"So?" Naruto asked. "... You look... good?" Naruto didn't see much of a difference in the girl after she got dressed in all honesty. "Well, I picked out a Quest for getting clothes back from a girl in town... getting rid of a Rattata musu and getting her clothes back, so we should get on that before heading to Pewter." Naruto updated her on their travel situation, and the quick detour that they were going to be taking. She was still smiling super wide, her round, red eyes sparkling with happiness and some other emotion he couldn't quite place.

"SOOOOOOOOOO?!"

She was now leaned up against him.

"... I don't get the hint." Naruto didn't have a clue what she wanted from him.

"... Well... I was... I gave you my Summoning Ball... and I was hoping that maybe... just maybe... you could give me a name... you know, since you're my Master and if we run into anymore Bulbasaur's like me... well... it will get confusing." Bulbasaur nudged him with her shoulder. He blinked and crossed his arms.

She didn't have a name?

"... How about Angio?" Naruto looked at the bulb on her back, the big bulb that dwarfed her own head in size. It was just what he could think of from the top of his head. She smiled at him. Naruto looked at the Summoning Ball on his wrist, and it glowed brightly for a brief moment. Her name appeared on the ball, as if the glass was etched. It looked like his handwriting as well, as if HE had wrotten the name into the glass and somebody etched it in by tracing it.

Angio stood up and extended both of her arms.

Damn, standing up she was almost 200 cm tall. She took a deep breath, before she gave a happy squeel of joy and jumped from foot to foot. She tripped and fell to the ground, landing on her stomach. She got back to crouching instead of standing up, and showed herself much more balanced while crouching than standing.

"What does Angio mean... is it some kind of beautiful ancient word where you come from-"

"It is short for Angiospermae, which is part of the Plantae Kingdom of plants that includes Flowering Plants that give fruit... I could have named you after a flower, but I have no clue what flower your bulb turns into." Naruto could have named her Fern, which was a cute girly name that was plant themed, but ferns didn't have flowers. He could have named her Rose, but he didn't know if her bulb would become a rose. The best he could think of would be a flower-themed name that could translate to most types of flowering plants that gave fruit.

Angio tilted her head, still smiling.

"Well, I still love my name!" Angio couldn't get over the fact that she now had a name to call her own.

-8 Hours Later-

"... So Angio-" Naruto started, and Angio shivered when he said her name. He paused what he was saying to let her get the happy shakes out of her system. Every time he said her name, her body vibrated in joy. If he didn't guess she was some kind of reptile, he would call her a dog girl with how her little tail wagged in happiness. "... you good?" Naruto asked.

"I'm good."

"So, Rattata... this seems like a low threat, but how do we take care of the problem?" Naruto asked her.

"Rattata are just kind of dumb. They are obsessed with human clothes and shiny things, but aren't smart enough to wear them. My dad once had his pants stolen by a Rattata, and she tore a hole in the crotch for her head, and wore it like a shirt." Angio explained what she knew of them. They were a common pest, not really too much of a threat.

Naruto took out his notebook and took a note of that.

"... and how do they get dealt with?" Naruto asked.

"Well, you can just kill them. They breed super fast, so it isn't like they go extinct. My Dad used to just promise to give them his old clothes if they would leave his farm alone. You need to find the nest though to do that." Angio slipped a little and almost fell as she spoke.

Naruto grabbed her shoulder.

They were currently sitting on top of the client's home, waiting for the Rattata girl to show up and steal more clothes. Naruto suggested they get a good place to keep an eye on everything, and this was the solution that he came up with.

"How dumb are they?" Naruto asked.

"Dumb."

"Dumb enough to be laughing while trying to break into a home kind of dumb?" Naruto asked as he looked at a figure that was approaching the home he was guarding.

She was maybe 145cm tall, and he could see what Angio meant when she called a Rattata a dumb type of girl. "I've come to make a trade with you Rattata girl... not hurt or kill you." Naruto didn't introduce himself, but got right to business. He looked up and down her stupid outfit, and how while she valued clothes, she had no idea how they were suppose to go at all. He looked at the quality of the clothes as well.

"I am here to get treasure, are you going to try and take my-" Naruto slapped the shit out of her when she got aggressive with him. The second she bared her fangs at him, he didn't hesitate to put the smack on her mouth. "EH!?"

"I am the fine Noble Uzumaki Naruto, and your clothes aren't worthy of my time stealing! Why, I'm offended that you would even suggest that I would ever steal... look at these clothes here." Naruto pulled out his underwear, his spare underwear, from his bag and showed it to the girl. Angio looked at him in confusion, since Naruto started to speak with some kind of fancy accent that she knew was not natural to him at all.

Was he playing a character right now.

"What are-" SMACK

"You wish to keep looking like a common tramp... why would I steal from you, when I can offer you the chance to trade your peasant clothing for this... this here is underwear of the finest quality... it is made of the finest polyester." Now Angio was catching on.

Angio covered her own mouth to stop from laughing.

"I look like royalty now." Rattata whispered with heart eyes, looking at her own reflection. "... what do you want!?"

"I want all the clothes you're wearing now, and I'll give you these underwear... of course, you can't wear clothes like these when there is fine polyester on your head." Naruto stated as he showed the clothes she had been stealing to her. She didn't hesitate to strip her clothes off of her body, struggling with how she did some parts.

Holy crap.
