3headed-dragon:000000НННННН, Ochako has gotten bold and of course \zuku internally panics and is already thinking about kids, LOL! Will Kyoka up her game in order to get Izuku's attention back on her or will Izuku's attention naturally fall back on her?

I love that Izuku continues to be Class President in order to get out of his comfort zone.

So Izuku is similar to Yuta with the ability to copy other Cursed Techniques?

I like Izuku's limitations with Limitless, it's like a muscle that'll he'll have to train if he wants any real use out of it. Also he hasn't figured out Reverse Curse Technique so he's not able to use positive cursed energy to continually refresh his brain.

1zuku saves Ochako and therefore deepens her feelings for him. He also hits a Black Flash, but is it enough to put down a Nomu with high speed regeneration?

Jujutsu Sorcerers get stronger by being in and surviving life or death situations, since Izuku will most likely still be facing plenty of those situations I think it's safe to say that this is one step on Izuku's road to truly becoming an Honored One.

MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: Will we be seeing and saving Eri early since this Izuku, at least so far, has no reason to intern with Sir Nighteye?

Ant: Ian gon speak too much on the ship but just trust me I got sumn in store word is bond

It's more so the souls of past Jujutsu Sorcerers are ingrained into Izuku's body kinda like how swap training occurred for Yuji in the manga.

I want to have Izuku struggle with Limitless for a while, mainly because if he could use it to the same efficacy that Gojo could then most of the villains he'd normally struggle with would get wiped off rip.

His black flash packed that Nomu trust that shit is dead.

I'm ngl I have no clue when imma save Eri but it'll probably be sooner than canon. Then again, ion got a structure for this WORD IS BOND!

Anonymous4.O:Ok, I am interested in seeing where that will go. Will Izuku have domain expansion? And I kind of hope the relationship part of the story will settle with Kyoka Jiro, nothing against Ochako but she is canon and has been done to death in fanfiction too. Any way, looks like a good story soo far.

Also on an unrelated note, what does "word is bond" mean? Haven't heard of that expression before.

Ant: He'll have a domain expansion if not multiple. Ian speakin on the ship word is bond.

UzumakiRamen:Absolutely loving your story! Can't wait for the next chapter!

Ant: Thank ya

JustAGuyLivingLife:jesus for a moment there k thought he was gonna pull big raga the op stoppa

Ant: Not yet.

Anywho, ik this chapter might be ah lil ass but in my defense I was never good at writing romance word is bond. Now y'all know the deal say it w me

WORS IS BONNNNNDDDDDDDDDDD!

"I'll be completely honest with you, Izuku, you were seconds away from severe cerebral hemorrhaging. If you'd maintained Limitless for even five more seconds you would've had a fatal hemorrhagic stroke. In layman's terms, had you fought the Nomu for any longer than you did...not even my quirk could save you."

Izuku stared at Recovery Girl, face filled with a mix of disbelief and fear.

"H-He c-could've..." His sky-blue eyes slowly turned toward the brunette beside him, her already puffy red eyes welling with more tears as the elder hero revealed the ramifications of Limitless.

The Jujutsu Sorcerer shifted his gaze from the brunette to his fists, his knuckles turning white from how tightly he was holding the hospital bed's sheets.

"Back during my fight with the Nomu I barely registered the pain from Limitless. But now, it feels like Miruko is slamming into my head with her Renewal Axe Kicks over and over" Izuku clutched his head, slowly laying down and curling into a slight ball in a vain attempt to reduce the pain.

Ochako's eyes roamed over the Jujutsu Sorcerer, the tears she had been trying her best to hold back now flowing freely.

"Deku is like this because of me...If I had been paying attention, if I was stronger he wouldn't have had to use that new Cursed Technique." It was now her turn to clutch something in frustration, her grip tightening on her uniform skirt as she angrily stared at the ground.

Recovery Girl focused her eyes on the clipboard in her hand, her report unfinished.

"That isn't all. The stress from Six Eyes resulted in severe subconjunctival hemorrhaging. Usually, that'd be of little to no concern, emphasis on usually."

The greenette shifted slightly, slowly turning his pounding head to look at his doctor.

"I'm assuming my case is worse?"

"Considerably more so."

"Of course."

Recovery Girl let out a slight chuckle before returning to her report.

"Using Six Eyes at the level you were nearly exploded them out of their sockets, for the time being, I forbid you from pushing them passed their base operating power, any more than that and you will lose your eyes for good." The greenette nodded his head, making sure to do so slowly so as to avoid increasing the already debilitating pain pulsating in his head.

Turning toward his friend, she offered a weak smile that the Jujutsu Sorcerer returned, happy that, for all the pain he went through, he'd managed to save 1-A.

He'd managed to save her.

"Once I recuperate I'll need to work on increasing my ability to handle the strain of the Six Eyes. However, as it stands now I can't use Limitless for an extended period of time. For now, I should work on using it to block potentially lethal blows until I can figure out how to cut down or remove the grievous backlash. The only real way I can think of that would remove the side effects of Limitless would be to constantly heal my brain, but I don't have a healing quirk nor would it be rational to always have a healer on me, not to mention that there's the possibility that my brain gets damaged faster than a healing quirk can operate"

Soft, padded, fingers captured his jaw.

"You're muttering, Deku" Despite her frustration with herself, Ochako refused to let any of that mounting anger bleed into her words as she spoke to her injured friend.

"No. He's more than a friend...he's my hero."

The Sorcerer's face flushed as he curled into himself more, mumbling an apology.

"I'm not finished."

They'd forgotten about her.

The two teens flushed, avoiding each other's eyes as they awaited to hear what other injuries Izuku had sustained during his fight with the Nomu.

"Alongside the damage caused by the overuse of your Cursed Techniques, there are also injuries caused by the Nomu you faced. The majority of the cuts will heal normally except the one you sustained on your right brow which will leave a scar. On the bright side, it'll match the one on your mouth" Ochako focused her eyes on the aforementioned scar, her padded fingers brushing delicately over the rough tissue.

Izuku immediately leaned into her touch, a small, content, smile cutting through the pain-filled grimaces that painted his face moments prior.

"You also broke a few ribs, one of which ended up puncturing your lung resulting in the blood that flowed from your mouth. They're mostly healed, however, I still recommend you take it easy for a little while to allow yourself to fully recuperate." The greenette nodded at the advice, the pain brimming within his head leaving him unable to even speak.

After a quick kiss to the head, the sorcerer felt the torturous pain in his head subside allowing him basic motor functions again.

"The school day is over and your injuries are healed. If you're feeling up to it you can go home although it is a little late. If you're in too much pain, however, you're allowed to stay here for as long as needed." The Sorcerer nodded to the healing hero before withdrawing himself from the touch of his brown-haired friend.

Slowly swinging his legs around the bed, Izuku set his shaky legs on the cold ground, using the shoulder of his friend to stabilize himself. After a few shaky steps, Izuku flashed a thumbs up to Recovery Girl, indicating that he felt strong enough to return home.

"I can't thank you enough for healing me Shuzenji-Sensei, I...I don't know what would've happened if you weren't here to help me." The elder hero nodded, a slight blush dusting her face as she waved the boy off.

"You don't have to thank me Sonny, just try and avoid ending up here too soon."

A bright grin made itself known on Izuku's face.

"I'll try!"

"It looks like your mom already turned in for the night." The Jujutsu Sorcerer looked toward the slightly opened bedroom door that belonged to his mother. The green-eyed woman was asleep in her regular clothes.

She'd stayed up worrying about him.

"That's good, more time to think of an excuse as to what happened at the USJ" The brunette giggled, helping her friend further down the hall to his own bedroom.

Stopping in front of the greenettes door, she stared at the variety of stickers displayed on the wood, each presenting a different hero ranging from top heroes such as Miruko to more obscure ones like Manual. Her smile dropped as she looked toward the room next to his, the door barren of anything save for a poster of a, presumably, American girl.

"I wish my parents were in town to worry about me" She hadn't noticed the words slip from her mouth until she felt the Jujutsu Sorcerer she had just been helping to walk wrap her in a warm embrace as best he could.

Her brown eyes met his blue ones, a sad glint in his Six Eyes.

"I-I'm sorry for being insensitive Ochako I didn't me-"

"It's ok. I know you didn't mean it like that."

The brunette gently pushed the door open, so as to not disturb the boy sleeping in the room beside them, and led Izuku in, helping him sit in his bed.

"Do you need anything else?"

"No. Thank you for helping me get home so late. I really appreciate it."

"It was my pleasure."

Turning about face, Ochako began to walk out of the room, ready to begin the journey to her cold, lonely apartment.

"W-Wait!"

Until his voice stopped her.

Turning her head to meet the boy's Six Eyes, a look of confusion befell the brunette's features.

"Is something wrong?"

The greenette chewed his bottom lip for a few moments, internally debating on his next course of action.

"Don't think, Izuku. Just do!" After giving himself a mental pep-talk.

"N-Nothing's wrong! I was just w-wondering i-if you-d like to s-stay the n-night?" By the end of his question, both of their faces were fully flushed, Ochako refusing to meet the greenettes Six Eyes.

"I-I wouldn't want to i-impose." Her hands shook in front of her face furiously before she wrapped her arms around her head as a means to shield her embarrassment.

Izuku's face softened before he summoned Divine Dogs, sending the snow-white half to curl around the brunette in an attempt to comfort her.

"You wouldn't I promise. You live quite a ways away and by now the trains aren't running. Letting you sleep here is the least I could do considering you waited by my bedside well into the night." Ochako peeked through her arms, the nervousness plaguing her being melting as the greenettes soft smile filled her thoughts.

The brunette's arms dropped as she leaned down to pet the happy dog wrapped around her leg before giving the greenette her answer.

"If that's the case, then I'd love to!"

"Do they fit well?"

"Uhhh...Kinda?"

Ochako stared down at the Spider-Man-themed pajama pants she was wearing, the garments in question slipping from her hips. Dragging her gaze upwards, she realized the shirt was no better, the plain black shirt hanging from her shoulders, exposing her collarbone and the start of her chest.

Tying the drawstring as tight as she could, which still left parts of her hips exposed, Ochako headed back into her friend's room, thankful that the aforementioned skin had been covered by the overly large shirt.

Twisting the doorknob and opening the door, the sight that befell the eyes of the brunette caused her breath to stall in her throat.

Izuku stood in the middle of the room, shirt discarded, as he ran through a series of movements, exaggerating each one to test his current physical capabilities. With each low block, he inhaled through his nose, exhaling sharply through his mouth following every punch.

"What are you doing?" Almost instantly the motions stopped as Izuku turned toward the brunette, a soft smile replacing the look of concentration he'd had moments prior.

"Taekwondo white belt Kata. It helps me clear my head although I haven't done it in a while." Ochako nodded before standing parallel to him, his surprisingly open room allowing her to do so.

Maintaining his smile, the Jujutsu sorcerer ran through his forms once more, doing them slower than normal to allow Ochako to mimic him.

Focusing on her hero's movements, Ochako snapped her left arm down as if to block a low round kick before stepping with her right form and launching a straight right into the sternum of her hypothetical opponent.

Which caused her pajamas to slide off.

The brunette immediately yanked the hem of her borrowed shirt down to cover as much as possible as Izuku turned about face to avoid seeing something he shouldn't.

But really wanted to.

"D-Don't look!" She desperately fought back her blush as she slid the Spider-Man-themed pajamas back above her waistline, tying them as tight as she possibly could and then some.

It still wasn't enough.

"Here" Ochako toward her best friend, watching as the taller teen removed something from his hair and bent down.

She felt his scarred hands brush against her waist as they raised the drooping pajamas back up to her waistline. Using what she assumed to be his hair tie judging by his now free-flowing jaw-length green and white hair, Izuku scrunched up part of the pajama pants' waistline and tied it off, finally stopping the world-ending problem of a slightly exposed Ochako.

"T-Thank you" Ochako desperately fought off a blush as she tried her hardest to savour the feeling of her hero's hand on her bare skin.

"It's my pleasure"

For a while, the two stayed where they were, hazel brown eyes locked firmly onto blue Six ones and vice versa.

Until Izuku felt padded fingers run through his green and white locs, gently scratching his scalp as they combed through. The Jujutsu Sorcerer looked up to the owner of the fingers, a furious blush painting both of their faces.

After a while of furious blushing and finger combing, Ochako finally broke the, not so awkward, silence that'd been imposed with an observation.

"Your hair's getting pretty shaggy."

Izuku shifted on the couch, desperately trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in before eventually settling on his back and staring straight at the roof.

"I was too weak today. My Shikigami weren't diverse enough so I had to rely on a technique I knew could kill me which was irresponsible and sloppy...but still" Images of his brunette best friend flashed through his mind, a soft smile paired with a blush painting his face.

"If it means protecting that face, protecting that perfect wide smile...I'd gladly do it again."

"I appreciate that, Deku, I really do. But I think I like you not totally brain dead."

Six Eyes met hazel brown as crimson enveloped both their cheeks.

"S-Sorry. Did I wake you up?" The brunette in front of him shook her head before pulling at the hem of her borrowed shirt.

Almost as if she was avoiding something.

The Jujutsu Sorcerer sat up before patting the newly opened space next to him, motioning his best friend to sit. Ochako took the invitation, sitting beside the greenette, still nervously fiddling with the black fabric clothing her.

"Is everythi-"

"I had a nightmare!" She forced the words out as quickly as she could but the greenette still managed to hear what she had said, a concerned look painting his features.

The brunette tried her hardest to avoid her best friend's eyes, instead, focusing on the loose shirt she'd been allowed to borrow.

Until she felt his hands trap hers between them.

Looking up in a mix of shock and confusion, Ochako's breath hitched as she caught sight of his familiar soft smile that he'd use whenever he comforted someone.

It was something she was quickly becoming addicted to.

"It's ok Ochako. After the day we've had it's normal to have bad dreams. Would you like to talk about it?" The brunette adopted a look of contemplation as she wondered if she should tell him what had been haunting her sleep.

She didn't need to think long about it.

"B-Back in the USJ, when you saved me from that hand guy, I dreamt that you weren't able to summon your Divine Dogs...I dreamt that you d-died because I wasn't stro-"

"That isn't true." A soft squeeze of her hands punctuated his sentence as he continued to look upon her with that smile she loved.

"Yes it is"

"No. It isn't. You were indispensable during the battle test and even took down a few villains during the USJ. You're incredibly strong so don't let anyone, even yourself, tell you otherwise." Ochako couldn't believe her ears. The boy who had saved her life, her hero, had called her strong.

Ochako honestly didn't know what possessed her to do what she did next.

Was it his soft smile filled with nothing but kindness and sincerity?

Yes.

Was it the gentle, reassuring squeezing of her hands whenever her mood dropped, as if he knew what she was thinking?

Absolutely.

Was it how the sparse moonlight highlighted his strong jawline, framed by green and white strands?

100% yes.

But above all, it was his unconditional kindness, even now, that drove her to do what she only fantasized about doing whenever she allowed herself to graze her fingers on his face.

It was his unconditional kindness, that drove Ochako to close the already small gap between them, capturing his lips in hers.
