
Tenya is walking into the tunnel while thinking about his big brother.
"(I hope you're alright with me losing, Tensei.)" Tenya thought looked up at the sky, thinking about his big brother.
(With Tensei)
Back in the dark alleyway where Ingenium found the Hero Killer and began to engage, but that battle was moments ago and there is now a pool of blood on the ground.
"Fame… Money…" The Hero Killer said in a deep and dark tone of this voice.
"That's what all of you who call yourselves are really after." The Hero Killer proclaimed seriously.
The scene shows the Turbo Hero: Ingenium is laying on the floor on the pool of blood that belongs to him, and his phone is out with the screen showing the missed call from Tenya.
"But you bastards are not heroes." The Hero Killer said and stomped hard on the hero's phone, and the scene also showing a sword hold by the Hero Killer with blooding dripping down from the tip of the blade.
"Except for him. The only one with permission to kill me." The Hero Killer looked down at the downed hero.
"All Might is worthy." The Hero Killer stated.
(With Izuku)
"Kimi is up next and she's up against Kacchan, her Quirk might put more of a challenge for Kacchan has ever faced in his entire life unless he can find a way to get past the defense feature of her Dance of Submit." Izuku stated.
"You know, I've been wondering why Kimi calls her Quirk like that." Ochaco realized the question that pops into her head.
"Oh, I guess we never really thought about that when we teamed up with her." Izuku said.
"But still, it's going to be quite the match for Bakugo to even try getting through that kind of Quirk." Tenya stated, and then he started vibrating like crazy.
"What's wrong?!" Izuku and Ochaco asked gasp.
"It's just my phone." Tenya pulled out his phone, letting his two friends a sigh of relief.
"(Mother?)" Tenya thought surprised that his mother is calling now at a time like this.
"Hello, mom? I hate to tell you this, but I lost." Tenya informed though with a calmer tone.
"No, son, I'm not calling about that. I mean, I'm sorry. But Tenya, please listen carefully. It's your brother… A villain got Tensei!" Tenya's mom informed.
This causes Tenya to become very shocked to hear that big brother, the great hero who he always looked up to and has been inspired by his big brother to become a hero. And now he hears that a villain has taken him down.
This hand loosens letting the phone drop onto the ground.

The battle between Izuku and Tenya was indeed one for the ages that none of them will ever forget, but right after the battle, Tenya got the bad news about his big brother being taken down by a villain. Next up is a little of that Hero Killer's appearance, and the battle of offensive vs defense.
